⁰17/02/26 Morning Murli Om Shanti BapDada Madhuban

¹ «  mīṭhē bachchē - tum abhī amarlōk sthāpan karnē kē nimitt hō , jahā̃ kōī bhī duḥkh vā pāp nahī̃ hōgā , vah hai hī viceless world ' '

¹Essence: Sweet children, you are now the instruments to establish the land of immortality where there won't be any sorrow or sin. ²That is a viceless world.

²Praśhna  : godly family kā wonderful plan kaun sā hai  ?

³Question: What is the wonderful plan of the Godly family?

³Uttar  : godly family kā plan hai - «  family planning karnā ' ' . ⁴Ēk sat dharm sthāpan kar anēk dharmō̃ kā vināśh karnā .

⁴Answer: The plan of the Godly family is to have family planning and to establish the one religion of truth and destroy all the innumerable religions.

⁵Manuṣhya birth control karnē K|kē plans banātē , bāp kahtē unkē plans chal na sakē̃ .

⁵People make plans for birth control. ⁶The Father says: Their plans cannot work.

⁶Maĩ hī naī duniyā kī sthāpanā kartā hū̃ tō bākī sab ātmāyē̃ ūpar ghar mē̃ chalī jātī haĩ .

⁷Only I come to establish that new world; all other souls will then go back to their home up above.

⁷Bahut thōṛī ātmāyē̃ hī rahtī haĩ .

⁸Very few souls will remain.

⁸Ōm śhānti .

⁹Om shanti.

⁹Yah ghar bhī hai , university bhī hai aur institution bhī hai .

¹⁰This is a home, a university and also an institution.

¹⁰Tum bachchō̃ key|kī ātmā jāntī hai ki vah hai śhivbābā . ¹¹Ātmāyē̃ haĩ sāligrām . ¹²Jinkā yah śharīr hai , śharīr nahī̃ kahēgā hamārī ātmā .

¹¹You children, you souls, understand that He is Shiv Baba and that a soul is a saligram to whom the body belongs. ¹²The body doesn’t say, "My soul".

¹³Ātmā kahtī hai hamārā śharīr .

¹³The soul says, “My body”.

¹⁴Ātmā hai avināśhī , śharīr hai vināśhī .

¹⁴Souls are imperishable and bodies are perishable.

¹⁵Abhī tum apnē kō ātmā samajhtē hō .

¹⁵You now consider yourselves to be souls.

¹⁶Hamārā bābā śhiv hai , vah hai supreme father .

¹⁶Our Baba is Shiva and He is the Supreme Father.

¹⁷Ātmā jāntī hai vah hamārā supreme bābā bhī hai .

¹⁷You souls know that He is your Supreme Baba.

¹⁸Supreme teacher bhī hai , supreme gurū bhī hai .

¹⁸He is also the Supreme Teacher and the Supreme Guru.

¹⁹Bhaktimārg mē̃ bhī bulātē haĩ - ō god father .

¹⁹On the path of devotion, people call out: O God, the Father!

²⁰Marnē samay bhī kahtē haĩ - hē bhagvān , hē īśhvar .

²⁰Even on the point of death, too, they say: O God! ²¹Hey Ishwar!

²¹Pukārtē haĩ nā . ²²Parantu kiskī buddhi mē̃ yathārth rīti baiṭhtā nahī̃ hai . ²³Father tō sab ātmāō̃ kā ēk hō gayā , phir kahā jātā hai - hē patit-pāvan .

²²They call out, but it doesn't sit in anyone's intellect accurately that the Father of all souls is One. ²³“O Purifier” is said.

²⁴Tō gurū bhī hō gayā .

²⁴Therefore, He is also the Guru.

²⁵Kahtē haĩ duḥkh sē hamkō liberate kar śhāntidhām mē̃ lē jāō .

²⁵They say: Liberate us from sorrow and take us to the land of peace.

²⁶Tō bāp bhī huā phir patit-pāvan satgurū bhī huā , phir sr̥iṣhṭi chakra kaisē phirtā hai , manuṣhya 84 janm kaisē lētē haĩ , vah bēhad key|kī history-geography sunātē haĩ isliē supreme teacher bhī huā .

²⁶Therefore, He is the Father and He is also the Purifier Satguru. ²⁷Then, because He explains to us how the world cycle turns, how human beings take 84 births and, because He also explains the unlimited history and geography of the world, He is the Supreme Teacher.

