Song

6Gīt  : takdīr jagākar āī hū̃ …

7Song: I have come having awakened my fortune.

Murli

7Ōm śhānti .

8Om shanti.

8Gīt key|kī line sunkar K|kē bhī mīṭhē-mīṭhē bachchō̃ K|kē rōmāñch khaṛē hō jānē chāhiē .

9On hearing a line of this song, you sweetest children should have goose pimples of happiness.

9Hai tō common gīt parantu inkā sār aur kōī nahī̃ jāntē .

10It is a common song, but no one else understands the essence of it.

10Bāp hī ākar gīt , śhāstra ādi kā arth|earth samjhātē haĩ .

11Only the Father comes and tells you the meaning of the songs and the scriptures, etc.

11Mīṭhē-mīṭhē bachchē yah bhī jāntē haĩ ki kaliyug mē̃ sabkī takdīr sōī huī hai .

12You sweetest children understand that in the iron age everyone's fortune is dormant.

12Satyug mē̃ sabkī takdīr jagī huī hai .

13In the golden age everyone's fortune is awakened.

13Sōī huī takdīr kō jagānē vālā aur śhrīmat dēnē vālā athavā tadbīr banānē vālā ēk hī bāp hai .

14Only the one Father awakens your dormant fortune, gives you shrimat to create your fortune.

14Vahī baiṭh bachchō̃ key|kī takdīr jagātē haĩ .

15He alone sits here and awakens the fortune of you children.

15Jaisē bachchē paidā hōtē haĩ aur takdīr jag jātī hai .

16As soon as children are born, their fortune awakens.

16Bachchā janamā aur unkō yah patā paṛ jātā hai ki ham vāris haĩ .

17After a child is born, he becomes aware that he is an heir.

17Hūbahū yah phir bēhad key|kī bāt hai .

18It is exactly the same here but this is an unlimited aspect.

18Bachchē jāntē haĩ - kalp-kalp hamārī takdīr jagtī hai phir sō jātī hai .

19You children know that your fortune awakens every cycle and that it then becomes dormant.

19Pāvan bantē haĩ tō takdīr jagtī hai .

20When you become pure, your fortune awakens.

20Pāvan gr̥ihasth āśhram kahā jātā hai .

21It is said: There is the pure household ashram.

21Āśhram akṣhar pavitra hōtā hai .

22The word "ashram" is a pure word.

22Pavitra gr̥ihasth āśhram , unkē against phir hai apavitr patit gr̥ihastha dharm .

23There is the pure household ashram and, in contrast to that, there is the impure household religion.

23Āśhram nahī̃ kahē̃gē .

24You wouldn't say "ashram" of something impure.

24Gr̥ihastha dharm tō sabkā hai hī .

25The household religion belongs to everyone.

25Jānvarō̃ mē̃ bhī hai . 26Bachchē tō sab paidā kartē hī haĩ .

26It also exists among the animals; all of them create children.

27Jānvarō̃ kō bhī kahē̃gē gr̥ihastha dharm mē̃ haĩ .

27Even animals are said to belong to the household religion.

28Ab bachchē jāntē haĩ - ham svarg mē̃ pavitra gr̥ihasth āśhram mē̃ thē , dēvī-dēvtā thē .

28You children now know that you belonged to the pure household ashram in heaven; you were deities.

29Unhō̃ key|kī mahimā bhī gātē haĩ sarvguṇ sampann , 16 kalā sampūrṇ . . . . . . tum khud bhī gātē thē .

29Their praise is sung: “Full of all virtues, 16 celestial degrees full”. 30You used to sing this yourselves.

30Ab samajhtē hō ham manuṣhya sē dēvtā phir sē ban rahē haĩ .

31You now understand that you are once again changing from human beings into deities.

31Gāyan bhī hai manuṣhya sē dēvtā . . . . . .

32It is sung that it didn't take God long to change humans into deities.

32Brahmā-viṣhṇu-śhaṅkar kō bhī dēvtā kahtē haĩ .

33Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar are called deities.

33Brahmā dēvtāē namaḥ phir kahtē haĩ śhiv paramātmāē namaḥ .

34They say: “Salutations to the deity Brahma”, and then they say, "Salutations to the Supreme Soul Shiva.”

34Abhī unkā arth|earth bhī tum jāntē hō .

35You now understand the meaning of this.

35Vah tō andhaśhraddhā sē sirph kah dētē haĩ .

36They simply say this out of blind faith.

