3Answer: You change from thorns into fragrant flowers; this is the most elevated fortune.

4Agar ēk bhī kōī vikār hai tō kāṇṭā hai .

4If you have even one vice, you are still a thorn.

5Jab kāṇṭē sē fool|phūl banō tab satōpradhān dēvī-dēvtā banō .

5It is only when you have completely changed from thorns into flowers that you become satopradhan deities.

6Tum bachchē abhī 21 pīṛhī kē liē apnī sūryavanśhī takdīr banānē āyē hō .

6You children have now come here to make your sun-dynasty fortune for 21 generations.

Song

7Gīt  : takdīr jagākar āī hū̃ …

7Song: I have come with my fortune awakened.

Murli

8Ōmśhānti .

8Om shanti.

9Gīt bachchō̃ nē sunā .

9You children heard the song.

10Yah tō common gīt hai kyōṅki tum hō mālī , bāp hai bāgvān .

10This song is a common song. 11You are gardeners and the Father is the Master of the Garden.

11Ab māliyō̃ kō kāṇṭō̃ sē fool|phūl banānā hai .

12You gardeners now have to change thorns into flowers.

12Yah akṣhar bahut clear hai .

13These words are very clear.

13Bhakta āyē haĩ bhagvān kē pās .

14You devotees have come to God.

14Yah sab bhaktiyā̃ haĩ nā .

15All of you are devotees.

15Ab gyān key|kī paṛhāī paṛhnē bāp kē pās āyē haĩ .

16You have come to the Father to study this knowledge.

16Is rājyōg key|kī paṛhāī sē hī naī duniyā K|kē mālik bantē hō .

17Only by studying this Raja Yoga can you become the masters of the new world.

17Tō bhaktiyā̃ kahtī haĩ - ham takdīr banākar āyē haĩ , naī duniyā dil mē̃ sajākar āyē haĩ .

18You devotees say: I have come with my fortune awakened. 19I have come having made a new world in my heart.

18Bābā bhī rōz kahtē haĩ ki sweet home aur sweet rājāī kō yād karō .

20Baba tells you every day to remember your sweet home and the sweet kingdom.

19Ātmā kō yād karnā hai .

21It is you souls who have to remember this.

20Har ēk centre par kāṇṭō̃ sē fool|phūl ban rahē haĩ .

22At every centre, you are all changing from thorns into flowers.

21Phūlō̃ mē̃ bhī number-vār hōtē haĩ nā .

23Flowers too are numberwise.

22Śhiv kē ūpar fool|phūl chaṛhātē , kōī kaisā fool|phūl chaṛhātē , kōī kaisā .

24Flowers are offered to Shiva. 25Some offer one kind of flower to Shiva and some, another kind.

23Gulāb K|kē fool|phūl aur ak K|kē fool|phūl mē̃ rāt-din kā phark hai .

26There is the difference of day and night between an uck flower and a rose.

24Yah bhī bagīchā hai . 25Kōī mōtiyē K|kē fool|phūl haĩ , kōī champā K|kē , kōī ratan jyōt haĩ . 26Kōī ak K|kē bhī haĩ .

27This too is a garden: some are jasmine, some are champa (white fragrant flower) and some are ratan jyot (also a very fragrant flower); some are still uck flowers.

27Bachchē jāntē haĩ is samay sab haĩ kāṇṭē .

28You children know that all are thorns at present.

28Yah duniyā hī kāṇṭō̃ kā jaṅgal hai , inkō banānā hai naī duniyā K|kē fool|phūl .

29This world is a forest of thorns and in order to go into the garden of that new world, you have to become flowers.

29Is purānī duniyā mē̃ haĩ kāṇṭē̃ , tō gīt mē̃ bhī kahtē haĩ ham bāp kē pās āyē haĩ purānī duniyā K|kē kāṇṭē sē naī duniyā kā fool|phūl bannē .

30There are only thorns in this old world, and so you sing that you have come to the Father to change from the thorns of this old world into the flowers of that new world.

30Jō bāp naī duniyā sthāpan kar rahē haĩ .

31You have come to the Father who establishes the new world.

31Kāṇṭē sē fool|phūl arthāt dēvī-dēvtā bannā hai .

32You have to change from thorns into flowers, which means into deities.

32Gīt kā arth|earth kitnā sahaj hai .

33The meaning of the song is so easy.

33Ham āyē haĩ - takdīr jagānē naī duniyā kē liē .

34We have come with our fortune awakened for the new world.

34Naī duniyā hai satyug .

