1Essence: Sweet children, practise staying in remembrance whilst sitting, walking and moving around.

2Gyān aur yōg yahī mukhya dō chījē̃ haĩ , yōg mānā yād ' '

2This knowledge and yoga are your two main subjects. 3Yoga means remembrance.

Question

3Praśhna  : aklmand ( hōśhiyār ) bachchē kaun sē bōl mukh sē nahī̃ bōlē̃gē  ?

4Question: Which words would clever children never say?

Answer

4Uttar  : hamē̃ yōg sikhlāō , yah bōl aklmand bachchē nahī̃ bōlē̃gē .

5Answer: Clever children would never say: “Teach us yoga”.

5Bāp kō yād karnā sīkhnā hōtā hai kyā  !

6Does one have to learn how to remember one's father?

6Yah pāṭhśhālā hai paṛhnē paṛhānē kē liē .

7This is a school where you study and then teach others.

7Aisē nahī̃ , yād karnē kē liē kōī khās baiṭhnā hai .

8It isn't that you have to sit down especially to have remembrance.

8Tumhē̃ karma kartē bāp kō yād karnē kā abhyās karnā hai .

9Even whilst doing things you have to practise staying in remembrance.

Murli

9Ōm śhānti .

10Om shanti.

10Ab rūhānī bāp baiṭh rūhānī bachchō̃ kō samjhātē haĩ .

11The spiritual Father sits here and explains to you spiritual children.

11Bachchē jāntē haĩ rūhānī bāp is rath dvārā hamkō samjhā rahē haĩ .

12You children know that the spiritual Father is speaking to you through this chariot.

12Ab jabki bachchē haĩ tō bāp kō vā kisī bahan vā bhāī kō kahnā ki mujhē bābā kō yād karnā sikhlāō , yah wrong hō jātā hai .

13Now, since you are His children, it is wrong to ask the Father or any brother or sister to teach you how to sit in remembrance of Baba.

13Tum kōī chhōṭī bachchiyā̃ tō nahī̃ hō nā .

14You are no longer small children.

14Yah tō jāntē hō mukhya hai rūh .

15You know that the spirit is the main thing.

15Vah tō hai avināśhī . 16Śharīr hai vināśhī .

16It is imperishable, whereas one’s body is perishable.

17Baṛā tō rūh huā nā .

17The spirit is greater.

18Agyānkāl mē̃ yah gyān kiskō nahī̃ rahtā hai ki ham ātmā haĩ , śharīr dvārā bōltē haĩ .

18On the path of ignorance, no one has any knowledge of being a soul or that a soul speaks through his body.

19Dēh-abhimān mē̃ ākar hī bōltē haĩ - maĩ yah kartā hū̃ .

19They become body conscious and say “I am doing this.”

20Abhī tum dēhī-abhimānī banē hō .

20You are now becoming soul conscious.

21Jāntē hō ātmā kahtī hai maĩ is śharīr dvārā bōltī hū̃ , karma kartī hū̃ .

21You know that it is souls that say: “I speak and carry out actions through this body.”

22Ātmā male|mail|mēl hai .

22Souls are male.

23Bāp samjhātē haĩ - yah bōl bahut karkē sunē jātē haĩ , kahtē haĩ hamkō yōg mē̃ biṭhāō .

23The Father says that He hears these words many times: "Teach us how to sit in yoga." 24They often say this.

24Sāmnē ēk baiṭhtē haĩ , is khyāl sē ki ham bhī bābā key|kī yād mē̃ baiṭhē̃ , yah bhī baiṭhē̃ .

25When you are seated and someone sits in front of you, you and that person have the aim of sitting in remembrance of Baba.

25Ab pāṭhśhālā kōī iskē liē nahī̃ hai .

26This pathshala is not just for that purpose.

26Pāṭhśhālā tō paṛhāī kē liē hai .

27This pathshala is for studying.

27Bākī aisē nahī̃ , yahā̃ baiṭhkar sirph tumhē̃ yād karnā hai .

28It isn't that you come here simply to sit in remembrance.

28Bāp nē tō samjhāyā hai chaltē phirtē , uṭhtē baiṭhtē bāp kō yād karō , iskē liē khās baiṭhnē key|kī bhī darkār nahī̃ .

