1 «  pūrā varṣh - santuṣhṭamaṇi ban sadā santuṣhṭ rahnā aur sabkō santuṣhṭ karnā ' '

1Throughout the whole year, be a jewel of contentment, 2remain constantly content and make everyone content.

2Āj dilārām bāpdādā apnē chārō̃ ōr K|kē , sāmnē vālō̃ kō bhī aur dūr sō samīp vālō̃ kō bhī har ēk rāz dulārē , ati pyārē bachchō̃ kō dēkh harṣhit hō rahē haĩ .

3Today, BapDada, the Comforter of Hearts, is pleased to see each one of His royal, beloved children (raj-dulari), the extremely lovely children from everywhere who are in front of Him and also those who are far away and yet close.

3Har ēk bachchā rājā hai isliē rāj-dulārē haĩ .

4Each child is a king and is therefore an especially beloved, royal child.

4Yah paramātma pyār , dulār viśhva mē̃ bahut thōṛī see|sī|C ātmāō̃ kō prāpt hōtā hai .

5Very few souls in the world attain this love and royal affection from God.

5Lēkin āp sabhī paramātma pyār , paramātma dulār K|kē adhikārī haĩ .

6However, all of you have a right to God’s love and God’s royal affection.

6Duniyā key|kī ātmāyē̃ pukār rahī haĩ āō , āō lēkin āp sabhī paramātma pyār anubhav kar rahē hō .

7Souls of the world are calling out, “Come! 8Come!”, whereas all of you are experiencing God’s love.

7Paramātma pālnā mē̃ pal rahē hō .

9You are being sustained with God’s sustenance.

8Aisā apnā bhāgya anubhav kartē hō  ?

10Do you experience this fortune of yours? 11Are you experiencing it?

9Bāpdādā sabhī bachchō̃ kō double rājya adhikārī dēkh rahē haĩ .

12BapDada is seeing all of you as those who have a right to a double kingdom.

10Abhī K|kē bhī sva rājya adhikārī rājē hō aur bhaviṣhya mē̃ tō rājya āpkā janm siddha adhikār hai .

13You are the kings who have a right to the self-sovereignty of the present time and the kingdom of the future as your birthright.

11Tō double rājē hō .

14So, you are double kings.

12Sabhī rājā hō nā , prajā tō nahī̃  !

15All of you are kings, are you not? 16You are not subjects.

13Rājyōgī hō yā kōī-kōī prajāyōgī bhī hai  ?

17Are you Raja Yogis? 18Or, are some of you praja-yogis (yogis who become subjects)?

14Hai kōī prajāyōgī , pīchhē vālē rājyōgī hō  ?

19Are there any praja-yogis? 20Are those sitting at the back Raja Yogis?

15Prajāyōgī kōī nahī̃ hai nā  !

21There aren’t any praja-yogis, are there?

16Pakkā  ?

22Are you sure?

17Sōch K|kē hā̃ karnā  !

23Say, “Yes”, after thinking about it carefully.

18Rāj adhikārī arthāt sarv sūkṣhma aur sthūl karmēndriyō̃ K|kē adhikārī kyōṅki svarājya hai nā  ?

24To have a right to your kingdom means to have a right to all your subtle and physical organs, because you are masters of yourselves, are you not?

19Tō kabhī-kabhī rājē bantē hō yā sadā rājē rahtē hō  ?

25So, do you become kings only sometimes or do you remain constantly kings?

20Mūl hai apnē man-buddhi-sanskār K|kē bhī adhikārī hō  ?

26The main thing is: do you have a right over your mind, intellect and sanskars?

21Sadā adhikārī hō yā kabhī-kabhī  ?

27Do you constantly have a right over them or only sometimes?

22Sva rājya tō sadā svarājya hōtā hai yā ēk din hōtā hai dūsrē din nahī̃ hōtā hai .

28Self-sovereignty means constantly to have self-sovereignty. 29Or, is it that you have it one day and not the next day?

23Rājya tō sadā hōtā hai nā  ?

30A kingdom is for all time, is it not?

24Tō sadā svarājya adhikārī arthāt sadā man-buddhi-sanskār kē ūpar adhikār .

31So, constantly to be a self-sovereign, a master of oneself, means constantly to have a right over your mind, intellect and sanskars.

25Sadā hai  ?

32Do you have this all the time?

26Sadā mē̃ hā̃ nahī̃ kartē  ?

33You are not saying “Yes” to having this all the time.

27Kabhī man āpkō chalātā hai yā āp man kō chalātē  ?

34Is it that the mind sometimes rules you, or do you rule your mind?

28Kabhī man mālik bantā hai  ?

35Does your mind become your master sometimes?

29Bantā hai nā  !

36It does become this, does it not?

30Tō sadā svarājya adhikārī sō viśhva rājya adhikārī .

37So, always keep your right to self-sovereignty and so one who has a right to the kingdom of the world.

31Sadā check karō - jitnā samay aur jitnī power sē apnē karmēndriyō̃ , man-buddhi-sanskār kē ūpar abhī adhikārī bantē hō utnā hī bhaviṣhya mē̃ rājya adhikār miltā hai .

