³uttar:- ve hath se apni karmendriyon ko vash nahin karte। ⁴lekin unki karmendriyaan svatah sheetal ho jaati hain।

⁴Answer: They do not have to control their physical senses by force, for their physical senses automatically become cool.

⁵ham aatma bhaai-bhaai hain, yeh smriti svatah rehti hai।

⁵They have a natural awareness that we souls are brothers.

⁶deh-abhimaan chhootta jaata hai। ⁷naam roop ka nasha khatma hota jaata hai।

⁶They continue to renounce body consciousness and thereby finish any intoxication of name or form.

⁸doosron ki yaad nahin aati hai।

⁷They don't remember other beings.

⁸Song: You are the Ocean of Love, we thirst for one drop.

¹¹yeh koi sirf pyaar ka saagar nahin, gyaan ka saagar hai।

¹⁰That One is not just the Ocean of Love, He is also the Ocean of Knowledge.

¹²gyaan aur agyaan।

¹¹There is knowledge and ignorance.

¹³gyaan ko din, agyaan ko raat kaha jaata hai।

¹²Knowledge is the day and ignorance is the night.

¹⁴gyaan akshar hi achha hai। ¹⁵agyaan akshar bura hai।

¹³The word “knowledge” is good, whereas the word “ignorance” is bad.

¹⁶aadhaakalpa hai gyaan ki praalabdha। ¹⁷aadhaakalpa hai agyaan ki praalabdha, agyaan ki praalabdha hai duhkh। ¹⁸gyaan ki praalabdha sukh hai।

¹⁴For half a cycle there is the reward of this knowledge and for half a cycle there is the reward of ignorance. ¹⁵The reward of ignorance is sorrow and the reward of this knowledge is happiness.

¹⁹yeh to bahut sahaj samajhne ki baaten hain, din hai gyaan ka। ²⁰raat hai agyaan, yeh bhi kisko pata nahin hai। ²¹gyaan kisko kaha jaata hai, agyaan kisko kaha jaata hai, yeh behad ki baaten hain।

¹⁶These matters are very easy to understand. ¹⁷There is the day of this knowledge and the night of ignorance. ¹⁸No one knows what this knowledge is or what ignorance is. ¹⁹These are matters of the unlimited.

²²tum sabko samjhaate ho gyaan kya hai, bhakti kya hai।

²⁰You explain to everyone what this knowledge is and what devotion is.

²³gyaan se tum poojya ban rahe ho।

²¹You become worthy of worship through this knowledge.

²⁴jab poojya ban jaate ho to pooja ki saamagri ko jaan jaate ho।

²²When you are becoming worthy of worship, you come to know about the paraphernalia of worship.

²⁵yeh bhi tum jaante ho ki yeh jo mandir aadi hain, yeh sab yaadgaar hain।

²³You know that all the temples, etc. are memorials.

²⁶unki jeevan kahaani ko bhi tum jaante ho।

²⁴You know all the life stories.

²⁷jo pooja karne jaate hain woh khud nahin jaante।

²⁵Those who perform worship do not know the life stories of the ones they worship.

²⁸pooja ko bhakti kaha jaata hai, bhagwan ko bhakton se milna hai - bhakti ka phal dene ke liye।

²⁶Worshipping is called devotion. ²⁷God has to meet His devotees in order to give them the fruit of their devotion.

²⁹so bhagwan hi aakar pujaari se poojya banaate hain।

²⁸God comes and makes those who are worshippers into those who are worthy of worship.

³⁰poojya satayug mein pujaari kaliyug mein hote hain।

²⁹You are worthy of worship in the golden age and worshippers in the iron age.

³¹tum bachche jaante ho aaj kya hain, kal kya hona hai।

³⁰You children know what you are today and what you will become tomorrow.

³²vinaash to zaroor hone ka hai, koi bhi samay ho sakta hai। ³³taiyaari ho rahi hai।

³¹Destruction will definitely take place. ³²It can take place at any time; the preparations for it are being made.

³⁴gaaya hua bhi hai anek kudarti aapdaayen hoti hain।

³³It is remembered that there are to be many natural calamities.