²⁷Agyān-kāl mē̃ bāp alag , teacher alag , gurū alag hōtē haĩ .

²⁸On the path of ignorance, fathers, teachers and gurus are all separate.

²⁸Yah bēhad kā bāp , teacher , gurū ēk hī hai .

²⁹Here, the unlimited Father, Teacher and Guru are all one.

²⁹Kitnā fark hō gayā .

³⁰There is so much difference!

³⁰Bēhad kā bāp bēhad kā varsā dētē haĩ bachchō̃ kō .

³¹The unlimited Father gives you children the unlimited inheritance.

³¹Vah bhī had kā varsā dētē haĩ .

³²Those fathers give limited inheritances.

³²Paṛhāī bhī had kī hai .

³³Those studies are also limited.

³³World key|kī history-geography kō tō kōī jāntē nahī̃ .

³⁴No one knows the world history and geography.

³⁴Yah kiskō patā nahī̃ hai - lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ nē rājya kaisē pāyā  ? ³⁵Kitnā samay vah rājya chalā  ? ³⁶Phir trētā K|kē rām-sītā nē kitnā samay rājya kiyā  ?

³⁵No one knows how Lakshmi and Narayan attained their kingdom or for how long their kingdom lasted or for how long Rama and Sita ruled in the silver age.

³⁷Kuchh nahī̃ jāntē .

³⁶They don’t know anything at all.

³⁸Abhī tum bachchē samajhtē hō bēhad kā bāp āyē haĩ hamkō paṛhānē .

³⁷You children now understand that the unlimited Father has come to teach you.

³⁹Phir bābā sadgati kā rāstā batātē haĩ .

³⁸Baba also shows you the path to salvation.

⁴⁰Tum 84 janm lētē-lētē patit bantē hō .

³⁹You became impure while taking 84 births.

⁴¹Ab pāvan bannā hai .

⁴⁰You now have to become pure.

⁴²Yah hai tamōpradhān duniyā .

⁴¹This is a tamopradhan world.

⁴³Satō , rajō , tamō mē̃ her|har chīz ātī hai .

⁴²Everything goes through the stages of sato, rajo and tamo.

⁴⁴Yah jō sr̥iṣhṭi hai , unkī bhī āyu hai naī sō purānī , purānī sō phir naī hōtī hai .

⁴³Even the age of this world becomes old from new and then new from old.

⁴⁵Yah tō sab jāntē haĩ . ⁴⁶Satyug mē̃ bhārat hī thā , unmē̃ dēvī-dēvatāō̃ kā rājya thā .

⁴⁴Everyone knows that there was only Bharat in the golden age and that the deities used to rule there.

⁴⁷God goddess kā rājya thā .

⁴⁵It used to be the kingdom of gods and goddesses.

⁴⁸Achchhā phir kyā huā  ?

⁴⁶Achcha, so what happened then?

⁴⁹Unhōnnē punarjanma liyā .

⁴⁷They took rebirth.

⁵⁰Satōpradhān sē satō , satō sē rajō tamō mē̃ āyē . ⁵¹Itnē-itnē janma liē .

⁴⁸From being satopradhan, they became sato, rajo and then tamo; they took such-and-such a number of births.

⁵²Bhārat mē̃ 5 hazār varṣh pahlē jab lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ kā rājya thā tō vahā̃ manuṣhyō̃ key|kī āyu average 125-150 varṣh hōtī hai .

⁴⁹Five thousand years ago in Bharat, when it was the kingdom of Lakshmi and Narayan, the average lifespan of a human being was 125 to 150 years.

⁵³Uskō amarlōk kahā jātā hai . ⁵⁴Akālē mr̥iityu kabhī hōtā nahī̃ .

⁵⁰That is called a land of immortality; there is never untimely death there.

⁵⁵Yah hai mr̥ityulōk .

⁵¹This is a land of death.

⁵⁶Amarlōk mē̃ manuṣhya amar rahtē haĩ , āyu baṛī rahtī hai .

⁵²In that land of immortality, people remain immortal; they have long lifespans.

⁵⁷Satyug mē̃ pavitra gr̥ihasth āśhram thā .

⁵³In the golden age, it is a pure household ashram.

⁵⁸Viceless world kahā jātā hai .

⁵⁴It is called a viceless world.

