011/01/26 Madhuban Avyakt BapDada Om Shanti 20/10/2008

1Santuṣhṭamaṇi ban viśhva mē̃ santuṣhṭatā key|kī light phailāō , santuṣhṭ rahō aur sabkō santuṣhṭ karō

1Become a jewel of contentment and spread the light of contentment in the world. 2Remain content and make everyone content.

2Āj bāpdādā apnē sadā santuṣhṭ rahnē vālē santuṣhṭ maṇiyō̃ kō dēkh rahē haĩ .

3Today, BapDada is seeing His jewels of contentment who always remain content.

3Ēk-ēk santuṣhṭamaṇi key|kī chamak sē chārō̃ ōr kitnī sundar chamak , chamak rahī hai .

4Such a beautiful sparkle is sparkling everywhere through the sparkle of each and every jewel of contentment.

4Har ēk santuṣhṭamaṇi kitnī bāp key|kī pyārī , har ēk key|kī pyārī , apnī bhī pyārī hai .

5Each jewel of contentment is loved so much by the Father, loved by everyone and also loved by the self.

5Santuṣhṭatā sarv kō pyārī hai .

6Everyone loves contentment.

6Santuṣhṭatā sadā sarv prāpti sampann hai kyōṅki jahā̃ santuṣhṭatā hai vahā̃ aprāpta kōī vastu nahī̃ .

7Contentment is always to be full of all attainments, because where there is contentment there is nothing unattained.

7Santuṣhṭ ātmā mē̃ santuṣhṭatā kā natural nature hai .

8A contented soul has the natural nature of contentment.

8Santuṣhṭatā key|kī śhakti svataḥ aur sahaj chārō̃ ōr vāyumaṇḍal phailātī hai .

9The power of contentment easily and naturally spreads contentment into the atmosphere everywhere.

9Unkā chēhrā , unkē nayan vāyumaṇḍal mē̃ bhī santuṣhṭatā key|kī lahar phailātē haĩ .

10The face and eyes of such a soul spread the wave of contentment into the atmosphere.

10Jahā̃ santuṣhṭatā hai vahā̃ aur viśhēṣhatāyē̃ svataḥ hī ā jātī haĩ .

11Where there is contentment, other specialities automatically come.

11Santuṣhṭatā saṅgam par viśhēṣh bāp key|kī dēn hai .

12Contentment is the special gift from the Father at the confluence age.

12Santuṣhṭatā key|kī sthiti paristhiti kē ūpar sadā vijayī hai .

13The stage of contentment is always victorious on an external stage.

13Paristhiti badaltī rahtī hai lēkin santuṣhṭatā key|kī śhakti sadā pragati kō prāpt kartī rahtī hai .

14External situations continue to change but the power of contentment constantly keeps increasing.

14Kitnī bhī paristhiti sāmnē āyē lēkin santuṣhṭamaṇi kē āgē her|har samay māyā aur prakr̥iti ēk puppet show māphik dikhāī dētī hai , isliē santuṣhṭ ātmā kabhī parēśhān nahī̃ hōtī .

15No matter how many external situations come in front of you, at every moment Maya and nature are seen to be like a puppet show in front of a jewel of contentment. 16Therefore, contented souls never become distressed.

15Paristhiti kā show manōrañjan anubhav hōtā hai .

17The show of external situations is experienced as entertainment.

16Yah manōrañjan anubhav karnē kē liē , apnē sthiti key|kī seat sadā sākṣhī dr̥iṣhṭā kī chāhiē . 17Sākṣhī dr̥iṣhṭā sthiti mē̃ sthit rahnē vālē yah manōrañjan anubhav kartē haĩ .

18In order to experience this entertainment, let the seat of your stage always be that of a detached observer; this will give you the experience of entertainment.

18Dr̥ṣya kitnā bhī badaltā hai lēkin sākṣhī dr̥iṣhṭā key|kī seat par sthit rahnē vālī santuṣhṭ ātmā sākṣhī hō , her|har paristhiti kō sva sthiti sē badal dētī hai .

19No matter how much the scene changes, a contented soul, who is stable on the seat of a detached observer, is able to change every external situation with the stage of the self, by being a detached observer.

19Tō har ēk apnē kō check karē ki maĩ sadā santuṣhṭ hū̃  ?

20So, each one of you has to check yourself: Am I always content?

20Sadā  ?

21Always?

21Sadā haĩ vā kabhī kabhī haĩ  ?

22Are you always content or only sometimes?

22Bāpdādā hamēśhā her|har śhakti kē liē , khuśhī kē liē , double light ban uṛnē kē liē yahī bachchō̃ kō kahtē ki sadā śhabda sadā yād rahē .

