Murli

8Ōm śhānti .

10Om shanti.

9Ab bachchē baiṭhē haĩ bēhad K|kē bāp K|kē sāmnē .

11You children are now sitting in front of the unlimited Father.

10Inkō bēhad kā bāp bhī kahā jāē tō bēhad kā dādā bhī kahā jāē aur phir bēhad K|kē bachchē baiṭhē haĩ aur bāp bēhad kā gyān dē rahē haĩ .

12He is called the unlimited Father, and He can also be called the unlimited Grandfather. 13You unlimited children are sitting here and the Father is giving you this unlimited knowledge.

11Had key|kī bātē̃ ab chhūṭī .

14You have let go of all limited things.

12Ab bāp sē bēhad kā varsā lēnā hai .

15You now have to claim your unlimited inheritance from the Father.

13Yah ēk hī haṭṭī ṭhaharī .

16This is the only shop.

14Manuṣhyō̃ kō patā nahī̃ hai ki ham kyā chāhtē haĩ .

17People don’t know what they want.

15Bēhad K|kē bāp key|kī haṭṭī tō bahut baṛī hai .

18The shop of the unlimited Father is very big.

16Unkō kahā jātā hai sukh kā sāgar , pavitratā kā sāgar , ānand kā sāgar , gyān kā sāgar . . . kōī dukāndār hōtā hai tō unkē pās|pass bahut variety hōtī hai .

19He is called the Ocean of Happiness, the Ocean of Purity, the Ocean of Bliss, the Ocean of Knowledge. 20Some shopkeepers have many varieties of things.

17Tō yah hai bēhad kā bāp .

21This is the unlimited Father.

18Inkē pās|pass bhī variety sāmān hai .

22He too has all varieties of goods.

19Kyā-kyā hai  ?

23What does He have?

20Bābā gyān kā sāgar hai , sukh kā , śhānti kā sāgar hai .

24Baba is the Ocean of Knowledge, the Ocean of Happiness, the Ocean of Peace.

21Unkē pās|pass yah wonderful , alaukik sāmān hai .

25He stocks all of these wonderful alokik things.

22Phir gāyā bhī jātā hai - sukhkartā .

26It is also remembered that He is the Bestower of Happiness.

23Yah ēk hī dukān ṭhaharī aur tō kōī kā aisā dukān hai nahī̃ .

27There is only this one shop. 28No one else has such a shop.

24Brahmā-viṣhṇu-śhaṅkar kē pās kyā sāmān hai  ?

29What stock do Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar have?

25Kuchh bhī nahī̃ .

30None at all.

26Sabsē ūñchā sāmān hai bāp kē pās , isliē unkī mahimā gāī jātī hai . 27Tvamēv mātāśhcha pitā . . . . aisī mahimā kabhī kiskī gāī nahī̃ jātī .

31The Father has the most elevated stock. 32This is why He is praised: You are the Mother and You are the Father. 33Such praise cannot be sung of anyone else.

28Manuṣhya śhānti kē liē bhaṭaktē rahtē haĩ .

34Human beings wander around for peace.

29Kōī kō davāī chāhiē , kōī kō kuchh chāhiē .

35Some need medicine and others need something else.

30Vah sab had key|kī dukān haĩ .

36All of those shops are limited.

31Sārī duniyā mē̃ sabkē pās|pass had key|kī chīzē̃ haĩ .

37Throughout the whole world, everyone has limited things.

32Yah ēk hī bāp hai jiskē pās|pass bēhad key|kī chīzē̃ haĩ isliē unkī mahimā bhī gātē haĩ ki patit-pāvan hai , liberator hai , gyān kā sāgar , ānand kā sāgar hai .

38Only the one Father has unlimited things. 39This is why He is praised as the Purifier, the Liberator, the Ocean of Knowledge, the Ocean of Bliss.

33Yah sab variety vakkhar ( sāmān ) hai .

40All these are varieties of His stock.

34List likhē̃gē tō bahut hō jāyēgī .

41If you make a list, there are many items.

35Jis bāp kē pās yah chīzē̃ haĩ tō bachchō̃ kā bhī hak hai un par .

42You children have a right to the things that that Father has.

36Parantu yah kiskī buddhi mē̃ nahī̃ ātā ki jab aisē bāp K|kē ham bachchē haĩ tō bāp key|kī chīzō̃ K|kē ham mālik hōnē chāhiē .

