¹ «  mīṭhē bachchē - har ēk K|kē pāp chūsnē vālā first class blotting paper ēk śhivbābā hai , uskō yād karō tō pāp khatm hō ' '

¹Essence: Sweet children, only Shiv Baba is first-class blotting paper who absorbs everyone's sins. ²Remember Him and your sins will be absolved.

²Praśhna  : ātmā par sabsē gaharē dāg kaun sē haĩ , uskō miṭānē liē kaun see|sī|C mēhnat karō  ?

³Question: What are the deepest stains on souls? ⁴What effort do you need to make to erase them?

³Uttar  : ātmā par dēh-abhimān K|kē bahut gaharē dāg paṛē huē haĩ , ghaṛī-ghaṛī kisī dēhdhārī K|kē nām-rūp mē̃ phans paṛtī hai .

⁵Answer: There are very deep stains of body consciousness on souls. ⁶Souls repeatedly become trapped in someone's name and form.

⁴Bāp kō yād na kar dēhdhāriyō̃ kō yād kartī rahtī .

⁷Souls don't remember the Father but continue to remember bodily beings.

⁵Ēk dō key|kī dil kō duḥkh dētī hai .

⁸They continue to cause sorrow for one another's hearts.

⁶Is dāg kō miṭānē kē liē dēhī-abhimānī bannē key|kī mēhnat karō .

⁹In order to erase these stains, make effort to become soul conscious.

⁹Mīṭhē-mīṭhē sabhī centres K|kē bachchō̃ nē gīt sunā .

¹²Sweetest children at all the centres heard the song.

¹⁰Ab apnē kō dēkh lō ki kitnē puṇya haĩ aur kitnē pāp miṭē haĩ .

¹³Look at yourselves and see how much charity you have performed and how many sins you have erased.

¹¹Sārī duniyā sādhū sant ādi pukārtē haĩ ki hē patit-pāvan , ēk hī patit sē pāvan banānē vālā bāp hai .

¹⁴The whole world, including the sages and holy men, call out: O Purifier. ¹⁵Only the one Father purifies the impure.

¹²Bākī sabhī mē̃ haĩ pāp .

¹⁶All others have sin in them.

¹³Yah tō tum jāntē hō ki ātmā mē̃ hī pāp haĩ .

¹⁷You know that sins are in souls.

¹⁴Puṇya bhī ātmā mē̃ haĩ .

¹⁸Charity is also accumulated in souls.

¹⁵Ātmā hī pāvan , ātmā hī patit bantī hai .

¹⁹It is souls that become pure and souls that become impure.

¹⁶Yahā̃ sab ātmāyē̃ patit haĩ . ¹⁷Pāpō̃ K|kē dāg lagē huē haĩ isliē pāp ātmā kahā jātā hai .

²⁰All souls here are impure; they are covered with stains of sin and this is why they are called sinful souls.

¹⁸Ab pāp nikalē kaisē  ?

²¹How can those sins be removed?

¹⁹Jab kōī chīz par syāhī vā tēl gir jātā hai tō blotting paper ( sōkhtā ) rakhtē haĩ . ²⁰Vah sārā chūs lētā hai .

²²When oil or ink is spilt somewhere, blotting paper is used to absorb it.

²¹Ab sabhī manuṣhya yād kartē haĩ ēk kō kyōṅki vahī blotting paper hai , patit-pāvan hai .

²³All human beings remember the One because He is the Blotting Paper, the Purifier.

²²Sivāē us ēk K|kē aur kōī blotting paper hai nahī̃ .

²⁴No one, apart from Him, is the Blotting Paper.

²³Vah tō janm janm gaṅgā snān kartē aur hī patit huē haĩ .

²⁵Those people bathe in the Ganges for birth after birth and become even more impure.

²⁴Patitō̃ kō pāvan karnē vālā ēk hī śhivbābā blotting paper hai .

²⁶Only Shiv Baba is the Blotting Paper that purifies the impure.

²⁵Hai bhī chhōṭē tē chhōṭī ēk bindī .

²⁷He is the tiniest of the tiny, just a point.

²⁶Sabkā pāp naṣhṭ kartē haĩ .

²⁸He absolves everyone's sins.

²⁷Kis yukti sē  ?

²⁹With what method?

²⁸Sirph kahtē haĩ mujh blotting paper kō yād karō .

³⁰He simply says: Remember Me, the Blotting Paper!

²⁹Maĩ tō chaitanya hū̃ nā .

³¹I am the Sentient Being.

³⁰Tumkō aur kōī taklīph nahī̃ dētā hū̃ .

³²I don't give you any other difficulty.

³¹Tum bhī ātmā bindī , bāp bhī bindī hai .

³³You are souls, points, and I too am a point.

³²Kahtē haĩ - sirph mujhē yād karō tō tumhārē sab pāp miṭ jāyēṅgē .