³⁵yeh to likh dena chaahiye - grih yuddha aur kudarti aapdaayen, unko koi eeshvareey aapdaayen nahin kahenge। ³⁶yeh to drama ki noondh hai, jismen natural calamities sab aane vaali hain।

⁴²nahin to satayug mein itne thode manushya kaise honge, zaroor ikattha vinaash hoga।

⁴¹How else would there be so few human beings in the golden age? ⁴²Destruction definitely takes place all at once.

⁴³bachche achhi reeti jaante hain, yeh sab kapde dhoye jaayenge। ⁴⁴yeh behad ki badi machinery hai।

⁴³You children understand very well that all of these dirty clothes will be washed by this huge, unlimited machinery.

⁴⁵gaaya jaata hai moot paleeti kapad dhoe... in kapdon ki baat nahin। ⁴⁶yeh hai shareer ki baat।

⁴⁴It is said that God washes the dirty clothes. ⁴⁵It is not a question of physical clothes, but it refers to bodies.

⁴⁷aatmaon ko yogbal se dhona hai।

⁴⁸is samay 5 tatva tamopradhaan hain to shareer bhi aise bante hain।

⁴⁹patit-paavan baap aakar paavan banaate hain aur sab khalaas ho jaate hain।

⁵⁰tum jaante ho paavan kaise bante hain।

⁵¹raasta bahut sahaj bataate hain।

⁵²manushya to kuchh bhi nahin samajhte।

⁵²Human beings don't understand anything.

⁵³jahaan-jahaan bhakti yagya aadi hote hain, vahaan jaakar samjhaana chaahiye ki jinki tum bhakti karte ho unki biography samajhne se hi tum devta ban sakte ho।

⁵³You should go and explain to them wherever they hold a sacrificial fire on the path of devotion: “You can become deities by understanding the biography of those whom you worship.

⁵⁴unhonne jeevanmukti kaise paai so to samjho, to tum bhi jeevanmukti pa sakte ho।

⁵⁴Come and understand how they attained liberation-in-life, and how you too can then attain the same.”

⁵⁵mandiron mein baith jeevan kahaani samjhaane se achhi reeti samjhenge।

⁵⁵When you explain their (the idols’) life stories in the temples, they will be able to understand very clearly.

⁵⁶tum bhi baap se abhi jeevan kahaani sunte ho, tum bachchon ko kitni samajh milti hai।

⁵⁶You are also listening to their life stories from the Father. ⁵⁷You children have received so much understanding.

⁵⁷parampita paramatma ki jeevan kahaani koi bhi nahin jaante।

⁵⁸No one knows the life story of the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.

⁵⁸sarvavyaapi kahne se jeevan kahaani thode hi ho jaati hai।

⁵⁹By then saying that He is omnipresent, there cannot be a life story.

⁵⁹tum bachche abhi parampita paramatma ki jeevan kahaani ko jaante ho, yaani aadi-madhya-ant ko jaante ho।

⁶⁰You children now know the life story of the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, that is, you know the beginning, the middle and the end.

⁶⁰is samay ko aadi kahenge। ⁶¹jabki baap aakar patiton ko paavan banaate hain phir madhya mein bhakti ka part chalta hai।

⁶¹This time, when the Father comes and purifies the impure, is called the beginning. ⁶²Then, there is the part of devotion in the middle.

⁶²baap kehte hain is samay main aakar sthaapna karta, karaata hoon।

⁶³The Father says: I come at this time and carry out the establishment; I inspire it to be carried out.

⁶³karan-karaavanhaar hoon।

⁶⁴I am Karankaravanhar (One who acts Himself and also acts through others).

⁶⁴prerna ko karna nahin kahenge।

⁶⁵Giving inspiration is not called doing it yourself.

⁶⁵baba aakar inki karmendriyon dvaara karte hain, ismen prerna ki baat nahi।

⁶⁶Baba comes and carries it out through the physical organs of this one. ⁶⁷There is no question of inspiration in this.

⁶⁶karan-karaavanhaar to zaroor sammukh ho karaayenge।

⁶⁸Karankaravanhar would definitely come in person and work through this one.

⁶⁷prerna se kuchh bhi nahin ho sakta।

⁶⁹Nothing is achieved through inspiration.

⁶⁸aatma, bigar shareer kuchh bhi nahin kar sakti hai।

⁷⁰A soul cannot do anything without a body.

