¹Essence: Sweet children, every word you speak should be very sweet and first class. ²The Father is the Remover of Sorrow and the Bestower of Happiness. ³You have to give happiness to everyone like the Father does.

³uttar:- koi bhi mitra-sambandhi aadi hain to unse bahut namrata se, prembhaav se muskaraate hue baat karni chaahiye।

⁵Answer: You should speak to your friends, relatives etc. very lovingly with a smile and a lot of humility.

⁴samjhaana chaahiye yeh vahi mahaabhaarat ladaai hai।

¹²jab koi geet bajta hai to bachchon ko apne andar uska arth nikaalna chaahiye। ¹³second mein nikal sakta hai।

¹⁷to bachchon ka bhi case hai, kaun-sa case?

²³Ravan has brought you a great deal of sorrow.

²²baap sunte bhi hain, drama anusaar aate bhi hain bilkul poore time par। ²³usmein ek second ka bhi farka nahin pad sakta hai।

²⁷The Father does listen to you and He comes at precisely the accurate time according to the drama; there cannot be the difference of even a second.

²⁸The unlimited clock functions accurately.

²⁹The watches you have do not function as accurately.

²⁷ghadi bhi accurate honi chaahiye।

³¹Even the clock has to be very accurate.

²⁸baap to bada accurate hai।

²⁹sunvaai badi accurate hoti hai।

³⁰kalpa-kalpa, kalpa ke sangam par accurate time par aate hain।

⁴⁵atomic bombs aadi ka kitna jor se aavaaz hota hai।

⁴⁶tum bachche silence ke bal se is science par jeet paate ho।

⁵¹You children gain victory over science with the power of silence.

⁴⁷silence ko yog bhi kaha jaata hai।

⁵²Silence is also called yoga.

⁴⁸aatma baap ko yaad karti hai - baba aap aao to ham shantidham mein jaakar nivaas karen।

⁵⁴yeh points bhi tumko pradarshani mein likhni chaahiye।

⁵⁵dehli mein bahut service ho sakti hai kyonki dehli hai sabka capital।

⁶⁰Plenty of service can take place in Delhi because Delhi is the capital.

⁵⁶tumhaari bhi dehli hi capital hogi।

⁶¹Your capital will also be Delhi.

⁵⁷dehli ko hi paristaan kaha jaata hai।

⁶²Delhi is called Paristhan (the land of angels).

⁵⁸paandavon ke kile to nahin hain।

⁶³There aren't any forts for Pandavas.

⁵⁹kila tab baandha jaata hai jab dushman chadhaai karte hain।

⁶⁴People build a fort to protect them from enemy attacks.

⁶⁰tumko to kile aadi ki darkaar rehti nahin।

⁶⁵You have no need of forts etc.

⁶¹tum jaante ho ham silence ke bal se apna raajya sthaapan kar rahe hain, unhon ki hai artificial silence। ⁶²tumhaari hai real silence।

⁶⁶You know that you are establishing your own kingdom with the power of silence. ⁶⁷Those people have artificial silence whereas yours is real silence.

⁶³gyaan ka bal, shanti ka bal kaha jaata hai।

⁶⁸It is said: The power of knowledge and the power of silence.

⁶⁴knowledge hai padhaai।

⁶⁹Knowledge means a study.

⁶⁵padhaai se hi bal milta hai।

⁷⁰You receive power through this study.

⁶⁶pulis superintendent bante hain, kitna bal rehta hai।

⁷¹A police superintendent has so much power.

⁶⁷woh sab hain jismaani baaten duhkh dene vaali।

⁷²All of those are physical things that cause you sorrow.

⁶⁸tumhaari har baat roohaani hai।

⁷³All of your matters are spiritual.

⁶⁹tumhaare mukh se jo bhi bol nikalte hain woh ek-ek bol aise first class meethe hon jo sunne vaala khush ho jaae।

⁷⁴Whatever words emerge from your mouths, they have to be first class and so sweet that those who listen to you become happy.

