¹Essence: Sweet children, by following devilish dictates, you became homeless. ²Now, by following God's directions, you will go to a land of happiness.

²prashn:- bachchon ko baap se kaun si ummeed rakhni hai, kaun si nahin?

³Question: What hope should you children have in the Father and what hopes should you not have in the Father?

³uttar:- baap se yahi ummeed rakhni hai ki ham baap dvaara pavitra ban apne ghar aur ghaat (raajdhaani) mein jaayen।

⁴Answer: The only hope you must have in the Father is that you will be made pure by the Father and go back to your home and kingdom.

⁴baba kehte hain - bachche, mere mein yeh ummeed nahin rakho ki phalaana beemaar hai, aasheervaad mile।

⁵Baba says: Children, don't hope that I will give blessings to someone who is ill.

⁵yahaan kripa ya aasheervaad ki baat hi nahin hai।

⁶There is no question of mercy or blessings here.

⁶main to aaya hoon tum bachchon ko patit se paavan banaane।

⁷I have come to make you children pure from impure.

⁷ab main tumko aise karma sikhlaata hoon jo vikarma na banen।

⁸I am now teaching you how to perfom such acts that you will not perform any more sinful acts.

¹⁸phir baap ne ghar yaad dilaaya hai aur roz-roz samjhaate hain। ¹⁹jab tak satopradhaan nahin bane ho to chal nahin sakenge।

¹⁷The Father has now reminded you of your home and He explains to you every day that you cannot return home until you have become satopradhan.

²⁰bachche samajhte hain baba to theek kehte hain।

¹⁸You children understand that what Baba says is right.

²¹baap bhi bachchon ko jo shreemat dete hain to sapoot bachche us par chal padte hain।

¹⁹When the Father gives you children shrimat, those who are obedient immediately follow those directions.

²²is samay aur to koi aisa baap nahin jo achhi mat deve isliye darabdar ho pade hain।

⁴⁴bhaarat-vaasi hi apne shreshtha dharma, karma ko bhool kar daivi dharma bhrashta, daivi karma bhrashta ho pade hain।

⁴²It is only the residents of Bharat who have forgotten their elevated religion (dharma) and actions (karma) and their divine religion and divine actions have become corrupt.

⁴⁵abhi baap ne saavdhaani di hai, tumhaara dharma karma to yeh tha।

⁴⁶vahaan tum jo karma karte the woh akarma hota tha।

⁵¹to ab shreemat par karma shreshtha karna chaahiye।

⁴⁹Therefore, now perform elevated acts by following shrimat.

⁵²koi bhrashta karma karke kisko duhkh nahin dena chaahiye।

⁵⁰Don’t cause anyone sorrow by performing corrupt acts.

⁵³eeshvareey bachchon ka yeh kaam nahin hai।

⁵¹That is not the work of God's children.

⁵⁴jo direction milte hain us par chalna hai, daiveegun dhaaran karne hain।

⁵²Follow whatever directions you receive and imbibe divine virtues.

⁵⁵bhojan bhi shuddh lena hai, agar laachaari nahin milta to raay poochho।

⁵³Your food should be pure. ⁵⁴If, under desperate situations, you can't get food, then ask for advice.

⁵⁶baba samajhte hain naukri aadi mein kahaan thoda khaana bhi padta hai।

⁵⁵Baba understands that you might sometimes have to eat something else at your work place.

⁵⁷jabki yogbal se tum raajaai sthaapan karte ho, patit duniya ko paavan banaate ho to bhojan ko shuddh banaana kya badi baat hai।

⁵⁶Since you are establishing a kingdom with the power of yoga and purifying this impure world, it is not a big thing to purify your food.

⁵⁸naukri to karni hi hai।

⁵⁷You do have to go to work.

⁵⁹aise to nahin baap ka banen to sab kuchh chhod yahaan aakar baith jaana hai।

⁵⁸It isn't because you now belong to the Father that you can give up everything and come and stay here.

⁶⁰kitne dher bachche hain, itne sab to rah nahin sakte।

⁵⁹There are very many children. ⁶⁰Not all of them can stay here.

⁶¹rehna sabko grihastha vyavhaar mein hai।

⁶¹Everyone has to live with their family.

⁶²yeh samajhna hai - main aatma hoon, baba aaya hua hai, hamko pavitra banaakar apne ghar le jaate hain phir raajdhaani mein aa jaayenge।

⁶²Understand: I am a soul. ⁶³Baba has come to purify us and take us back home. ⁶⁴Then we will go to our kingdom.

⁶³yeh to paraaya raavan ka chhi-chhi ghaat hai।

⁶⁵This is the foreign, dirty kingdom of Ravan.

