Question
2Praśhna : samajhdār bachchō̃ key|kī mukhya niśhānī kyā hōgī ?
3Question: What are the main signs of sensible children?
Answer
3Uttar : jō samajhdār haĩ unhē̃ apār khuśhī hōgī .
4Answer: Those who are sensible have infinite happiness.
4Agar khuśhī nahī̃ tō buddhū haĩ .
5If they don’t have happiness, they are fools.
5Samajhdār arthāt pārasbuddhi bannē vālē .
6Sensible ones means those who make their intellects divine.
6Vah dūsrō̃ kō bhī pārasbuddhi banāyēṅgē .
7They also make the intellects of others divine.
7Rūhānī service mē̃ busy rahē̃gē . 8Bāp kā parichay dēnē bigar rah nahī̃ sakē̃gē .
8They remain busy doing spiritual service and aren’t able to remain without giving the Father's introduction.
Murli
9Ōm śhānti .
9Om shanti.
10Bāp baiṭh samjhātē haĩ , yah dādā bhī samajhtē haĩ kyōṅki bāp baiṭh dādā dvārā samjhātē haĩ .
10The Father sits here and explains. 11This Dada too understands, because the Father sits here and explains through Dada.
11Tum jaisē samajhtē hō vaisē dādā bhī samajhtē haĩ .
12Just as you understand, so this Dada also understands in the same way.
12Dādā kō bhagvān nahī̃ kahā jātā .
13Dada is not called God.
13Yah hai bhagvānuvāch .
14These are the versions of God.
14Bāp mukhya kyā samjhātē haĩ ki dēhī-abhimānī banō .
15What is the main thing that the Father explains? 16Become soul conscious!
15Yah kyō̃ kahtē haĩ ?
17Why does He say this?
16Kyōṅki apnē kō ātmā samajhnē sē ham patit-pāvan parampitā paramātmā sē pāvan bannē vālē haĩ .
18Because we are going to be made pure by the Purifier, the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, by considering ourselves to be souls.
17Yah buddhi mē̃ gyān hai .
19This knowledge is in your intellects.
18Sabkō samjhānā hai , pukārtē bhī haĩ ki ham patit haĩ .
20Explain this to everyone. 21People call out: We are impure.
19Naī duniyā pāvan jarūr hī hōgī .
22The new world will definitely be pure.
20Naī duniyā banānē vālā , sthāpan karnē vālā bāp hai .
23It is the Father who makes the world new; He is the One who establishes it.
21Unkō hī patit-pāvan bābā kah bulātē haĩ .
24He is the One they call out to. 25He is called the Purifier Baba.
22Patit-pāvan , sāth mē̃ unkō bāp kahtē haĩ .
26He is called the Purifier and also the Father.
23Bāp kō ātmāyē̃ bulātī haĩ . 24Śharīr nahī̃ bulāyēgā .
27It is souls who call out to the Father; bodies don't call out.
25Hamārī ātmā kā bāp pārlaukik hai , vahī patit-pāvan hai .
28The Father of us souls is the parlokik Father. 29He is the Purifier.
26Yah tō achchhī rīti yād rahnā chāhiē . 27Yah naī duniyā hai yā purānī duniyā hai , yah samajh tō saktē haĩ nā .
30You should remember very well that that is a new world and that this is an old world. 31You do understand this, do you not?
28Aisē bhī buddhū haĩ , jō samajhtē haĩ hamkō sukh apār haĩ . 29Ham tō jaisē svarg mē̃ baiṭhē haĩ .
32There are some simpletons (buddhus) who feel that they have infinite happiness; they feel that they are sitting in heaven.
30Parantu yah bhī samajhnā chāhiē ki kaliyug kō kabhī svarg kah nahī̃ saktē .
33However, you also have to understand that the iron age can never be called heaven.
31Nām hī hai kaliyug , purānī patit duniyā .
34The very name is the iron age, the old, impure world.
32Antar hai nā .
35There is a difference, is there not?
33Manuṣhyō̃ key|kī buddhi mē̃ yah bhī nahī̃ baiṭhtā hai .
36Even this doesn't sit in the intellects of human beings.
34Bilkul hī jaṛjaṛībhūt avasthā hai .
37They have reached the state of total decay.
