024/06/26 Madhuban Mateshwari Om Shanti Original 1965

1 «  is karmakṣhētra par karma anādi chīz hai , tumhē̃ karma chhōṛnā nahī̃ hai lēkin karmayōgī bannā hai ' ' 2 ( jagadambā mā̃ K|kē smr̥iti divas par sunānē kē liē , unkē dvārā uchchārē huē madhur mahāvākya )

1(Sweet elevated versions spoken by Maa Jagadamba to be read on the Day of Remembrance – 24 June 2026) 2On this field of action, karma is something eternal. 3You mustn’t renounce karma, but you have to become karma yogis.

3Yah sr̥iṣhṭi karma kā khēt hai , jahā̃ harēk manuṣhya ātmā apnā-apnā part play kar rahī hai , ismē̃ paramātmā kā bhī part hai lēkin vah ātmāō̃ K|kē sadr̥iśhya janm-maraṇ mē̃ nahī̃ ātē haĩ .

4This world is a field of action, where each human soul is playing his own part. 5The Supreme Soul also has a part in this, but He doesn’t come into the cycle of birth and death as souls do.

4Ātmāō̃ K|kē sadr̥iśhya unkē karma kā khātā ulṭā nahī̃ bantā hai .

6Like souls, His account of actions does not become spoilt.

5Vah kahtē haĩ maĩ tō sirph tum ātmāō̃ kō liberate karnē ātā hū̃ isīliyē mujhē liberator , bandhan sē chhuṛānē vālā gati sadgati dātā kahtē haĩ .

7He says: I simply come to liberate you souls and this is why I am called the Liberator, the One who liberates you from bondage and grants you liberation and salvation.

6Ātmā par māyā kā jō bandhan chaṛhā hai , usē utārkar pure banātē haĩ aur kahtē haĩ ki mērā kām hai ātmāō̃ kō sarv bandhanō̃ sē chhuṛā karkē vāpas lē jānā , tō sr̥iṣhṭi K|kē jō anādi niyam aur kāydē haĩ unhē̃ bhī samajhnā hai , phir is manuṣhya sr̥iṣhṭi key|kī vr̥iddhi kis tarah sē hōtī hai , phir vah time bhī ātā hai jab yah kam hōtī hai .

8He removes the bondage of Maya that the soul is tied in and makes him pure. 9He says: My duty is to liberate souls from all their bondages and take them back home. 10You also have to understand the eternal laws and disciplines of the world - how this human world grows (increases) and then there is also the time when it decreases.

7Aisē nahī̃ ki baṛhtī hai tō baṛhtī hī jātī hai , nahī̃ .

11It isn’t that because it grows, it just continues to grow; no.

8Cum|kam bhī hōtī hai .

12It also decreases.

9Tō sr̥iṣhṭi mē̃ her|har chīz kā niyam hai .

13Everything in this world is governed by a law.

10Apnē śharīr kā bhī niyam hai , pahlē bāl , phir kiśhōr , phir yuvā , phir vr̥iddha .

14There is a law when it comes to your body too, first it is an infant, then it becomes a child, then youth and then old age.

11Tō vr̥iddha bhī jaldī nahī̃ , vr̥iddha hōtē-hōtē jaṛjaṛībhūt hō jātē haĩ , tō her|har bāt kā baṛhnā aur uskā ant hōnā , yah bhī niyam hai .

15It doesn’t get old quickly; while getting old, the body becomes decayed. 16So, everything grows and then it comes to its end – this is a law.

12Isī tarah sē sr̥iṣhṭi key|kī generations kā bhī niyam hai .

17In this way, there is a law of the generations of the world.

13Ēk jīvan key|kī bhī stages haĩ tō phir janmō̃ key|kī bhī stages haĩ , phir generations bhī jō chalī uskī bhī stages haĩ , isī tarah sabhī dharmō̃ key|kī bhī stages haĩ .

