021/09/25 Madhuban Avyakt BapDada Om Shanti 02/02/2007

1Paramātma prāptiyō̃ sē sampann ātmā key|kī niśhānī - holiest , highest aur richest

1A soul who is full of Godly attainments isthe holiest, the highest and the richest.

2Āj viśhva parivartak bāpdādā apnē sāthī bachchō̃ sē milnē āyē haĩ .

2Today, the World Transformer, BapDada, has come to meet His companion children.

3Har ēk bachchē K|kē mastak mē̃ tīn paramātma viśhēṣh prāptiyā̃ dēkh rahē haĩ . 4Ēk hai - holiest , 2 - highest aur 3 - richest .

3He is seeing three special attainments on the forehead of each child – holiest, highest and richest.

5Is gyān kā foundation hī hai hōlī|holy arthāt pavitra bannā .

4The foundation of this knowledge is to be holy, that is, to be pure.

6Tō har ēk bachchā holiest hai , pavitratā sirph brahmcharya nahī̃ lēkin man-vāṇī-karm , sambandh-sampark mē̃ pavitratā .

5So, each child is the holiest; purity is not just celibacy, but purity in thoughts, words, deeds, relationships and connections.

7Āp dēkhō , āp paramātma brāhmaṇ ātmāyē̃ ādi-madhy-ant tīnō̃ hī kāl mē̃ holiest rahtī hō .

6Just see, you Godly Brahmin souls are the holiest in all three aspects of time – in the beginning, in the middle and at the end.

8Pahlē-pahlē ātmā jab paramdhām mē̃ rahtē hō tō vahā̃ bhī holiest hō phir jab ādi mē̃ ātē hō tō ādikāl mē̃ bhī dēvtā rūp mē̃ holiest ātmā rahē .

7First of all, when souls reside in the supreme abode (Paramdham), you are the holiest there. 8Then, when you come down in the beginning, you are the holiest souls in the deity form.

9Holiest arthāt pavitra ātmā key|kī viśhēṣhtā hai - pravr̥itti mē̃ rahtē sampūrṇ pavitra rahnā .

9The speciality of a holiest soul, that is, of a pure soul, is that of remaining completely pure while living with a family.

10Aur bhī pavitra bantē haĩ lēkin āpkī pavitratā key|kī viśhēṣhtā hai - svapna-mātra bhī apavitratā man-buddhi mē̃ touch nahī̃ karē .

10Others too become pure, but the speciality of your purity is that impurity doesn’t touch your mind or intellect, even in your dreams.

11Satyug mē̃ ātmā bhī pavitra bantī aur śharīr bhī āpkā pavitra bantā .

11In the golden age, you souls are pure and your bodies are also pure.

12Ātmā aur śharīr dōnō̃ key|kī pavitratā jō dēv ātmā rūp mē̃ rahtī hai , vah śhrēṣhṭh pavitratā hai .

12The purity of both the soul and the body of the deity souls is elevated.

13Jaisē holiest bantē hō , itnā hī highest bhī bantē hō .

13Just as you become the holiest, in the same way, you also become the highest.

14Sabsē ūñchē tē ūñchē brāhmaṇ ātmāyē̃ aur ūñchē tē ūñchē bāp K|kē bachchē banē hō .

14You are the highest of all Brahmin souls and you have become the children of the highest-on-high Father.

15Ādi mē̃ paramdhām mē̃ bhī highest arthāt bāp K|kē sāth-sāth rahtē hō .

15In the beginning, in the supreme abode, you are the highest, that is, you reside with the Father.

16Madhya mē̃ bhī pūjya ātmāyē̃ bantē hō .

16In the middle, too, you become worthy-of-worship souls.

17Kitnē sundar mandir bantē haĩ aur kitnī vidhipūrvak pūjā hōtī hai .

17Such beautiful temples are built to you and you are worshipped with such discipline, in the right way.

18Jitnī vidhipūrvak āp dēvtāō̃ K|kē mandir mē̃ pūjā hōtī hai utnē aurō̃ K|kē mandir bantē haĩ lēkin vidhipūrvak pūjā āpkē dēvtā rūp key|kī hōtī hai .

18You deities are worshipped in the temples in the right way. 19Similarly, temples are built to others too, but only your deity forms are worshipped in the right way.

19Tō holiest bhī hō aur highest bhī hō , sāth mē̃ richest bhī hō .

20So, you are the holiest and also the highest. 21As well as that, you are also the richest.

20Duniyā mē̃ kahtē haĩ richest in the world lēkin āp śhrēṣhṭh ātmāyē̃ richest in kalp haĩ .

22In the world it is said, “richest in the world”, but you elevated souls are the richest in the cycle.

21Sārā kalp richest hō .

