Song

6Gīt  : bachpan K|kē din bhulā na dēnā …

7Song: Do not forget the days of your childhood.

Murli

7Ōm śhānti .

8Om shanti.

8Bāp kahtē haĩ mīṭhē bachchō̃ - ham bēhad K|kē bāp K|kē bachchē haĩ , yah bhūlō mat .

9The Father says: Sweet children, do not forget that you are the children of the unlimited Father.

9Yah bhūlē tō apnē kō rulā dēgē . 10Chhī-chhī duniyā mē̃ buddhi chalī jāyēgī .

10If you forget this, you will make yourselves cry and your intellects will be drawn to this dirty world.

11Bāp kī yād rahnē sē atīndriya sukh bhāstā hai .

11By having remembrance of the Father, you experience supersensuous joy.

12Vah sukh , bāp kō bhūl jānē sē gum hō jāyēgā .

12This happiness disappears if you forget the Father.

13Hardam yād rahnā chāhiyē ki ham bābā K|kē bachchē haĩ , nahī̃ tō apnē kō rulā dēgē .

13Constantly remember that you are Baba’s children. 14Otherwise, you will make yourselves cry.

14Sab bhagvān K|kē bachchē haĩ , sab kahtē haĩ hē bābā , hē param pitā paramātmā rakṣhā karō .

15All are the children of God. 16All say: O Baba! 17O Supreme Father, Supreme Soul, protect us!

15Parantu bāp sē rakṣhā kab hōtī hai - yah kiskō bhī patā nahī̃ hai .

18However, no one knows when you receive protection from the Father.

16Sādhū-santa ādi kōī bhī nahī̃ jāntē ki bāp sē hamkō mukti-jīvanmukti kab milnī hai kyōṅki bhagvān kō hī kaṇ-kaṇ mē̃ kah diyā hai .

19None of the sages or holy men know when you receive liberation or liberation-in-life from the Father because they have said that God is in every particle.

17Ab tum bachchē bēhad K|kē bāp kō jān gayē hō .

20You children now know the unlimited Father.

18Most beloved bāp hai , ussē pyārī vastu aur kōī hōtī nahī̃ .

21He is the most beloved Father. 22There is no one as lovely as Him.

19Aisē bāp kō na jānnā baṛī bhārī bhūl hai .

23It is a great mistake not to know such a Father.

20Śhiv jayantī kyō̃ manātē haĩ , vah kaun hai  ?

24Why do people celebrate the birthday of Shiva? 25Who is He?

21Yah bhī kōī nahī̃ jāntē .

26No one knows this.

22Bāp kahtē haĩ tum kitnē bēsamajh ban gayē hō .

27The Father says: You have become so senseless!

23Māyā rāvaṇ nē tumkō kyā banā diyā hai  !

28Look what Maya, Ravan, has made you.

24Abhī tum bachchē jāntē hō yah hamārī janm bhūmi hai .

29You children now know that this is My birthplace.

25Maĩ her|har 5 hazār varṣh kē bād ātā hū̃ .

30I come every 5000 years.

26Vah phir kah dētē 40 hazār varṣh bād jab yah kaliyug pūrā hōgā tab āyēṅgē .

31They say that He will come after 40,000 years when the iron age comes to an end.

27Chitra bhī dikhāyā jātā hai trimūrti kā .

32The picture of the Trimurti is shown.

28Trimūrti mārg nām bhī rakhā hai parantu tīn mūrti brahmā , viṣhṇu , śhaṅkar kō kōī nahī̃ jāntē .

33They have also named a road, Trimurti Road, but no one knows the three images of Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar in the picture.

29Brahmā kyā karkē gayā  ?

34What did Brahma do?

30Viṣhṇu aur śhaṅkar kyā kartē haĩ , kahā̃ rahtē haĩ , kuchh bhī nahī̃ jāntē . 31Bilkul hī ghōr andhiyārē mē̃ haĩ .

35What do Vishnu and Shankar do? 36Where do they reside? 37People don’t know anything; they are in complete darkness.

32Bāp hai rachayitā .

38The Father is the Creator.

33Unkī yah kitnī baṛī rachnā hai .

39This creation of His is so large!

