1Essence: Sweet children, the things that the Father teaches you now are your source of income for 21 births. 2Therefore, study very well and you will be constantly happy.

Question

2prashn:- tum bachchon ke ateendriy sukh ka gaayan kyon hai?

3Question: Why is the supersensuous joy of you children remembered?

Answer

3uttar:- kyonki tum bachche hi is samay baap ko jaante ho, tumne hi baap dvaara srishti ke aadi madhya ant ko jaana hai।

4Answer: Because only you children know the Father at this time. 5Only you come to know the beginning, the middle and the end of the world from the Father.

4tum abhi sangam par behad mein khade ho।

6You are now standing at the confluence, in the unlimited.

5jaante ho abhi ham is khaari chenal se amrit ke meethe chenal mein ja rahe hain।

7You know that you are now going across the salty channel to the sweet channel of nectar.

6humein svayan bhagwan padha rahe hain, aisi khushi braahmanon ko hi rehti hai isliye ateendriy sukh tumhaara hi gaaya hua hai।

8God, Himself, is teaching you. 9Only you Brahmins experience this happiness. 10This is why only your supersensuous joy has been remembered.

Murli

7om shanti।

11Om shanti.

8roohaani behad ka baap roohaani behad ke bachchon prati samjha rahe hain - yaani apni mat de rahe hain।

12The unlimited, spiritual Father speaks to you unlimited, spiritual children, that is, He gives you His directions.

9yeh to zaroor samajhte ho ki ham jeev aatmaayen hain। 10parantu nishchay to apne ko aatma karna hai na।

13You definitely do understand that you are living beings, but you also have to have the faith that you are souls.

11yeh koi ham naya school nahin padhte hain।

14We are not studying in any new school.

12har 5 hajaar varsha ke baad padhte aate hain।

15We come here to study every 5000 years.

13baba poochhte hain na aage kabhi padhne aaye ho? 14to sab kehte hain ham har 5 hajaar varsha baad purushottam sangamayuge baba ke paas aate hain।

16When Baba asks you, “Did you come to study here before?” everyone replies, “We come here every 5000 years to Baba at the most elevated confluence age”.

15yeh to yaad hoga na ki yeh bhi bhool jaate ho?

17You do remember this, do you not? 18Or, have you forgotten this?

16student ko school to zaroor yaad aayega na।

19Students definitely remember their school.

17em object to ek hi hai।

20Your aim and objective is the same.

18jo bhi bachche bante hain phir do din ka bachcha ho ya puraana ho parantu em object ek hai।

21Whoever becomes a child of Baba, whether he is two days old or someone who has been coming for a long time, the aim and objective is the same for everyone.

19koi ko bhi ghaata nahin ho sakta।

22There cannot be a loss for anyone.

20padhaai mein income hai।

23There is an income in studying.

21woh bhi granth baith padhkar sunaate hain to kamaai hoti hai, jhat shareer nirvaah nikal aayega।

24Those people sit and relate the Granth (Sikh scripture) through which they earn an income and they are very quickly able to earn a livelihood for their bodies.

22saadhu bana ek do shaastra baith sunaaya, income ho jaayegi।

25Some become sadhus and sit and relate one or two scriptures and become able to earn an income.

23abhi yeh sab source aaph income hai।

26All of those are sources of income.

24har ek baat mein income chaahiye na।

27There has to be an income for everything.

25paise hain to kahaan bhi ghoom phir aao।

28If you have money, you can go touring anywhere.

26tum bachche jaante ho - baba hamko bahut achhi padhaai padhaate hain jisse 21 janmon ki income milti hai।

29You children know that Baba is giving you a very good education through which you receive an income for 21 births.

27yeh income aisi hai jo ham sada sukhi ban jaayenge।

30This income is such that you become ever happy.

28kabhi beemaar nahi honge, sada amar rahenge।

31You will never fall ill and you will remain immortal.

29yeh nishchay karna hota hai।

32You have to have this faith.

30aise-aise nishchay rakhne se tumko hullaas aayega।

33By having faith in this way, you will also have enthusiasm.

31nahin to koi na koi baat mein ghutka aata rahega।

34Otherwise, you will continue to choke about something or other.

32andar mein simran karna chaahiye - ham behad ke baap se padh rahe hain।

35You should constantly remember internally that you are studying with the unlimited Father.

33bhagvaanuvaach - yeh to geeta hai।

36These are the versions of God. 37This is the Gita.

34geeta ka bhi yug aata hai na।

38There is the age of the Gita.