23You are the richest throughout the cycle.

22Apnē khajānē smr̥iti mē̃ ātē haĩ , kitnē khajānō̃ K|kē mālik hō  !

24Do you remember your treasures? 25Of how many treasures are you the masters?

23Avināśhī khajānē jō is ēk janm mē̃ prāpt kartē hō vah anēk janm chaltē haĩ .

26The imperishable treasures that you attain in this one birth last for many births.

24Aur kōī K|kē bhī khajānē anēk janm nahī̃ chaltē .

27No one else’s treasures last for many births.

25Lēkin āpkē khajānē ādhyātmik haĩ .

28However, your treasures are spiritual.

26Śhaktiyō̃ kā khajānā , gyān kā khajānā , guṇō̃ kā khajānā , śhrēṣhṭh saṅkalp kā khajānā aur vartamān samay kā khajānā , yah sarv khajānē janm chaltē haĩ .

29The treasure of powers, the treasure of knowledge, the treasure of virtues, the treasure of elevated thoughts and the treasure of the present time: all of these treasures last for birth after birth.

27Ēk janm K|kē prāpt huē khajānē sāth chaltē haĩ kyōṅki sarv khajānō̃ K|kē dātā paramātmā bāp dvārā prāpt hōtē haĩ .

30The treasures that you attain in one birth go with you because you attain them from God, the Father, the Bestower of All Treasures.

28Tō yah naśhā hai ki hamārē khajānē avināśhī haĩ  ?

31So, do you have the intoxication that your treasures are imperishable?

29Is ādhyātmik khajānō̃ kō prāpt karnē kē liē sahaj-yōgī banē hō .

32You have become easy yogis in order to attain these spiritual treasures.

30Yād kī śhakti sē khajānē jamā kartē hō .

33You accumulate the treasures with the power of remembrance.

31Is samay bhī in sarv khajānō̃ sē sampann bēphikr bādśhāh hō , kōī phikra hai  ?

34Also, at this time, you are carefree emperors who are full of all treasures. 35Do you have any worries?

32Hai phikra  ?

36Do you?

33Kyōṅki yah khajānē jō haĩ iskō na chōr lūṭ saktā , na rājā khā saktā , na pānī ḍubō saktā , isliē bēphikr bādśhāh hō .

37These treasures cannot be stolen by a thief, no king can swallow them up (take) them and water cannot drown them, and this is why you are carefree emperors.

34Tō yah khajānē sadā smr̥iti mē̃ rahtē haĩ nā  !

38So, these treasures constantly stay in your awareness, do they not?

35Aur yād bhī sahaj kyō̃ hai  ?

39So, why is remembrance easy?

36Kyōṅki sabsē jyādā yād kā ādhār hōtā hai ēk sambandh aur dūsrā prāpti .

40The basis of you having greater remembrance is your relationship and attainment.

37Jitnā pyārā sambandh hōtā hai utnī yād svataḥ ātī hai kyōṅki sambandh mē̃ snēh hōtā hai aur jahā̃ snēh hōtā hai tō snēhī kō yād karnā muśhkil nahī̃ hōtā , lēkin bhūlnā muśhkil hōtā hai .

41The more loving the relationship, the more natural your remembrance is, because there is love in the relationship. 42Where there is love, it is not difficult to remember the one you love; in fact, it is difficult to forget that one.

38Tō bāp nē sarv sambandh kā ādhār banā diyā hai .

43So, the Father has created the basis for all relationships.

39Sabhī apnē kō sahajyōgī anubhav kartē hō  ?

44Do all of you experience yourselves to be easy yogis?

40Vā muśhkil yōgī haĩ  ?

45Or, are you yogis who find it difficult?

41Sahaj hai  ?

46Is it easy?

42Ki kabhī sahaj hai , kabhī muśhkil hai  ?

47Or, is it sometimes easy and sometimes difficult?

43Jab bāp kō sambandh aur snēh sē yād kartē hō tō yād muśhkil nahī̃ hōtī aur prāptiyō̃ kō yād karō .

48When you remember the Father with a relationship and with love, remembrance is not difficult. 49Also remember the attainments.

44Sarv prāptiyō̃ K|kē dātā nē sarv prāptiyā̃ karā dī .

50The Bestower of All Attainments has given you all attainments.

45Tō apnē kō sarv khajānō̃ sē sampann anubhav kartē hō  ?

51So, do you experience yourself to be full of all the treasures?

46Khajānō̃ kō jamā karnē key|kī sahaj vidhi bhī bāpdādā nē sunāī - jō bhī avināśhī khajānē haĩ un sabhī khajānō̃ kō prāpt karnē key|kī vidhi hai - bindī .

52BapDada has also told you the easy way to accumulate the treasures. 53The way to attain all the imperishable treasures is a dot.