³⁴He says: Simply remember Me and your sins will be erased.

³³Ab har ēk apnī dil sē pūchhē ki yād sē kitnē pāp miṭē haĩ  ? ³⁴Aur kitnē hamnē kiyē haĩ  ?

³⁵Now, each of you should ask your heart: How many sins have been erased with remembrance and how many sins have I committed?

³⁵Bākī kitnē pāp rahē haĩ  ?

³⁶How many sins still remain?

³⁶Yah mālūm paṛē kaisē  ?

³⁷How can you know this?

³⁷Dūsrē kō bhī rāstā batātē rahō ki ēk blotting paper kō yād karō .

³⁸Continue to show others the path of remembering the one Blotting Paper.

³⁸Sabkō yah rāy dēnā tō achchhā hai nā , yah bhī wonder hai , jinkō rāy dētē haĩ vah tō bāp kō yād karnē mē̃ lag jātē haĩ , aur rāy dēnē vālē khud yād nahī̃ kartē haĩ isliē pāp kaṭtē nahī̃ haĩ .

³⁹It is good to give this advice to everyone. ⁴⁰It is also a wonder how those who are given this advice begin to remember the Father, whereas those who give the advice don’t remember Him. ⁴¹This is why their sins are not cut away.

³⁹Patit-pāvan tō ēk kō hī kahā jātā hai .

⁴²Only the One is called the Purifier.

⁴⁰Anēk pāp lagē huē haĩ .

⁴³Many sins have been accumulated.

⁴¹Kām kā pāp , dēh-abhimān kā tō pahlē number pāp hai , jō sabsē kharāb hai .

⁴⁴There is the sin of lust. ⁴⁵The sin of body consciousness is the number one sin which is the worst sin of all.

⁴²Ab bāp kahtē haĩ dēhī-abhimānī banō .

⁴⁶The Father says: Now, become soul conscious!

⁴³Jitnā māmēkam yād karōgē tō jō tumhārē mē̃ khād paṛī hai , vah bhasma hōgī .

⁴⁷The more you constantly remember Him alone, the more the alloy will be burnt away.

⁴⁴Yād karnā hai .

⁴⁸You have to remember Him.

⁴⁵Aurō̃ kō bhī yah rāstā batānā hai .

⁴⁹Also show this path to others.

⁴⁶Jitnā aurō̃ kō samjhāyēṅgē tō tumhārā bhī bhalā hōgā .

⁵⁰The more you explain to others, the more you will benefit.

⁴⁷Is dhandhē mē̃ hī lag jāō .

⁵¹Engage yourself in this business.

⁴⁸Aurō̃ kō bhī yah samjhānā hai ki bāp kō yād karō tō puṇya ātmā ban jāyēṅgē .

⁵²Also tell others: Remember the Father and you will become a charitable soul.

⁴⁹Tumhārā kām hai dūsrō̃ kō bhī yah batānā ki patit-pāvan ēk hai .

⁵³It is your duty to tell others that there is only the one Purifier.

⁵⁰Bhal tum gyān nadiyā̃ anēk hō lēkin tum sabkō kahtē hō ki ēk kō yād karō .

⁵⁴Although there are many rivers of this knowledge, you have to tell everyone to remember the One.

⁵¹Vah ēk hī patit-pāvan hai .

⁵⁵Only He is the Purifier.

⁵²Unkī bahut mahimā hai .

⁵⁶There is a lot of praise of Him.

⁵³Gyān kā sāgar bhī vah hai .

⁵⁷He is also the Ocean of Knowledge.

⁵⁴Us ēk bāp kō yād karnā , dēhī-abhimānī hō rahnā - yah ēk hī bāt difficult hai .

⁵⁸To remember that one Father and to remain soul conscious is the one difficult thing.

⁵⁵Bāp sirph tumhārē liē nahī̃ kahtē , balki bābā K|kē dhyān mē̃ tō sabhī centres K|kē bachchē haĩ .

⁵⁹The Father is not only telling you; He has the children of all the centres in His mind.

⁵⁶Bāp tō sab bachchō̃ kō dēkhtē haĩ nā , kahā̃ achchhē serviceable bachchē rahtē haĩ , śhivbābā key|kī phulvāṛī hai nā .

⁶⁰The Father sees all the children. ⁶¹There are Shiv Baba's flower gardens where His good serviceable children are.

⁵⁷Jō achchhī phulvāṛī hōgī unkō hī bābā yād karē̃gē .

⁶²Baba remembers those who are in good flower gardens.

⁵⁸Sāhūkār ādmī kō 4-5 bachchē hōṅgē tō jō baṛā bachchā hōgā unkō yād karē̃gē .

⁶³When a wealthy person has four or five children, he remembers the eldest son.

⁵⁹Phūlō̃ key|kī variety hōtī hai nā .