18There are stages of your life and also stages of your births, then there are also stages of the generations that have continued. 19In this way, all the dharmas have stages.

14Pahlā jō dharm hai vah sabsē tākat vālā hai , pīchhē āhistē-āhistē jō ātē haĩ , unkī tākat kam hōtī jātī hai .

20The first dharma is the most powerful, and then those who come gradually, have less power.

15Tō dharmō̃ kā baṇṭnā , dharmō̃ kā chalnā , harēk bāt niyamō̃ sē chaltī hai , in sab bātō̃ kō bhī samajhnā hai .

21Dharma to be divided, dharma to continue – everything continues according to the law. 22All of these things have to be understood.

16Isī hisāb sē bāp bhī kahtē haĩ mērā bhī ismē̃ part hai .

23In this way, the Father too says: I too have a part in this.

17Maĩ bhī ēk soul hū̃ , maĩ god kōī dūsrī chīz nahī̃ hū̃ .

24I too am a soul. 25I, God, am not anything else.

18Maĩ bhī soul hī hū̃ parantu mērā kām bahut baṛā aur ūñchā hai isliyē mujhē god kahtē haĩ .

26I too am a soul, but My duty is very great and the highest and this is why I am called God.

19Jaisī tum ātmā hō maĩ bhī vaisā hī hū̃ .

27Just as you are a soul, I am also the same.

20Jaisē āpkā bachchā hai vō bhī tō manuṣhya hai , āp bhī tō manuṣhya hō , usmē̃ tō kōī phark nahī̃ hai nā .

28Just as you are a human being, your child is also a human being. 29There isn’t any difference in this, is there?

21Tō maĩ bhī ātmā hī hū̃ , ātmā , ātmā mē̃ kōī phark nahī̃ hai lēkin kartavya mē̃ bahut bhārī phark hai isīliyē kahtē haĩ mērā jō kartavya hai vah sabsē bhinn hai .

30So, I too am a soul. 31There is no difference between souls, but there is a huge difference in our duties. 32This is why it is said that My duty is different from that of everyone else.

22Maĩ kōī had K|kē ēk dharm kā sthāpak nahī̃ hū̃ , maĩ tō duniyā kā creator hū̃ , vō hō gayē dharm K|kē creator .

33I am not a Founder of one limited dharma. 34I am the Creator of the world, whereas the others are creators of their dharma.

23Jaisē vō ātmāyē̃ apnā kām apnē samay par kartī haĩ , vaisē maĩ bhī apnē samay par ātā hū̃ .

35Just as those souls do their work in their own time, in the same way, I come at My own time.

24Mērā kartavya viśhāl hai , mērā kartavya mahān hai aur sabsē nirālā hai isliyē kahtē haĩ tērē kām nirālē .

36My duty is unlimited and broad, My duty is great and unique. 37This is why it is said: Your work is unique.

25Unkō sarvśhaktivān bhī kahtē haĩ , sabsē śhaktiśhālī kām hai ātmāō̃ kō māyā K|kē bandhanō̃ sē chhuṛānā aur naī duniyā kā sapling lagānā isliē unkō aṅgrējī mē̃ kahtē haĩ heavenly god father .

38He is also called the Almighty Authority. 39The most powerful work is to liberate all souls from the bondages of Maya and to plant a sapling of the new world. 40This is why, in English, He is called Heavenly God-Father.

26Jaisē Christ kō kahē̃gē Christianity kā father , unkō heavenly god father nahī̃ kahē̃gē .

41Christ is called the Father of Christianity. 42He cannot be called Heavenly God-Father.

27Heaven kā sthāpak paramātmā hai .

43God, the Supreme Soul, is the one who establishes heaven.

28Tō heaven world hō gaī nā , heaven kōī ēk dharm nahī̃ hai .

44So, heaven is a world, is it not? 45Heaven is not a dharma.

29Tō vah world kā sthāpak hō gayā aur us world mē̃ ēk dharm , ēk rājya hōgā , tatva ādi sab change hō jāyēṅgē isliyē unkō kahtē haĩ heavenly god father .