43However, it doesn’t enter anyone’s intellect that, since we are the children of such a Father, we should be the masters of the things that belong to that Father.

37Bāp ātē bhī haĩ bhārat mē̃ .

44The Father comes in Bharat.

38Bāp kē pās jō sab chījē̃ haĩ - vē|way jarūr lē āyēṅgē .

45The Father definitely brings all the things that He has with Him.

39Unkē pās|pass lēnē liē tō jā nahī̃ saktē .

46You cannot go to get them from Him.

40Bāp kahtē haĩ , mujhē ānā paṛtā hai .

47The Father says: I have to come here.

41Kalp-kalp , kalp K|kē saṅgam par maĩ ākar tumkō sab chījē̃ dē jātā hū̃ .

48I come every cycle at the confluence age. 49I come and give you all of these things.

42Ham jō tumkō vakkhar dētā hū̃ , vah phir kabhī nahī̃ mil saktā .

50At no other time can you receive all the stock that I give you.

43Ādhākalp kē liē tumhārē bhaṇḍārē bhar jātē haĩ .

51Your treasure store becomes full for half a cycle.

44Aisī kōī aprāpta vastu nahī̃ rahtī jiskē liē pukārnā paṛē .

52There is nothing unattained for which you would have to call out to Him.

45Drama plan anusār tum sab varsā lēkar phir dhīrē-dhīrē sīṛhī utartē hō .

53According to the drama plan, all of you claim your inheritance and you then all gradually come down the ladder.

46Punarjanma bhī jarūr lēnā paṛē . 4784 janm bhī lēnā hai .

54You definitely also have to take rebirth; you have to take 84 births.

4884 kā chakra kahtē haĩ parantu arth|earth nahī̃ samajhtē .

55They speak of a cycle of 84 births, but they don’t understand the meaning of that.

4984 kē badlē 84 lākh janm kah dētē haĩ .

56Instead of 84 births, they speak of 8.4 million births.

50Māyā bhūl karā dētī hai .

57Maya makes them make mistakes.

51Yah abhī tum samajhtē hō phir tō yah sab bhūl jāyēṅgē .

58You now understand these things, but you will later forget them all.

52Is samay vakkhar lētē haĩ , satyug mē̃ rājāī kartē haĩ .

59At this time you receive all the stock and you will then rule in the golden age.

53Parantu unhō̃ kō yah patā nahī̃ rahtā ki yah rājāī hamkō kisnē dī|the  ? 54Lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ kā rājya kab thā  ?

60However, people don’t know who gave them that kingdom or when there was the kingdom of Lakshmi and Narayan.

55Svarg K|kē sukh gāyē bhī jātē haĩ .

61The happiness of heaven is remembered.

56Sab kisam K|kē sukh dētē haĩ .

62He gives you all types of happiness.

57Issē jāstī kōī sukh hōtā nahī̃ .

63There cannot be any happiness greater than that.

58Phir vah sukh bhī prāyaḥlōp hō jātā hai .

64That happiness then also disappears.

59Ādhākalp kē bād rāvaṇ ākar sab sukh chhīn lētē haĩ .

65After half a cycle, Ravan comes and snatches away all your happiness.

60Kiskō gussā kartē haĩ tō kahtē haĩ , tērī kalā kāyā hī khatm hō gaī hai .

66When someone gets angry, he is told that he has lost his senses.

61Tum bhī jō sarvguṇ sampann , 16 kalā sampūrṇ thē . 62Vah kalāyē̃ sab khatm hō gaī haĩ .

67You were full of all virtues, 16 celestial degrees full, but those degrees too are now no more.

63Ēk bāp K|kē sivāē aur kōī key|kī itnī mahimā nahī̃ hai .

68No one receives as much praise as the Father.

64Kahtē haĩ nā - paisā hō tō lāṛkānā ghūmkar āō .

69It is said: If you have money, then go and tour around.

65Tum vichār karō ki svarg mē̃ kitnā akīchār dhan-māl thā .

70Just think how plentiful wealth there was, in heaven.

66Abhī vah thōṛēhī hai . 67Sab gum hō jātā hai .

71That no longer exists; all of that has now disappeared.

68Dharm bhraṣhṭa , karma bhraṣhṭa ban jātē haĩ . 69Tō dhan-māl bhī gum hō jātā hai phir nīchē girnē lag paṛtē haĩ .

72They became corrupt in their religion and actions and so their wealth also disappeared and they began to fall.