23For every power, for your happiness and for you to become double-light and fly, BapDada always tells the children: Always remember the word ‘sada’ (always).

23Kabhī-kabhī śhabda brāhmaṇ jīvan K|kē dictionary mē̃ hai hī nahī̃ kyōṅki santuṣhṭatā kā arth|earth hī hai sarv prāpti .

24The word ‘sometimes’ doesn’t exist in the dictionary of Brahmin life, because contentment means all attainment.

24Jahā̃ sarv prāpti hai vahā̃ kabhī-kabhī śhabda hai hī nahī̃ .

25Where there is all attainment, the word ‘sometimes’ doesn’t exist.

25Tō sadā anubhūti karnē vālē hō vā puruṣhārth kar rahē hō  ?

26So, are you those who always have an experience or are you still making effort?

26Har ēk nē apnē āpsē pūchhā , check kiyā  ?

27Have each of you asked yourself this? 28Have you checked yourself?

27Kyōṅki āp sabhī viśhēṣh bāp K|kē snēhī , sahyōgī , lāḍlē , mīṭhē mīṭhē sva-parivartak bachchē hō .

29Because all of you are the especially beloved, sweet, lovely and co-operative self-transformer children of the Father.

28Aisē hō nā  ? 29Hai aisē  ?

30You are like that, are you not?

30Jaisē bāp dēkh rahē haĩ aisē hī apnē kō anubhav kartē hō  ?

31Is it like that? 32Do you experience yourself in the same way as the Father is seeing you?

31Hāth uṭhāō , jō sadā , kabhī-kabhī nahī̃ , sadā santuṣhṭ rahtē haĩ .

33Raise your hands, those who remain content all the time, not just sometimes.

32Sadā śhabda yād hai nā .

34You remember the word ‘sada’, do you not?

33Hāth thōṛā dhīrē dhīrē uṭhā rahē haĩ .

35You are raising your hands slowly. 36Good. 37Very good.

34Achchhā , bahut achchhā . 35Thōṛē-thōṛē uṭhā rahē haĩ aur sōch-sōch K|kē uṭhā rahē haĩ .

38Only a few of you are raising your hands, and you are raising them after careful consideration.

36Lēkin bāpdādā nē bār-bār attention khiñchvāyā hai ki ab samay aur svayã dōnō̃ kō dēkhō .

39However, BapDada has repeatedly drawn your attention: Now, look at both the time and also the self.

37Samay key|kī raphtār aur svayã key|kī raphtār dōnō̃ kō check karō .

40Check the speed of the time and the speed of the self.

38Pass with honour tō hōnā hī hai nā .

41You have to pass with honours, do you not?

39Har ēk sōchō ki maĩ bāp key|kī rājadulārī yā rājadulārā hū̃ .

42Each one of you should think: I am raj dular(i) (royal, especially beloved child) of the Father.

40Apnē kō rājadulārā samajhtē hō nā  !

43You do consider yourselves to be royal children, do you not?

41Rōz bāpdādā āpkō kyā yād pyār dētē haĩ  ?

44What love and remembrance does BapDada give you every day?

42Lāḍlē bachchē .

45“Beloved children”.

43Tō lāḍlā kaun hōtā hai  ?

46So, who are the beloved ones?

44Lāḍlā vahī hōtā hai jō follow father kartā hai aur follow karnā bahut-bahut-bahut sahaj hai , kōī muśhkil nahī̃ hai .

47The ones who follow the father. 48And it is very, very, very easy to follow. 49It is not difficult at all.

45Ēk hī bāt kō follow kiyā tō sahaj sarv bātō̃ mē̃ follow hō hī jāyēgā .

50If you follow in just one aspect, you will easily be following in all other aspects.

46Ēk hī line hai jō bāp her|har rōz yād dilātē haĩ .

51It is just one line that the Father reminds you of every day.

47Vah yād hai nā  ?

52You remember that, do you not?

48Apnē kō ātmā samajh mujh bāp kō yād karō .

53Consider yourself to be a soul and remember Me, your Father.

49Ēk hī line hai nā aur yād karnē vālī ātmā jiskō bāp kā khajānā mil gayā , vah sēvā K|kē binā rah hī nahī̃ saktā kyōṅki athāh prāpti hai , akhuṭ khajānē haĩ .

54It is just one line, is it not? 55And it is souls who remember it. 56Those who have received treasures from the Father cannot stay without doing service because they have plentiful attainment and limitless treasures.

50Dātā K|kē bachchē haĩ , vah dēnē K|kē binā rah nahī̃ saktē aur majority āp sabkō title kyā milā hai  ?

57You are the children of the Bestower. 58You cannot stay without giving to others. 59And what is the title that the majority of you have been given?

