¹Essence: Sweet children, continue to follow the directions of the one Father and the Father will be responsible for you. ²The Father’s direction is: Remember Me whilst walking and moving around.

²prashn:- jo achhe gunvaan bachche hain unki mukhya nishaaniyaan kya hongi?

³Question: What are the main signs of the children who are good and virtuous?

³uttar:- woh kaanton ko phool banaane ki achhi seva karenge।

⁴Answer: They do the very good service of changing thorns into flowers.

⁴kisi ko bhi kaanta nahin lagaayenge, kabhi bhi aapas mein ladenge nahin।

⁵They do not prick anyone like thorns do. ⁶They never fight amongst themselves.

⁵kisi ko bhi duhkh nahin denge।

⁷They do not cause sorrow for anyone.

⁶duhkh dena bhi kaanta lagaana hai।

⁸To cause sorrow for them means to prick them like thorns.

⁹meethe-meethe sikeeldhe roohaani bachchon ne nambarvaar purooshaartha anusaar is geet ka arth samjha।

¹¹You sweetest, long-lost and now-found, spiritual children understand the meaning of this song, numberwise, according to the efforts you make.

¹⁰nambarvaar isliye kehte hain kyonki koi to first grade mein samajhte hain, koi second grade mein, koi-koi third grade mein।

¹²“Numberwise” is said because some have first-grade understanding, some second grade and others third grade.

¹¹samajh bhi har ek ki apni-apni hai।

¹³Each one of you understands in your own way.

¹²nishchaybuddhi bhi har ek ki apni hai।

¹⁴Each of your intellects has your own individual faith.

¹³baap to samjhaate rehte hain, aisa hi hamesha samjho ki shivbaaba in dvaara direction dete hain।

¹⁵The Father continues to explain. ¹⁶Always consider it to be Shiv Baba who is giving directions through this one.

¹⁴tum aadhaakalpa aasuri direction par chalte aaye ho, ab aise nishchay karo ki ham eeshvareey direction par chalte hain to beda paar ho sakta hai।

¹⁷You have been following devilish directions for half a cycle. ¹⁸Now have the faith that by following God’s directions your boat can go across.

¹⁵agar eeshvareey direction na samajh manushya ka direction samjha to moonjh padenge।

¹⁹If you consider these directions to come from a human being, and not from God, you become confused.

¹⁶baap kehte hain - mere direction par chalne se phir main responsible hoon na।

²⁰The Father says: Follow My directions and I am then responsible for you.

¹⁷in dvaara jo kuchh hota hai, unki activity ka main hi responsible hoon, usko ham right karenge।

²³Simply continue to follow My directions.

¹⁹jo achhi reeti yaad karenge vahi direction par chalenge।

²⁴Those whose remembrance is accurate are the ones who follow My directions.

²⁰kadam-kadam eeshvareey direction samajh chalenge to kabhi ghaata nahin hoga।

²⁵If you understand at every step that these are God’s directions and you follow them, you can never experience a loss.

²¹nishchay mein hi vijay hai।

²⁶There is victory in having faith.

²²bahut bachche in baaton ko samajhte nahin hain।

²⁷There are many children who do not understand these things.

²³thoda gyaan aane se deh-abhimaan aa jaata hai। ²⁴yog bahut hi kam hai।

²⁸By having a little of this knowledge, they become body conscious and they have very little yoga.

²⁵gyaan to hai history-geography ko jaanna, yeh to sahaj hai।

²⁹Knowledge means to know the history and geography. ³⁰This is very easy.

²⁶yahaan bhi manushya kitni science aadi padhte hain।

³¹People here study so much science.

²⁷yeh padhaai to easy hai, baaki mehnat hai yog ki।

³²This study is very easy; it is yoga that requires effort.

²⁸koi kahe baba ham yog mein bahut masta rehte hain, baba maanega nahin।

³³If someone says to Baba that he remains very intoxicated in yoga, Baba would not believe him.

²⁹baba har ek ki act ko dekhte hain।

³⁴Baba sees each one’s acts.

³⁰baap ko yaad karne vaala to most lovely hoga।

³⁵Those who remember the Father must be the most lovely.

