¹“meethe bachche - ab vaapis ghar jaana hai isliye deh sahit deh ke sab sambandhon ko bhool ek baap ko yaad karo, yahi hai sachchi geeta ka saar''

¹Essence: Sweet children, you now have to return home. ²Therefore, forget your bodies and all your bodily relations and remember the one Father. ³This is the essence of the true Gita.

²prashn:- tum bachchon ka sahaj purooshaartha kya hai?

⁴Question: What effort is easy for you children?

³uttar:- baap kehte hain tum bilkul chup raho, chup rahne se hi baap ka varsa le lenge।

⁵Answer: The Father says: You children must remain in absolute silence. ⁶It is only by remaining in silence that you will be able to receive your inheritance from the Father.

⁴baap ko yaad karna hai, srishti chakra ko phiraana hai।

⁷You have to remember the Father and spin the discus of self-realisation.

⁵baap ki yaad se tumhaare vikarma vinaash honge, aayu badi hogi aur chakra ko jaanne se chakravarti raaja ban jaayenge - yahi hai sahaj purooshaartha।

⁸By having remembrance of the Father, your sins will be absolved and your lifespans will increase and, by knowing the cycle, you will become rulers of the globe. ⁹This effort is easy for you.

⁷meethe-meethe roohaani bachchon prati roohaani baap phir se samjha rahe hain।

¹¹The spiritual Father is once again explaining to you sweetest, spiritual children.

⁸roz-roz samjhaani dete hain।

⁹bachche to samajhte hain barobar ham geeta ka gyaan padh rahe hain - kalpa pahle muaaphik।

¹³You children understand that you are truly studying this knowledge of the Gita as you did a cycle ago.

¹⁰parantu shreekrishna nahin padhaate, parampita paramatma hamko padhaate hain।

¹⁴However, it is not Shri Krishna who is teaching you; it is the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, who is teaching you.

¹¹vahi hamko phir se raajayog sikha rahe hain।

¹⁵He is now, once again, teaching you Raja Yoga.

¹²tum abhi direct bhagwan se sun rahe ho।

¹⁶You are now listening to God directly.

¹³bhaaratvaasiyon ka saara madaar geeta par hi hai, us geeta mein bhi likha hua hai ki roodra gyaan yagya racha।

¹⁷Everything for the people of Bharat depends on the Gita. ¹⁸It is written in that Gita that the sacrificial fire of the knowledge of Rudra was created.

¹⁴yeh yagya bhi hai to paathshaala bhi hai।

¹⁹This is a sacrificial fire as well as a pathshala (place of study).

¹⁵baap jab sachchi geeta aakar sunaate hain to ham sadgati ko paate hain।

²⁰When the Father comes and narrates the true Gita to us, we attain salvation.

¹⁶manushya yeh nahin samajhte।

²¹People do not understand this.

¹⁷baap jo sarva ka sadgati daata hai, unko hi yaad karna hai।

²²You have to remember the Father who is the Bestower of Salvation for All.

¹⁸geeta bhal padhte aaye hain parantu rachayita aur rachna ko na jaanne kaaran neti-neti karte aaye hain।

²³Although you have been studying the Gita, due to not knowing the Creator or creation, you have been saying, "Neti, neti" (He is neither this nor that).

¹⁹sachchi geeta to sachcha baap hi aakar sunaate hain, yeh hai vichaar saagar manthan karne ki baaten।

²⁴Only the true Father comes and speaks the true Gita. ²⁵These are matters that have to be churned.

²⁰jo service par honge unka achhi reeti dhyaan jaayega।

²⁶The attention of those who are engaged in doing service will be drawn to this very well.

²¹baba ne kaha hai - har chitra mein zaroor likha hua ho gyaan saagar patit-paavan, geeta gyaan daata parmapriy parampita, paramshikshak, param satguru shiv bhagvaanuvaach।

²⁷Baba has said that the words "The Ocean of Knowledge, the Purifier, the Bestower of the Knowledge of the Gita, the Supreme Beloved, the Supreme Father, the Supreme Teacher, the Supreme Satguru, God Shiva speaks", should definitely be written on each picture.

