¹Essence: Sweet children, in order to become free from being punished for your sins, you have to make effort. ²You have to settle all your accounts in this last birth and thereby become pure.

³Question: Which promise does deceitful Maya try to make you break?

³uttar:- tumne pratigya ki hai - koi bhi dehdhaari se ham dil nahin lagaayenge।

⁴Answer: You promise that you won’t let your heart become attached to any bodily being.

⁴aatma kehti hai ham ek baap ko hi yaad karenge, apni deh ko bhi yaad nahin karenge।

⁵You souls say: I will only remember the one Father. ⁶I won’t even remember my own body.

⁵baap, deh sahit sabka sannyaas karaate hain।

⁷The Father inspires you to renounce everything including your bodies.

⁶parantu maaya yahi pratigya tudvaati hai। ⁷deh mein lagaav ho jaata hai।

⁸However, Maya tries to make you break this promise and have attachment for one body or another.

⁸jo pratigya todte hain unhein sajaayen bhi bahut khaani padti hain।

⁹Those who break this promise will have to experience a lot of punishment.

¹¹oonch te oonch bhagwan ki mahima bhi ki hai aur phir glaani bhi ki hai।

¹²There is praise as well as defamation of God, the Highest on High.

¹²ab oonch te oonch baap khud aakar parichay dete hain aur phir jab raavan raajya shuru hota hai to apni oonchaai dikhaate hain।

¹³The highest-on-high Father, Himself, comes now and gives His own introduction. ¹⁴Ever since Ravan’s kingdom began, Ravan has been showing how great he is.

¹³bhakti maarga mein bhakti ka hi raajya hai isliye kaha jaata hai raavan raajya।

¹⁵On the path of devotion, it is the kingdom of devotion. ¹⁶This is why it is called Ravan’s kingdom.

¹⁴woh raam raajya, yeh raavan raajya।

¹⁷That is the kingdom of Ravan and the other is the kingdom of Rama.

¹⁵raam aur raavan ki hi bhent ki jaati hai। ¹⁶baaki woh raam to treta ka raaja hua, unke liye nahin kaha jaata।

¹⁸Rama and Ravan are compared, but this is not said of that other Rama who is the king of the silver age.

¹⁷raavan hai aadhaakalpa ka raaja।

¹⁹Ravan is king for half a cycle.

¹⁸aise nahin ki raam aadhaakalpa ka raaja hai। ¹⁹nahin, yeh detail mein samajhne ki baaten hain।

²⁰It isn't that that Rama too is a king for half a cycle; no. ²¹These are details that have to be understood.

²⁰baaki woh to bilkul sahaj baat hai samajhne ki।

²⁵The Father knows that all of His children are at present in Ravan’s jail.

²⁴kaam chita par baith sab kaale ho gaye hain।

²⁶Everyone has become ugly by sitting on the pyre of lust.

²⁵yeh baap jaante hain।

²⁷The Father knows all of this.

²⁶aatma mein hi saari knowledge hai na।

²⁸All of this knowledge is in the soul.

²⁷ismen bhi sabse jaasti mahatva dena hota hai aatma aur paramatma ko jaanne ka।

²⁹The most important thing is to know souls and the Supreme Soul.

²⁸chhoti-si aatma mein kitna part noondha hua hai jo bajaati rehti hai।

³⁰Such tiny souls have such huge parts recorded within them that they continue to play.

²⁹deh-abhimaan mein aakar part bajaate hain to svadharma ko bhool jaate hain।

³¹When you start to play your parts of body consciousness, you forget your original religion.

³⁰ab baap aakar aatma abhimaani banaate hain kyonki aatma hi kehti hai ki ham paavan banen।

³²The Father has now come to make you soul conscious. ³³It is you souls who say: I want to become pure.

³¹to baap kehte hain maamekam yaad karo।

³⁴Therefore, the Father says: Constantly remember Me alone!

³²aatma pukaarti hai he parampita, he patit-paavan, ham aatmaayen patit ban gaye hain, aakar humein paavan banaao।

³⁵Souls call out: O Supreme Father, O Purifier, we souls have become impure; come and make us pure!