46So, He is the One who establishes the world, and in that world, there is one dharma and one kingdom. 47All the elements will have changed and this is why He is called Heavenly God-Father.

30Dūsrā , god is truth kahtē haĩ , tō truth kyā chīz hai , kismē̃ truth  ?

48Secondly, it is said: God is the Truth. 49So, what is the Truth? 50In what is there the truth?

31Yah bhī samajhnē key|kī bāt hai .

51This is also something to be understood.

32Kaī samajhtē haĩ ki jō sach bōltā hai vahī god hai .

52Some think that those who speak the truth are God.

33God kōī aur chīz nahī̃ hai , bas sach bōlnā chāhiē .

53God is not anything else, but one should just speak the truth.

34Parantu nahī̃ , god is truth kā matlab hī hai ki god nē hī ā karkē sabhī bātō̃ key|kī sachchāī batāī hai , god is truth mānā god hī truth batlātā hai , usmē̃ hī sachchāī hai , tab tō unkō knowledgeful kahtē haĩ .

54But, no. 55The meaning of “God is the Truth” is that God came and told us the truth about everything. 56“God is the truth” means God tells us the truth. 57Only He has the truth, and this is why He is called Knowledge-full.

35Ocean of|off knowledge , ocean of|off bliss , god knows , ( īśhvar jāntā hai ) … tō jarūr viśhēṣh kuchh jānnē key|kī bāt hai nā  !

58The Ocean of Knowledge, The Ocean of Bliss, God knows. 59So, definitely, there is something that He knows.

36Tō vah kaunsī jānkārī hai  ?

60So what is that information that He knows?

37Yah nahī̃ ki isnē chōrī key|kī , god knows .

61Not that “This one stole something”, God knows.

38Bhalē vah jāntā sabkuchh hai parantu uskī mahimā jō hai nā , vah isī par hai ki hamārī duniyā jō nīchē girī hai vah ūñchī kaisē chaṛhē , is chakra key|kī bātō̃ kō vah jāntā hai isliyē kahtē haĩ god knows .

62Although He knows everything, His praise is based on how our world, which has fallen, can be uplifted again. 63He knows everything about this cycle, and this is why it is said God knows.

39Tō paramātmā key|kī mahimā us tarīkē sē ātī hai jō manuṣhya sē bhinn hai kyōṅki unkā jānnā sabsē bhinn hai .

64So, this is how God is praised and it is different from that of human beings, because His knowing is completely different.

40Manuṣhya kā jānnā had hai , kahtē bhī haĩ manuṣhya alpagya hai aur paramātmā kē liē kahtē haĩ vah sarvajña hai , jiskō aṅgrējī mē̃ knowledgeful kahtē haĩ yāni sarv kā gyātā athavā jānnē vālā hai .

65The knowing of human beings is limited. 66It is said that what human beings know is short-lived, and for God they say that He is all-knowing. 67In English, it would be said “knowledge-full”, that is, He is the Knower of All, that is, One who knows everything.

41Tō jō sarvajña hai vahī truth kō jān saktā hai , yathārth bātō̃ key|kī knowledge jiskē pās|pass hōgī , jarūr vah sabkō dēgā nā .

68Only the One who is all-knowing can know the truth. 69Only the One who has accurate knowledge of everything will be able to give it to everyone.

42Agar khud jānē , dūsrō̃ kō na dē tō ussē hamē̃ kyā phāydā  !

70If He Himself has knowledge and does not give it to others, what is the benefit of that to us?

43Jānnē dō .

71So, let Him know.

44Parantu nahī̃ .

72But no.

45Uskē jānkārī sē hamē̃ kōī phāydā milā hai , tab tō ham uskī qualifications gātē haĩ .

73We have received some benefit through His knowing everything, and this is why we sing praise of His qualifications.

46Uskē pīchhē paṛtē haĩ .