35sirf bhool gaye hain - yeh hai paanchavaan yug।

39They have simply forgotten that it is the fifth age.

36yeh sangam bahut chhota hai।

40This confluence age is very short.

37vaastav mein chauthaai bhi nahin kahenge।

41In fact, it is not even a quarter of the other ages.

38percentage laga sakte hain।

42You can work out the percentage.

39so bhi aage chal baap batlaate rahenge।

43The Father will continue to explain everything as you make further progress.

40kuchh to baap ke batlaane ki bhi noondh hai na।

44It is all fixed for the Father to explain to you.

41tum sabhi aatmaon mein part ki noondh hai jo repeat ho rahi hai।

45The parts that are fixed for all of you souls are being repeated.

42tum jo seekhte ho woh bhi repetition hai na।

46Whatever you are learning is also a repetition.

43repetition ke raaz ka tum bachchon ko maaloom hua hai।

47You children now understand the significance of this repetition.

44kadam-kadam par part badalta ja raha hai। 45ek second na mile doosre se।

48Your parts change at every step; one second cannot be the same as the next.

46joon misal tik-tik chalti rehti hai। 47tik hui second paas hua।

49Time continues to tick away like a louse - tick, tick - the seconds pass by.

48abhi tum behad mein khade ho।

50You are now standing in the unlimited.

49doosra koi bhi manushya maatra behad mein nahin khada hai।

51No other human being is in the unlimited.

50koi ko bhi behad ki arthaat aadi-madhya-ant ki knowledge nahin hai।

52No one else has the knowledge of the unlimited, that is, the knowledge of the beginning, the middle and the end.

51abhi tumko future ka bhi maaloom hai।

53You now know the future.

52ham nai duniya mein ja rahe hain।

54We are going to the new world.

53yeh hai sangamayug, jisko cross karna hai।

55This is the confluence age which you have to cross.

54khaari chenal hai na।

56There is the salty channel.

55yeh hai meethe-meethe amrit ki chenal।

57This is the channel of sweet nectar.

56woh hai vish ki।

58The other is one of poison.

57abhi tum vish ke saagar se ksheer saagar mein jaate ho।

59You are now leaving the ocean of poison and going to the ocean of milk.

58yeh hai behad ki baat।

60This is an unlimited aspect.

59duniya mein in baaton ka kuchh bhi pata nahin hai।

61No one in the world knows about these things.

60nai baat hai na।

62This is something new.

61yeh bhi tum jaante ho bhagwan kisko kaha jaata hai। 62woh kya part bajaate hain।

63Only you know who is called God and what part He plays.

63topic mein bhi bataate ho, aao to parampita paramatma ki biography tumko samjhaayen।

64One of the topics in your list is: Come, and we will tell you the biography of the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.

64yoon to bachche baap ki biography sunaate hain। 65common hai।

65In fact, it is common for children to relate the biography of their father.

66yeh to phir baapon ka baap hai na। 67tumhaare mein bhi nambarvaar purushaartha anusaar jaante hain।

66That One, however, is the Father of all fathers, but even you too understand this, numberwise, according to your efforts.

68ab tumko yathaartha reeti baap ka parichay dena hai।

67You now have to give the accurate introduction of the Father.

69tumko bhi baap ne diya hai tab to samjhaate ho aur to koi behad ke baap ko jaan na saken।

68The Father has given it to you and this is why you can explain it to others; no one else knows the unlimited Father.

70tum bhi sangam par hi jaante ho।

69It is also only at the confluence age that you know Him.

71manushya maatra devta ho va shoodra ho, punya aatma ho, paap aatma ho, koi bhi nahin jaante sirf tum brahman jo sangamayug par ho, tum hi jaan rahe ho।

70Whether human beings are deities or shudras, whether souls are pure or impure, no one knows Him. 71Only you Brahmins of the confluence age know Him.

72to tum bachchon ko kitni khushi honi chaahiye।

72Therefore, you children should have so much happiness.

73tab to gaayan bhi hai - ateendriy sukh poochhna ho to gop gopiyon se poochho।

73This is why there is the praise: If you want to know about supersensuous joy, ask the gopes and gopis.

74baba baap bhi hai, teacher, satguru bhi hai, supreme akshar to zaroor daalna hai।

74Baba is the Father, the Teacher and also the Satguru. 75Therefore, you must definitely write the word "Supreme".

75kabhi-kabhi bachche bhool jaate hain।

76Sometimes, you children forget this.