34Kitnā bēhad kā nāṭak hai . 35Ismē̃ bēhad K|kē manuṣhya rahtē haĩ .

40The play is unlimited and there is an unlimited number of human beings in it.

36Āj sē 5 hazār varṣh pahlē jab satyug thā , bhārat mē̃ jab in lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ kā rājya thā tō aur kōī rājya nahī̃ thā .

41When it became the golden age 5000 years ago, when it was the kingdom of Lakshmi and Narayan in Bharat, there was no other kingdom.

37Bhagvatī śhrī lakṣhmī , bhagvān śhrī nārāyaṇ kō kahā jātā hai .

42They say: Goddess Shri Lakshmi and God Shri Narayan.

38Rām-sītā kō bhī bhagvān rām , bhagvatī sītā kahtē haĩ .

43They even refer to Rama and Sita as God Rama and Goddess Sita.

39Ab yah bhagvān nārāyaṇ , bhagvatī lakṣhmī kahā̃ sē āyē  ?

44Where did God Narayan and Goddess Lakshmi come from?

40Rājya karkē gayē haĩ . 41Parantu unkī jīvan kahānī tō ēk bhī nahī̃ jāntē .

45They ruled in the past, but not a single one knows their life story.

42Sirph gātē rahtē haĩ hē bhagvān duḥkh hartā sukh kartā . 43Parantu yah kiskī buddhi mē̃ nahī̃ ātā - vah duḥkh hartā , sukh kartā kaisē hai .

46They simply continue to sing that God is the Remover of Sorrow and the Bestower of Happiness, but how He is the Remover of Sorrow and the Bestower of Happiness doesn’t sit in anyone’s intellect.

44Kaun-sā sukh sabkō diyā  ?

47What happiness did He give everyone?

45Aur kab sabkā duḥkh harā  ?

48When did He remove everyone’s sorrow?

46Kuchh bhī nahī̃ jāntē .

49They don’t know anything.

47Tum bachchē abhī yahā̃ rājyōg sīkh rahē hō - bhagvatī lakṣhmī , bhagvān nārāyaṇ bannē kē liē .

50You children are now studying Raja Yoga here in order to become like Goddess Lakshmi and God Narayan.

48Jāntē haĩ bhagvatī sītā , bhagvān rām bhī bannē kā hai .

51You also know that God Rama and Goddess Sita will also be created here.

498 janm satyug mē̃ pūrē karkē phir rām-sītā K|kē rājya mē̃ ānē vālē haĩ .

52You will complete your eight births in the golden age and then go into the kingdom of Rama and Sita.

5021 janm kē liē bēhad key|kī rājāī tum yahā̃ sthāpan kar rahē hō .

53You are establishing your unlimited kingdom for 21 births here.

51Tum bhagvatī bhagvān svarg K|kē mālik ban rahē hō .

54You gods and goddesses are becoming the masters of heaven.

52Svarg kōī āsmān mē̃ nahī̃ hai .

55Heaven is not up in the sky.

53Yah bhī kiskō patā nahī̃ hai .

56No one knows this.

54Bilkul hī tuchchh buddhi haĩ .

57They have completely degraded intellects.

55Kahtē haĩ phalānā svarg padhārā .

58They say: So-and-so went to heaven.

56Parantu samajhtē kuchh bhī nahī̃ haĩ .

59However, they don’t understand anything.

57Achchhā kyā kriściyan , bauddhī sab heaven mē̃ jāyēṅgē  ?

60Achcha, will all the Christians and Buddhists go to heaven?

58Vah bād mē̃ ākar apnā dharm sthāpan kartē haĩ .

61They come later and establish their own dharma.

59Tō phir vah svarg mē̃ kaisē ā saktē  ?

62So, how could they go to heaven?

60Svarg kiskō kahā jātā , yah bhī unkō patā nahī̃ hai .

63They don’t even know what is referred to as heaven.

61Sannyāsī lōg kahtē jyōti jyōt samāyā .

64Sannyasis say that they merge into the light.

62Kōī phir kahtē nirvāṇdhām gayā . 63Nirvāṇ bhī tō lōk hai nā .

65Some say that they go to the land of Nirvana, that there is a world in Nirvana.