⁷⁰jaise baap duhkh harta sukh karta hai, aise tum bachchon ko bhi sabko sukh dena hai।

⁷⁵The Father is the Remover of Sorrow and the Bestower of Happiness. ⁷⁶You children have to give happiness to everyone in the same way.

⁷¹kutumba parivaar ko bhi duhkh aadi na ho।

⁷⁷You should not make your extended family experience any sorrow either.

⁷²kaayde anusaar sabse chalna hai।

⁷⁸You have to interact with everyone with discipline.

⁷³badon ke saath pyaar se chalna hai।

⁷⁹Interact with your elders with a lot of love.

⁷⁴mukh se akshar aise meethe first class niklen jo sab khush ho jaaen।

⁸⁰Such sweet, first-class words should emerge from your mouths that anyone who hears them becomes happy.

⁷⁵bolo, shivbaaba kehte hain manmanaabhav।

⁸¹Tell them: Shiv Baba says: Manmanabhav!

⁷⁶oonch te oonch main hoon।

⁸²I am the Highest on High.

⁷⁷mujhe yaad karne se hi tumhaare vikarma vinaash honge।

⁸³By remembering Me, your sins will be absolved.

⁷⁸bahut pyaar se baat karni chaahiye।

⁸⁴You have to talk to them with a lot of love.

⁷⁹samjho koi bada bhaai ho bolo daada ji shivbaaba kehte hain - mujhe yaad karo।

⁸⁵If there is an elder brother around, tell him: Dadaji, Shiv Baba says: Remember Me.

⁸⁰shivbaaba jisko roodra bhi kehte hain, vahi gyaan yagya rachte hain।

⁸⁶Shiv Baba, who is also called Rudra, has created this sacrificial fire of knowledge.

⁸⁷You would never have heard that Shri Krishna created the sacrificial fire of knowledge.

⁸²roodra gyaan yagya kehte hain to roodra shivbaaba ne yeh yagya racha hai।

⁸⁸People only speak of the sacrificial fire of the knowledge of Rudra. ⁸⁹Rudra, Shiv Baba, has created this sacrificial fire of knowledge.

⁸³raajaai praapta karne ke liye gyaan aur yog sikhla rahe hain।

⁹⁰He is teaching you this knowledge and yoga to enable you to claim a kingdom.

⁸⁴baap kehte hain bhagvaanuvaach maamekam yaad karo kyonki abhi sabki ant ghadi hai, vaanaprastha avastha hai।

⁹¹The Father also says: God speaks: Constantly remember Me alone because it is now the final moments for everyone. ⁹²It is everyone's stage of retirement.

⁸⁵sabko vaapis jaana hai।

⁹³Everyone has to return home.

⁸⁶marne samay manushya ko kehte hain na eeshvar ko yaad karo।

⁹⁴When someone is about to die, he is told to remember God.

⁸⁷yahaan eeshvar svayan kehte hain maut saamne khada hai, inse koi bach nahin sakte।

⁹⁵God Himself comes here and says: Death is standing ahead of you. ⁹⁶No one can be saved from it.

⁸⁸ant mein hi baap aakar ke kehte hain ki bachche mujhe yaad karo to tumhaare paap bhasma ho jaaen, inko yaad ki agni kaha jaata hai।

⁹⁷The Father comes at the end of the cycle and says: Children, remember Me and your sins will be burnt away. ⁹⁸This is called the fire of remembrance.

⁸⁹baap guarantee karte hain ki isse tumhaare paap dagdha honge।

⁹⁹The Father guarantees that your sins will be burnt in this remembrance.

⁹⁰vikarma vinaash hone ka, paavan banne ka aur koi upaay nahin hai।

¹⁰⁰There is no other way for your sins to be absolved and for you to become pure.

⁹¹paapon ka bojha sir par chadhte-chadhte, khaad padte-padte sona 9 carat ka ho gaya hai।

¹⁰¹Due to the burden of sins on your heads and because alloy has been mixed into you, the gold is now only nine carat.

⁹²9 carat ke baad mulamma kaha jaata hai।

¹⁰²When it is only nine carat gold, it is called artificial gold.