²²yeh akshar to zaroor likho jo manushya samajh jaaen - trimoorti shiv paramatma hi geeta ka bhagwan hai, na ki shreekrishna।

²⁸You must definitely write these words so that people are able to understand that only Trimurti Shiva, the Supreme Soul, and not Shri Krishna, is the God of the Gita.

²⁵baap din pratidin nai-nai points bhi dete rehte hain।

²⁶aise nahin aana chaahiye ki aage kyon nahin baba ne kaha?

³²You should not think: “Why did Baba not tell us this before?”

²⁷drama mein nahin tha।

³³It was not in the drama.

²⁸baba ki murli se nai-nai points nikaalni chaahiye।

³⁴You should select new points from Baba's murlis.

²⁹likhte bhi hain rise aur fall।

³⁵People write of the "rise and fall".

³⁰hindi mein kehte hain bhaarat ka utthaan aur patan।

³⁶In Hindi, you say "The rise and fall of Bharat".

³¹rise arthaat construction oph deity dynasty, 100 percent purity, pees, prosperity ki sthaapna hoti hai phir aadhaakalpa baad fall hota hai। ³²devil dynasty ka fall।

³⁷Rise means the construction of the deity dynasty; there is the establishment of 100% purity, peace and prosperity. ³⁸Then, after half a cycle, there is the fall, the fall into the devil dynasty.

³⁴fall ke saath destruction likhna hai।

⁴⁶When a soul becomes detached from his body, he forgets all his relations.

⁴¹to baap bhi kehte hain deh ke sab sambandh chhod apne ko aatma samajh mujh baap ko yaad karo।

⁴⁷Therefore, the Father also says: Forget all your bodily relations, consider yourselves to be souls, and remember Me, the Father.

⁴⁸You now have to return home.

⁴³aadhaakalpa vaapis jaane ke liye hi itni bhakti aadi ki hai।

⁴⁹For half a cycle, you have been performing so much devotion, etc. just in order to return home.

⁴⁴satayug mein to koi vaapis jaane ka purooshaartha nahin karte hain।

⁵⁰In the golden age, no one makes effort to return home.

⁵²People say: Everyone remembers God at times of sorrow but no one remembers Him at the time of happiness.

⁴⁷parantu sukh kab hai, duhkh kab hai - yeh nahin samajhte hain।

⁵³However, they do not understand when there is happiness and when there is sorrow.

⁴⁸hamaari sab baaten hain gupta।

⁵⁴All of our aspects are incognito.

⁴⁹ham bhi roohaani military hain na।

⁵⁵We are also the spiritual military.

⁵⁰shivbaaba ki shakti sena hain।

⁵¹inka arth bhi koi samajh na sake।

⁵⁴oonch te oonch shiv ki pooja hai phir brahma-vishnu-shankar ki phir lakshmi-naaraayan, raadhe-krishna ke mandir hain।

⁶⁰The highest worship of all is that of Shiva. ⁶¹There are temples to Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar, then to Lakshmi and Narayan and then to Radhe and Krishna.

⁵⁵aur to koi hai nahin।

⁶²There isn't anyone else.

⁵⁶ek hi shivbaaba par kitne bhinna-bhinna naam rakh mandir banaaye hain।

⁶³They have given so many different names to the one Shiv Baba and built so many temples.

⁵⁷abhi tumhaari buddhi mein saara chakra hai।

⁶⁴The entire cycle is now in your intellects.

⁵⁸drama mein mukhya actors bhi hote hain na। ⁵⁹woh hai had ka drama। ⁶⁰yeh hai behad ka drama।

⁶⁵There are principal actors in a drama, but those are limited dramas, whereas this is an unlimited drama.

⁶¹ismen mukhya kaun-kaun hain, yeh tum jaante ho।

⁶⁶You know who the principal ones are in this drama.

⁶²manushya to kah dete hain raam ji sansaar bana hi nahin hai।

⁶⁷People say: “O Rama, the world was never even created.”

⁶³is par bhi ek shaastra banaaya hai। ⁶⁴arth kuchh bhi nahin samajhte।

⁶⁸A scripture has been created about this too, but they don’t understand the meaning of it.

⁶⁵baap ne tum bachchon ko bahut sahaj purooshaartha sikhaaya hai।

⁶⁹The Father has taught you children how to make very easy efforts.