64Vah tō nivās sthān hai . 65Jyōti jyōt mē̃ līn hōnē key|kī bāt hī nahī̃ .

66That is a place of residence; there is no question of a light merging into the light.

66Jyōti mē̃ mil jāē tō phir tō ātmā hī khatm hō jāē . 67Khēl hī khatm hō jātā hai .

67If they were to merge into the light, souls would be destroyed and the whole play would finish.

68Is drama sē kōī bhī ātmā chhūṭ nahī̃ saktī .

68No soul can be liberated from this drama.

69Kōī bhī mōkṣh kō pā nahī̃ saktē .

69No one can attain eternal liberation.

70Gīt kā arth|earth bhī kōī samajhtē nahī̃ haĩ . 71Na jīvanmukti kā arth|earth samajhtē haĩ , na ātmā-paramātmā kā arth|earth samajhtē haĩ .

70No one understands the meaning of this song nor does anyone even understand the meaning of liberation-in-life. 71They don’t understand the meaning of souls or of the Supreme Soul either.

72Bāp kahtē haĩ - tumhārī śhakla tō manuṣhya kī hai , jō in dēvtāō̃ key|kī bhī thī .

72The Father says: Your faces are those of human beings. 73They are the same as those of the deities.

73Satyug ādi mē̃ dēvtāyē̃ thē .

74They became deities at the beginning of the golden age.

74Unhō̃ kā 2500 varṣh rājya chalā .

75Their kingdom lasted for 2500 years.

75Bākī 2500 varṣh key|kī bāt hai , jismē̃ aur sab dharm ātē haĩ .

76Then, in the remaining 2500 years, all the other dharma came.

765 hazār varṣh kē badlē manuṣhya kah dētē lākhō̃ varṣh kalpa vr̥ikṣha key|kī āyu hai . 77Parantu tumhārī bāt samajhnē kē liē bhī nahī̃ āyēṅgē .

77Instead of saying that the duration of the cycle is 5000 years, they say that the duration of the kalpa tree is hundreds of thousands of years, but they still won’t come to understand what you explain.

78Hā̃ , āyēṅgē bhī vahī , jinhōnnē kalp pahlē ākar samjhā hōgā .

78Only those who came and understood these things in the previous cycle will come again.

79Pahlē tō samjhānā hai - ēk hai had kā sannyās , jō sannyāsī lōg gharbār chhōṛ jāē jaṅgal mē̃ rahtē haĩ , pahlē-pahlē vah satōpradhān thē .

79First of all, explain that the renunciation, which the sannyasis adopt by leaving their homes and families and going into the jungles, is limited. 80At first, they were satopradhan.

80Phir ab tamōpradhān banē haĩ tō jaṅgalō̃ sē lauṭkar āē baṛē-baṛē mahal banāyē haĩ .

81Now that they have become tamopradhan, they have come back from the jungles and have built huge palaces.

81In sannyāsiyō̃ nē bhī pavitratā K|kē ādhār par bhārat kō thamāyā jarūr hai . 82Bhārat key|kī sēvā kī hai .

82Those sannyasis have definitely supported Bharat on the basis of their purity; they have served Bharat.

83Yah sannyās dharm nahī̃ hōtā tō bhārat ēkdam vikārō̃ mē̃ jal martā , patit ban jātā .

83If it weren’t for the religion of renunciation, Bharat would have completely burnt away in vice and become completely impure.

84Yah bhī drama banā huā hai .

84This drama is predestined.

85Unhō̃ mē̃ pahlē pavitratā key|kī tākat thī , jissē bhārat kō thamāyā hai .

85At first, they had the power of purity with which they supported Bharat.

86In dēvtāō̃ kā jab rājya thā tō bhārat kitnā sāhūkār thā .

86When it was the kingdom of deities, Bharat was so wealthy.

87Inhō̃ K|kē itnē baṛē-baṛē hīrē-javāharō̃ K|kē mahal thē .

87They had huge palaces studded with diamonds.

88Vah sab kahā̃ gayē  ?

88Where did they all go?

89Sab nīchē chalē gayē .

89They all went down below.

90Laṅkā aur dvārikā kē liē kahtē haĩ - samudra kē nīchē chalī gaī .

