Question
2Praśhna : duniyā mē̃ kaun-sā gyān hōtē huē bhī agyān andhiyārā hai ?
3Question: By having which knowledge are people of the world still in the darkness of ignorance?
Answer
3Uttar : māyā kā gyān , jissē vināśh hōtā hai .
4Answer: The knowledge of Maya with which destruction takes place.
4Moon tak jātē haĩ , yah gyān bahut hai lēkin naī duniyā aur purānī duniyā kā gyān kisī kē pās nahī̃ hai .
5People go to the moon. 6They have a great deal of that knowledge, but no one has this knowledge of the new world and the old world.
5Sab agyān andhiyārē mē̃ haĩ , sabhī gyān nētra sē andhē haĩ .
7They are all in the darkness of ignorance. 8Without the third eye of knowledge, they are all blind.
6Tumhē̃ abhī gyān kā tīsrā nētra miltā hai .
9Each of you is now being given a third eye of knowledge.
7Tum knowledgeful bachchē jāntē hō unhō̃ key|kī brain mē̃ vināśh K|kē khyālāt haĩ , tumhārī buddhi mē̃ sthāpanā K|kē khyālāt haĩ .
10You knowledge-full children know that they only have thoughts of destruction in their brains, whereas you constantly have thoughts of establishment in your intellects.
Murli
8Ōm śhānti .
11Om shanti.
9Bāp is śharīr dvārā samjhātē haĩ , inkō jīv kahā jātā hai .
12The Father explains through this body. 13This one is called a human being.
10Inmē̃ ātmā bhī hai aur maĩ bhī ismē̃ ākar baiṭhtā hū̃ , yah tō pahlē-pahlē pakkā hōnā chāhiē .
14There is a soul in this one and I come and sit in him. 15First of all, this should be made firm.
11Inkō dādā kahā jātā hai .
16This one is called Dada.
12Yah niśhchay bachchō̃ kō bahut pakkā hōnā chāhiē .
17You children should have this faith very firmly.
13Is niśhchay mē̃ hī ramaṇ karnā hai .
18You have to churn this knowledge with this faith.
14Barōbar bābā nē jismē̃ padhrāmaṇī kī hai , vah bāp khud kahtē haĩ - maĩ inkē bahut janmō̃ K|kē ant mē̃ ātā hū̃ .
19The Father Himself says that He enters the body of this one when he is in the last of his many births.
15Bachchō̃ kō samjhāyā gayā hai , yah hai sarv śhāstra śhirōmaṇī gītā kā gyān .
20It has been explained to you children that this is the knowledge of the most elevated Gita, the jewel of all scriptures.
16Śhrīmat arthāt śhrēṣhṭh mat .
21Shrimat means elevated directions.
17Śhrēṣhṭh tē śhrēṣhṭh mat hai ēk bhagvān key|kī . 18Jiskī hī śhrēṣhṭh mat sē tum dēvtā bantē hō .
22The most elevated directions are given by the one God, and it is by following His elevated directions that you become deities.
19Bāp khud kahtē haĩ maĩ ātā hī tab hū̃ jab tum bhraṣhṭa mat par patit ban jātē hō .
23The Father Himself says: I come when you have become impure by following corrupt directions.
20Manuṣhya sē dēvtā bannē kā arth|earth bhī samajhnā hai .
24You also have to understand the meaning of “changing from humans into deities”.
21Vikārī manuṣhya sē nirvikārī dēvtā banānē bāp ātē haĩ .
25The Father comes to change vicious human beings into viceless deities.
22Satyug mē̃ manuṣhya hī rahtē haĩ parantu daivī guṇ vālē .
26The deities of the golden age are still human beings, but they have divine virtues.
23Abhī kaliyug mē̃ haĩ sabhī āsurī guṇ vālē .
27Everyone in the iron age now has devilish traits.
24Hai sārī manuṣhya sr̥iṣhṭi . 25Parantu yah hai īśhvarīy buddhi aur vah hai āsurī buddhi .
28The whole world is a human world but, here, you have Godly intellects whereas they have devilish intellects.
26Yahā̃ hai gyān , vahā̃ hai bhakti .
29Here, you have this knowledge and there, they have devotion.
27Gyān aur bhakti alag-alag hai .
30This knowledge and that devotion are separate from each other.
28Bhakti K|kē pustak kitnē ḍhēr K|kē ḍhēr haĩ . 29Gyān kā pustak ēk hai .
31There are so many books of devotion but only one book of this knowledge.
30Ēk gyān sāgar key|kī pustak ēk hī hōnā chāhiē .
