⁸Our food and drink should neither be too rich nor too simple.

⁸meethe-meethe sikeeldhe bachchon ko baap roz-roz pahle samjhaate hain ki apne ko aatma samajh baitho aur baap ko yaad karo।

²³It shouldn’t even enter your thoughts.

²⁰parantu yeh avastha pichhaadi mein hogi।

²⁴However, that will be your stage at the end.

²¹kuchh na kuchh karmendriyon se bhool hoti hai।

²⁵Your physical senses make you make one mistake or another.

²²apne ko aatma samjhenge, doosre ko bhi aatma bhaai dekhenge to phir kisko duhkh nahin denge।

²⁷tum jab paarasbuddhi the to tumne bahut sukh dekhe। ²⁸tum hi sukhdhaam ke maalik the na।

³¹When you had divine intellects, you experienced a lot of happiness; you were the masters of the land of happiness.

²⁹yeh hai duhkhadhaam।

³²This is the world of sorrow.

³⁰yeh to bahut simple hai।

³¹woh shantidham hai hamaara sweet hom।

³⁴That land of silence is our sweet home.

³²phir vahaan se part bajaane aaye hain, duhkh ka part bahut samay bajaaya hai, ab sukhdhaam mein chalna hai isliye ek do ko bhaai-bhaai samajhna hai।

⁵¹rishiyon-muniyon aadi se poochhte the - aap rachayita aur rachna ko jaante ho to neti-neti kah dete the, jabki unke paas hi gyaan nahin tha to phir parampara kaise chal sakta।

⁵⁷When the rishis and munis were asked if they knew the Creator and the beginning, the middle and the end of creation, they said, “neti, neti” (neither this nor that.). ⁵⁸Since they didn’t have this knowledge, how could it have continued from time immemorial?

⁵²baap kehte hain yeh gyaan main abhi hi deta hoon।

⁵³tumhaari sadgati ho gai phir gyaan ki darkaar nahin।

⁶⁰Once you are in salvation, there is no need for this knowledge.

⁵⁴durgati hoti hi nahin।

⁵⁵satayug ko kaha jaata hai sadgati।

⁶²The golden age is called salvation.

⁵⁶yahaan hai durgati।

⁶³Here, there is degradation.

⁵⁷parantu yeh bhi kisko pata nahin hai ki ham durgati mein hain।

⁶⁴However, no one knows that they are in a state of degradation.

⁵⁸baap ke liye gaaya jaata hai liberator, guide, khivaiya।

⁶⁵The Father is remembered as the Liberator, the Guide and the Boatman.

⁵⁹vishay saagar se sabki naiya paar karte hain, usko kehte hain ksheersaagar।

⁶⁶He takes everyone’s boat across from the ocean of poison; that is called the ocean of milk.

⁶⁰vishnu ko ksheer saagar mein dikhaate hain।

⁶⁷They have portrayed Vishnu in a lake of milk.

⁶¹yeh sab hai bhakti maarga ka gaayan।

⁶⁸All of that is praise from the path of devotion.

⁶²bada-bada talaav hai, jismen vishnu ka bada chitra dikhaate hain।

⁶⁹They have a big lake in which they place a very big image of Vishnu.

⁶³baap samjhaate hain, tumne hi saare vishwa par raajya kiya hai।

⁷⁰The Father explains: You used to rule the whole world.

⁶⁴anek baar haar khaai aur jeet paai hai।

⁷¹You have experienced defeat and victory many times.

⁶⁵baap kehte hain kaam mahaashatru hai, un par jeet paane se tum jagatjeet banenge, to khushi se banna chaahiye na।

⁷²The Father says: Lust is the greatest enemy. ⁷³By conquering it, you become the conquerors of the world. ⁷⁴So, you should do that in great happiness.

⁶⁶bhal grihastha vyavhaar mein, pravritti maarga mein raho parantu kamal phool samaan pavitra raho।

⁷⁵You may live at home with your families on the household path, but live as purely as a lotus.