³³sanskaar to sab aatma mein hain na।

³⁶It is you souls who carry all the sanskars.

³⁴aatma saaph kehti hai ham patit bane hain।

³⁷Souls clearly say that they have become impure.

³⁵patit unko kaha jaata hai jo vikaar mein jaate hain।

³⁸Those who indulge in vice are called impure.

³⁶patit manushya, paavan nirvikaari devtaaon ke aage jaakar mandir mein unki mahima gaate hain।

³⁹Impure human beings go in front of the idols of the pure deities in the temples and sing their praise.

³⁷baap samjhaate hain bachche tum hi poojya devta the।

⁴⁰The Father says: Children, you were those worthy-of-worship deities.

³⁸84 janma lete-lete neeche zaroor utarna pade।

⁴¹Whilst taking 84 births you definitely had to come down.

³⁹yeh khel hi patit se paavan, paavan se patit hone ka hai।

⁴²This play is about changing from impure to pure and pure to impure.

⁴⁰saara gyaan baap aakar ishaare mein samjhaate hain।

⁴³The Father comes and explains all of this knowledge with a signal.

⁴¹abhi sabka antim janma hai।

⁴⁴It is now everyone's last birth.

⁴²sabko hisaab-kitaab chuktu kar jaana hai।

⁴⁵All souls have to settle their accounts before returning home.

⁴³baba saakshaatkaar karaate hain।

⁴⁷Impure ones definitely have to suffer punishment for the sins they have committed.

⁴⁶manushya tan mein hi saja khaayenge isliye shareer zaroor dhaaran karna padta hai।

⁴⁹You experience punishment in a human body and this is why you definitely have to adopt bodies.

⁴⁷aatma feel karti hai, ham saja bhog rahe hain। ⁴⁸jaise kaashi kalvat khaane samay danda bhogte hain, kiye hue paapon ka saakshaatkaar hota hai।

⁵⁰Souls feel that they are being punished, just as people experience punishment when they sacrifice themselves by diving into the well (at Kashi). ⁵¹They have a vision of all the sins they have committed.

⁴⁹tab to kehte hain kshama karo bhagwan, ham phir aisa nahin karenge।

⁵²This is why they ask God for forgiveness and say that they will never do that thing again.

⁵⁰yeh sab saakshaatkaar mein hi kshama maangate hain।

⁵³They ask for forgiveness even in the visions they are being given.

⁵¹feel karte hain, duhkh bhogte hain।

⁵⁴They feel the punishment and experience pain.

⁵²sabse jaasti mahatva hai aatma aur paramatma ka।

⁵⁵It is souls and the Supreme Soul who have the greatest importance.

⁵³aatma hi 84 janmon ka part bajaati hai।

⁵⁶You souls play your parts for 84 births.

⁵⁴to aatma sabse powerful hui na।

⁵⁷Therefore, souls are the most powerful.

⁵⁵saare drama mein mahatva hai aatma aur paramatma ka।

⁵⁸It is souls and the Supreme Soul who have importance in the whole drama.

⁵⁶jisko aur koi bhi nahin jaante।

⁵⁹No one else knows this.

⁵⁷ek bhi manushya nahin jaanta ki aatma kya, paramatma kya hai?

⁶⁰Not a single human being knows what a soul is or what the Supreme Soul is.

⁵⁸drama anusaar yeh bhi hona hai।

⁶¹According to the drama, all of this has to happen.

⁵⁹tum bachchon ko bhi gyaan hai ki yeh koi nai baat nahin, kalpa pahle bhi yeh chala tha।

⁶²You children now know that this is nothing new; the same thing happened a cycle ago.

⁶⁰kehte bhi hain gyaan, bhakti, vairaagya। ⁶¹parantu arth nahin samajhte hain।

⁶³People speak of knowledge, devotion and disinterest but they do not understand the meaning of it.

⁶²baba ne in saadhuon aadi ka sang bahut kiya hua hai, sirf naam le lete hain।

⁶⁴Baba used to keep the company of sages etc. a great deal. ⁶⁵They simply mention the names.