51Double foreigners .

60Double foreigners.

52Tō title hī double hai .

61So, your title itself is ‘double’.

53Bāpdādā kō bhī āp sabkō dēkh khuśhī hōtī hai aur sadā automatic gīt gātē rahtē ki vāh mērē bachchē vāh  !

62Seeing all of you, BapDada is pleased and always automatically sings the song, “Wah My children! wah!” 63It is good.

54Achchhā hai , bhinn-bhinn dēśh sē kaun sē vimān mē̃ āyē hō  ?

64In which plane have you come from all the different countries?

55Sthūl mē̃ tō kisī bhī vimān mē̃ āyē hō lēkin bāpdādā kaun sā vimān dēkh rahē haĩ  ?

65Physically, you may have come in any plane, but which plane is BapDada seeing?

56Ati snēh K|kē vimān mē̃ apnē pyārē-pyārē ghar mē̃ pahuñch gayē hō .

66You have all reached your lovely home in the plane of deep love.

57Bāpdādā her|har bachchē kō āj viśhēṣh yahī vardān dē rahē haĩ ki hē lāḍlē pyārē bachchē , sadā santuṣhṭamaṇi ban viśhva mē̃ santuṣhṭatā key|kī light phailāō .

67Today, BapDada is giving every child the blessing: O lovely, beloved child, always be a jewel of contentment and spread the light of contentment into the world.

58Santuṣhṭ rahnā aur santuṣhṭ karnā .

68Remain content and make others content.

59Kaī bachchē kahtē haĩ santuṣhṭ rahnā tō sahaj hai lēkin santuṣhṭ karnā yah thōṛā muśhkil lagtā hai .

69Some children say that it is easy to remain content, but to make others content feels a little difficult.

60Bāpdādā jāntē haĩ agar har ēk ātmā kō santuṣhṭ karnā hai tō uskī vidhi bahut sahaj sādhan hai , agar kōī āpsē asantuṣhṭ hōtā hai yā asantuṣhṭ rahtā hai tō vah bhī asantuṣhṭ lēkin āpkō bhī uskī asantuṣhṭatā kā prabhāv kuchh tō paṛtā hai nā .

70BapDada knows that if you want to make each and every soul content, the method for that is very easy. 71If someone becomes discontented with you and remains discontented with you, then that person is discontented anyway. 72However, you also become influenced by their discontentment to some extent.

61Vyarth saṅkalp tō chaltā hai nā .

73You do have waste thoughts, do you not?

62Jō bāpdādā nē śhubh bhāvnā , śhubh kāmnā kā mantra diyā hai , agar apnē āpkō is mantra mē̃ smr̥iti svarup rakhō tō āpkē vyarth saṅkalp nahī̃ chalē̃gē .

74If you keep yourself as an embodiment of the awareness of the mantra that BapDada has given you, the mantra of good wishes and pure feelings, you would not have any waste thoughts.

63Apnē kō jāntē huē bhī ki yah aisā hai , yah vaisā hai lēkin apnē kō sadā nyārā , uskē vibration sē nyārā aur bāp kā pyārā anubhav karō .

75You know that someone is like this or like that, but you still have to experience yourself to be constantly detached, and detached from the vibrations of that one and always loving to the Father.

64Tō āpkē nyārē aur bāp K|kē pyārē pan key|kī śhrēṣhṭh sthiti K|kē vibration agar us ātmā kō nahī̃ bhī pahuñchē tō vāyumaṇḍal mē̃ phailēgā jarūr .

76Even if the vibrations of your elevated stage of being detached and loving to the Father do not reach that soul, they will definitely spread into the atmosphere.

65Agar kōī parivartan nahī̃ hōtā aur āpkē andar us ātmā kā prabhāv vyarth saṅkalp K|kē rup mē̃ paṛtā rahtā hai tō vāyumaṇḍal mē̃ sabkē saṅkalp phailtē haĩ isliē āp nyārā ban bāp kā pyārā ban us ātmā K|kē bhī kalyāṇ kē prati śhubh bhāvnā , śhubh kāmnā rakhō .

77If someone does not transform themselves and you are being affected by that soul in the form of waste thoughts, then everyone’s thoughts spread into the atmosphere. 78Therefore, become detached, be loving to the Father and have benevolent and pure feelings and good wishes for that soul too.

66Kaī bār bachchē kahtē haĩ ki usnē galatī|galtī key|kī nā , tō hamkō bhī force sē kahnā paṛtā hai , thōṛā apnā svabhāv bhī , mukh bhī force vālā hō jātā hai .

79Many times children say, “Because that one made a mistake, I had to tell them with force”. 80Your nature and face also become a little forceful.