³¹yaad nahin karte isliye hi ulta-sulta kaam hota hai। ³²bahut raat-din ka farka hai।

³⁶However, when you don’t have remembrance, it is then that you perform wrong acts; there is the difference of day and night.

³³abhi tum is seedhi ke chitra par bhi achhi reeti samjha sakte ho।

³⁷You can now explain the picture of the ladder very well.

³⁴is samay hai kaanton ka jangal। ³⁵yeh bageecha nahin hai।

³⁸At present, this is a jungle of thorns; it is not a garden.

³⁷bageeche mein kabhi jangali jaanvar rehte hain kya?

⁴⁰Do wild animals ever live in a garden?

³⁸vahaan to devi-devta rehte hain।

⁴¹Only deities live there.

³⁹baap to hai hi highest authority aur phir yeh prajaapita brahma bhi highest authority thahre।

⁴²The Father is the highest Authority and then Brahma, the Father of Humanity, is also the highest authority.

⁴⁰yeh daada hai sabse badi authority।

⁴³This Dada is also the highest authority.

⁴¹shiv aur prajaapita brahma।

⁴⁴There is Shiva and there is Brahma, the Father of Humanity.

⁴²aatmaayen hain shiv baba ke bachche aur phir saakaar mein ham bhaai-behen sab hain prajaapita brahma ke bachche।

⁴⁵You souls are the children of Shiv Baba and, in your corporeal forms, you are brothers and sisters, children of Brahma, the Father of Humanity.

⁴³yeh hai sabka great-great grand father।

⁴⁶He is the great, great grandfather of everyone.

⁴⁴aise highest authority ke liye hamko makaan chaahiye।

⁴⁷A building is needed for this highest Authority.

⁴⁵aise tum likho phir dekho buddhi mein kuchh aata hai।

⁴⁸Write this and see if it touches anyone’s intellect.

⁴⁶shivbaaba aur prajaapita brahma, aatmaon ka baap aur sab manushya maatra ka baap।

⁴⁹There is Shiv Baba and there is Brahma, the Father of Humanity; the Father of all souls and the father of all human beings.

⁴⁷yeh point bahut achhi hai samjhaane ki।

⁵⁰This is a very good point to explain to others.

⁴⁸parantu bachche poori reeti samjhaate nahin hain, bhool jaate hain, gyaan ki magroori chadh jaati hai।

⁵¹However, you children do not explain it fully. ⁵²You forget it because you develop the arrogance of having this knowledge.

⁴⁹jaise ki baapdaada par bhi jeet pa lete hain।

⁵³It is as though you even try to gain victory over BapDada.

⁵⁰yeh daada kehte hain, meri bhal na suno। ⁵¹hamesha samjho shivbaaba samjhaate hain, unki mat par chalo।

⁵⁴This Dada says: OK, if you don’t listen to me, always think that it is Shiv Baba who is explaining and that you must follow His directions.

⁵²direct eeshvar mat dete hain ki yeh-yeh karo, responsible ham hain।

⁵⁵It is God who is directly giving you directions to do this and that. ⁵⁶He is responsible.

⁵³eeshvareey mat par chalo।

⁵⁷Follow the directions given by God.

⁵⁴yeh eeshvar thode hi hai, tumko eeshvar se padhna hai na।

⁵⁸This one is not God. ⁵⁹You have to study with God.

⁵⁵hamesha samjho yeh direction eeshvar dete hain।

⁶⁰Constantly think that it is God who is giving you directions.

⁵⁶yeh lakshmi-naaraayan bhi bhaarat ke hi manushya the।

⁶¹Lakshmi and Narayan were also human beings of Bharat.

⁵⁷yeh bhi sab manushya hain। ⁵⁸parantu yeh shivaalay ke rahne vaale hain isliye sab namaste karte hain।

⁶²All are human beings, but they were all residents of Shivalaya; that is why everyone says namaste to them.

⁵⁹parantu bachche poora samjhaate nahin hain, apna nasha chadh jaata hai।

⁶³However, some children don’t explain fully. ⁶⁴Many develop arrogance of their knowledge.

⁶⁰defect to bahuton mein hai na।

⁶⁵Many have defects.

⁶¹jab poora yog ho tab vikarma vinaash hon।

⁶⁶It is only when you have full yoga that your sins can be absolved.