74We chase after Him.

47Kabhī kuchh bhī hōtā hai tō kahtē haĩ hē bhagvān  !

75Whenever something happens, we say, “O God!

48Ab tū yah kar  !

76Now, You do this!”

49Khair kar , rahm kar , mērā duḥkh dūr kar , tō ham ussē māṅgtē haĩ nā .

77Be kind. 78Have compassion. 79Remove my sorrow. 80So, we ask Him for this, do we not?

50Ussē kuchh sambandh hai nā isliē us tarīkē sē yād kartē haĩ , jaisē usnē hamārē par kōī ēhasān kiyā hai .

81We have some relationship with Him and this is why we remember Him in that way, as though He has done us a favour.

51Agar kabhī kiyā hī nahī̃ hōtā tō ham kyō̃ uskē liyē māthākuṭī kartē .

82If He hadn’t done anything for us, why would we beat our heads for Him?

52Jab kōī musībat K|kē samay madad kartā hai tō dil mē̃ ātā hai ki isnē baṛī musībat K|kē samay mujhē help kī thī .

83When someone helps you at a time of difficulty, you feel in your heart: This one helped me a lot at a time of difficulty.

53Samay par mērī rakṣhā kī thī , tō uskē prati dil mē̃ prēm rahtā hai .

84He protected me at the time of need. 85So, you have love for him in your heart.

54Tō paramātmā kē prati bhī aisā hī prēm ātā hai ki usnē hamārī samay par madad kī hai .

86Similarly, for God too, you also have the same love that He helped you at a time of need.

55Parantu aisē nahī̃ ki kabhī kōī manuṣhya kā achchhā hō gayā tō kahē̃ yah bhagvān nē kiyā . . . bas bhagvān aisā hī kartā hai .

87However, it is not that, when something good has happened to a person, you would say that God has done it, that God works like that.

56Lēkin uskā baṛā kām hai , world kā kām hai , duniyā K|kē sambandh key|kī bāt hai .

88His work is great, His work is for the world. 89It is related to the whole world.

57Bākī aisē nahī̃ ki kisī kō thōṛā paisā mil gayā , yah bhagvān nē kiyā , yah tō ham bhī achchhē karma kartē haĩ , tō us karma kā phal miltā hai .

90But it isn’t that when someone has received a little money, that God did that. 91It is our good actions, so we receive the fruit of those good actions.

58Achchhē burē karmō̃ kā hisāb chaltā hai , uskā bhī ham pātē rahtē haĩ lēkin paramātmā nē ā karkē jō karma sikhāyā uskā jō phal hai , vah alag hai .

92There is the account of good and bad actions. 93We continue to receive that, but the fruit of the actions that God has come and taught us is separate.

59Alpkāl kā sukh tō buddhi K|kē ādhār par bhī miltā hai .

94Temporary happiness is also received on the basis of your intellect.

60Parantu usnē jō knowledge dī|the ussē ham sadā sukh pātē haĩ .

95The knowledge that He has given us gives us happiness all the time.

61Tō paramātmā kā kām bhinn hō gayā nā , isliē kahtē haĩ ki maĩ hī ā karkē karma key|kī jō yathārth knowledge hai vō sikhātā hū̃ , jiskō kahā hai karmyōg śhrēṣhṭh hai .

96So, God’s work is separate. 97This is why it is said: I come and teach you the real knowledge of actions, which is referred to as: karma yoga is elevated.

62Ismē̃ karma kō , ghar gr̥ihastha kō chhōṛnē key|kī bāt nahī̃ hai .

98There is no question of renouncing actions or your home in this.

63Sirph tum apnē karmō̃ kō pavitra kaisē banāō , uskī knowledge maĩ batlātā hū̃ .

99I simply give you the knowledge of how you can make your actions pure.

64Tō karma kō pavitra banānā hai , karma chhōṛnā nahī̃ hai .

100So, you have to purify your actions, you don’t have to renounce them.