76yeh sab baaten bachchon ki buddhi mein rahni chaahiye।

77All of these things should remain in the intellects of you children.

77shivbaaba ki mahima mein yeh akshar zaroor daalne hain।

78You must definitely write this word in the praise of Shiv Baba.

78sivaae tumhaare aur to koi jaante hi nahin।

79No one, apart from you, knows this.

79tum samjha sakte ho to goya tumhaari vijay hui na।

80You can explain this, which means that it is your victory.

80tum jaante ho behad ka baap sarva ka shikshak, sarva ka sadgati daata hai।

81You know that the unlimited Father is the Teacher of all and the Bestower of Salvation for all.

81behad ka sukh, behad ka gyaan dene vaala hai।

82He is the One who gives us unlimited happiness and this unlimited knowledge.

82phir bhi aise baap ko bhool jaate ho।

83Even then, you forget such a Father.

83maaya kitni samartha hai।

84Maya is so powerful.

84eeshvar ko to samartha kehte hain parantu maaya bhi kam nahin hai।

85God is said to be powerful, but Maya is no less.

85tum bachche abhi accurate jaante ho - inka to naam hi rakha hai raavan।

86You children understand the accurate meaning of the word. 87Maya has also been given the name "Ravan".

86raamraajya aur raavanraajya।

88There is the kingdom of Rama and the kingdom of Ravan.

87is par bhi accurate samjhaana chaahiye।

89You have to explain this accurately.

88raam raajya hai to zaroor raavan raajya bhi hai।

90Since there is the kingdom of Rama, there must also be the kingdom of Ravan.

89sadaiv raamraajya to ho na sake।

91It cannot be the kingdom of Rama all the time.

90raam raajya, shreekrishna ka raajya kaun sthaapan karte hain, yeh behad ka baap baith samjhaate hain।

92The unlimited Father sits here and explains who establishes the kingdom of Rama, the kingdom of Shri Krishna.

91tumko bhaarat khanda ki bahut mahima karni chaahiye।

93You have to praise the land of Bharat a great deal.

92bhaarat sachkhanda tha, kitni mahima thi।

94Bharat was the land of truth.

93banaane vaala baap hi hai।

95That land is praised so much!

94tumhaara baap ke saath kitna lav hai।

96The Father made it that. 97You love the Father so much.

95em object buddhi mein hai।

98You have an aim and objective in your intellects.

96yeh bhi jaante ho ham student ko apni padhaai ka nasha hona chaahiye।

99You students also understand that you should have intoxication of your study.

97character ka bhi khyaal hona chaahiye।

100You must also be concerned about your character.

98vivek kehta hai jabki godly padhaai hai to usmein ek din bhi miss nahin karna chaahiye aur teacher ke aane baad let bhi nahin pahunchna chaahiye।

101Your consciences tell you that, since this is God's study, you must not miss it for even a day, nor should you come to class late, after your teacher has arrived.

99teacher ke baad aana yeh bhi ek insult hai।

102It is an insult to arrive in class after your teacher.

100school mein bhi pichhaadi mein aate hain to unko teacher baahar mein khada kar dete hain।

103When students arrive after their teacher at school, they are told to stand outside the classroom.

101baba apne chhotepan ka misaal bhi bataate hain। 102hamaara teacher to bahut sakhta tha। 103andar aane bhi nahin deta tha।

104Baba gives you the example of his childhood: My teacher was very strict; he never even allowed us to enter the classroom.

104yahaan to bahut hain jo deri se aate hain।

105Here, many come late.

105service karne vaala sapoot bachcha zaroor baap ko pyaara lagta hai na।

106The obedient children who do service are definitely loved by the Father.

106abhi tum samajhte ho - aadi sanaatan devi devta dharma to yeh tha na।

107You now understand that this is the original eternal deity religion.

107inka dharma kab sthaapan hua।

108When was this religion established?

108jara bhi kiski buddhi mein nahin hai।

109It doesn't enter the intellect of anyone.

109tumhaari buddhi se bhi ghadi-ghadi khisak jaata hai।

110It also slips away from your intellects again and again.

110tum abhi devi devta banne ke liye purushaartha kar rahe ho।

111You are now making effort to become deities.

111kaun padha rahe hain?

112Who is teaching you?

112khud parampita paramatma।

113The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, Himself.

113tum samajhte ho hamaara yeh brahman kul hai।

114You understand that this is your Brahmin clan.

114dynasty nahin hoti hai।

115There is no dynasty.

115yeh hai sarvottam brahman kul।

116This is the most elevated Brahmin clan.