90They say that Lanka and Dwaraka sank beneath the sea.

91Abhī tō hai nahī̃ .

91They don’t exist now.

92Sōnē K|kē mahal ādi sab thē nā .

92There used to be palaces of gold.

93Jab mandirō̃ ādi mē̃ hīrē-javāharāt lagā saktē haĩ , tō vahā̃ kyā nahī̃ hōgā  !

93Since they were able to put diamonds in the temples, what would they not have had there?

94Kitnī tum bachchō̃ kō khuśhī hōnī chāhiē .

94You children should have so much happiness.

95Bābā phir sē āyā huā hai .

95Baba has come once again.

96Kahtē haĩ bāp kō yād karō .

96He says: Remember the Father!

97Yād ēk kō hī karnā hai , jissē vikarma vināśh hōtē haĩ . 98Parantu vah bhūl jātē haĩ aur dēhdhārī key|kī yād ā jātī hai .

97You only have to remember the One through whom your sins are absolved, but you forget this and remember bodily beings.

99Dēhdhārī key|kī yād sē tō kuchh bhī phāydā nahī̃ .

98There is no benefit in remembering bodily beings.

100Bāp kahtē haĩ - māmēkam yād karō .

99The Father says: Constantly remember Me alone!

101Kisī bhī dēhdhārī kō yād nahī̃ karō .

100Don’t remember bodily beings.

102Ammā marē tō bhī haluā khānā . . . . ēk bāp kī yād sē hī kamāī hai .

101Even if your mother dies, eat halva. 102Only by having remembrance of the one Father is there an income earned.

103Ham śhivbābā K|kē bachchē haĩ , unsē varsā lēnā hai .

103We are the children of Shiv Baba and we have to claim our inheritance from Him.

104Is samay bāp kō yād nahī̃ kiyā tō phir bahut pachhtānā paṛēgā , rōnā paṛēgā .

104If you don’t remember the Father at this time you will have to repent and cry a great deal.

105Viśhva K|kē mālik bannē vālō̃ kō rōnē key|kī kyā darkār hai .

105What need is there for those who are to become the masters of the world to cry?

106Tum bāp kō bhūltē hō tab hī māyā thappaṛ lagātī hai isliē bābā bār-bār samjhātē haĩ ki bāp kō aur varsē kō yād karō .

106It is only when you forget the Father that Maya slaps you. 107This is why Baba tells you again and again: Remember the Father and your inheritance!

107Amarnāth nē amarpurī mē̃ ēk pārvatī kō tō baiṭh amarkathā nahī̃ sunāī hōgī . 108Jarūr bahut hōṅgē .

108The Lord of Immortality would not have sat and told the story of immortality to Parvati alone; there must definitely have been many there.

109Jō bhī manuṣhya mātra haĩ sabkō bāp samjhātē haĩ ki ab patit mat banō , yah antim janm pavitra banō .

109The Father explains to all human beings: Now, don’t become impure! 110Become pure in this last birth!

110Vahā̃ svarg mē̃ kōī vikār nahī̃ hōtē .

111There are no vices in heaven.

111Agar vahā̃ bhī vikār hōtā tō phir svarg aur nark mē̃ phark kyā huā  ?

112If there were vices in heaven too, then what is the difference between heaven and hell?

112Dēvī-dēvatāō̃ key|kī mahimā gātē haĩ - sarvguṇ sampann , 16 kalā sampūrṇ . . . haĩ .

113People sing praise of the deities: You are full of all virtues, sixteen celestial degrees full.

113Bhagvān ākar bhagvān-bhagvatī hī banāyēṅgē , sivāē bhagvān K|kē kōī banā na sakē .

114God comes and makes everyone into gods and goddesses. 115No one except God can make you that.

114Bhagvān tō ēk hī hai .

116There is only the one God.

115Gāyā bhī jātā hai - bhagvān-bhagvatī key|kī rājdhānī .

117The kingdom of gods and goddesses is remembered.

116Yathā rājā-rānī tathā prajā bhī vahī hōgī . 117Parantu bhagvān-bhagvatī kahā nahī̃ jātā isliē kahā jātā hai ādi sanātan dēvī-dēvtā dharm .