⁶⁹bahut kehte hain eeshvar hi prerna se sab kuchh karta hai। ⁷⁰baba aap prerna karo, hamaare pati ki buddhi theek ho jaae।

⁷¹Many people say that God does everything through inspiration: “Baba, inspire my husband and put his intellect right!”

⁷¹baap kehte hain - prerna ki to ismen baat hi nahin।

⁷²The Father says: There is no question of inspiration in this.

⁷²phir shiv jayanti kyon manaai jaati।

⁷³Otherwise, why is the birthday of Shiva celebrated?

⁷³prerna se kaam ho to phir aaye hi kyon?

⁷⁴If everything were accomplished through inspiration, why would He come?

⁷⁴ek to eeshvar kya cheez hai, yeh nahin jaante।

⁷⁵Firstly, they don't know who God is.

⁷⁵sirf kah dete eeshvar ki prerna se sab kuchh hota hai।

⁷⁶They simply say that everything happens through God's inspiration.

⁷⁶niraakaar prerna se kaise karenge, woh to karnakraavanhaar hai।

⁷⁷How can the incorporeal One do anything through inspiration? ⁷⁸He is Karankaravanhar.

⁷⁷aakarke raasta bataate hain।

⁷⁹He comes and shows us the path.

⁷⁸karmendriyon se murli chalaate hain।

⁸⁰He speaks the murli through these physical organs.

⁷⁹jab tak karmendriyon ka aadhaar na le, tab tak murli kaise chalaaye।

⁸¹How could He play the murli unless He took the support of physical organs?

⁸⁰gyaan ka saagar hai to sunaane ke liye mukh chaahiye na।

⁸²He is the Ocean of this Knowledge. ⁸³Therefore, He needs a mouth in order to speak this knowledge.

⁸¹ab tum bachchon ko saari duniya ke aadi-madhya-ant ka pata pada hai।

⁸⁴You children now know the beginning, the middle and the end of the whole world.

⁸²poori knowledge mili hai।

⁸⁵You have received this full knowledge.

⁸³samajhte hain gyaan bigar gati nahin।

⁸⁶People without this knowledge believe that there can’t be salvation.

⁸⁴gyaan kaun de।

⁸⁷Who can give this knowledge?

⁸⁵agyaan maarga aur gyaan maarga mein farka to dekho na।

⁸⁸Look at the difference between the path of this knowledge and the path of ignorance.

⁸⁶vigyaan bhi kehte hain।

⁸⁹They also speak of science (vigyan).

⁸⁷agyaan hain andhiyaara, baaki gyaan aur vigyaan ko ham mukti-jeevanmukti bhi kah sakte hain।

⁹⁰Ignorance is darkness. ⁹¹However, we can say that this knowledge (gyan) and science (vigyan) are liberation and liberation-in-life.

⁸⁸tumko ab paavan banne ka gyaan milta hai।

⁹²You are now receiving this knowledge to become pure.

⁸⁹tum svadarshan chakradhaari bante ho।

⁹³You are becoming spinners of the discus of self-realisation.

⁹⁰koi sunenge to wonder khaayenge।

⁹⁴Anyone who hears this would be amazed.

⁹¹kahenge aatma gyaan leti hai to aatma zaroor sanskaar le jaayegi na।

⁹⁵It is said that, since souls receive this knowledge, souls will definitely carry those sanskars.

⁹²manushya se devta bante ho to gyaan rehna chaahiye। ⁹³parantu baap samjhaate hain yeh purushaartha hai praalabdha ke liye।

⁹⁶Since you change from humans into deities, this knowledge should remain, but the Father explains that this effort is for receiving a reward.

⁹⁴praalabdha mil gai phir gyaan ki kya darkaar hai।

⁹⁷Once you have received the reward, what need would there be for this knowledge?

⁹⁵satayug hai hi tum bachchon ke liye praalabdha।

⁹⁸The golden age is the reward for you children.

⁹⁶yeh baaten sunne se hi wonder khaayenge।

⁹⁹You are amazed when you hear these things.

⁹⁷yeh gyaan parampara kyon nahin chalta, baap kehte hain yeh praayahlop ho jaata hai।

¹⁰⁰Why has this knowledge not existed from time immemorial? ¹⁰¹The Father says: This knowledge disappears.

