¹“meethe bachche - baap abhi tumhaari paalna kar rahe hain, padha rahe hain, ghar baithe raay de rahe hain, to kadam-kadam par raay lete raho tab oonch pad milega''

¹Essence: Sweet children, the Father is now sustaining you, teaching you and advising you whilst you are sitting at home. ²Therefore, continue to take advice at every step, for only then will you claim a high status.

²prashn:- sajaaon se chhootne ke liye kaun-sa purooshaartha bahut samay ka chaahiye?

³Question: In order to be liberated from experiencing punishment, what effort do you have to make over a long period of time?

³uttar:- nashtomoha banne ka।

⁴Answer: That of becoming a conqueror of attachment.

⁴kisi mein bhi mamatva na ho।

⁵Let there not be any attachment to anyone.

⁵apne dil se poochhna hai - hamaara kisi mein moh to nahin hai?

⁶Ask your heart: Do I have attachment to anyone?

⁶koi bhi puraana sambandh ant mein yaad na aaye।

⁷None of your old relationships should be remembered at the end.

⁷yogbal se sab hisaab-kitaab chuktu karne hain tab hi bigar saja oonch pad milega।

⁸Settle all your karmic accounts with the power of yoga; only by doing this can you claim a high status without experiencing punishment.

⁸om shanti।

⁹Om shanti.

⁹abhi tum kiske sammukh baithe ho?

¹⁰In front of whom are you now sitting?

¹⁰baapdaada ke।

¹¹In front of BapDada.

¹¹baap bhi kehna pade to daada bhi kehna pade।

¹²You have to say ‘Bap’ and you also have to say ‘Dada’.

¹²baap bhi is daada ke dvaara tumhaare sammukh baithe hain।

¹³Bap (the Father) is also sitting in this Dada here in front of you.

¹³baahar mein tum rehte ho to vahaan baap ko yaad karna padta hai। ¹⁴chitthi likhni padti hai। ¹⁵yahaan tum sammukh ho।

¹⁴When you live outside, you have to remember your father and you also have to write him letters, whereas here, you are sitting personally in front of Him.

¹⁶baatcheet karte ho - kiske saath?

¹⁵Whom do you talk to?

¹⁷baapdaada ke saath। ¹⁸yeh hai oonch te oonch do authority।

¹⁶To BapDada; these are the two highest authorities.

¹⁹brahma hai saakaar aur shiv hai niraakaar।

¹⁷Brahma is corporeal and Shiva is incorporeal.

²⁰abhi tum jaante ho oonch te oonch authority, baap se kaise milna hota hai!

¹⁸You now know how to meet the Father, the highest-on-high Authority.

²¹behad ka baap jisko patit-paavan kah bulaate hain, abhi practical mein tum unke sammukh baithe ho।

¹⁹You are now sitting practically in front of the unlimited Father whom you also call the Purifier.

²²baap bachchon ki paalna kar rahe hain, padha rahe hain।

²⁰The Father is sustaining and also teaching you children.

²³ghar baithe bhi bachchon ko raay milti hai ki ghar mein aise-aise chalo।

²¹While sitting at home, you children are given advice on how to interact with your families.

²⁴ab baap ki shreemat par chalenge to shreshtha se shreshtha banenge।

²²If you follow the Father's shrimat you will become the most elevated humans.

²⁵bachche jaante hain ham oonch te oonch baap ki mat se oonch te oonch martaba paate hain।

²³You children know that you can claim the highest status by following the directions of the highest-on-high Father.

²⁶manushya srishti mein oonch te oonch yeh lakshmi-naaraayan ka martaba hai।

²⁴The highest status in the human world is that of Lakshmi and Narayan.

²⁷yeh past mein hokar gaye hain।

²⁵They existed in the past.

²⁸manushya jaakar in oonch ko namaste karte hain।

²⁶People go and give salutations to those elevated beings.

²⁹mukhya baat hai hi pavitrata ki।

²⁷The main aspect here is purity.

³⁰manushya to manushya hi hain। ³¹parantu kahaan woh vishwa ke maalik, kahaan abhi ke manushya!

²⁸Human beings are human beings, but there is a vast difference between the humans who were the masters of that world and the human beings of today.

