Essence

1 «  mīṭhē bachchē - tumnē ab tak jō kuchh paṛhā hai usē bhūl jāō , jītē jī marnā mānā sab kuchh bhūlnā , pichhlā kuchh bhī yād na āyē ' '

1Essence: Sweet children, forget everything you have studied up till now. 2To die alive means to forget everything. 3Let nothing of the past be remembered.

Question

2Praśhna  : jō pūrā jītē jī marē huē nahī̃ haĩ unkī niśhānī kyā hōgī  ?

4Question: What are the signs of those who haven’t completely died alive?

Answer

3Uttar  : vah bāp sē bhī argue kartē rahē̃gē .

5Answer: They continue to argue even with the Father.

4Śhāstrō̃ kā misāl dētē rahē̃gē .

6They continue to give examples from the scriptures.

5Jō pūrā mar gayē vah kahē̃gē bābā jō sunātē vahī sach hai .

7Those who have completely died say: Only the things that Baba says are the truth.

6Hamnē ādhākalp jō sunā vah jhūṭh hī thā isliē ab usē mukh par bhī na lāyē̃ .

8For half a cycle, the things we were listening to were false. 9This is why we mustn’t let those things emerge from our mouths.

7Bāp nē kahā hai hear no evil …

10The Father says: Hear no evil!

Song

8Gīt  : ōm namō śhivāē …

11Song: Salutations to Shiva.

Murli

9Ōm śhānti .

12Om shanti.

10Bachchō̃ kō samjhāyā gayā hai jab śhānti mē̃ biṭhātē hō , jiskō nēṣhṭhā akṣhar diyā hai , yah drill karāī jātī hai .

13It has been explained to you children that when you make people sit down in silence, for which the word “neshtha” (specially conducted meditation) has been given, you are made to conduct this drill.

11Ab bāp baiṭh rūhānī bachchō̃ kō samjhātē haĩ ki jō jītē jī marē haĩ , kahtē haĩ ham jītē jī mar chukē hai , jaisē manuṣhya martā hai tō sab kuchh bhūl jātā hai sirph saṅskār rahtē haĩ .

14The Father now sits here and explains to you spiritual children that those who have died alive say, “We have died a living death.” 15For example, when a human being dies, he forgets everything; only the sanskars remain.

12Abhī tum bhī bāp kā bankar duniyā sē mar gayē hō .

16You now belong to the Father; you are also dead to the world.

13Bāp kahtē haĩ tumhārē mē̃ bhakti K|kē saṅskār thē , ab vah saṅskār badal rahē haĩ tō jītē jī tum martē hō nā .

17The Father says: You had the sanskars of performing devotion. 18Those sanskars are now changing. 19So, you die alive.

14Marnē sē manuṣhya paṛhā huā sab kuchh bhūl jātā hai phir dūsrē janm mē̃ nayē sir paṛhnā hōtā hai .

20When human beings die, they forget everything they have studied. 21They then have to study again in their next birth.

15Bāp bhī kahtē haĩ tum jō kuchh paṛhē huē hō vah bhūl jāō .

22The Father says: Forget whatever you have studied.

16Tum tō bāp K|kē banē hō nā .

23You have become the Father’s, have you not?

17Maĩ tumkō naī bāt sunātā hū̃ .

24I tell you new things.

18Tō ab vēd , śhāstra , granth , jap , tap ādi yah sab bātē̃ bhūl jāō isliē hī kahā hai - hear no evil , see no evil … .

25So, now forget the Vedas, the scriptures, the Granth, chanting, doing intense tapasya, etc; forget all of those things. 26This is why it is said: Hear no evil, see no evil!

19Yah tum bachchō̃ kē liē hai .

27This applies to you children.

20Kaī bahut śhāstra ādi paṛhē huē haĩ , pūrā marē nahī̃ haĩ tō phāltū argue karē̃gē .