67Tō usnē galatī|galtī key|kī lēkin āpnē jō force dikhāyā kyā vah galatī|galtī nahī̃ hai  ?

81So that one made a mistake, but is the force that you showed not a mistake?

68Usnē aur galatī|galtī key|kī , āpnē apnē mukh sē jō force sē bōlā , jiskō krōdh kā aṅśh kahē̃gē tō vah right hai  ?

82That one made some mistake and you said something forcefully, and this would be said to be a trace of anger; is that right?

69Kyā galat , galat kō ṭhīk kar saktā hai  ?

83Can one wrong put another wrong right?

70Ājkal K|kē samay anusār apnē bōl kō phōrsaphul banānā , yah bhī viśhēṣh attention rakhō kyōṅki jōr sē bōlnā yā taṅg hōkē bōlnā , vah tō badaltā nahī̃ lēkin yah bhī dūsrē number K|kē vikār kā aṅśh hai .

84According to the time nowadays, you have to pay special attention when you make your words forceful, because to speak loudly or to speak while being fed up, thinking that that one is not changing, is also a trace of the second number vice.

71Kahā jātā hai - mukh sē bōl aisē nikalē jaisē phūlō̃ key|kī varṣhā hō rahī hai .

85It is said that words emerging from your mouth should be like a shower of flowers.

72Mīṭhē bōl , muskarātā chēhrā , mīṭhī vr̥itti , mīṭhī dr̥iṣhṭi , mīṭhā sambandh-sampark yah bhī service kā sādhan hai isliē result dēkhō agar mānō kōī nē galatī|galtī key|kī , galat hai aur āpnē samjhānē K|kē lakṣhya sē aur kōī lakṣhya nahī̃ hai , lakṣhya āpkā bahut achchhā hai ki iskō śhikṣhā dē rahē haĩ , samjhā rahē haĩ lēkin result mē̃ kyā dēkhā gayā hai  ?

86Sweet words, a smiling face, a sweet attitude, sweet drishti, sweet relationships and contacts – these are also means of service. 87Therefore, look at the result. 88If they made a mistake, they are wrong and with the aim of making them understand and not with any other aim – your aim is very good that you are giving teachings and explaining to them – what has been seen to be the result of that?

73Vah badaltā hai  ?

89Does that one change?

74Aur hī āgē kē liē , āgē ānē sē ḍartā hai .

90In fact, that one becomes more afraid of coming in front of you in the future.

75Tō jō lakṣhya āpnē rakhā vah tō hōtā nahī̃ hai isliē apnē mansā saṅkalp aur vāṇī arthāt bōl aur sambandh-sampark kō sadā mīṭhā , madhurtā sampann arthāt mahān banāō kyōṅki vartamān samay lōg practical life dēkhnē chāhtē haĩ , agar vāṇī sē sēvā kartē hō tō vāṇī key|kī sēvā sē prabhāvit hō nazdīk tō ātē haĩ , yah tō phāydā hai lēkin practical madhurtā , mahāntā , śhrēṣhṭh bhāvnā , chalan aur chēhrē kō dēkh svayã bhī parivartan kē liē prērṇā lē lētē haĩ aur jaisē jaisē āgē samay key|kī hālātē̃ parivartan hōnī haĩ , tō aisē samay par āp sabkō chēhrē aur chalan sē jyādā sēvā karnī paṛēgī isliē apnē āpkō check karō - sarv ātmāō̃ kē prati śhubh bhāvnā , śhubh kāmnā key|kī vr̥itti aur dr̥iṣhṭi K|kē saṅskār nature aur natural haĩ  ?

91The aim that you had was not fulfilled, and therefore, your thoughts, your words, your way of speaking and your relationships and connections, let these always be sweet, that is, always great, because nowadays people want to see your practical life. 92When you serve through words, they are influenced through that verbal service and come close and that is beneficial, but when they practically see sweetness, greatness and elevated feelings through your activity and face, they also take inspiration for themselves. 93As the situations will keep changing according to the time in the future, at that time, all of you will have to do more service through your face and your behaviour. 94Therefore, check yourself.

76Bāpdādā har ēk bachchē kō vijayī mālā kā maṇkā dēkhnē chāhtē haĩ .

95Are the sanskars of an attitude and vision of good wishes and pure feelings towards other souls part of your nature and natural?

77Tō āp sabhī bhī apnē kō samajhtē hō ki ham mālā K|kē maṇakē bannē hī vālē haĩ .

96BapDada wishes to see each child as a bead of the rosary, a bead of the rosary of victory.