⁶²vishwa ka maalik banna koi maasi ka ghar thode hi hai।

⁶⁷To become a master of the world is not like going to your aunty’s home.

⁶³baba dekhte hain, maaya ekdam naak se pakadkar gutter mein gira deti hai।

⁶⁸Baba sees how Maya catches hold of some children by their noses and throws them into the gutter.

⁶⁴baap ki yaad mein to badi khushi mein praphullit rehna chaahiye।

⁶⁹You should stay in remembrance of the Father with happiness and in full bloom.

⁶⁵saamne em object khadi hai, ham yeh lakshmi-naaraayan ban rahe hain।

⁷⁰Your aim and objective is in front of you. ⁷¹You have to become like Lakshmi and Narayan.

⁶⁶bhool jaane se khushi ka paara nahin chadhta hai।

⁷²By forgetting this, your degree of happiness does not rise.

⁶⁷kehte hain hamko neshtha mein bithaao, baahar mein ham yaad nahin kar sakte hain।

⁷³Some say that they want to have conducted meditation because they are unable to remember Him when they are outside.

⁶⁸yaad mein nahin rehte hain isliye kabhi-kabhi baba bhi programme bhej dete hain parantu yaad mein baithte thode hi hain, buddhi idhar-udhar bhatakti rehti hai।

⁷⁴Because you don’t stay in remembrance, Baba sometimes sends you a programme to follow but, in spite of that, you don’t sit in remembrance. ⁷⁵Their intellects continue to wander here and there.

⁶⁹baba apna misaal bataate hain - naaraayan ka kitna pakka bhakta tha, jahaan-tahaan saath mein naaraayan ka chitra rehta tha।

⁷⁶Baba gives his own example. ⁷⁷He was such a strong devotee of Narayan that he always kept a picture of Narayan with him wherever he went.

⁷⁰phir bhi pooja ke samay buddhi idhar-udhar bhaagti thi।

⁷⁸Nevertheless, his intellect would still wander around at the time of worshipping.

⁷¹ismen bhi aisa hota hai।

⁷⁹The same happens here.

⁷²baap kehte hain chalte-phirte baap ko yaad karo parantu kai kehte hain - behen neshtha karaave।

⁸⁰The Father says: Whilst walking and moving around, you should continue to remember the Father, but many of you want to have a sister especially conduct meditation for you.

⁷³neshtha ka to koi arth hi nahin hai।

⁸¹There is no reason to have specially conducted meditation.

⁷⁴baba hamesha kehte hain yaad mein raho, kai bachche neshtha mein baithe-baithe dhyaan mein chale jaate hain।

⁸²Baba always says: Stay in remembrance! ⁸³Whilst sitting in yoga, some children go into trance.

⁷⁵na gyaan, na yaad rehti। ⁷⁶ya to phir jhutke khaane lag padte hain, bahuton ko aadat pad gai hai।

⁸⁴They are unable to remember this knowledge or have yoga and they start dozing off. ⁸⁵Many have the habit of doing that.

⁷⁷yeh to alpakaal ki shanti ho gai। ⁷⁸goya baaki saara din ashaanti rehti hai।

⁸⁶That peace is only temporary and it means that they are peaceless throughout the day.

⁷⁹chalte-phirte baap ko yaad nahin karenge to paapon ka bojha kaise utrega?

⁸⁷If you do not remember the Father whilst walking and moving around, how would your burden of sins be removed?

⁸⁰aadhaakalpa ka bojha hai।

⁸⁸This burden is of half a cycle.

⁸¹ismen hi badi mehnat hai। ⁸²apne ko aatma samjho aur baap ko yaad karo।

⁸⁹It is considering yourself to be a soul and remembering the Father that takes a lot of effort.

⁸³bhal baba ko bahut bachche likh bhejte hain - itna samay yaad mein raha parantu yaad rehti nahin hai। ⁸⁴chart ko samajhte hi nahin hain।

⁹⁰Although many children write to Baba and tell Him that they stayed in remembrance for such-and-such a time, they are not really able to stay in remembrance for that long; they don’t really understand the chart.

⁸⁵baba behad ka baap hai।

⁹¹Baba is the unlimited Father.