47Jaisē vināśhī khajānō̃ mē̃ bhī bindī lagātē jāō tō baṛhtā jātā hai nā . 48Tō avināśhī khajānō̃ kō jamā karnē key|kī vidhi hai bindī lagānā .

54Just as perishable treasures increase by adding a zero, similarly, the way to accumulate these imperishable treasures is also a dot.

49Tīn bindiyā̃ haĩ - ēk maĩ ātmā bindī , bāp bhī bindī aur drama mē̃ jō bhī bīt jātā vah fullstop arthāt bindī .

55There are the three dots. 56A soul is a dot, the Father is a dot and whatever happens in the drama is a fullstop, that is, a dot.

50Tō bindī lagānē ātī hai  ?

57So, do you know how to put a dot?

51Sabsē jyādā sahaj mātrā kaun see|sī|C hai  ?

58What is the easiest punctuation mark to apply?

52Bindī lagānā nā  !

59It is to put a dot.

53Tō ātmā bindī hū̃ , bāp bhī bindī hai , is smr̥iti sē svataḥ hī khajānē jamā hō jātē haĩ .

60So, each soul is a dot, the Father is a dot and by having this awareness, your treasures automatically accumulate.

54Tō bindī kō second mē̃ yād karnē sē kitnī khuśhī hōtī hai  !

61By remembering the Dot in a second, you receive so much happiness.

55Yah sarv khajānē āpkē brāhmaṇ jīvan kā adhikār haĩ kyōṅki bachchē bannā arthāt adhikārī bannā . 56Aur viśhēṣh tīn sambandh kā adhikār prāpt hōtā hai - paramātmā kō bāp bhī banāyā hai , śhikṣhak bhī banāyā hai aur satgurū bhī banāyā hai .

62All of these treasures are the right of your Brahmin life, because to be a child means to have a right, and you especially have a right to the three relationships. 63You made God your Father, your Teacher and also your Satguru.

57In tīnō̃ sambandh sē pālnā , paṛhāī sē source of income aur satgurū dvārā vardān miltā hai .

64By having these three relationships, you attain sustenance, this study, which is your source of income, and blessings from the Satguru.

58Kitnā sahaj vardān miltā hai  ?

65You receive the blessings so easily.

59Kyōṅki bachchē kā janm siddha adhikār hai bāp K|kē vardān prāpt karnē kā .

66It is the birthright of you children to receive blessings from the Father.

60Bāpdādā her|har bachchē kā jamā kā khātā check kartē haĩ .

67BapDada is checking every child’s account of accumulation.

61Āp sabhī bhī apnē her|har samay kā jamā kā khātā check karō .

68All of you also need to check your account of accumulation at every moment.

62Jamā huā vā nahī̃ huā , uskī vidhi hai jō bhī karma kiyā , us karma mē̃ svayã bhī santuṣhṭ aur jiskē sāth karma kiyā vah bhī santuṣhṭ .

69The way to check whether you have accumulated something or not is: whatever actions you performed, you yourself are content and whoever you performed these actions with is also content.

63Agar dōnō̃ mē̃ santuṣhṭatā hai tō samjhō karma kā khātā jamā huā .

70If there is contentment in both, then you can understand that you have accumulated something in your account.

64Agar svayã mē̃ vā jissē sambandh hai , usmē̃ santuṣhṭatā nahī̃ I|āī|eye tō jamā nahī̃ hōtā .

71If there isn’t contentment in yourself or in the one with whom you performed that action, you haven’t accumulated anything.

65Bāpdādā sabhī bachchō̃ kō samay key|kī sūchnā bhī dētē rahtē haĩ .

72BapDada also continues to warn all of you children about the time.

66Yah vartamān saṅgam kā samay sārē kalp mē̃ śhrēṣhṭh tē śhrēṣhṭh samay hai kyōṅki yah saṅgam hī śhrēṣhṭh karmō̃ K|kē bīj bōnē kā samay hai .

73This present time of the confluence age is the most elevated of all in the whole cycle, because it is this confluence age that is the time to sow the seeds of elevated actions.

67Pratyakṣha phal prāpt karnē kā samay hai .

74It is the time to attain the practical, instant fruit.

68Is saṅgam samay mē̃ ēk ēk second śhrēṣhṭh tē śhrēṣhṭh hai .

75Every second of the confluence is the most elevated of all.

69Sabhī ēk second mē̃ aśharīrī sthiti mē̃ sthit hō saktē hō  ?

76Can all of you become stable in the bodiless stage in a second?

70Bāpdādā nē sahaj vidhi sunāī hai ki nirantar yād kē liē ēk vidhi banāō - sārē din mē̃ dō śhabda sabhī bōltē hō aur anēk bār bōltē hō vah dō śhabda haĩ «  maĩ ' ' aur «  mērā ' ' .