38Therefore, constantly check this, because for however long and with however much power you have a right over your organs – your mind, intellect and sanskars – you will accordingly receive a right to the kingdom in the future.

32Agar abhī paramātma pālnā , paramātma paṛhāī , paramātma śhrīmat K|kē ādhār par yah ēk saṅgamyug kā janm sadā adhikārī nahī̃ tō 21 janm kaisē rājya adhikārī banē̃gē  ?

39If, on the basis of receiving God’s sustenance, God’s education and God’s shrimat, you don’t always have this right in this one birth of the confluence age, then how would you become one who has a right to the kingdom of the world for 21 births?

33Hisāb hai nā  !

40There is an account.

34Is samay kā svarājya , sva kā rājā bannē sē hī 21 janm key|kī guarantee hai .

41Only when you are a master of yourself at this time, that is, only by becoming a king of yourself at this time, will you have a guarantee for 21 births.

35Maĩ kaun aur kyā banūṅgā , apnā bhaviṣhya vartamān K|kē adhikār dvārā svayã hī jān saktē hō .

42“Who am I and what will I become?” 43Through your rights of the present time, you yourselves can know your future.

36Sōchō , āp viśhēṣh ātmāō̃ key|kī anādi ādi personality aur royalty kitnī ūñchī hai  !

44Just consider how elevated the original and eternal personality and royalty of you special souls is!

37Anādi rūp mē̃ bhī dēkhō jab āp ātmāyē̃ paramdhām mē̃ rahtī tō kitnī chamaktī huī ātmāyē̃ dikhāī dētī hō .

45Look at the eternal form of you souls when you reside in the supreme abode; you are seen as such brightly sparkling souls.

38Us chamak key|kī royalty , personality kitnī baṛī hai .

46How bright the sparkle of that royalty and personality is!

39Dikhāī dētī hai  ?

47Can you see it?

40Aur bāp K|kē sāth-sāth ātmā rūp mē̃ bhī rahtē hō , samīp rahtē hō .

48In the form of souls, you stay with the Father, you stay close.

41Jaisē ākāśh mē̃ kōī-kōī sitārē bahut jyādā chamaknē vālē hōtē haĩ nā  ! 42Aisē āp ātmāyē̃ bhī viśhēṣh bāp kē sāth aur viśhēṣh chamaktē huē sitārē hōtē hō .

49Just as some stars sparkle very brightly in the sky, in the same way, you souls are especially with the Father and you are the stars who have a special sparkle.

43Paramdhām mē̃ bhī āp bāp K|kē samīp hō aur phir ādi satyug mē̃ bhī āp dēv ātmāō̃ key|kī personality , royalty kitnī ūñchī hai .

50In the supreme abode, you are close to the Father and then, at the beginning of the golden age, the personality and royalty of you deity souls is so high.

44Sārē kalp mē̃ chakkar lagāō , dharm ātmā hō gayē , mahātmā hō gayē , dharm pitāyē̃ hō gayē , nētāyē̃ hō gayē , abhinētāyē̃ hō gayē , aisī personality kōī kī hai , jō āp dēv ātmāō̃ key|kī satyug mē̃ hai  ?

51Go around the whole cycle. 52Religious souls have come and gone, great souls have come and gone, fathers of religions have come and gone, political leaders have come and gone, actors have come and gone: do any of them have such personalities as you deity souls have in the golden age?

45Apnā dēv svarūp sāmnē ā rahā hai nā  ?

53Your deity forms are appearing in front of you, are they not?

46Ā rahā hai yā patā nahī̃ ham banē̃gē yā nahī̃  ?

54Are they coming in front of you or do you not know whether you will become those or not?

47Pakkā hai nā  !

55Is it firm that you will become those? 56Those sitting at the back, is this firm?

48Apnā dēv rūp sāmnē lāō aur dēkhō , personality sāmnē ā gaī  ?

57Bring your deity forms in front of you and look at them: have those personalities come in front of you?

49Kitnī royalty hai , prakr̥iti bhī personality vālī hō jātī hai .

58There is so much royalty! 59Even nature becomes such that it has a personality.

50Pañchhī , vr̥ikṣha , phal , fool|phūl sab personality vālē , royal .

60The birds, trees, fruit, flowers, all have a personality, they are royal.

51Achchhā phir āō nīchē , tō apnā pūjya rūp dēkhā hai  ?

61OK, now come down and look at your worthy-of-worship forms.

52Āpkī pūjā hōtī hai  !

62You are worshipped.

53Double foreigners pūjya banē̃gē ki India vālē banē̃gē  ?

63Will you double foreigners become worthy of worship or will those from India become that?

54Āp lōg dēviyā̃ , dēvtāyē̃ banē hō  ?

64Did you become deities?

55Sūṇḍh vālā nahī̃ , pū̃chh vālā nahī̃ .

65Not those with an elephant’s trunk or those with a tail.

56Dēviyā̃ bhī vah kālī rūp nahī̃ , lēkin dēv-tāō̃ K|kē mandir mē̃ dēkhō , āpkē pūjya svarūp key|kī kitnī royalty hai , kitnī personality hai  ?