⁸⁶patit-paavan hai to khushi mein rehna chaahiye।

⁹²He is the Purifier, and so you should remain in happiness.

⁸⁷aise nahin, ham to shivbaaba ke hain na।

⁹³You should not think that you belong to Shiv Baba anyway.

⁸⁸aise bhi bahut hain, samajhte hain ham to baba ke hain lekin yaad bilkul karte nahin।

⁹⁴There are many children like this who think that they belong to Baba anyway, and they do not remember Him at all.

⁸⁹agar yaad karte hote to phir pahle number mein jaana chaahiye।

⁹⁵If they did remember Him, they would become number one.

⁹⁰kisko samjhaane ki bhi badi achhi buddhi chaahiye।

⁹⁶You need a very good intellect in order to explain to others.

⁹¹ham to bhaarat ki mahima karte hain।

⁹⁷We are praising Bharat.

⁹²nai duniya mein aadi sanaatan devi-devtaaon ka raajya tha।

⁹⁸When this world was new, there was a kingdom of deities.

⁹³abhi hai puraani duniya, iron ej।

⁹⁹It is now an old world, the iron age.

⁹⁴woh sukhdhaam, yeh duhkhadhaam।

¹⁰⁰That is a land of happiness and this is a land of sorrow.

⁹⁵bhaarat golden ej tha to in devtaaon ka raajya tha।

¹⁰¹When Bharat was golden aged, it was a kingdom of deities.

⁹⁶kehte hain ham kaise samjhen ki inka raajya tha?

¹⁰²People ask you: “How can we believe that it was their kingdom?”

⁹⁷yeh knowledge badi wonderful hai।

¹⁰³This knowledge is so wonderful.

⁹⁸jiski takdeer mein jo hai, jo jitna purooshaartha karte hain woh dekhne mein to aata hai।

¹⁰⁴Whatever is in each one’s fortune and whatever effort each of you makes is clearly visible.

⁹⁹tum activity se jaante ho, hain to kaliyugi bhi manushya, to satayugi bhi manushya।

¹⁰⁵You can tell from their activity. ¹⁰⁶After all, you are human beings, both in the golden age and in the iron age.

¹⁰⁰phir unhon ke aage maatha jaakar kyon tekte ho?

¹⁰⁷So, why do people go and bow their heads in front of those idols?

¹⁰¹inhon ko svarga ka maalik kehte hain na।

¹⁰⁸They are called the masters of heaven.

¹⁰²koi marta hai to kehte hain phalaana svargavaasi hua, yeh bhi nahin samajhte।

¹⁰⁹When someone dies, they say that so-and-so has become a resident of heaven. ¹¹⁰They don’t even understand that.

¹⁰³is samay to narkavaasi sab hain।

¹¹¹At this time, all are residents of hell.

¹⁰⁴zaroor punarjanma bhi yahaan hi lenge।

¹¹²Everyone will surely take rebirth here.

¹⁰⁵baba har ek ki chalan se dekhte rehte hain।

¹¹³Baba continues to observe everyone’s behaviour.

¹⁰⁶baba ko kitna saadhaaran reeti se kis-kis se baat karni padti hai।

¹¹⁴Baba has to talk in such an ordinary way to some of you.

¹⁰⁷sambhaalna padta hai।

¹¹⁵He has to look after you.

¹⁰⁸baap kitna clear kar samjhaate hain।

¹¹⁶The Father explains everything very clearly.

¹⁰⁹samajhte bhi hain to baat badi theek hai। ¹¹⁰phir bhi kyon bade-bade kaante ban jaate hain।

¹¹⁷You understand that this is correct, so why do you still become big thorns?

¹¹¹ek-do ko duhkh dene se kaante ban jaate hain।

¹¹⁸By causing sorrow for one another you become thorns.

¹¹²aadat chhodte hi nahin।

¹¹⁹You do not let go of that habit.

¹¹³abhi baagvaan baap phoolon ka bageecha lagaate hain।

¹²⁰The Father, the Gardener, is now planting a garden of flowers.

¹¹⁴kaanton ko phool banaate rehte hain।

¹²¹He continues to change you from thorns into flowers.

¹¹⁵unka dhandha hi yeh hai।

¹²²This is His task.