118There would be the same king, queen and subjects there, but they would not be called a god and goddess. 119That is called the original eternal deity religion.

118Yah kiskō patā nahī̃ hai .

120No one knows this.

119Inkī ( brahmā key|kī ) ātmā kō bhī bāp samjhātē haĩ .

121The Father also explains to this soul (Brahma).

120Ēk bāp key|kī , ēk dādā key|kī - dō ātmāyē̃ haĩ nā .

122There are two souls: one is the Father and one is Dada.

121Ēk ātmā 84 janma lētī hai , dūsrī ātmā punarjanma rahit hai .

123One soul takes 84 births and the other soul is beyond rebirth.

122Bāp kabhī punarjanma nahī̃ lētē haĩ .

124The Father never takes rebirth.

123Ēk hī bār ākar sārē viśhva kō pavitra banānē kē liē hamkō rājyōg sikhātē haĩ .

125He only comes once and teaches us Raja Yoga in order to make the whole world pure.

124Bāp tumkō samjhātē haĩ - mainnē inmē̃ pravēśh kiyā hai .

126The Father explains to you: I enter this one.

125Yah 84 janm bhōg āyē haĩ .

127This one has experienced 84 births.

126Ab inkē bahut janmō̃ kā yah antim janm hai .

128This is now the last of his many births.

127Ab maĩ nirākār hū̃ tō kaisē ākar bachchō̃ kō rājyōg sikhlāū̃  ?

129I am incorporeal. 130So, how do I come to teach you children Raja Yoga?

128Prērṇā sē tō kuchh hō na sakē .

131Nothing can happen by inspiration.

129Śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa bhagvānuvāch tō hō na sakē .

132There cannot be versions of God Shri Krishna.

130Vah kaisē ā saktā hai  ?

133How could he come?

131Vah tō hai hī satyug kā prince , 16 kalā sampūrṇ . . . phir trētā mē̃ hōtē haĩ 14 kalā sampūrṇ , phir dvāpar mē̃ śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa kō kyō̃ lē gayē haĩ  ?

134He is the prince of the golden age, sixteen celestial degrees full. 135Then, in the silver age, there are fourteen celestial degrees. 136So, why then have they put Shri Krishna in the copper age?

132Unkō tō pahlē ānā chāhiē .

137He should come first.

133Bāp samjhātē haĩ - pahlē , bāp kō yād karō . 134Nahī̃ tō māyā ēkdam thappaṛ mār dēgī .

138The Father explains: First, remember the Father, otherwise Maya will slap you very hard.

135Chhuīmuī kā ēk jhāṛ hōtā hai . 136Hāth lagāō tō murjhā jāyē .

139There is the Touch-Me-Not plant that wilts when you touch it.

137Tumhārā bhī aisā hī hall|hāl hōtā hai , bāp kō yād nahī̃ kiyā aur khalās .

140Your condition also becomes the same. 141When you don’t remember the Father, everything finishes.

138Gīt mē̃ bhī sunā - bachpan K|kē din bhulā nahī̃ dēnā .

142You heard in the song: Do not forget the days of your childhood.

139Bāp kō bhūlē tō kahā̃ na kahā̃ chōṭ lag jāyēgī .

143If you forget the Father, you will be hurt in one way or another.

140Bāp kahtē haĩ - tum hamārē bachchē hō nā .

144The Father says: You are My children.

141Yah śharīr tō viṣh sē paidā huā hai . 142Vah inkē laukik mā̃-bāp haĩ .

145Your bodies have been created with poison and those are the physical parents of your bodies.

143Yah tō hai pārlaukik bāp aur inkō phir alaukik bāp kahā jātā hai .

146That One is the incorporeal Father and this one is the spiritual (alokik) father.

144Yah had kā thā , phir bēhad kā ban gayā .

147This one was limited and has now become unlimited.

145Abhī dēkhō yah laukik bachchī ( nirmal-śāntā ) baiṭhī hai .

148Look, this worldly daughter (Dadi Nirmal Shanta) is also sitting here.

146Yah laukik bhī hai , alaukik bhī hai , pārlaukik bhī hai .

149There is the worldly one, the spiritual one and the One from beyond.