70Bāp samjhātē haĩ - tumkō itnā dhan diyā , tumkō hīrē jaisā banāyā .

73The Father explains: You were given so much wealth and you were made as valuable as diamonds.

71Phir tumnē dhan māl kahā̃ ganvā diyā  ?

74So, where did you lose all of your wealth?

72Ab phir bāp kahtē haĩ ki apnā varsā , puruṣhārth kar lē lō|low .

75Once again, the Father says: Make effort and claim your inheritance.

73Tum jāntē hō ki bābā hamkō phir sē svarg kī bādśhāhī dē rahē haĩ aur kahtē haĩ , hē bachchē mujhē yād karō tō tumhārē ūpar jō kaṭ hai , vah nikal jāyē .

76You know that Baba is giving you the sovereignty of heaven once again. 77He says: O children, remember Me and the rust on you will be removed.

74Bachchē kahtē , bābā ham bhūl jātē haĩ .

78Children say: Baba, I forget You.

75Yah kyā  ?

79What is this?

76Kanyā jab śhādī kartī hai tō pati kō kabhī bhūltī hai kyā  !

80When a girl gets married, does she ever forget her husband?

77Bachchē kabhī bāp kō bhūltē haĩ kyā  ?

81Do children ever forget their father?

78Bāp tō dātā hai .

82The Father is the Bestower.

79Varsā bachchō̃ kō lēnā hai tō jarūr yād karnā paṛē .

83If you children want to claim your inheritance, you definitely do have to remember Him.

80Bāp samjhātē haĩ - mīṭhē-mīṭhē sikīladhē bachchē , yād kī yātrā mē̃ rahē̃gē tō vikarma vināśh hōṅgē aur kōī upāya nahī̃ hai .

84The Father explains: Sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, when you stay on the pilgrimage of remembrance, your sins are absolved. 85There is no other way.

81Bhakti mārg mē̃ tīrtha yātrā , gaṅgā snān ādi jō kartē āyē hō tō sīṛhī nīchē utartē hī āyē hō .

86Whatever they have been doing on the path of devotion, such as going on pilgrimages and bathing in the Ganges, it has continued to bring them down the ladder.

82Ūpar tō chaṛh hī nahī̃ saktē . 83Law nahī̃ kahtā .

87No one can ascend; that isn’t the law.

84Sabkī utartī kalā hī hai .

88It is everyone’s stage of descending.

85Yah jō kahtē haĩ ki phalānā mukti mē̃ gayā , yah jhūṭh bōltē haĩ .

89When they say that so-and-so went into liberation, that is a lie.

86Vāpis kōī jā nahī̃ saktē .

90No one can return home.

87Bābā āyā hai tumkō 16 kalā sampūrṇ banānē .

91Baba has come to make you 16 celestial degrees full.

88Tum hī gātē thē ki mujh nirguṇ hārē mē̃ . . . abhī tum jāntē hō ki bāp guṇvān banātē haĩ .

92You used to sing: I am without virtue. 93You now understand that the Father is making you virtuous.

89Ham hī guṇvān , pūjya thē .

94We were virtuous and worthy of worship.

90Hamnē varsā liyā thā . 915 hajār varṣh huē .

95We claimed our inheritance 5000 years ago.

92Bāp bhī kahtē haĩ ki tumkō varsā dēkar gayē thē .

96The Father says: I departed after giving you your inheritance.

93Śhivjayantī , rakṣhābandhan , daśhaharā ādi manātē bhī haĩ phir bhī kuchh samajhtē nahī̃ haĩ . 94Sab kuchh bhūl jātē haĩ .

97People celebrate the birthday of Shiva and Raksha Bandhan and Dashera etc., but they don’t understand anything; they forget everything.

95Phir bāp ākar yād dilātē haĩ .

98The Father has come to remind you once again.

96Tum hī thē phir tumnē rājya bhāgya ganvāyā hai .

99You used to exist there, but you then lost your fortune of the kingdom.

97Bāp samjhātē haĩ - ab yah sārī duniyā purānī jaṛjaṛībhūt hai .

100The Father explains: This whole world has now reached a state of total decay.

98Duniyā tō yahī hai .

101It is the same world.

99Yahī bhārat nayā thā , ab purānā huā hai .

102This same Bharat was new and it has now become old.

100Svarg mē̃ sadā sukh hōtā hai .

103There is constant happiness in heaven.