⁶⁴tum bilkul hi patit ban gaye ho, drama plan anusaar।

⁶⁶According to the dramaplan, you have become completely impure.

⁶⁵baap kehte hain abhi main tumko sujaag karne aaya hoon to shreemat par chalo।

⁶⁷The Father says: I have now come to awaken you. ⁶⁸Therefore, follow shrimat.

⁶⁶jitna chalenge utna shreshtha banenge।

⁶⁹To the extent that you follow shrimat, so you will accordingly become elevated.

⁶⁷abhi tum samajhte ho ham baap ko jo baap svarga ka maalik banaate hain, unko bhool gaye।

⁷⁰You now understand that you forgot the Father who makes you into the masters of heaven.

⁶⁸ab baba sudhaarne aaye hain to achhi reeti sudharna chaahiye na।

⁷¹Baba has now come to reform you. ⁷²Therefore, you should reform yourselves very well.

⁶⁹khushi mein aana chaahiye। ⁷⁰behad ka baap mila hai, bachchon se baat aise karte hain jaise tum aatmaayen aapas mein karti ho।

⁷³You should be happy that you have found the unlimited Father. ⁷⁴He talks to you children in the same way as you souls talk among yourselves.

⁷¹hai to woh bhi aatma।

⁷⁵He too is a soul.

⁷²param aatma hai, unka bhi part hai।

⁷⁶He is the Supreme Soul; He too has a part to play.

⁷³tum aatmaayen paartadhaari ho।

⁷⁷You souls are actors.

⁷⁴oonch te oonch se lekar neech te neech ka part hai।

⁷⁸There are parts for the Highest of All to the lowest of all.

⁷⁵bhakti maarga mein manushya gaate hain eeshvar hi sab kuchh karte hain।

⁷⁹On the path of devotion, human beings sing that God does everything.

⁷⁶baap kehte hain mera aisa part thode hi hai jo beemaar ko achha kar doon।

⁸⁰The Father says: My part is not such that I can cure those who are ill.

⁷⁷hamaara part hai raasta bataana ki tum pavitra kaise bano?

⁸¹My part is to show you the way to become pure.

⁷⁸pavitra banne se hi tum ghar mein bhi ja sakenge। ⁷⁹raajdhaani mein bhi ja sakenge।

⁸²By becoming pure, you will be able to go home and then also go to your kingdom.

⁸⁰aur koi ummeed mat rakho। ⁸¹phalaana beemaar hai, aasheervaad mile।

⁸³Don't have any other hopes in the Father such as: “So-and-so is ill and so he should receive blessings.”

⁸²nahin, aasheervaad, kripa aadi ki baat mere paas kuchh bhi nahin।

⁸⁴No; there is no question of mercy or blessings where I am concerned.

⁸³uske liye saadhu-santon aadi ke paas jaao।

⁸⁵For that, you can go to the sages and holy men etc.

⁸⁴tum hamko bulaate hi ho ki he patit-paavan aao, aakar hamko paavan banaao।

⁸⁶You have been calling out to Me: O Purifier, come! ⁸⁷Come and purify us!

⁸⁵paavan duniya mein le chalo।

⁸⁸Take us to a pure world!

⁸⁶to baap poochhte hain main tumko vishay saagar se nikaal paar le jaata hoon, phir tum vishay saagar mein kyon phans jaate ho?

⁸⁹Therefore, the Father asks you: I am removing you from the ocean of poison and taking you across. ⁹⁰So, then, why do you become trapped in the ocean of poison?

⁸⁷bhakti maarga mein tumhaara yeh haal hua hai।

⁹¹That became your condition on the path of devotion.

⁸⁸gyaan, bhakti tumhaare liye hai।

⁹²This knowledge and devotion are for you.

⁸⁹sanyaasi log bhi kehte hain gyaan, bhakti aur vairaagya। ⁹⁰parantu unka arth woh nahin samajhte।

⁹³Sannyasis too speak of knowledge, devotion and disinterest, but they don't understand the meaning of that.

⁹¹ab tumhaari buddhi mein hai gyaan, bhakti baad mein vairaagya।

⁹⁴Your intellects now have this knowledge and devotion. ⁹⁵Later on, there will be disinterest.

⁹²to behad ka vairaagya sikhlaane vaala chaahiye।

⁹⁶So there has to be someone who can teach you unlimited disinterest.

⁹³baap ne samjhaaya tha yeh kabristaan hai, inke baad paristaan banna hai।

⁹⁷The Father has told you that this is a graveyard. ⁹⁸Later, it will become a land of angels.

⁹⁴vahaan har karma, akarma hota hai।

⁹⁹Every act there is neutral.