35Bachchē nahī̃ paṛhtē haĩ tō kahtē haĩ nā ki tum tō pattharbuddhi hō .
38When children don't study, they are told: You have stone intellects.
36Bābā bhī likhtē haĩ tumhārē gānv nivāsī tō bilkul pattharbuddhi haĩ .
39Baba also writes: The people of your village have completely stone intellects.
37Samajhtē nahī̃ haĩ kyōṅki dūsrō̃ kō samjhātē nahī̃ haĩ .
40They don't understand anything because they don't explain to others.
38Khud pārasbuddhi bantē haĩ tō dūsrē kō bhī banānā chāhiē .
41If you yourself have become someone with a divine intellect, you should also make others the same.
39Puruṣhārth karnā chāhiē .
42You should make effort.
40Ismē̃ lajjā ādi key|kī tō bāt hī nahī̃ .
43There is no question of being shy about this.
41Parantu manuṣhyō̃ key|kī buddhi mē̃ ādhākalp ulṭē akṣhar paṛē haĩ tō vah bhūltē nahī̃ haĩ .
44However, because human beings have had wrong expressions in their intellects for half a cycle, they don't forget them.
42Kaisē bhulāyē̃ ?
45How can they forget?
43Bhulavānē key|kī tākat bhī tō ēk bāp kē pās hī hai .
46Only the one Father has the power to make them forget all of that.
44Bāp bigar yah gyān tō kōī dē nahī̃ saktē .
47No one but the Father can give you this knowledge.
45Gōyā sab agyānī ṭhaharē .
48It means that everyone is without this knowledge.
46Unkā gyān phir kahā̃ sē āyē ! 47Jab tak gyān sāgar bāp ākar na sunāyē .
49Until the Father, the Ocean of Knowledge, comes and speaks knowledge, how could they receive it?
48Tamōpradhān mānā hī agyānī duniyā .
50“Tamopradhan” means the world of those who are without knowledge.
49Satōpradhān mānā daivī duniyā .
51“Satopradhan” means the divine world.
50Fark tō hai nā .
52There is a difference.
51Dēvī-dēvtāyē̃ hī punarjanma lētē haĩ .
53Deities take rebirth.
52Samay bhī phirtā rahtā hai . 53Buddhi bhī kamjōr hōtī jātī hai .
54Time continues to pass and intellects continue to become weaker.
54Buddhi kā yōg lagānē sē jō tākat milē vah phir khalās hō jātī hai .
55Whatever power you had received by connecting your intellects in yoga, then finishes.
55Abhī tumkō bāp samjhātē haĩ tō tum kitnē refresh hōtē hō .
56The Father is now explaining to you, and so you become very refreshed.
56Tum refresh thē aur viśhrām mē̃ thē .
57You were refreshed and in a state of rest.
57Bāp bhī likhtē haĩ nā - bachchō̃ ākar refresh bhī hō jāō aur viśhrām bhī pāō .
58The Father also writes: Children, come here and become refreshed and also have a rest.
58Refresh hōnē bād tum satyug mē̃ viśhrāmpurī mē̃ jātē hō .
59After becoming refreshed, you go to the land of rest in the golden age.
59Vahā̃ tumkō bahut viśhrām miltā hai .
60There, you receive plenty of rest.
60Vahā̃ sukh-śhānti-sampatti ādi sab kuchh tumkō miltā hai .
61You receive peace, happiness, prosperity, etc. there; you receive everything there.
61Tō bābā kē pās ātē haĩ refresh hōnē , viśhrām pānē .
62So, you come here to Baba to become refreshed and to have a rest.
62Refresh bhī śhivbābā kartē haĩ .
63Shiv Baba refreshes you.
63Viśhrām bhī bābā kē pās lētē hō .
64You also take a rest when you are with Baba.
64Viśhrām mānā śhānt .
65Rest means peace.
65Thak kar viśhrāmī hōtē haĩ nā !
66When you become tired, you take a rest.
66Kōī kahā̃ , kōī kahā̃ jātē haĩ viśhrām pānē .
67Some go to one place and others go to another place to take a rest.
67Usmē̃ tō riphrēśamēnṭa key|kī bāt hī nahī̃ .
68There is no question of refreshment in that.