36Ab śhaṅkar dēvtāē namaḥ kahē̃gē .

37They even say, "Salutations to the deity Shankar.”

37Śhiv kē liē kahē̃gē śhiv paramātmāē namaḥ tō fark huā nā .

38For Shiva, they say, "Salutations to the Supreme Soul Shiva", and so there is a difference.

38Vah dēvtā hō gayā , vah paramātmā hō gayā .

39That one is a deity and this One is the Supreme Soul.

39Śhiv aur śhaṅkar kō ēk kah nahī̃ saktē .

40You cannot say that Shiva and Shankar are one and the same.

40Tum jāntē hō ham barōbar pattharbuddhi thē , ab pārasbuddhi ban rahē haĩ .

41You know that you truly did have stone intellects and that you are now becoming those with divine intellects.

41Dēvtāō̃ kō tō pattharbuddhi nahī̃ kahē̃gē .

42Deities cannot be called those with stone intellects.

42Phir drama anusār rāvaṇ rājya mē̃ sīṛhī utarnī hai .

43According to the drama, you had to come down the ladder into Ravan’s kingdom.

43Pārasbuddhi sē pattharbuddhi bannā hai .

44Now, from those with stone intellects, you have to become those with divine intellects.

44Sabsē buddhivān tō ēk hī bāp hai .

45The one Father is the wisest of all.

45Abhī tumhārī buddhi mē̃ dam nahī̃ rahā hai .

46Your intellects now have no power at all.

46Bāp unkō baiṭh pārasbuddhi banātē haĩ .

47The Father sits here and makes the intellects of such ones divine.

47Tum yahā̃ ātē hō pārasbuddhi bannē .

48You come here to make your intellects divine.

48Pārasnāth K|kē bhī mandir haĩ .

49There are temples to the Lord of Divinity.

49Vahā̃ mēlē lagtē haĩ . 50Parantu yah kiskō patā nahī̃ ki pārasnāth kaun hai .

50They also have gatherings (melas) there, but no one knows who the Lord of Divinity is.

51Vāstav mē̃ pāras banānē vālā tō bāp hī hai .

51In fact, it is only the one Father who makes everyone divine.

52Vah hai buddhivānō̃ key|kī buddhi .

52He is the Intellect of the Wise.

53Yah gyān hai tum bachchō̃ key|kī buddhi kē liē khurāk , issē buddhi kitnā palaṭtī hai .

53This knowledge is nourishment for the intellects of you children. 54Your intellects are being transformed so much.

54Yah duniyā hai kāṇṭō̃ kā jaṅgal .

55This world is called a forest of thorns.

55Kitnā ēk-dō kō duḥkh dētē haĩ .

56How much sorrow people give one another!

56Abhī hai hī tamō-pradhān raurav nark .

57This is the tamopradhan world of extreme hell.

57Garuṛ purāṇ mē̃ tō bahut rōchak bātē̃ likh dī haĩ .

58Many fearsome stories have been written in the Garuda Purana.

58Abhī tum bachchō̃ key|kī buddhi kō khurāk mil rahī hai .

59The intellects of you children are now receiving nourishment.

59Bēhad kā bāp khurāk dē rahē haĩ .

60The unlimited Father is giving you nourishment.

60Yah hai paṛhāī .

61This is a study.

61Iskō gyān amr̥it bhī kah dētē haĩ .

62This can also be called nectar of knowledge.

62Kōī jal ādi hai nahī̃ .

63There is no water, etc.

63Ājkal sab chīzō̃ kō amr̥it kah dētē haĩ .

64Nowadays, they call everything nectar.

64Gaṅgājal kō bhī amr̥it kahtē haĩ .

65They even say that the water of the Ganges is nectar.

65Dēvtāō̃ K|kē pair dhōkar pānī rakhtē haĩ , uskō amr̥it kah dētē haĩ .

66They wash the feet of the deity idols with that water and keep it, calling it nectar.

66Ab yah bhī buddhi sē samajhnē key|kī bāt hai nā .

67This is also something to be understood with your intellects.

67Yah añchalī amr̥it hai vā patit-pāvnī gaṅgā kā jal amr̥it hai  ?

68Is that handful of water nectar or is the water of the Purifier Ganges nectar?

68Añchalī jō dētē haĩ vah aisē nahī̃ kahtē ki yah patitō̃ kō pāvan banānē vālā hai , gaṅgājal kē liē kahtē haĩ patit-pāvnī hai .