⁵⁹Abhī hai vicious world .

⁵⁵This is now a vicious world.

⁶⁰Abhī tum bachchē jāntē hō ham śhivbābā key|kī santān haĩ .

⁵⁶You children now know that you are the children of Shiv Baba.

⁶¹Varsā śhivbābā sē miltā hai .

⁵⁷You receive the inheritance from Shiv Baba.

⁶²Yah dādā , vah ḍāḍā ( grand-father ) varsā ḍāḍē kā miltā hai .

⁵⁸This one is Dada (senior brother) and that One is the Grandfather. ⁵⁹You receive the inheritance from the Grandfather.

⁶³Ḍāḍē key|kī property par sabkā hak rahtā hai .

⁶⁰Everyone has a right to the Grandfather's property.

⁶⁴Brahmā kō kahā jātā hai prajāpitā .

⁶¹Brahma is called the Father of People (Prajapita).

⁶⁵Adam aur Eve , Adam bībī .

⁶²Adam and Eve: Adam and his wife.

⁶⁶Vah hai nirākār god father .

⁶³That One is incorporeal God, the Father.

⁶⁷Yah ( prajāpitā ) hō gayā sākārī father .

⁶⁴This one (Prajapita) is the corporeal father.

⁶⁸Inkō apnā śharīr hai . ⁶⁹Śhivbābā kō apnā śharīr nahī̃ hai .

⁶⁵He has his own body, whereas Shiv Baba doesn't have a body of His own.

⁷⁰Tō tumkō varsā miltā hai śhivbābā sē brahmā dvārā .

⁶⁶You receive your inheritance from Shiv Baba through Brahma Baba.

⁷¹Ḍāḍē key|kī milkiyat milēgī tō bāp dvārā nā .

⁶⁷You receive the Grandfather's property through the father.

⁷²Śhivbābā sē bhī brahmā dvārā tum phir manuṣhya sē dēvtā ban rahē hō .

⁶⁸You are once again being made into deities from human beings by Shiv Baba through Brahma Baba.

⁷³Manuṣhy sē dēvtā kiyē karat na lāgī vār … kisnē banāyā  ?

⁶⁹They sing His praise in the Granth (Sikh scripture), “It didn't take God long to change humans into deities.” ⁷⁰Who made you that?

⁷⁴Bhagvān nē .

⁷¹God.

⁷⁵Mahimā kartē haĩ nā granth mē̃ . ⁷⁶Mahimā bahut hai .

⁷²There is a lot of praise in the Granth.

⁷⁷Jaisē bābā kahtē haĩ alpha kō yād karō tō bē bādśhāhī tumhārī .

⁷³Baba says: Remember Alpha and then beta, the kingdom, will be yours.

⁷⁸Gurūnānak bhī kahtē jap sāhēb kō tō sukh milē .

⁷⁴Even Guru Nanak said: Chant the name of the Lord and you will receive happiness.

⁷⁹Us nirākār akālmūrt bāp key|kī hī mahimā gātē haĩ .

⁷⁵They sing praise of that incorporeal Immortal Image of the Father.

⁸⁰Bāp kahtē haĩ mujhē yād karō tō sukh milē .

⁷⁶The Father says: Remember Me and you will receive happiness.

⁸¹Abhī bāp kō hī yād kartē haĩ .

⁷⁷Now, everyone remembers the Father.

⁸²Laṛāī pūrī hōgī phir lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ K|kē rājya mē̃ ēk hī dharm hōgā .

⁷⁸When the war is over, there will just be the one religion in the kingdom of Lakshmi and Narayan.

⁸³Yah samajhnē key|kī bātē̃ haĩ .

⁷⁹These matters have to be understood.

⁸⁴Bhagvānuvāch - patit-pāvan gyān kā sāgar bhagvān kō kahā jātā hai .

⁸⁰God speaks: Only God is called the Purifier and the Ocean of Knowledge.

⁸⁵Vahī duḥkh hartā sukh kartā hai .

⁸¹He alone is the Remover of Sorrow and the Bestower of Happiness.

⁸⁶Jab ham bāp K|kē bachchē haĩ tō jarūr ham sukh mē̃ hōnē chāhiē .

⁸²Since we are children of the Father, we should definitely have happiness.

⁸⁷Barōbar bhāratvāsī satyug mē̃ thē .