68Yahā̃ tumkō bāp rōz samjhātē haĩ tō tum yahā̃ ākar refresh hōtē hō .
69When you come here, the Father explains to you every day and you become refreshed.
69Yād karnē sē tum tamōpradhān sē satōpradhān bantē hō .
70By remembering Him, you become satopradhan from tamopradhan.
70Satōpradhān bannē kē liē hī tum yahā̃ ātē hō .
71You come here in order to become satopradhan.
71Uskē liē kyā puruṣhārth hai ?
72What effort do you have to make for this?
72Mīṭhē-mīṭhē bachchē bāp kō yād karō .
73Sweetest children, remember the Father!
73Bāp nē sārī śhikṣhā tō dī hai . 74Yah sr̥iṣhṭi chakra kaisē phirtā hai , tumkō viśhrām kaisē miltā hai .
74The Father has given you all the teachings about how this world cycle turns and how you receive rest.
75Aur kōī bhī yah bātē̃ nahī̃ jāntē tō unhō̃ kō bhī samjhānā chāhiē , tāki vah bhī tum jaisā refresh hō jāē .
75No one else knows these things. 76Therefore, you also have to explain to others so that they too can become as refreshed as you.
76Apnā farj hī yah hai , sabkō paigām dēnā .
77Your duty is to give everyone the message.
77Avināśhī refresh hōnā hai . 78Avināśhī viśhrām pānā hai .
78You have to become refreshed for all time and also be rested for all time.
79Sabkō yah paigām dō .
79Give everyone this message.
80Yahī yād dilānā hai ki bāp kō aur varsē kō yād karō .
80Simply remind them to remember the Father and their inheritance.
81Hai tō bahut sahaj bāt .
81This is a very simple matter.
82Bēhad kā bāp svarg rachtē haĩ .
82The unlimited Father creates heaven.
83Svarg kā hī varsā dētē haĩ .
83He gives you the inheritance of heaven.
84Abhī tum hō saṅgamyug par .
84You are now at the confluence age.
85Māyā K|kē śhrāp aur bāp K|kē varsē kō tum jāntē hō .
85You know about the curse of Maya and the inheritance of the Father.
86Jab māyā rāvaṇ kā śhrāp miltā hai tō pavitratā bhī khatm , sukh-śhānti bhī khatm , tō dhan bhī khatm hō jātā hai .
86When you are cursed by Maya, Ravan, your purity, peace and happiness all finish. 87Therefore, even your wealth then finishes.
87Kaisē dhīrē-dhīrē khatm hōtā hai - vah bhī bāp nē samjhāyā hai .
88The Father has also told you how it all gradually finishes.
88Kitnē janm lagtē haĩ , duḥkhdhām mē̃ kōī viśhrām thōṛēhī hōtā hai .
89How many births does that take? 90There can’t be any rest in this land of sorrow.
89Sukhdhām mē̃ viśhrām hī viśhrām hai .
91In the land of happiness, there is nothing but rest all the time.
90Manuṣhyō̃ kō bhakti kitnā thakātī hai .
92Devotion makes people so tired.
91Janma-janmāntar bhakti thakā dētī hai . 92Kaṅgāl kar dētī hai .
93Devotion makes them tired for birth after birth; it makes them poverty-stricken.
93Yah bhī ab tumkō bāp samjhātē haĩ .
94The Father explains this to you now.
94Nayē-nayē ātē haĩ tō kitnā samjhāyā jātā hai .
95When new ones come, so much is explained to them.
95Har ēk bāt par manuṣhya bahut sōch kartē haĩ .
96People think so much about everything.
96Samajhtē haĩ kahā̃ jādū na hō .
97They think that there might perhaps be magic here.
97Arē tum kahtē hō jādūgar .
98However, you do speak of the Magician.
98Tō maĩ bhī kahtā hū̃ - jādūgar hū̃ . 99Parantu jādū kōī vah nahī̃ hai jō bhēṛ-bakrī ādi banā dēgē .
99So, I too say that I am the Magician, but it is not the magic that changes animals from one thing to another.
100Jānvar tō nahī̃ haĩ nā .
100This is not a question of animals.
101Yah buddhi sē samjhā jātā hai .
101This can be understood with the intellect.