⁶⁴There are varieties of flowers.

⁶⁰Tō bābā bhī apnē baṛē bagīchō̃ kō yād kartē haĩ .

⁶⁵So, Baba also remembers His larger gardens.

⁶¹Kōī kō bhī yah rāstā batānā sahaj hai , śhivbābā kō yād karō .

⁶⁶It is easy to show this path to anyone: Remember Shiv Baba.

⁶²Vahī patit-pāvan hai .

⁶⁷He alone is the Purifier.

⁶³Khud kahtē haĩ mujhē yād karnē sē tumhārē pāp bhasma hōṅgē .

⁶⁸He Himself says: By remembering Me, your sins will be burnt away.

⁶⁴Kitnā first class blotting paper hai sārī duniyā kē liē .

⁶⁹He is such first-class Blotting Paper for the whole world.

⁶⁵Sabhī unkō yād kartē haĩ .

⁷⁰Everyone remembers Him.

⁶⁶Kōī kō bhī yah rāstā batānā sahaj hai , śhivbābā kō yād karō .

⁷¹It is easy to show this path to anyone: Remember Shiv Baba!

⁶⁷Bāp nē yukti batāī hai ki mujhē yād karnē sē tumhārē par jō dēh-abhimān K|kē dāg haĩ vah miṭ jāyēṅgē .

⁷²The Father has shown you the way to remember Him so that the stains of body consciousness that cover you are erased.

⁶⁸Mēhnat hai dēhī-abhimānī bannē key|kī .

⁷³Effort is required to become soul conscious.

⁶⁹Bābā kō kōī sach batātē nahī̃ haĩ .

⁷⁴No one tells Baba the truth.

⁷⁰Kōī-kōī chart likh bhējtē haĩ phir thak jātē haĩ .

⁷⁵Some write a chart and send it to Baba and then become tired.

⁷¹Baṛī mañjil hai .

⁷⁶The destination is very high.

⁷²Māyā naśhā ēkdam tōṛ ḍāltī hai tō phir likhnā bhī chhōṛ dētē haĩ .

⁷⁷Maya completely breaks all their intoxication and they then stop writing it.

⁷³Ādhākalp kā dēh-abhimān hai , vah chhūṭtā nahī̃ hai .

⁷⁸The body consciousness of half a cycle cannot be shed.

⁷⁴Bāp kahtē haĩ sirph yahī dhandhā kartē rahō .

⁷⁹The Father says: Simply continue to do this business.

⁷⁵Bāp kō yād karō aur dūsrō̃ kō karāō . ⁷⁶Bas sabsē ūñch dhandhā hai yah .

⁸⁰Remember the Father and inspire others to do the same; that’s all! ⁸¹This is the highest business of all.

⁷⁷Jō khud yād nahī kartē vah yah dhandhā karē̃gē hī nahī̃ .

⁸²Those who don't stay in remembrance will not do this business.

⁷⁸Bāp kī yād - yah hai yōg agni , jissē pāp bhasma hōṅgē isliē pūchhā jātā hai kahā̃ tak pāp bhasma huē haĩ  ?

⁸³The remembrance of the Father is the fire of yoga with which your sins are burnt away. ⁸⁴This is why you are asked to what extent your sins have been burnt away.

⁷⁹Jitnā bāp kō yād karē̃gē utnā khuśhī kā pārā chaṛhā rahēgā .

⁸⁵The more you remember the Father, the higher your mercury of happiness will remain.

⁸⁰Har ēk key|kī dil kō jān saktē haĩ .

⁸⁶Each of you can know your own heart.

⁸¹Dūsrē kō bhī unkī service sē jān saktē haĩ .

⁸⁷You can also know those of others from the service they do.

⁸²Dūsrō̃ kō rāstā batātē haĩ - bābā kō yād karō .

⁸⁸You show others the path to remember Baba.

⁸³Vah patit-pāvan hai .

⁸⁹He is the Purifier.

⁸⁴Yahā̃ yah tō hai patit tamōpradhān duniyā .

⁹⁰This here is an impure, tamopradhan world.

⁸⁵Sabhī ātmāyē̃ aur śharīr tamōpradhān haĩ .

⁹¹All souls and their bodies are tamopradhan.

⁸⁶Abhī vāpis jānā hai .

⁹²You now have to return home.

⁸⁷Vahā̃ sabhī ātmāyē̃ pavitra rahtī haĩ .

⁹³There, all souls remain pure.

⁸⁸Jab pavitra banē̃ tab ghar jāyē̃ .

⁹⁴Only when they become pure can they return home.

⁸⁹Dūsrō̃ kō bhī yahī rāstā dikhānā chāhiē .

⁹⁵You also have to show others this path.

⁹⁰Bāp yukti tō bahut sahaj batātē haĩ . ⁹¹Śhivbābā kō yād karō .

