¹Essence: Sweet children, you now have to go to a new world. ²These days of sorrow are coming to an end. ³Therefore, forget old things of the past.

²prashn:- tum karmayogi bachchon ko kaun sa abhyaas nirantar karna chaahiye?

⁴Question: What should you karma yogi children constantly practise?

³uttar:- abhi-abhi shareer nirvaah arth deh mein aaye aur abhi-abhi dehi-abhimaani।

⁵Answer: One moment, you’re in your body for its livelihood and the next moment you become soul conscious.

⁴deh ki smriti bigar karma to ho nahin sakta isliye abhyaas karna hai ki karma kiya, deh-abhimaani banen phir dehi-abhimaani ban jaao, aisa abhyaas tum bachchon ke sivaae duniya mein koi kar nahin sakta।

⁶You cannot do anything without having some awareness of your body. ⁷Therefore, practise doing everything without any awareness of your body and be soul conscious. ⁸No one in the world, other than you children, can practise this.

¹⁹yeh ved shaastra jo bhi bhakti maarga ki saamagri hai, yeh sab khatma honi hai।

²⁵All of those Vedas and scriptures that are the paraphernalia of the path of devotion are to be destroyed.

²⁰vahaan bhakti maarga ka chinha bhi nahin rehta।

²⁶There are no signs of the path of devotion there.

²¹vahaan to bhakti ka phal mil jaata hai।

²⁷There, you receive the fruit of devotion.

²²bhakton ko baap aakar phal dete hain।

²⁸The Father comes and gives devotees the fruit.

²³bachchon ne jaana baap kaise aakar bhakti ka phal dete hain, jisne sabse jaasti bhakti ki hai, unko zaroor jaasti phal milega।

²⁹You children now know how the Father comes and gives you the fruit of devotion. ³⁰Those who have performed more devotion would definitely receive more fruit.

²⁴gyaan ka purushaartha bhi woh jaasti karega।

³¹They would also make more effort with this knowledge.

²⁵tum jaante ho ham aatmaon ne jaasti bhakti ki hai।

³²You know which souls have done more devotion.

²⁶zaroor gyaan mein bhi woh teekhe jaayenge tab in lakshmi-naaraayan jaisa oonch pad paayenge।

³³They are the ones who will definitely go faster in this knowledge for only then can they attain a status as high as that of Lakshmi and Narayan’s.

²⁷ab gyaan aur yog ke liye tumhaara purushaartha hai।

³⁴You are now making effort in this knowledge and yoga.

²⁸dehi-abhimaani ho rehna hai phir dehdhaari bhi hona hai।

³⁵Remain soul conscious, but you also have to remain aware of being in a body.

²⁹karma karte hue baap ko yaad karna hai।

³⁶While doing everything, remember the Father.

³⁰deh bigar to ham karma kar na saken।

³⁷We cannot perform actions without bodies.

³¹yeh to theek hai - baba ko yaad karna hai, parantu apne ko aatma samjhen, deh ko bhula dene se kaam nahin hoga, karma to karna hi hai।

³⁸It is right that you have to remember Baba, but you also have to consider yourselves to be souls. ³⁹Nothing will be achieved by forgetting your body because you still have to perform actions.

³²baap ki yaad mein bahut maja hai।

⁴⁰There is a lot of pleasure in remembering the Father.

³³uthte-baithte, chalte-phirte baap ko yaad karo parantu phir bhi pet ko bhojan to chaahiye।

⁴¹You have to remember the Father while sitting, standing and moving around but, nevertheless, your stomach does need food.

³⁴dehi-abhimaani ho rehna hai।

⁴²Remain soul conscious!

³⁵dehi-abhimaani is samay tum bachchon ke sivaae koi bhi nahin।

⁴³No one apart from you children, is soul conscious at present.

³⁶bhal apne ko aatma bhi samjhen parantu paramatma ka parichay nahin।

⁴⁴Although they may consider themselves to be souls, they don’t have God’s introduction.

³⁷bhal samjhen ham aatma avinaashi hain, yeh shareer vinaashi hai parantu yeh samajhne se vikarma vinaash nahin honge।

⁴⁵Although they may understand that souls are imperishable and that bodies are perishable, their sins will not be absolved by understanding that.