102Gāyan bhī hai surmaṇḍal K|kē sāj sē … is samay manuṣhya jaisē riṛh misal hai .
102It is sung: “What does a goat know about the celestial sounds of heaven?” 103At this time, human beings are like sheep.
103Yah bātē̃ yahā̃ kē liē haĩ .
104Those things refer to here.
104Satyug mē̃ nahī̃ gātē , is samay kā hī gāyan hai .
105Such things are not spoken of in the golden age. 106They are remembered of this time.
105Chaṇḍikā kā kitnā mēlā lagtā hai .
107There are so many gatherings for Chandika (Cremator Goddess).
106Pūchhō vah kaun thī ? 107Kahē̃gē dēvī .
108Ask them who she was and they will reply that she was a goddess.
108Ab aisā nām tō vahā̃ hōtā nahī̃ .
109However, such names don't exist there.
109Satyug mē̃ tō sadaiv śhubh nām hōtā hai . 110Śhrī rāmachandra , śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa . . śhrī kahā jātā hai śhrēṣhṭh kō .
110In the golden age, their names are always auspicious: Shri Rama Chandra, Shri Krishna. 111Someone elevated is called Shri.
111Satyugī sampradāy kō śhrēṣhṭh kahā jātā hai .
112The golden-aged community is said to be elevated.
112Kaliyugī vicious sampradāy kō śhrēṣhṭh kaisē kahē̃gē .
113How could the vicious iron-aged community be called elevated?
113Śhrī mānā śhrēṣhṭh .
114Shri means elevated.
114Abhī K|kē manuṣhya tō śhrēṣhṭh hai nahī̃ .
115People of today are not elevated.
115Gāyan bhī hai manuṣhya sē dēvtā . . . . . . phir dēvtā sē manuṣhya bantē haĩ kyōṅki 5 vikārō̃ mē̃ jātē haĩ .
116It is remembered that it didn't take God long to change humans into deities. 117They then change from deities to human beings by indulging in the five vices.
116Rāvaṇ rājya mē̃ sab manuṣhya hī manuṣhya haĩ .
118In the kingdom of Ravan, all are human beings.
117Vahā̃ haĩ dēvtāyē̃ .
119There, they are all deities.
118Unkō deity world , iskō human world kahā jātā hai .
120That is called a deity world and this is called a human world.
119Deity world kō din kahā jātā hai . 120Human world kō rāt kahā jātā hai .
121That deity world is called the day and this human world is called the night.
121Din sōjharē kō kahā jātā hai . 122Rāt agyān andhiyārē kō kahā jātā hai .
122Light is called the day and darkness is called the night of ignorance.
123Is fark kō tum jāntē hō .
123You understand this difference.
124Tum samajhtē hō ham pahlē kuchh bhī nahī̃ jāntē thē .
124You know that previously you didn't know anything.
125Abhī sab bātē̃ buddhi mē̃ haĩ .
125You now have all of these things in your intellects.
126R̥iṣhi-muniyō̃ sē pūchhtē haĩ rachtā aur rachnā K|kē ādi-madhy-ant kō jāntē hō tō vah bhī nētī-nētī kar gayē .
126When the rishis and munis were asked if they knew the Creator or the beginning, the middle and the end of creation, they would just say, "Neti, neti." 127(Neither this nor that).
127Ham nahī̃ jāntē .
128Abhī tum samajhtē hō ham bhī pahlē nāstik thē . 129Bēhad K|kē bāp kō nahī̃ jāntē thē .
128You now understand that you were previously atheists because you didn't know the unlimited Father.
130Vah hai asul avināśhī bābā , ātmāō̃ kā bābā .
129He is the original, eternal Baba. 130He is the Baba of souls.
131Tum bachchē jāntē hō ham us bēhad K|kē bāp K|kē banē haĩ , jō kabhī jaltē nahī̃ haĩ .
131You children understand that you now belong to that unlimited Father who is never burnt.
132Yahā̃ tō sab jaltē haĩ , rāvaṇ kō bhī jalātē haĩ . 133Śharīr hai nā .
132Here, all are burnt because they have bodies. 133Even Ravan is burnt.
134Phir bhī ātmā kō tō kabhī kōī jalā nahī̃ saktē .