65Karma tō anādi chīz hai .

101Actions are eternal.

66Yah karmakṣhētra bhī anādi hai .

102This field of action is also eternal.

67Manuṣhya hai tō karma bhī hai , parantu us karma kō tum śhrēṣhṭh kaisē banāō vah ā karkē sikhātā hū̃ jissē phir tumhārē karma kā khātā akarma rahtā hai .

103Where there are human beings, there will also be actions, but I come and teach you how you can make those actions elevated, through which your account of actions becomes neutral.

68Akarma kā matlab hai kōī burā khātā nahī̃ bantā hai .

104Neutral action means that you don’t accumulate anything bad.

69Bāp kahtē haĩ maĩ is chhōṭē sē saṅgamyug mē̃ tumhārē dēśh , is corporeal duniyā mē̃ tumhārē liyē hī āyā hū̃ , tō kam sē kam jitnā time hai utnā time tō kuchh hamārā khyāl karō .

105The Father says: I have come into this corporeal world, in this short confluence age, just for you. 106So, at the very least, however much time there is, think about Me for the short time you have.

70Bābā K|kē banē hō tō kam sē kam itnā time tō śhuddha rahō .

107Now that you belong to Baba, at least remain pure for that time.

71Phir tō tumhārī aisī prālabdh ban jāyēgī jō tumhē̃ us duniyā mē̃ mēhnat nahī̃ karnī paṛēgī .

108Then, you will have created such a reward that you will not have to work hard.

72Abhī thōṛī mēhnat key|kī bāt hai , abhī tum kaisē bhī karkē , mar miṭ karkē bhī pavitra rahnē key|kī pratigyā karō .

109Now, there is a little effort to be made. 110However possible, even if you have to die, make a promise to remain pure.

73Apnī dr̥iṛhtā rakhō , apnī dhārṇāō̃ mē̃ rahnē kā pūrā prayatna karō .

111Be determined. 112Make full effort to maintain your dharna.

74Bāp tumhē̃ sāph-sāph batlātē haĩ tum sirph itnē thōṛē time kē liē yah mēhnat karō .

113The Father tells you very clearly: Simply make effort for this short time.

75Maĩ tumhē̃ aur kōī mēhnat nahī̃ karātā hū̃ , tumhē̃ jitnā miltā hai uskī bhēṇṭ mē̃ kōī mēhnat hī nahī̃ hai .

114I do not make you make effort for anything else. 115In terms of how much you receive, the effort is nothing.

76Aisē nahī̃ sirph kahtē rahō ki maĩ yah karū̃gā , vah karū̃gā . . . . , duniyā kyā kahēgī , vah kyā kahē̃gē . . arē duniyā kyā kahēgī . . . chhōṛ dō isē .

116Do not just keep saying: “I will do this, I will do that. 117What will the world say? 118What will that one say? 119O, what will the world say?” 120Just leave that to one side.

77Abhī yah duniyā hī jānē vālī hai .

121Now, this world is going to finish.

78Ab tō maut sāmnē khaṛā hai .

122Now, death is just ahead of you.

79Tum itnā lambā-chauṛā jō banākar baiṭhē hō yah sab wastage kar rahē hō .

123Whatever big and complicated things you have created here, all of that is wastage.

80Abhī bāp kahtē haĩ us wastage kō bachāō .

124The Father now says: Now save that wastage.

81Is śharīr nirvāh K|kē liyē jitnā chāhiē utnā bhalē karō , jitnā tumhārā creation kē sāth hisāb-kitāb hai , utnā karō , maĩ kahā̃ sambhālū̃gā .

125Whatever you need for the livelihood of your body, you may do that. 126Whatever account you have with your creation, you have to do that much. 127I am not going to look after that.

82Isē tumkō hī sambhālnā hai .

128You have to look after them.