77BapDada has told you an easy method; use the method for constant remembrance. 78All of you say two words throughout the day and you say those words many times. 79Those two words are “I” and “mine”.

71Tō jab maĩ śhabda bōltē hō tō bāp nē parichay dē diyā hai ki maĩ ātmā hū̃ .

80When you say the word “I”, the Father has given you the introduction, “I am a soul”.

72Tō jab bhī maĩ śhabda bōltē hō tō yah yād karō ki maĩ ātmā hū̃ .

81So, whenever you say the word “I”, then remember “I am a soul”. 82Do not think of “I” alone.

73Akēlā maĩ nahī̃ sōchō , maĩ ātmā hū̃ , yah sāth mē̃ sōchō kyōṅki āp tō jāntē hō nā ki maĩ śhrēṣhṭh ātmā hū̃ , paramātma pālnā K|kē andar rahnē vālī ātmā hū̃ aur jab mērā śhabda bōltē hō tō mērā kaun  ?

83As well as this, think, “I am a soul”, because you know that you are an elevated soul, that you are a soul who has Godly sustenance. 84Then, when you say the word “mine”, who is “mine”?

74Mērā bābā arthāt bāp paramātmā .

85“My Baba”, that is, God, the Father.

75Tō jab bhī maĩ aur mērā śhabda kahtē hō us samay yah addition karō , maĩ ātmā aur mērā bābā .

86So, whenever you say the words “I” and “mine” then make this addition, “I, the soul”, and “My Baba”.

76Jitnā bāp mē̃ mērāpan lāyēṅgē , utnā yād sahaj hōtī jāyēgī kyōṅki mērā kabhī bhūltā nahī̃ hai .

87The more you bring about the consciousness of “mine” with the Father, the easier your remembrance will become, because you never forget anything that is yours.

77Sārē din mē̃ dēkhō mērā hī yād ātā hai .

88Throughout the day, you only remember the things that are yours.

78Tō is vidhi sē sahaj nirantar yōgī ban saktē hō .

89By using this method, you can easily become constant yogis.

79Bāpdādā nē her|har bachchē kō svamān key|kī seat par biṭhāyā hai .

90BapDada has made every child sit on the seat of self-respect.

80Svamān key|kī list agar smr̥iti mē̃ lāō tō kitnī lambī hai  !

91If you bring the list of self-respect into your awareness, it is such a long list.

81Kyōṅki svamān mē̃ sthit haĩ tō dēh-abhimān nahī̃ ā saktā .

92When you are stable in your self-respect, there cannot be body consciousness.

82Yā dēh-abhimān hōgā yā svamān hōgā .

93There will either be body consciousness or self-respect.

83Svamān kā arth|earth hī hai - sva arthāt ātmā kā śhrēṣhṭh smr̥iti kā sthān .

94The meaning of self-respect comes from that place of elevated awareness, that is, the soul.

84Tō sabhī apnē svamān mē̃ sthit haĩ  ?

95So, are all of you stable in your self-respect?

85Jitnā svamān mē̃ sthit hōṅgē utnā dūsrē kō sammān dēnā svataḥ hī hō jātā hai .

96The more you are stable in your self-respect, the more natural it will be to give respect to others.

86Tō svamān mē̃ sthit rahnā kitnā sahaj hai  !

97It is so easy to remain stable in your self-respect.

87Tō sabhī khuśhnumā rahtē haĩ  ?

98Do all of you remain happy?

88Kyōṅki khuśhnumā rahnē vālā dūsrē kō bhī khuśhnumā banā dētā hai .

99Those who remain happy themselves also make others happy.

89Bāpdādā sadā kahtē haĩ ki sārē din mē̃ khuśhī kabhī nahī̃ ganvāō .

100BapDada always says: Never lose your happiness throughout the day.

90Kyō̃  ?

101Why?

91Khuśhī aisī chīz hai jō ēk hī khuśhī mē̃ health bhī hai , wealth bhī hai aur happy bhī hai .

102Happiness is such that, in just that happiness there is health, there is wealth and you are also happy.

92Khuśhī nahī̃ tō jīvan nīras rahtī hai .

103If there isn’t happiness, life is without sweetness.

93Khuśhī kō hī kahā jātā hai - «  khuśhī jaisā kōī khajānā nahī̃ .

104It is of happiness that it is said: “There is no treasure like happiness.”

94' ' kitnē bhī khajānē hō lēkin khuśhī nahī̃ tō khajānē sē bhī prāpti nahī̃ kar saktē haĩ .

105No matter how many treasures you may have, if you don’t have happiness, you cannot attain anything from the treasures.