32There can only be one book of the one Ocean of Knowledge.
31Jō bhī dharm sthāpan kartē haĩ , unkā pustak bhī ēk hī hōtā hai , jiskō religious book kahā jātā hai .
33Everyone else who establishes a religion only has one book which is called their religious book.
32Pahlī-pahlī religious book hai gītā .
34The first religious book is the Gita.
33Pahlā-pahlā ādi sanātan dēvī-dēvtā dharm hai , na ki hindū dharm .
35The first religion is the original, eternal, deity religion, not the Hindu religion.
34Manuṣhya samajhtē haĩ gītā sē hindū dharm sthāpan huā . 35Gītā kā gyān śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa nē diyā .
36People think that the Hindu religion was established through the Gita and that Krishna gave the knowledge of the Gita.
36Kab diyā ?
37When did he give it?
37Paramparā sē .
38They would say, “From time immemorial!”
38Kōī śhāstra mē̃ śhiv bhagvānuvāch tō hai nahī̃ .
39The versions spoken by God Shiva are not mentioned in any of the other scriptures.
39Tum abhī samajhtē hō is gītā gyān dvārā hī manuṣhya sē dēvtā banē haĩ , jō bāp abhī hamē̃ dē rahē haĩ .
40You now understand that it is with the knowledge of this Gita that the Father teaches us how human beings became deities.
40Iskō hī bhārat kā prāchīn rājyōg kahā jātā hai .
41This is called the ancient Raja Yoga of Bharat.
41Jis gītā mē̃ hī kām mahāśhatru likhā huā hai . 42Is śhatru nē hī tumhē̃ hār khilāī hai .
42It is this Gita that says, "Lust is the greatest enemy", and it was that enemy that defeated you.
43Bāp is par hī jīt pahnākar jagatjīt viśhva kā mālik banātē haĩ .
43The Father enables you to conquer that vice and thereby conquer the world and become the masters of the world.
44Bēhad kā bāp baiṭh in dvārā tumkō paṛhātē haĩ .
44The unlimited Father sits here and explains through this one.
45Vah hai sabhī ātmāō̃ kā bāp . 46Yah phir hai sabhī manuṣhya ātmāō̃ kā bēhad kā bāp .
45He is the Father of all souls, whereas this one is the unlimited father of all human beings.
47Nām hī hai prajāpitā brahmā .
46His name is Prajapita Brahma.
48Tum kissē pūchh saktē hō ki brahmā K|kē bāp kā nām kyā hai , tō mūnjh paṛē̃gē .
47When you ask people the name of Brahma’s father, they become confused.
49Brahmā , viṣhṇu , śhaṅkar in tīnō̃ kā bāp kōī hōgā nā .
48Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar must surely have a father.
50Brahmā , viṣhṇu , śhaṅkar sūkṣhmavatan mē̃ dēvtāyē̃ haĩ .
49Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar are shown as deities in the subtle region.
51Unkē ūpar hai śhiv .
50Shiva is shown above them.
52Bachchē jāntē haĩ śhivbābā K|kē jō bachchē ātmāyē̃ haĩ unhō̃ nē śharīr dhāraṇ kiyā hai , vah tō sadaiv nirākār parampitā paramātmā hai .
51You children know that souls, the children of Shiv Baba, adopt bodies, whereas He remains constantly the incorporeal Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.
53Ātmā hī śharīr dvārā kahtī hai parampitā .
52The soul says through the body: Supreme Father.
54Kitnī sahaj bāt hai !
53This is such an easy aspect to understand.
55Inkō kahā jātā hai alpha aur bē key|kī paṛhāī .
54This is called the study of Alpha and beta.
56Kaun paṛhātē haĩ ?
55Who is teaching you?
57Gītā kā gyān kisnē sunāyā ?
56Who gave this knowledge of the Gita?
58Śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa kō tō bhagvān kahā nahī̃ jātā . 59Vah tō dēhdhārī hai .
57Shri Krishna cannot be called God because he is a bodily being.
60Tājdhārī hai . 61Śhiv tō hai nirākār . 62Un par tō kōī tāj ādi hai nahī̃ .
58Shri Krishna has a crown, whereas Shiva is incorporeal and has no crown etc.
63Vahī gyān kā sāgar hai .
59He alone is the Ocean of Knowledge.
64Bāp hī bījrūp chaitanya hai .
60The Father is the Seed, the Living Being.
65Tum bhī chaitanya hō .
61You too are living beings.
66Sabhī jhāṛō̃ K|kē ādi , madhya , ant kō tum jāntē hō .
62You know the beginning, the middle and the end of all the trees.