116baap bhi sarvottam hai na।

117The Father is also the most elevated of all.

117oonch te oonch hai to zaroor unki aamadni bhi oonchi hogi।

118He is the Highest on High. 119Therefore, the income that He gives is also definitely the highest.

118unko hi shri shri kehte hain।

120Only He should be called Shri Shri.

119tumko bhi shreshtha banaate hain।

121He makes you elevated.

120tum bachche hi jaante ho ki hamko shreshtha banaane vaala kaun hai?

122Only you children know who makes you elevated.

121aur kuchh bhi nahin samajhte।

123No one else understands anything.

122tum kahenge - hamaara baap, baap bhi hai, teacher bhi hai, satguru bhi hai, padha rahe hain।

124You say: Our Father is the Father, the Teacher and the Satguru and He is teaching us.

123ham aatmaayen hain।

125We are souls.

124ham aatmaon ko baap ne smriti dilaai hai, tum hamaari santaan ho।

126The Father has reminded us souls: You are My children.

125brotherhood hai na।

127This is a brotherhood.

126baap ko yaad bhi karte hain। 127samajhte hain woh niraakaari baap hai to zaroor aatma ko bhi niraakaar hi kahenge।

128They remember the Father and they understand that the Father is incorporeal, and so souls too would surely be incorporeal.

128aatma hi ek shareer chhod doosra leti hai। 129phir part bajaati hai।

129Each soul sheds his body and takes another and continues to play his part.

130manushya phir aatma ke badle apne ko shareer samajh lete hain। 131main aatma hoon, yeh bhool jaate hain।

130Instead of souls, people consider themselves to be bodies; they have forgotten that they are souls.

132main kabhi bhoolta nahin hoon।

131I never forget this.

133tum aatmaayen sabhi ho saaligraam।

132All of you souls are saligrams.

134main hoon parampita maana param aatma।

133I am the Supreme Father which means the Supreme Soul.

135unke oopar koi doosra naam nahin hai।

134He doesn't have any other name.

136us param aatma ka naam hai shiv।

135The name of the Supreme Soul is Shiva.

137ho tum bhi aise hi aatma parantu tum sab saaligraam ho।

136All of you are also souls, like Him, but you are called saligrams.

138shiv ke mandir mein jaate ho, vahaan bhi saaligraam bahut rakhte hain।

137In the Shiva Temple, they have placed many saligrams.

139shiv ki pooja karte hain to saaligraam ki bhi saath mein karte hain na।

138When they worship Shiva, they also worship the saligrams at the same time.

140tab baba ne samjhaaya tha ki tumhaari aatma aur shareer donon ki pooja hoti hai।

139This is why Baba has explained that you souls and your bodies are both worshipped.

141hamaari to sirf aatma ki hi hoti hai। 142shareer hai nahin।

140Since I don't have a body, it is just Myself, the soul, who is worshipped.

143tum kitna oonch bante ho।

141You become so elevated.

144baba ko to khushi hoti hai na।

142Baba is very pleased.

145baap gareeb hota hai, bachche padhkar kitna chadh jaate hain।

143Sometimes, a father is poor and his child studies and attains a high status.

146kya se kya ban jaate hain।

144They become something from nothing.

147baap bhi jaante hain tum kitne oonch the।

145The Father understands that you too were so elevated.

148ab kitne orphan ban gaye ho, baap ko hi nahin jaante।

146You then became orphans because you didn't know your Father.

149abhi tum baap ke bane ho to saare vishwa ke maalik ban jaate ho।

147You now belong to the Father. 148Therefore, you are becoming the masters of the whole world.

150baap kehte hain - mujhe kehte hi ho - heavenly god father।

149The Father says: You called Me Heavenly God, the Father.

151yeh bhi tum jaante ho abhi svarga ki sthaapna ho rahi hai।

150You know that heaven is now being established.

152vahaan kya-kya hoga - yeh sivaae tumhaare aur koi ki buddhi mein nahin hai।

151No one’s intellect, but yours, is aware of what will exist there.

153tumhaari buddhi mein hai ki ham vishwa ke maalik the, ab ban rahe hain।

152It is only in the intellects of you children that you were the masters of the world and that you are now becoming that again.

154praja bhi aise kahegi na ki ham maalik hain।

153The subjects will also say that they are the masters.

155yeh baaten tum bachchon ki hi buddhi mein hain to khushi rahni chaahiye na!

154These things are only in the intellects of you children. 155Therefore, you should have so much happiness!