⁹³abhi phir 24 carat kaise banen, aatma pure kaise banen?

¹⁰³How can it become 24 carat gold again? ¹⁰⁴How can you souls become pure?

⁹⁴pure aatma ko jevar bhi pure milega।

¹⁰⁵A pure soul will be given pure ornaments.

⁹⁵koi mitra-sambandhi aadi hain to unse bahut namrata se, prem bhaav se muskaraate hue baat karni chaahiye।

¹⁰⁶You have to speak to your friends and relatives etc. very lovingly with a smile and a lot of humility.

⁹⁶samjhaana chaahiye yeh to vahi mahaabhaarat ladaai hai।

¹⁰⁷Explain to them that this is the same Mahabharat War.

⁹⁸baap dvaara hamko srishti ke aadi-madhya-ant ki knowledge mil rahi hai।

¹⁰⁹We are now being given this knowledge of the beginning, middle and end of the world by the Father.

⁹⁹aur kahaan bhi yeh knowledge mil na sake।

¹¹⁰You cannot receive this knowledge anywhere else.

¹⁰⁰main aapko satya kehta hoon yeh bhakti aadi to janma-janmaantar ki hai, ab gyaan shuru hota hai।

¹¹¹I am telling you the truth. ¹¹²You have been performing devotion for many births. ¹¹³It is now the time for this knowledge to begin.

¹⁰¹bhakti hai raat, gyaan hai din।

¹¹⁴Devotion is the night and this knowledge is the day.

¹⁰²satayug mein bhakti hoti nahin।

¹¹⁵In the golden age, there is no devotion.

¹⁰³aise-aise yukti se baat karni chaahiye।

¹¹⁶You should speak to them in a tactful way whenever you have a chance.

¹⁰⁴jab koi mauka mile, jab teer maarna hota hai to samay aur mauka dekha jaata hai।

¹¹⁷Before you shoot an arrow, you have to consider the time and the circumstances.

¹⁰⁵gyaan dene ki bhi badi yukti chaahiye।

¹¹⁸You need great tact in order to give this knowledge.

¹⁰⁶baap yuktiyaan to sabke liye bataate rehte hain।

¹¹⁹The Father gives different methods to everyone.

¹⁰⁷pavitrata to badi achhi hai, yeh lakshmi-naaraayan hamaare bade poojya hain na।

¹²⁰Purity is very good. ¹²¹Lakshmi and Narayan are worthy of worship.

¹⁰⁸poojya paavan phir pujaari patit banen।

¹²²They were pure and worthy of being worshipped.

¹⁰⁹paavan ki patit baith pooja karen - yeh to shobhta nahin hai।

¹²³Then, they became impure and worshippers. ¹²⁴It doesn’t seem right for pure ones to worship the impure.

¹¹⁰kai to patit se door bhaagte hain।

¹²⁵Some even run away from impure ones.

¹¹¹vallabhaachaari kabhi paanv ko chhoone nahin dete।

¹²⁶The Vallabhacharis (sect of Krishna devotees) never allow anyone to touch their feet.

¹¹²samajhte hain yeh chhi-chhi manushya hain।

¹²⁷They believe that human beings are dirty.

¹¹³mandiron mein bhi hamesha brahman ko hi moorti chhoone ka allow rehta hai।

¹²⁸In the temples, only the brahmin priests are allowed to touch the deity idols.

¹¹⁴shoodra manushya andar jaakar chhu na saken।

¹²⁹Shudra human beings are forbidden to touch the idols.

¹¹⁵vahaan brahman log hi unko snaan aadi karaate hain, aur koi ko jaane nahin dete।

¹³⁰Only the brahmin priests are allowed to bathe them etc. ¹³¹No one else is allowed to go there.

¹¹⁶pharka to hai na।

¹³²There is so much difference.

¹¹⁷ab ve to hain kukh vanshaavli brahman, tum ho mukh vanshaavli sachche brahman।

¹³³Those brahmins are born through a womb whereas you true Brahmins are mouth-born.