⁸³Truly, the people of Bharat existed in the golden age.

⁸⁸Bākī sab ātmāyē̃ śhānti-dhām mē̃ thī .

⁸⁴All the rest of the souls were in the land of peace.

⁸⁹Abhī tō sab ātmāyē̃ yahā̃ ā rahī haĩ .

⁸⁵All the souls are now coming down here.

⁹⁰Phir ham jākar dēvī-dēvtā banē̃gē . ⁹¹Svarg mē̃ part bajātē haĩ .

⁸⁶We will then go and become deities and play our parts in heaven.

⁹²Yah purānī duniyā hai duḥkhdhām , naī duniyā hai sukhdhām .

⁸⁷This old world is a land of sorrow, whereas that new world is a land of happiness.

⁹³Purānā ghar hōtā hai tō phir unmē̃ chūhē sarp ādi nikaltē haĩ .

⁸⁸When a house becomes old, rats and snakes emerge.

⁹⁴Yah duniyā bhī aisī hai .

⁸⁹This world is also like that.

⁹⁵Is kalp key|kī āyu 5 hazār varṣh hai .

⁹⁰The duration of this cycle is 5000 years.

⁹⁶Abhī hai ant .

⁹¹It is now the end.

⁹⁷Gāndhī jī bhī chāhtē thē naī duniyā naī dēhlī hō , rāmrājya hō .

⁹²Gandhiji too wanted there to be a new world, a New Delhi, the kingdom of God (Rama).

⁹⁸Parantu yah tō bāp kā hī kām hai .

⁹³However, this is only the task of the Father.

⁹⁹Dēvtāō̃ K|kē rājya kō hī rāmrājya kahtē haĩ .

⁹⁴Only the kingdom of deities is called the kingdom of Rama.

¹⁰⁰Naī duniyā mē̃ tō jarūr lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ kā rājya hōgā .

⁹⁵There will definitely be the kingdom of Lakshmi and Narayan in that new world.

¹⁰¹Pahlē tō rādhē-kr̥iṣhṇa dōnō̃ alag-alag rājdhānī K|kē haĩ phir unhō̃ key|kī sagāī huī tō lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ bantē haĩ .

⁹⁶First of all, Radhe and Krishna belong to separate kingdoms and then, on their marriage, they become Lakshmi and Narayan.

¹⁰²Jarūr is samay aisē karma kartē hōṅgē .

⁹⁷They must definitely have performed such actions in this birth.

¹⁰³Bāp tumkō karma-akarma-vikarma kī gati baiṭh samjhātē haĩ .

⁹⁸The Father sits here and explains to you the philosophy of action, neutral action and sinful action.

¹⁰⁴Rāvaṇ rājya mē̃ manuṣhya jō karma karē̃gē vah karma vikarma ban jātē haĩ .

⁹⁹Whatever actions people in the kingdom of Ravan perform, they are sinful actions.

¹⁰⁵Satyug mē̃ karma akarma hōtē haĩ .

¹⁰⁰In the golden age, actions are neutral.

¹⁰⁶Gītā mē̃ bhī hai parantu nām badal liyā hai .

¹⁰¹This is also mentioned in the Gita, but they have changed the name.

¹⁰⁷Yah hai bhūl .

¹⁰²That is a mistake.

¹⁰⁸Kr̥iṣhṇa jayantī tō hōtī hai satyug mē̃ .

¹⁰³Shri Krishna’s birth takes place in the golden age.

¹⁰⁹Śhiv hai nirākār parampitā , śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa tō sākār mē̃ hai .

¹⁰⁴Shiva is the incorporeal Supreme Father. ¹⁰⁵Shri Krishna is a corporeal human being.

¹¹⁰Pahlē śhivjayantī hōtī hai phir śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa jayantī bhārat mē̃ hī manātē haĩ .

¹⁰⁶First, there is Shiva’s birthday. ¹⁰⁷Then, they celebrate Shri Krishna’s birthday in Bharat.

¹¹¹Śhivrātri kahtē haĩ .

¹⁰⁸They speak of Shiv Ratri (Night of Shiva).

¹¹²Bāp ākar bhārat kō svarg kā rājya dētē haĩ .

¹⁰⁹The Father comes and gives Bharat the kingdom of heaven.

¹¹³Śhivjayantī kē bād hai kr̥iṣhṇa jayantī .