83Jō jarūrī hai vah tō tumkō free kartā hū̃ , lēkin abhī yah jō extra rach rahē hō uskē liyē manā kartā hū̃ kyōṅki abhī vah tō girnā hī hai kyō̃ apnā phāltū samay ganvā rahē hō .

129Whatever is necessary, I free you from that, but the extra that you are creating now, I am telling you not to do that, because now everything is to fall, so why are you wasting your time unnecessarily?

84In phāltū K|kē jhañjhaṭō̃ sē hī tum duḥkhī huē hō , un jhañjhaṭō̃ sē tum kaisē chhūṭō , vahī tō tumhē̃ batlātā hū̃ .

130You are experiencing sorrow because of all of these useless complications. 131How can you become free from all of those complications?

85Phir bhī baiṭh karkē anēk bahānē lagānā , yah kahā̃ key|kī rīti hai  ?

132This is what I am telling you! 133But even then, to sit and give many excuses, how can you do this?

86Phir bāp bhī kahtē haĩ ki dēkh lēnā , abhī agar mujhē sīdhī aṅgulī nahī̃ dētē hō , hāth nahī̃ dētē hō , tō phir maĩ aisē nāk pakaṛakē lē chalū̃gā .

134Then, the Father too would say: Just see, if you don’t give me your finger straight, if you don’t give me your hand, then I will catch hold of you by the nose and take you with Me.

87Nāk pakaṛēgā tō phir dam ghuṭēgā , phir duḥkh hōgā , sazāyē̃ khānī paṛē̃gī nā  !

135If you are caught by the nose, you will suffocate, and then feel sorrow and you will have to experience punishment.

88Isliyē kahtē haĩ abhī hāth mē̃ hāth dēkar sīdhā chalnē kā time ā gayā hai .

136This is why you are told: The time has now come to give your hand in His hand and to just go with Him straight.

89Agar sīdhī tarah sē nahī̃ chalē̃gē tō phir mērē hāth mē̃ tumhārā nāk bhī tō āyēgā , phir dēkh lēnā .

137If you don’t go with Me straight (directly), then your nose will come into My hands, then just see!

90Phir us samay kuchh nahī̃ hō sakēgā , na kuchh kar sakē̃gē isliē bāp kahtē haĩ bachchē , ab tum mērē hō karkē , mērē pās|pass ā karkē , mērī bātō̃ kō sun karkē , agar phir bhī kuchh nahī̃ kiyā tō unkē liyē bahut kaṛī sazāyē̃ haĩ , isliyē jin bichārō̃ kō patā nahī̃ uskī tō bāt alag hai .

138Then, at that time, nothing can be done. 139You won’t be able to do anything and this is why the Father says: Children, now belong to Me, come to Me, listen to Me and even then, if you don’t do anything, there is huge punishment for that. 140For those who don’t know anything, it is a different matter.

91Bākī jinhō̃ kō patā hai , jō baiṭhkē , sunkē phir inhī̃ bātō̃ mē̃ gaphlat key|kī tō unkī tō khair nahī̃ .

141But for those who know, for those who sit here, listen to this thing, and still become careless, nothing can be done for them.

92Jaisē 10 guṇā phāydā , vaisē 10 guṇā nuksān hōgā .

142Just as there is tenfold benefit, so there is tenfold loss.

93Tab kahtē haĩ apnē nuksān kō , ghāṭē kō . . achchhī tarah sē samjhō .

143This is why it is said: “Understand your losses very well. 144Open your intellects very well.”

94Achchhī tarah sē kuchh tō apnī buddhi khōlō . 95Abhī bāp sē buddhiyōg lagāyēṅgē tō tākat milēgī .

145If you connect the yoga of your intellect with the Father, you will receive power.

96Tō in sabhī bātō̃ kō samjhō , bhūlō mat .

146So, understand all of these things. 147Do not forget.

97Abhī yah jō samay chal rahā hai , isē pahchānō , jarā āṅkhē khōlō , buddhi khōlō aur samay kā pūrā phāydā lō|low .