95Khuśhī kē liē kahā jātā hai - «  khuśhī jaisī kōī khurāk nahī̃ ' ' .

106It is of happiness that it is said: “There is no nourishment like happiness.”

96Tō wealth bhī hai khuśhī aur khuśhī health bhī hai aur nām hī khuśhī hai tō happy tō hai hī .

107So wealth is happiness (khushi), health is happiness, and your name is happy, and so you are happy anyway.

97Tō khuśhī mē̃ tīnō̃ hī chīzē haĩ .

108So, there are all these three things in happiness.

98Aur bāp nē avināśhī khuśhī kā khajānā diyā hai , bāp kā khajānā ganvānā nahī̃ .

109The Father has given you the treasure of imperishable happiness. 110Do not lose the Father’s treasures.

99Tō sadā khuśh rahtē hō  ?

111So, do you remain constantly happy?

100Bāpdādā nē homework diyā tō khuśh rahnā hai aur khuśhī bāṇṭnī hai kyōṅki khuśhī aisī chīz hai jō jitnī bāṇṭē̃gē utnī baṛhēgī .

112BapDada has given you the homework to remain happy and to distribute happiness, because happiness is such that the more you distribute it, the more it will increase.

101Anubhav karkē dēkhā hai  !

113Have you experienced this?

102Kiyā hai nā anubhav  ?

114You have experienced this, have you not?

103Agar khuśhī bāṇṭtē haĩ tō bāṇṭnē sē pahlē apnē pās|pass baṛhtī hai .

115If you distribute happiness, when distributing it, it increases in you.

104Khuśh karnē vālē sē pahlē svayã khuśh hōtē haĩ .

116When you please someone, you yourself become happy.

105Tō sabhī nē homework kiyā hai  ?

117So, have all of you done your homework?

106Kiyā hai  ?

118Have you?

107Jisnē kiyā hai vah hāth uṭhāō .

119Those who have done it, raise your hands!

108Jisnē kiyā hai - khuśh rahnā hai , kāraṇ nahī̃ nivāraṇ karnā hai , samādhān svarūp bannā hai . 109Hāth uṭhāō .

120Those who have done it – remaining happy, not giving reasons and excuses, but being an embodiment of solutions - raise your hands!

110Abhī yah tō nahī̃ kahē̃gē nā - yah hō gayā  !

121Now, you will not say that “this happened”, will you?

111Bāpdādā kē pās kaī bachchō̃ nē apnī result bhī likhī hai ki ham kitnē percent ō . K|kē . rahē haĩ .

122Some children have written to BapDada with their result, saying to what percentage they remained OK.

112Aur lakṣhya rakhē̃gē tō lakṣhya sē lakṣhaṇ svataḥ hī ātē haĩ .

123If you keep the aim, you will automatically develop the qualifications for the aim.

113Achchhā .

124Achcha.

114Double vidēśhī bhāī bahinō̃ sē  : vidēśhiyō̃ kō apnā original vidēśh tō nahī̃ bhūltā hōgā .

125Double Foreigners:Double foreigners, you don’t forget your original foreign place, do you?

115Original āp kis dēśh K|kē hō , vah tō yād rahtā hai nā isliē sabhī āpkō kahtē haĩ double vidēśhī .

126Which place are you originally from? 127You remember that, do you not? 128This is why everyone calls you double foreigners.

116Sirph vidēśhī nahī̃ hō , double vidēśhī .

129You are not just foreigners, but double foreigners.

117Tō āpkō apnā sweet home kabhī bhūltā nahī̃ hōgā .

130So, you probably never forget your sweet home.

118Tō kahā̃ rahtē hō  ?

131So, where do you live?

119Bāpdādā K|kē diltakhta naśhīn hō nā .

132You are seated on BapDada’s heart throne, are you not?

120Bāpdādā kahtē haĩ jab kōī bhī chhōṭī mōṭī samasyā āyē , samasyā nahī̃ hai lēkin paper hai āgē baṛhānē kē liē .

133BapDada says: When any small or big problem comes, it is not a problem, but a paper to make you progress. 134So, BapDada’s heart throne is your right.

121Tō bāpdādā kā dil-takhta tō āpkā adhikār hai .

135Be seated on the heart throne and the problem will become a toy.

122Diltakhtanaśhīn ban jāō tō samasyā khilaunā ban jāyēgī . 123Samasyā sē ghabrāyēṅgē nahī̃ , khēlē̃gē .

136You will not then be afraid of the problem, but will play with it because it is a toy.

124Khilaunā hai . 125Sab uṛtī kalā vālē hō nā  ?

137All of you are those who have a flying stage, are you not?

126Uṛtī kalā hai  ?

138Do you have the flying stage?