29The Father has explained that, while you sit, walk and move around, you have to remember the Father. 30There is no need for you to be seated especially in order to have this remembrance.

29Jaisē kōī kahtē haĩ rām-rām kahō , kyā bigar rām-rām kahē yād nahī̃ kar saktē haĩ  ?

31Some people tell others to chant the name of Rama. 32Is it not possible to remember Him without saying the name Rama?

30Yād tō chaltē phirtē kar saktē haĩ .

33You can remember Him even while walking and moving around.

31Tumkō tō karma kartē bāp kō yād karnā hai .

34You have to remember the Father while you carry out actions.

32Āśhik māśhūk kōī khās baiṭh-kar ēk-dō kō yād nahī̃ kartē haĩ .

35Lovers and beloveds do not especially sit down in order to remember each other.

33Kām kāj dhandhā ādi sab karnā hai , sab kuchh kartē apnē māśhūk kō yād kartē rahō .

36You have to do everything and carry on with your business, etc. 37They remember their beloved while doing everything.

34Aisē nahī̃ ki unkō yād karnē kē liē khās kahā̃ jākar baiṭhnā hai .

38It isn't that they go somewhere and sit down especially to remember each other.

35Tum bachchē gīt vā kavitāyē̃ ādi sunātē hō , tō bābā kah dētē haĩ yah bhakti mārg K|kē haĩ .

39When you children sing songs and recite poems, etc., Baba says: “That belongs to the path of devotion.”

36Kahtē bhī haĩ śhānti dēvā , sō tō paramātmā kō hī yād kartē haĩ , na ki śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa kō .

40They say: “O Bestower of Peace!” 41Therefore, they must surely be remembering the Supreme Soul and not Shri Krishna.

37Drama anusār ātmā aśhānt hō paṛī hai tō bāp kō pukārtī hai kyōṅki śhānti , sukh , gyān kā sāgar vah hai .

42According to the drama, souls have become peaceless and so they call out to the Father because He is the Ocean of Peace, Happiness and this Knowledge.

38Gyān aur yōg mukhya dō chīzē̃ haĩ , yōg mānā yād .

43The two main things are knowledge and yoga; yoga means remembrance.

39Unhō̃ kā haṭhyōg bilkul hī alag hai . 40Tumhārā hai rājyōg .

44Their hatha yoga is totally separate from yours, which is called Raja Yoga.

41Bāp kō sirph yād karnā hai .

45You simply have to remember the Father.

42Bāp dvārā tum bāp kō jānnē sē sr̥iṣhṭi K|kē ādi , madhya , ant kō jān gayē hō .

46By coming to know the Father from the Father you also come to know the beginning, the middle and the end of the world.

43Tumkō sabsē baṛī khuśhī tō yah hai ki hamkō bhagvān paṛhātē haĩ .

47The greatest happiness you have is that God is teaching you.

44Bhagvān kā bhī pahlē-pahlē pūrā parichay hōnā chāhiē .

48First of all, you should have the accurate introduction of God.

45Aisā tō kabhī nahī̃ jānā ki jaisē ātmā star hai , vaisē bhagvān bhī star hai . 46Vah bhī ātmā hai . 47Parantu unkō param ātmā , supreme soul kahā jātā hai .

49No one knows that, just as a soul is a star, so God too is a star that He is also a soul, but that He is the Supreme Soul. 50He is called the Supreme Soul.

48Vah kabhī punarjanma tō lētē nahī̃ haĩ .

51He never takes rebirth.

49Aisē nahī̃ ki vah janm maraṇ mē̃ ātē haĩ .

52He never comes into the cycle of birth and death; no.

50Nahī̃ , punarjanma nahī̃ lētē haĩ .

53He is beyond birth and rebirth.

51Khud ākar samjhātē haĩ maĩ kaisē ātā hū̃  ?

54He, Himself, comes and explains how He comes.

52Trimūrti kā gāyan bhī bhārat mē̃ hai .

55There is praise of the Trimurti in Bharat.

53Trimūrti brahmā-viṣhṇu-śhaṅkar kā chitra bhī dikhātē haĩ .

56They also show a picture of the Trimurti: Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar.

54Śhiv paramātmāē namaḥ kahtē haĩ nā . 55Us ūñch tē ūñch bāp kō bhūl gayē haĩ , sirph trimūrti kā chitra dē diyā hai .