⁹⁶The Father shows you a very good method: Remember Shiv Baba!

⁹²Yahī blotting paper rakhō tō sab pāp chūs jāyēṅgē . ⁹³Tumhārē vikarma vināśh hōṅgē .

⁹⁷Use this Blotting Paper and all your sins will be absorbed and your sinful actions will be absolved.

⁹⁴Mūl baṛī bāt hai pāvan bannā .

⁹⁸The most important thing is to become pure.

⁹⁵Manuṣhya patit banē haĩ tab tō bulātē haĩ hē patit-pāvan āō , ākar K|kē sabhī kō pāvan banāē sāth lē jāō .

⁹⁹It is because human beings have become impure that they call out: O Purifier, come! ¹⁰⁰Come and purify everyone and take us all back with You!

⁹⁶Likhā huā bhī hai . ⁹⁷Sab ātmāō̃ kō pāvan banāē lē jātē haĩ phir kōī bhī patit ātmā rahtī nahī̃ haĩ .

¹⁰¹It is written that He purifies all souls and takes them back home, so that not a single impure soul remains.

⁹⁸Yah bhī samjhāyā hai pahlē-pahlē svarg-vāsī hī āyēṅgē .

¹⁰²It is also explained that the residents of heaven will come in the beginning.

⁹⁹Bāp jō davāī dētē haĩ - yah sabkē liē hai .

¹⁰³The medicine that the Father gives is for everyone.

¹⁰⁰Jō bhī milē unkō yahī davāī dēnī hai .

¹⁰⁴Give everyone you meet this medicine.

¹⁰¹Tum father pās|pass jānā chāhtē hō - parantu ātmā patit hai isliē jā nahī̃ saktī .

¹⁰⁵You want to go to the Father but, because you souls are impure, you cannot return there.

¹⁰²Pāvan banō tab jā sakō .

¹⁰⁶Become pure and you will be able to go there.

¹⁰³Hē ātmāyē̃ mujhē yād karō tō maĩ lē jāūṅgā phir vahā̃ sē tumkō sukh mē̃ lē jāūṅgā phir jab purānī duniyā hōtī hai tab tum duḥkh pātē hō .

¹⁰⁷O souls, remember Me and I will take you back with Me. ¹⁰⁸Then, from there, I will send you to happiness. ¹⁰⁹Then, when the world becomes old, you receive sorrow.

¹⁰⁴Maĩ kiskō duḥkh nahī̃ dētā hū̃ .

¹¹⁰I don’t cause sorrow for anyone.

¹⁰⁵Har ēk apnē kō dēkhē maĩ yād kartā hū̃  ?

¹¹¹Each one of you should check yourself: Do I remember Baba?

¹⁰⁶Jitnā yād karē̃gē utnā khuśhī kā pārā chaṛhēgā .

¹¹²The more you remember Him, the higher your mercury of happiness will rise.

¹⁰⁷Kitnī sahaj davāī hai , aur kōī sādhū sant ādi is davāī kō nahī̃ jāntē haĩ .

¹¹³This is such easy medicine. ¹¹⁴None of the sages or holy men know about this medicine.

¹⁰⁸Kahā̃ bhī likhā huā nahī̃ hai .

¹¹⁵It is not written anywhere.

¹⁰⁹Yah bilkul naī bāt hai .

¹¹⁶This is something completely new.

¹¹⁰Pāpō̃ kā khātā kōī śharīr mē̃ lagā huā nahī̃ hai .

¹¹⁷The accounts of sin are not attached to bodies.

¹¹¹Itnī chhōṭī ātmā bindī mē̃ hī sārā part bharā huā hai .

¹¹⁸The whole parts are recorded in such tiny souls.

¹¹²Ātmā patit hōgī tō jīv par bhī asar paṛēgā .

¹¹⁹When souls are impure, there is the effect of that on the living beings.

¹¹³Ātmā pāvan ban jātī hai - phir śharīr bhī pavitra miltā hai .

¹²⁰When souls become pure, they receive pure bodies.

¹¹⁴Duḥkhī , sukhī ātmā bantī hai .

¹²¹It is souls that become happy and unhappy.

¹¹⁵Śharīr kō chōṭ lagnē sē ātmā kō duḥkh feel hōtā hai .

¹²²When a body is hurt, it is the soul that feels the pain.

¹¹⁶Kahā bhī jātā hai yah duḥkhī ātmā hai , yah sukhī ātmā hai .

¹²³It is said: This one is an unhappy soul and that one is a happy soul.

¹¹⁷Itnī chhōṭī see|sī|C ātmā kitnā part bajātī hai , wonder hai nā .

¹²⁴It is a wonder how such a tiny soul plays such a part.

¹¹⁸Bāp hai hī sukh dēnē vālā , isliē unkō yād kartē haĩ .

¹²⁵The Father is the Bestower of Happiness. ¹²⁶This is why people remember Him.