67Bhal tum mālī nahī̃ hō parantu samajh saktē hō ki bīj kaisē ḍāltē haĩ , unsē jhāṛ kaisē nikaltā hai .
63Although you are not gardeners, you can understand how seeds are sown and how trees emerge from them.
68Vah hai jaṛ , yah hai chaitanya .
64Those are non-living, whereas that One is living.
69Ātmā kō chaitanya kahā jātā hai .
65Souls are said to be living.
70Tumhārī ātmā mē̃ hī gyān hai , aur kisī ātmā mē̃ gyān hō nahī̃ saktā .
66Only you souls have this knowledge. 67No other souls can have this knowledge.
71Tō bāp chaitanya manuṣhya sr̥iṣhṭi kā bījrūp hai .
68Therefore, the Father is the Living Seed of the human world tree.
72Yah chaitanya creation hai .
69This is the living creation.
73Vah sabhī haĩ jaṛ bīj .
70All of those seeds are non-living.
74Aisē nahī̃ ki jaṛ bīj mē̃ kōī gyān hai .
71Non-living seeds can’t have any knowledge in them.
75Yah tō hai chaitanya bījrūp , unmē̃ sārē sr̥iṣhṭi key|kī knowledge hai .
72That One is the Living Seed who has all of the knowledge of the whole world.
76Jhāṛ key|kī utpatti , pālnā , vināśh kā sārā gyān unmē̃ hai .
73He has all of the knowledge of the creation, the sustenance and the destruction of the whole tree.
77Phir nayā jhāṛ kaisē khaṛā hōtā hai , vah hai gupta .
74How the new tree then emerges is incognito.
78Tumkō gyān bhī gupta miltā hai . 79Bāp bhī gupta āyē haĩ .
75The Father comes in an incognito way and also gives you this knowledge in an incognito way.
80Tum jāntē hō yah kalam lag rahā hai .
76You know that the sapling is now being planted.
81Abhī tō sabhī patit ban gayē haĩ .
77At present, everyone has become impure.
82Achchhā , bīj sē pahlā-pahlā pattā nikalā , vah kaun thā ?
78Achcha, who emerges as the first leaf of the tree?
83Satyug kā pahlā pattā tō śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa kō hī kahē̃gē .
79Shri Krishna is the first leaf of the golden age.
84Lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ kō nahī̃ kahē̃gē .
80Lakshmi and Narayan would not be called that.
85Nayā pattā chhōṭā hōtā hai . 86Pīchhē baṛā hōtā hai .
81A new leaf is small and then it grows.
87Tō is bīj key|kī kitnī mahimā hai .
82So, there is so much praise of this Living Seed.
88Yah tō chaitanya hai nā .
89Bhal dūsrē bhī nikaltē haĩ , dhīrē-dhīrē unhō̃ key|kī mahimā kam hōtī jātī hai .
83Other leaves also emerge, but their praise gradually decreases.
90Abhī tum dēvtā bantē hō .
84You are now becoming deities.
91Tō mūl bāt hai hamkō daivī guṇ dhāraṇ karnē haĩ . 92In jaisā bannā hai .
85The main thing is that we have to imbibe divine virtues; we have to become like them.
93Chitra bhī haĩ .
86There are their images too.
94Yah chitra na hōtē tō buddhi mē̃ gyān kaisē ātā .
87If these images didn’t exist, how could you keep this knowledge in your intellects?
95Yah chitra bahut kām mē̃ ātē haĩ .
88These pictures are very useful.
96Bhakti mārg mē̃ in chitrō̃ key|kī pūjā hōtī hai aur gyān mārg mē̃ tumkō inhō̃ sē gyān miltā hai ki in jaisā bannā hai .
89These pictures are worshipped on the path of devotion, whereas you, on the path of this knowledge, take from these pictures the knowledge of how you have to become like them.
97Bhakti mārg mē̃ aisā nahī̃ samajhē̃gē ki hamkō aisā bannā hai .
90On the path of devotion, you would never think that you have to become like them.
98Bhakti mārg mē̃ mandir ādi kitnē banvātē haĩ , sabsē jāstī mandir kiskē hōṅgē ?
91So many temples, etc. are built on the path of devotion. 92To whom are the most temples built?
99Jarūr śhivbābā K|kē hī hōṅgē .
93They would definitely be to Shiv Baba.
100Phir unkē bād creation K|kē hōṅgē .
94Then, after Him, they would be to His creation.
101Pahlī creation yah lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ haĩ , tō śhiv kē bād inkī pūjā jāstī hōgī .
95The first creation are Lakshmi and Narayan. 96After Shiva, they are worshipped the most.