57Although they say: “Salutations to the Supreme Soul, Shiva”, they have forgotten the highest-on-high Father. 58They have simply kept images of the Trimurti.

56Ūpar mē̃ śhiv tō jarūr hōnā chāhiē , jissē yah samajhē̃ ki inkā rachayitā śhiv hai .

59However, Shiva definitely has to be above them, so that it can be understood that Shiva is their Creator.

57Rachnā sē kabhī varsā nahī̃ mil saktā hai .

60One never receives an inheritance from one’s creation.

58Tum jāntē hō brahmā sē kuchh bhī varsā nahī̃ miltā .

61You know that you don't receive any inheritance from Brahma.

59Viṣhṇu kō tō hīrē javāharō̃ kā tāj hai nā .

62Vishnu has been shown with a crown of diamonds and jewels.

60Śhivbābā dvārā phir penny sē pound banē haĩ .

63You are made worth a pound from a penny by Shiv Baba.

61Śhiv kā chitra na hōnē sē sārā khaṇḍan hō jātā hai .

64Because there isn’t an image of Shiva, everything becomes false.

62Ūñch tē ūñch hai parampitā paramātmā , unkī yah rachnā hai .

65The Highest on High is the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, and this is His creation.

63Abhī tum bachchō̃ kō bāp sē svarg kā varsā miltā hai , 21 janmō̃ kē liē .

66You children are now receiving the inheritance of heaven for 21 births from the Father.

64Bhal vahā̃ phir bhī samajhtē haĩ laukik bāp sē varsā milā hai . 65Vahā̃ yah patā nahī̃ ki yah bēhad K|kē bāp sē pāī huī prālabdh hai .

67When you are there, you will understand that you received your inheritance from your physical father, but you won't know that that reward was attained from the unlimited Father.

66Yah tumkō abhī patā hai .

68It is now that you know this.

67Abhī key|kī kamāī vahā̃ 21 janm chaltī hai .

69Your income of this time lasts you for 21 births.

68Vahā̃ yah mālūm nahī̃ rahtā hai , is gyān kā bilkul patā nahī̃ rahtā .

70You are unaware of any of this when you are there. 71You are not aware of any of this knowledge there.

69Yah gyān na dēvtāō̃ mē̃ hai , na śhūdrō̃ mē̃ rahtā hai .

72Neither deities nor shudras have this knowledge.

70Yah gyān hai hī tum brāhmaṇō̃ mē̃ .

73Only you Brahmins have this knowledge.

71Yah hai rūhānī gyān , spiritual kā arth|earth bhī nahī̃ jāntē haĩ .

74This knowledge is spiritual knowledge. 75No one knows the meaning of “spiritual”.

72Doctor of|off philosophy kahtē haĩ .

76They speak of a doctor of philosophy.

73Doctor of|off spiritual knowledge ēk hī bāp hai .

77Only the Father is the Doctor of Spiritual Knowledge.

74Bāp kō surgeon bhī kahā jātā hai nā .

78The Father is also called the Surgeon.

75Sādhū sannyāsī ādi kōī surgeon thōṛēhī haĩ .

79Sages and sannyasis are not surgeons.

76Vēd śhāstra ādi paṛhnē vālō̃ kō doctor thōṛēhī kahē̃gē .

80Those who study the Vedas and scriptures, etc. are not called doctors.

77Bhal title bhī dē dētē haĩ parantu vāstav mē̃ rūhānī surgeon hai ēk bāp , jō rūh kō injection lagātē haĩ .

81Although they are given those titles, only the one spiritual Father is in fact the spiritual Surgeon who gives an injection to the spirits.

78Vah hai bhakti .

82That is devotion.

79Unkō kahnā chāhiē doctor of|off bhakti athavā śhāstrō̃ kā gyān dētē haĩ . 80Unsē phāydā kuchh bhī nahī̃ hōtā , nīchē girtē hī jātē haĩ . 81Tō unkō doctor kaisē kahē̃gē  ?

83Therefore, you should tell them that doctors of devotion can only give you the knowledge of the scriptures and that there is no benefit in that. 84You continue to come down and so how can they be called doctors?

82Doctor tō phāydā pahuñchātē haĩ nā .

85Doctors should benefit you.

83Yah bāp tō hai avināśhī gyān surgeon .