¹¹⁸tum un braahmanon ko achha samjha sakte ho ki brahman do prakaar ke hote hain - ek to hain prajaapita brahma ke mukh vanshaavli, doosre hain kukh vanshaavli।

¹³⁴You can explain very well to those brahmins that there are two types of Brahmin: One type is of those who are the mouth-born creation of Prajapita Brahma and the other type is of the creation born through wombs.

¹¹⁹brahma ke mukh vanshaavli brahman hain oonch te oonch choti।

¹³⁵The Brahmins who are the mouth-born creation of Brahma are the topknot.

¹²⁰yagya rachte hain to bhi braahmanon ko mukrar kiya jaata hai।

¹³⁶When a sacrificial fire is created, brahmin priests are appointed to take care of it.

¹²¹yeh phir hai gyaan yagya।

¹³⁷This sacrificial fire is of this knowledge.

¹²²braahmanon ko gyaan milta hai jo phir devta bante hain।

¹³⁸You Brahmins are given this knowledge and you then become deities.

¹²³varna bhi samjhaaye gaye hain।

¹³⁹The different castes have been explained to you.

¹²⁴jo serviceable bachche honge unhein service ka sadaiv shauk rahega।

¹⁴⁰Serviceable children are always keen to do service.

¹²⁵kahaan pradarshani hogi to jhat service par bhaagenge - ham jaakar aisi-aisi points samjhaayen।

¹⁴¹Whenever there is an exhibition somewhere, they will instantly run there. ¹⁴²They would feel that they have to go and explain the points of this knowledge.

¹²⁶pradarshani mein to praja banne ka vihang maarga hai, aapehi dher ke dher aa jaate hain।

¹⁴³Exhibitions are a fast way to create subjects. ¹⁴⁴Many come by themselves.

¹²⁷to samjhaane vaale bhi achhe hone chaahiye।

¹⁴⁵Therefore, clever ones who can explain clearly are needed.

¹²⁸agar koi ne poora nahin samjhaaya to kahenge bi.ke. ke paas yahi gyaan hai!

¹⁴⁶If someone doesn’t explain fully, people would say, “Is this all the knowledge that the Brahma Kumaris have?”

¹²⁹disservice ho jaati hai।

¹⁴⁷Therefore, disservice would be done.

¹³⁰pradarshani mein ek aisa chusta ho jo samjhaane vaale guides ko dekhta rahe।

¹⁴⁸This is why you need an alert person to watch over the guides as they explain.

¹³¹koi bada aadmi hai to unko samjhaane vaala bhi aisa achha dena chaahiye।

¹⁴⁹If important people come, someone who can explain well should speak to them.

¹³²kam samjhaane vaalon ko hata dena chaahiye।

¹⁵⁰Those who are unable to explain clearly have to be removed.

¹³³supervise karne par ek achha hona chaahiye।

¹⁵¹There should be someone who is able to supervise very well.

¹³⁴tumko to mahaatmaaon ko bhi bulaana hai।

¹⁵²You also have to invite the mahatmas.

¹³⁵tum sirf batlaate ho ki baba aise kehte hain, woh oonch te oonch bhagwan hai, vahi rachayita baap hai।

¹⁵³Simply tell them that this is what Baba says: I am God, the Highest on High. ¹⁵⁴I am the Father, the Creator.

¹³⁶baaki sab hain unki rachna।

¹⁵⁵Everyone else is part of creation.

¹³⁷varsa baap se milega, bhaai, bhaai ko varsa kya dega!

¹⁵⁶You receive the inheritance from the Father. ¹⁵⁷What inheritance would a brother give to a brother?

¹³⁸koi bhi sukhdhaam ka varsa de na sake।

¹⁵⁸No one else is able to give you the inheritance of the land of happiness.

¹³⁹varsa dete hi hain baap।

¹⁵⁹Only the Father can give you that inheritance.

¹⁴⁰sarva ka sadgati karne vaala ek hi baap hai, unko yaad karna hai।

¹⁶⁰Only the Father is the One who grants salvation to all. ¹⁶¹You have to remember Him.