⁶³abhi tum bachche achhi reeti jaante ho ki ham puraani duniya se nai duniya mein jaate hain to puraani duniya se zaroor vairaagya karna pade।

⁶⁶You children now understand very clearly that, since you are leaving this old world to go to a new world, you definitely do have to have disinterest in this old world.

⁶⁴inse kya dil lagaani hai।

⁶⁷Why should you attach your heart to it?

⁶⁵tumne pratigya ki hai - koi bhi dehdhaari se dil nahi lagaayenge।

⁶⁸You promised that you wouldn’t attach your heart to any bodily being.

⁶⁶aatma kehti hai ham ek baap ko hi yaad karenge। ⁶⁷apni deh ko bhi yaad nahin karenge।

⁶⁹You souls say: I will only remember the one Father; I won’t even remember my own body.

⁶⁸baap deh sahit sabka sannyaas karaate hain।

⁷⁰The Father inspires you to renounce everything including your own bodies.

⁶⁹phir auron ki deh se ham lagaav kyon rakhen।

⁷¹So, why do you become attached to the bodies of others?

⁷⁰koi se lagaav hoga to unki yaad aati rahegi।

⁷²When you have attachment to someone, you continue to remember them.

⁷¹phir eeshvar yaad aa na sake।

⁷³You won’t be able to remember God at that time.

⁷²pratigya todte hain to saza bhi bahut khaani padti hai, pad bhi bhrashta ho jaata hai isliye jitna ho sake baap ko hi yaad karna hai।

⁷⁴If you break your promise, you will have to experience a great deal of punishment and your status will be destroyed. ⁷⁵Therefore, remember the Father as much as possible.

⁷³maaya to badi dhokhebaaj hai।

⁷⁶Maya is very deceitful.

⁷⁴koi bhi haalat mein maaya se apne ko bachaana hai।

⁷⁷You have to save yourself from Maya under all circumstances.

⁷⁵deh-abhimaan ki bahut kadi beemaari hai।

⁷⁸Body consciousness is a very severe sickness.

⁷⁶baap kehte hain ab dehi-abhimaani bano।

⁷⁹The Father says: Now become soul conscious.

⁷⁷baap ko yaad karo to deh-abhimaan ki beemaari chhoot jaae।

⁸⁰Remember the Father and the sickness of body consciousness will be removed.

⁷⁸saara din deh-abhimaan mein rehte hain।

⁸¹Some stay in body consciousness throughout the day.

⁷⁹baap ko yaad bada mushkil karte hain।

⁸²It is with great difficulty that they remember the Father.

⁸⁰baba ne samjhaaya hai hath kaar de dil yaar de।

⁸³Baba has told you to let your hands do the work whilst your heart remains occupied in having remembrance of Baba.

⁸¹jaise aashik maashook dhandha aadi karte bhi apne maashook ko hi yaad karte rehte। ⁸²ab tum aatmaon ko paramatma se preet rakhni hai to unko hi yaad karna chaahiye na।

⁸⁴Just as lovers continue to remember one another whilst going about their business etc., so you souls now have to love the Supreme Soul. ⁸⁵Therefore, you should only remember Him.

⁸³tumhaari em object hi hai ki hamko devi-devta banna hai, uske liye purooshaartha karna hai।

⁸⁶Your aim and objective is to become deities. ⁸⁷You have to make effort for this.

⁸⁴maaya dhokha to zaroor degi, apne ko unse chhudaana hai।

⁸⁸Maya will definitely deceive you. ⁸⁹You have to liberate yourselves from that.

⁸⁵nahin to phans marenge phir glaani bhi hogi, nuksaan bhi bahut hoga।

⁹⁰Otherwise, you will become trapped by her. ⁹¹You would then cause defamation and lose a great deal.

⁸⁶tum bachche jaante ho ki ham aatma bindi hain, hamaara baap bhi beejroop knowledgeful hai।

⁹²You children know that you souls are points and that your Father is the Seed, the knowledge-full One.