86This Father is the Surgeon of this eternal knowledge.

84Yōgbal sē tum ever healthy bantē hō .

87You become ever healthy through the power of yoga.

85Yah tō tum bachchē hī jāntē hō . 86Bāhar vālē kyā jānē̃ .

88Only you children know this; what do others know?

87Unkō avināśhī surgeon kahā jātā hai .

89He is called the eternal Surgeon.

88Ātmāō̃ mē̃ jō vikārō̃ key|kī khād paṛī hai , usē nikālnā , patit kō pāvan banākar sadgati dēnā - yah bāp mē̃ śhakti hai .

90Only the Father has the power to remove all the alloy of vice from souls. 91Only He can purify them and grant them salvation.

89Almighty patit-pāvan ēk father hai .

92Only the one Father is the Almighty, the Purifier.

90Almighty kōī manuṣhya kō nahī̃ kah saktē haĩ .

93No human being would be called the Almighty.

91Tō bāp kaun-sī śhakti dikhātē haĩ  ?

94So, what is the power that the Father shows?

92Sarv kō apnī śhakti sē sadgati dē dētē haĩ .

95He grants everyone salvation with His own power.

93Unkō kahē̃gē doctor of|off spiritual knowledge .

96He is called the Doctor of Spiritual Knowledge.

94Doctor of|off philosophy - yah tō ḍhēr K|kē ḍhēr manuṣhya haĩ . 95Spiritual doctor ēk hai .

97There are many human beings who are called doctors of philosophy, but there is only one spiritual Doctor.

96Tō ab bāp kahtē haĩ apnē kō ātmā samajh mujh bāp kō yād karō aur pavitra banō .

98The Father now says: Consider yourselves to be souls, remember Me, the Father, and become pure.

97Maĩ āyā hī hū̃ pavitra duniyā sthāpan karnē , phir tum patit kyō̃ bantē hō  ?

99I have come to establish a pure world. 100So, why do you become impure?

98Pāvan banō , patit mat banō .

101Become pure! 102Do not become impure!

99Sabhī ātmāō̃ kō bāp kā direction hai - gr̥ihastha vyavahār mē̃ rahtē kamal fool|phūl samān pavitra rahō .

103All of you souls have been given the Father's direction: While living at home with your families, stay as pure as a lotus.

100Bāl brahmchārī banō tō phir pavitra duniyā K|kē mālik ban jāyēṅgē .

104By staying pure from birth, you will become the masters of the pure world.

101Itnē janm jō pāp kiyē haĩ , ab mujhē yād karnē sē pāp bhasma hō jāyēṅgē .

105You have been committing sins for so many births, so now remember Me and your sins will be burnt away.

102Mūlvatan mē̃ pavitra ātmāyē̃ hī rahtī haĩ .

106Pure souls reside in the incorporeal world.

103Patit kōī jā nahī̃ saktē haĩ .

107No one impure can go there.

104Buddhi mē̃ yah tō yād rakhnā hī hai - bābā hamkō paṛhātē haĩ .

108Your intellects must definitely remember that Baba is teaching us.

105Student aisē kahē̃gē kyā ki hamkō teacher key|kī yād sikhlāō .

109Would a student ever say: “Teach me how to remember my teacher?”

106Yād sikhlānē key|kī kyā darkār hai .

110What need is there to teach remembrance?

107Yahā̃ ( sandlī par ) kōī na baiṭhē tō bhī harjā nahī̃ hai .

111It doesn't matter if no one sits here (on the gaddi).

108Apnē bāp kō yād karnā hai .

112You simply have to remember your Father.

109Tum sārā din dhandhē dhōrī ādi mē̃ rahtē hō tō bhūl jātē hō , isliē yahā̃ biṭhāyā jātā hai .

113You remain engrossed in your business, etc. throughout the day and so you forget. 114This is why you are made to sit here.

110Yah 10-15 minute bhī yād karē̃ .

115At least they have remembrance for ten to fifteen minutes.

111Tum bachchō̃ kō tō kām kāz kartē yād mē̃ rahnē key|kī ādat ḍālnī hai .

116You children need to instil the habit of remembering the Father even whilst you are doing everything.

112Ādhākalp bād māśhūk miltā hai .

117You meet your Beloved after half a cycle.