66Not those goddesses with the form of Kali, but look at the temple of the deities. 67There is so much royalty and personality in your worthy-of-worship forms.

57Mūrti hōgī , 4 foot , 5 foot key|kī aur mandir kitnā baṛā banātē haĩ .

68There would be an idol of 4ft or 5ft and they would make such a big temple.

58Yah royalty aur personality hai .

69This is royalty and personality.

59Ājkal K|kē chāhē prime minister hō , chāhē rājā hō lēkin dhūp mē̃ bichārē kā but banākē rakh dēgē , kyā bhī hōtā rahē .

70Nowadays, they make a statue of a prime minister or a king and place that poor statue in the heat outside.

60Aur āpkē pūjya svarūp key|kī personality kitnī baṛī hai .

71Anything can happen to it, whereas how great the personality of your worthy-of-worship form is!

61Hai nā baṛhiyā  !

72It is very good, is it not?

62Kumāriyā̃ baiṭhī haĩ nā  !

73You kumaris are sitting here, are you not?

63Royalty hai nā āpkī  ?

74This is your royalty, is it not?

64Phir ant mē̃ saṅgamyug mē̃ bhī āp sabkī royalty kitnī ūñchī hai .

75Then, at the end, at the confluence age too, the royalty of all of you is so high!

65Brāhmaṇ jīvan key|kī personality kitnī baṛī hai  !

76The personality of Brahmin life is so great!

66Direct bhagvān nē āpkē brāhmaṇ jīvan mē̃ personality aur royalty bharī hai .

77God Himself has directly filled your Brahmin lives with personality and royalty.

67Brāhmaṇ jīvan kā chitrakār kaun  ?

78Who is the artist of Brahmin life?

68Svayã bāp .

79The Father Himself.

69Brāhmaṇ jīvan key|kī personality royalty kaun see|sī|C hai  ?

80What is the personality and royalty of Brahmin life?

70Purity .

81Purity.

71Purity hī royalty hai .

82Purity itself is royalty.

72Hai nā  !

83It is, is it not?

73Brāhmaṇ ātmāyē̃ sabhī jō bhī baiṭhē hō tō purity key|kī royalty hai nā  !

84All of you Brahmin souls sitting here, you have the royalty of purity, do you not?

74Hā̃ , kāndh hilāō .

85Yes, you may nod in agreement.

75Pīchhē vālē hāth uṭhā rahē haĩ .

86Those sitting at the back are raising their hands.

76Āp pīchhē nahī̃ hō , sāmnē hō .

87You are not at the back, you are in front of Baba.

77Dēkhō nazar pīchhē jātī hai , āgē tō aisē dēkhnā paṛtā hai pīchhē automatic jātī hai .

88Look, Baba’s vision automatically goes to the back. 89To look at the front, He has to make special effort to see them, whereas His vision automatically goes to the back.

78Tō check karō - purity key|kī personality sadā rahtī hai  ?

90Therefore check, do I constantly have the personality of purity?

79Mansā-vāchā-karmaṇā , vr̥itti , dr̥iṣhṭi aur kr̥iti sabmē̃ purity hai  ?

91Is there purity in my thoughts, words and deeds, attitude, vision and behaviour?

80Mansā purity arthāt sadā aur sarv prati śhubh bhāvnā , śhubh kāmnā - sarv prati .

92To have purity in thoughts means always to have good wishes and pure feelings for everyone.

81Vah ātmā kaisī bhī hō lēkin purity key|kī royalty key|kī mansā hai - sarv prati śhubh bhāvnā , śhubh kāmnā , kalyāṇ key|kī bhāvnā , rahm key|kī bhāvnā , dātāpan key|kī bhāvnā .

93No matter what another soul may be like, a soul who has the royalty of purity would constantly have thoughts filled with good wishes, pure feelings, feelings of benevolence, feelings of mercy and the feelings of a bestower.

82Aur dr̥iṣhṭi mē̃ yā tō sadā har ēk kē prati ātmik svarūp dēkhnē mē̃ āyē vā phariśhtā rūp dikhāī dē .

94As they look around, they would constantly see everyone as a soul or would see everyone in their angelic form.

83Chāhē vah phariśhtā nahī̃ banā hai , lēkin mērī dr̥iṣhṭi mē̃ phariśhtā rūp aur ātmik rūp hī hō aur kr̥iti arthāt samparka sambandh mē̃ , karma mē̃ ānā , usmē̃ sadā hī sarv prati snēh dēnā , sukh dēnā .

95Even if the other one hasn’t become an angel, in my vision, let me only see the form of a soul or an angelic form. 96In my behaviour, that is, in my connections and relationships and activity, I always have to give love and happiness to everyone.

84Chāhē dūsrā snēh dē , nahī̃ dē lēkin mērā kartavya hai snēh dēkar snēhī banānā . 85Sukh dēnā .

97Whether or not others give me love, my duty is to give them love and make them loving, to give them happiness.

86Slōgan hai nā - nā duḥkh dō , nā duḥkh lō .