⁹⁸din ho gaya phir agyaan to hai nahin, jo gyaan ki darkaar rahe।

¹⁰²Once it is the day, there is no ignorance for there to be any need of this knowledge.

⁹⁹yeh bhi samajhne samjhaane ki baaten hain।

¹⁰³These matters have to be understood and explained.

¹⁰⁰phat se koi samajh nahin sakte।

¹⁰⁴No one can understand instantly.

¹⁰¹shivbaaba bhaarat mein hi aate hain, bachchon ke liye saugaat le aate hain, bhakti ka phal dene liye।

¹⁰⁵Shiv Baba only comes in Bharat and He brings a gift for you children in order to give you the fruit of your devotion.

¹⁰²bhakti ke baad hai sadgati।

¹⁰⁶After devotion, there is salvation.

¹⁰³yeh vinaash bhi hoga zaroor।

¹⁰⁷This destruction will definitely take place.

¹⁰⁴aasaar khade hain।

¹⁰⁸There are signs of this.

¹⁰⁵tum sunte rahenge - chingaari lagti hai to ek do ghante mein saara makaan jalkar bhasma ho jaata hai।

¹⁰⁹You continue to hear about how there was just a spark and how a whole building completely burnt down within a couple of hours.

¹⁰⁶yeh koi nai baat nahin hai, vinaash to hona zaroor hai।

¹¹⁰This is nothing new. ¹¹¹Destruction definitely has to take place.

¹⁰⁷satayug mein hote hi hain thode manushya, shreshthaachaari।

¹¹²In the golden age, there are only a few elevated human beings.

¹⁰⁸to shreshthaachaari banne mein kitni mehnat lagti hai।

¹¹³It takes so much effort to become elevated.

¹⁰⁹maaya naak se ekdam pakad leti hai।

¹¹⁴Maya catches hold of you by the nose.

¹¹⁰aise girne vaalon ko chot bahut lagti hai।

¹¹⁵Those who fall like this are very badly hurt.

¹¹¹time lag jaata hai।

¹¹⁶It takes time.

¹¹²bade te badi chot hai kaam vikaar ki isliye kaha jaata hai - kaam mahaashatru hai।

¹¹⁷The thing that causes the most damage is the vice of lust. ¹¹⁸This is why it is said that lust is the greatest enemy.

¹¹³yahi patit banaate hain।

¹¹⁹It is this that makes you impure.

¹¹⁴jhagda hota hi hai vikaar par।

¹²⁰There is quarrelling because of vice.

¹¹⁵vikaar ke liye nahin chhodenge to zaroor kahenge - isse to bartan saaph karen vo achha hai।

¹²¹If they don’t leave you alone but force you to indulge in vice, you should definitely say: “It would be better to wash dishes than this.

¹¹⁶jhaadu ponchha lagaayengi parantu pavitra rahengi, ismen himmat bahut chaahiye।

¹²²I shall sweep and mop the floor, but at least I shall remain pure.” ¹²³A lot of courage is needed for this.

¹¹⁷jab koi baap ki sharan mein aate hain to phir maaya bhi ladna shuru karti hai।

¹²⁴When someone seeks refuge with the Father, Maya also begins to battle.

¹¹⁸5 vikaaron ki beemaari aur hi adhik uthal khaati hai।

¹²⁵The illness of the five vices erupts even more.

¹¹⁹pahle to pakka nishchaybuddhi hona chaahiye।

¹²⁶First of all, let your intellects have firm faith.

¹²⁰jeete ji mare hue hain।

¹²⁷You have died alive.

¹²¹yahaan se langar utha liya hai।

¹²²kaliyugi, vikaari kinaara tumne chhod diya hai।

¹²⁹You have left this iron-aged, vicious shore.

¹²³ab ham yaatra par ja rahe hain - ham ashareeri ho apne ghar jaate hain।

¹³⁰We are now going on a pilgrimage. ¹³¹We are becoming bodiless and returning home.

¹²⁴aatma ko yeh gyaan hai ki ham ek shareer chhod doosre mein jaayenge।

¹³²You souls have the knowledge that we will shed these bodies and take others.