³⁸kehte bhi hain punya aatma, patit aatma।

⁴⁶It is said: Charitable soul, impure soul.

³⁹main aatma hoon, mera yeh shareer hai।

⁴⁶us maashook athva baap se hamko varsa milna hai aur unki yaad se vikarma vinaash honge, yeh koi nahin samjhaate hain।

⁵⁶No one else can explain that we are to receive the inheritance from that Beloved, from that Father, and that our sins will be absolved by having remembrance of Him.

⁴⁷tum bachche abhi nai baaten sunte ho।

⁵⁷You children are listening to new things.

⁴⁸tum jaante ho abhi humein ghar jaane ka raasta mila hai।

⁵⁸You know that you have found the path to go home.

⁴⁹apne ghar jaakar phir raajdhaani mein aayenge।

⁵⁹You will return home and then go to your kingdom.

⁵⁰baba naya makaan banaate hain to zaroor dil hogi na ki usmein jaakar baithen।

⁶⁰Baba is building a new home, so you definitely have the desire to go and stay in it.

⁵¹ab tumko raasta mila hai, jisko aur koi nahin jaante।

⁶¹We have now found the path that no one else knows.

⁵²kitne bhi yagya tap aadi karte, maatha phodte rehte hain, sadgati ko pa nahin sakte। ⁵³is duniya se us duniya mein ja nahin sakte।

⁶²No matter how many sacrificial fires they create or tapasya etc. they do or how much they beat their heads, they cannot attain salvation; they cannot go from this world to that world.

⁵⁴yeh bhi samajhna chaahiye।

⁶³This too has to be understood.

⁵⁵shaastron mein laakhon varsha likh diya hai isliye manushyon ki buddhi kaam nahin karti hai।

⁶⁴In the scriptures, they have written that the duration of each cycle is hundreds of thousands of years and this is why the intellects of people do not work.

⁵⁶tum achhi reeti samajh sakte ho - kal ki baat hai। ⁵⁷bhaarat to svarga tha, ham aadi sanaatan devi-devta dharma vaale the।

⁶⁵You can understand very clearly that it was only yesterday when Bharat was heaven, that we belonged to the original eternal deity religion.

⁵⁸devi-devta dharma bahut sukh dene vaala hai।

⁶⁶The deity religion was one that gave a lot of happiness.

⁵⁹bhaarat jaisa sukh koi bhi pa nahin sakta।

⁶⁷No one else can attain the happiness of Bharat.

⁶⁰svarga mein to aur koi dharma vaala ja na sake।

⁶⁸Those of other religions cannot go to heaven.

⁶¹tumhaare jaisa sukh aur koi ko ho na sake। ⁶²kitna bhi prayatna karen!

⁶⁹No matter how much they try, no one else can have the happiness that you have.

⁶³dhan kharcha karen phir bhi svarga mein jo sukh hai woh mil na sake।

⁷⁰Even if they spend money, they cannot find the happiness that exists in heaven.

⁶⁴kisko health hogi to wealth nahin hogi।

⁷¹Some may have health, but won’t have wealth.

⁶⁵kisko wealth hogi to health nahin hogi।

⁷²Some may have wealth but won’t have health.

⁶⁶yeh hai hi duhkh ki duniya, to ab baap kehte hain he aatmaayen jaago... tumko ab gyaan ka teesra netra mila hai।

⁷³This is a world of sorrow and so the Father says: Awaken, O souls! ⁷⁴Each of you has now received a third eye of this knowledge.

⁶⁷kitni jaagriti aai hai।

⁷⁵You have been awakened so much.

⁶⁸tum saari duniya ki history-geography jaante ho।

⁷⁶You know the history and geography of the whole world.

⁶⁹baap jaani-jaananhaar hai na।

⁷⁷The Father is the Knower of all secrets within (Janijananhar).

⁷⁰iska matlab yeh nahin ki sabke dilon ko jaanta hai।

⁷⁸This doesn’t mean that He knows what is in the heart of everyone.

⁷¹yeh kaun hai, kitna samjhaate hain।

⁷⁹Who is this one? ⁸⁰How much does he explain?