³²yeh tumhaari buddhi mein hi hai - bhaarat barobar 5 hazaar varsha pahle aisa tha, ham hi vishwa ke maalik the।

²⁹All of these things are only in your intellects. ³⁰Bharat became like that 5000 years ago. ³¹We were the masters of the world.

³³aur kiski buddhi mein yeh nahin hai।

³²None of these things are in the intellect of anyone else.

³⁴inko bhi pata thode hi tha, bilkul ghor andhiyaare mein the।

³³Even this one did not know this. ³⁴He was in total darkness.

³⁵abhi baap ne aakar bataaya hai brahma so vishnu, vishnu so brahma kaise hote hain?

³⁵The Father has now come and explained how Brahma becomes Vishnu and how Vishnu then becomes Brahma.

³⁶yeh badi guhya ramneek baaten hain jo aur koi samajh na sake।

³⁶These are very deep, entertaining matters that cannot be understood by anyone else.

³⁷sivaae baap ke yeh knowledge koi padha na sake।

³⁷No one but the Father can teach you this knowledge.

³⁸niraakaar baap aakar padhaate hain।

³⁸It is the incorporeal Father who comes and teaches you.

³⁹shreekrishna bhagvaanuvaach nahin hai।

³⁹It is not God Shri Krishna who speaks.

⁴⁰baap kehte hain main tumko padhaakar sukhi banaata hoon।

⁴⁰The Father says: I teach you children and make you happy.

⁴¹phir main apne nirvaandhaam mein chala aata hoon।

⁴¹Then I go back to My land beyond sound (nirvana dham).

⁴²abhi tum bachche satopradhaan ban rahe ho, ismen kharcha kuchh bhi nahin hai।

⁴²You children are now becoming satopradhan. ⁴³There is no expense in this.

⁴³sirf apne ko aatma samajh baap ko yaad karna hai।

⁴⁴Simply consider yourselves to be souls and remember the Father.

⁴⁴bigar kaudi kharcha 21 janma ke liye tum vishwa ke maalik bante ho।

⁴⁵Without spending a penny, you become the masters of the world for 21 births.

⁴⁵paai-paisa bhej dete hain, woh bhi apna bhavishya banaane।

⁴⁶You still send a little money here, but that too is to create your own future.

⁴⁶kalpa pahle jisne jitna khajaane mein daala hai, utna hi ab daalenge। ⁴⁷na jaasti, na kam daal sakte।

⁴⁷Whatever they put in the treasure store in the previous cycle, they will put in the same amount now; they will not put in any more or any less.

⁴⁸yeh buddhi mein gyaan hai isliye phikra ki koi baat nahin rehti।

⁴⁸This knowledge is in your intellects. ⁴⁹Therefore, there is nothing to worry about.

⁴⁹bigar koi phikra ke ham apni gupta raajdhaani sthaapan kar rahe hain।

⁵⁰Without worrying about anything, we are establishing our kingdom in an incognito way.

⁵⁰yeh buddhi mein simran karna hai।

⁵¹Your intellects have to churn these things.

⁵¹tum bachchon ko bahut khushi mein rehna chaahiye aur phir nashtomoha bhi banna hai।

⁵²You children have to remain happy and you also have to become conquerors of attachment.

⁵²yahaan nashtomoha hone se phir tum vahaan mohjeet raaja-raani banenge।

⁵³By becoming conquerors of attachment here, you will then become the kings and queens there who had conquered attachment.

⁵³tum jaante ho yeh puraani duniya to ab khatma honi hai, ab vaapis jaana hai phir ismen mamatva kyon rakhen।

⁵⁴You know that this old world is now to finish and that you have to return home. ⁵⁵Therefore, why should you have attachment to anything here?

⁵⁴koi beemaar hota hai, doctor kah dete hain, case hopeless hai to phir unse mamatva nikal jaata hai।

⁵⁶When a doctor says of someone who is ill that it is a hopeless case, all attachment to that one then finishes.

⁵⁵samajhte hain aatma ek shareer chhod jaae doosra leti hai।

⁵⁷It is understood that the soul will shed one body and take another.

⁵⁶aatma to avinaashi hai na।

⁵⁸Souls are imperishable.

⁵⁷aatma chali gai, shareer khatma ho gaya phir unko yaad karne se phaayda kya!