69The one who gives that handful of water doesn’t say that it will make the impure pure. 70They say of the water of the Ganges that it is the purifier.

69Kahtē bhī haĩ manuṣhya marē tō gaṅgājal mukh mē̃ hō .

71They say that when a person dies, he should have the water of the Ganges on his lips.

70Dikhātē haĩ arjun nē bāṇ mārā phir amr̥it jal pilāyā .

72They portray Arjuna shooting an arrow and then giving nectar (nectar emerging where the arrow struck).

71Tum bachchō̃ nē kōī bāṇ ādi nahī̃ chalāyē haĩ .

73You children have not shot any arrows.

72Ēk gānv haĩ jahā̃ bāṇō̃ sē laṛtē haĩ .

74There is a village where they fight with bows and arrows.

73Vahā̃ K|kē rājā kō īśhvar kā avatār kahtē haĩ .

75The ruler of that place is said to be an incarnation of God.

74Ab īśhvar kā avatār tō kōī hō nahī̃ saktā .

76However, no one can be an incarnation of God.

75Vāstav mē̃ sachchā-sachchā satgurū tō ēk hī hai , jō sarv kā sadgati dātā hai . 76Jō sabhī ātmāō̃ kō sāth lē jātē haĩ .

77In fact, there is only one true Satguru who is the Bestower of Salvation for all and He will now take all souls back with Him.

77Bāp K|kē sivāē vāpis kōī bhī lē jā nahī̃ saktā .

78No one, apart from the Father, can take you back home.

78Brahm mē̃ līn hō jānē key|kī bhī bāt nahī̃ hai .

79There is no question of merging into the brahm element.

79Yah nāṭak banā huā hai . 80Sr̥iṣhṭi kā chakra anādi phirtā hī rahtā hai .

80This play is predestined; the world cycle continues to turn eternally.

81World key|kī history-geography kaisē repeat hōtī hai , yah abhī tum jāntē hō aur kōī nahī̃ jāntā .

81You now understand how the world history and geography repeat. 82No one else understands this.

82Manuṣhya arthāt ātmāyē̃ apnē bāp rachayitā kō bhī nahī̃ jāntī haĩ , jiskō yād bhī kartē haĩ ō god father .

83Human beings, that is, souls, don’t know their Father, the Creator, whom they remember and of whom they say, "O God, the Father".

83Had K|kē bāp kō kabhī god father nahī̃ kahē̃gē .

84They would never say "God, the Father" to a physical father.

84God father akṣhar bahut respect sē kahtē haĩ .

85They use the term "God, the Father", with a lot of respect.

85Unkē liē hī gātē haĩ patit-pāvan , duḥkh hartā sukh kartā hai .

86It is to Him that they sing: “O Purifier, Remover of Sorrow and Bestower of Happiness."

86Ēk taraph kahtē haĩ vah duḥkh hartā sukh kartā hai aur jab kōī duḥkh hōtā hai vā bachchā ādi mar jātā hai tō kah dētē īśhvar hī duḥkh-sukh dētā hai . 87Īśhvar nē hamārā bachchā lē liyā .

87On the one hand, they say that He is the Remover of Sorrow and the Bestower of Happiness and, on the other hand, when they experience sorrow or their child dies, they say that God gives happiness and sorrow, and that God has taken away their child.

88Yah kyā kiyā  ?

88What has He done?

89Ab mahimā ēk gātē haĩ aur phir kuchh hōtā hai tō īśhvar kō gāliyā̃ dētē haĩ .

89They sing praise of God but then, when something happens, they begin to insult Him.

90Kahtē bhī haĩ īśhvar nē bachchā diyā hai , phir agar usnē vāpis lē liyā tō tum rōtē kyō̃ hō  ?

90They say that God gave them that child. 91Therefore, if He has taken that child back, why should they cry?

91Īśhvar kē pās gayā nā .

92He has just gone to God.

92Satyug mē̃ kabhī kōī rōtē nahī̃ .

93No one cries in the golden age.

93Bāp samjhātē haĩ rōnē key|kī tō kōī darkār nahī̃ .

94The Father explains: There is no need to cry.

94Ātmā kō apnē hisāb-kitāb anusār jāē dūsrā part bajānā hai .

95The soul has to go and play another part according to his karmic accounts.

95Gyān na hōnē kāraṇ manuṣhya kitnā rōtē haĩ , jaisē pāgal hō jātē haĩ .