78Kaī bachchē sōchtē haĩ ki 108 key|kī mālā mē̃ tō jō nimitt banē huē bachchē haĩ vahī āyēṅgē lēkin bāpdādā nē pahlē bhī kahā hai yah tō 108 kā gāyan bhakti key|kī mālā kā hai lēkin agar āp har ēk vijayī dānā banē̃gē tō bāpdādā mālā K|kē andar bahut laṛī lagā dēgā .

97So, do all of you consider yourselves to be those who are going to become the beads of the rosary? 98Many children think that only the children who have become instruments will become part of the rosary of 108, but BapDada has already told you before, too, that the 108 is a memorial of the rosary of devotion. 99However, if each one of you becomes a victorious bead, then BapDada will create many more strands in the garland.

79Bāp K|kē dil key|kī mālā mē̃ āp har ēk vijayī bachchō̃ kō sthān hai , yah bāp key|kī guarantee hai .

100In the rosary of the Father’s heart each of you victorious children has a place, and this is a guarantee from the Father.

80Sirph svayã kō mansā-vāchā-karmaṇā aur chalan chēhrē mē̃ vijayī banāō .

101Simply make yourself victorious in your thoughts, words, actions, behaviour and on your face.

81Pasand hai , banē̃gē  ?

102Do you like this? 103Will you become this?

82Bāpdādā key|kī guarantee hai vijay mālā kā maṇkā banāyēṅgē .

104BapDada guarantees that He will make you into a bead of the rosary of victory.

83Kaun banē̃gē  ?

105Who will become that?

84 ( sabhī nē hāth uṭhāyā ) achchhā , tō bāpdādā mālā K|kē andar mālā banānē śhurū kar dēgē .

106OK, then BapDada will begin to make strands within strands in the rosary.

85Double foreigners kō pasand hai nā  !

107Double foreigners like this, do you not?

86Vijayī mālā mē̃ lānā bāp kā kām hai lēkin āpkā kām hai vijayī bannā .

108It is the Father’s duty to bring you into the rosary of victory and it is your duty to become victorious.

87Sahaj hai nā ki muśhkil hai  ?

109It is easy, is it not? 110Or, is it difficult?

88Muśhkil lagtā hai  ?

111Do you find it difficult?

89Jiskō muśhkil lagtā hai vah hāth uṭhāō .

112Those who find it difficult, raise your hands!

90Lagtā hai  ?

113Do you find it difficult?

91Thōṛē-thōṛē , kōī-kōī haĩ .

114There are a few who find it a little difficult.

92Bāpdādā kahtā hai - jab bāpdādā kahtē hō tō bābā kahnē sē kyā bāp kā varsā nahī̃ milēgā  !

115BapDada says: When you say, “BapDada”, then by saying, Baba, will you not receive an inheritance?

93Jab sabhī varsē K|kē adhikārī hō aur kitnā sahaj bāp nē varsā diyā , second key|kī bāt hai , āpnē mānā , jānā mērā bābā aur bāp nē kyā kahā  ? 94Mērā bachchā .

116Since all of you have a right to the inheritance and the Father has given you the inheritance so easily – it is just a matter of a second – you knew and accepted “My Baba”, and what did the Father say?

95Tō bachchā tō svataḥ hī varsē K|kē adhikārī hai .

117My child. 118So, a child naturally has a right to an inheritance.

96Bābā kahtē hō nā sabhī ēk hī śhabda bōltē hō mērā bābā .

119You say, “Baba”, do you not? 120All of you use just this one expression, “My Baba”.

97Hai aisē  ?

121Is it like that?

98Mērā bābā hai  ?

122Is it “My Baba”?

99Ismē̃ hāth uṭhāō .

123Raise your hands for this.

100Mērā bābā hai , tō mērā varsā nahī̃ hai  ?

124If it is “My Baba”, is it also not “My inheritance”?

101Jab mērā bābā hai tō mērā varsā bhī bandhā huā hai aur varsā kyā hai  ?

125Since you say, “My Baba”, it is also bound to be “My inheritance”. 126And what is the inheritance?

102Bāp samān bannā , vijayī bannā .

127To become equal to the Father.

103Bāpdādā nē dēkhā ki double foreigners mē̃ majority hāth mē̃ hāth dēkar chaltē haĩ .

128To be victorious. 129BapDada saw that the majority of double foreigners love to walk hand-in-hand.

104Hāth mē̃ hāth dēnā , chalnā , yah fashion hai .

130It is a fashion to walk hand-in-hand.

105Tō abhī bhī bāp kahtē haĩ , bāp śhivbābā kā hāth kyā hai  ?

131Even now, the Father asks: What is Shiv Baba’s hand?

106Yah hāth tō hai nahī̃ , tō śhivbābā kā hāth pakaṛā , tō hāth kaun sā hai  ?