⁸⁷yeh badi wonderful baaten hain।

⁹³These are very wonderful aspects.

⁸⁸aatma kya hai, usmein kaise avinaashi part bhara hua hai - in guhya baaton ko achhe-achhe bachche bhi poori tarah nahin samajhte hain।

⁹⁴What is a soul and how is it filled with an imperishable part? ⁹⁵Even good children do not fully understand these deep matters.

⁸⁹apne ko yathaartha reeti aatma samjhen aur baap ko bhi bindi misal samajh yaad karen, woh gyaan ka saagar hai, beejroop hai… aisa samajh bada mushkil yaad karte hain।

⁹⁶There are very few who accurately consider themselves to be souls or who remember the Father in the form of a point and know that He is the Ocean of Knowledge and the Seed. ⁹⁷It is with difficulty that they have remembrance with this understanding.

⁹⁰mote khyaalaat se nahin, ismen maheen buddhi se kaam lena hota hai - ham aatma hain, hamaara baap aaya hua hai, woh beejroop knowledgeful hai।

⁹⁸You have to have deep and subtle intellects and have no gross thoughts in order to understand that we are souls and that our Father has come. ⁹⁹He is the Seed, the knowledge-full One.

⁹¹hamko knowledge suna rahe hain।

¹⁰⁰He is giving us this knowledge.

⁹²dhaarna bhi mujh chhoti-si aatma mein hoti hai।

¹⁰¹It is I, this tiny soul, who has to imbibe all of this.

⁹³aise bahut hain jo moti reeti sirf kah dete hain - aatma aur paramatma..... lekin yathaartha reeti buddhi mein aata nahin hai।

¹⁰²There are many who speak in a gross way of the soul and the Supreme Soul, but nothing sits in their intellects accurately.

⁹⁴na se to moti reeti yaad karna bhi theek hai।

¹⁰³Still, it is better to remember in a gross way than not to remember at all.

⁹⁵parantu woh yathaartha yaad jaasti phaldaayak hai।

¹⁰⁴However, accurate remembrance is more fruitful.

⁹⁶woh itna oonch pad pa nahin sakenge।

¹⁰⁵Such souls are unable to claim a high status.

⁹⁷ismen badi mehnat hai।

¹⁰⁶There is a lot of effort to make in this.

⁹⁸main aatma chhoti-si bindu hoon, baba bhi itni chhoti-si bindu hai, unmein saara gyaan hai, yeh bhi yahaan tum baithe ho to kuchh buddhi mein aata hai lekin chalte-phirte woh chintan rahe, so nahin। ⁹⁹bhool jaate hain।

¹⁰⁷I, this soul, am a tiny point. ¹⁰⁸Baba too is a tiny point. ¹⁰⁹He has all of this knowledge. ¹¹⁰Whilst you are sitting here, some of this knowledge is in your intellects, but the churning you should do whilst walking and moving around doesn’t happen; you forget.

¹⁰⁰saara din vahi chintan rahe - yeh hai sachchi-sachchi yaad।

¹¹¹To churn this knowledge throughout the day is to have true remembrance.

¹⁰¹koi sach bataate nahin hain ki ham kaise yaad karte hain।

¹¹²None of you tell the truth as to how you remember Baba.

¹⁰²chart bhal bhejte hain parantu yeh nahin likhte ki aise apne ko bindi samajh aur baap ko bhi bindi samajh yaad karta hoon।

¹¹³Although you send in your charts, you don’t write how much you consider yourselves to be points or how much you remember the Father as a point.

¹⁰³sachchaai se poora likhte nahin hain।

¹¹⁴You do not write with that honesty.

¹⁰⁴bhal bahut achhi-achhi murli chalaate hain parantu yog bahut kam hai।

¹¹⁵Although some read the murlis very well, they lack yoga.

¹⁰⁵deh-abhimaan bahut hai, is gupta baat ko poora samajhte nahin, simran nahin karte hain।

¹¹⁶They have a great deal of body consciousness. ¹¹⁷Neither do they understand these incognito matters very well, nor do they churn them.