98You have a slogan: “Do not cause sorrow, do not take sorrow.”

87Dēnā bhī nahī̃ hai , lēnā bhī nahī̃ hai .

99You must neither cause it nor take it.

88Dēnē vālē āpkō kabhī duḥkh bhī dē dē̃ lēkin āp uskō sukh key|kī smr̥iti sē dēkhō .

100Someone who gives things may sometimes also cause you sorrow, but see that in the consciousness of happiness.

89Girē huē kō girāyā nahī̃ jātā hai , girē huē kō sadā ūñchā uṭhāyā jātā hai .

101You don’t make someone who has fallen fall even further. 102You always uplift those who have fallen.

90Vah parvaśh hōkē duḥkh dē rahā hai . 91Gir gayā nā  !

103Those souls are causing sorrow because they have fallen and are under an external influence!

92Tō uskō girānā nahī̃ hai aur bhī us bichārē kō ēk lāt lagā lō , aisē nahī̃ .

104Therefore, you mustn’t make them fall even further down. 105It shouldn’t be that you kick those poor people even more. 106No.

93Uskō snēh sē ūñchā uṭhāō .

107Uplift them with love.

94Usmē̃ bhī first charity begins at home .

108In this too, first, charity begins at home.

95Pahlē tō charity begins home|hōm hai nā , apnē sarv sāthī , sēvā K|kē sāthī , brāhmaṇ parivār K|kē sāthī har ēk kō ūñchā uṭhāō .

109First of all, charity begins at home, does it not? 110Uplift all your companions, your service companions and companions of the Brahmin family.

96Vah apnī burāī dikhāvē bhī lēkin āp unkī viśhēṣhtā dēkhō .

111Even if they reveal their bad traits, you simply see their specialities.

97Number-vār tō haĩ nā  !

112It is numberwise, is it not?

98Dēkhō , mālā āpkā yādgār hai .

113Look, the rosary is your memorial.

99Tō sab ēk number tō nahī̃ hai nā  !

114So, not everyone has the same number.

100108 number haĩ nā  ! 101Tō number-vār haĩ aur rahē̃gē lēkin mērā pharja kyā hai  ?

115There is the number 108. So, it is numberwise and it will remain like that, but what is your duty?

102Yah nahī̃ sōchnā achchhā maĩ 8 mē̃ tō hū̃ hī nahī̃ , 108 mē̃ śhāyad ā jāūṅgī , ā jāūṅgā . 103Tō 108 mē̃ last bhī hō saktā hai tō mērē bhī tō kuchh saṅskār hōṅgē nā , lēkin nahī̃ .

116It is not to think: “OK, I am not in the eight anyway, so perhaps I shall become part of the 108. So, I could be the last one of the 108. Therefore, I would also have some sanskars in me, would I not?” 117But no!

104Dūsrē kō sukh dētē-dētē , snēh dētē-dētē āpkē saṅskār bhī snēhī , sukhī ban hī jānē haĩ .

118By giving happiness and love to others, your sanskars will also become those of love and happiness.

105Yah sēvā hai aur yah sēvā first charity begins at home .

119This is service, and in this service, charity first begins at home.

106Bāpdādā kō āj ēk bāt par hansī ā rahī thī , batāyē̃ .

120Today, BapDada found something amusing. 121Should He tell you?

107Dēkhnā āpkō bhī hansī āyēgī .

122Just see, you will also find it amusing.

108Bāpdādā tō bachchō̃ kā khēl dēkhtē rahtē haĩ nā  !

123BapDada continues to watch the games of you children.

109Bāpdādā ēk second mē̃ kabhī kis centre kā T . V|we . khōl dētā hai , kabhī kis centre kā , kabhī foreign kā , kabhī India kā switch on kar dētā hai , patā paṛ jātā hai , kyā kar rahē haĩ kyōṅki bāp kō bachchō̃ sē pyār hai nā .

124At any time in a second, BapDada switches on His TV of one centre, and sometimes at another centre. 125Sometimes, at the centres abroad and sometimes, at the centres in India. 126He switches it on and is able to tell what each one is doing, because the Father has love for you children.

110Bachchē bhī kahtē haĩ samān bannā hī hai .

127You children also say: “We have to become equal to Him.”

111Pakkā hai nā , samān bannā hī hai  !

128It is firm, is it not, that you have to become equal?

112Sōch K|kē hāth uṭhāō .

129Kumaris, are you going to become equal? 130Or, is it OK with whatever you become in the drama? 131No. 132You have to become equal. 133All of you kumaris have to become equal. 134Even if you have to die, no matter what you have to do raise your hands after careful consideration.

113Hā̃ jō samajhtē haĩ , marnā paṛē , jhuknā paṛē , sahan karnā paṛē , sunnā paṛē , lēkin samān bankar hī dikhāyēṅgē  ! 114Vah hāth uṭhāō .

135Yes, those of you who feel that it doesn’t matter what you have to do - you may have to die, bow down, tolerate or to listen to anyone - raise your hands!

115Kumāriyā̃ sōch K|kē hāth uṭhānā .