102Mātāyē̃ jō gyān dētī haĩ unkī pūjā nahī̃ . 103Vah tō paṛhtī haĩ .
97You mothers, who give this knowledge, are not worshipped; you are studying.
104Tumhārī pūjā abhī nahī̃ hōtī hai kyōṅki tum abhī paṛh rahē hō .
98It is because you are studying that you are not worshipped now.
105Jab tum paṛhkar , anpaṛh banē̃gē phir pūjā hōgī .
99It is when you have finished studying and have no further need of this education that you will then be worshipped.
106Abhī tum dēvī-dēvtā bantē hō .
100You are now becoming deities.
107Satyug mē̃ bāp thōṛēhī paṛhānē jāyēgā .
101The Father will not come in the golden age to teach you.
108Vahā̃ aisī paṛhāī thōṛēhī hōgī .
102Such an education doesn’t exist there.
109Yah paṛhāī patitō̃ kō pāvan banānē kī hai .
103This study is for making impure ones pure.
110Tum jāntē hō hamkō jō aisā banātē haĩ unkī pūjā hōgī phir hamārī bhī pūjā number-vār hōgī .
104You know that the One who makes you as pure as them is worshipped first and that you are then worshipped, numberwise.
111Phir girtē-girtē 5 tatvō̃ key|kī bhī pūjā karnē lag paṛtē haĩ .
105Then, as you come down, you even begin to worship the five elements.
1125 tatvō̃ key|kī pūjā mānā patit śharīr key|kī pūjā .
106To worship the five elements means to worship impure bodies.
113Yah buddhi mē̃ gyān hai ki in lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ kā sārē sr̥iṣhṭi par rājya thā .
107Your intellects have the knowledge that there was the kingdom of Lakshmi and Narayan over the whole world.
114In dēvī-dēvatāō̃ nē rājya kaisē aur kab pāyā ?
108How and when did those deities attain their kingdom?
115Yah kiskō patā nahī̃ hai .
109None of them knows this.
116Lākhō̃ varṣh kah dētē haĩ .
110They say “Hundreds of thousands of years ago”.
117Lākhō̃ varṣh key|kī bāt tō kiskī buddhi mē̃ baiṭh na sakē isliē kah dētē yah paramparā sē chalā ātā hai .
111Anything of hundreds of thousands of years couldn’t sit in anyone's intellect. 112Therefore, they say that it has continued from time immemorial.
118Abhī tum jāntē hō dēvī-dēvtā dharm vālē aur dharmō̃ mē̃ convert hō gayē haĩ , jō bhārat mē̃ haĩ vah apnē kō hindū kah dētē haĩ kyōṅki patit hōnē kāraṇ dēvī-dēvtā kahnā śhōbhtā nahī̃ .
113You now understand that many who belonged to the deity religion have been converted to other religions. 114Those who live in Bharat call themselves Hindus because once they become impure they don’t feel it is right to call themselves deities.
119Parantu manuṣhyō̃ mē̃ gyān kahā̃ .
115However, people don’t have any of this knowledge.
120Dēvī-dēvatāō̃ sē bhī ūñchā title apnē par rakhvātē haĩ .
116They give themselves titles even higher than those of the deities.
121Pāvan dēvī-dēvatāō̃ key|kī pūjā kartē māthā jhukātē haĩ , parantu apnē kō patit samajhtē thōṛēhī haĩ .
117Although they worship the idols of the pure deities and bow down to them, they don’t consider themselves to be impure.
122Bhārat mē̃ khās kanyāō̃ kō kitnā naman kartē haĩ .
118In Bharat especially, they bow down to kumaris so much.
123Kumār kō itnā nahī̃ kartē .
119They do not bow down to kumars.
124Male|mail|mēl sē jyādā female kō naman kartē haĩ kyōṅki is samay gyān amr̥it pahlē in mātāō̃ kō miltā hai .
120They bow down to females more than males because the mothers are given the nectar of knowledge first at this time.
125Bāp inmē̃ pravēśh kartē haĩ .
121The Father enters this one.
126Yah bhī samajhtē hō yah ( brahmā bābā ) gyān key|kī baṛī nadī hai .
122You also understand that this Brahma Baba is the great river of this knowledge.
127Gyān nadī bhī hai phir puruṣh bhī hai .
123He is the river of this knowledge and also a male.
128Brahm putrā nadī sabsē baṛī hai , jō kalkattā taraph sāgar mē̃ jākar miltī hai .
124The Brahmaputra River is the longest river and it merges into the ocean at Calcutta.