134No one can ever burn a soul.
135Tō bachchō̃ kō bāp yah gupta gyān sunātē haĩ , jō bāp kē pās hī hai .
135The Father is giving you children the incognito knowledge that only He has.
136Yah ātmā mē̃ gupta gyān hai .
136This incognito knowledge is in the soul.
137Ātmā bhī gupta hai .
137Souls themselves are also incognito.
138Ātmā is mukh dvārā bōltī hai isliē bāp kahtē haĩ - bachchē , dēh-abhimānī mat banō .
138A soul speaks through his mouth. 139This is why the Father says: Children, don't become body conscious!
139Ātma-abhimānī banō .
140Become soul conscious!
140Nahī̃ tō jaisē ulṭē ban jātē hō .
141Otherwise, it is as though you have been turned upside down.
141Apnē kō ātmā bhūl jātē hō .
142You forget to consider yourselves to be souls.
142Drama K|kē rāz kō bhī achchhī rīti samajhnā hai .
143You also have to understand very well the significance of the drama.
143Drama mē̃ jō nūndh hai vah hūbahū repeat hōtā hai .
144Whatever is fixed in the drama repeats identically.
144Yah kiskō patā nahī̃ hai .
145No one knows this.
145Drama anusār second by second kaisē chaltā rahtā hai , yah bhī knowledge buddhi mē̃ hai .
146Your intellects also have the knowledge of how the drama continues to move, second by second.
146Āsmān kā kōī bhī pār nahī̃ pā saktē haĩ .
147No one can reach the end of the sky.
147Dhartī kā pā saktē haĩ .
148They can reach the end of the earth.
148Ākāśh sūkṣhma hai , dhartī tō sthūl hai .
149The sky is subtle and the earth is gross.
149Kaī chījō̃ kā pār pā nahī̃ saktē .
150You cannot reach the end of many things.
150Jabki kahtē bhī haĩ ākāśh hī ākāśh , pātāl hī pātāl hai .
151They say that there is just sky everywhere up above and that there is just earth everywhere down below.
151Śhāstrō̃ mē̃ sunā hai nā , tō ūpar mē̃ bhī jākar dēkhtē haĩ .
152They have heard these things from the scriptures. 153Therefore, they go up above to see all of that there.
152Vahā̃ bhī duniyā basānē key|kī kōśhiśh kartē haĩ .
154They even try to establish a world up there.
153Duniyā basāī tō bahut hai nā .
155They have expanded the world so much.
154Bhārat mē̃ sirph ēk hī dēvī-dēvtā dharm thā aur khaṇḍ ādi nahī̃ thā phir kitnā basāyā hai .
156In Bharat, there was just the one deity religion. 157There were no other countries there. 158They then built up the world so much.
155Tum vichār karō .
159Just think about this.
156Bhārat K|kē bhī kitnē thōṛē ṭukṛē mē̃ dēvtāyē̃ hōtē haĩ .
160The deities lived on such a small piece of land in Bharat.
157Jamunā kā kaṇṭhā hōtā hai .
161They lived by the banks of the River Jamuna.
158Dēhlī paristān thī , iskō kabristān kahā jātā hai , jahā̃ akālē mr̥iityu hōtī rahtī hai .
162Delhi used to be a land of angels (Paristhan). 163This is called a graveyard (Kabristhan) where there continues to be untimely death.
159Amarlōk kō paristān kahā jātā hai .
164The land of immortality is called a land of angels.
160Vahā̃ bahut natural beauty hōtī hai .
165There is a lot of natural beauty there.
161Bhārat kō vāstav mē̃ paristān kahtē thē .
166In fact, Bharat would be called a land of angels.
162Yah lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ paristān K|kē mālik haĩ nā .
167Lakshmi and Narayan were the masters of that land of angels.
163Kitnē śhōbhāvān haĩ . 164Satōpradhān haĩ nā .
168They were so beautiful; they were satopradhan.
165Natural beauty thī .
169They had natural beauty.
166Ātmā bhī chamaktī rahtī hai .
170Those souls also continued to sparkle.
167Bachchō̃ kō dikhāyā thā kr̥iṣhṇa kā janm kaisē hōtā hai .
171Baba showed the children how the birth of Krishna takes place.
