³uttar:- jo is gyaan se prabhaavit hote hain, bahut achha, bahut achha kehte hain lekin padhaai nahin padhte, mehnat nahin kar sakte, woh praja ban jaate hain।

⁴Answer: Those who are impressed by this knowledge and say that it is very good, but neither study it nor make effort, become subjects.

⁴prabhaavit hona maana praja banna।

⁵To be impressed means to become a subject.

⁵sooryavanshi raaja-raani banne ke liye to mehnat chaahiye।

⁶In order to become a sun-dynasty king or queen, effort is required.

⁶padhaai par poora attention ho।

⁷Full attention has to be paid to this study.

⁷yaad karte aur karaate rahen to oonch pad mil sakta hai।

¹⁰bachchon ne geet suna ki hamaara jeevan heere jaisa tha। ¹¹ab kaudi jaisa ho pada hai।

¹¹You children heard in the song that it said their lives were like a diamond and that they have now become like a shell.

¹²yeh to common baat hai।

¹²This is common.

¹³baba bahut sahaj reeti se samjhaate hain, jo koi chhota bachcha bhi samajh sake।

¹³Baba explains very easily so that even a small child can understand.

¹⁴satya naaraayan ki katha sunaate hain to chhote-chhote bachche bhi baith jaate hain।

¹⁴When they relate the story of the true Narayan, even small children sit down to listen.

¹⁵parantu woh satsangon aadi mein jo sunaate hain woh sab hain kathaayen।

¹⁵However, whatever they relate in those spiritual gatherings are only stories.

¹⁶katha koi gyaan nahin, bani banaai kahaaniyaan hain।

¹⁶Those stories are not knowledge; they are just man-made stories.

¹⁷geeta ki kahaani, raamaayan ki kahaani bhinna-bhinna shaastra hain, jinki kahaaniyaan baith sunaate hain।

¹⁷There is the story of the Gita and the story of the Ramayana. ¹⁸There are many different stories in the scriptures that they relate.

¹⁸woh sab hain kathaayen।

¹⁹All of them are stories.

¹⁹kahaaniyon se koi phaayda hota hai kya!

²⁰Can there ever be any benefit in stories?

²⁰yeh hai satya naaraayan ki arthaat nar se naaraayan banne ki sachchi kahaani।

²¹This is the story of the true Narayan, that is, the true story to become Narayan from an ordinary human.

²¹yeh sunne se tum nar se naaraayan ban jaayenge।

²²By listening to this story, you change from an ordinary human into Narayan.

²²yeh amraktha bhi hui।

²³This is also the story of immortality.

²³tum nimantran dete ho ki aao amraktha tumko sunaayen to tum amarlok mein chale jaayenge।

²⁴You invite people: Come, and we will tell you the story of immortality so you can go to the land of immortality.

²⁴to bhi koi nahin samajhte hain।

²⁵In spite of that, no one understands anything.

²⁵shaastron ki kahaani sunte aate hain। ²⁶milta kuchh bhi nahin।

²⁶They have been listening to the stories of the scriptures and yet they haven’t received anything.

²⁷jaayenge lakshmi-naaraayan ke mandir mein, chalo darshan karke aayen।

²⁷They go to the Lakshmi and Narayan Temple: Come, let’s go there to have a glimpse of the idols.

²⁸mahaatma ka darshan kar aayen।

²⁸Let’s go and have a glimpse of the mahatmas.

²⁹yeh ek rasam-rivaaj chali aai hai।

²⁹That custom and system has continued.

³⁰rishi-muni aadi jo hokar gaye hain unko maatha tekte aaye hain।

³⁰They continue to bow down to all the rishis and munis etc. who existed in the past.

³¹poochho, rachta aur rachna ki kahaani ka pata hai? ³²to kahenge nahin।

³¹Ask them if they know the story of the Creator and the creation and they reply that they don’t.

³³abhi tum bachche samajhte ho ki yeh rachta aur rachna ki kahaani to bahut sahaj hai।

³²You children now understand that this story of the Creator and the creation is very easy.