⁷²yeh kahaan tak pavitra rehte hain, kahaan tak baba ko yaad karte hain।

⁸¹To what extent does this one remain pure? ⁸²To what extent does he remember Baba?

⁷³main har ek ka yeh khyaal kyon baith karoon... ham to raasta bataate hain ki tum aatmaon ko apne parampita paramatma ko yaad karna hai।

⁸³Why should I sit and think such things about everyone? ⁸⁴I just show you souls the path: you have to remember your Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.

⁷⁴is srishti chakra ko buddhi mein rakhna hai।

⁸⁵Keep this world cycle in your intellects.

⁷⁵dehi-abhimaani to zaroor banna hai।

⁸⁶You definitely do have to become soul conscious.

⁷⁶deh-abhimaani banne ke kaaran tumhaari yeh durgati hui hai।

⁸⁷It was because you became body conscious that you became degraded in that way.

⁷⁷ab tumko baap ko yaad karna hai।

⁸⁸You now have to remember the Father.

⁷⁸grihastha vyavhaar mein rehte kamal phool samaan banna hai।

⁸⁹While living at home, become like a lotus flower.

⁷⁹svadarshan chakradhaari bhi tum ho, devtaaon ko to shankh aadi nahin hai।

⁹⁰You are also spinners of the discus of self-realisation. ⁹¹The deities don’t have ornaments like the conch shell, etc.

⁸⁰yeh gyaan shankh aadi tum braahmanon ko hai।

⁹²You Brahmins have the conch shell of this knowledge.

⁸¹sikkha log shankh bajaate hain, bahut bada aavaaz karte hain।

⁹³When Sikhs blow a conch shell, they make a very loud noise.

⁸²tum bhi yeh gyaan baith dete ho to badi sabha mein laaud-speaker lagaate ho।

⁹⁴When you give this knowledge to a big gathering, you use loudspeakers.

⁸³tumko yahaan laaud speaker lagaane ki darkaar nahin।

⁹⁵You don’t need to put up a loudspeaker here.

⁸⁴teacher padhaayenge to laaud-speaker lagaayenge kya?

⁹⁶Would a teacher teach using a loudspeaker?

⁸⁵yahaan to sirf shivbaaba ko yaad karna hai to vikarma vinaash honge।

⁹⁷Here, you simply have to remember Shiv Baba so that your sins are absolved.

⁸⁶main sarvashaktimaan hoon na।

⁹⁸I am the Almighty Authority.

⁸⁷tum laaud-speaker lagaate ho ki aavaaj door-door tak sunne mein aaye।

⁹⁹You use loudspeakers so that people at a distance can also hear.

⁸⁸woh bhi aage chal kaam mein aayega।

⁸⁹tumko sunaana yeh hai ki maut saamne hai।

⁹⁹bachchon ko khushi rahni chaahiye - baba sarva ka sadgati daata, sukh-shanti karta hai।

¹¹¹You children should remain happy. ¹¹²Baba is the Bestower of Salvation for All, the One who gives peace and happiness.

¹⁰⁰jo bhi aate hain, kehte hain shanti chaahiye।

¹¹³Anyone who comes here says that he or she wants peace.

¹⁰¹aatma ko itni shanti kyon yaad aati hai!

¹¹⁴Why do souls remember peace so much?

¹⁰²shantidham aatmaon ka ghar hai na।

¹¹⁵The land of peace is the home of souls.

¹⁰³ghar kisko yaad nahin rahega?

¹¹⁶Who would not remember his home?

¹⁰⁴vilaayat mein koi marta hai to chaahte hain inko apni janma bhoomi mein le jaayen।

¹¹⁷If someone dies abroad, they want to take that person’s body back to his place of birth.

¹⁰⁵yeh agar sabko pata hota ki bhaarat sarva ke sadgati daata, duhkh se mukti dilaane vaale shivbaaba ka birth place hai to unka bahut maan hota।

¹¹⁸If everyone were to know that Bharat is the birthplace of Shiv Baba, who is the Bestower of Salvation for All, the One who liberates you from sorrow, they would give it a lot of respect.

¹⁰⁶ek hi shiv ke oopar aakar phool chadhaaye।

¹¹⁹They would come and offer flowers to Shiva alone.