⁶⁷abhi tum kaanton se phool ban rahe ho।

⁷⁶You are now changing from thorns into flowers.

⁶⁸samajh mein aata hai yeh hai forest oph thorns (kaanton ka jangal) ek do ko kitna tang karte hain, maar dete hain।

⁷⁷You now understand that this is a forest of thorns. ⁷⁸They harass one another so much; they even beat one another.

⁶⁹baap meethe-meethe bachchon ko kehte hain tum sabki ab vaanaprastha avastha hai।

⁷⁹The Father tells you sweetest children: It is now the stage of retirement for all of you.

⁷⁰chhote-bade sabki vaanaprastha avastha hai।

⁸⁰It is the stage of retirement for all: young and old.

⁷¹tum vaani se pare jaane ke liye padhte ho na।

⁸¹You are now studying to go beyond sound.

⁷²tumko abhi sadguru mila hai।

⁸²You have now found the Satguru.

⁷³woh to vaanaprastha mein tumko le hi jaayenge।

⁸³He will definitely take you beyond sound.

⁷⁴yeh hai university।

⁸⁴This is a university.

⁷⁵bhagvaanu-vaach hai na - main tumko raajayog sikhlaakar raajaaon ka raaja banaata hoon।

⁸⁵God speaks: I teach you Raja Yoga and make you into the kings of kings.

⁸³shreenaath aur jagannaath donon ko kaala banaaya hai।

⁹⁴They have made images of Shrinath and Jagadnath in black stone.

⁸⁴jagannaath ke mandir mein devtaaon ke gande chitra hain, vahaan chaaval ka haanda banaate hain।

⁹⁵They have dirty images of the deities in the Jagadnath Temple. ⁹⁶They cook a big pot of rice there.

⁸⁵woh pak jaane se 4 bhaag ho jaate hain।

⁹⁷When the rice is cooked, it automatically splits into four equal parts.

⁸⁶sirf chaaval ka hi bhog lagta hai kyonki abhi saadhaaran hai na।

⁹⁸They offer bhog of just rice because everything is now ordinary.

⁸⁷is taraph gareeb aur us taraph saahookaar।

⁹⁹On this side, all are poor and on the other side, all are wealthy.

⁸⁸abhi to dekho kitne gareeb hain।

¹⁰⁰Just look how poor everyone is now.

⁸⁹khaane-peene ko kuchh nahin milta hai।

¹⁰¹They don’t even have enough to eat or drink.

⁹⁰satayug mein to sab kuchh hai।

¹⁰²In the golden age, you have everything.

⁹¹to baap aatmaon ko baith samjhaate hain।

¹⁰³The Father sits here and explains to souls.

⁹²shivbaaba bahut meetha hai।

¹⁰⁴Shiv Baba is very sweet.

⁹³woh to hai niraakaar, pyaar aatma ko kiya jaata hai na।

¹⁰⁵He is the Incorporeal. ¹⁰⁶It is the soul who is loved.

⁹⁴aatma ko hi bulaaya jaata hai।

¹⁰⁷It is the soul who is invoked.

⁹⁵shareer to jal gaya। ⁹⁶unki aatma ko bulaate hain, jyoti jagaate hain, isse siddha hai aatma ko andhiyaara hota hai।

¹⁰⁸When someone dies, the body is burnt and the soul is invoked and a lamp ignited in his memory. ¹⁰⁹They do that because they think that the soul is in darkness.

⁹⁷aatma hai hi shareer rahit to phir andhiyaare aadi ki baat kaise ho sakti hai।

¹¹⁰The soul is without a body and so how can there be any question of darkness?

⁹⁸vahaan yeh baaten hoti nahin।

¹¹¹These things do not exist there.

⁹⁹yeh sab hai bhakti maarga।

¹¹²All of that is the path of devotion.