⁵⁹When a soul leaves his body and the body is destroyed, what benefit is there in remembering that one?

⁵⁸abhi baap kehte hain tum nashtomoha bano।

⁶⁰The Father says: Now become conquerors of attachment.

⁵⁹apni dil se poochhna hai - hamaara kisi mein moh to nahin hai?

⁶¹Ask your heart: Do I have attachment to anyone?

⁶⁰nahin to woh pichhaadi mein yaad zaroor aayenge।

⁶²If you do, you will definitely remember that one at the end.

⁶¹nashtomoha honge to yeh pad paayenge।

⁶³However, if you conquer attachment now, you can claim that status.

⁶²svarga mein to sab aayenge - woh koi badi baat nahin hai।

⁶⁴You will all enter heaven; that’s not a big thing.

⁶³badi baat hai saza na khaakar, oonch pad paana।

⁶⁵The big thing is to claim a high status without experiencing punishment.

⁶⁴yogbal se hisaab-kitaab chuktu karenge to phir saza nahin khaayenge।

⁶⁶You will not experience punishment if you settle your karmic accounts with the power of yoga.

⁶⁵puraane sambandhi bhi yaad na paden।

⁶⁷Even your old relationships should not be remembered.

⁶⁶abhi to hamaara braahmanon se naata hai phir hamaara devtaaon se naata hoga।

⁶⁸Our relationships are now with Brahmins; we will then have relationships with the deities.

⁶⁷abhi ka naata sabse oonch hai।

⁶⁹The relationships of the present time are the highest of all.

⁶⁸abhi tum gyaan saagar baap ke bane ho।

⁷⁰You now belong to the Father, the Ocean of Knowledge.

⁶⁹saari knowledge buddhi mein hai।

⁷¹All of this knowledge is in your intellects.

⁷⁰aage thode hi yeh jaante the ki srishti chakra kaise phirta hai?

⁷²Previously, you did not know how the world cycle turns.

⁷¹abhi baap ne samjhaaya hai।

⁷³The Father has now explained everything to you.

⁷²baap se varsa milta hai tab to baap ke saath love hai na।

⁷⁴You receive your inheritance from the Father and this is why you love Him.

⁷³baap dvaara svarga ki baadshaahi milti hai।

⁷⁵You receive the kingdom of heaven from the Father.

⁷⁴unka yeh rath mukrar hai।

⁷⁶This chariot is fixed for Him.

⁷⁵bhaarat mein hi bhaageerath gaaya hua hai।

⁷⁷Bhagirath (the lucky chariot) has been remembered in Bharat.

⁷⁶baap aate bhi bhaarat mein hain।

⁷⁸The Father only comes in Bharat.

⁷⁷tum bachchon ki buddhi mein abhi 84 janmon ki seedhi ka gyaan hai।

⁷⁹The knowledge of the ladder of 84 births is now in the intellects of you children.

⁷⁸tum jaan chuke ho yeh 84 ka chakra hamko lagaana hi hai।

⁸⁰You now know that you have to go around the cycle of 84 births.

⁷⁹84 ke chakra se chhoot nahin sakte hain।

⁸¹No one can be liberated from entering the cycle of 84 births.

⁸⁰tum jaante ho ki seedhi utarne mein bahut time lagta hai, chadhne mein sirf yeh antim janma lagta hai isliye kaha jaata hai tum trilokeenaath, trikaaldarshi bante ho।

⁸²You know that it takes you a long time to come down the ladder and that you only have your final birth in which to climb up again. ⁸³This is why it is said that you become the masters of the three worlds and knowers of the three aspects of time.

⁸¹pahle tumko yeh pata tha kya ki ham trilokeenaath banne vaale hain?

⁸⁴Did you know previously that you will become the masters of the three worlds?

⁸²abhi baap mila hai, shiksha de rahe hain tab tum samajhte ho।

⁸⁵You have now found the Father and He is giving you these teachings. ⁸⁶This is why you understand everything.

⁸³baba ke paas koi aate hain baba poochhte hain - aage is dress mein isi makaan mein kabhi mile ho?

⁸⁷When someone comes to Baba, Baba asks him: Have we met before in these same costumes and in this same building?