¹¹⁹Duḥkh dēnē vālā rāvaṇ hai .

¹²⁷It is Ravan that causes sorrow.

¹²⁰Sabsē pahlē ātā hai dēh-abhimān .

¹²⁸It is body consciousness that comes first.

¹²¹Abhī bāp samjhātē haĩ tumkō ātma-abhimānī bannā hai , ismē̃ baṛī mēhnat hai .

¹²⁹The Father explains: You now have to become soul conscious; this requires great effort.

¹²²Bābā jāntē haĩ sachchī dil sē jis yukti sē yād karnā chāhiē , kōī muśhkil yād kartā hai .

¹³⁰Baba knows that it is with great difficulty that you remember Him in your heart and in the way that you should.

¹²³Yahā̃ rahtē bhī bahut bhūl jātē haĩ .

¹³¹Even while living here, many of you forget Him.

¹²⁴Agar dēhī-abhimānī hōtē tō kōī pāp nahī̃ kartē .

¹³²If you were soul conscious, you would not commit sin.

¹²⁵Bāp kā pharmān hai hear no evil . . . bandar kē liē tō nahī̃ hai . ¹²⁶Yah tō manuṣhya kē liē hai .

¹³³The Father's orders are: Hear no evil! ¹³⁴This doesn’t apply to monkeys (as is portrayed); it applies to human beings.

¹²⁷Manuṣhya bandar misal haĩ tō bandar kā chitra banāyā hai .

¹³⁵Because human beings are like monkeys, they use the images of monkeys.

¹²⁸Bahut haĩ jō sārā din jharmuī jhagmuī kartē haĩ .

¹³⁶There are many who continue to gossip throughout the day.

¹²⁹Tō bāp kō samjhānī dēnī hōtī hai .

¹³⁷Therefore, the Father has to explain.

¹³⁰Sab centres par kōī na kōī aisē rahtē haĩ jō ēk dō kō duḥkh hī dētē rahtē haĩ .

¹³⁸At all the centres, there are some people who continue to cause sorrow for one another.

¹³¹Kōī achchhē bhī haĩ jō bāp kī yād mē̃ rahtē haĩ .

¹³⁹There are some good ones who stay in remembrance of the Father.

¹³²Samajhtē haĩ mansā , vāchā , karmaṇā kōī kō duḥkh nahī̃ dēnā hai .

¹⁴⁰They believe that they mustn't cause anyone sorrow with their thoughts, words or deeds.

¹³³Vāchā bhī kōī kō duḥkh dēgē tō duḥkhī hōkar marē̃gē .

¹⁴¹If you cause anyone sorrow, even with your words, you will die in sorrow.

¹³⁴Bāp kahtē haĩ tum bachchō̃ kō sabkō sukh dēnā hai .

¹⁴²The Father says: You children have to give everyone happiness.

¹³⁵Sabkō kahnā hai ki dēhī-abhimānī banō .

¹⁴³Tell everyone: Be soul conscious!

¹³⁶Bāp kō yād karō aur kōī paisē K|kē lēn dēn key|kī bāt nahī̃ .

¹⁴⁴Remember the Father and don't talk about any give and take of money.

¹³⁷Sirph lovely bāp kō yād karō tō tumhārē vikarma bhasma hō jāyēṅgē . ¹³⁸Tum viśhva K|kē mālik ban jāyēṅgē .

¹⁴⁵Simply remember the lovely Father and your sins will be burnt away and you will become the masters of the world.

¹³⁹Bhagvānuvāch - manmanābhav ēk bāp kō aur varsē kō yād karō .

¹⁴⁶God says: Manmanbhav! ¹⁴⁷Constantly remember Me alone and also remember your inheritance!

¹⁴⁰Aur kuchh bhī āpas mē̃ na bōlō sirph bāp kō yād karō . ¹⁴¹Dūsrē kā kalyāṇ karō .

¹⁴⁸Don't talk about anything else amongst yourselves. ¹⁴⁹Simply remember the Father and benefit others!

¹⁴²Tum bachchō̃ key|kī avasthā aisī mīṭhī hō jō kōī bhī ākar dēkhē , bōlē bābā K|kē bachchē tō blotting papers haĩ .

¹⁵⁰Your stage should be so sweet that anyone who comes would say: Baba's children are blotting paper.

¹⁴³Abhī vah avasthā nahī̃ hai .

¹⁵¹You don't have that stage now.

¹⁴⁴Bābā sē kōī pūchhē tō blotting paper tō kyā abhī kāgaj bhī nahī̃ haĩ .

¹⁵²If anyone were to ask Baba, then, let alone blotting paper, you aren't even paper yet.

¹⁴⁵Bābā sabhī centres K|kē bachchō̃ kō samjhātē haĩ .

¹⁵³Baba is speaking to you children at all the centres.