¹¹⁰After Shiva’s birthday there is Shri Krishna’s birthday.

¹¹⁴Unkē bīch mē̃ hōtī hai rākhī kyōṅki pavitratā chāhiē .

¹¹¹Between these two, there is Rakhi, because purity is needed.

¹¹⁵Purānī duniyā kā vināśh bhī chāhiē .

¹¹²There also has to be the destruction of the old world.

¹¹⁶Phir laṛāī lagtī hai tō sab khatm hō jātē haĩ phir tum ākar naī duniyā mē̃ rājya karē̃gē .

¹¹³Therefore, the war takes place and everything is destroyed, and you then come and rule in the new world.

¹¹⁷Tum is purānī duniyā , mr̥ityulōk kē liē nahī̃ paṛhtē hō .

¹¹⁴You are not studying for this old world, this land of death.

¹¹⁸Tumhārī paṛhāī hai naī duniyā amarlōk kē liē .

¹¹⁵Your study is for the new world, that land of immortality.

¹¹⁹Aisā tō kōī college nahī̃ hōgā .

¹¹⁶There isn’t any other such college.

¹²⁰Ab bāp kahtē haĩ is mr̥ityulōk kā ant hai isliē jaldī paṛhkar hōśhiyār hōnā hai .

¹¹⁷The Father says: It is now the end of the land of death and you therefore have to study and quickly become clever.

¹²¹Vah bāp bhī hai , patit-pāvan bhī hai , paṛhātē bhī haĩ .

¹¹⁸He is the Father, the Purifier and He also teaches you.

¹²²Tō yah god fatherly university hai .

¹¹⁹This is the Godfatherly University.

¹²³Bhagvānuvāch hai nā . ¹²⁴Kr̥iṣhṇa tō satyug kā prince hai .

¹²⁰God speaks: Shri Krishna is the prince of the golden age.

¹²⁵Vah bhī śhivbābā sē varsā lētē haĩ .

¹²¹He too receives the inheritance from Shiv Baba.

¹²⁶Is samay sab bhaviṣhya kē liē varsā lē rahē haĩ phir jitnā paṛhē̃gē utnā varsā milēgā .

¹²²At this time, all of you are claiming your future inheritance. ¹²³You will receive the inheritance according to how much you study.

¹²⁷Nahī̃ paṛhē̃gē tō pad kam hō jāyēgā .

¹²⁴If you don't study, your status becomes lower.

¹²⁸Kahā̃ bhī rahō , paṛhtē rahō .

¹²⁵No matter where you live, you must continue to study.

¹²⁹Murlī tō vilāyat mē̃ bhī jā saktī hai .

¹²⁶The murlis are sent abroad too.

¹³⁰Bābā rōz sāvadhānī bhī dētē rahtē haĩ .

¹²⁷Baba continues to caution you every day.

¹³¹Bachchē bāp kō yād karō issē tumhārē vikarma vināśh hōṅgē .

¹²⁸Children, remember the Father, because your sins will be absolved by doing this.

¹³²Ātmā mē̃ jō khād paṛī hai vah nikal jāyēgī .

¹²⁹The alloy in souls will be removed.

¹³³Ātmā 100 percent pure bannī hai .

¹³⁰Souls have to become 100% pure.

¹³⁴Abhī tō impure hai .

¹³¹They are now impure.

¹³⁵Bhakti tō manuṣhya bahut kartē haĩ , tīrthō̃ par , mēlō̃ par lākhō̃ manuṣhya jātē haĩ .

¹³²People perform a lot of devotion. ¹³³Hundreds of thousands of people go on pilgrimages and to gatherings.

¹³⁶Yah tō janma-janmāntar sē chalā ātā hai .

¹³⁴That has continued for birth after birth.

¹³⁷Kitnē mandir ādi banātē , mēhnat kartē haĩ .

¹³⁵They build so many temples, etc. and make so much effort.

¹³⁸Phir bhī sīṛhī utartē ātē haĩ .

¹³⁶In spite of that, they have continued to come down the ladder.

¹³⁹Abhī tum jāntē hō - ham chaṛhtī kalā sē sukhdhām mē̃ jāyēṅgē , phir hamkō utarnā hai .

¹³⁷You now understand that you will go to the land of happiness with your stage of ascent and that you will then have to come down.

¹⁴⁰Phir kalā kamtī hōtī jātī hai .