¹⁰⁶yaad se hi paavan banna hai।

¹¹⁸In order to become pure, you have to have remembrance.

¹⁰⁷pahle to karmaateet avastha chaahiye na।

¹¹⁹First of all, you have to reach your karmateet stage.

¹⁰⁸vahi oonch pad pa sakenge।

¹²⁰Only those who do so will be able to claim a high status.

¹⁰⁹baaki murli bajaane vaale to dher hain। ¹¹⁰lekin baba jaante hain yog mein rah nahin sakte।

¹²¹Many can conduct the murlis, but Baba knows that they are unable to stay in yoga.

¹¹¹vishwa ka maalik banna koi maasi ka ghar thode hi hai।

¹²²To become a master of the world is not like going to your aunty's home!

¹¹²woh alpakaal ke martabe paane ke liye bhi kitna padhte hain। ¹¹³source oph income ab hui hai।

¹²³People study such a great deal in order to attain a temporary status, a source of income.

¹¹⁴aage thode hi barrister aadi itna kamaate the।

¹²⁴Previously, barristers etc. didn’t earn very much.

¹¹⁵abhi kitni kamaai ho gai hai।

¹²⁵Their income has increased a great deal.

¹¹⁶bachchon ko apne kalyaan ke liye ek to apne ko aatma samajh yathaartha reeti baap ko yaad karna hai aur trimoorti shiv ka parichay auron ko bhi dena hai।

¹²⁶Each of you children, for your own benefit, first has to consider yourself to be a soul and remember the Father accurately. ¹²⁷Secondly, you have to give everyone the introduction of Trimurti Shiva.

¹¹⁷sirf shiv kahne se samjhenge nahin।

¹²⁸When you simply say “Shiva”, people don’t understand.

¹¹⁸trimoorti to zaroor chaahiye।

¹²⁹You definitely have to say "Trimurti".

¹¹⁹mukhya hain hi do chitra trimoorti aur jhaad।

¹³⁰There are two main pictures: the Trimurti and the tree.

¹²⁰seedhi se bhi jhaad mein jaasti knowledge hai।

¹³¹There is more of this knowledge in the tree than in the ladder.

¹²¹yeh chitra to sabke paas hone chaahiye।

¹³²Everyone should have this picture.

¹²²ek taraph trimoorti gola, doosre taraph jhaad।

¹³³On one side, there should be the Trimurti and the cycle, and on the other, the tree.

¹²³yeh paandav sena ka flag (jhanda) hona chaahiye।

¹²⁴drama aur jhaad ki knowledge bhi baap dete hain।

¹²⁵lakshmi-naaraayan, vishnu aadi kaun hain?

¹³⁶Who are Lakshmi, Narayan, Vishnu etc.?

¹²⁶yeh koi samajhte nahin।

¹²⁷mahaalakshmi ki pooja karte hain, samajhte hain lakshmi aayegi।

¹³⁸People worship Mahalakshmi. ¹³⁹They think that Lakshmi will come.

¹²⁸ab lakshmi ko dhan kahaan se aayega?

¹⁴⁰Where would Lakshmi get wealth from?

¹²⁹4 bhuja vaale, 8 bhuja vaale kitne chitra bana diye hain।

¹⁴¹They have created so many images of those with four arms, eight arms.

¹³⁰samajhte kuchh bhi nahin।

¹⁴²They don’t understand anything.

¹³¹8-10 bhuja vaala koi manushya to hota nahin।

¹⁴³There are no human beings with eight or ten arms.

¹³²jisko jo aaya so banaaya, bas chal pada।

¹⁴⁴They just made whatever entered their minds.

¹³³koi ne mat di ki hanumaan ki pooja karo bas chal pada।

¹⁴⁵Someone came up with the idea of worshipping Hanuman and so everyone followed him.

¹³⁴dikhaate hain sanjeevni booti le aaya... uska bhi arth tum bachche samajhte ho।

¹⁴⁶He is said to have fetched the life-giving herb. ¹⁴⁷You children understand the meaning of that.

¹³⁵sanjeevni booti to hai manmanaabhav!