¹¹⁶jo khud hi kaanta hoga to phool kaise banaayega?

¹²³How could anyone who is a thorn change others into flowers?

¹¹⁷pradarshani mein bhi badi khabardaari se kisko bhejna hota hai।

¹²⁴You still have to be cautious about whom you send to the exhibitions.

¹¹⁸achhe gunvaan bachche woh jo kaanton ko phool banaane ki achhi seva karte hain।

¹²⁵Good and virtuous children are those who do the good service of changing thorns into flowers.

¹¹⁹kisi ko bhi kaanta nahin lagaate hain arthaat kisi ko duhkh nahin dete hain।

¹²⁶They do not prick anyone like thorns do, that is, they do not cause sorrow for anyone.

¹²⁰kabhi bhi aapas mein ladte nahin hain।

¹²⁷They never fight amongst themselves.

¹²¹tum bachche bahut accurate samjhaate ho।

¹²⁸You children have to explain very accurately.

¹²²ismen kisi ki insult ki to baat hi nahin।

¹²⁹There is no question of insulting anyone in this.

¹²³abhi shiv jayanti bhi aati hai। ¹²⁴tum pradarshani jaasti karte raho।

¹³⁰Shiv Jayanti is now coming and so you should hold many exhibitions.

¹²⁵chhoti-chhoti pradarshani par bhi samjha sakte ho। ¹²⁶ek second mein svargavaasi bano athva patit bhrashtaachaari se paavan shreshthaachaari bano।

¹³¹You can also hold small exhibitions and explain: “Become residents of heaven in a second, that is, from being impure, corrupt ones, become pure and elevated.

¹²⁷ek second mein jeevanmukti praapta karo।

¹³²Attain liberation-in-life in a second.”

¹²⁸jeevanmukti ka bhi arth samajhte nahin hain।

¹³³They don’t even understand the meaning of liberation-in-life.

¹²⁹tum bhi abhi samajhte ho।

¹³⁴It is now that you also understand.

¹³⁰baap dvaara sabko mukti jeevanmukti milti hai।

¹³⁵Everyone receives liberation and liberation-in-life from the Father.

¹³¹parantu drama ko bhi jaanna hai।

¹³⁶However, you also have to understand the drama.

¹³²sab dharma svarga mein nahin aayenge।

¹³⁷Those in other religions will not go to heaven.

¹³³woh phir apne-apne section mein chale jaayenge।

¹³⁸Everyone will return to their own section.

¹³⁴phir apne-apne samay par aakar sthaapna karenge।

¹³⁹Then, they will come down at their own times to establish their religions.

¹³⁵jhaad mein kitna clear hai।

¹³⁶ek sadguru ke sivaae sadgati daata aur koi ho nahin sakta।

¹⁴¹No one, other than the one Satguru, can grant salvation to all.

¹³⁷baaki bhakti sikhlaane vaale to dher guru hain।

¹⁴²However, there are many gurus who can teach you devotion.

¹³⁸sadgati ke liye manushya guru ho nahin sakta।

¹⁴³No human guru can grant salvation.

¹³⁹parantu samjhaane ka bhi akla chaahiye, ismen buddhi se kaam lena hota hai।

¹⁴⁴You simply need the wisdom to explain. ¹⁴⁵You have to use your intellects in this.

¹⁴⁰drama ka kaisa wonderful khel hai।

¹⁴⁶This drama is performed so wonderfully.

¹⁴¹tumhaare mein bhi bahut thode hain jo is nashe mein rehte hain।

¹⁴⁷There are very few of you who remain intoxicated by this.

¹⁴²achha!

¹⁴⁸Achcha.

¹⁴³meethe-meethe sikeeldhe bachchon prati maat-pita baapdaada ka yaad-pyaar aur good morning।

¹⁴⁹To you sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada.

¹⁴⁶tumko vaastav mein shaastron par vaad-vivaad karne ki koi darkaar nahin hai।

¹⁵²In fact, you do not need to debate about the scriptures.

¹⁴⁷mool baat hai hi yaad ki, aur srishti ke aadi madhya ant ko samajhna hai।

¹⁵³The main aspect is remembrance and to understand the beginning, the middle and end of the world.