¹⁴⁶Bambaī , kalkattā , dēhlī . . . sab jagah bachchē tō haĩ nā .

¹⁵⁴There are children at all the centres in Bombay, Calcutta, Delhi etc.

¹⁴⁷Report ātī hai bābā phalānē bahut taṅg kartē haĩ .

¹⁵⁵Sometimes, Baba receives reports: Such-and such a child is causing a lot of trouble.

¹⁴⁸Puṇya ātmā banānē badalē|badlē aur hī pāp ātmā banā dētē haĩ .

¹⁵⁶Instead of making others into charitable souls, he makes them into even more sinful souls.

¹⁴⁹Bābā sē kōī pūchhē tō jhaṭ batā dēgē .

¹⁵⁷Baba would instantly tell anyone who asked Him.

¹⁵⁰Śhivbābā tō sab kuchh jāntē haĩ .

¹⁵⁸Shiv Baba knows everything.

¹⁵¹Unkē pās|pass sārā hisāb-kitāb hai .

¹⁵⁹He has all the accounts.

¹⁵²Yah bābā bhī batā saktē haĩ .

¹⁶⁰Even this Baba can tell you.

¹⁵³Śhakla sē hī sab mālūm paṛ jātā hai .

¹⁶¹Everything can be understood from your face.

¹⁵⁴Yah bābā key|kī yād mē̃ mast haĩ , inkā chēhrā hī khuśhnumaḥ dēvtāō̃ jaisā hai .

¹⁶²This Baba is also intoxicated with remembrance. ¹⁶³His face is cheerful and happy like those of the deities.

¹⁵⁵Ātmā khuśh hōgī tō śharīr bhī khuśh dēkhnē mē̃ āyēgā .

¹⁶⁴When a soul is happy, his body also appears to be happy.

¹⁵⁶Śharīr kō duḥkh hōnē sē ātmā kō duḥkh feel hōtā hai .

¹⁶⁵When a body suffers, it is the soul that feels the pain.

¹⁵⁷Ēk bāt sabkō sunātē rahō ki śhivbābā kahtē haĩ mujhē yād karō tō tumhārē pāp vināśh hōṅgē .

¹⁶⁶Continue to tell everyone one thing: Shiv Baba says: Remember Me and your sins will be absolved.

¹⁵⁸Unhōnnē likh diyā hai śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa bhagvānuvāch , śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa kō tō ḍhēr yād kartē haĩ parantu pāp tō miṭtē hī nahī̃ aur hī patit ban gayē haĩ .

¹⁶⁷They have written: God Krishna speaks. ¹⁶⁸So many people remember Krishna, yet their sins are not absolved. ¹⁶⁹Instead, they become even more impure.

¹⁵⁹Yah patā hī nahī̃ ki yād kiskō karnā hai , paramātmā kā rūp kyā hai .

¹⁷⁰They don't even know whom they have to remember. ¹⁷¹They don't know the form of God.

¹⁶⁰Agar sarvavyāpī kahē̃ tō bhī jaisē ātmā star hai vaisē paramātmā bhī star hai kyōṅki ātmā sō paramātmā kah dētē haĩ tō is hisāb sē bhī bindī ṭhaharī .

¹⁷²They say that He is omnipresent but, just as a soul is a star, so the Supreme Soul is also a star. ¹⁷³Because they also say that each soul is the same as the Supreme Soul, so, in those terms, He too is a point.

¹⁶¹Chhōṭī see|sī|C bindī pravēśh kartī hai .

¹⁷⁴Such a tiny soul enters this body.

¹⁶²Sab bindiyō̃ kō kahtē haĩ bachchō̃ māmēkam yād karō .

¹⁷⁵He says to all the points: Children, constantly remember Me alone!

¹⁶³Organs dvārā bōltē haĩ .

¹⁷⁶He speaks with these organs.

¹⁶⁴Organs bigar tō ātmā āvāj kar na sakē .

¹⁷⁷A soul cannot make a sound without organs.

¹⁶⁵Tum kah saktē hō ātmā paramātmā kā rūp tō ēk hai nā .

¹⁷⁸You can say that the form of each soul and the Supreme Soul are the same, can you not?

¹⁶⁶Paramātmā kō baṛā liṅg vā kuchh kah na sakē̃ .

¹⁷⁹The Supreme Soul cannot be a huge lingam image or anything else like that.

¹⁶⁷Bāp kahtē haĩ maĩ bhī aisā bindī hū̃ parantu maĩ patit-pāvan hū̃ aur tum sabkī ātmāyē̃ patit haĩ .

¹⁸⁰The Father says: I too am such a point, but I am the Purifier, whereas you souls are all impure.

¹⁶⁸Kitnī sīdhī bāt hai .

¹⁸¹This is such a simple matter.