¹⁰⁰baap kitna achhi reeti samjhaate hain।

¹¹³The Father explains so well.

¹⁰¹gyaan bahut meetha hai।

¹¹⁴This knowledge is very sweet.

¹⁰²ismen aankhe kholkar sunna hota hai।

¹¹⁵You have to listen with your eyes open.

¹⁰³baap ko to dekhenge na।

¹¹⁶You will at least then look at the Father.

¹⁰⁴tum jaante ho shivbaaba yahaan viraajmaan hai to aankhe kholkar baithna chaahiye na।

¹²⁴If you become pure in this last birth, you will become the masters of the pure world.

¹¹²baba bahuton ko samjhaate hain।

¹²⁵Baba explains to many.

¹¹³koi to phat se kah dete hain baba ham zaroor pavitra banenge।

¹²⁶Some instantly say: Baba, I will definitely become pure.

¹¹⁴pavitra rehna to achha hai।

¹²⁷It is good to remain pure.

¹¹⁵kumaari pavitra hai to sab unko maatha tekte hain।

¹²⁸When a kumari is pure, everyone bows down to her.

¹¹⁶shaadi karti hai to pujaari ban padti hai।

¹²⁹When she gets married she becomes a worshipper.

¹¹⁷sabko maatha tekna padta hai।

¹³⁰She then has to bow down to everyone.

¹¹⁸to purity achhi hai na।

¹³¹So, purity is good, is it not?

¹¹⁹purity hai to pees prosperity hai।

¹³²When there is purity, there is also peace and prosperity.

¹²⁰saara madaar pavitrata par hai।

¹³³Everything depends on purity.

¹²¹bulaate bhi hain he patit-paavan aao।

¹³⁴You call out: O Purifier, come!

¹²²paavan duniya mein raavan hota hi nahin।

¹³⁵Ravan doesn’t exist in the pure world.

¹²³woh hai hi raamraajya, sab ksheerkhanda rehte hain।

¹³⁶That is the kingdom of Rama where everyone lives like milk and sugar.

¹²⁴dharma ka raajya hai phir raavan kahaan se aaya।

¹³⁷That is the kingdom of righteousness and so how could Ravan exist there?

¹²⁵raamaayan aadi kitna prem se baith sunaate hain।

¹³⁸They sit and relate the Ramayana etc. with so much love.

¹²⁶yeh sab hai bhakti।

¹³⁹All of that is devotion.

¹²⁷to bachchiyaan saakshaatkaar mein dance karne lag padti hain।

¹⁴⁰Daughters used to dance while having visions.

¹²⁸sach ki bedi ka to gaayan hai - hilegi lekin doobegi nahin।

¹⁴¹There is the praise of the boat of truth: it will rock but never sink.

¹²⁹aur koi satsang mein jaane ki mana nahin karte। ¹³⁰yahaan kitna rokte hain।

¹⁴²People are not forbidden to go to any other gatherings, but they are told not to come here.

¹³¹baap tumko gyaan dete hain।

¹⁴³The Father is giving you this knowledge.

¹³²tum bante ho bi.ke.।

¹⁴⁴You become BKs.

¹³³brahman to zaroor banna hai।

¹⁴⁵You definitely have to become Brahmins.

¹³⁴baap hai hi svarga ki sthaapna karne vaala to zaroor ham bhi svarga ke maalik hone chaahiye।

¹⁴⁶The Father is the One who establishes heaven and so we surely have to become the masters of heaven.

¹³⁵ham yahaan narka mein kyon pade hain।

¹⁴⁷Why are we still here in hell?

¹³⁶abhi samajh mein aata hai ki aage ham bhi pujaari the, abhi phir poojya bante hain 21 janmon ke liye।

¹⁴⁸We now understand that we were previously worshippers. ¹⁴⁹We are now becoming worthy of worship for 21 births.

¹³⁷63 janma pujaari bane, abhi phir ham poojya svarga ke maalik banenge।

¹⁵⁰We have been worshippers for 63 births and we will now become the worthy-of-worship masters of heaven.