¹⁴⁸chakravarti raaja banna hai।

¹⁵⁴You have to become rulers of the globe.

¹⁴⁹is chakra ko hi sirf samajhna hai, inka hi gaayan hai second mein jeevanmukti।

¹⁵⁵You simply have to understand this cycle. ¹⁵⁶It is remembered of this time, that you receive liberation-in-life in a second.

¹⁵⁰tum bachchon ko wonder lagta hoga aadhaakalpa bhakti chalti hai। ¹⁵¹gyaan rinchak nahin।

¹⁵⁷It must be a wonder for you children that devotion lasts for half a cycle and that there isn’t the slightest bit of this knowledge.

¹⁵²gyaan hai hi baap ke paas।

¹⁵⁸Only the Father has this knowledge.

¹⁵³baap dvaara hi jaanna hai।

¹⁵⁹You have to know it from the Father.

¹⁵⁴yeh baap kitna uncommon hai isliye koton mein koi nikalte hain।

¹⁶⁰This Father is so uncommon and this is why only a handful out of multimillions emerge.

¹⁵⁵woh teachers aise thode hi kahenge।

¹⁶¹Those teachers would not say this.

¹⁵⁶yeh to kehte hain main hi baap teacher guru hoon।

¹⁶²This One says: I am the Father, the Teacher and the Guru.

¹⁵⁷to manushya sunkar wonder khaayenge।

¹⁶³So people wonder about it when they hear this.

¹⁵⁸bhaarat ko mother country kehte hain kyonki amba ka naam bahut baala hai।

¹⁶⁴Bharat is said to be the mother country because the name of Amba (Goddess Mother) is very well known.

¹⁵⁹amba ke mele bhi bahut lagte hain, amba meetha akshar hai।

¹⁶⁵They have many melas (fairs) to Amba. ¹⁶⁶The word “Amba” is sweet.

¹⁶⁰chhote bachche bhi maa ko pyaar karte hain na kyonki maa khilaati, pilaati sambhaalti hai।

¹⁶⁷Little children love their mother a lot because she feeds them, gives them a drink and looks after them.

¹⁶¹ab amba ka baba bhi chaahiye na।

¹⁶⁸However, there has to be a father of Amba too.

¹⁶²yeh to bachchi hai adopted।

¹⁶⁹This child is adopted.

¹⁶³pati to hai nahin।

¹⁷⁰She doesn’t have a husband.

¹⁶⁴yeh nai baat hai na।

¹⁷¹This is something new.

¹⁶⁵prajaapita brahma to zaroor adopt karte honge।

¹⁷²Prajapita Brahma would definitely adopt children.

¹⁶⁶yeh sabhi baaten baap hi aakar tum bachchon ko samjhaate hain।

¹⁷³The Father alone comes and explains all of these things to you.

¹⁶⁷amba ka kitna mela lagta hai, pooja hoti hai, kyonki bachchi ne bahut service ki hai।

¹⁷⁴So many melas to Amba take place and she is worshipped because that child (Mama) had done a lot of service.

¹⁶⁸mama ne jitne ko padhaaya hoga utna aur koi padha na sake।

¹⁷⁵No one else could teach as many children as the number of people Mama had taught.

¹⁶⁹mama ka naamaachaar bahut hai, mela bhi bahut bada lagta hai।

¹⁷⁶Mama is very well known and many big melas are held.

¹⁷⁰abhi tum bachche jaante ho baap ne hi aakar rachna ke aadi-madhya-ant ka saara raaz tum bachchon ko samjhaaya hai।

¹⁷⁷duniya ko pata nahin hai, baap aakar yeh knowledge sunaate hain।

¹⁷⁸baap hi aakar sabhi nai nai baaten bachchon ko sunaate hain।

¹⁸⁵The Father alone comes and tells you children all of these new things.

¹⁷⁹nai duniya banti hai behad ki padhaai se।

¹⁸⁶The new world is created through the unlimited study.

¹⁸⁰puraani duniya se vairaagya aa jaata hai।

¹⁸⁷There is disinterest in the old world.

¹⁸¹tum bachchon ke andar mein gyaan ki khushi rehti hai।

¹⁸⁸You children have the happiness of having this knowledge within you.