¹³⁸The degrees will then continue to decrease.

¹⁴¹Nayē makān kā 10 varṣh kē bād bhabhkā jarūr kam hō jāyēgā .

¹³⁹The splendour of a new home definitely decreases after 10 years.

¹⁴²Tum naī duniyā satyug mē̃ thē .

¹⁴⁰You were in the new world of the golden age.

¹⁴³1250 varṣh kē bād rāmrājya śhurū hō gayā , abhī tō bilkul hī tamōpradhān haĩ .

¹⁴¹Then, after 1250 years, the kingdom of Rama began. ¹⁴²The world is now completely tamopradhan.

¹⁴⁴Manuṣhya kitnē hō gayē haĩ .

¹⁴³There are so many human beings.

¹⁴⁵Duniyā purānī hō gaī hai .

¹⁴⁴This world has become old.

¹⁴⁶Vē|way lōg tō family planning K|kē plan banātē rahtē haĩ .

¹⁴⁵Those people continue to make plans for family planning.

¹⁴⁷Kitnā mūnjhtē rahtē haĩ .

¹⁴⁶They continue to become so confused.

¹⁴⁸Ham likhtē haĩ yah tō god father kā hī kām hai .

¹⁴⁷We write that this is the task of God, the Father, alone.

¹⁴⁹Satyug mē̃ 9-10 lākh manuṣhya jākar rahē̃gē .

¹⁴⁸Nine hundred thousand to a million people will go and live in the golden age.

¹⁵⁰Bākī sab apnē ghar sweet home mē̃ chalē jāyēṅgē .

¹⁴⁹All the rest will go and stay in their sweet home.

¹⁵¹Yah godly family planning hai . ¹⁵²Ēk dharm key|kī sthāpanā , bākī sab dharmō̃ kā vināśh .

¹⁵⁰This is Godly family planning: construction of the one religion and the destruction of all the other religions.

¹⁵³Yah tō bāp apnā kām kar rahē haĩ .

¹⁵¹The Father is doing His work.

¹⁵⁴Vah kahtē haĩ vikār mē̃ bhal jāō parantu bachchā na hō .

¹⁵²Those people say: You are allowed to indulge in lust, but don't have any more children.

¹⁵⁵Aisē kartē-kartē hōgā kuchh bhī nahī̃ .

¹⁵³Nothing is accomplished in that way.

¹⁵⁶Yah planning tō bēhad bāp K|kē hāth mē̃ haĩ .

¹⁵⁴This planning is in the hands of only the unlimited Father.

¹⁵⁷Bāp kahtē haĩ maĩ hī duḥkhdhām sē sukhdhām banānē āyā hū̃ .

¹⁵⁵The Father says: Only I come to make this land of sorrow into that land of happiness.

¹⁵⁸Her|har 5 hazār varṣh bād maĩ ātā hū̃ . ¹⁵⁹Kaliyug K|kē ant aur satyug K|kē ādi mē̃ .

¹⁵⁶I come every 5000 years, between the end of the iron age and the beginning of the golden age.

¹⁶⁰Abhī yah hai saṅgam jabki patit duniyā sē pāvan duniyā bantī hai .

¹⁵⁷This is now the confluence age when this impure world becomes that pure world.

¹⁶¹Purānī duniyā kā vināśh aur naī duniyā kī sthāpanā yah tō bāp kā hī kām hai .

¹⁵⁸It is only the task of the Father to establish that new world and destroy this old world.

¹⁶²Satyug mē̃ thā hī ēk dharm .

¹⁵⁹There was just the one religion in the golden age.

¹⁹⁵Taiyāriyā̃ tō hō rahī haĩ , uskē sāth natural calamities bhī hōgī .

²⁶²Jahā̃ yād hai vahā̃ phariyād nahī̃ .

²⁶¹Where there is remembrance, there cannot be complaints.

²⁶³Kyā karē̃ , kaisē karē̃ , yah hōtā nahī̃ hai , thōṛī madad dē dō - yah hai fariyād .

²⁶²“What can I do? ²⁶³How can I do this? ²⁶⁴I cannot do this, give me some help”. ²⁶⁵These are complaints.

²⁶⁴Tō phariyād kō chhōṛkar svataḥ yōgī nirantar yōgī banō .

²⁶⁶So, stop complaining and become a natural and constant yogi.