136Kumaris, raise your hands after considering it carefully.

116Inhō̃ kā phōṭō nikālō .

137Take their photograph!

117Kumāriyā̃ bahut haĩ .

138There are many kumaris.

118Marnā paṛēgā  ?

139What if you have to die?

119Jhuknā paṛēgā  ?

140What if you have to bow down?

120Pāṇḍav uṭhāō .

141Pandavas, raise your hands!

121Sunā , samān bannā hai .

142Did you hear, you have to become equal!

122Samān nahī̃ banē̃gē tō majā nahī̃ āyēgā .

143There won’t be any pleasure if you don’t become equal.

123Paramdhām mē̃ bhī samīp nahī̃ rahē̃gē .

144In that case, you won’t be close in the supreme abode either.

124Pūjya mē̃ bhī phark paṛ jāyēgā , satyug K|kē rājya bhāgya mē̃ bhī phark paṛ jāyēgā .

145There will be a difference in becoming worthy of worship and there will also be a difference in the fortune of the kingdom of the golden age.

125Brahmā bāp sē āpkā pyār hai nā , double vidēśhiyō̃ kā sabsē jyādā pyār hai .

146You love Father Brahma, do you not? 147Double foreigners have the maximum love.

126Jiskā brahmā bābā sē jigrī , dil kā pyār hai vah hāth uṭhāō .

148Those who have deep love in their hearts for Father Brahma, raise your hands! 149Do you double foreigners have love in your hearts?

127Achchhā , pakkā pyār hai nā  ?

150Achcha! 151It is real love, is it not?

128Abhī question pūchhē̃gē , pyār jissē hōtā hai , tō pyār key|kī niśhānī hai jō uskō achchhā lagtā , vah pyār karnē vālē kō bhī achchhā lagtā , dōnō̃ K|kē saṅskār , saṅkalp , svabhāv tally khātē haĩ tabhī vah pyārā lagtā hai .

152Now, Baba will ask you a question. 153A sign of love is that whoever you love, you would like doing what the one you love likes doing. 154Only when the sanskars, thoughts and natures of both tally with one another do you find each other loving.

129Tō brahmā bāp sē pyār hai tō 21 hī janm , pahlē janm sē lēkar , dūsrē tīsrē mē̃ āyē tō achchhā nahī̃ hai lēkin first janm sē lēkē last janm tak sāth rahē̃gē , bhinn-bhinn rūp mē̃ sāth rahē̃gē .

155If you love Father Brahma, you will stay with him for 21 births, from the first birth. 156It is not good if you come in the second or third birth. 157You will stay with him from the first birth till the last birth. 158You will stay with him in different forms.

130Tō sāth kaun rah saktā hai  ?

159So, who can stay with him?

131Jō samān hōgā .

160Those who are equal.

132Vah number one ātmā hai .

161He is the number one soul.

133Tō sāth kaisē rahē̃gē  ?

162So, how will you stay with him?

134Number one banē̃gē tab tō sāth rahē̃gē , sabmē̃ number-one , mansā mē̃ , vāṇī mē̃ , karmaṇā mē̃ , vr̥itti mē̃ , dr̥iṣhṭi mē̃ , kr̥iti mē̃ , sabmē̃ .

163Only when you become number one will you stay with him. 164Number one in everything: in your thoughts, words, deeds, attitude, vision and behaviour.

135Tō number one haĩ yā number-vār haĩ  ?

165So, are you number one or numberwise?

136Tō agar pyār hai tō pyār kē liē kuchh bhī kurbānī karnā muśhkil nahī̃ hōtā .

166If you have love, then it is not difficult to sacrifice anything out of love.

137Last janm kaliyug K|kē ant mē̃ bhī body conscious pyār vālē jān bhī kurbān kar dētē haĩ .

167In the last birth at the end of the iron age, even those who have body-conscious love sacrifice their lives out of love.

138Tō āpnē agar brahmā bābā K|kē pyār mē̃ apnē saṅskār parivartan kiyā tō kyā baṛī bāt hai  !

168So, what is the big deal if you transform your sanskars out of love for Father Brahma?

139Baṛī bāt hai kyā  ?

169Is it a big deal?

140Nahī̃ hai .

170It isn’t.

141Tō āj sē sabkē saṅskār change hō gayē  !

171So, will everyone’s sanskars change from today?

142Pakkā  ?

172Are you sure?

143Report āyēgī , āpkē sāthī likhē̃gē , pakkā  ?

173A report will be sent. 174Your companions will write to Baba. 175Are you sure?

144Sun rahī haĩ dādiyā̃ , kahtē haĩ saṅskār badal gayē .

176The Dadis are also listening. 177They (the double foreigners) are saying that their sanskars have changed.

145Yā time lagēgā  ? 146Kyā  ?

178Or, will it take time?

147Mōhinī ( New York ) sunāvē , badalē̃gē nā  !

179Mohini, you tell Baba. 180They will change, will they not?

148Yah sabhī badalē̃gē nā  ?

181They will all change, will they not?

149America vālē tō badal jāyēṅgē .