¹⁸²baap ko aur ghar ko yaad karna hai।

¹⁸⁹You have to remember the Father and the home.

¹⁸³ghar to sabhi ko jaana hi hai।

¹⁹⁰Everyone has to return home.

¹⁸⁴baap to sabhi ko kahenge na bachchon, ham tumko mukti jeevanmukti ka varsa dene aaya hoon।

¹⁹¹The Father would say to everyone: Children, I have come to give you the inheritance of liberation and liberation-in-life.

¹⁸⁵phir bhool kyon jaate ho।

¹⁹²So, why do you forget?

¹⁸⁶main tumhaara behad ka baap hoon।

¹⁹⁸If you let go of the Father’s hand, there will be a loss in your income.

¹⁹⁶chalte phirte karma karte yaad mein rahne ki practice karni hai।

²⁰⁴Whilst walking, moving around and performing actions, practise remaining in remembrance.

¹⁹⁷baap ki yaad aur khushi mein praphullit rehna hai।

²⁰⁵Stay in remembrance of the Father and remain happy and in full bloom.

¹⁹⁸2) kadam-kadam eeshvareey direction par chal har kaarya karna hai।

²⁰⁶ 2. Follow God’s directions at every step and whilst performing every act.

¹⁹⁹apni magroori (deh-abhimaan ka nasha) nahin dikhaana hai।

²⁰⁷Do not become arrogant (intoxication of body consciousness).

²⁰⁰koi bhi ulta-sulta kaam nahin karna hai।

²⁰⁸Do not perform any bad act.

²⁰¹moonjhana nahin hai।

²⁰⁹Do not become confused.

²⁰²vardaan:- saadhaaran karma karte bhi oonchi sthiti mein sthit rahne vaale sada double light bhav

²¹⁰Blessing: May you constantly be double light and remain stable in a high stage while performing ordinary actions.

²⁰³jaise baap saadhaaran tan lete hain, jaise aap bolte ho vaise hi bolte hain, vaise hi chalte hain to karma bhal saadhaaran hai, lekin sthiti oonchi rehti hai।

²¹¹ The Father takes an ordinary body and speaks and moves in the same way as you do. ²¹²So, although the actions are ordinary, His stage remains high.

²⁰⁴aise aap bachchon ki bhi sthiti sada oonchi ho।

²¹³In the same way, the stage of you children too has to remain high.

²⁰⁵double light ban oonchi sthiti mein sthit ho koi bhi saadhaaran karma karo।

²¹⁴Become double light, remain stable in a high stage while performing ordinary actions.

²⁰⁶sadaiv yahi smriti mein rahe ki avatrit hokar avtaar ban karke shreshtha karma karne ke liye aaye hain।

²¹⁵Constantly have this awareness: “I am an incarnation who has incarnated in order to perform elevated actions.”

²⁰⁷to saadhaaran karma alaukik karma mein badal jaayenge।

²¹⁶Ordinary actions will then change into alokik actions.

²⁰⁸slogan:- aatmik drishti-vritti ka abhyaas karne vaale pavitrata ko sahaj dhaaran kar sakte hain।

²¹⁷Slogan: Only those who make their vision and attitude soul conscious are able to imbibe purity easily.

²⁰⁹apni shaktishaali mansa dvaara sakaash dene ki seva karo

²¹⁹With your powerful mind, do the service of giving sakaash.

²¹⁰jitna svayan ko mansa seva mein busy rakhenge utna sahaj maayaajeet ban jaayenge।

²²⁰The busier you keep yourself in serving with your mind, that much more easily will you become a conqueror of Maya.

²¹¹sirf svayan ke prati bhaavuk nahin bano lekin auron ko bhi shubh bhaavna aur shubh kaamna dvaara parivartit karne ki seva karo।

²²¹Do not be passionate about this just for yourself, but also do the service of transforming others with your good wishes and pure feelings.

²¹²bhaavna aur gyaan, sneh aur yog donon ka balance ho।

²²²Let there be a balance of those pure feelings with this knowledge, love and yoga.

²¹³kalyaankaari to bane ho ab behad vishwa kalyaankaari bano।

²²³You have become benefactors; now become unlimited world benefactors.