127Yā chalnē vālē hō  ?

139Or, are you those who walk?

128Uṛnē vālē hō yā chalnē vālē haĩ  ?

140Are you those who fly or those who walk?

129Jō uṛnē vālē haĩ vah hāth uṭhāō .

141Those who fly, raise your hands!

130Uṛnē vālē .

142The ones who fly.

131Ādhā-ādhā hāth uṭhā rahē haĩ .

143You are only half raising your hands.

132Uṛnē vālē haĩ  ?

144Are you those who fly?

133Achchhā .

145Achcha.

134Kabhī kabhī uṛnā chhōṛtē haĩ kyā  ?

146Do you sometimes stop flying?

135Chal rahē haĩ nahī̃ , kaī bāpdādā kō kahtē haĩ bābā ham bahut achchhē chal rahē haĩ .

147Let it not be: “I am moving along.” 148Some say to BapDada, “Baba, we are moving along very well.”

136Tō bāpdādā kahtē haĩ chal rahē hō yā uṛ rahē hō  ?

149So, BapDada asks: “Are you walking or flying?

137Abhī chalnē kā samay nahī̃ hai , uṛnē kā samay hai .

150Now is not the time to walk; it is now the time to fly.

138Umaṅg-utsāh K|kē , himmat K|kē paṅkh har ēk kō lagē huē haĩ .

151All of you have wings of zeal and enthusiasm and courage.

139Tō paṅkhō̃ sē uṛnā hōtā hai .

152So you have to fly with your wings.

140Tō rōz check karō , uṛtī kalā mē̃ uṛ rahē haĩ  ?

153So check every day: Am I flying in the flying stage? 154It is good.

141Achchhā hai , result mē̃ bāpdādā nē dēkhā hai ki centres vidēśh mē̃ bhī baṛh rahē haĩ . 142Aur baṛhtē jānē hī haĩ .

155BapDada has seen in the result that the number of centres is increasing abroad, and they have to increase.

143Jaisē double vidēśhī haĩ vaisē double sēvā mansā bhī , vāchā bhī sāth-sāth kartē chalō .

156Just as you are double foreigners, now do double service, with your mind and also with words.

144Mansā śhakti dvārā ātmāō̃ key|kī ātmik vr̥itti banāō .

157Use the power of your mind to create a spiritual attitude for all souls.

145Vāyumaṇḍal banāō .

158Create an atmosphere.

146Abhī duḥkh baṛhtā huā dēkh rahm nahī̃ ātā hai  ?

159Do you not feel mercy seeing the sorrow increasing?

147Āpkē jaṛ chitra kē āgē chillātē rahtē haĩ , mercy dō , mercy dō , ab dayālu kr̥ipālu merciful banō .

160People are crying out in front of your non-living images, “Have mercy on us! 161Have mercy on us!” 162Now become merciful and compassionate.

148Apnē ūpar bhī rahm aur ātmāō̃ kē ūpar bhī rahm .

163Have mercy for yourself and also for souls.

149Achchhā hai - her|har season mē̃ , her|har turn mē̃ ā jātē haĩ .

164It is good that you come every season, in every turn.

150Yah sabhī kō khuśhī hōtī hai .

165Everyone has this happiness.

151Tō uṛtē chalō aur uṛātē chalō .

166So continue to fly and make others fly.

152Achchhā hai , result mē̃ dēkhā hai ki abhī apnē kō parivartan karnē mē̃ bhī fast jā rahē haĩ .

167It is good. 168BapDada has seen in the result that you are now going fast in transforming yourselves.

153Tō sva K|kē parivartan key|kī gati viśhva parivartan key|kī gati baṛhātā hai .

169So, the speed of self-transformation will increase the speed of world transformation.

154Achchhā .

170Achcha.

155Jō pahlī bār āyē haĩ vah uṭhō  : āp sabhī kō brāhmaṇ janm key|kī mubārak hō .

171Those who have come for the first time, stand up! 172Congratulations to all of you for your Brahmin birth.

156Achchhā miṭhāī tō milēgī lēkin bāpdādā dilkhuśh miṭhāī khilā rahē haĩ .

173Achcha. 174You will receive toli anyway, but BapDada is feeding you the dilkhush (happy heart) toli.

157Pahlē bārī madhuban ānē key|kī yah dilkhuśh miṭhāī sadā yād rakhnā .

175Always remember this dilkhush toli for coming to Madhuban the first time.

158Vah miṭhāī tō mukh mē̃ ḍālā aur khatm hō jāyēgī lēkin yah dilkhuśh miṭhāī sadā sāth rahēgī .

176That toli will finish as soon as you put it in your mouth, but this imperishable dilkhush toli will always remain with you.