129Mēlā bhī vahā̃ hī lagtā hai parantu unhē̃ yah patā nahī̃ ki yah ātmāō̃ aur paramātmā kā mēlā hai .
125The meeting (mela) takes place there. 126However, they do not know that this is the meeting of the Supreme Soul with all souls.
130Vah tō pānī key|kī nadī hai , jiskā nām brahm putrā rakhā hai .
127That river of water is called the Brahmaputra.
131Vah tō brahm kō īśhvar kah dētē haĩ isliē brahm putrā kō pāvan samajhtē haĩ .
128Because they call brahm ‘God’ they believe the Brahmaputra River to be pure.
132Patit-pāvan vāstav mē̃ gaṅgā kō nahī̃ kahā jātā hai .
129In fact, the Ganges cannot be the Purifier.
133Yahā̃ sāgar aur brahmā nadī kā male|mail|mēl hai .
130This meeting here is of the Ocean and the river Brahma.
134Bāp kahtē haĩ yah female tō nahī̃ hai , jis dvārā adoption hōtī hai , yah bahut guhya samajhnē key|kī bātē̃ haĩ jō phir prāyaḥlōp hō jānī haĩ .
131The Father says: This one, through whom adoption takes place, is not female. 132These are very deep matters that have to be understood; they will then disappear.
135Phir bād mē̃ manuṣhya is ādhār par śhāstra ādi banātē haĩ .
133Later, human beings create scriptures, etc. on the basis of these things.
136Pahlē hāth K|kē likhē huē śhāstra thē , bād mē̃ baṛī-baṛī mōṭī kitābē̃ chhapvāī haĩ .
134At first, they had hand-written scrolls and later they had very large books printed.
137Saṅskr̥it mē̃ śhlōk ādi thē nahī̃ .
135They did not have any Sanskrit verses, etc.
138Yah tō bilkul sahaj bāt hai .
136This is a very easy matter.
139Maĩ in dvārā rājyōg sikhlātā hū̃ phir yah duniyā hī khalās hō jāyēgī . 140Śhāstra ādi kuchh bhī nahī̃ rahē̃gē .
137I teach you Raja Yoga through this one. 138Then, this world will be destroyed and none of those scriptures, etc. will remain.
141Phir bhakti mārg mē̃ yah śhāstra ādi banē̃gē .
139Those scriptures, etc. will be created again on the path of devotion.
142Manuṣhya samajhtē haĩ yah śhāstra ādi paramparā sē chalē āyē haĩ , iskō kahā jātā hai agyān andhiyārā .
140People think that the scriptures have continued from the beginning of time. 141That is called the darkness of ignorance.
143Abhī tum bachchō̃ kō bāp paṛhātē haĩ jissē tum sōjharē mē̃ āyē hō .
142The Father is now teaching you children through which you come into the light.
144Satyug mē̃ hai pavitra pravr̥itti mārg .
143Everyone in the golden age belongs to the pure family path.
145Kaliyug mē̃ sabhī apavitr pravr̥itti vālē haĩ .
144In the iron age, they belong to the impure family path.
146Yah bhī drama hai .
145This too is according to the drama.
147Bād mē̃ hai nivr̥itti mārg , jiskō sannyās dharm kahtē haĩ , jaṅgal mē̃ jākar rahtē haĩ .
146Later on, there is the path of isolation and that is also called the religion of renunciation (sannyas), because they go and reside in the forests.
148Vah hai had kā sannyās . 149Rahtē tō is purānī duniyā mē̃ haĩ .
147That is limited renunciation; they still live in this old world.
150Abhī tum jātē hō naī duniyā mē̃ .
148You are now going to a new world.
151Tumhē̃ tō bāp sē gyān kā tīsrā nētra milā hai tō tum kitnē knowledgeful bantē hō .
149Each of you has received a third eye of knowledge from the Father and so you are becoming knowledge-full.
152Issē jāstī knowledge hōtī hī nahī̃ .
150There can be no knowledge greater than this.
153Vah tō hai māyā key|kī knowledge , jissē vināśh hōtā hai .
151That knowledge is of Maya through which destruction takes place.
154Vō lōg moon ( chānd ) par jākar khōj kartē haĩ .
152Those people go and do research on the moon.
155Tumhārē liē kōī naī bāt nahī̃ .
153That is nothing new for you.
156Yah sabhī māyā kā pomp hai .
154All of it is the pomp of Maya.
157Bahut show kartē haĩ . 158Ati deepness mē̃ jātē haĩ ki kuchh kamāl karkē dikhāyē̃ .
155They show off a great deal, and go to great lengths to show some wonders.