35The new world is the golden age.

35Kōī key|kī satōpradhān takdīr hai , kōī key|kī rajō , tamō hai .

36Some people's fortunes are satopradhan, whereas it is rajo for some and tamo for others.

36Kōī sūryavanśhī rājā bantē haĩ , kōī prajā bantē haĩ , kōī prajā K|kē bhī naukar chākar bantē haĩ .

37Some become sun-dynasty kings, whereas others become their subjects. 38Some even become servants of the subjects.

37Yah naī duniyā key|kī rājāī sthāpan hō rahī hai .

39The kingdom of that new world is now being established.

38School mē̃ takdīr jagānē jātē haĩ nā .

40You go to school in order to awaken your fortune.

39Yahā̃ tō hai naī duniyā key|kī bāt .

41Here, it is a question of a new world.

40Is purānī duniyā mē̃ kyā takdīr banāyēṅgē  !

42What fortune would you create here in this old world?

41Tum bhaviṣhya naī duniyā mē̃ dēvtā bannē key|kī takdīr banā rahē hō , jin dēvtāō̃ kō sabhī naman kartē āyē haĩ .

43You are making your fortune of becoming deities in that new world, those deities whose idols everyone has been bowing down to.

42Ham hī sō dēvtā pūjya thē phir ham hī pujārī banē haĩ .

44You were worthy of worship deities and then, while taking rebirth, you became worshippers.

4321 janmō̃ kā varsā bāp sē miltā hai , jisē 21 pīṛhī kahā jātā hai .

45You are now receiving your inheritance for 21 births. 46People speak of 21 generations.

44Pīṛhī vr̥iddha avasthā tak kō kahā jātā hai .

47A generation means a life that lasts until after the age of retirement.

45Bāp 21 pīṛhī kā varsā dētē haĩ kyōṅki yuvā avasthā mē̃ vā bachpan mē̃ , bīch mē̃ akālē mr̥iityu kabhī hōtā nahī̃ isliē unkō kahā jātā hai amarlōk .

48The Father gives you your inheritance for 21 generations. 49Because you don’t experience untimely death in your childhood, adolescence or the middle of your life, that world is called a land of immortality.

46Yah hai mr̥ityulōk , rāvaṇ rājya .

50This world is called a land of death, the kingdom of Ravan.

47Yahā̃ har ēk mē̃ vikārō̃ key|kī pravēśhtā hai , jismē̃ kōī ēk bhī vikār hai tō kāṇṭē huē nā .

51Here, vices exist in everyone. 52Anyone who has even one vice is a thorn.

48Bāp samajhē̃gē mālī royal khuśhbūdār fool|phūl banānā nahī̃ jāntē haĩ .

53The Father would then understand that the gardener doesn’t know how to create royal, fragrant flowers.

49Mālī achchhā hōgā tō achchhē-achchhē fool|phūl taiyār karē̃gē .

54If the gardener is good, he would prepare very good flowers.

50Vijay mālā mē̃ pirōnē lāyak fool|phūl chāhiē .

55You need flowers that are worthy of being threaded in the rosary of victory.

51Dēvtāō̃ kē pās achchhē-achchhē phūl lē jātē haĩ nā .

56Very good flowers are picked to offer to the deity idols.

52Samjhō queen Elizabeth ātī hai tō ēkdam first class phūlō̃ key|kī mālā banākar lē jāyēṅgē .

57Supposing Queen Elizabeth were to come here, you would prepare a garland of first-class flowers and present it to her.

53Yahā̃ K|kē manuṣhya tō haĩ tamōpradhān .

58Human beings here are tamopradhan.

54Śhiv K|kē mandir mē̃ bhī jātē haĩ , samajhtē haĩ yē bhagvān hai .

59People go to a temple of Shiva believing Him to be God.

55Brahmā , viṣhṇu , śhaṅkar kō tō dēvtā kahtē haĩ .

60They call Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar deities.

56Śhiv kō bhagvān kahē̃gē .

61They call Shiva, God.

57Tō vah ūñch tē ūñchā huā nā .

62They say that He is the Highest on High.

58Ab śhiv kē liē kahtē dhatūrā khātā thā , bhāṅg pītā thā .

63They say that Shiva ate bitter flowers and drank an intoxicating drink.

59Kitnī glāni kartē haĩ .

64They defame Him so much.

60Fool|phūl bhī ak K|kē lē jātē haĩ . 61Ab aisā parampitā paramātmā unkē pās|pass lē kyā jātē haĩ  !