¹⁴¹baap khud aakar golden ez banaate hain।

¹⁶²The Father Himself comes and creates the golden age.

¹⁴²brahma tan se svarga sthaapan karte hain।

¹⁶³He creates heaven through the body of Brahma.

¹⁴³shiv jayanti manaate bhi hain, parantu woh kya karte hain, yeh sab manushya bhool gaye hain।

¹⁶⁴People celebrate the birthday of Shiva (Shiv Jayanti), but what did He do? ¹⁶⁵Everyone has forgotten all of that.

¹⁴⁴shivbaaba hi aakar raajayog sikhlaae varsa dete hain।

¹⁶⁶Shiv Baba comes and teaches you Raja Yoga and gives you the inheritance.

¹⁴⁵5000 varsha pahle bhaarat svarga tha, laakhon varsha ki to baat hi nahin hai।

¹⁶⁷Bharat was made into heaven 5000 years ago. ¹⁶⁸It cannot be a question of hundreds of thousands of years.

¹⁴⁶tithi-taareekh sab hai, inko koi khandan kar na sake।

¹⁶⁹The dates and times are in front of you. ¹⁷⁰No one can prove them to be false.

¹⁴⁷nai duniya aur puraani duniya aadha-aadha chaahiye।

¹⁷¹The new world and the old world have to be half-and-half.

¹⁴⁸woh satayug ki aayu laakhon varsha kah dete to koi hisaab ho nahin sakta।

¹⁷²Those people say that the duration of the golden age is hundreds of thousands of years. ¹⁷³If that were the case, nothing could be calculated accurately.

¹⁴⁹svaastika mein bhi poore 4 bhaag hain।

¹⁷⁴There are in fact four equal parts of the swastika.

¹⁵⁰1250 varsha har yug mein baante hue hain।

¹⁷⁵Each age is 1250 years.

¹⁵¹hisaab kiya jaata hai na।

¹⁷⁶This calculation can be made.

¹⁵²vo log hisaab to kuchh bhi jaante nahin isliye kaudi tulya kaha jaata hai।

¹⁷⁷Those people do not know any of these calculations. ¹⁷⁸That is why they are said to be worth shells.

¹⁵³ab baap heere tulya banaate hain।

¹⁷⁹The Father is now making you worth diamonds.

¹⁵⁴sab patit hain, bhagwan ko yaad karte hain।

¹⁵⁸bhaarat kitna sirtaaj tha, sab bhool gaye hain।

¹⁸⁵Have you forgotten how Bharat used to be crowned?

¹⁵⁹musalmaanon aadi ne bhi kitna somnaath mandir se lootkar masjidon aadi mein heere aadi jaakar lagaaye hain।

¹⁸⁶The Muslims looted so many diamonds etc. from the Somnath Temple and used them all in their mosques etc.

¹⁸⁷No one could put a value on them now.

¹⁶¹itni badi-badi maniyaan raajaaon ke taaj mein rehti thi।

¹⁸⁸There used to be so many large jewels in the crowns worn by the kings.

¹⁶²koi to karod ki, koi 5 karod ki।

¹⁸⁹Some would have jewels worth one hundred thousand and others would have jewels worth five hundred thousand.

¹⁶³aajkal to sab imitation nikal padi hai।

¹⁹⁰Nowadays, there are so many artificial things.

¹⁶⁴is duniya mein sab hai artificial paai ka sukh। ¹⁶⁵baaki hai duhkh isliye sannyaasi bhi kehte hain kaag vishta samaan sukh hai isliye woh gharbaar chhodte hain parantu ab to woh bhi tamopradhaan ho pade hain।

¹⁹¹The artificial happiness of this world is only worth a few pennies; everything else is sorrow. ¹⁹²Therefore, sannyasis say that happiness is like the droppings of a crow. ¹⁹³That is why they leave their homes and businesses. ¹⁹⁴However, even they have now become totally tamopradhan.

¹⁶⁶shahar mein andar ghus pade hain। ¹⁶⁷parantu ab kisko sunaayen, raaja-raani to hain nahin।

¹⁹⁵They have now pushed their way into the cities, but to whom would you go and complain? ¹⁹⁶There are no kings or queens.