156yeh baaten sunkar phir doosron ko bhi sunaani hai, isliye centre va museum kholte rehte hain।

156After hearing these things, you have to relate them to others. 157This is why centres and museums are being opened.

157jo kalpa pahle hua tha vahi hota rahega।

158Whatever happened in the previous cycle that will continue to happen.

158museum centres aadi ke liye tumko bahut offer karenge, phir bahut nikal padenge।

159Many people will offer to open a museum or a centre for you; many will emerge.

159sabki haddiyaan narma hoti jaati hain।

160The bones of everyone are continuing to be softened.

160saari duniya ki ab tum haddiyaan narma karte jaate ho।

161You are continuing to soften the bones of the whole world.

161tumhaare yog mein taakat kitni jabardasta hai।

162There is so much power in your yoga.

162baap kehte hain tumhaare mein taakat bahut hai।

163The Father says: You have a lot of power.

163bhojan tum yog mein rahkar banaao, khilaao to buddhi is taraph kheechengi।

164Prepare food in yoga and serve it to others in that stage and their intellects will be pulled in this direction.

164bhakti maarga mein to gurooon ka jootha bhi khaate hain।

165People on the path of devotion even eat from the plate of their guru.

165tum bachche samajhte ho bhakti maarga ka vistaar to bahut hai, unka varnan nahin kar sakte।

166You children understand that there is so much expansion of the path of devotion that you can't even describe it.

166yeh beej woh jhaad hai।

167This is the Seed and that is the tree.

167beej ka varnan kar sakte hain। 168baaki koi ko bolo ped ke patte ginti karo to kar nahin sakenge।

168You can speak of the Seed, but if you were to ask someone to count the leaves, no one could do that.

169athaah patte hote hain।

169There are countless leaves.

170beej mein to patte ki nishaani dikhaai nahin padti hai।

170There is no sign of leaves in a seed.

171wonder hai na।

171It is a wonder!

172inko bhi kudrat kahenge।

172This too is called nature.

173jeev jantu kitne wonderful hain।

173All insect life is so wonderful!

174anek prakaar ke keede hain, kaise paida hote hain, bahut wonderful drama hai, isko kaha hi jaata hai nature।

174There are so many different types of insect and just see how they are created. 175It is a wonderful drama. 176It is this that is said to be nature.

175yeh bhi bana banaaya khel hai।

177This play is predestined.

176satayug mein kya-kya dekhenge।

178What will you see in the golden age?

177woh bhi nai cheejen hi hongi, everything new hota hai।

179Everything there will be new. 180Everything new is there.

178mor ke liye to baba ne samjhaaya hai unko bhaarat ka national bird kehte hain kyonki shreekrishna ke mukut mein mor ka pankh dikhaate hain।

181Baba has explained that the peacock is called the national bird of Bharat because a peacock feather has been portrayed in the crown of Shri Krishna.

179mor aur del khoobsoorat bhi hote hain।

182The male and female peacocks are very beautiful.

180garbha bhi aansu se hota hai, isliye national bird kehte hain।

183Their creation takes place through tears and this is why it is called the national bird.

181aise khoobsoorat pakshi vilaayat ke taraph bhi hote hain।

184There are beautiful birds abroad as well.

182ab tum bachchon ko saare srishti ke aadi madhya ant ka raaz samjhaaya hai jo aur koi nahin jaante।

185The secrets of the beginning, the middle and the end of the whole world have now been explained to you children. 186No one else knows this.

183bolo, ham aapko parampita paramatma ki biography bataate hain।

187Tell them: We will tell you the biography of the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.

184rachta hai to zaroor unki rachna bhi hogi।

188Since there is the Creator, there must also be His creation.

185unki history-geography ham jaante hain।

189We know the history and geography of that.

186oonch te oonch behad ke baap ka kya part hai yeh ham jaante hain, duniya to kuchh bhi nahin jaanti।

190We know the part that the Highest on High, the unlimited Father, plays. 191The world knows nothing of that at all.

187yeh bahut chhi-chhi duniya hai।

192This world is very dirty.

188is samay khoobsoorti mein bhi museebat hai। 189bachchiyon ko dekho kaise-kaise bhagaate rehte hain।

193Nowadays, being beautiful is also a problem: just look how they abduct children.

190tum bachchon ko is vikaari duniya se to naphrat honi chaahiye।

194You children should have distaste for this vicious world.

191yeh chhi-chhi duniya, chhi-chhi shareer hain।

195This is a dirty world and these are dirty bodies.