⁹⁵abhi baba tumko aise karma sikhlaate hain jo koi bhi vikarma na banen।

¹⁰⁰The Father now teaches you to perform such acts that you don’t perform any sinful acts.

⁹⁶kisi ko bhi duhkh na do।

¹⁰¹Don’t cause anyone sorrow.

⁹⁷patit ka anna mat khaao।

¹⁰²Don't eat food prepared by impure people.

⁹⁸vikaar mein mat jaao।

¹⁰³Don't indulge in vice.

⁹⁹ablaaon par atyaachaar hi is par hote hain।

¹⁰⁴It is because of this vice that innocent ones are beaten.

¹⁰⁰dekhte rehte ho - maaya ke vighna kaise padte hain।

¹⁰⁵You continue to see how obstacles are created by Maya.

¹⁰¹yeh hai sab gupta।

¹⁰⁶All of this is incognito.

¹⁰²kehte hain devtaaon aur asuron ki yuddha lagi।

¹⁰⁷It is said that there was a war between the devils and the deities.

¹⁰³phir kehte hain - paandav aur kaurvon ki yuddha lagi।

¹¹³You now relate the true Gita.

¹⁰⁹raamaayan bhi tum sachchi sunaate ho।

¹¹⁴You also relate the true Ramayana.

¹¹⁰ek raam-seeta ki baat nahin thi।

¹¹⁵It wasn’t just a question of one Rama and Sita.

¹¹¹is samay to saari duniya lanka hai। ¹¹²chaaron or paani hai na।

¹¹⁶At this time, the whole world is Lanka (an island); there is water all around.

¹¹³yeh hai behad ki lanka, jismen raavan ka raajya hai।

¹¹⁷This is the unlimited Lanka over which there is the kingdom of Ravan.

¹¹⁴ek baap hai bridegroom। ¹¹⁵baaki sab hain brides।

¹¹⁸The one Father is the Bridegroom and all the rest are brides.

¹¹⁶tumko ab raavan raajya se baap chhudaate hain।

¹¹⁹The Father is now liberating you from this kingdom of Ravan.

¹¹⁷yeh hai shok vaatika।

¹²⁰This is the cottage of sorrow (shok).

¹¹⁸satayug ko kaha jaata hai ashok vaatika।

¹²¹The golden age is called the cottage without sorrow (ashoka).

¹¹⁹vahaan koi shok hota nahin।

¹²²There is no sorrow there.

¹²⁰is samay to shok hi shok hai।

¹²³At this time, there is sorrow and only sorrow everywhere.

¹²¹ashok ek bhi nahin rehta।

¹²⁴There isn’t a single soul who doesn’t have sorrow.

¹²²naam to rakh dete hain ashoka hotel।

¹²⁵There are names such as “Ashoka Hotel” (Hotel without sorrow).

¹²³baap kehte hain saari duniya is samay behad ki hotel hi samjho।

¹²⁶The Father says: At this time, consider the whole world to be an unlimited hotel.

¹²⁴shok ki hotel hai।

¹²⁷It is an hotel of sorrow.

¹²⁵khaan-paan manushyon ka jaanavron misal hai।

¹²⁸The food and drink of human beings are like those of animals.

¹²⁶tumko dekho baap kahaan le jaate hain।

¹²⁹Look where the Father is taking you.

¹²⁷sachchi-sachchi ashok vaatika hai satayug mein।

¹³⁰The true cottage without sorrow exists in the golden age.

¹²⁸had aur behad ka contrast baap hi batlaate hain।

¹³¹Only the Father shows you the contrast between the limited and the unlimited.

¹²⁹tum bachchon ko bahut khushi rahni chaahiye।

¹³²You children should remain very happy.

¹³⁰jaante ho baba hamko padhaate hain।

¹³³You know that Baba is teaching you.

¹³¹hamaara bhi vahi dhandha hai - sabko raasta bataana, andhon ki laathi banna।

¹³⁷kehte bhi hain ham sab bhaai-bhaai hain।

¹⁴⁰They say: We are all brothers.

¹³⁸baap kehte hain tum sabhi aatmaayen bhaai-bhaai ho na।

¹⁴¹The Father says: All of you souls are brothers.

¹³⁹god father kehte ho na।

¹⁴²You speak of God, the Father.

¹⁴⁰to kabhi bhi aapas mein ladna-jhagadna nahin chaahiye।

¹⁴³Therefore, you must never fight or quarrel among yourselves.

¹⁴¹shareerdhaari bante hain to phir bhaai-behen ho jaate।

¹⁴⁴When you become bodily beings, you are brothers and sisters.