¹⁴⁸The life-giving herb is “Manmanabhav”.

¹³⁶vichaar kiya jaata hai jab tak brahman na banen, baap ka parichay na mile tab tak worth not A penny hai।

¹⁴⁹Until you become a Brahmin and receive the Father's introduction, you are considered to be not worth a penny.

¹³⁷martabe ka manushyon ko kitna abhimaan hai। ¹³⁸unhon ko to samjhaane mein badi mushkilaat hai।

¹⁵⁰People have so much arrogance about their status that there is great difficulty in explaining to them.

¹³⁹raajaai sthaapan karne mein kitni mehnat lagti hai।

¹⁵¹So much effort is required in establishing a kingdom.

¹⁴⁰woh hai baahubal, yeh hai yogbal।

¹⁵²Theirs is physical power and this is yoga power.

¹⁴¹yeh baaten shaastron mein to hain nahin।

¹⁵³These things are not mentioned in the scriptures.

¹⁴²vaastav mein tum koi shaastra aadi refer nahin kar sakte ho।

¹⁵⁴In fact, you mustn’t refer to the scriptures etc.

¹⁴³agar tumko kehte hain - tum shaastron ko maante ho? ¹⁴⁴bolo haan yeh to sab bhakti maarga ke hain। ¹⁴⁵abhi ham gyaan maarga par chal rahe hain।

¹⁵⁵If anyone asks you whether you believe in the scriptures, tell him: Yes, all of that belongs to the path of devotion, but we are now following the path of this knowledge.

¹⁴⁶gyaan dene vaala gyaan ka saagar ek hi baap hai, inko roohaani gyaan kaha jaata hai।

¹⁵⁶Only the one Father is the Ocean of this Knowledge, the One who gives us knowledge. ¹⁵⁷This is called spiritual knowledge.

¹⁴⁷rooh baith roohon ko gyaan dete hain।

¹⁵⁸The Spirit sits here and gives this knowledge to the spirits.

¹⁴⁸woh manushya, manushya ko dete hain।

¹⁵⁹Those human beings give knowledge to human beings.

¹⁴⁹manushya kabhi spiritual knowledge de na saken।

¹⁶⁰Human beings can never give spiritual knowledge.

¹⁵⁰gyaan ka saagar patit-paavan, liberator, sadgati daata ek hi baap hai।

¹⁶¹The Ocean of Knowledge, the Purifier, the Liberator, the Bestower of Salvation, is only the one Father.

¹⁵¹baap samjhaate rehte hain yeh-yeh karo।

¹⁶²The Father continues to explain to you how to do this, that and the other.

¹⁵²ab dekhen shivjayanti par kitna dhamchakra machaate hain।

¹⁶³Now, just look how much pomp and splendour they make on Shiv Jayanti!

¹⁵³translight ke chitra chhote bhi hon jo sabko mil jaaen।

¹⁶⁴There should be small “translights” that you can give to everyone.

¹⁵⁴tumhaari to hai bilkul nai baat। ¹⁵⁵koi samajh na sake।

¹⁶⁵Yours is a completely new aspect; no one else is able to understand it.

¹⁵⁶khoob akhbaaron mein daalna chaahiye।

¹⁶⁶You should advertise it widely in the newspapers and spread the word.

¹⁵⁷aavaaz karna chaahiye। ¹⁵⁸centres kholne vaale bhi aise chaahiye।

¹⁶⁷You need people who can open centres.

¹⁵⁹abhi tum bachchon ko hi itna nasha nahin chadha hua hai।

¹⁶⁸At present, you children do not have that much intoxication.

¹⁶⁰nambarvaar purooshaartha anusaar samjhaate hain।

¹⁶⁹You are able to explain, numberwise, according to the efforts you make.

¹⁶¹itne dher brahmaakumaar-kumaariyaan hain।

¹⁷⁰There are many Brahma Kumars and Kumaris.

¹⁶²achha, brahma ka naam nikaal koi ka bhi naam daalo।

¹⁷¹Achcha, you may remove Brahma’s name and substitute anyone else's.