28Some who have studied many scriptures etc. and have not died completely will continue to argue uselessly.

21Mar gayē phir kabhī argue nahī̃ karē̃gē .

29Once dead, you would never argue.

22Kahē̃gē bāp nē jō sunāyā hai vahī sach hai , bākī bātē̃ ham mukh par kyō̃ lāyē̃  !

30You would say: Only what the Father says is the truth. 31Why should anything else emerge from our lips?

23Bāp kahtē haĩ yah mukh mē̃ lāō hī nahī̃ .

32The Father says: Don’t bring that out of your mouths at all.

24Hear no evil .

33Hear no evil!

25Bāp nē direction diyā nā - kuchh bhī sunō nahī̃ .

34The Father has given the direction: Don’t listen to anything!

26Bōlō , abhī ham gyān sāgar K|kē bachchē banē haĩ tō bhakti kō kyō̃ yād karē̃  !

35Tell them: We are now the children of the Ocean of Knowledge. 36Why then should we remember devotion?

27Ham ēk bhagvān kō hī yād kartē haĩ .

37We only remember the one God.

28Bāp nē kahā hai bhaktimārg kō bhūl jāō .

38The Father has said: Forget the path of devotion.

29Maĩ tumkō sahaj bāt sunātā hū̃ ki mujh bīj kō yād karō tō jhāṛ sārā buddhi mē̃ ā hī jāyēgā .

39I explain an easy aspect: If you remember Me, the Seed, the whole tree will enter your intellects.

30Tumhārī mukhya hai gītā .

40The main thing that you have is the Gita.

31Gītā mē̃ hī bhagvān key|kī samjhānī hai .

41Only in the Gita is there the explanation of God.

32Ab yah haĩ naī bātē̃ .

42These are now new things.

33Naī bāt par hamēśhā jyādā dhyān diyā jātā hai .

43One always pays more attention to new things.

34Hai bhī baṛī simple bāt .

44This is a very simple matter.

35Sabsē baṛī bāt hai yād karnē key|kī .

45The most important thing is to have remembrance.

36Ghaṛī-ghaṛī kahnā paṛtā hai - manmanābhav .

46You have to be told repeatedly: Manmanabhav!

37Bāp kō yād karō , yahī bahut guhya bātē̃ haĩ , ismē̃ hī vighna paṛtē haĩ .

47Remember the Father! 48This is a very deep matter. 49Only in this do obstacles arise.

38Bahut bachchē haĩ jō sārē din mē̃ dō minute bhī yād nahī̃ kartē .

50There are many children who don’t remember Baba for even two minutes.

39Bāp kā bantē bhī achchhā karma nahī̃ kartē tō yād bhī nahī̃ kartē , vikarma kartē rahtē haĩ .

51Even after belonging to the Father, they don’t perform good actions and they don’t even have remembrance; they continue to perform sinful actions.

40Buddhi mē̃ baiṭhtā hī nahī̃ hai tō kahē̃gē yah bāp key|kī āgyā kā nirādar hai , paṛh nahī̃ sakē̃gē , vah tākat nahī̃ miltī .

52This just doesn’t sit in their intellects. 53Therefore, it would be said that this is disregarding the Father’s directions. 54They aren’t able to study, and so they don’t receive that strength.

41Jismānī paṛhāī sē bhī bal miltā hai nā .

55You receive strength from a physical study.

42Paṛhāī hai source of income .

56Study is a source of income.

43Śharīr nirvāh hōtā hai sō bhī alpkāl kē liē .

57That is for the livelihood of the body and that too is for a short time.

44Kaī paṛhtē-paṛhtē mar jātē haĩ tō vah paṛhāī thōṛēhī sāth lē jāyēṅgē .

58Some die whilst they are studying and so they wouldn’t take that education with them.

45Dūsrā janma lē phir nayēsir paṛhnā paṛē .

59They have to take another birth and start studying from the beginning again.