159Bhalē āyē , bāpdādā aur sārā parivār dēśh vidēśh mē̃ āp apnē bhāī bahanō̃ kō dēkh khuśh hō rahē haĩ .

177Welcome! 178BapDada and the whole family in this land and abroad are happy to see you, our brothers and sisters.

160Sabhī dēkh rahē haĩ , America bhī dēkh rahī hai tō aphrīkā bhī dēkh rahē haĩ , Russia vālē bhī dēkh rahē haĩ , london vālē bhī dēkh rahē haĩ , 5 khaṇḍ hī dēkh rahē haĩ .

179Everyone is watching. 180Those in America are watching. 181Those in Africa, those in Russia and those in London are also watching all of you. 182All five continents are watching you.

161Tō janm din key|kī āp sabkō vahā̃ baiṭhē baiṭhē mubārak dē rahē haĩ .

183So, while sitting there, everyone is congratulating you on your birthday.

162Achchhā .

184Achcha.

163Bāpdādā key|kī rūhānī drill yād hai nā  !

185Do you remember BapDada’s spiritual drill?

164Abhī bāpdādā her|har bachchē sē chāhē nayē haĩ , chāhē purānē haĩ , chāhē chhōṭē haĩ chāhē baṛē haĩ , chhōṭē aur hī samān bāp jaldī ban saktē haĩ . 165Tō abhī second mē̃ jahā̃ man kō lagānē chāhō vahā̃ man ēkāgr hō jāē .

186(BapDada conducted drill.) 187Now, BapDada wants every child, whether old or new, little or senior – in fact, the little ones can quickly become like the Father – so now, your minds have to become stable and concentrated whenever you want in a second.

166Yah ēkāgratā key|kī drill sadā hī kartē chalō .

188Constantly continue to perform this drill of concentration.

167Abhī ēk second mē̃ man K|kē mālik ban maĩ aur mērā bābā saṅsār hai , dūsrā na kōī , is ēkāgr smr̥iti mē̃ sthit hō jāō .

189Now, become a master of your mind in a second and become stable in the awareness of, “I and my Baba are my world, and there is none other.”

168Achchhā .

190Achcha.

169Chārō̃ ōr K|kē sarv tīvr puruṣhārthī bachchō̃ kō sadā umaṅg-utsāh K|kē paṅkhō̃ sē uṛtī kalā K|kē anubhavī mūrt bachchō̃ kō , sadā apnē svamān key|kī seat par set rahnē vālē bachchō̃ kō , sadā merciful ban viśhva key|kī ātmāō̃ kō mansā śhakti dvārā kuchh na kuchh añchalī sukh-śhānti key|kī dēnē vālē dayālu , kr̥ipālu bachchō̃ kō , sadā bāp K|kē snēh mē̃ samāyē huē dil-takhtanaśhīn bachchō̃ kō , bāpdādā kā yādpyār aur namastē .

191To all the intense effort-making children everywhere, to the children who are embodiments of the experience of the flying stage with the wings of zeal and enthusiasm, to the children who remain constantly seated on their seats of self-respect, to the constantly merciful and compassionate children who give souls of the world a drop of happiness and peace with the power of their minds, to the children who are constantly merged in the Father’s love and seated on His heart throne, BapDada’s love, remembrance and namaste.

170Achchhā - sabhī bahut-bahut-bahut khuśh haĩ , khuśh hai  !

192Are all of you very, very, very happy? 193Are you happy?

171Bahut khuśh hai  ?

194Are you very happy?

172Kitnā bahut  ?

195How happy are you?

173Tō sadā aisē rahnā .

196So, constantly remain like that.

174Kuchh bhī hō jāyē hōnē dō , abhī khuśh rahnā hai .

197Whatever happens, let it happen. 198Now, you just have to remain happy.

175Hamē̃ uṛnā hai , kōī nīchē nahī̃ lā|law saktā .

199You have to fly; no one can bring you down.

176Pakkā  !

200Make it firm.

177Pakkā vāydā hai  ?

201Is this a firm promise?

178Kitnā pakkā  ?

202How firm is it?

179Bas , khuśh rahō sabkō khuśhī dō .

203Simply remain happy and give happiness to everyone.

180Kōī bhī bāt achchhī nahī̃ lagē tō bhī khuśhī nahī̃ ganvāō .

204Even if you don’t like something, don’t lose your happiness.

181Bāt kō chalā lō , khuśhī nahī̃ chalī jāyē .

205Just manage the situation as best you can, but do not let your happiness go.

182Bāt tō khatm hō hī jānī hai lēkin khuśhī tō sāth mē̃ chalnī hai nā  !

206The situation will finish anyway, but your happiness has to go with you, does it not?