65They offer Him uck flowers; just look at what they offer to the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul!

62Tamōpradhān kāṇṭō̃ kē pās tō first class phūl lē jātē haĩ aur śhiv K|kē mandir mē̃ kyā lē jātē  !

66They offer first-class flowers to tamopradhan thorns and just look what they take to the temple of Shiva!

63Dūdh bhī kaisā chaṛhātē haĩ  ?

67Just look what kind of milk they offer Him!

645 percent dūdh bākī 95 percent pānī .

68It's five per cent milk and 95 per cent water.

65Bhagvān kē pās dūdh kaisā chaṛhānā chāhiē - jāntē tō kuchh bhī nahī̃ .

69What kind of milk should you offer to God? 70They don’t understand anything.

66Ab tum achchhī rīti jāntē hō .

71You now understand all of this very well.

67Tumhārē mē̃ bhī number-vār haĩ , jō achchhā jāntē haĩ unkō centre kā head banāyā jātā hai .

72Amongst you, too, there are some who understand very well and so they are made heads of the centres.

68Sab tō ēk jaisē nahī̃ hōtē .

73Although it is the same study, not all of you are alike.

69Bhal paṛhāī ēk hī hai , manuṣhya sē dēvtā bannē key|kī hī aim object hai parantu teacher tō number-vār haĩ nā .

74Your aim and objective is to change from ordinary humans into deities. 75However, you teachers are numberwise.

70Vijay mālā mē̃ ānē kā mukhya ādhār hai paṛhāī .

76The main basis of your entering the rosary of victory is this study.

71Paṛhāī tō ēk hī hōtī hai , usmē̃ pās|pass tō number-vār hōtē haĩ nā .

77It is the same study for everyone, but you pass numberwise.

72Sārā madār paṛhāī par hai .

78Everything depends on how much you study.

73Kōī tō vijay mālā K|kē 8 dānō̃ mē̃ ātē haĩ , kōī 108 mē̃ , kōī 16108 mē̃ .

79Some enter the rosary of eight, some enter the rosary of one hundred and eight and some enter the rosary of sixteen thousand, one hundred and eight.

74Sijarā banātē haĩ nā . 75Jaisē jhāṛ kā bhī sijarā nikaltā hai , pahlē-pahlē ēk pattā , dō pattē phir baṛhtē jātē haĩ .

80People make their genealogical tree, just like the different branches of a tree. 81First there is one leaf, then there are two leaves and then it continues to grow.

76Yah bhī jhāṛ hai .

82This too is a tree.

77Birādrī hōtī hai , jaisē kr̥palānī birādrī ādi-ādi , vah sab haĩ had key|kī birādriyā̃ .

83There are genealogical trees such as the Kirpalani genealogical tree etc. 84All of those genealogical trees are limited.

78Yah hai bēhad key|kī birādrī .

85This genealogical tree is unlimited.

79Inkā pahlē-pahlē kaun hai  ?

86Who is the first one in this?

80Prajāpitā brahmā .

87Prajapita Brahma.

81Unkō kahē̃gē great-great grand father . 82Parantu yah kiskō patā nahī̃ hai .

88He is called the great-great-grandfather, but no one knows this.

83Manuṣhy-mātra zarā bhī nahī̃ jāntē ki sr̥iṣhṭi kā rachayitā kaun hai  ?

89Human beings don’t know who the Creator of the world is.

84Bilkul ahilyā jaisē pattharbuddhi haĩ .

90They all have totally stone intellects like Ahilya’s (a woman who was turned to stone by a curse).

85Aisē jab ban jātē haĩ tab hī bāp ātē haĩ .

91Only when they become like that does the Father come.

86Tum yahā̃ āyē hō ahilyā buddhi sē pārasbuddhi bannē .

92You have come here to change from those with intellects like Ahilya’s, those with stone intellects, into those with diamond intellects.

87Tō knowledge bhī dhāraṇ karnī chāhiē nā .

93Therefore, you have to imbibe this knowledge.

88Bāp kō pahchānnā chāhiē aur paṛhāī kā khyāl karnā chāhiē .

94Having recognised the Father, you should be concerned about how you study.

89Samjhō āj āyē haĩ , kal achānak śharīr chhūṭ jātā hai phir kyā pad pā sakē̃gē .

95For example, if you come today and leave your body tomorrow, what status would you be able to claim?

90Knowledge tō kuchh bhī uṭhāī nahī̃ , kuchh bhī sīkhē nahī̃ tō kyā pad pāyēṅgē  !