182Those from America will change.

150Hansī kī bāt tō rah gaī .

183The amusing part has been left out.

151Hansī kī yah bāt hai - tō sabhī kahtē haĩ ki puruṣhārth tō bahut kartē haĩ , aur bāpdādā kō dēkh karkē rahm bhī ātā hai puruṣhārth bahut kartē haĩ , kabhī-kabhī mēhnat bahut kartē haĩ aur kahtē kyā haĩ - kyā karē̃ , mērē saṅskār aisē haĩ  !

184The amusing thing is that all of you say that you make a lot of effort. 185BapDada too feels mercy when He sees that you are making a lot of effort. 186Sometimes, you make a lot of effort and what do you say: “What can I do if my sanskars are like that?”

152Saṅskār kē ūpar kahkar apnē kō halkā kar dētē haĩ lēkin bāp nē āj dēkhā ki yah jō āp kahtē hō ki mērā saṅskār hai , tō kyā āpkā yah saṅskār hai  ?

187You use your sanskars as an excuse and justify yourself in that way. 188However, today, the Father saw that when you say, “My sanskars”, are they really your sanskars?

153Āp ātmā hō , ātmā hō nā  !

189Each of you is a soul. 190You are a soul, are you not?

154Body tō nahī̃ hō nā  !

191You are not a body, are you?

155Tō ātmā K|kē saṅskār kyā haĩ  ?

192So, what are the sanskars of you, that soul?

156Aur original āpkē saṅskār kaun sē haĩ  ?

193And, what are your original sanskars?

157Jiskō āj āp mērā kahtē hō vah mērā hai yā rāvaṇ kā hai  ?

194Whatever you refer to today as yours, are they yours or Ravan’s?

158Kiskā hai  ?

195Whose sanskars are they?

159Āpkā hai  ?

196Are they yours?

160Nahī̃ hai  ?

197They are not yours.

161Tō mērā kyō̃ kahtē hō  !

198So, why do you say that they are yours?

162Kahtē tō aisē hī hō nā ki mērā saṅskār aisā hai  ?

199You say: “My sanskars are like that”, do you not?

163Tō āj sē yah nahī̃ kahnā , mērā saṅskār .

200So, from today, don’t say, “My sanskars!”

164Nahī̃ .

201No.

165Kabhī yahā̃ vahā̃ sē uṛkē kichṛā ā jātā hai nā  !

202Sometimes, rubbish comes flying to you from everywhere, does it not?

166Tō yah rāvaṇ key|kī chīz ā gaī tō uskō mērā kaisē kahtē hō  !

203So, this thing of Ravan’s has also come to you. 204So, how can you say that they are yours?

167Hai mērā  ?

205Are they yours?

168Nahī̃ hai nā  ?

206They aren’t, are they?

169Tō abhī kabhī nahī̃ kahnā , jab mērā śhabda bōlō tō yād karō maĩ kaun aur mērā saṅskār kyā  ?

207So now, never say this. 208Whenever you say the word “Mine” then remember who you are and what your sanskars are.

170Body conscious mē̃ mērā saṅskār hai , ātma-abhimānī mē̃ yah saṅskār nahī̃ hai .

209In body consciousness they are your sanskars. 210However, in soul consciousness, those sanskars are not there.

171Tō abhī yah bhāṣhā bhī parivartan karnā .

211So, now transform that language.

172Mērā saṅskār kahkē albēlē hō jātē hō .

212You say, “My sanskars” and become careless.

173Kahē̃gē bhāv nahī̃ hai , saṅskār hai .

213You would say: “That was not my intention, but those are just my sanskars.”

174Achchhā dūsrā śhabda kyā kahtē haĩ  ?

214Achcha, what is the other word you use?

175Mērā svabhāv .

215“My nature.”

176Abhī svabhāv śhabda kitnā achchhā hai .

216The word “swabhav” nature (swa – self, bhav – feeling) is so good.

177Sva tō sadā achchhā hōtā hai .

217One’s self is always good.

178Mērā svabhāv , sva kā bhāv achchhā hōtā hai , kharāb nahī̃ hōtā hai .

218My nature, my intention is always good, it is never bad.

179Tō yah jō śhabda use kartē hō nā , mērā svabhāv hai , mērā saṅskār hai , abhī is bhāṣhā kō change karō , jab bhī mērā śhabda āvē , tō yād karō mērā saṅskār original kyā hai  ?

219So, instead of using the words, “My nature, my sanskars”, change that language. 220Whenever you use the word “my”, then remember: What are my original sanskars?

180Yah kaun bōltā hai  ?

221Who is saying this?

181Ātmā bōltī hai yah mērā saṅskār hai  ?

222It is the soul that says: “These are my sanskars.”

182Tō jab yah sōchē̃gē nā tō apnē ūpar hī hansī āyēgī , āyēgī nā hansī  ?

223So, when you think about this, you will be amused with yourself. 224You will feel amused, will you not?

183Hansī āyēgī tō jō khiṭkhiṭ kartē hō vah khatm hō jāyēgī .

225When you are amused, all the complications that you create would end.