¹⁶⁹Ab dēhī-abhimānī ban mujh bāp kō yād karō , aurō̃ kō bhī rāstā batāō .

¹⁸²Now become soul conscious and remember Me, the Father, and show this path to others.

¹⁷⁰Maĩ akṣhar hī dō kahtā hū̃ - manmanābhav .

¹⁸³I simply tell you: Manmanabhav!

¹⁷¹Phir thōṛā detail mē̃ batātā hū̃ ki yah ṭāl ṭāliyā̃ haĩ .

¹⁸⁴Then, I explain a little detail about the twigs and branches.

¹⁷²Pahlē satōpradhān satō , rajō , tamō . . . . . mē̃ ātē haĩ .

¹⁸⁵First, you are satopradhan and you then go through the stages of sato, rajo and tamo.

¹⁷³Pāp ātmā bannē sē kitnē dāg lag jātē haĩ .

¹⁸⁶There are so many stains on souls when they become sinful souls.

¹⁷⁴Vah dāg miṭē̃ kaisē  ?

¹⁸⁷How can those stains be removed?

¹⁷⁵Vah samajhtē haĩ gaṅgā snān sē pāp miṭē̃gē .

¹⁸⁸Those people believe that sins will be erased by bathing in the Ganges.

¹⁷⁶Parantu vah tō śharīr kā snān hai .

¹⁸⁹However, they are bathing their bodies.

¹⁷⁷Ātmā bāp kō yād karnē sē hī pāvan ban saktī hai .

¹⁹⁰A soul can only become pure by remembering the Father.

¹⁷⁸Iskō yād kī yātrā kahā jātā hai .

¹⁹¹This is known as the pilgrimage of remembrance.

¹⁷⁹Kitnī sahaj bāt hai , jō rōz-rōz bāp samjhātē rahtē haĩ .

¹⁹²This is so simple. ¹⁹³The Father continues to explain this to you every day.

¹⁸⁰Gītā mē̃ bhī jōr is par hai - manmanābhav .

¹⁹⁴In the Gita, too, they emphasise: “Manmanabhav”!

¹⁸¹Varsā tō milēgā hī sirph mujhē yād karō tō pāp miṭē̃ .

¹⁹⁵You will definitely receive your inheritance, but you just have to remember Me so that your sins can be erased.

¹⁸²Bāp avināśhī blotting paper hai nā .

¹⁹⁶The Father is the imperishable Blotting Paper.

¹⁸³Bāp kahtē haĩ mujhē yād karnē sē tum pāvan ban jātē hō phir rāvaṇ patit banātē haĩ tō aisē bāp kō yād karnā chāhiē nā .

¹⁹⁷The Father says: By remembering Me, you become pure, whereas Ravan makes you impure. ¹⁹⁸Therefore, you should remember such a Father.

¹⁸⁴Aisā bhī hōtā hai jō yād nahī̃ kartē haĩ , unkā kyā hall|hāl hōgā .

¹⁹⁹You can imagine the condition of those who don't remember Baba.

¹⁸⁵Bāp samjhātē haĩ bachchō̃ aur sab bātē̃ chhōṛ dō .

²⁰⁰The Father explains: Children, renounce everything else!

¹⁸⁶Sirph ēk bāt ki dēhī-abhimānī banō , māmēkam yād karō . ¹⁸⁷Bas .

²⁰¹Simply remember one thing: become soul conscious and constantly remember Me alone, that’s all.

¹⁸⁸Yah tō jāntē hō ātmā ēk śharīr chhōṛ dūsrā lētī hai .

²⁰²You understand that each soul sheds his body and takes another.

¹⁸⁹Ātmā hī duḥkh sukh bhōgtī hai .

²⁰³It is the soul that experiences happiness and sorrow.

¹⁹⁰Kabhī bhī ēk dō K|kē dil kō nahī̃ duḥkhānā chāhiē .

²⁰⁴Never hurt one another's heart.

¹⁹¹Ēk dō kō sukh pahuñchānā chāhiē .

²⁰⁵Give happiness to one another.

¹⁹²Tumhārā dhandhā yahī hai .

²⁰⁶This is your business.

¹⁹³Bahut haĩ jō ēk dō kō duḥkh dētē rahtē haĩ .

²⁰⁷There are many who continue to cause sorrow for one another.

¹⁹⁴Ēk dō key|kī dēh mē̃ phansē rahtē haĩ .

²⁰⁸They remain trapped in the bodies of one another.

¹⁹⁵Sārā din ēk dō kō yād kartē rahtē haĩ .

²⁰⁹They continue to remember one another throughout the day.

¹⁹⁶Māyā bhī tīkhī hai .

²¹⁰Maya is very clever.

¹⁹⁷Bābā nām nahī̃ lētē haĩ , isliē bābā kahtē haĩ bachchē dēhī-abhimānī bhav .