⁴⁰manushya ka lakab (martaba) to de na saken। ⁴¹devtaayen bhi manushya the, kitne sukhi the - lakshmi-naaraayan ke raajya mein।

⁴⁰You cannot equate those with ordinary human beings; deities were still human beings. ⁴¹They were so happy in the kingdom of Lakshmi and Narayan.

⁴²tum bachchon ko baba bahut sahaj baat bataate hain, barobar yahaan bhaarat mein hi svarga tha। ⁴³lakshmi-naaraayan ka raajya tha।

⁴²Baba is telling you children very easy things. ⁴³Truly, there was heaven here in Bharat; it used to be the kingdom of Lakshmi and Narayan.

⁴⁴chitra bhi hain, yeh to sab maanenge ki satayug mein unhon ka raajya tha।

⁴⁴There are their images too. ⁴⁵Everyone believes that it was their (Laxmi and Narayan’s) kingdom in the golden age.

⁴⁵vahaan koi duhkhi nahin tha, sampoorn nirvikaari the, unhon ke mandir bhi bade-bade bane hue the।

⁴⁶No one was unhappy there. ⁴⁷They were completely viceless. ⁴⁸Big temples have been built to them.

⁴⁶unhon ko 5 hajaar varsha hue।

⁴⁹They existed 5000 years ago.

⁴⁷abhi woh nahin hain।

⁵⁰They don’t exist now.

⁴⁸abhi to kaliyug ka ant hai।

⁵¹It is now the end of the iron age.

⁴⁹manushya aapas mein ladte-jhagadte rehte hain।

⁵²Human beings continue to fight and quarrel among themselves.

⁵⁰bhagwan to oopar hi rehte hain nirvaandhaam mein।

⁵³God resides up above in the land of nirvana.

⁵¹asul mein ham aatmaayen bhi vahaan rehti hain, yahaan part bajaane aati hain।

⁵⁴In fact, we souls also reside there, and we then come here to play our parts.

⁵²pahle ham lakshmi-naaraayan ke raajya mein the।

⁵⁵At first, we were in the kingdom of Lakshmi and Narayan.

⁵³vahaan bahut sukh-aananda tha phir hamko 84 janma lene pade।

⁵⁶There was a lot of happiness and bliss there and then we had to take 84 births.

⁵⁴gaaya bhi jaata hai 84 ka chakra।

⁵⁷The cycle of 84 births has been remembered.

⁵⁵hamne sooryavanshi mein 1250 varsha raajya kiya।

⁵⁸We ruled in the sun dynasty for 1250 years.

⁵⁶vahaan athaah sukh tha, sampoorn nirvikaari the, heere-javaahraat ke mahal the।

⁵⁹There was limitless happiness there. ⁶⁰People were completely viceless and there were palaces studded with diamonds and jewels.

⁵⁷hamne raajya kiya phir 84 janmon mein aana pade।

⁶¹We ruled that kingdom and then had to take 84 births.

⁵⁸yeh world ki history-geography ka chakra phirta rehta hai।

⁶²The cycle of this world history and geography continues to turn.

⁵⁹aadhaakalpa sukh tha।

⁶³There was happiness for half a cycle.

⁶⁰raamraajya mein the phir manushyon ki vriddhi hoti gai।

⁶⁵In the golden, age there were 900,000. By the end of the golden age, that had grown from 900,000 to 20 million and then there was a lot of happiness and comfort for 12 births in the silver age.

⁶⁶There was just the one religion.

⁶⁷What happened then?

⁶⁵phir raavan raajya shuru hua।

⁶⁸The kingdom of Ravan began.

⁶⁶raamraajya aur raavan raajya dekho bahut sahaj reeti se samjhaata hoon।

⁶⁹Look how easily I explain the kingdom of Rama and the kingdom of Ravan.

⁶⁷chhote-chhote bachchon ko bhi aise bataana chaahiye aur kya hua?

⁷⁰You should also explain to young children in this way. ⁷¹What happened then?

⁶⁸bade-bade sone heere javaahraaton ke mahal earthquake mein andar chale gaye।

⁷³Earthquakes took place when the people of Bharat became vicious and the kingdom of Ravan then began.