96You wouldn't have taken any of this knowledge, you wouldn’t have learnt anything, and so what status would you claim?

91Din-pratidin jō dērī sē śharīr chhōṛtē haĩ , unkō time tō thōṛā miltā hai kyōṅki time tō kam hōtā jātā hai , usmē̃ janma lē kyā kar sakē̃gē .

97Day by day, time is getting shorter for those who leave their bodies now. 98If you take a new birth now, what would you be able to do?

92Hā̃ , tumhārē sē jō jāyēṅgē tō kōī achchhē ghar mē̃ janma lē̃gē .

99Yes, if any of you do leave your body, you would take birth in a good home.

93Saṅskār lē jātē haĩ tō vah ātmā jhaṭ jāg jāyēgī , śhivbābā kō yād karnē lagēgī .

100You souls would take your sanskars with you and so you would easily be awakened and start remembering Shiv Baba.

94Saṅskār hī nahī̃ paṛē huē hōṅgē tō kuchh bhī nahī̃ hōgā .

101If you haven't imbibed these sanskars, you would not be able to do anything; nothing would happen.

95Iskō bahut mahīntā sē samajhnā hōtā hai .

102This knowledge has great subtlety and depth and has to be understood.

96Mālī achchhē-achchhē phūlō̃ kō lē ātē haĩ tō unkī mahimā bhī gāī jātī hai , fool|phūl banānā tō mālī kā kām hai nā .

103You gardeners bring very good flowers and so your praise is sung. 104It is the task of you gardeners to create flowers.

97Aisē bahut bachchē haĩ , jinkō bāp kō yād karnā ātā hī nahī̃ hai .

105There are many children who don’t even know how to remember the Father.

98Takdīr kē ūpar hai nā .

106Everything depends on your fortune.

99Takdīr mē̃ nahī̃ hai tō kuchh bhī samajhtē nahī̃ .

107If it is not in your fortune, you won’t understand anything.

100Takdīrvān bachchē tō bāp kō yathārth rīti pahchān kar unhē̃ pūrī rīti yād karē̃gē .

108Fortunate children recognise the Father accurately and remember Him very well.

101Bāp K|kē sāth-sāth naī duniyā kō bhī yād kartē rahē̃gē .

109Together with having remembrance of the Father, you also have to remember that new world.

102Gīt mē̃ bhī kahtē haĩ nā - ham naī duniyā kē liē naī takdīr banānē kē liē āyē haĩ .

110You sing in the song that you have come to make a new fortune for a new world.

10321 janma liē bāp sē rājya-bhāgya lēnā hai .

111You have to claim your fortune of a kingdom for 21 births from the Father.

104Is naśhē aur khuśhī mē̃ rahē tō aisē-aisē gīt kā arth|earth iśhārē sē samajh jāyē̃ .

112By staying in this intoxication, by maintaining this happiness, you will be able to understand the meaning of these songs with just a signal.

105School mē̃ bhī kōī key|kī takdīr mē̃ nahī̃ hōtā hai tō fail hō paṛtē haĩ .

113In a school too, if it is not in someone's fortune, he fails.

106Yah tō bahut baṛā imtahān hai .

114This examination is a very great one.

107Bhagvān khud baiṭh paṛhātē haĩ .

115God, Himself, sits here and teaches you.

108Yah knowledge sabhī dharm vālō̃ kē liē hai .

116This knowledge is for those of all religions.

109Bāp kahtē haĩ apnē kō ātmā samajh mujh bāp kō yād karō .

117The Father says: Consider yourselves to be souls and remember Me, your Father.

110Tum jāntē hō kisī bhī dēhdhārī manuṣhya kō bhagvān kah nahī̃ saktē .

118You know that no bodily being can be God.

111Brahmā-viṣhṇu-śhaṅkar kō bhī bhagvān nahī̃ kahē̃gē .

119Not even Brahma, Vishnu or Shankar can be God.

112Vah bhī sūkṣhmavatanvāsī dēvtāyē̃ haĩ .

120They are the deities who reside in the subtle region.

113Yahā̃ haĩ manuṣhya . 114Yahā̃ dēvtāyē̃ nahī̃ haĩ .

121There are only human beings here; there are no deities here.

115Yah hai manuṣhya lōk .

122This is the human world.

116Yah lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ ādi daivīguṇ vālē manuṣhya haĩ , jiskō Deityism kahā jātā hai .

123Lakshmi and Narayan are humans with divine virtues and their religion is called deityism.