46Yahā̃ tō tum jitnā paṛhē̃gē , vah sāth lē jāyēṅgē kyōṅki tum prālabdh pātē hō dūsrē janm mē̃ .

60Here, however, whatever you study, you will take that with you because you will receive the fruit of it in your next birth.

47Bākī tō vah sab hai hī bhakti mārg .

61All the rest definitely belongs to the path of devotion.

48Kyā-kyā chīzē̃ haĩ , yah kōī nahī̃ jāntē .

62No one knows what types of things exist there.

49Rūhānī bāp tum rūhō̃ kō baiṭh gyān dētē haĩ .

63The spiritual Father sits here and gives this knowledge to you spirits.

50Ēk hī bār bāp supreme rūh ākar rūhō̃ kō knowledge dētē haĩ , jissē viśhva K|kē mālik ban jātē hō .

64Only once does the Father, the Supreme Spirit, come and give this knowledge to you spirits, through which you become the masters of the world.

51Bhakti mārg mē̃ svarg thōṛēhī hōtā hai .

65Heaven does not exist on the path of devotion.

52Abhī tum dhaṇī K|kē banē hō .

66You have now become the Lord’s.

53Māyā kaī bār bachchō̃ kō bhī nidhan kā banā dētī hai , chhōṭī-chhōṭī bātō̃ mē̃ āpas mē̃ laṛ paṛtē haĩ .

67Maya too makes children orphans, ones without parents; they start fighting amongst themselves over trivial things.

54Bāp kī yād mē̃ nahī̃ rahtē tō nidhan K|kē huē nā .

68If they don’t stay in remembrance of the Father, they would be orphans.

55Nidhankā banā tō jarūr kuchh na kuchh pāp karma kar dēgē .

69If you become an orphan, you would definitely perform one sinful act or another.

56Bāp kahtē haĩ mērā bankar mērā nām badnām na karō .

70The Father says: Once you belong to Me, don't defame Me!

57Ēk-dō sē baṛā pyār sē chalō , ulṭā-sulṭā bōlō mat .

71Move forward with a lot of love. 72Don’t say wrong things.

58Bāp kō aisī-aisī ahilyāyē̃ , kubjāyē̃ , bhīlniyō̃ kā bhī udvār karnā paṛtā hai .

73The Father also has to uplift Ahaliyas, hunchbacks and native women.

59Kahtē haĩ bhīlnī K|kē bēr khāyē .

74It is written that Rama (God) ate the native woman’s berries.

60Ab aisē hī bhīlnī K|kē thōṛēhī khā saktē haĩ .

75Now, would He really eat her food, just like that?

61Bhīlnī sē jab brāhmaṇī ban jātī hai tō phir kyō̃ nahī̃ khāyēṅgē  !

76When she becomes a Brahmin from a native, why should He not eat?

62Isliē brahmā bhōjan key|kī mahimā hai .

77This is why Brahma Bhojan is praised.

63Śhivbābā tō khāyēṅgē nahī̃ .

78Shiv Baba wouldn’t eat anyway.

64Vah tō abhōktā hai .

79He is Abhogta (the One beyond any effect of experience).

65Bākī yah rath tō khātē haĩ nā .

80However, this chariot eats.

66Tum bachchō̃ kō kōī sē argue karnē key|kī darkār nahī̃ hai .

81You children don’t need to argue with anyone.

67Hamēśhā apnā safe side rakhnā chāhiē .

82You should always remain on the safe side.

68Akṣhar hī dō bōlō - śhivbābā kahtē haĩ .

83Just speak a couple of words: Shiv Baba says.

69Śhivbābā kō hī rūdra kahā jātā hai .

84Only Shiv Baba is called Rudra.

70Rūdra gyān yagya sē vināśh jvālā nikalī tō rūdra bhagvān huā nā .

85The flames of destruction emerged from Rudra’s sacrificial fire of knowledge, so He is God Rudra.

71Śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa kō tō rūdra nahī̃ kahē̃gē .

86Shri Krishna wouldn’t be called Rudra.

72Vināśh bhī kōī śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa nahī̃ karātē , bāp hī sthāpanā , vināśh , pālnā karātē haĩ .

87Shri Krishna doesn’t make destruction happen. 88Only the Father has creation, sustenance and destruction carried out.

73Khud kuchh nahī̃ kartē , nahī̃ tō dōṣh paṛ jāē .

89He doesn’t do anything Himself. 90Otherwise, He would be blamed.

74Vah hai karankarāvanhār .

91He is Karankaravanhar.

75Bāp kahtē haĩ ham kōī kahtē nahī̃ haĩ ki vināśh karō . 76Yah sārā drama mē̃ nūndhā huā hai .

92The Father says: I don’t tell anyone to destroy everything; it is all fixed in the drama.

77Śhaṅkar kuchh kartā hai kyā  ?

93Does Shankar do anything?

78Kuchh bhī nahī̃ .

94Nothing at all!

79Yah sirph gāyan hai ki śhaṅkar dvārā vināśh .

95There is just the memorial of destruction taking place through Shankar.

80Bākī vināśh tō vah āpēhī kar rahē haĩ .

96They bring about destruction themselves.

81Yah anādi banā huā drama hai jō samjhāyā jātā hai .

97This drama, which is preordained, is explained.

82Rachayitā bāp kō hī sab bhūl gayē haĩ .

98Everyone has forgotten the Father, the Creator.

83Kahtē haĩ god father rachayitā hai parantu unkō jāntē hī nahī̃ .

99They say: "God, the Father, is the Creator", but they don’t know Him at all.

84Samajhtē haĩ ki vah duniyā create kartē haĩ .

100They believe that He creates the world.

85Bāp kahtē haĩ maĩ create nahī̃ kartā hū̃ , maĩ change kartā hū̃ .

101The Father says: I don’t create it; I change it.

86Kaliyug kō satyug banātā hū̃ .

102I change this iron age into that golden age.

87Maĩ saṅgam par ātā hū̃ , jiskē liyē gāyā huā hai - supreme auspicious yug .

103I come at the confluence, of which it is remembered, “Supreme auspicious age”.

88Bhagvān kalyāṇkārī hai , sabkā kalyāṇ kartē haĩ parantu kaisē aur kyā kalyāṇ kartē haĩ , yah kuchh jāntē nahī̃ .

104God is the Benefactor; He brings benefit to all, but how and what benefit He brings is not known.

89Aṅgrējī mē̃ kahtē haĩ liberator , guide , parantu unkā arth|earth thōṛēhī samajhtē haĩ .

105In English, they call Him “The Liberator and the Guide”, but they don’t understand the meaning of that.

90Kahtē haĩ bhakti kē bād bhagvān milēgā , sadgati milēgī .

106It is said: After doing devotion you will find God; you will receive salvation.

91Sarv key|kī sadgati tō kōī manuṣhya kar na sakē .

107Human beings cannot grant salvation to all.

92Nahī̃ tō paramātmā kō patit-pāvan sarv kā sadgati dātā kyō̃ gāyā jāyē  ?

108Otherwise, why would the Supreme Soul be praised as the Purifier, the Bestower of Salvation for All?

93Bāp kō kōī bhī jāntē nahī̃ , nidhaṇ K|kē haĩ .

109None of them knows the Father; they are orphans.

94Bāp sē viparīt buddhi haĩ .

110Their intellects have no love for the Father.

95Ab bāp kyā karē .

111Now, what can the Father do?

96Bāp tō khud mālik hai .

112He Himself is the Lord.

97Unkī śhiv jayantī bhī bhārat mē̃ manātē haĩ .

113His birthday, Shiv Jayanti, is celebrated in Bharat.