96Because people don't have this knowledge, they cry so much, it is as though they have gone mad.

96Yahā̃ tō bāp samjhātē haĩ - ammā marē tō bhī haluā khānā . . . . . naṣhṭōmōhā hōnā hai .

97Here, the Father explains: Even if your mother dies, you have to eat halva. 98You have to be a destroyer of attachment.

97Hamārā tō ēk hī bēhad kā bāp hai , dūsrā na kōī .

99Mine is the one unlimited Father and none other.

98Aisī avasthā bachchō̃ key|kī hōnī chāhiē .

100You children should have such a stage.

99Mōhjīt rājā kī kathā bhī sunī hai nā .

101You have heard the story of the king who conquered attachment, have you not?

100Yah haĩ sab dant kathāyē̃ .

102All of those are tall stories.

101Satyug mē̃ kabhī duḥkh key|kī bāt nahī̃ hōtī .

103There is no question of sorrow in the golden age.

102Na kabhī akālē mr̥iityu hōtī hai .

104There is never untimely death there.

103Tum bachchē jāntē haĩ ham abhī kāl par jīt pātē haĩ , bāp kō mahākāl bhī kahtē haĩ .

105You children understand that you are conquering death. 106The Father is called the Great Death.

104Kālō̃ kā kāl tumkō kāl par jīt pahnātē haĩ arthāt kāl kabhī khātā nahī̃ .

107The Death of all Deaths is enabling you to conquer death. 108This means that you will never experience untimely death.

105Kāl ātmā kō tō nahī̃ khā saktā .

109Souls cannot experience death.

106Ātmā ēk śharīr chhōṛ dūsrā lētī hai , uskō kahtē haĩ kāl khā gayā .

110A soul sheds his body and takes another. 111That is called experiencing death.

107Bākī kāl kōī chīz nahī̃ hai .

112Death isn't anything else.

108Manuṣhya mahimā gātē rahtē , samajhtē kuchh bhī nahī̃ .

113People continue to sing praise but they don't understand anything.

109Gātē haĩ achatam kēśhavam . . . . . . arth|earth kuchh nahī̃ samajhtē .

114They sing songs of praise but they don't understand the meaning of those songs.

110Bilkul hī manuṣhya samajh sē bāhar hō gayē haĩ .

115Everything is now beyond the understanding of human beings.

111Bāp samjhātē haĩ yah 5 vikār tumhārī buddhi kō kitnā kharāb kar dētē haĩ .

116The Father explains: These five vices have made your intellects so poor.

112Kitnē manuṣhya badrīnāth ādi par jātē haĩ .

117So many people go to Badrinath, etc.

113Āj dō lākh gayē , 4 lākh gayē . . . . . baṛē-baṛē officers bhī jātē haĩ tīrtha karnē .

118Today, two to four hundred thousand people go. 119Even important officers go on a pilgrimage there.

114Tum tō jātē nahī̃ tō vah kahē̃gē yah be|B . K|kē . tō nāstik haĩ kyōṅki bhakti nahī̃ kartē .

120You don't go there and so they say that the Brahma Kumaris have become atheists because they don't perform devotion.

115Tum phir kahtē hō jō bhagvān kō nahī̃ jāntē vō nāstik haĩ .

121You then tell them that those who don't know God are atheists.

116Bāp kō tō kōī nahī̃ jāntē isliē inkō orphan key|kī duniyā kahā jātā hai . 117Kitnā āpas mē̃ laṛtē-jhagaṛtē rahtē haĩ .

122No one knows the Father and this is why this is called a world of orphans; they continue to fight and quarrel among themselves so much.

118Yah sārī duniyā bābā kā ghar hai nā .

123This whole world is Baba's home, is it not?

119Bāp sārī duniyā K|kē bachchō̃ kō patit sē pāvan banānē ātē haĩ .

124The Father comes to purify the children of the whole world.

120Ādhākalp barōbar pāvan duniyā thī nā .

125For half a cycle, there truly was the pure world.

121Gātē bhī haĩ rām rājā , rām prajā , rām sāhūkār hai . . . . . vahā̃ phir adharm key|kī bāt kaisē hō saktī .

126They even sing: As is King Rama, so are the subjects of Rama. 127As Rama is wealthy, so too are his subjects. 128How could there be anything unrighteous there?

122Kahtē bhī haĩ vahā̃ śhēr-bakrī ikaṭṭhē jal pītē haĩ phir vahā̃ rāvaṇ ādi kahā̃ sē āyē  ?