184Iskō kahtē haĩ bhāṣhā kā parivartan karnā arthāt her|har ātmā kē prati svamān aur sammān mē̃ rahnā .

226This is called transforming your language, that is, to have respect and regard for every soul.

185Svayã bhī sadā svamān mē̃ rahō , aurō̃ kō bhī svamān sē dēkhō .

227Constantly stay in self-respect for yourself and regard others with respect.

186Svamān sē dēkhē̃gē nā tō phir jō kōī bhī bātē̃ hōtī haĩ , jō āpkō bhī pasand nahī̃ haĩ , kabhī bhī kōī khiṭkhiṭ hōtī hai tō pasand ātā hai  ? 187Nahī̃ ātā hai nā  ?

228When you look at everyone with respect, then, when anything happens that you don’t like, when there are some complications, you don’t like them, do you?

188Tō dēkhō hī ēk dō kō svamān sē .

229Look at one another with respect.

189Yah viśhēṣh ātmā hai , yah bāp K|kē pālnā vālī brāhmaṇ ātmā hai .

230This one is a special soul. 231This one is a Brahmin soul who has received sustenance from the Father.

190Yah kōṭō̃ mē̃ kōī , kōī mē̃ bhī kōī ātmā hai .

232This soul is one of the few out of multimillions.

191Sirph ēk bāt karō - apnē nayanō̃ mē̃ bindī kō samā dō , bas .

233Just do one thing: let the point remain merged in your eyes, that’s all!

192Ēk bindī sē tō dēkhtē hō , dūsrī bindī bhī samā dō tō kuchh bhī nahī̃ hōgā , mēhnat karnī nahī̃ paṛēgī .

234Firstly, you see with the point (pupil of the eye) and secondly, merge the point in your eye. 235Then, no conflict will happen. 236You won’t have to make effort.

193Jaisē ātmā , ātmā kō dēkh rahī hai .

237It will be as though a soul is looking at a soul.

194Ātmā , ātmā sē bōl rahī hai .

238A soul is speaking to a soul.

195Ātmik vr̥itti , ātmik dr̥iṣhṭi banāō .

239Create a soul-conscious attitude and soul-conscious vision.

196Samjhā - kyā karnā hai  ?

240Do you understand what you have to do?

197Abhī mērā saṅskār kabhī nahī̃ kahnā , svabhāv kahō tō sva K|kē bhāv mē̃ rahnā .

241Now, never say: “My sanskars.” 242When you speak of swabhav (your original nature), stay in the nature of yourself.

198Ṭhīk hai nā .

243Is this OK?

199Bāpdādā yahī chāhtē haĩ ki yah pūrā varṣh chāhē season 6 mās chaltī hai lēkin pūrā hī varṣh sabhī kō jab bhī milō , jissē bhī milō , chāhē āpas mē̃ , chāhē aur ātmāō̃ sē lēkin jab bhī milō , jissē bhī milō uskō santuṣhṭatā kā sahyōg dō .

244BapDada wants that, throughout the whole year, even though the season is only six months, throughout the whole year, whenever you meet anyone, whoever you meet, whether it is amongst yourselves or with other souls, whenever you meet, whoever you meet, give them the co-operation of contentment.

200Svayã bhī santuṣhṭ rahō aur dūsrē kō bhī santuṣhṭ karō .

245You yourself should remain content and also make others content.

201Is season kā svamān hai - santuṣhṭamaṇi .

246The self-respect of this season is: “jewel of contentment.”

202Sadā santuṣhṭamaṇi .

247Always a jewel of contentment.

203Bhāī bhī maṇi haĩ , maṇā nahī̃ hōtā hai , maṇi hōtā hai .

248A brother is also a jewel (mani – feminine tense), not a masculine jewel (mana – masculine tense).

204Ēk ēk ātmā her|har samay santuṣhṭamaṇi hai .

249Each and every soul is a jewel of contentment at every moment.

205Aur svayã santuṣhṭ hōṅgē tō dūsrē kō bhī santuṣhṭ karē̃gē .

250If you yourself are content, you will also make others content.

206Santuṣhṭ rahnā aur santuṣhṭ karnā .

251Remain content and make others content.

207Ṭhīk hai , pasand hai  ?

252Is this OK? 253Do you like this?

254Do you kumaris like this? 255Those who like this and will do it – not those who simply like to hear it, but those who like to do this – all of you, raise your hands! 256All the hands are seen; you have pleased BapDada’s heart.

208 ( sabhī nē hāth uṭhāyā ) bahut achchhā , mubārak hō , mubārak hō . 209Achchhā .

257Very good. 258Congratulations. 259Congratulations.

210Kuchh bhī hō jāē , apnē svamān key|kī seat par ēkāgr rahō , bhaṭakō nahī̃ , kabhī kis seat par , kabhī kis seat par , nahī̃ .

260No matter what happens, remain stable on your seat of self-respect. 261Don’t wander around, sometimes on one seat, sometimes on another seat; no.

211Apnē svamān key|kī seat par ēkāgr rahō .

262Remain stable on your seat of self-respect.