⁷⁰pavitra se apvitra ho gaye।

⁷⁴From pure, everyone became impure.

⁷¹kehte bhi hain sone ki lanka andar chali gai।

⁷⁵They say that golden Lanka went down below.

⁷²kuchh to bacha hoga na, jisse phir mandir aadi banaaye honge।

⁷⁶Some things must have remained with which they built temples etc.

⁷³bhakti maarga shuru hua - manushya vikaari hone lage।

⁷⁷The path of devotion began; human beings began to become vicious.

⁷⁴phir raavan raajya chala to aayu bhi kam ho gai।

⁷⁸It then became the kingdom of Ravan and their lifespans decreased.

⁷⁵ham nirvikaari yogi se vikaari bhogi ban gaye, yatha raaja raani tatha praja sab vikaari ban gaye।

⁷⁹From being viceless yogis, they became vicious bhogis who indulged in sensual pleasures. ⁸⁰As were the king and queen, so the subjects, too, became vicious.

⁷⁶yeh kahaani kitni sahaj hai।

⁸¹This story is so easy!

⁷⁷chhoti-chhoti bachchiyaan bhi yeh kahaani sunaayen to bade-bade aadmiyon ka munh neecha ho jaae।

⁸²If you young daughters related this story, important, influential people would be ashamed.

⁷⁸abhi baap baith sunaate hain, vahi gyaan ka saagar patit-paavan hai।

⁸³The Father is now sitting here and telling you this. ⁸⁴He alone is the Ocean of Knowledge and the Purifier.

⁷⁹achha dvaapar mein bhogi patit ban gaye phir aur dharma bhi shuru hote gaye।

⁸⁵Then, in the copper age you became those who indulged in sensual pleasures and became impure, and other religions then began to come into existence.

⁸⁰amrit ka jo nasha tha woh khalaas ho gaya। ⁸¹ladaai-jhagde hone lage।

⁸⁶The intoxication of nectar finished; fighting and quarrelling began.

⁸²dvaapar se lekar ham gire, kaliyug mein ham aur hi vikaari banen।

⁸⁷We began to fall in the copper age and we became even more vicious in the iron age.

⁸³patthar ki moortiyaan banaate rahe। ⁸⁴hanoomaan, ganesh ki....।

⁸⁸We continued to make stone idols of Hanuman and Ganesh.

⁸⁵pattharbuddhi hone lage to patthar ki pooja karne lage।

⁸⁹We became those with stone intellects and began to worship stone.

⁸⁶samajhte the ki bhagwan patthar-thikkar mein hai।

⁹⁰We believed that God exists in pebbles and stones.

⁸⁷aise karte-karte bhaarat ki yeh haalat ho gai ab phir baap kehte hain vish chhod amrit peekar pavitra bano aur phir raajaai lo।

⁹¹By our doing all of that, the condition of Bharat has become like this. ⁹²The Father now says: Renounce poison, drink this nectar and become pure and claim your kingdom.

⁸⁸vish chhodo to phir tum manushya se devta ban jaayenge।

⁹³Renounce poison and you will change from humans into deities.

⁸⁹parantu vish chhodte nahin hain।

⁹⁴However, you don’t renounce poison.

⁹⁰vish ke liye kitna maarte, tang karte hain tab to dropdi ne pukaara na।

⁹⁵Women are beaten so much for poison and troubled so much. ⁹⁶This was why Draupadi called out for protection.

⁹¹tum samajhte ho ki amrit peene bigar ham devta kaise banenge।

⁹⁷You understand how it is not possible to become deities without drinking this nectar.

⁹²satayug mein to raavan hota hi nahin।

⁹⁸Ravan doesn’t exist in the golden age.

⁹³baap kehte hain, jab tak shreshthaachaari nahin banenge, svarga mein nahin aa sakenge।

⁹⁹The Father says: Unless you become elevated, you cannot go to heaven.

⁹⁴jo shreshthaachaari the, woh ab bhrashtaachaari bane hain।

¹⁰⁰Those who were elevated have now become corrupt.

⁹⁵phir ab amrit peekar shreshthaachaari banna hai।

¹⁰¹You now have to drink this nectar and become elevated.