132He doesn’t have physical hands, and so if you are holding Shiv Baba’s hand, what hand is that?

107Śhrīmat bāp kā hāth hai .

133Shrimat is the Father’s hand.

108Tō jaisē sthūl mē̃ hāth mē̃ hāth dēkar chalnā pasand ātā hai , tō śhrīmat K|kē hāth mē̃ hāth dēkē chalnā yah kyā muśhkil hai  !

134So, just as you love walking hand-in-hand, what difficulty is there in walking giving your hand to the hand of shrimat?

109Brahmā bāp kō dēkhā , practical sabūt dēkhā ki her|har kadam śhrīmat pramāṇ chalnē sē sampūrṇ phariśhtēpan key|kī mañjil mē̃ pahuñch gayā nā  !

135You saw Father Brahma; you saw the practical proof of how, by taking every step according to shrimat, he reached his destination of becoming a perfect angel, did you not?

110Avyakt phariśhtā ban gayā nā .

136He became an avyakt angel. 137So, follow the father.

111Tō follow father , har ēk śhrīmat , uṭhnē sē lēkar rāt tak her|har kadam key|kī śhrīmat bāpdādā nē batā dī hai . 112Uṭhō kaisē , chalō kaisē , karma kaisē karō , man mē̃ saṅkalp kyā-kyā karō aur samay kō kaisē śhrēṣhṭh bitāō .

138From the moment of waking up till night-time; BapDada has told you the shrimat for every step: how you should wake up, how you should move along, how you should perform actions, what thoughts you should have in your mind, and how you should spend your time in an elevated way.

113Rāt kō sōnē tak śhrīmat milī huī hai .

139You have received shrimat till the time you go to sleep.

114Sōchnē key|kī bhī jarūrat nahī̃ , yah karū̃ yā nahī̃ karū̃ , follow brahmā bāp .

140There is no need even to think: Should I do this or not? 141Simply follow Father Brahma.

115Tō bāpdādā kā jigrī pyār hai , bāpdādā ēk bachchē kō bhī vijayī nahī̃ banē̃ , rājā nahī̃ banē̃ , yah nahī̃ dēkhnē chāhtē .

142BapDada has deep love in His heart. 143BapDada does not wish to see even one child not becoming victorious, not becoming a king.

116Har ēk bachchā rājā bachchā hai . 117Svarājya adhikārī hai isliē apnā svarājya bhūl nahī̃ jānā .

144Each child is a king child, a self-sovereign, a master of the self. 145Therefore, do not forget your self-sovereignty.

118Samjhā .

146Do you understand?

119Bāpdādā nē kaī bār iśhārā diyā hai ki samay achānak aur nāzuk ā rahā hai isliē ever ready , aśharīrīpan kā anubhav āvaśhyak hai .

147BapDada has given the signal many times that delicate times and times of ‘suddenly’ are ahead. 148Therefore, it is necessary to be ever-ready and to have the experience of being bodiless.

120Kitnā bhī busy hō lēkin busy hōtē huē bhī ēk second aśharīrī bannē kā abhyās abhī sē karkē dēkhō .

149No matter how busy you are, practise becoming bodiless in a second from now on, even while you are busy.

121Āp kahē̃gē ham bahut busy rahtē haĩ , agar mānō kitnē bhī busy hō āpkō pyās lagtī hai , kyā karē̃gē  ?

150You say that you remain very busy, but if you are thirsty when you are very busy, what would you do? 151You would drink some water, would you not?

122Pānī piyē̃gē nā  ! 123Kyōṅki samajhtē hō pyās lagī hai tō pānī pīnā jarūrī hai .

152You understand that you are thirsty and so it is necessary to drink water.

124Aisē bīch-bīch mē̃ aśharīrī , ātmik sthiti mē̃ sthit rahnē kā abhyās bhī jarūrī hai kyōṅki ānē vālē samay mē̃ chārō̃ ōr key|kī halchal mē̃ achal sthiti key|kī āvaśhyaktā hai .

153Every now and then, it is necessary to practise being in a bodiless and soul conscious stage, because in the times that are to come there will be the need for an unshakeable stage in the times of upheaval everywhere.

125Tō abhī sē bahutkāl kā abhyās nahī̃ karē̃gē tō ati halchal K|kē samay achal kaisē rahē̃gē  !

154So, if you do not practise this from now on, over a long period of time, how would you remain unshakeable at the time of extreme upheaval?

126Sārē din mē̃ ēk-dō minute nikālkē bhī check karō ki samay pramāṇ ātmik sthiti dvārā aśharīrī ban saktē haĩ  ?