¹²⁵ham grihastha vyavhaar mein rehte kamal phool samaan pavitra ban yaatra par rehte hain।

¹³³While living at home with our families, we remain as pure as a lotus and also stay on this pilgrimage.

¹²⁶buddhi mein yaad rahe ki yeh to kabristaan hai, phir ham sukhdhaam mein jaayenge।

¹³⁴Keep it in your intellects that this is a graveyard. ¹³⁵We are going to that land of happiness.

¹²⁷hamko baba varsa dene ki yukti bata rahe hain।

¹³⁶Baba is showing you ways with which He can give you the inheritance.

¹²⁸paavan banne ke liye ham yog mein rehte hain।

¹³⁷We stay in yoga in order to become pure.

¹²⁹yaad se hi vikarma vinaash honge tab aatma shareer chhodegi।

¹³⁸Your sins will only be absolved by having remembrance. ¹³⁹You souls will then shed your bodies.

¹³⁰yaatra kitni wonderful hai।

¹⁴⁰This pilgrimage is so wonderful.

¹³¹sirf baap ko yaad karo, apni raajdhaani ko yaad karo।

¹⁴¹Simply remember the Father and your kingdom.

¹³²itni sahaj baat bhi yaad nahin padti hai।

¹⁴²You are unable to remember something so simple!

¹³³alpha ko yaad karo, bas।

¹⁴³Simply remember Alpha, that’s all!

¹³⁴parantu maaya woh bhi yaad karne nahin deti, mehnat lagti hai।

¹⁴⁴However, Maya doesn't allow you to remember even this much. ¹⁴⁵It requires effort.

¹³⁵aatma ko gyaan mila hai, hamaara baba aaya hua hai।

¹⁴⁶You souls have received the knowledge that our Baba has come.

¹³⁶aatma padhti hai na।

¹⁴⁷You souls are studying.

¹³⁷aatma shareer dvaara janma leti hai।

¹⁴⁸A soul takes birth with a body.

¹³⁸aatma bhaai-bhaai hai।

¹⁴⁹Souls are brothers.

¹³⁹deh-abhimaan mein aane se phir anek sambandh ho jaate hain।

¹⁵⁰When you become body conscious, there are so many relations.

¹⁴⁰yahaan tum bhaai-behen ho gaye।

¹⁵¹Here, you are brothers and sisters.

¹⁴¹aapas mein bhaai-bhaai bhi ho, behen bhaai bhi ho।

¹⁵²You are brothers and also brothers and sisters.

¹⁴²pravritti maarga hai na।

¹⁵³This is the family path.

¹⁴³donon ko varsa chaahiye।

¹⁵⁴Both need an inheritance.

¹⁴⁴aatma hi purushaartha karti hai।

¹⁵¹deh-abhimaan mein aane se karmendriyaan chanchal hoti hain।

¹⁶²When you become body conscious, your physical senses cause mischief.

¹⁵²aatma jaanti hai hamko praapti ho rahi hai। ¹⁵³shareer se alag hote jaayenge, to karmendriyaan shant hoti jaayengi।

¹⁶³The soul knows he is attaining something and will continue to be detached from the body. ¹⁶⁴The physical senses will then also become peaceful.

¹⁵⁴sannyaasi log davaai khaakar karmendriyon ko shant karte hain।

¹⁶⁵Sannyasis control their physical senses with drugs.

¹⁵⁵woh to hathayog ho gaya na।

¹⁶⁶That is hatha yoga.

¹⁵⁶tumko to yog se kaam lena hai।

¹⁶⁷You have to do everything with yoga.

¹⁵⁷kya yogbal se tum vash nahin kar sakte ho?

¹⁶⁸Can you not control your senses with the power of yoga?

¹⁵⁸jitna aatma-abhimaani hote jaayenge to karmendriyaan shant ho jaayengi।

¹⁶⁹The more soul conscious you become, the more peaceful your senses will become.

¹⁵⁹badi mehnat karni padti hai, praapti to bahut oonch hai na।

¹⁷⁰You have to make a lot of effort. ¹⁷¹The attainment is also great.

¹⁶⁰baap kehte hain - yogbal se tum vishwa ke maalik bante ho।

¹⁷²The Father says: You become the masters of the world with the power of yoga.