113Ab kahtē haĩ mujhē yād karō tō tumhārī ātmā sē khād nikal jāyēgī aur tum viśhva K|kē mālik ban jāyēṅgē .

118He says: Now remember Me so that the alloy is removed from you souls and you become the masters of the world.

114Tō kyō̃ nahī̃ yād karnā chāhiē .

119Therefore, why should you not remember Him?

115Strī kā jab hathiyālā bāndhtē haĩ tō unkō kahtē haĩ pati tumhārā gurū īśhvar sab kuchh hai .

120When the knot is tied between a bride and groom at their wedding, she is told that her husband is her guru, her god, her everything.

116Parantu vah tō phir bhī mitr , sambandhī , gurū ādi bahutō̃ kō yād kartī hai .

121In spite of that, she still remembers her friends, relatives and her guru etc.

117Vah tō dēhdhārī key|kī yād hō gaī .

122That remembrance is of bodily beings.

118Yah tō patiyō̃ kā pati hai , unkō yād karnā hai .

123This one is the Husband of all husbands; you have to remember Him.

119Kōī kahtē haĩ hamkō nēṣhṭhā mē̃ biṭhāō . 120Parantu issē kyā hōgā .

124Some say: “Teach us how to sit in solitude, in yoga,” but what would happen through that?

12110 minute yahā̃ baiṭhtē haĩ tō bhī aisē mat samjhō ki kōī ēkras hō baiṭhtē haĩ .

125Even though you may sit here for ten minutes, do not think that you are sitting in constant remembrance.

122Bhakti mārg mē̃ kiskī pūjā karnē baiṭhtē haĩ tō buddhi bahut bhaṭaktī rahtī hai .

126On the path of devotion, when they sit down to worship someone, their intellects wander a great deal.

123Naudhā bhakti karnē vālō̃ kō yahī tāt lagī rahtī hai ki hamkō sākṣhātkār hō .

127Those who perform intense devotion are only concerned about being given a vision.

124Vah āśh lagākar baiṭhē rahtē haĩ .

128They have such a great desire for a vision that they remain sitting there.

125Ēk key|kī lagan mē̃ lavlīn hō jātē haĩ , tab sākṣhātkār hōtā hai .

129They become totally lost in the thought of that desire and are thereby given a vision.

126Unkō kahā jātā hai naundhā bhakta .

130That is called intense devotion.

127Vah bhakti aisī hai jaisē āśhik-māśhūk . 128Khātē pītē buddhi mē̃ yād rahtī hai .

131Their devotion is like the devotion between a lover and beloved who, whilst eating and drinking, keep each other in their intellects.

129Unmē̃ vikār key|kī bāt nahī̃ hōtī , śharīr par pyār hō jātā hai . 130Ēk-dō kō dēkhnē bigar rah nahī̃ saktē .

132There is no question of vice in that. 133It is simply love for each other’s body and so they cannot stay without looking at each other.

131Ab tum bachchō̃ kō bāp nē samjhāyā hai - mujhē yād karnē sē tumhārē vikarma vināśh hōṅgē .

134The Father has now explained to you children that your sins will be absolved by remembering Him.

132Kaisē tumnē 84 janma liē haĩ . 133Bīj kō yād karnē sē sārā jhāṛ yād ā jātā hai .

135By remembering the Seed, you can remember the whole tree and how you have taken 84 births.

134Yah variety dharmō̃ kā jhāṛ hai nā .

136This is the tree of the variety of religions.

135Yah sirph tumhārī buddhi mē̃ hī hai ki bhārat golden age mē̃ thā , ab iron age mē̃ hai .

137It is only in your intellects that Bharat was previously in the golden age and that it is now in the iron age.

136Yah aṅgrējī akṣhar achchhē haĩ , inkā arth|earth achchhā nikaltā hai .

138These English words are very good; their meanings are very good.

137Ātmā sachchā sōnā hōtī hai phir unmē̃ khād paṛtī hai .

139Souls become like gold and then alloy later enters them.

138Abhī bilkul jhūṭhī hō gaī hai , inkō kahā jātā hai iron aged .

140They have now become completely false. 141They are called iron aged.

139Ātmāyē̃ iron aged hōnē sē zewar bhī aisā hō gayā hai .

142The jewellery of iron-aged souls has become likewise.

140Abhī bāp kahtē haĩ maĩ patit-pāvan hū̃ , māmēkam yād karō .