192hamko to ab baap ko yaad kar apni aatma ko pavitra banaana hai।

196We have to remember the Father and make ourselves, souls, pure.

193ham satopradhaan the, sukhi the।

197We were satopradhan and happy.

194abhi tamopradhaan bane hain to duhkhi hain phir satopradhaan banna hai।

198Now that we are tamopradhan, we are unhappy; we have to become satopradhan once again.

195tum chaahte ho ham patit se paavan banen।

199You want to become pure from impure.

196bhal gaate bhi hain patit-paavan parantu naphrat kuchh bhi nahin aati।

200Although they sing: You are the Purifier of the impure, they don't have distaste (for impurity).

197tum bachche samajhte ho - yeh chhi-chhi duniya hai।

201You children understand that this world is dirty.

198nai duniya mein hamko shareer bhi gul-gul milega।

202We will receive beautiful bodies in the new world.

199abhi ham amarpuri ke maalik ban rahe hain।

203We are now becoming the masters of the land of immortality.

200tum bachchon ko sadaiv khush, harshitmukh rehna chaahiye।

204You children should remain constantly happy and cheerful.

201tum bahut sweet children ho।

205You children are very sweet.

202baap 5 hajaar varsha baad unheen bachchon se aakar milte hain। 203to zaroor khushi hogi na।

206The Father comes and meets the same children every 5000 years, so there should definitely be that happiness.

206roohaani baap ki roohaani bachchon ko namaste।

210The spiritual Father says namaste to you spiritual children.

209ek din bhi padhaai miss nahin karni hai।

214Do not miss this study for even a day.

210der se class mein aakar teacher ki insult nahin karna hai।

215Do not insult the Teacher by arriving late for class.

2112) is vikaari chhi-chhi duniya se naphrat rakhni hai, baap ki yaad se apni aatma ko pavitra satopradhaan banaane ka purushaartha karna hai।

Blessing

213vardaan:- hopeless mein bhi hope paida karne vaale sachche paropkaari, santushtamni bhav

219Blessing: May you be a true jewel of contentment who uplifts others and creates hope in those who are hopeless.

214trikaaldarshi ban har aatma ki kamjori ko parakhte hue, unki kamjori ko svayan mein dhaaran karne ya varnan karne ke bajaae kamjori roopi kaante ko kalyaankaari swaroop se samaapta kar dena, kaante ko phool bana dena, svayan bhi santushtamni ke samaan santushta rehna aur sarva ko santushta karna, jiske prati sab niraasha dikhaayen, aise vyakti va aisi sthiti mein sada ke liye aasha ke deepak jagaana arthaat dilshikasta ko shaktivaan bana dena - aisa shreshtha kartavya chalta rahe to paropkaari, santushtamni ka vardaan praapta ho jaayega।

220Become trikaldarshi and discern any weakness in souls. 221Instead of imbibing that weakness yourself or speaking about it, finish the thorn of that weakness with your benevolent form; transform the thorn into a flower. 222You yourself have to remain content as a jewel of contentment and make others content; you should always light a lamp of hope in someone or some situation, which everyone feels is hopeless, that is, you must make disheartened souls powerful. 223When you continue to carry out such an elevated task, you will receive the blessing of being one who uplifts others and of being a jewel of contentment.

Slogan

215slogan:- pareeksha ke samay pratigya yaad aaye tab pratyakshata hogi।

224Slogan: When you remember your promise at the time of your examination, revelation will take place.

225*** Om Shanti ***

216avyakt ishaare - ashareeri va videhi sthiti ka abhyaas badhaao

226Avyakt Signal: Increase the practice of the bodiless stage (ashariri and videhi).

217saare din mein beech-beech mein ek second bhi mile, to baar-baar yeh videhi banne ka abhyaas karte raho।

227Throughout the day, even when you have a second, practise becoming bodiless again and again.

218do chaar second bhi nikaalo isse bahut madad milegi।

228Use even two to four seconds and you will receive a lot of help by doing this.

219nahin to saara din buddhi chalti rehti hai, to videhi banne mein time lag jaata hai aur abhyaas hoga to jab chaahe usi samay videhi ho jaayenge kyonki ant mein sab achaanak hona hai। 220to achaanak ke paper mein yeh videheepan ka abhyaas bahut aavashyak hai।

229Otherwise, your intellect will continue to work throughout the day and it will then take time to become bodiless. 230If you practise this, you will become bodiless whenever you want. 231At the end, everything will come suddenly, so, the practice of being bodiless will be most essential for the paper of “suddenly”.