148Recognise the time that is now passing by. 149Open your eyes, open your intellect and take full benefit of this time.

151It is said: “As is the company, so is the colour you are coloured by.” 152Therefore, when someone doesn’t have complete dharna, then you will be coloured by the colour of Maya’s company. 153This is why it is said: Hear no evil, see no evil, talk no evil. 154There are some evil ones who don’t leave anyone alone, even here, and then they are influenced by one another.

100Tō kahtē haĩ aisē saṅgdōṣh sē bachē rahō .

155This is why you are told to protect yourself from the influence of company.

101Aisē mat samjhō ki saṅgdōṣh bāhar hai , yahā̃ nahī̃ hai .

156Do not think that the influence of company is only outside and not here.

160If you have your armour on, the bullet will not hit you.

Question

116Praśhna  : mama ham chaltē phirtē yōg key|kī ūñchī avasthā mē̃ kaisē sthit hō saktē haĩ  ?

176Question: Mama, while walking and moving around, how can we become stable in a high stage of yoga.

Answer

117Uttar  : vāstav mē̃ apnī yah life natural yōg kī hō jānī chāhiē kyōṅki yōg hai niśhchay .

177Answer: In fact, our life has to become one of natural yoga, because yoga is faith.

118Tō hardam niśhchay kō kāyam rakh practical vah svarūp ban jānā hai .

178So, keep faith firmly and become an embodiment of that in a practical way.

119Niśhchay rūp ban karmēndriyō̃ sē karma karō , bhal sthūl karmēndriyā̃ kōī bhī kārya kartī rahē̃ magar khud kō us hī sukh svarūp avasthā mē̃ lavlīn rahnā hai .

179Become the form of that faith and perform actions with your physical senses. 180Let your physical organs continue to do any work, but you yourself have to remain merged in that stage of being an embodiment of happiness.

120Āpkā chēhrā sadā sukh svarūp ramaṇīk dikhāī dē .

181Let your face always be seen as an embodiment of happiness and entertaining.

121Kōī bhī aśhuddh saṅkalp vikalp na rahē̃ .

182Let there not be any impure or sinful thoughts.

122Īśhvarīy ānand mē̃ āntarik magan avasthā mē̃ rahō tō phir kōī bhī aśhuddh saṅkalp vikalp key|kī utpatti nahī̃ hōgī .

183Stay in the stage of the internal love, in God’s bliss, and you won’t have any impure or sinful thoughts.

123Śhuddha pure dharnī mē̃ jō bhī saṅkalp utpanna hōgā vah lōk saṅgrah prati athavā apnī unnati prati hōgā .

184Whatever thoughts arise in a pure land will be for the benefit of the people and for your own progress.

124Yah ati mīṭhī sundar avasthā hai jō samay par madad kartī hai .

185This is a very sweet stage which helps you a lot at the time of need.

125Aisē īśhvarīy alaukik mīṭhī pure life banānē kā ab hī golden chance tumhē̃ milā huā hai .

186You have this golden chance only at this time to create a sweet and pure life.

126Tō aisī avasthā banānē kē liē thōṛī mēhnat karō .

187So, in order to create such a stage, make a little effort.

127Jab ham yōg mē̃ baiṭhtē haĩ tō andar mē̃ mantra pūjā jap ādi kuchh bhī nahī̃ kartē haĩ , jaisē bhaktimārg mē̃ kōī kōī andar hī andar prārthanā kartē haĩ , mālā japtē haĩ , mūrti kō sāmnē rakh fool|phūl chaṛhātē haĩ , vah sabkuchh andar hī andar kartē haĩ jiskō mansā pūjā kahē̃gē .

188When we sit in yoga, we don’t have any mantra, worshipping or chanting internally. 189On the path of devotion, some say their prayers internally, they turn the beads of the rosary, keep an idol in front of them and place flowers on it. 190They do all of this internally within themselves, which is called worshipping with the mind.