⁶⁶sabse sahaj purooshaartha hai - tum bilkul chup raho।

⁷⁰The easiest effort for you is to remain in complete silence.

⁶⁷chup rahne se hi baap ka varsa le lenge।

⁷¹Only by remaining in silence can each of you claim your inheritance from the Father.

⁶⁸baap ko yaad karna hai।

⁷²You have to remember the Father.

⁶⁹srishti chakra ko yaad karna hai।

⁷³You also have to remember the world cycle.

⁷⁰baap ki yaad se tumhaare vikarma vinaash honge। ⁷¹tum nirogi banenge। ⁷²aayu badi hogi।

⁷⁴Your sins will be absolved by having remembrance of the Father and you will become free from all illness; your lifespans will increase.

⁷³chakra ko jaanne se chakravarti raaja banenge।

⁷⁵By knowing the cycle, you become rulers of the globe.

⁷⁴abhi ho narka ke maalik phir svarga ke maalik banenge।

⁷⁶At present, you are the masters of hell; you will then become the masters of heaven.

⁷⁵svarga ke maalik to sab bante hain phir usmein hai pad।

⁷⁷Every one of you becomes a master of heaven, but within that there is then your status.

⁷⁶jitna aapasmaan banaayenge utna oonch pad milega।

⁷⁸To the extent that you make others become like you, so you will accordingly claim a high status.

⁷⁷avinaashi gyaan ratnon ka daan hi nahin karenge to return mein kya milega।

⁷⁹If you do not donate the imperishable jewels of this knowledge, what could you receive in return?

⁷⁸koi saahookaar bante hain to kaha jaata hai isne past janma mein daan-punya achha kiya hai।

⁸⁰When someone is wealthy, it is said that he gave good donations and performed charity in his past birth.

⁷⁹abhi bachche jaante hain raavan raajya mein to sab paap hi karte hain, sabse punya aatma hain shri lakshmi-naaraayan।

⁸¹You children now know that everyone commits sin in the kingdom of Ravan. ⁸²The most charitable souls are Lakshmi and Narayan.

⁸⁰haan, braahmanon ko bhi oonch rakhenge jo sabko oonch banaate hain।

⁸³Yes, even Brahmins are put on a high pedestal because they make everyone elevated.

⁸¹woh to praalabdha hai।

⁸⁴That is the fruition.

⁸²yeh brahma mukh vanshaavli brahman kul bhooshan shreemat par yeh shreshtha kartavya karte hain।

⁸⁵You mouth-born creation of Brahma, the decoration of the Brahmin clan, are performing this elevated task on the basis of shrimat.

⁸³brahma ka naam hai mukhya।

⁸⁶Brahma's name is the main one.

⁸⁴trimoorti brahma kehte hain na।

⁸⁷People speak of Trimurti Brahma.

⁸⁵abhi to tumko har baat mein trimoorti shiv kehna pade।

⁸⁸You now have to say, “Trimurti Shiva” in every case.

⁸⁶brahma dvaara sthaapna, shankar dvaara vinaash - yeh to gaayan hai na।

⁸⁹People speak of establishment through Brahma, destruction through Shankar.

⁸⁷viraat roop bhi banaate hain, parantu usmein na shiv ko dikhaate hain, na braahmanon ko dikhaate hain।

⁹⁰They even create a variety-form image but they neither show Shiva nor the Brahmins in that.

⁸⁸yeh bhi tum bachchon ko samjhaana hai।

⁹¹You children have to explain this too.

⁸⁹tumhaare mein bhi yathaartha reeti mushkil koi ki buddhi mein baithta hai।

⁹²It is with great difficulty that this sits accurately in the intellects of some of you children as well.

⁹⁰athaah points hain na, jisko topics bhi kehte hain।

⁹³There are many points that you also call topics.

⁹¹kitni topics milti hain।

⁹⁴You receive so many topics.

⁹²sachchi geeta bhagwan ke dvaara sunne se manushya se devta, vishwa ke maalik ban jaate hain।

⁹⁵You become deities from human beings, the masters of the world, by listening to the true Gita from God.