⁸⁴kehte hain - haan baba, kalpa-kalpa milte hain। ⁸⁵to samjha jaata hai brahmaakumaari ne theek samjhaaya hai।

⁸⁸If he says, "Yes Baba, we meet every cycle", it is then understood that the teacher has explained very well.

⁸⁶abhi tum bachche svarga ke jhaad saamne dekh rahe ho।

⁸⁹You children can now see the trees of heaven in front of you.

⁸⁷najdeek ho na।

⁹⁰You are very close to that.

⁸⁸manushya baap ke liye kehte hain - naam-roop se nyaara hai, to phir bachche kahaan se aayenge!

⁹¹People say that the Father is beyond name and form. ⁹²In that case, where would His children come from?

⁸⁹woh bhi naam-roop se nyaare ho jaaen!

⁹³They too would then be beyond name and form.

⁹⁰akshar jo kehte hain bilkul wrong।

⁹⁴The words they use are totally wrong.

⁹¹jinhonne kalpa pahle samjha hoga, unki hi buddhi mein baithega।

⁹⁵This will sit in the intellects of those who understood it a cycle ago.

⁹²pradarshani mein dekho kaise-kaise aate hain।

⁹⁶Just look at the types of people that come to the exhibitions.

⁹³koi to suni sunaai baaton par likh dete hain ki yeh sab kalpana hai।

⁹⁷Because of things they have heard from others, some just say that all of this is your imagination.

⁹⁴to samjha jaata hai yeh apne kul ke nahin hain।

⁹⁸Therefore, you can understand that they do not belong to our clan.

⁹⁵anek prakaar ke manushya hain।

⁹⁹There are many types of people.

⁹⁶tumhaari buddhi mein saara jhaad, drama, 84 ka chakra aa gaya hai।

¹⁰⁰The knowledge of the tree, the drama and the cycle of 84 births is now in your intellects.

⁹⁷abhi purooshaartha karna hai।

¹⁰¹You now have to make effort.

⁹⁸woh bhi drama anusaar hi hota hai। ⁹⁹drama mein noondh hai।

¹⁰²However, that too happens according to the drama; it is fixed in the drama.

¹⁰⁰aise bhi nahin, drama mein purooshaartha karna hoga to karenge, yeh kehna wrong hai।

¹⁰³It shouldn't be that if it is fixed in the drama for you to make effort, you will make it. ¹⁰⁴No, it is wrong to say that.

¹⁰¹drama ko poora nahin samjha hai, unko phir naastik kaha jaata hai। ¹⁰²ve baap se preet rakh na saken।

¹⁰⁵Those who do not understand the drama accurately are called atheists; they’re unable to have love for the Father.

¹⁰³drama ke raaz ko ulta samajhne se gir padte hain, phir samjha jaata hai inki takdeer mein nahin hai।

¹⁰⁶By understanding the significance of the drama in the wrong way, you fall. ¹⁰⁷It can then be understood that it is not in your fortune.

¹⁰⁴vighna to anek prakaar ke aayenge।

¹⁰⁸There will be many types of obstacle.

¹⁰⁵unki parvaah nahin karni hai।

¹⁰⁹You must not be concerned about them.

¹⁰⁶baap kehte hain jo achhi baaten tumko sunaate hain woh suno।

¹¹⁰The Father says: Simply listen to all the good things that I tell you.

¹⁰⁷baap ko yaad karne se khush bahut rahenge।

¹¹¹By remembering the Father, you will remain very happy.

¹⁰⁸buddhi mein hai ab 84 ka chakra poora hota hai, ab jaana hai apne ghar।

¹¹²It is in your intellects that the cycle of 84 births is now coming to an end and that you have to return home.

¹⁰⁹aise-aise apne saath baaten karni hain।

¹¹³Talk to yourself in this way.

¹¹⁰tum patit to ja nahin sakte ho।

¹¹⁴No one can return home impure.

¹¹¹pahle zaroor saajan chaahiye, peechhe baraat।

¹¹⁵First of all, the Bridegroom is needed and then there is the wedding procession.

¹¹²gaaya hua bhi hai bholaanaath ki baraat।

¹¹⁶“The Wedding Procession of the Innocent Lord”, has been remembered.

¹¹³sabko nambarvaar jaana to hai, itna aatmaon ka jhunda kaise nambarvaar jaata hoga!