155Throughout the whole day, find even one or two minutes and check yourself as to whether you are able to become bodiless through your stage of soul consciousness according to the time.

127Check karō aur change karō .

156Check and change yourself.

128Sirph check nahī̃ karnā , change bhī karō .

157Do not just check yourself; also change yourself.

129Tō bār-bār is abhyās kō check karnē sē , revise karnē sē natural sthiti ban jāyēgī .

158By repeatedly checking this practice, and by revising it, it will become your natural stage.

130Bāpdādā sē snēh hai , ismē̃ tō sabhī hāth uṭhātē haĩ .

159You have love for BapDada and all of you raise your hand in this.

131Haĩ nā snēh  !

160You have love, do you not?

132Full snēh hai , full yā adhūrā  ?

161Do you have full love? 162Is it full or incomplete?

133Adhūrā tō nahī̃ hai nā  !

163It is not incomplete, is it?

134Snēh hai tō vāydā kyā hai  ?

164So, if you have love, then what is your promise?

135Kyā vāydā kiyā hai  ?

165What promise have you made?

136Sāth chalē̃gē  ?

166Will you return home together?

137Aśharīrī ban sāth chalē̃gē ki pīchhē-pīchhē āyēṅgē  ?

167Will you become bodiless and return home with the Father or follow Him later?

138Sāth chalē̃gē  ?

168Will you go together?

139Aur thōṛā time vatan mē̃ sāth rahē̃gē bhī aur phir brahmā bāp kē sāth first janm mē̃ āyēṅgē .

169And you will also stay with Him in the subtle region for a short time, just a short time. 170And then you will come in the first birth with Father Brahma.

140Hai yah vāydā  ?

171Have you promised this?

141Hai nā  !

172You have, have you not?

142Hāth nahī̃ uṭhvātē haĩ , aisē sir hilāō .

173Baba is not making you raise your hands for this, but just nod your head.

143Hāth uṭhātē thak jāyēṅgē nā .

174By raising your hands you become tired.

144Jab sāth chalnā hī hai , pīchhē nahī̃ rahnā hai tō bāp bhī sāth kiskō lēkē jāyēṅgē  ?

175Since you are going to go with Him, and not going to stay behind, who will the Father take with Him?

145Bāp , samān kō sāth lēkē jāyēṅgē .

176The Father will take with Him those who are equal to Him.

146Bāp kō bhī akēlā jānā pasand nahī̃ hai , bachchō̃ kē sāth jānā hai .

177The Father too does not like to go alone; He also wants to go with the children.

147Tō sāth chalnē kē liē taiyār haĩ nā  !

178So, are you ready to go with Him? 179Nod in agreement.

148Kāndh hilāō .

180Are you ready?

149Haĩ  ? 150Sabhī chalē̃gē  ?

181Will all of you go?

151Achchhā , sabhī chalnē kē liē taiyār haĩ  ?

182Are all of you ready to go? 183You can only go when the Father goes.

152Jab bāp jāyēṅgē tab jāyēṅgē nā .

184You will not go now. 185Now, you still have to go back abroad.

153Abhī nahī̃ jāyēṅgē , abhī tō foreign mē̃ lauṭkar jānā hai nā . 154Bāp order karēgā , naṣhṭōmōhā smr̥iti labdhā kā bēl bajāyēgā aur sāth chal paṛē̃gē . 155Tō taiyārī hai nā  !

186The Father will issue an order and ring the bell of being a conqueror of attachment and an embodiment of remembrance and you will then begin to return with Him. 187So, the preparations are made, are they not?

156Snēh key|kī niśhānī hai sāth chalnā .

188The sign of love is to return with Him.

157Achchhā .

189Achcha.

158Bāpdādā har ēk bachchē kō dūr sē bhī najdīk anubhav kar rahā hai .

190BapDada is experiencing each child who is far away to be close to Him.

159Jab science K|kē sādhan dūr kō najdīk kar saktē haĩ , dēkh saktē haĩ , bōl saktē hai , tō bāpdādā bhī dūr baiṭhē huē bachchō̃ kō sabsē najdīk dēkh rahē haĩ .

191Since the instruments of science are able to bring close the things that are far away - you are able to see them and hear them - so BapDada is also seeing the children who are far away as being the closest of all.

160Dūr nahī̃ hō , dil mē̃ samāyē huē hō .

192You are not far; you are merged in His heart.

161Tō bāpdādā viśhēṣh turn K|kē anusār āyē huē bachchō̃ kō apnē dil mē̃ , nayanō̃ mē̃ samātē huē ēk-ēk kō sāth chalnē vālē , sāth rahnē vālē , sāth rājya karnē vālē dēkh rahē haĩ .