147Bākī śhivbābā K|kē tō bhāī-bahin hai nahī̃ . 148Na laukik , na alaukik , na pārlaukik .

150Shiv Baba doesn’t have any brothers or sisters, neither worldly or spiritual, nor from beyond.

149Kitnā fark hai .

151There is so much difference.

150Ēk bāp kā bannā māsī kā ghar nahī̃ hai .

152Belonging to the one Father is not like going to your aunty’s home!

151Aisē bāp sē sambandh jōṛnā hai , time lagtā hai .

153To forge all relationships with such a Father takes time.

152Śhivbābā key|kī yād mē̃ rahnā baṛī mēhnat hai .

154It takes great effort to stay in remembrance of Shiv Baba.

153Kaī 50 varṣh sē rahnē vālē bhī sārā din śhivbābā kō yād bhī nahī̃ kartē , aisē bhī haĩ .

155There are even such children who have been around for 50 years and yet they do not remember Shiv Baba throughout the whole day.

154Aur sabkō bhūl ēk kō yād karnā bahut-bahut mēhnat hai .

156It takes a lot of effort to forget everyone else and to remember the One.

155Kōī 1 percent yād kartē haĩ , kōī 2 percent , kōī 1/2 percent bhī muśhkil yād kartē haĩ .

157Some remember Baba one per cent, some remember Him two per cent and some hardly remember Him even half a per cent.

156Yah baṛī bhārī mañjil hai .

158This is a very high destination.

157Tō bāp samjhātē haĩ - bachpan kō nahī̃ bhūlnā .

159The Father explains: Don’t forget your childhood.

158Bāp sē svarg kā varsā miltā hai .

160You receive the inheritance of heaven from the Father.

159Tum jāntē hō ham jītē jī markar bāp K|kē ākar banē haĩ - naī duniyā mē̃ jānē kē liē .

162Manuṣhya thōṛēhī jāntē haĩ ki satyug mē̃ in dēvtāō̃ kō 16 kalā sampūrṇ aur 14 kalā sampūrṇ kyō̃ kahtē haĩ  ?

165People don’t know why those deities were said to be sixteen celestial degrees in the golden age and then fourteen celestial degrees.

166They don’t know anything at all.

164Yah bhakti mārg K|kē śhāstra ādi phir bhī banē̃gē .

168Hatha yoga and pilgrimages will exist again, but what will happen through them?

167Kyā heaven mē̃ jāyēṅgē  ?

169Will anyone go to heaven through them?

168Nahī̃ , bahut riddhi-siddhi sē kām kartē haĩ .

170No! 171People do many things with occult power.

169Riddhi-siddhi vālē bahut haĩ .

172There are many with occult power.

170Hazārō̃ manuṣhya unkē pichhāṛī paṛtē rahtē haĩ .

176A lot of effort has to be made for that.

174Yah riddhi-siddhi ādi sīkhnē key|kī bhī kitāb hōtī hai .

177There are even books from which you can learn occult power.

175Kitnē lākhō̃ manuṣhya unkē pichhāṛī paṛtē haĩ .

178Hundreds of thousands of people chase after them.

176Tum bachchē jāntē hō hamkō bābā sē svarg kā varsā miltā hai .

184Sūryavanśhī gharānā pūrā huā phir chandravanśhī . . . . banē̃ .

187When the sun dynasty comes to an end, the moon dynasty comes into existence.

185Abhī tum jāntē hō ham haĩ brāhmaṇ vãnśhī phir dēvtā vãnśhī bannā hai , isliē ham paṛhāī paṛh rahē haĩ .

188You now know that you are the Brahmin clan and that you will then become the deity dynasty. 189This is why you are studying this study.

186Phir sīṛhī nīchē utartē-utartē vaiśhya , śhūdra vãnśhī banē̃gē .

190Then, after coming down the ladder, you will become the merchant and shudra clans.

195Rām gayō , rāvaṇ gayō . . . . rām kā kitnā chhōṭā parivār hōgā satyug mē̃ .

196It is said: Rama went and Ravan went. 197The family of Rama in the golden age will be very small.

198The family of Ravan is now so big!

197Bachchē jāntē haĩ ki yah rājdhānī sthāpan hō rahī hai .