¹⁴²ham shivbaaba ke bachche sab bhaai-bhaai hain। ¹⁴³prajaapita brahma ke bachche bhaai-behen hain, hamko varsa daade se lena hai isliye daade ko hi yaad karte hain।

¹⁴⁵All of you children of Shiv Baba are brothers, and, as children of Prajapita Brahma, you are brothers and sisters. ¹⁴⁶You have to claim your inheritance from the Grandfather. ¹⁴⁷This is why you remember the Grandfather.

¹⁴⁴is bachche (brahma) ko bhi hamne apna banaaya hai athva inmen pravesh kiya hai।

¹⁴⁸I have made this child (Brahma) belong to Me, that is, I have entered him.

¹⁴⁵in sab baaton ko tum abhi samajhte ho।

¹⁴⁹You now understand all of these things.

¹⁴⁶baap kehte hain - bachche, ab naya daivi pravritti maarga sthaapan ho raha hai।

¹⁵¹All of you Brahma Kumars and Kumaris are following Shiv Baba's directions.

¹⁵²Brahma too is following His directions.

¹⁴⁹baap kehte hain apne ko aatma samajh baap ko yaad karo aur sarva sambandhon ko halka karte jaao।

¹⁵³The Father says: Consider yourselves to be souls and remember the Father and continue to reduce all other relationships.

¹⁵⁰8 ghanta yaad rakhni hai baaki 16 ghante mein aaraam va dhandha aadi jo karna hai so karo।

¹⁵¹main baap ka bachcha hoon, yeh nahin bhoolo।

¹⁵⁷Don't think that you can come here and stay in a hostel.

¹⁵³nahin, grihastha vyavhaar mein baal bachchon ke saath rehna hai।

¹⁵⁴baba paas aate hi hain refresh hone।

¹⁵⁹You come to the Father to refresh yourselves.

¹⁵⁵mathura, vrindaavan mein jaate hain madhuban ka deedaar karne।

¹⁶⁰People go to Mathura and Vrindavan (places associated with Krishna) to have a glimpse of Madhuban.

¹⁵⁶chhota model roop mein bana rakha hai।

¹⁶¹They have created a small model of it (on the path of devotion).

¹⁵⁷ab to yeh behad ki baat samajhne ki hai।

¹⁶²These unlimited matters have to be understood.

¹⁵⁸shivbaaba brahma dvaara nai srishti rach rahe hain।

¹⁶³Shiv Baba is creating a new world through Brahma.

¹⁵⁹ham prajaapita brahma ki santaan bi.ke. hain।

¹⁶⁴We Brahma Kumars and Kumaris are the children of Prajapita Brahma.

¹⁶⁰vikaar ki baat ho na sake।

¹⁶⁵There cannot be any question of vice here.

¹⁶¹sanyaasiyon ke shishya bante hain, agar woh sanyaasi kapda pahan leve to naam badli ho jaata hai।

¹⁶⁶When someone becomes a follower of a sannyasi, he changes his costume and puts on sannyasi clothes. ¹⁶⁷His name is also changed.

¹⁶²yahaan bhi tum baba ke ban gaye to naam rakhe na baba ne।

¹⁶³kitne bhatthi mein rahe the।

¹⁶⁵shaastron mein to kya-kya baaten likhi hain, phir bhi aisa hi hoga।

¹⁷¹Such stories have been written in the scriptures. ¹⁷²All of this will happen again.

¹⁶⁶ab tumhaari buddhi mein srishti ka chakra phirta hai।

¹⁷³The world cycle now turns around in your intellects.

¹⁶⁷baap bhi svadarshan chakradhaari hai na।

¹⁷⁴The Father too is Swadarshanchakradhari.

¹⁶⁸srishti ke aadi-madhya-ant ko jaanta hai।

¹⁷⁵He knows the beginning, middle and end of the world.

¹⁶⁹baba ko to shareer bhi nahin।

¹⁷⁶Baba does not have a body of His own.

¹⁷⁰tumko to sthool shareer hai।

¹⁷⁷You have physical bodies.

¹⁷¹woh hai hi param aatma।

¹⁷⁸He is the Supreme Soul.

¹⁷²aatma hi svadarshan chakradhaari hai na।

¹⁷⁹It is souls who spin the discus of self-realisation.

¹⁷³ab aatma ko alankaar kaise diye jaayen?

¹⁸⁰How could a soul be shown with those ornaments?

¹⁷⁴samajh ki baat hai na।

¹⁸¹This is something that has to be understood.

¹⁷⁵yeh kitni maheen baaten hain।

¹⁸²These matters are very subtle.

¹⁷⁶baap kehte hain vaastav mein main hoon svadarshan chakradhaari।

¹⁸³The Father says: In fact, I am Swadarshanchakradhari.

¹⁷⁷tum jaante ho - aatma mein saare srishti chakra ka gyaan aa jaata।