129They even say that the lion and the lamb drink water together there. 130So, where could Ravan, etc. come from?

123Samajhtē nahī̃ .

131They don’t understand anything.

124Bāhar vālē tō aisī bātē̃ sunkar hanstē haĩ .

132When people abroad hear those things, they are amused.

125Tum bachchē jāntē hō - abhī gyān kā sāgar bāp ākar hamē̃ gyān dētē haĩ .

133You children know that the Father, the Ocean of Knowledge, has come and that he is now giving you this knowledge.

126Yah patit duniyā hai nā .

134This world is impure.

127Ab prērṇā sē patitō̃ kō pāvan banāyēṅgē kyā  ?

135Would He purify the impure through inspiration?

128Bulātē haĩ hē patit-pāvan āō , ākar hamkō pāvan banāō tō jarūr bhārat mē̃ hī āyā thā .

136People call out: “O Purifier, come! 137Come and purify us!” 138Therefore, He must surely have come in Bharat.

129Ab bhī kahtē haĩ maĩ gyān kā sāgar āyā hū̃ .

139Even today, He tells us: “I, the Ocean of Knowledge, have come.”

130Tum bachchē jāntē hō śhivbābā mē̃ hī sārā gyān hai , vahī bāp baiṭh bachchō̃ kō yah sab bātē̃ samjhātē haĩ .

140You children know that only Shiv Baba has all of this knowledge. 141That Father sits here and explains all of these things to you children.

131Śhāstrō̃ mē̃ sab hai dant kathāyē̃ .

142In the scriptures, they are all tall stories.

132Nām rakh diyā hai - vyās bhagvān nē śhāstra banāyē . 133Ab vah vyās thā bhakti mārg kā .

143They mention the name of God Vyas. 144They say that he wrote the scriptures, that Vyas belonged to the path of devotion.

134Yah hai vyās dēv , unkē bachchē tum sukh dēv hō .

145This One is Vyas Dev and you, His children, are Sukh Deva (bestowers of happiness).

135Ab tum sukh K|kē dēvtā bantē hō .

146You are now becoming deities (bestowers) of happiness.

136Sukh kā varsā lē rahē hō vyās sē , śhivāchārya sē .

147You are receiving your inheritance of happiness from Vyas, Shiva, the Teacher (Shivacharya).

137Vyās K|kē bachchē tum hō .

148You are the children of Vyas.

138Parantu manuṣhya mūñjh na jāē̃ isliē kahā jātā hai śhiv K|kē bachchē .

149So that people don't become confused, you are called the children of Shiva.

139Unkā asul nām hai hī śhiv .

150His real name is Shiva.

140Tō ab bāp kahtē haĩ - kisī dēhdhārī kō mat dēkhō . 141Jabki śhivbābā sammukh baiṭhē haĩ .

151The Father now says: Since Shiv Baba is personally sitting in front of you, stop looking at bodily beings.

142Ātmā kō jānā jātā hai , paramātmā kō bhī jānā jātā hai .

152Souls can be realised and the Supreme Soul can also be realised.

143Vah parampitā paramātmā śhiv .

153He is the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, Shiva.

144Vahī ākar patit sē pāvan bannē kā rāstā batātē haĩ .

154He comes and shows you the path to become pure from impure.

145Kahtē haĩ maĩ tum ātmāō̃ kā bāp hū̃ .

155He says: I am the Father of you souls.

146Ātmā kō realise kiyā jātā hai , dēkhā nahī̃ jātā hai .

156A soul can be realised, it cannot be seen.

147Bāp pūchhtē haĩ ab tumnē apnī ātmā kō realise kiyā  ?

157The Father asks: Has each of you realised that you are a soul?

148Itnī chhōṭī see|sī|C ātmā mē̃ avināśhī part nūndhā huā hai . 149Jaisē ēk record hai .

158An imperishable part is recorded in such a tiny soul, just like a record.

150Tum jāntē hō ham ātmā hī śharīr dhāraṇ kartī haĩ .

159You know that you souls adopt bodies.

151Pahlē tum dēh-abhimānī thē , ab dēhī-abhimānī hō .

160At first, you were soul conscious and you then became body conscious.

152Tum jāntē hō ham ātmā 84 janma lētī haĩ .

161You know that you souls take 84 births.

153Unkā end ( ant ) nahī̃ hōtā .