¹⁶¹karmendriyon par jeet pahante ho isliye bhaarat ka yog naameegraami hai।

¹⁷³It is because you conquer your physical senses that the yoga of Bharat is very well known.

¹⁶²tum manushya se devta, patit se paavan bante ho।

¹⁷⁴You change from humans into deities, from impure to pure.

¹⁶³praja bhi svargavaasi to hai na।

¹⁷⁵Subjects are also the residents of heaven.

¹⁶⁴yogbal se tum svargavaasi bante ho। ¹⁶⁵baahubal se nahin ban sakte ho।

¹⁷⁶You become the residents of heaven with the power of yoga; you cannot become these with physical power.

¹⁶⁶mehnat koi bahut nahin hai।

¹⁷⁷There isn't a lot of effort required.

¹⁶⁷kumaariyon ke liye to jaise mehnat hi nahin hai। ¹⁶⁸free hain।

¹⁷⁸For the kumaris, it is as though there is no effort; they are free.

¹⁶⁹vikaar mein gai to badi panchaayat ho jaati hai।

¹⁷⁹Once you have indulged in vice, there are many complications.

¹⁷⁰kumaari rehna achha hai।

¹⁸⁰It is good to remain a kumari.

¹⁷¹nahin to phir adhar kumaari naam pad jaata hai।

¹⁸¹Otherwise, you receive the name: adhar-kumari (half-kumari).

¹⁷²yugal bhi kyon banen!

¹⁸²Why should you become a couple?

¹⁷³ismen bhi naam roop ka nasha chadhta hai।

¹⁸³In that, too, there is the intoxication of name and form.

¹⁷⁴yeh bhi moorkhata hai।

¹⁸⁴That too is foolishness.

¹⁷⁵yugal banne ke baad pavitra rahne ke liye badi achhi himmat chaahiye।

¹⁹⁰The name of the kumaris is glorified.

¹⁸¹baal brahmachaari rehna achha hai, taakat rehti hai।

¹⁹²It is good to remain celibate. ¹⁹³There is power in this.

¹⁸²doosre koi ki yaad nahin aayegi।

¹⁹⁴Then, no one else will be remembered.

¹⁸³baaki himmat hai to karke dikhaao, parantu mehnat hai।

¹⁹⁵If you have courage, you can demonstrate it. ¹⁹⁶However, it does require effort.

¹⁹⁸When you are a kumari you are alone.

²⁰³Why should you set a trap in which your intellect becomes trapped?

²²³There is just the one way and then your final thoughts will lead you to your destination.

²²⁴Renounce gossiping.

²¹¹nahin to apna hi nuksaan karenge।

²²⁵Otherwise, you will only cause yourselves a loss.

²¹²baap koi shraap nahin dete hain। ²¹³shreemat par nahin chalte to aapehi apne ko shraapit karte hain।

²²⁶The Father is not cursing you, but, when you do not follow shrimat, you curse yourselves.

²²²yogbal se apni karmendriyon ko shant, sheetal banaana hai।

²³⁵Make your physical senses cool and peaceful with the power of yoga.

²³⁶Blessing: May your intellect be filled with such faith that your victory and success are guaranteed and so you are constantly carefree.

²²⁴jo bachche sada baap mein, svayan ke part mein aur drama ki har second ki act mein 100 pratishat nishchaybuddhi hain unki vijay va saphalta nishchit hai।

²³⁷The children whose intellects constantly have 100% faith in the Father, in their own parts and in every act of the drama at every second have guaranteed victory and success.

²²⁵nishchit vijay hone ke kaaran ve sada nishchint rehte hain।

²³⁸Because of having guaranteed victory, they are constantly carefree.

²²⁶unke chehre se chinta ki koi bhi rekha dikhaai nahin degi।

²³⁹No signs of worry are visible on their faces.

²⁴⁶The majority of you children still have the sanskar of having waste thoughts.

²³³vyartha sankalp ka aadhaar man hai, jo manamnaabhav hone nahin deta isliye shreemat roopi lagaam tight kar vyartha sankalpon ki apvitrata ko khatma karo।

²⁴⁷The basis of waste thoughts is a mind that does not allow you to become Manmanabhav. ²⁴⁸Therefore, tighten the reins of shrimat and finish all the impurity of waste thoughts.