¹⁰⁷ab to kitnon ke oopar phool chadhaate rehte hain।

¹²⁰Now they offer flowers to so many.

¹⁰⁸jo sabko sukh-shanti dene vaala hai, unka naam nishaan hi gum kar diya hai।

¹²¹They have completely lost all name and trace of the One who gives happiness and peace to everyone.

¹⁰⁹jo baap ko achhi reeti jaante hain vahi varsa lene ka purushaartha karte hain।

¹²²Only those who know the Father very well make effort to claim the inheritance.

¹¹⁰mera naam hi hai duhkh harta sukh karta।

¹²³My name is the Remover of Sorrow and the Bestower of Happiness.

¹¹¹duhkh se liberate karke kya karenge!

¹²⁴What would He do after liberating you from sorrow?

¹¹²tum jaante ho shantidham mein shant rehte hain, sukhdhaam mein sukh hai।

¹²⁵You know that you remain in peace in the land of peace and that there is happiness in that land of happiness.

¹¹³shantidham ki jagah alag, sukhdhaam ki jagah alag, yeh to hai hi duhkhadhaam।

¹²⁶The land of peace is separate from that land of happiness. ¹²⁷This is a land of sorrow.

¹¹⁴sabko is samay duhkh hi duhkh hai।

¹²⁸At this time, everyone has nothing but sorrow.

¹¹⁵abhi tum jaante ho ham aise sukh mein jaate hain, jahaan 21 janma koi prakaar ka duhkh nahin rahega।

¹²⁹You now know that you are going into such happiness there that there will not be any type of sorrow for 21 births.

¹¹⁶naam hi hai - sukhdhaam।

¹³⁰The very name is the land of happiness.

¹¹⁷kitna meetha naam hai।

¹³¹It is such a sweet name.

¹¹⁸baap kehte hain - tumko koi takleeph nahin dete hain।

¹³²The Father says: I don’t give you any difficulty.

¹¹⁹sirf baap ko aur varse ko yaad karna hai। ¹²⁰apne ko aatma samajhna hai।

¹³³Simply remember the Father and the inheritance and consider yourselves to be souls.

¹²¹yeh gyaan tumko baba sikhla rahe hain।

¹³⁴Baba is teaching you this knowledge.

¹²²satayug mein aatma ka gyaan hai, ham aatma yeh shareer chhod doosra janma lenge, isko aatma-abhimaani kaha jaata hai।

¹³⁵In the golden age, you have the knowledge that you are souls and that you have to shed your bodies and take another birth. ¹³⁶That is called being soul conscious.

¹²³yeh hai roohaani knowledge, jo aur koi de na sake।

¹³⁷This is spiritual knowledge and no one else can give it.

¹²⁴rooh ko roohaani baap aakar knowledge dete hain।

¹³⁸The spiritual Father comes and gives this knowledge to you spirits.

¹²⁵har 5 hajaar varsha baad dete hain।

¹³⁹He gives it every 5000 years.

¹²⁶manushya to bilkul hi ghor andhiyaare mein hain।

¹⁴⁰People are in total darkness.

¹²⁷ab tumko roshni mili hai, tum agyaan neend se jaage ho।

¹⁴¹You have now received light and have awakened from the sleep of ignorance.

¹²⁸sabhi sajniyon ka saajan hai - ek baap।

¹⁴²The one Father is the Bridegroom of all the brides.

¹²⁹baap kehte hain - main tumhaara baap bhi hoon, saajan bhi hoon, gurooon ka guru bhi hoon।

¹⁴³The Father says: I am your Father, your Bridegroom and also the Guru of all gurus.

¹³⁰supreme teacher hoon।

¹⁴⁴I am the Supreme Teacher.

¹³¹sarva gurooon ka sadgati daata ek hi satguru hai।

¹⁴⁵Only the one Satguru is the Bestower of Salvation for all the gurus.

¹³²kehte hain bachche main sarva ki sadgati karta hoon।

¹⁴⁶He says: Children, I grant everyone salvation.

¹³³gati ke baad sadgati hoti hai।

¹⁴⁷After liberation, there is salvation.

¹³⁴baap ne samjhaaya hai - har ek ki aatma ko vaapis jaana hai।

¹⁴⁸The Father has explained that the soul of each one has to return home.