128Lēkin hamārē yōg mē̃ ham sirph apnē sva svarūp mē̃ sthit hō sukh svarūp ban jātē haĩ .

191However, in our yoga we simply become stable in our original form and become an embodiment of happiness.

129Apnē man sahit sabhī karmēndriyō̃ kō control kar ēkāgrachit ban īśhvarīy sukh svarūp hō jātē haĩ iskē liē yōg kā time personal mukarar hai .

192We control all our physical organs, including our mind, become concentrated, and become an embodiment of Godly happiness. 193For this, our time for yoga is fixed personally.

130Jahā̃ ēk time par baiṭhkar abhyās kartē haĩ .

194We sit and practise that at the same time.

131Sirph vyakt bātō̃ sē nātā tōṛkar avyakt sambandh sē nātā jōṛkar rakhnā hai tō yād sahaj hō jāyēgī .

195We simply break our relationships with all gross things, forge a relationship with the avyakt and then remembrance will become easy.

132Achchhā .

196Achcha.

133Ōm śhānti .

Blessing

134Vardān  : bāp-dādā kē sāth dvārā māyā kō dūr sē hī mūrchhit karnē vālē māyājīt , jagatjīt bhav

197Blessing: May you make Maya unconscious from a distance by keeping BapDada’s company and become a conqueror of Maya and a conqueror of the world.

135Jaisē bāp K|kē snēhī banē hō aisē bāp kō sāthī banāō tō māyā dūr sē hī mūrchhit hō jāyēgī .

198Just as you are loving to the Father, so make the Father your Companion too and Maya will become unconscious from a distance.

136Śhurū-śhurū kā jō vāydā hai tumhī̃ sē khāū̃ , tumhī̃ sē baiṭhū̃ , tumhī̃ sē rūh kō rijhāū̃ . . . isī vāydē pramāṇ sārī dincharyā mē̃ her|har kārya bāp kē sāth karō tō māyā disturb kar nahī̃ saktī , uskā destruction hō jāyēgā .

199The promise you made in the beginning, “I will eat with You, I will sit with You, I will console my soul with You…” 200Carry out all your activities of the day with the Father according to this promise and Maya will not be able to disturb you; her destruction will take place.

137Tō sāthī kō sadā sāth rakhō , sāth key|kī śhakti sē vā milan mē̃ magan rahnē sē māyājīt , jagatjīt ban jāyēṅgē .

201So, always keep your Companion with you. 202With the power of His company and by being lost in meeting Him, you will become a conqueror of Maya and a conqueror of the world.

Avyakt Signal

140Yē avyakt iśhārē - sadā harṣhit rahnē kē liē apnī nature kō saral banāō , sahanśhīl banō .

206Avyakt Signal: To remain constantly cheerful, be easy-natured and tolerant.

141Avyakt sthiti rūpī darpaṇ kō sāph aur spaṣhṭ karnē kē liē saraltā , śhrēṣhṭhatā aur sahanśhīltā in tīn bātō̃ par dhyān dō .

207In order to keep the mirror of your avyakt stage clean and clear, pay attention to three things: easiness, greatness and tolerance.

142Agar tīnō̃ mē̃ sē ēk bhī bāt key|kī kamī hai tō darpaṇ par bhī kamī kā dāg dikhāī paṛēgā isliē jō bhī kārya kartē hō , usmē̃ sādhāraṇtā dikhāī na dē .

208If, out of the three, even one is missing, then a stain of that lack will be visible in the mirror. 209Therefore, whatever work you do, let ordinariness not be visible in that.

143Sādhāraṇapan kō śhrēṣhṭhatā mē̃ badalī karō , her|har kārya mē̃ sahanśhīltā aur vāṇī mē̃ saraltā kō dhāraṇ karō tab service mē̃ saphaltā dikhāī dēgī .

210Transform the ordinariness into greatness, let there be tolerance in every task and imbibe easiness in your words, and success will be visible in your service.