168Sārē kamrē mē̃ hī jaisē chamatkār hō jātā hai .
172It is as though the whole room begins to sparkle.
169Tō bāp bachchō̃ kō baiṭh samjhātē haĩ .
173Therefore, the Father sits here and explains to you children.
170Abhī tum paristān mē̃ jānē kē liē puruṣhārth kar rahē hō . 171Number-vār tō jarūr chāhiē . 172Ēk jaisē sab hō na sakē .
174You are now making effort to go to the land of angels; it has to be numberwise; not everyone can be the same.
173Vichār kiyā jātā hai , itnī chhōṭī ātmā kitnā baṛā part bajātī hai .
175Just think about how such a tiny soul plays such a huge part.

239Saṅgaṭhan mē̃ ēk nē kahā dūsrē nē mānā - yah hai sachchē snēh kā respond .
243In a gathering, one says something and the other one accepts it. 244This is the response of true love.
240Aisē snēhī bachchō̃ kā example dēkh aur bhī samparka mē̃ ānē kē liē himmat rakhtē haĩ .
245Seeing the example of such loving children, others also have the courage to form a connection with you.
241Saṅgaṭhan bhī sēvā kā sādhan ban jātā hai .
246The gathering too becomes a means of doing service.
242Jahā̃ māyā dēkhtī hai ki inkī unity achchhī hai , ghērāv hai tō vahā̃ ānē key|kī himmat nahī̃ rakhtī .
247When Maya sees that there is very good unity among you, that you are all together, she doesn’t have the courage to come to you.
243Ēkmat aur ēkras sthiti K|kē saṅskār hī satyug mē̃ ēk rājya kī sthāpanā kartē haĩ .
248Only the sanskars of being united in one direction and having a constant stage will establish one kingdom in the golden age.

249Slogan: Only those who keep a balance of karma and yoga are successful yogis.
250*** Om Shanti ***
245Saṅgamyugī sarv tīvr puruṣhārthī bhāī bahinō̃ kō nayē yug kē sāth nayē varṣh key|kī bahut-bahut śhubh bandhāīyā̃ .
251Many, many greetings for the New Year to all confluence-aged, intense effort-making brothers and sisters.
246Nayē varṣh kā yah pahlā January mās mīṭhē sākār bābā key|kī smr̥itiyō̃ kā mās hai , ham sabhī bābā K|kē bachchē avyakt vatan key|kī sūkṣhma līlāō̃ kā anubhav karnē tathā svayã kō brahmā bāp samān sampann vā sampūrṇ banānē kē liē pūrā hī mās apnī bandhan-mukt , jīvanmukt sthiti banānē kē liē man aur mukh kā maun rakhē̃ .
252The 1st of January and the month of January is the month of memories of our sweet Baba. 253Let all of us children of Baba observe silence of the mind and the mouth for the whole month in order to experience the divine activities of the subtle region, to making ourselves equal to Father Brahma and making our stage free from bondage and experiencing liberation in life.
247Buddhibal sē avyakti vatan key|kī sair karē̃ , isī lakṣhya sē is mās K|kē avyakti iśhārē bhēj rahē haĩ :
254We are sending this month’s avyakt signals with the aim of each one touring around the subtle region with the power of the intellect.
248Avyakt iśhārē - is avyakti mās mē̃ bandhanmukt rah jīvanmukt sthiti kā anubhav karō
255Avyakt Signal: In this avyakt month, stay free from bondage and experience the stage of liberation in life.
249Bāpdādā chāhtē haĩ - mērā ēk ēk bachchā mukti-jīvanmukti K|kē varsē K|kē adhikārī banē̃ .
256BapDada’s desire is that each of His children claims a right to the inheritance of liberation and liberation-in-life.
250Abhī K|kē abhyās key|kī satyug mē̃ natural life hōgī lēkin varsē kā adhikār abhī saṅgam par hai isliē agar kōī bhī bandhan khīñchtā hai tō kāraṇ sōchō aur nivāraṇ karō .
257Practicing this at this time will make it natural in the golden age. 258However, it is not at the confluence age that you have a right to the inheritance. 259Therefore, if any bondage is pulling you, think about why it is pulling you and find a solution to it.