⁹⁶baap kehte hain maamekam yaad karo।

¹⁰²The Father says: Constantly remember Me alone!

⁹⁷kya geeta bhool gaye ho?

¹⁰³Have you forgotten the Gita?

⁹⁸geeta rachi mainne, naam daal diya krishna ka।

¹⁰⁴I created the Gita but they inserted Krishna’s name.

⁹⁹in lakshmi-naaraayan ko yeh raajaai kisne di?

¹⁰⁵Who gave Lakshmi and Narayan their kingdom?

¹⁰⁰zaroor bhagwan ne di hogi।

¹⁰⁶It must definitely have been God who gave it.

¹⁰¹agle janma mein bhagwan ne raajayog sikhaaya, naam phir daala hai krishna ka।

¹⁰⁷God taught them Raja Yoga in their previous birth but Krishna’s name was inserted.

¹⁰²to samjhaane ki practice karni chaahiye।

¹⁰⁸You should practise explaining this to others.

¹⁰³bahut sahaj kahaani hai।

¹⁰⁹It is a very easy story.

¹⁰⁴baba ko kitna samay laga?

¹¹⁰How long did it take Baba?

¹⁰⁵aadha ghante mein itni sahaj baat bhi samajh nahin sakte isliye baap kehte hain sirf ek chhoti kahaani baith kisko samjhaao।

¹¹¹Even in half an hour, some are not able to understand such an easy matter. ¹¹²This is why the Father says: Just sit and explain this short story to someone.

¹⁰⁶haath mein chitra lo।

¹¹³Take a picture in one hand.

¹⁰⁷satayug mein lakshmi-naaraayan ka raajya, phir treta mein raam-seeta ka raajya ....phir dvaapar mein raavan ka raajya hua।

¹⁰⁹barobar ham devta the phir kshatriy, vaishya, shoodra bane।

¹¹⁷We were definitely deities and then became warriors, merchants and shudras.

¹¹⁰abhi apne ko devta na samajhne kaaran hindu kah dete hain।

¹¹⁸Now, because you don’t consider yourselves to be deities, you call yourselves Hindus.

¹¹¹dharma shreshtha, karma shreshtha se dharma bhrashta, karma bhrashta ban pade hain।

¹¹⁹From having an elevated religion and performing elevated actions, you have become corrupt in your religion and actions.

¹¹²aisi chhoti-chhoti bachchiyaan baith bhaashan karen to saari sabha mein hear-hear ho jaae।

¹²⁰If you young daughters sat and gave lectures in this way, the whole gathering would say: encore, encore!

¹¹³baba sabhi centres vaalon ko suna rahe hain।

¹²¹Baba is speaking to those at all the centres.

¹¹⁴ab yeh bade-bade nahin seekhte hain to chhoti-chhoti kumaariyon ko sikhaao।

¹²²These older people don’t learn anything, so teach these little kumaris.

¹¹⁵kumaariyon ka naam bhi hai।

¹²³There are also the names of kumaris.

¹¹⁶dehli, baambe mein bahut achhi-achhi kumaariyaan hain। ¹¹⁷padhi likhi hain।

¹²⁴There are very good kumaris in Delhi and Bombay; they are well educated.

¹¹⁸unko to khada ho jaana chaahiye। ¹¹⁹kitna kaam kar sakti ho।

¹²⁵They should become alert; they could do so much.

¹²⁰agar kumaariyaan khadi ho jaaen to naam baala ho jaae।

¹²⁶If the kumaris were to become alert, the name would be glorified.

¹²¹saahookaar ghar ki jo hain woh mushkil himmat rakhti hain।

¹²⁷Those from wealthy homes hardly have any courage.

¹²²saahookaari ka nasha rehta hai।

¹²⁸They have the intoxication of their wealth.

¹²³dahej aadi milta hai to bas।

¹²⁹Once they receive their dowry, that’s it for them.

¹²⁴kumaariyaan shaadi kar kaala munh kar deti aur sabke aage jhukna padta hai।

¹³⁰When a kumari gets married, she becomes ugly and has to bow down to everyone.