⁹³topic kitni achhi hai। ⁹⁴parantu samjhaane ka bhi akla chaahiye na।

⁹⁶The topics are very good, but you also need the wisdom to be able to explain them.

⁹⁵yeh baat clear likhni chaahiye jo manushya samjhen aur poochhen।

⁹⁷You should write these things clearly, so that people can understand them and ask about them.

⁹⁶kitna sahaj hai।

⁹⁸This is so easy.

⁹⁷ek-ek gyaan ki points laakhon-karodon roopayon ki hai, jisse tum kya se kya bante ho!

⁹⁹Each point of this knowledge is worth hundreds of thousands of rupees, and you become so great through them.

⁹⁸tumhaare kadam-kadam mein padam hain isliye devtaaon ko bhi padam ka phool dikhaate hain।

¹⁰⁰There are multimillions (padam) in your every step. ¹⁰¹This is why they show deities with a lotus (padam).

⁹⁹tum brahma mukh vanshaavli braahmanon ka naam hi gum kar diya hai।

¹⁰²They have lost the name of you Brahmins, the mouth-born creation of Brahma.

¹⁰⁰woh brahman log kachchha mein kuram, geeta lete hain।

¹⁰³Those brahmin priests keep a Gita under their arms.

¹⁰¹abhi tum ho sachche brahman, tumhaare kachchha (buddhi) mein hai satyam। ¹⁰²unke kachchha mein hai kuram।

¹⁰⁴Whereas they have the scriptures under their arms, you are true Brahmins and you keep the truth in your intellects.

¹⁰³to tumko nasha chadhna chaahiye - ham to shreemat par svarga bana rahe hain, baap raajayog sikhla rahe hain।

¹⁰⁵Therefore, you should have the intoxication that you are creating heaven on the basis of shrimat and that the Father is teaching you Raja Yoga.

¹⁰⁴tumhaare paas koi pustak nahin hai। ¹⁰⁵lekin yeh simple badge hi tumhaari sachchi geeta hai, ismen trimoorti ka bhi chitra hai। ¹⁰⁶to saari geeta ismen aa jaati hai। ¹⁰⁷second mein saari geeta samjhaai jaati hai।

¹⁰⁶You do not have any books, but this simple badge is your true Gita. ¹⁰⁷There is also the picture of the Trimurti on it, and so the whole Gita is included in that; the whole Gita is explained in a second.

¹⁰⁸is badge dvaara tum second mein kisko bhi samjha sakte ho। ¹⁰⁹yeh tumhaara baap hai, inko yaad karne se tumhaare paap vinaash honge।

¹⁰⁸You can explain to anyone in a second with this badge: “This is your Father and your sins will be absolved by remembering Him.”

¹¹⁰train mein jaate, chalte phirte koi bhi mile, tum unko achhi reeti samjhaao। ¹¹¹krishnapuri mein to sab jaana chaahte hain na।

¹⁰⁹When travelling by train or when walking, continue to explain this very well to whoever you meet: “Everyone has the desire to go to the land of Krishna.

¹¹²is padhaai se yeh ban sakte hain।

¹¹⁰You can achieve that through this study.

¹¹³padhaai se raajaai sthaapan hoti hai।

¹¹¹The kingdom is established through this study.”

¹¹⁴aur dharma sthaapak koi raajaai nahin sthaapan karte।

¹¹²None of the other founders of religions establish a kingdom.

¹¹⁵tum jaante ho - ham raajayog seekhte hain bhavishya 21janma ke liye।

¹¹³You know that you study Raja Yoga now for your future 21 births.

¹¹⁶kitni achhi padhaai hai।

¹¹⁴It is such a good study.

¹¹⁷sirf roz ek ghanta padho। ¹¹⁸bas।

¹¹⁵You simply have to study it for one hour every day; that is all.

¹²³badge laga hua ho, kahaan bhi jaao, yeh paigaam dete jaao।

¹¹⁸Always have a badge. ¹¹⁹Wherever you go, continue to give this message.

¹²⁴akhbaaron mein to badge daal nahin sakte hain, ek taraph ka daal sakenge।

¹²⁰You cannot put a badge in the newspapers. ¹²¹You can print one side of it in them.