193BapDada is merging in His heart and in His eyes the children who have come here especially for this turn and is seeing each one as one who will return with Him, stay with Him and then rule in the kingdom with him.

162Tō āj sē sārē din mē̃ bār-bār kaun see|sī|C drill karē̃gē  ?

194So, from today, what drill will you perform again and again throughout the day?

163Abhī-abhī ēk second mē̃ ātma-abhimānī , apnē śharīr kō bhī dēkhtē huē aśharīrī sthiti mē̃ nyārā aur bāp kā pyārā anubhav kar saktē hō nā  !

195Now, in one second, can you not experience yourself to be soul conscious, detached in the bodiless stage while being in the body and also loving to the Father?

164Tō abhī ēk second mē̃ aśharīrī bhav  !

196So, now, in one second, become bodiless. 197Achcha.

165Achchhā .

198(Drill).

166 ( bāpdādā nē drill karāī ) aisē hī bīch-bīch mē̃ sārē din mē̃ kaisē bhī ēk minute nikāl is abhyās kō pakkā kartē chalō kyōṅki bāpdādā jāntē haĩ āgē kā samay ati hāhākār kā hōgā .

199In this way, throughout the day, no matter how, find one minute now and then and continue to make this practice firm, because BapDada knows that the times to come will be extremely distressing.

167Āp sabkō sakāśh dēnī paṛēgī aur sakāśh dēnē mē̃ hī āpkā apnā tīvr puruṣhārth hō jāyēgā .

200All of you will have to give sakaash and your giving that sakaash will become your intense effort.

168Thōṛē samay mē̃ sakāśh dvārā sarv śhaktiyā̃ dēnī paṛē̃gī aur jō aisē nāzuk samay mē̃ sakāśh dēgē , jitnō̃ kō dēgē , chāhē bahutō̃ kō , chāhē thōṛō̃ kō utnē hī dvāpar aur kaliyug K|kē bhakta unkē banē̃gē .

201In a short time you will have to give all powers through sakaash and those who give sakaash in such delicate times, however many you give it to, whether you give to many or a few, that many will become your devotees in the copper and iron ages.

169Tō saṅgam par har ēk bhakta bhī banā rahē haĩ kyōṅki diyā huā sukh aur śhānti unkē dil mē̃ samā jāyēgā aur bhakti K|kē rūp mē̃ āpkō return karē̃gē .

202So, at the confluence age, each of you is also creating your devotees, because the happiness and peace that you give them become merged in their hearts and they will give you a return of that in the form of their devotion.

170Achchhā .

203Achcha.

171Chārō̃ ōr K|kē bāpdādā K|kē nayanō̃ K|kē nūr , viśhva K|kē ādhār aur uddhār karnē vālī ātmāyē̃ , master duḥkh hartā , sukh kartā , viśhva parivartak bachchō̃ kō bahut-bahut dil kā snēh , dil kā yādpyār aur padam-padam vardān svīkār hō .

204To all the lights of BapDada’s eyes everywhere, to the souls who uplift the world and are the support of the world, to the world-transformer children who are master removers of sorrow and bestowers of happiness, lots and lots of love from the heart, love and remembrance from the heart and accept multimillionfold blessings.

172Achchhā .

205Achcha.

173Vardān  : combined svarup key|kī smr̥iti aur position K|kē naśhē dvārā kalp-kalp K|kē adhikārī bhav

206Blessing: May you have all rights, cycle after cycle, with the awareness of your combined form and the intoxication of your position.

174Maĩ aur mērā bābā - is smr̥iti mē̃ combined rahō tathā yah śhrēṣhṭh position sadā smr̥iti mē̃ rahē ki ham āj brāhmaṇ haĩ kal dēvtā banē̃gē .

207Remain combined with the awareness of, “I and my Baba”, and constantly be aware of this elevated position. 208Today, I am a Brahmin and tomorrow I will become a deity.

175Ham sō , sō ham kā mantra sadā yād rahē tō is naśhē aur khuśhī mē̃ purānī duniyā sahaj bhūl jāyēgī .

209Always remember the mantra “Hum so, so hum”. 210By having the intoxication and happiness of this, you will easily forget the old world.

176Sadā yahī khumārī rahēgī ki ham hī kalp-kalp key|kī adhikārī ātmā haĩ .

211You will always have the intoxication that you are a soul who has all rights, cycle after cycle.

177Ham hī thē , ham hī haĩ aur ham hī kalp-kalp hōṅgē .

212I was this, I am this and I will be this cycle after cycle.

178Slōgan  : svayã kā svayã hī teacher banō tō sarv kamjōriyā̃ svataḥ samāpt hō jāyēṅgī .