98Bāp kahtē haĩ maĩ ātā hū̃ bhaktō̃ kō phal dēnē .

114The Father says: I come to give the fruit to the devotees.

99Ātā bhī bhārat mē̃ hū̃ .

115I only come in Bharat.

100Ānē kē liē mujhē śharīr tō jarūr chāhiē nā .

116In order to come, I would definitely need a body.

101Prērṇā sē thōṛēhī kuchh hōgā .

117It is not as though anything will happen through inspiration.

102Inmē̃ pravēśh kar , inkē mukh dvārā tumkō gyān dētā hū̃ .

118I enter this one and give you this knowledge through this one’s mouth.

103Gaūmukh key|kī bāt nahī̃ hai .

119It is not a matter of a cow’s mouth.

104Yah tō is mukh key|kī bāt hai .

120Here, it is a matter of this mouth.

105Mukh tō manuṣhya kā chāhiē , na ki jānvar kā .

121A human mouth is needed, not that of an animal.

106Itnā bhī buddhi kām nahī̃ kartī hai .

122Their intellects do not even work this much.

107Dūsrē taraph phir bhāgīrath dikhātē haĩ , vah kaisē aur kab ātē haĩ , zarā bhī kiskō patā nahī̃ hai .

123On the other hand, they show Bhagirath (Lucky Chariot). 124No one knows anything at all about when He comes or how He comes.

108Tō bāp bachchō̃ kō baiṭh samjhātē haĩ ki tum mar gayē tō bhakti mārg kō ēkdam bhūl jāō .

125So, the Father sits here and explains to you children: You have died. 126Therefore, forget the path of devotion completely.

109Śhiv bhagavānu-vāch mujhē yād karō tō vikarma vināśh hō jāyēṅgē .

127God Shiva speaks: Remember Me! 128Your sins will then be absolved.

110Maĩ hī patit-pāvan hū̃ .

129Only I am the Purifier.

111Tum pavitra hō jāyēṅgē phir sabkō lē jāūṅgā .

130When you become pure, I will take everyone back.

112Message ghar-ghar mē̃ dō .

131Give this message to every home.

113Bāp kahtē haĩ - mujhē yād karō tō vikarma vināśh hōṅgē . 114Tum pavitra ban jāyēṅgē .

132The Father says: Remember Me and your sins will be absolved; you will become pure.

115Vināśh sāmnē khaṛā hai .

133Destruction is just ahead.

116Tum bulātē bhī hō hē patit-pāvan āō , patitō̃ kō pāvan banāō , rāmrājya sthāpan karō , rāvaṇ rājya sē mukt karō .

134You call out: O Purifier come! 135Purify the impure! 136Establish the kingdom of Rama and liberate us from the kingdom of Ravan!

117Vah har ēk apnē-apnē liē kōśhiśh kartē haĩ .

137Each one of you makes effort for yourself.

118Bāp tō kahtē haĩ maĩ ākar sarv key|kī mukti kartā hū̃ .

138The Father says: I come and liberate everyone.

119Sabhī 5 vikārō̃ rūpī rāvaṇ key|kī jēl mē̃ paṛē haĩ , maĩ sarv key|kī sadgati kartā hū̃ .

139Everyone is in the jail of Ravan, the five vices. 140I bring salvation for all.

120Mujhē kahā bhī jātā hai duḥkh hartā sukh kartā .

141I am called the Remover of Sorrow and the Bestower of Happiness.

121Rāmrājya tō jarūr naī duniyā mē̃ hōgā .

142The kingdom of Rama would be in the new world.

122Tum pāṇḍavō̃ key|kī abhī hai prīt buddhi .

143The intellects of you Pandavas are now loving.

123Kōī-kōī key|kī tō phauran prīt buddhi ban jātī hai .

144The intellects of some become loving straightaway.

124Kōī-kōī key|kī āhistē-āhistē prīt juṭtī hai .