101Phir dvāpar sē jab duḥkh śhurū hōtā hai tab yah vēd-śhāstra ādi bantē haĩ .

104Then, when sorrow starts in the copper age, all the Vedas and scriptures etc. are created.

102Bhakti kartē-kartē jab tum bhakti pūrī karō tab bhagvān āyē nā .

105Only when you have completed devotion can God come.

103Brahmā kā din , brahmā kī rāt . 104Ādhā-ādhā hōgā nā .

106The day of Brahma and the night of Brahma have to be half and half.

105Gyān din , bhakti rāt .

107This knowledge is the day and devotion is the night.

106Unhōnnē tō kalp key|kī āyu ulṭī-sulṭī kar dī hai .

108They have given an incorrect duration for the cycle.

107Tō pahlē-pahlē tum sabkō bāp key|kī mahimā baiṭh sunāō .

109Therefore, first of all, sit and tell everyone the Father’s praise.

108Bāp gyān kā sāgar , śhānti kā sāgar hai .

110The Father is the Ocean of Knowledge and the Ocean of Peace.

109Śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa kō thōṛēhī kahē̃gē - nirākār patit-pāvan , sukh kā sāgar . . . nahī̃ , unkī mahimā hī alag hai .

111Shri Krishna cannot be called the Incorporeal, the Purifier, the Ocean of Happiness; no. 112His praise is separate.

110Rāt-din kā fark hai .

113It is the difference of day and night.

111Śhiv kō kahtē hī haĩ bābā .

114Shiva is called Baba.

112Śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa bābā akṣhar hī nahī̃ śhōbhtā .

115It doesn’t seem right to say “ShriKrishna Baba”.

113Kitnī baṛī bhūl hai .

116That would be such a big mistake.

114Phir chhōṭī-chhōṭī bhūlē̃ kartē 100 pratiśhat bhūl gayē haĩ .

117While making small mistakes, you have forgotten Him 100%.

115Bāp kahtē haĩ - sannyāsiyō̃ sē kabhī yah saudā mil na sakē .

118The Father says: You could never make this bargain with sannyasis.

116Vah haĩ hī nivr̥iti mārg K|kē . 117Tum hō pravr̥itti mārg vālē .

119They belong to the path of isolation, whereas you belong to the family path.

118Tum sampūrṇ nirvikārī thē , viceless world thī .

120When it was a viceless world, you were completely viceless.

119Yah hai vicious world .

121This is a vicious world.

120Phir kahtē - kyā satyug mē̃ bachchē paidā nahī̃ hōtē  ?

122They ask: “Were children not born in the golden age?

121Vahā̃ bhī tō vikār thā .

123There must have been vice there too.”

122Arē , vah hai hī sampūrṇ nirvikārī duniyā .

124Oh! but that is a completely viceless world.

123Sampūrṇ nirvikārī phir vikārī hō kaisē saktē  ?

125How can those who are completely viceless be vicious?

124Phir satyug mē̃ sab itnē manuṣhya hō̃ , yah kaisē hō saktā .

126Then, they ask, “How is it possible that there aren’t as many human beings in the golden age?”

125Vahā̃ itnē manuṣhya thōṛēhī hōtē haĩ .

127However, there cannot be as many human beings there.

126Bhārat K|kē sivāē aur kōī khaṇḍ nahī̃ hōṅgē .

128There will not be any other lands there; only Bharat.

127Vah kahtē bhī haĩ ham mān nahī̃ saktē . 128Duniyā tō sadaiv bharī huī rahtī hai , kuchh bhī samajhtē nahī̃ .

129They say that they can’t believe this because the world is always full. 130They don’t understand anything.

129Bāp samjhātē haĩ ki bhārat golden age thā .

131The Father explains that Bharat was a golden age.

130Ab tō iron age patthar-buddhi haĩ .

132They have now become iron aged and have stone intellects.

131Ab tum bachchō̃ nē drama kō samajh liyā hai .

133You children now understand this drama.

132Gāndhī ādi sab rāmrājya chāhtē thē .

134Gandhiji etc. wanted the kingdom of Rama to come.

133Parantu dikhātē haĩ ki mahābhārat laṛāī lagī .

135However, they have portrayed the play ending after the Mahabharat War.

134Bas , phir khēl khatm .

136That’s it, the play is finished.

135Phir kyā huā  ?

137What happened afterwards?

136Kuchh bhī dikhāyā nahī̃ hai .

138They have not shown anything.