¹⁶⁸koi bhi maanega nahin।

¹⁹⁷No one would listen to you.

¹⁶⁹kahenge sabki apni-apni mat hai, jo chaahe so kare। ¹⁷⁰sankalp ki srishti hai।

¹⁹⁸They would say that each one has his own opinion, that they can do whatever they want, that this world is created through thoughts.

¹⁷¹ab tum bachchon ko baap gupta reeti purooshaartha karaate rehte hain।

¹⁹⁹The Father now enables you children to make effort in an incognito way.

¹⁷²tum kitna sukh bhogte ho।

²⁰⁰You experience so much happiness.

¹⁷³doosre dharma bhi pichhaadi mein jab vriddhi ko paate hain tab ladaaiyaan aadi khitpit hoti hai।

²⁰¹All the other religions expand at the end. ²⁰²Then there is war and a great deal of conflict.

¹⁷⁴pauna samay to sukh mein rehte ho isliye baap kehte hain tumhaara devi-devta dharma bahut sukh dene vaala hai।

²⁰³You stay in happiness for three quarters of each cycle. ²⁰⁴This is why the Father says that your deity religion gives you so much happiness.

¹⁷⁵ham tumko vishwa ka maalik banaate hain।

²⁰⁵I make you into the masters of the world.

¹⁷⁶aur dharma sthaapak koi raajaai nahin sthaapan karte hain।

²⁰⁶None of the other founders of a religion establish a kingdom.

¹⁷⁷woh sadgati nahin karte। ¹⁷⁸aate hain sirf apna dharma sthaapan karne।

²⁰⁷They do not grant salvation to anyone; they simply come to establish their own religions.

¹⁷⁹woh bhi jab ant mein tamopradhaan ban jaate hain to phir baap ko aana padta hai satopradhaan banaane।

²⁰⁸When even they have become totally tamopradhan by the end, the Father has to come to make them totally satopradhan.

¹⁸⁰tumhaare paas saikdon manushya aate hain parantu kuchh bhi samajhte nahin।

²⁰⁹Thousands of people come here, but they do not understand anything.

¹⁸¹baba ko likhte hain phalaana bahut achha samajh raha hai, bahut achha hai।

²¹⁰Some children write to Baba saying that so-and-so has understood everything very well and that he is very good.

¹⁸²baba kehte hain kuchh bhi samjha nahin hai।

²¹¹Baba says: He hasn't understood anything.

¹⁸³agar samajh jaae baba aaya hua hai, vishwa ka maalik bana rahe hain, bas usi samay masti chadh jaae। ¹⁸⁴phauran ticket lekar yeh bhaage।

²¹²If he had understood that Baba has come and is making us into the masters of the world, he would have become intoxicated and instantly bought a ticket at that very moment and come running here.

¹⁸⁵parantu braahmani ki chitthi to zaroor laani pade - baap se milne liye।

²¹³However, you must also have a letter of introduction from your teacher when you come to meet the Father.

¹⁸⁶baap ko pahchaan jaaen to milne bigar rah na sake, ekdam nasha chadh jaae।

²¹⁴Once you recognise the Father, you cannot delay in coming to meet Him. ²¹⁵You would have a great deal of intoxication.

¹⁸⁸unki buddhi mitra-sambandhiyon mein bhatkegi nahin।

²¹⁷Their intellects wouldn’t wander to their friends or relatives.

¹⁸⁹parantu bahuton ki bhatakti rehti hai।

²¹⁸However, the intellects of many of you continue to wander around.

¹⁹⁰grihastha vyavhaar mein rehte kamal phool samaan pavitra banna hai aur baap ki yaad mein rehna hai।

²¹⁹Whilst living at home with your families, remain as pure as a lotus flower and stay in remembrance of the Father.

¹⁹¹hai bahut sahaj।

²²⁰This is very easy.

¹⁹²jitna ho sake baap ko yaad karte raho।

²²¹Stay in remembrance of the Father as much as possible.