183Tō jō sāth mē̃ chalnē vālī hai uskō chhōṛ dētē hō aur jō chhūṭnē vālī hai us chhōṛnē vālī kō pās|pass mē̃ rakh dētē hō .

207However, whatever has to go with you, you let go of that, and whatever has to leave you anyway and which you have to leave, you keep that with you!

184Yah nahī̃ karnā .

208Do not do this!

185Amr̥itvēlē rōz pahlē apnē āpkō khuśhī key|kī khurāk khilāō .

209At amrit vela, every day, first of all, feed yourself the nourishment of happiness.

186Achchhā .

210Achcha.

187Vardān  : sweet silence key|kī lavlīn sthiti dvārā naṣhṭōmōhā samarth svarūp bhav

211Blessing: May you become a powerful form of a conqueror of attachment with your sweet silence stage of being merged in love.

188Dēh , dēh K|kē sambandh , dēh K|kē saṅskār , vyakti yā vaibhav , vāyumaṇḍal , vibration sab hōtē huē bhī apnī ōr ākarṣhit na karē̃ .

212You have a body, relations and sanskars of that body, and there are people and possessions, the atmosphere and vibrations, but you must not let any of them attract you.

189Lōg chillātē rahē̃ aur āp achal rahō .

213People may be crying out, but you just have to remain unshakeable.

190Prakr̥iti , māyā sab last dānv lagānē kē liē apnī taraph kitnā bhī khīchē̃ lēkin āp nyārē aur bāp K|kē pyārē bannē key|kī sthiti mē̃ lavlīn rahō - iskō kahā jātā hai dēkhtē huē na dēkhō , suntē huē na sunō .

214No matter how much matter and Maya come to play their final game and pull you to themselves, just remain absorbed in the stage of love, of being detached and loving to the Father. 215This is known as seeing but not seeing, hearing but not hearing.

191Yahī sweet silence svarūp key|kī lavlīn sthiti hai , jab aisī sthiti banē̃gī tab kahē̃gē naṣhṭōmōṣhṭā samarth svarūp key|kī vardānī ātmā .

216This is the sweet silence stage of being merged in love. 217When you create such a stage, you will then be called a soul who is blessed with having a powerful form of a conqueror of attachment.

192Slōgan  : hōlī|holy hans ban avguṇ rūpī kaṅkaṛ kō chhōṛ achchhāī rūpī mōtī chugtē chalō .

218Slogan: Be a holy swan and put aside the pebbles and stones of defects and continue to pick up pearls of goodness.

193

219

194Avyakt iśhārē - ab lagan key|kī agni kō prajvalit kar yōg kō jvālā rūp banāō

220*** Om Shanti *** 221Avyakt Signal: Now ignite the fire of love and make your yoga volcanic.

195Jvālā-rūp bannē kē liē yahī dhun sadā rahē ki ab vāpis ghar jānā hai .

222In order to become the volcanic form, always remember that you now have to return home.

196Jānā hai arthāt uparām .

223To go back means to remain beyond.

197Jab apnē nirākārī ghar jānā hai tō vaisā apnā vēṣh banānā hai .

224Since you have to go back to your incorporeal home, you have to make your costume according to that.

198Tō jānā hai aur sabkō vāpas lē jānā hai - is smr̥iti sē svataḥ hī sarv-sambandha , sarv prakr̥iti K|kē ākarṣhaṇ sē uparām arthāt sākṣhī ban jāyēṅgē .

225So, you have to return and take others back. 226By having this awareness, you will automatically go beyond all relationships and all the attractions of matter, that is, you will become a detached observer.

199Sākṣhī bannē sē sahaj hī bāp K|kē sāthī va bāp-samān ban jāyēṅgē .

227By being a detached observer, you will easily become a companion of the Father and equal to the Father.

200Sūchnā  : āj mās kā tīsrā ravivār hai , sabhī rājyōgī tapasvī bhāī bahinē̃ sāyã 6 . 30 sē 7 . 30 bajē tak , viśhēṣh yōg abhyās K|kē samay apnē ākārī phariśhtē svarūp mē̃ sthit hō , bhaktō̃ key|kī pukār sunē̃ aur upkār karē̃ .

228Notice: Today is the 3rd Sunday World Meditation Hour when all Raja Yogi tapaswi brothers and sisters collectively sit for yoga from 6.30 – 7.30pm. 229At the time of yoga, be stable in your subtle, angelic form, listen to the call of the devotees and uplift them.

201Master dayālu , kr̥ipālu ban sabhī par rahm key|kī dr̥iṣhṭi ḍālē̃ . 202Mukti jīvanmukti kā vardān dē̃ .

230Be “master merciful” and compassionate and cast a vision of mercy on everyone and give them the blessing of liberation and liberation-in-life.