¹²⁵manushya aise to samajh bhi nahin sakenge, sivaae samjhaane।

¹²²People are such that they will not be able to understand without your explaining it to them.

¹²⁶hai bahut sahaj।

¹²³It is very easy.

¹²⁷yeh dhandha to koi bhi kar sakte hain।

¹²⁴Anyone can do this business.

¹²⁸achha, khud bhal yaad na bhi kare, doosron ko yaad dilaaven। ¹²⁹woh bhi achha hai।

¹²⁵Achcha, even if you do not remember Baba, to remind others of Him is also good.

¹³⁰doosre ko kahenge dehi-abhimaani bano aur khud deh-abhimaani honge to kuchh na kuchh vikarma hota rahega।

¹²⁶Some tell others to become soul conscious, whereas they themselves remain in body consciousness, and so one sinful act or another is performed.

¹³¹pahle-pahle toofaan aate hain mansa mein, phir karmana mein aate hain।

¹²⁷First, they have storms in their minds and then they put them into practice.

¹³²mansa mein bahut aayenge, us par phir buddhi se kaam lena hai, bura kaam kabhi karna nahin hai।

¹²⁸Many storms will come into your minds, and so you have to use your intellects in this. ¹²⁹You must never carry out any bad acts.

¹³³achha karma karna hai।

¹³⁰You must only carry out good acts.

¹³⁴sankalp achhe bhi hote hain, bure bhi aate hain। ¹³⁵bure ko rokna chaahiye।

¹³¹There are good thoughts and bad thoughts, and so you must stop having bad thoughts.

¹³⁶yeh buddhi baap ne di hai।

¹³²The Father has given you those intellects.

¹³⁷doosra koi samajh na sake।

¹³³No one else can understand this.

¹³⁸woh to wrong kaam hi karte rehte hain।

¹³⁴They continue to carry out wrong acts.

¹³⁹tumko abhi right kaam hi karna hai।

¹³⁵You now only have to carry out the right work.

¹⁴⁰achhe purooshaartha se right kaam hota hai।

¹³⁶By making good effort, you carry out right acts.

¹⁴¹baap to har baat bahut achhi reeti samjhaate rehte hain।

¹³⁷The Father continues to explain everything very clearly.

¹⁴² 1. Each imperishable jewel of this knowledge is worth hundreds of thousands and tens of millions of rupees. ¹⁴³You have to accumulate an income of multimillions at every step by donating them.

¹⁴⁷aap samaan banaakar oonch pad paana hai।

¹⁴⁴You have to claim a high status by making others similar to you.

¹⁴⁸2) vikarmon se bachne ke liye dehi-abhimaani rahne ka purooshaartha karna hai।

¹⁴⁵ 2. In order to be saved from performing sinful acts, make effort to remain soul conscious.

¹⁴⁹mansa mein kabhi bure sankalp aayen to unhein rokna hai।

¹⁴⁶If you ever have any bad thoughts in your mind, you have to stop them.

¹⁵⁰achhe sankalp chalaane hain।

¹⁴⁷You must have good thoughts.

¹⁵¹karmendriyon se kabhi koi ulta karma nahin karna hai।

¹⁴⁸Do not ever carry out a wrong act with your sense organs.

¹⁵²vardaan:- roohaaniyat ke prabhaav dvaara pharishte pan ka make up karne vaale sarva ke snehi bhav

¹⁴⁹Blessing: May you put on the angelic make-up that makes an impact of spirituality and become loving to all.

¹⁵³jo bachche sada baapdaada ke sang mein rehte hain - unhein sang ka rang aisa lagta hai jo har ek ke chehre par roohaaniyat ka prabhaav dikhaai deta hai।

¹⁵⁰ The children who constantly stay with BapDada are coloured by the colour of His company in such a way that the impact of that spirituality is visible on each one’s face.

¹⁶⁵The effort you must make to break karmic bondages.

¹⁶¹bahut manushya prashn poochhte hain ki humein kya karna hai, kaise apna karma-bandhan toden?

¹⁶⁶Many people ask what they have to do to break their karmic bondages.

¹⁶²ab harek ki janmapatri ko to baap jaanta hai।

¹⁶⁷The Father knows each one’s horoscope.