212Aur ēkāgr seat par set hōkē agar kōī bhī bāt ātī hai nā tō ēk cartoon show K|kē muāphik dēkhō , cartoon dēkhnā achchhā lagtā hai nā , tō yah samasyā nahī̃ hai , cartoon show chal rahā hai .

263When you are seated on your seat of self-respect, if anything happens, then look at it as though you are watching a cartoon show. 264You like watching cartoons, do you not? 265So, the problem is not then a problem but it is a cartoon show that is being performed.

213Kōī śhēr ātā hai , kōī bakrī ātī hai , kōī bichchhū ātā hai , kōī chhipkalī ātī hai gandī - cartoon show hai .

266A lion comes, a sheep comes, a scorpion comes, a dirty lizard comes. 267It is a cartoon show.

214Apnī seat sē upset nahī̃ hō .

268Don’t become upset whilst on your seat.

215Majā āyēgā . 216Achchhā .

269You will then enjoy it.

217Chārō̃ ōr K|kē rāj dulārē bachchō̃ kō , sarv snēhī , sahyōgī , samān bannē vālē bachchō̃ kō , sadā apnē śhrēṣhṭh sva bhāv aur saṅskār kō svarūp mē̃ emerge karnē vālē bachchō̃ kō , sadā sukh dēnē , sarv kō snēh dēnē vālē bachchō̃ kō , sadā santuṣhṭamaṇi ban santuṣhṭatā key|kī kiraṇē̃ phailānē vālē bachchō̃ kō bāpdādā kā yādpyār aur namastē .

270To all the especially beloved, royal children, to all the loving, co-operative children who are becoming equal, to the children who make their elevated feelings for themselves and their original sanskars emerge in their forms, to the children who constantly give happiness and love to everyone, to those who become jewels of contentment and constantly spread rays of contentment, BapDada’s love, remembrance and namaste.

Blessing

218Vardān  : śhubhchintan aur śhubhchintak sthiti K|kē anubhav dvārā brahmā bāp samān master dātā bhav

271Blessing: May you become a master bestower like Father Brahma and experience the stage of having pure and positive thoughts for yourself and others.

219Brahmā bāp samān master dātā bannē kē liē īrṣhyā , ghr̥iṇā aur criticise - in tīn bātō̃ sē mukt rahkar sarv kē prati śhubhchintak banō aur śhubhchintan sthiti kā anubhav karō kyōṅki jismē̃ īrṣhyā key|kī agni hōtī hai vē|way svayã jaltē haĩ , dūsrō̃ kō parēśhān kartē haĩ , ghr̥iṇā vālē khud bhī girtē haĩ dūsrē kō bhī girātē haĩ aur hansī mē̃ bhī criticise karnē vālē , ātmā kō himmathīn banākar duḥkhī kartē haĩ isliē in tīnō̃ bātō̃ sē mukt rah śhubhchintak sthiti K|kē anubhav dvārā dātā K|kē bachchē master dātā banō .

272 In order to become a master bestower, like Father Brahma, remain free from three things: jealousy, dislike and being critical, and have pure and positive thoughts for all and experience the stage of only having pure and positive thoughts. 273This is because those who have the fire of jealousy in them burn themselves and also cause distress for others. 274Those who have dislike fall and also make others fall, and those who even jokingly criticise others discourage them and make them unhappy. 275Therefore, remain free from these three things and experience the stage of having pure and positive thoughts and thereby become a master bestower, a child of the Bestower.

Slogan

220Slōgan  : man-buddhi aur saṅskārō̃ par sampūrṇ rājya karnē vālē svarājya adhikārī banō .

276Slogan: Those who have total sovereignty over their minds, intellects and sanskars are masters of themselves, self-sovereigns.

221Apnī śhaktiśhālī mansā dvārā sakāśh dēnē key|kī sēvā karō

277*** Om Shanti *** With your powerful mind, do the service of giving sakaash.

222Āp brāhmaṇ bachchē tanā hō . 223Tanē sē hī sārē vr̥ikṣha kō sakāśh pahuñchtī hai .

278You Brahmin children are the trunk and the whole tree receives sakaash from the trunk.

224Tō ab viśhva kō sakāśh dēnē vālē banō .

279So now, become those who give sakaash to the world.

225Agar 20 centre , 30 centre yā dō aṛhāī sau centre yā zone , yah buddhi mē̃ rahēgā tō bēhad mē̃ sakāśh nahī̃ dē sakē̃gē isliē hadō̃ sē nikal ab bēhad key|kī sēvā kā part ārambh karō .

280If you have 20 centres, 30 centres, or 200 to 250 centres or your zone in your intellect, you will not be able to give sakaash to the unlimited. 281Therefore, constantly stay beyond any limits, and begin the part of doing unlimited service.

226Bēhad mē̃ jānē sē had key|kī bātē̃ āpēhī chhūṭ jāyēṅgī .

282By going into the unlimited, you will automatically become free from anything limited.

227Bēhad key|kī sakāśh sē parivartan hōnā - yah fast sēvā kā result hai .

283To have transformation with unlimited sakaash is the result of fast service.