¹²⁵to baap kitna sahaj samjhaate hain।

¹³¹Therefore, the Father explains so easily.

¹²⁶parantu paarasbuddhi banne ka khyaal hi nahin aata।

¹³²However, they don’t think about becoming those with divine intellects.

¹²⁷dekho jo nahin padhte hain woh bhi aajkal em. pi., em. L. A. aadi ban gaye hain।

¹³³Look, nowadays, even those who haven’t studied have become MPs or MLAs etc. ¹³⁴(Member of the Legislative Assembly).

¹²⁸padhaai se to kya-kya ban jaate hain।

¹³⁵Look at what they can become by studying.

¹²⁹yeh padhaai to bahut sahaj hai।

¹³⁶This study is very easy.

¹³⁰auron ko bhi jaakar sikhaana chaahiye।

¹³⁷You should go and teach others.

¹³¹parantu shreemat par nahin chalte to padhte bhi nahin hain।

¹³⁸However, because they don’t follow shrimat, they don’t even study.

¹³²bahut achhi-achhi kumaariyaan hain parantu apna hi nasha chadha hua hai।

¹³⁹There are many very good kumaris, but they have their own intoxication.

¹³³thoda kaam kiya to samajhti hain hamne bahut kaam kiya hai।

¹⁴⁰When they do a little work, they think they have done so much.

¹³⁴abhi to bahut kaam karna hai।

¹³⁵aajkal fashion mein hi kumaariyaan rehti hain।

¹⁴²Nowadays it is kumaris who indulge in a lot of fashion.

¹³⁶vahaan to natural shrringaar rehta hai।

¹⁴³There, there is natural beauty.

¹³⁷yahaan to kitna artificial shrringaar karte hain।

¹⁴⁴Here, the adornment is so artificial.

¹³⁸sirf baal banaane mein hi kitne paise dete hain।

¹⁴⁵They spend so much money just on hairdressing.

¹³⁹yeh hai maaya ka pomp।

¹⁴⁶That is the pomp of Maya.

¹⁴⁰fall oph maaya raavan raajya, phir rise oph raamraajya।

¹⁴⁷There is the fall of Maya, the kingdom of Ravan, and then there is the rise of the kingdom of Rama.

¹⁴¹ab raamraajya sthaapan hota hai।

¹⁴⁸The kingdom of Rama is now being established.

¹⁴²parantu tum mehnat to karo na।

¹⁴⁹However, you should at least make some effort.

¹⁴³tum kya banenge! ¹⁴⁴agar padhenge nahin to vahaan jaakar paai-paise ki praja banenge।

¹⁵⁰What will you become if you don’t study? ¹⁵¹When you go there, you will become subjects worth a few pennies.

¹⁴⁵aajkal ke bade-bade aadmi vahaan ki sab praja mein aa jaayenge।

¹⁵²Eminent people of today will become subjects there.

¹⁴⁶saahookaar log sirf achha-achha kah apne dhandhe mein lag jaate hain।

¹⁵³Wealthy people simply say that this is good and become engrossed in their work.

¹⁴⁷bahut achha prabhaavit hote hain phir kya!

¹⁵⁴They become very impressed, and then what?

¹⁴⁸aakhreen kya hoga?

¹⁵⁵What will happen eventually?

¹⁴⁹vahaan jaakar praja banenge।

¹⁵⁶They will become subjects there.

¹⁵⁰prabhaavit maana praja।

¹⁵⁷To be impressed means to become a subject.

¹⁵¹jo mehnat karte hain woh raamraajya mein aa jaayenge।

¹⁵⁸Those who make effort will go into the kingdom of Rama.

¹⁵²samjhaani to bahut sahaj hai।

¹⁵⁹The explanation is very easy.

¹⁵³is kahaani ke nashe mein koi rahe to beda paar ho jaae।

¹⁶⁰The boats of those who maintain the intoxication of this story will go across.

¹⁵⁴ham shantidham mein jaayenge phir sukhdhaam mein aayenge bas yaad karte-karaate rehna hai, tab hi oonch pad paayenge।

¹⁶¹We will go to the land of peace and then go into that land of happiness. ¹⁶²That’s it; you simply have to remember Baba and inspire others to do the same. ¹⁶³Only then will you claim a high status.