¹⁶³bachche ka kaam hai ek baar apni dil se baap ko samarpit ho jaaye, apni javaabdaari unke haath mein de deve।

¹⁶⁸Once you children have surrendered yourself to the Father in your hearts, it is your duty to put all of your responsibilities into His hands.

¹⁶⁴phir vo harek ko dekh raay dega ki tumko kya karna hai, sahaara bhi practical mein lena hai, baaki aise nahin sirf sunte raho aur apni mat par chalte chalo।

¹⁶⁹He would then look at each one and give advice accordingly as to what you need to do. ¹⁷⁰You have to take His support in a practical way, but let it not be that you continue to listen to Him and also continue to follow your own dictates.

¹⁶⁵baap saakaar hai to bachche ko bhi sthool mein pita, guru, teacher ka sahaara lena hai।

¹⁷¹The Father is in a corporeal form and so you children also have to take the support of the Father, Teacher and Guru in a physical way.

¹⁶⁶aise bhi nahin aagya mile aur paalan na kar sake to aur hi akalyaan ho jaaye।

¹⁷²It should not be that you are not able to follow the advice you receive; there would then be more harm done.

¹⁶⁷to pharmaan paalan karna bhi himmat chaahiye, chalaane vaala to ramazbaaz hai, vo jaanta hai iska kalyaan kismen hai, to woh aise direction dega ki kaise karma-bandhan todo।

¹⁷³You need courage to follow orders. ¹⁷⁴The One who is making you move is the Entertainer and He knows what is of benefit for you, and so He would accordingly give you directions on how to break your karmic bondages.

¹⁶⁸koi ko phir yeh khyaal mein nahin aana chaahiye ki phir bachchon aadi ka kya haal hoga?

¹⁷⁵None of you should then have any thoughts about what would happen to your children.

¹⁶⁹ismen koi gharbaar chhodne ki baat nahin hai, yeh to thode se bachchon ka is drama mein part tha todne ka, agar yeh part na hota to tumhaari jo ab seva ho rahi hai phir kaun kare?

¹⁷⁶Here, there is no question of leaving your home etc. ¹⁷⁷Here, it was a matter of a few children having that part in the drama in order to break their bondages. ¹⁷⁸If that were not part of the drama, then who would have served you as you are being served now?

¹⁷⁰ab to chhodne ki baat heen nahin hai, magar paramatma ka ho jaana hai, daro nahin, himmat rakho।

¹⁷¹baaki jo darte hain vo na khud khushi mein rehte hain, na phir baap ke madadgaar bante hain।

¹⁸²Those who are afraid are neither able to remain happy nor are they able to be the Father’s helpers.

¹⁷²yahaan to unke saath poora madadgaar banna hai, jab jeete ji marenge tab hi madadgaar ban sakte hain।

¹⁸³Here, you have to become His full helpers. ¹⁸⁴When you die alive, you will then be able to become His helpers.

¹⁷³kahaan bhi atak padenge to phir vo madad dekar paar karega।

¹⁸⁵Then, if you get stuck somewhere, He will be able to help you and take you across.

¹⁷⁴to baba ke saath mansa-vaacha-karmana madadgaar hona hai, ismen jara bhi moh ki rag hogi to vo gira degi।

¹⁸⁶So, you have to become Baba’s helpers with your thoughts, words and actions. ¹⁸⁷If there is the slightest string of attachment, it will make you fall.

¹⁷⁵to himmat rakho aage badho।

¹⁸⁸So, have courage and move forward.

¹⁷⁶kahaan himmat mein kamjor hote hain to moonjh padte hain isliye apni buddhi ko bilkul pavitra banaana hai, vikaar ka jara bhi ansh na ho, manzil koi door hai kya! ¹⁷⁷magar chadhaai thodi tedhi-baanki hai, lekin samartha ka sahaara lenge to na dar hai, na thakaavat hai।

¹⁸⁹When you are weak in having courage, you become confused. ¹⁹⁰So, make your intellects absolutely pure. ¹⁹¹Let there not be the slightest trace of any vice. ¹⁹²The destination is not far, but the ascent is a little twisting, so if you take the support of the Almighty, you will not be afraid and you won’t become tired.