¹³⁵aatma hi satopradhaan, sato-rajo-tamo banti hai।

¹⁴⁹It is souls who become satopradhan, sato, rajo and tamo.

¹³⁶koi-koi ka bahut thoda part hai।

¹⁵⁰Some people have very small parts.

¹³⁷aaye aur gaye।

¹⁵¹They just come and go.

¹³⁸jaise machchharon muaaphik janme aur mare।

¹⁵²They just take birth and die like mosquitoes.

¹³⁹aise to baap se varsa nahin lete hain।

¹⁵³Such souls don’t claim the inheritance from the Father.

¹⁴⁰baap se varsa liya jaata hai pavitrata, sukh-shanti ka।

¹⁵⁴The inheritance of purity, peace and happiness is received from the Father.

¹⁴¹baap tum aatmaon ko samjhaate hain, baap to hai niraakaar।

¹⁵⁵The Father explains to you souls. ¹⁵⁶The Father is incorporeal.

¹⁴²woh bhi is mukh se aakar samjhaate hain।

¹⁵⁷He comes and explains through this one’s mouth.

¹⁴³shivbaaba ke mandir bhi bahut oonch-oonch banaate hain।

¹⁵⁸They build temples to Shiv Baba very high up.

¹⁴⁴kitna door-door jaate hain, teerthon par mele par।

¹⁵⁹They go so high up on pilgrimages and gatherings.

¹⁴⁵oopar mein koi gyaan amrit peene ka rakha hai kya!

¹⁶⁰Is there any nectar of this knowledge for them to drink up there?

¹⁴⁶kitna kharcha karte hain।

¹⁶¹They spend so much money.

¹⁴⁷government ko bhi unhon ke liye kitne prabandha aadi rakhne padte hain।

¹⁶²Even the Government has to arrange so many facilities for them.

¹⁴⁸takleeph hoti hai।

¹⁶³There is difficulty in that.

¹⁴⁹yahaan teertho par chhote bachchon ko kaise le jaayenge।

¹⁶⁴How could you take small children on a pilgrimage there?

¹⁵⁰bachchon aadi ko koi na koi ko sambhaalne liye de jaate hain। ¹⁵¹saath mein nahin le jaate hain।

¹⁶⁵They leave their children to be looked after by someone; they don’t take them along.

¹⁵²do teen maas yaatra karte hain।

¹⁶⁶They go on pilgrimages for two to three months.

¹⁵³yahaan tum aate ho, tumko baithkar sunna hai, padhna hai।

¹⁶⁷When you come here, you have to sit and listen and study.

¹⁵⁴chhote bachche to nahin sunenge।

¹⁶⁸Little children will not listen to this.

¹⁵⁵yahaan tum aaye hi ho - yog aur gyaan seekhne।

¹⁶⁹You have come here to study this knowledge and yoga.

¹⁵⁶baap baith gyaan sunaate hain to koi aavaaj aadi nahin hona chaahiye।

¹⁷⁰The Father sits here and gives you this knowledge. ¹⁷¹Therefore, there shouldn’t be any noise, etc.

¹⁵⁷nahin to attention jaata hai।

¹⁷²Otherwise, your attention would be drawn to them.

¹⁵⁸shanti se baithkar attention dekar sunna hai।

¹⁶¹baba ki yaad rahne se kamaai bahut jabardasta hoti hai।

¹⁷⁶You earn a huge income by remembering Baba.

¹⁶²tum jaante ho ham ever healthy banenge।

¹⁷⁷You know that you will become ever healthy.

¹⁶³apne saath baaten karni hoti hai।

¹⁷⁸You have to talk to yourself.

¹⁶⁴baba ki yaad mein rahkar bhojan bhi apne haath se banaana hai।

¹⁷⁹Stay in remembrance of Baba while cooking food for yourself.

¹⁶⁵haathon se kaam bhi karo, baaki yaad karo apne baap ko।

¹⁸⁰While continuing to work with your hands, remember your Father.

²⁰⁶mahaan aur mehmaan samajhkar chalne se mahima yogya bhi ban jaayenge।

²²³By moving along, while considering yourself to be great and a guest, you will become worthy of being praised.