¹³⁸yeh hai nar se naaraayan banne ki knowledge।

¹⁵¹This knowledge is for changing from an ordinary human into Narayan.

¹³⁹bhagvaanuvaach main tumko raajaaon ka raaja banaata hoon।

¹⁵²God speaks: I make you into kings of kings.

¹⁴⁰patit raajaayen paavan raajaaon ko naman vandan karte hain।

¹⁵³Impure kings bow down to pure kings.

¹⁴¹har ek mahaaraaja ke mahlon mein mandir zaroor hoga।

¹⁵⁴There is definitely a temple in the palace of every emperor.

¹⁴²woh bhi raadhe-krishna ka ya lakshmi-naaraayan ka ya raam-seeta ka।

¹⁵⁵It would generally be a temple to Radhe and Krishna, Lakshmi and Narayan or Rama and Sita.

¹⁴³aajkal to ganesh, hanoomaan aadi ke bhi mandir banaate rehte hain।

¹⁵⁶Nowadays, they even build temples to Ganesh or Hanuman etc.

¹⁴⁴bhakti maarga mein kitni andhashraddha hai।

¹⁵⁷There is so much blind faith on the path of devotion.

¹⁴⁵abhi tum samajhte ho barobar hamne raajaai ki phir vaam maarga mein girte hain, ab baap samjhaate hain tumhaara yeh antim janma hai।

¹⁵⁸You now understand that you truly did rule a kingdom and that you then fell onto the path of sin. ¹⁵⁹The Father now explains to you that this is your last birth.

¹⁴⁶meethe-meethe bachche pahle tum svarga mein the।

¹⁶⁰Sweetest children, you were in heaven at first.

¹⁴⁷phir utarte-utarte pat aakar pade ho।

¹⁶¹You then gradually came down and have now fallen to the floor.

¹⁴⁸tum kahenge ham bahut oonch the phir baap hamko oonch chadhaate hain।

¹⁷²Those people think that the youth are strong and will therefore protect Bharat.

¹⁵⁹so pahalvaani abhi dikhlaate rehte hain।

¹⁷³So, they are now showing their strength.

¹⁶⁰duniya ki haalat dekho kaisi hai।

¹⁷⁴Look at the condition of the world!

¹⁶¹raavan raajya hai na।

¹⁷⁵It is the kingdom of Ravan.

¹⁶²baap kehte hain yeh hai hi aasuri sampradaay।

¹⁷⁶The Father says: This is the devilish community.

¹⁶³tum abhi daivi sampradaay ban rahe ho।

¹⁷⁷You are now becoming those of the deity community.

¹⁶⁴devtaaon aur asuron ki phir ladaai kaise hogi।

¹⁷⁸How could there be a war between devils and deities?

¹⁶⁵tum to double ahinsak bante ho।

¹⁷⁹You are becoming doubly non-violent.

¹⁶⁶woh hain double ahinsak।

¹⁶⁷devi-devtaaon ko double ahinsak kaha jaata hai।

¹⁸⁰Deities are called doubly non-violent.

¹⁶⁸ahinsa parmo devi-devta dharma kaha jaata hai।

¹⁸¹It is said: Non-violence is the supreme religion of the deities.

¹⁶⁹baba ne samjhaaya - kisko vaacha se duhkh dena bhi hinsa hai।

¹⁸²Baba has explained that to cause anyone sorrow with words is also violence.

¹⁷⁰tum devta bante ho to har baat mein royalty honi chaahiye।

¹⁸³You are becoming deities and so there has to be royalty in every respect.

¹⁸⁴Your food and drink should neither be too rich nor too simple; it should be just right.

¹⁷³raajaaon aadi ka bolna bahut kam hota hai।

¹⁸⁵Kings etc. speak very little.

¹⁷⁴praja ka bhi raaja mein bahut pyaar rehta hai।