¹¹⁷Everyone will return home, numberwise. ¹¹⁸How would such a crowd of souls return home, numberwise?

¹¹⁴manushya prithvi par kitni jagah lete hain, kitna furniture jaageer aadi chaahiye। ¹¹⁵aatma to hai bindi।

¹¹⁹Human beings take up so much space on this earth. ¹²⁰They need so much furniture and property etc., whereas souls are just points.

¹¹⁶aatma ko kya chaahiye?

¹²¹What does a soul need?

¹¹⁷kuchh bhi nahin।

¹²²Nothing at all.

¹¹⁸aatma kitni chhoti jagah leti hai।

¹²³A soul takes up very little space.

¹¹⁹is saakaari jhaad aur niraakaari jhaad mein kitna pharka hai!

¹²⁴There is so much difference between this corporeal tree and the incorporeal tree.

¹²⁰woh hai bindiyon ka jhaad।

¹²⁵That is a tree of points of light.

¹²¹yeh sab baaten baap buddhi mein bithaate hain।

¹²⁶The Father makes all of this knowledge sit in your intellects.

¹²²tumhaare sivaae ye baaten duniya mein aur koi sun na sake।

¹²⁷No one in the whole world but you can listen to these things.

¹²³baap abhi apne ghar aur raajdhaani ki yaad dilaate hain।

¹²⁸The Father now reminds you of your home and your kingdom.

¹²⁴tum bachche rachayita ko jaanne se srishti chakra ke aadi-madhya-ant ko jaante ho।

¹²⁹By coming to know the Creator, you children also come to know the beginning, the middle and the end of the world cycle.

¹²⁵tum trikaaldarshi, aastik ho gaye।

¹³⁰You have become theists who also know the three aspects of time.

¹²⁶duniya bhar mein koi aastik nahin।

¹³¹There are no other theists in the whole world.

¹²⁷woh hai had ki padhaai, yeh hai behad ki padhaai।

¹³²Other studies are limited whereas this study is unlimited.

¹²⁸woh anek teachers padhaane vaale, yeh ek teacher padhaane vaala। ¹²⁹jo phir wonderful hai।

¹³³There, you have many teachers to teach you, whereas here, there is only the one wonderful Teacher to teach you.

¹³⁰yeh baap bhi hai, teacher bhi hai to guru bhi hai।

¹³⁴He is the Father, the Teacher and the Guru.

¹³¹yeh teacher to saare world ka hai। ¹³²parantu sabko to padhna nahin hai।

¹³⁵He is the Teacher of the whole world, but not everyone studies this.

¹³³baap ko sabhi jaan jaayen to bahut bhaagen, baapdaada ko dekhne liye।

¹³⁶If everyone were to know the Father, so many would come running to see BapDada.

¹³⁴great great grand father Adam mein baap aaya hai, to ekdam bhaag aaye।

¹³⁷The Father has entered the great-great-grandfather Adam. ¹³⁸If everyone heard this, they would all come running here.

¹³⁵baap ki pratyakshata tab hoti hai jab ladaai shuru hoti hai, phir koi aa bhi nahin sakte hain।

¹³⁹The Father will be revealed when the war begins. ¹⁴⁰No one will be able to come at that time.

¹³⁶tum jaante ho yeh anek dharmon ka vinaash bhi hona hai।

¹⁴¹You know that all the many religions have to be destroyed.

¹³⁷pahle-pahle ek bhaarat hi tha aur koi khanda nahin tha।

¹⁴²At first, there was only Bharat and no other lands.

¹³⁸abhi tumhaari buddhi mein bhakti maarga ki bhi baaten hain। ¹³⁹buddhi se koi bhool thode hi jaata hai।

¹⁴³The things of the path of devotion are now in your intellects because your intellects are not able to forget all of that.

¹⁴⁰parantu yaad rehte hue bhi yeh gyaan hai, bhakti ka part poora hua ab to hamko vaapis jaana hai।

¹⁴⁴Whilst remembering all of that, you have the knowledge that the path of devotion has ended and that you now have to return home.

¹⁴¹is duniya mein rehna nahin hai।

¹⁴⁵We are not going to remain in this world.

¹⁴²ghar jaane liye to khushi honi chaahiye na।

¹⁴⁶You should have the happiness that you are about to return home.