143The Father says: I am the Purifier. 144Therefore, constantly remember Me alone.

141Tum mujhē bulātē hō hē patit-pāvan āō .

145You have been praying to Me: “O Purifier, come!”

142Maĩ kalp-kalp ākar tumkō yah yukti batlātā hū̃ . 143Manmanābhav , madhyājī bhav arthāt svarg K|kē mālik banō .

146I come every cycle to teach you the method of “Manmanabhav and Madhyajibhav”, that is, how to become the masters of heaven.

144Kōī kahtē haĩ hamkō yōg mē̃ bahut majā ātā hai , gyān mē̃ itnā majā nahī̃ .

147Some of you say that you have a lot of pleasure in yoga, but not as much in this knowledge.

145Bas , yōg karkē yah bhāgē̃gē . 146Yōg hī achchhā lagtā hai , kahtē haĩ hamkō tō śhānti chāhiē .

148They just have yoga and leave; they only like yoga. 149They say: “I only want peace.”

147Achchhā , bāp kō tō kahā̃ bhī baiṭh yād karō .

150Achcha, you can remember the Father whilst you are sitting anywhere.

148Yād kartē-kartē tum śhāntidhām mē̃ chalē jāyēṅgē .

151By remembering Baba, you will go to the land of peace.

149Ismē̃ yōg sikhlānē key|kī bāt hī nahī̃ hai .

152There is no question of being taught yoga for that.

150Bāp kō yād karnā hai .

153You just have to remember the Father.

151Aisē bahut haĩ jō centres par jākar ādhā paunā ghaṇṭā baiṭhtē haĩ , kahtē haĩ hamkō nēṣhṭhā karāō yā tō kahē̃gē bābā nē programme diyā hai nēṣhṭhā kā .

154There are many who go to their centre and sit in remembrance for half an hour or 45 minutes. 155They just say: “Let me sit in yoga for a little while.” 156Or, they say: “Baba has given us a programme to sit in yoga.”

152Yahā̃ bābā kahtē haĩ chaltē phirtē yād mē̃ rahō .

157Here, Baba says: Whilst walking and moving around, stay in remembrance.

153Nā sē tō baiṭhnā achchhā hai .

158Still, it is better to sit in remembrance than to have no remembrance at all.

154Bābā manā nahī̃ kartē haĩ , bhal sārī rāt baiṭhō , parantu aisī ādat thōṛēhī ḍālnī hai ki bas rāt kō hī yād karnā hai .

159Baba does not forbid you to do this. 160You may sit all night long if you want, but you mustn't instil the habit of only remembering Him at night.

155Ādat yah ḍālnī hai ki kām kāz kartē yād karnā hai .

161You have to instil the habit of remembering Him even whilst you are doing everything.

156Ismē̃ baṛī mēhnat hai .

162Only in this do you have to make great effort.

157Buddhi ghaṛī-ghaṛī aur taraph bhāg jātī hai .

163Intellects repeatedly run in other directions.

158Bhakti mārg mē̃ bhī buddhi bhāg jātī hai phir apnē kō chuṭkī kāṭtē haĩ .

164On the path of devotion too, their intellects wander off and so they pinch themselves.

159Sachchē bhakta jō hōtē haĩ unkī bāt kartē haĩ .

165He (Baba) is speaking about true devotees.

160Tō yahā̃ bhī apnē sāth aisī-aisī bātē̃ karnī chāhiē . 161Bābā kō kyō̃ nahī̃ yād kiyā  ?

166Therefore, here, too, you should talk to yourself in this way: “Why did I not remember Baba?

162Yād nahī̃ karē̃gē tō viśhva K|kē mālik kaisē banē̃gē  ?

167If I do not remember Him, how would I become a master of the world?”

163Āśhik-māśhūk tō nām-rūp mē̃ phansē rahtē haĩ . 164Yahā̃ tō tum apnē kō ātmā samajh bāp kō yād kartē hō .

168Those lovers and beloveds are trapped in each other's name and form, whereas here, you have to consider yourselves to be souls and remember the Father.

165Ham ātmā is śharīr sē alag haĩ .

169“I, this soul, am separate from this body.”

166Śharīr mē̃ ānē sē karma karnā hōtā hai .

170When you enter a body you have to carry out actions.