¹⁶⁵second mein baap se svarga ke jeevanmukti ka varsa।

¹⁷³Claim your inheritance of liberation-in-life from the Father in a second.

¹⁶⁶koi bhi samjhaaye to jeevan-mukti pad ka adhikaari ban jaaye।

¹⁷⁴Anyone who explains this can claim a right to the status of liberation-in-life.

¹⁶⁷baaki padhaai anusaar oonch pad paayenge।

¹⁷⁵All the rest will claim a status according to how they study.

¹⁶⁸svarga mein to aayenge na। ¹⁶⁹pichhaadi mein aayenge to sahi na।

¹⁷⁶They will go to heaven; they will at least come at the end.

¹⁷⁰vriddhi to honi hai।

¹⁷⁷The population has to grow.

¹⁷¹devi-devta dharma oonch hai, woh bhi to banenge na।

¹⁷⁵unka naam bhi baala hai - kumaarka hai, janak hai achha centre sambhaal rahi hain।

¹⁸²Their names are also glorified. ¹⁸³Kumarka, Janak etc. are looking after centres very well.

¹⁷⁶koi khitpit nahin hai।

¹⁸⁴There is no conflict.

¹⁷⁷baap kehte hain si no evil, talk no evil phir bhi aisi-aisi baaten karte rehte hain।

¹⁹⁰Even little daughters can explain this; they can give this knowledge.

¹⁹¹The army of monkeys is very well known.

¹⁸³seetaayen jo raavan ki jel mein phansi hui hain unhon ko chhudaana hai।

¹⁹²The Sitas who are trapped in Ravan’s jail have to be freed.

¹⁸⁴kathaayen to kya-kya bana di hain।

¹⁹³People have made up so many different stories.

¹⁸⁵aise-aise koi bhaashan karen।

¹⁹⁴Someone should give such lectures.

¹⁸⁶baaki sirf kehte hain phalaana bahut prabhaavit hua।

¹⁹⁵Then, they (the kumaris) say that so-and-so was very impressed.

¹⁸⁷poochho, tum kya banna chaahte ho?

¹⁹⁶Ask them: What do you want to become?

¹⁸⁸sirf doosron ko kahenge inka gyaan bahut achha hai।

¹⁹⁷They just tell others: Their knowledge is very good.

¹⁸⁹khud samajhte kuchh bhi nahin, isse kya phaayda।

¹⁹⁸However, they themselves don’t understand it. ¹⁹⁹So, what was the benefit?

²¹¹Blessing: May you die alive and remain aware of your new life and thereby gain victory over your physical senses.

²⁰¹jo bachche poora marjeeva ban gaye unhein karmendriyon ki aakarshan ho nahin sakti।

²¹²You children who have completely died alive cannot be attracted by any physical senses.

²⁰²marjeeva bane arthaat sab taraph se mar chuke, puraani aayu samaapta hui।

²¹³To die alive means that you have died to everything and that your old life has finished.

²⁰³jab naya janma hua, to naye janma, nai jeevan mein karmendriyon ke vash ho kaise sakte।

²¹⁴Since you have taken a new birth, how could you be influenced by physical senses in your new birth and new life?

²⁰⁴brahmaakumaar-kumaari ke naye jeevan mein karmendriyon ke vash hona kya cheez hoti hai - is knowledge se bhi pare।

²¹⁵In your new life of a Brahma Kumar or Kumari, you are completely beyond any knowledge of what it means to be influenced by the physical senses.

²⁰⁵shoodra pan ka jara bhi saans arthaat sanskaar kahaan atka hua na ho।

²¹⁶Do not let even the slightest breath, that is, any sanskar of a shudra be even slightly stuck on you.

²¹¹iske liye ‘pahle aap' ka paath pakka ho, isse aapke sanskaar sabke saath sahaj hi mil jaayenge।

²²⁴Let the lesson of ‘you first’ firm, by doing this your sanskars will harmonise with everyone.