²¹¹Baba does not mention any names. ²¹²That is why Baba says: Children, may you be soul conscious!

¹⁹⁸Gyān tō baṛā sahaj hai .

²¹³This knowledge is very easy.

¹⁹⁹Yād hī muśhkil hai .

²¹⁴It is remembrance that is difficult.

²⁰⁰Vah knowledge tō phir bhī 15-20 varṣh paṛhtē haĩ . ²⁰¹Kitnī subjects hōtī haĩ .

²¹⁵Those people study so many subjects of that knowledge for 15 to 20 years.

²⁰²Yah knowledge tō baṛī sahaj hai .

²¹⁶This knowledge is very easy.

²⁰³Drama kō jānnā ēk kahānī hai .

²¹⁷To know the drama is like a story.

²⁰⁴Murlī chalānā baṛī bāt nahī̃ .

²¹⁸It is not a big thing to conduct the murli.

²⁰⁵Yād kī hī bahut muśhkilāt hai .

²¹⁹It is remembrance that causes great difficulty.

²⁰⁶Bābā phir kah dētē haĩ - drama .

²²⁰Baba then says: Drama!

²⁰⁷Phir bhī puruṣhārth kartē rahō .

²²¹Nevertheless, continue to make effort.

²⁰⁸Bāp kō yād karō tō yōg agni sē tumhārē pāp bhasma hōṅgē .

²²²Remember the Father and your sins will be burnt away in the fire of yoga.

²⁰⁹Achchhē-achchhē bachchē ismē̃ fail hō jātē haĩ .

²²³Some very good children fail in this.

²¹⁰Achchhā  !

²²⁴Achcha.

²¹¹Mīṭhē-mīṭhē sikīladhē bachchō̃ prati māt-pitā bāpdādā kā yād-pyār aur good morning .

²²⁵To you sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada.

²¹²Rūhānī bāp kī rūhānī bachchō̃ kō namastē .

²²⁶The spiritual Father says namaste to you spiritual children.

²²⁷Essence for dharna:

²¹⁴1 ) kabhī bhī kisī key|kī dil kō duḥkhī nahī̃ karnā hai .

²²⁸1. Never hurt anyone's heart.

²¹⁶Ēk bāp kī yād mē̃ rahnā aur sabkō yād dilānā hai .

²³¹2. In order to erase the stains of sins, become soul conscious and remember the Father, the imperishable Blotting Paper.

²¹⁸Aisī mīṭhī avasthā banānī hai jō sabkā kalyāṇ hōtā rahē .

²³²Make your stage so sweet that you continue to benefit everyone.

²¹⁹Vardān  : apnī śhrēṣhṭhatā dvārā navīntā kā jhaṇḍā laharānē vālē śhakti svarūp bhav

²³³Blessing: May you be an embodiment of power and hoist the flag of newness with your greatness.

²²⁰Abhī samay pramāṇ , samīpatā K|kē pramāṇ śhakti rūp kā prabhāv jab dūsrō̃ par ḍālē̃gē tab antim pratyakṣhatā samīp lā sakē̃gē .

²³⁴Now, according to the closeness of the time, when you influence others with your form of power, you will then be able to bring the final revelation closer.

²²¹Jaisē snēh aur sahyōg kō pratyakṣha kiyā hai aisē service K|kē āinē mē̃ śhakti rūp kā anubhav karāō .

²³⁵Just as you have revealed love and co-operation, in the same way, give the experience of your form of power in the mirror of the service you do.

²²²Jab apnī śhrēṣhṭhatā dvārā śhakti rūp key|kī navīntā kā jhaṇḍā laharāyēṅgē tab pratyakṣhatā hōgī .

²³⁶When you hoist the flag of newness of your Shakti form with your greatness, revelation will take place.

²²³Apnē śhakti svarūp sē sarvśhaktimān bāp kā sākṣhātkār karāō .

²³⁷Give a vision of the Almighty Authority Father with your form of power.

²²⁴Slōgan  : mansā dvārā śhaktiyō̃ kā aur karma dvārā guṇō̃ kā dān dēnā hī mahādān hai .

²³⁸Slogan: To donate the powers with your mind and the virtues with your actions are great donations.

²⁴¹The Father has full faith in you children: You are My children who are destroyers of obstacles, worthy-of-worship souls; you children are ahead of the Father.

²²⁷Nimitt banē huē sadā bāp kō bhī niśhchinta karnē vālē haĩ , sadā khuśhkhabarī sunānē vālē har ēk viśhēṣh haĩ .

²⁴²You are instruments who make the Father carefree, and each one of you is a special soul who always gives good news.

²²⁸Svayã mē̃ bhī aisā faith rakh isī smr̥iti svarūp mē̃ rahō tō vijayī ban jāyēṅgē .

²⁴³Have such faith in yourself that you become an embodiment of this awareness and you will become victorious.