167Bahut aisē bhī haĩ jō kahtē haĩ ham dīdār karē̃ .

171There are many of you who say that you want to have a vision.

168Ab dīdār kyā karē̃gē .

172What would you have a vision of?

169Vah tō bindī hai nā .

173That is simply a point.

170Achchhā , kōī kahtē haĩ śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa kā dīdār karē̃ .

174Achcha, some say that they want to have a vision of Shri Krishna.

171Śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa kā tō chitra bhī hai nā .

175There are images of Shri Krishna.

172Jō jaṛ hai sō phir chaitanya mē̃ dēkhē̃gē issē phāydā kyā huā  ?

176You would see that which is non-living in a living form. 177What benefit is there in that?

173Sākṣhātkār sē thōṛēhī phāydā hōgā .

178There is no benefit in having visions.

174Tum bāp kō yād karō tō ātmā pavitra hō .

179When you souls remember the Father, you become pure.

175Nārāyaṇ kā sākṣhātkār hōnē sē nārāyaṇ thōṛēhī ban jāyēṅgē .

180You don't become like Narayan simply by having a vision of Narayan.

176Tum jāntē hō hamārī aim object hai hī lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ bannē key|kī parantu paṛhnē bigar thōṛēhī banē̃gē .

181You know that your aim and objective is to become like Lakshmi or Narayan. 182However, you cannot become like them without studying.

177Paṛhkar hōśhiyār banō , prajā bhī banāō tab lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ banē̃gē .

183You become clever by studying. 184First, create your subjects and you can then become like Lakshmi or Narayan.

178Mēhnat hai .

185This does take effort.

179Pass with honour hōnā chāhiē jō dharmarāj key|kī sajā na milē .

186You must pass with honours so that there is no punishment from Dharamraj.

180Yah murabbī bachchā bhī sāth hai , yah bhī kahtē haĩ tum tīkhē jā saktē hō .

187This special child is also with you. 188He also says: You can go ahead of me very quickly.

181Bābā kē ūpar tō kitnā bōjhā hai .

189There is such a burden on Baba.

182Sārā din kitnē khyālāt karnē paṛtē haĩ .

190He has to think about so many things throughout the day.

183Ham itnā yād nahī̃ kar saktē haĩ .

191I cannot remember Baba as much as you can.

184Bhōjan par thōṛī yād rahtī phir bhūl jātē haĩ .

192At meal times, I start to remember Him a little and then I forget.

185Samajhtā hū̃ bābā aur ham dōnō̃ sair kartē haĩ .

193Sometimes, I think that Baba and I will go for a walk.

186Sair kartē-kartē bābā kō bhūl jātā hū̃ .

194Then, whilst walking, I forget Baba.

187Khisaknī vastu hai nā .

195This remembrance is a very slippery thing.

188Ghaṛī-ghaṛī yād khisak jātī hai .

196Remembrance slips away again and again.

189Ismē̃ bahut mēhnat hai .

197You have to make great effort in this.

190Yād sē hī ātmā pavitra hōnī hai .

198Only by having remembrance do souls become pure.

191Bahutō̃ kō paṛhāyēṅgē tō ūñch pad pāyēṅgē .

199If you teach many, you will claim a high status.

192Jō achchhā samajhtē haĩ vah achchhā pad pāyēṅgē .

200Those who understand this knowledge very well can claim a good status.

193Pradarśhanī mē̃ kitnī prajā bantī hai .

201So many subjects are created at the exhibitions.

194Tum ēk-ēk lākhō̃ key|kī sēvā karē̃gē aur phir apnī bhī avasthā aisī chāhiē .

202Each of you can serve hundreds of thousands of people and so your stage should be according to that.

195Karmātīt avasthā hō jāyēgī phir śharīr nahī̃ rahēgā .

203Once you reach your karmateet stage, your body will no longer remain here.

196Āgē chal tum samajhē̃gē ab laṛāī jōr hō jāyēgī phir ḍhēr tumhārē pās|pass ātē rahē̃gē .

204As you move forward, you will understand that wars will increase, and then many people will continue to come to you.

197Mahimā baṛhtī jāyēgī .

205The praise of you will continue to increase.

198Ant mē̃ sannyāsī bhī āyēṅgē , bāp kō yād karnē lag paṛē̃gē .