137Bāp baiṭh yah samjhātē haĩ .

139The Father sits here and explains all of these things.

138Yah tō bilkul sahaj hai .

140This is completely easy.

139Śhiv jayantī manātē haĩ - tō jarūr śhivbābā ātē haĩ .

141People celebrate the birthday of Shiva. 142Therefore, Shiv Baba definitely comes.

140Vah hai heavenly god father tō jarūr heaven K|kē gate|get khōlnē āyēgā .

143He is Heavenly God, the Father, and so He would definitely come to open the gates to heaven.

141Āyēṅgē bhī tab , jab hell hōgā .

144He would only come when it is hell.

142Heaven K|kē dvār khōl hell K|kē band kar dēgē .

145He opens the gates to heaven and shuts the gates of hell.

143Heaven K|kē dvār khulē̃ tō jarūr sab heaven mē̃ hī āyēṅgē .

146If the gates to heaven were open, everyone would definitely go to heaven.

144Yah bātē̃ kōī difficult nahī̃ haĩ .

147These things are not at all difficult to understand.

145Mahimā sirph ēk bāp kī hai .

148The praise is of just the one Father.

146Śhivbābā key|kī ēk hī haṭṭī hai .

149Shiv Baba has just the one shop.

147Vah hai bēhad kā bāp .

150He is the unlimited Father.

148Bēhad K|kē bāp dvārā bhārat kō svarg kā sukh miltā hai .

151Bharat receives the happiness of heaven from the unlimited Father.

149Bēhad kā bāp svarg sthāpan kartā hai .

152The unlimited Father establishes heaven.

150Barōbar bēhad kā sukh thā .

153There truly was unlimited happiness.

151Phir ham hell mē̃ kyō̃ paṛē haĩ  ?

154So, why are we sitting in hell?

152Yah kōī bhī nahī̃ jāntē .

155No one understands this.

153Bāp samjhātē haĩ ki tum hī thē phir tum hī girē hō .

156The Father explains: You existed there and you then fell.

154Dēvtāō̃ kō hī 84 janma lēnē paṛtē haĩ .

157Deities have to take 84 births.

155Abhī ākar patit banē haĩ .

158They have now become impure.

156Unkō hī phir pāvan bannā hai .

159They then have to become pure.

157Bāp kā bhī janm hai tō rāvaṇ kā bhī janm hōtā hai .

160There is the birthday of the Father and so there is also the birthday of Ravan.

158Yah kiskō bhī patā nahī̃ .

161No one understands this.

159Kōī sē bhī pūchhō tō rāvaṇ kō kab sē jalātē hō  ? 160Kahē̃gē vah tō anādi chaltā ātā hai .

162Ask anyone when they started to burn Ravan and they would reply that it has continued eternally.

161Yah sab rāz bāp samjhātē haĩ .

163Only the Father explains all of these secrets.

162Us bāp key|kī ēk hī haṭṭī key|kī mahimā hai .

164There is praise of just the one shop of the Father.

163Sukh-śhānti-pavitratā manuṣhya sē manuṣhya kō nahī̃ mil saktī .

165Human beings cannot receive happiness, peace or purity from human beings.

164Sirph ēk kō thōṛēhī śhānti milī thī .

166It wasn’t just one who received peace.

165Yah jhūṭh bōltē haĩ ki phalānē sē śhānti milī .

167They lie when they say that they received peace from so-and-so.

166Arē śhānti tō milnī hai - śhāntidhām mē̃ .

168Only in the land of peace can you find peace.

167Yahā̃ tō ēk kō śhānti hōgī phir dūsrā aśhānt karē̃gē tō śhānti mē̃ rah na sakē̃ .

169Here, when one person finds peace, someone else comes along and creates peacelessness, so that they wouldn’t be able to keep that peace.

168Sukh-śhānti-pavitratā sab chīzō̃ kā vyāpārī ēk hī śhivbābā hai .

170Only Shiv Baba is the Shopkeeper of happiness, peace and purity.

186Pratigyā bhal karō ki bābā ham vikār mē̃ kabhī nahī̃ jāyēṅgē , kisī par krōdh nahī̃ karē̃gē .

190You promise Baba: Baba, I will never indulge in vice. 191I will never become angry with anyone.

212Karmātīt avasthā ā jāē tō phir yah śharīr rah nahī̃ saktā .

220If any of you were to reach your karmateet stage, you would no longer remain in your body.