¹⁹³jaise office se chhutti lete hain, vaise dhandhe se chhutti paakar ek-do din yaad ki yaatra mein baith jaao।

²²²You are able to take leave from work. ²²³In the same way, take a couple of days leave from your work and sit in the pilgrimage of remembrance.

¹⁹⁴ghadi-ghadi yaad mein baithne ke liye achha saara din vrat rakh leta hoon - baap ko yaad karne ka।

²²⁴In order to sit in remembrance, you should repeatedly think: I will keep a fast of remembrance of the Father.

¹⁹⁵kitna jama ho jaayega।

²²⁵You would then accumulate so much.

¹⁹⁶vikarma bhi vinaash honge।

²²⁶All your sins would also be absolved.

¹⁹⁷baap ki yaad se hi satopradhaan banna hai।

²²⁷You have to become totally pure by having remembrance of the Father.

¹⁹⁸saara din poora yog to kiska lag bhi na sake।

²²⁸No one is able to stay in remembrance throughout the whole day.

¹⁹⁹maaya vighna zaroor daalti hai phir bhi purooshaartha karte-karte vijay pa lenge।

²²⁹Maya definitely creates obstacles. ²³⁰Even so, it is by making this effort that you gain victory.

²⁰⁰bas, aaj ka saara din bageeche mein baith baap ko yaad karta hoon।

²³¹Think: Today, I will sit in the garden the whole day and simply remember the Father.

²⁰¹khaane par bhi bas yaad mein baith jaata hoon।

²³²Even whilst taking my meals, I will simply sit in remembrance.

²⁰²yeh hai mehnat।

²³³This does takes effort.

²⁰³hamko paavan zaroor banna hai।

²³⁴We definitely do have to become pure.

²⁰⁴mehnat karni hai, auron ko bhi raasta bataana hai।

²³⁵You have to make effort and show the path to others.

²⁰⁵badge to bahut achhi cheez hai।

²³⁶The badges are very good.

²⁰⁶raaste mein aapas mein bhi baat karte rahenge to bahut aakar sunenge।

²³⁷If you talk amongst yourselves in the street, many would gather and listen to you.

²⁰⁷baap kehte hain mujhe yaad karo, bas message mil gaya to ham responsibility se chhoot gaye।

²³⁸The Father says: Remember Me! ²³⁹Once they have received this message, you are free from the responsibility.

²⁴⁶ 2. Serve your friends and relatives very lovingly with a smile and a lot of humility, but don’t allow your intellect to wander to them.

²¹⁶pyaar se baap ka parichay dena hai।

²⁴⁷Give everyone the Father's introduction with a lot of love.

²⁴⁸Blessing: May you become an image that grants visions and give visions of your angelic form as you walk and move around.

²¹⁸jaise shuru mein chalte phirte brahma gum hokar shreekrishna dikhaai dete the, isi saakshaatkaar ne sab kuchh chhuda diya।

²⁴⁹ In the beginning, as Brahma walked and moved around, he would disappear and Shri Krishna would appear. ²⁵⁰This vision made them renounce everything.

²¹⁹aise saakshaatkaar dvaara abhi bhi seva ho।

²⁵¹So now, enable service to take place with such visions.

²²⁰jab saakshaatkaar se praapti hogi to banne ke bina rah nahin sakenge isliye chalte phirte pharishte swaroop ka saakshaatkaar karaao।

²⁵²When they have some attainment by seeing a vision, they will then not be able to stay without becoming like that and this is why you now have to give visions of your walking and moving angelic forms.

²²¹bhaashan vaale bahut hain lekin aap bhaasna dene vaale bano - tab samjhenge yeh allaah log hain।

²⁵³There are many who give lectures (bhasan), but you have to become those who give experiences (bhaasna). ²⁵⁴People will feel that you are the ones who belong to God.

²²²slogan:- sada roohaani mauj ka anubhav karte raho to kabhi bhi moonjhenge nahin।

²⁵⁵Slogan: Constantly continue to experience spiritual pleasure and you will never be confused.