206At the end, even the sannyasis will come; they will start remembering the Father.

199Unkā part hī muktidhām mē̃ jānē kā hai .

207They will play their parts of going to the land of liberation.

200Knowledge tō lē̃gē nahī̃ .

208They will not take this knowledge.

201Tumhārā message sabhī ātmāō̃ tak pahuñchnā hai , akhbārō̃ dvārā bahut sunē̃gē .

209However, your message has to reach all souls. 210Many will continue to hear this through the newspapers.

202Kitnē gānv haĩ , sabkō paigām dēnā hai .

211There are so many villages; you have to give the message to everyone there too.

203Messenger paigambar tum hī hō .

212You are prophets and messengers.

204Patit sē pāvan banānē vālā aur kōī hai nahī̃ , sivāē bāp K|kē .

213No one but the Father is the Purifier.

205Aisē nahī̃ ki dharm sthāpak kiskō pāvan banātē haĩ .

214It isn't that the founders of religions purify anyone.

206Unkā dharm tō vr̥iddhi kō pānā hai , vah vāpis jānē kā rāstā kaisē batāyēṅgē  ?

215Their religions have to expand. 216Therefore, how could they show anyone the path to return home?

207Sarv kā sadgati dātā ēk hai .

217The Bestower of Salvation for All is only the One.

208Tum bachchō̃ kō ab pavitra jarūr bannā hai .

218You children definitely have to become pure.

209Bahut haĩ jō pavitra nahī̃ rahtē haĩ .

219There are many who do not remain pure.

210Kām mahāśhatru hai nā .

220Lust is the greatest enemy.

211Achchhē-achchhē bachchē gir paṛtē haĩ , kudr̥iṣhṭi bhī kām kā hī aṅśh hai .

221Even good children are brought down by this. 222Bad vision too is a trace of lust.

212Yah baṛā śhaitān hai .

223Lust is a very big devil.

213Bāp kahtē haĩ is par jīt pahanō tō jagatjīt ban jāyēṅgē .

224The Father says: Gain victory over this and you will become victorious over the world.

214Achchhā  !

225Achcha.

215Mīṭhē-mīṭhē sikīladhē bachchō̃ prati māt-pitā bāpdādā kā yād-pyār aur good morning .

226To you sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada.

216Rūhānī bāp key|kī rūhānī bachchō̃ kā namastē .

227The spiritual Father says namaste to you spiritual children.

217Dhārṇā kē liē mukhya sār  :

222Messenger ban yah message sabhī tak pahuñchānā hai .

Blessing

223Vardān  : snēh key|kī gōd mē̃ āntarik sukh va sarv śhaktiyō̃ kā anubhav karnē vālē yathārth purūṣhārthī bhav

233Blessing: May you be an accurate effort-maker who experiences total inner happiness and all the powers in the lap of love.

224Jō yathārth purūṣhārthī haĩ vē|way kabhī mēhnat vā thakāvaṭ kā anubhav nahī̃ kartē , sadā mōhabbat mē̃ mast rahtē haĩ .

234 Those who are real effort-makers do not experience having to work hard or having tiredness but remain constantly intoxicated in love.

225Vē|way saṅkalp sē bhī surrender hōnē K|kē kāraṇ anubhav kartē ki hamē̃ bāpdādā chalā rahē haĩ , mēhnat K|kē pāṅw sē nahī̃ lēkin snēh key|kī gōdī mē̃ chal rahē haĩ , snēh key|kī gōd mē̃ sarv prāptiyō̃ key|kī anubhūti hōnē K|kē kāraṇ vah chaltē nahī̃ lēkin sadā khuśhī mē̃ , āntarik sukh mē̃ , sarv śhaktiyō̃ K|kē anubhav mē̃ uṛtē rahtē haĩ .

235Because of being surrendered, even in their thoughts, they experience themselves being made to move by BapDada, not with the feet of hard work, but moving in the lap of love. 236Because of experiencing all attainments in the lap of love, they are not just moving, but are constantly continuing to fly in the experience of happiness, inner joy and all powers.

Slogan

226Slōgan  : niśhchay rūpī foundation pakkā hai tō śhrēṣhṭh jīvan kā anubhav svataḥ hōtā hai .

237Slogan: When your foundation of faith is firm, you naturally experience your life to be an elevated life.