145The love of others is connected slowly.

125Kōī tō kahtē haĩ bas ham sab kuchh bāp kō surrender kartē haĩ .

146Some just say: We surrender everything to the Father.

126Sivāē ēk K|kē dūsrā kōī rahā hī nahī̃ .

147No one but the One is left.

127Sabkā sahārā ēk god hī hai .

148The Support of All is definitely the one God.

128Kitnī simple sē simple bāt hai .

149This is the simplest of all simple things.

129Bāp kō yād karō aur chakra kō yād karō tō chakravartī rājā-rānī banē̃gē .

150Remember the Father and remember the cycle and you will become the kings and queens who rule the globe (Chakravarti).

130Yah school hī hai viśhva kā mālik bannē kā , tab chakravartī rājā nām paṛā hai .

151This is the school for becoming the masters of heaven. 152This is why the name King Chakravarti has been given.

131Chakra kō jānnē sē phir chakravartī bantē haĩ .

153By knowing the cycle, you become Chakravrati.

132Yah bāp hī samjhātē haĩ .

154Only the Father explains this.

133Bākī argue kuchh bhī nahī̃ karnī hai .

155Otherwise, you are not to argue about anything.

134Bōlō , bhakti mārg key|kī sab bātē̃ chhōṛō .

156Just say: Forget about all the things of the path of devotion.

135Bāp kahtē haĩ sirph mujhē yād karō .

157The Father says: Only remember Me.

136Mūl bāt hī yah hai .

158This is the main thing.

137Jō tīvr purūṣhārthī hōtē haĩ vah jōr sē paṛhāī mē̃ lag jātē haĩ , jinkō paṛhāī kā śhauk hōtā hai vah savērē uṭh-kar paṛhāī kartē haĩ .

159Those who are fast effort makers become engrossed in this study a great deal. 160Those who have an interest in studying wake up early and study.

138Bhakti vālē bhī savērē uṭhtē haĩ .

161Those who perform devotion also wake up early in the morning.

139Naudhā bhakti kitnī kartē haĩ , jab sir kāṭnē lagtē haĩ tō sākṣhātkār hōtā hai .

162They perform such intense devotion. 163When someone is about to cut off his head, he has a vision.

140Yahā̃ tō bābā kahtē haĩ yah sākṣhātkār bhī nuksānkārak hai .

164Here, Baba says: Visions are harmful.

141Sākṣhātkār mē̃ jānē sē paṛhāī aur yōg dōnō̃ band hō jātē haĩ .

165By getting caught up in having visions, this knowledge and yoga stop; time is wasted.

142Time west|waste hō jātā hai isliē dhyān ādi kā śhauk tō bilkul nahī̃ rakhnā hai .

166This is why you should have no interest at all in going into trance.

143Yah bhī baṛī bīmārī hai , jissē māyā key|kī pravēśhtā hō jātī hai .

167It is also a great disease through which Maya enters.

144Jaisē laṛāī K|kē samay news sunātē haĩ tō bīch mē̃ aisī kuchh kharābī kar dētē haĩ jō kōī sun na sakē . 145Māyā bhī bahutō̃ kō vighna ḍāltī hai . 146Bāp kō yād karnē nahī̃ dētī hai .

168Just as at a time of war, when the news is being broadcast, the other side causes such bad interference that no one can hear it, similarly, Maya too puts obstacles in front of many; she doesn’t allow you to remember the Father.

147Samjhā jātā hai inkī takdīr mē̃ vighna hai .

169It is understood when there are obstacles in someone’s fortune.

148Dēkhā jātā hai ki māyā key|kī pravēśhtā tō nahī̃ hai . 149Bēkāydē tō nahī̃ kuchh bōltē haĩ tō phir jhaṭ bābā nīchē utār dēgē .

170It is checked whether Maya has entered or not and whether they say anything against the law or not. 171Otherwise, Baba would quickly take away that position from them.