¹⁴³tum bachchon ko samjhaaya hai tumhaari ab vaanaprastha avastha hai।

¹⁴⁷You children have been told that you are now in your stage of retirement.

¹⁴⁴tum do paise is raajdhaani sthaapan karne mein lagaate ho, woh bhi jo karte ho, hoobhu kalpa pahle misal।

¹⁴⁸You spend tuppence in establishing the kingdom. ¹⁴⁹Even in that, you do exactly as you did a cycle ago.

¹⁴⁵tum bhi hoobhu kalpa pahle vaale ho।

¹⁵⁰You are the same ones from the previous cycle.

¹⁴⁶tum kehte ho baba aap bhi kalpa pahle vaale ho।

¹⁵¹You say: Baba, You too are the same One of a cycle ago.

¹⁴⁷ham kalpa-kalpa baba se padhte hain।

¹⁵²We study with Baba every cycle.

¹⁴⁸shreemat par chal shreshtha banna hai।

¹⁵³We have to follow shrimat and become elevated.

¹⁴⁹yeh baaten aur koi ki buddhi mein nahin hongi।

¹⁵⁴These things will not be in the intellect of anyone else.

¹⁵⁰tumko yeh khushi hai ki ham apni raajdhaani sthaapan kar rahe hain shreemat par।

¹⁵⁵You have the happiness that you are establishing your kingdom by following shrimat.

¹⁵¹baap sirf kehte hain pavitra bano।

¹⁵⁶The Father says: Simply become pure.

¹⁵²tum pavitra banenge to saari duniya pavitra banengi।

¹⁵⁷When you become pure, the whole world becomes pure.

¹⁵³sab vaapis chale jaayenge।

¹⁵⁸Everyone will return home.

¹⁵⁴baaki aur baaton ki ham phikra hi kyon karen।

¹⁵⁹Why should we be concerned about anything else, such as how punishment would be experienced or what will happen?

¹⁵⁵kaise saja khaayenge, kya hoga, ismen hamaara kya jaata hai।

¹⁶⁰What is that to us? ¹⁶¹We just have to be concerned about making effort for ourselves.

¹⁵⁶hamko apna phikra karna hai। ¹⁵⁷aur dharma vaalon ki baaton mein ham kyon jaayen।

¹⁶²Why should we be concerned about the aspects of other religions?

¹⁵⁸ham hain aadi sanaatan devi-devta dharma ke।

¹⁶³We belong to the original eternal deity religion.

¹⁵⁹vaastav mein inka naam bhaarat hai phir hindustaan naam rakh diya hai।

¹⁶⁴Although this land has been named Hindustan, its real name is Bharat.

¹⁶⁰hindu koi dharma nahin hai।

¹⁶⁵Hinduism is not a religion.

¹⁶¹ham likhte hain ki ham devta dharma ke hain to bhi woh hindu likh dete hain kyonki jaante hi nahin ki devi-devta dharma kab tha।

¹⁶⁶Even though we write that we belong to the deity religion, they still put us down as Hindus because they do not know when the deity religion existed.

¹⁶²koi bhi samajhte nahin hain।

¹⁶⁷No one understands this.

¹⁶³abhi itne bi.ke. hain, yeh to family ho gai hai na! ¹⁶⁴ghar ho gaya na!

¹⁶⁸There are now many Brahma Kumars and Kumaris, and so we have become a family, a home.

¹⁶⁵brahma to hai prajaapita, sabka great-great grand father।

¹⁶⁹Brahma is the Father of People. ¹⁷⁰He is the great-great-grandfather of everyone.

¹⁶⁶pahle-pahle tum brahman bante ho phir varnon mein aate ho।

¹⁷¹First of all, you become Brahmins and you then pass through the clans.

¹⁶⁷tumhaara yeh college athva university bhi hai, hospital bhi hai।

¹⁷²This is your college or university and hospital.

¹⁶⁸gaaya jaata hai gyaan anjan satguru diya, agyaan andher vinaash…।

¹⁷³It is sung: When the Satguru gives the ointment of knowledge, all the darkness of ignorance is dispelled.

¹⁶⁹yogbal se tum ever healthy ever wealthy bante ho।

¹⁷⁴The power of yoga makes you ever healthy and ever wealthy.