117Satyug mē̃ sabhī dēvī-dēvtā haĩ , sūkṣhmavatan mē̃ haĩ hī brahmā-viṣhṇu-śhaṅkar .

124In the golden age, there are deities, and in the subtle region, there are Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar.

118Gātē bhī haĩ brahmā dēvtāē namaḥ , viṣhṇu dēvtāē namaḥ . . . . . phir kahē̃gē śhiv paramātmāē namaḥ .

125People sing: Salutations to the deity Vishnu, salutations to the deity Brahma. 126Then, they say: Salutations to the Supreme Soul, Shiva.

119Śhiv kō dēvtā nahī̃ kahē̃gē .

127They do not call Shiva a deity.

120Aur manuṣhya kō phir bhagvān nahī̃ kah saktē .

128Human beings cannot be God.

121Tīn floor haĩ nā . 122Ham haĩ third floor par .

129There are the three floors and we are on the third floor.

123Satyug K|kē jō daivīguṇ vālē manuṣhya haĩ vahī phir āsurī guṇ vālē ban jātē haĩ .

130Those human beings with divine virtues in the golden age then become those with devilish traits.

124Māyā kā grahaṇ lagnē sē kālē hō jātē haĩ . 125Jaisē chandramā kō bhī grahaṇ lagtā hai nā .

131Because they are eclipsed by Maya, they become ugly, just as the moon is eclipsed.

126Vah haĩ had key|kī bātē̃ , yah hai bēhad key|kī bāt .

132That aspect is limited whereas this aspect is unlimited.

127Bēhad kā din aur bēhad key|kī rāt hai .

133This is an unlimited day and night.

128Gātē bhī haĩ brahmā kā din aur rāt .

134They even speak of the day of Brahma and the night of Brahma.

129Tumkō abhī ēk bāp sē hī paṛhnā hai bākī sab kuchh bhūl jānā hai .

135You must now only study with the one Father alone and forget everyone else.

130Bāp dvārā paṛhnē sē tum naī duniyā K|kē mālik bantē hō .

136You become the masters of the new world by studying with the Father.

131Yah sachchī-sachchī gītā pāṭhśhālā hai .

137This is the true Gita Pathshala.

132Pāṭhśhālā mē̃ hamēśhā nahī̃ rahtē .

138You do not stay in a pathshala for ever.

133Manuṣhya samajhtē haĩ bhakti mārg bhagvān sē milnē kā mārg hai , jitnā bahut bhakti karē̃gē tō bhagvān rāzī hōgā aur ākar phal dēgā .

139People believe that the path of devotion is the path to God, that the more devotion they perform, the more pleased God will be with them and that He will come and give them the fruit of their devotion.

134Yah sab bātē̃ tum hī ab samajhtē hō .

140Only you now understand these things.

135Bhagvān ēk hai jō phal abhī dē rahē haĩ .

141There is only one God and He is now giving you that fruit.

136Jō pahlē-pahlē sūryavanśhī pūjya thē , unhō̃ nē hī sabsē jāstī bhakti kī hai , vahī yahā̃ āyēṅgē .

142Those who are worthy of worship, sun-dynasty souls have done the greatest amount of devotion; they will come here.

137Tumnē hī pahlē-pahlē śhivbābā key|kī avyabhichārī bhakti kī hai tō jarūr tum hī pahlē-pahlē bhakta ṭhaharē .

143You are the ones who first did unadulterated devotion of Shiv Baba. 144Therefore, you were the first devotees.

138Phir girtē-girtē tamōpradhān ban jātē hō .

145Then, while coming down, you became tamopradhan.

139Ādhākalp tumnē bhakti kī hai , isliē tumkō hī pahlē gyān dētē haĩ .

146You performed devotion for half a cycle and that is why you are given this knowledge first.

140Tumhārē mē̃ bhī number-vār haĩ .

147However, you are also numberwise.

141Tumhārī is paṛhāī mē̃ yah bahānā nahī̃ chal saktā ki ham dūr rahtē haĩ isliē rōz nahī̃ paṛh saktē .

148You cannot make the excuse in this study of living far away and not being able to study every day.

142Kōī kahtē haĩ ham 10 mile dūr rahtē haĩ . 143Arē , bābā key|kī yād mē̃ tum 10 mile bhī paidal karkē jāō tō kabhī thakāvaṭ nahī̃ hōgī .

149Some of you say that you live ten miles away, but, even if you walked ten miles to your centre in remembrance of Baba, you wouldn't feel tired.

144Kitnā baṛā khajānā lēnē jātē hō .
