¹Essence: Sweet children, the nature of remaining peaceful is very good. ²Those who have peaceful natures are very sweet. ³Instead of speaking of wasteful things, it is better not to speak.

⁴Question: Which children does everyone love?

³svayan ko safe rakhne ka saadhan kya hai?

⁵What is the way to keep yourself safe?

⁴uttar:- jo sabhi ki bahut roochi se, pyaar se seva karte hain, unko sabhi pyaar karte hain।

⁶Answer: Those who serve everyone with a lot of interest and love are loved by all.

⁵tumhein kabhi bhi seva ka ahankaar nahin aana chaahiye।

⁷You must never have any arrogance about service.

⁶baap dvaara jo gyaan ki kastoori mili hai, woh doosron ko deni hai, sabko shivbaaba ki yaad dilaani hai।

⁸Give others the musk of this knowledge that you have received from the Father and remind everyone of Shiv Baba.

⁷is yaad ki yaatra se hi tum bahut-bahut safe rahenge।

⁹You will remain very, very safe on this pilgrimage of remembrance.

⁸jitna yaad mein rahenge utna khushi bhi rahegi aur manners bhi sudharte jaayenge।

¹⁰To the extent that you stay in remembrance, you will accordingly have that much happiness and your manners will continue to be reformed.

¹⁰roohaani baap baith roohaani bachchon ko samjhaate hain, samjha-samjhaakar kitna samajhdaar bana dete hain।

¹²The spiritual Father sits here and explains to you spiritual children. ¹³By explaining to you, He makes you so sensible.

¹¹padhaai bhi sahaj hai na।

¹⁴This study is also easy.

¹²woh hai sthool padhaai aur yeh hai sookshm padhaai।

¹⁵That is a physical education and this is a subtle study.

¹³tum bachche jaante ho yeh padhaai baap ke sivaae aur koi padha nahin sakte hain।

¹⁶You children know that, apart from the Father, no one else can teach us this study.

¹⁴baap aaye hi hai pavitra banaane aur padhaane।

¹⁷The Father has come to make us pure and to educate us.

¹⁵em-object saamne khadi hai, to aise baap ko yaad kar khushi mein romaanch khade ho jaane chaahiye।

¹⁸The aim and objective is in front of you. ¹⁹So, by remembering such a Father, you should have goose pimples.

¹⁶yeh bhi bachche jaante hain ki din-pratidin hamko shanti mein hi jaana hai।

²⁰You children also know that, day by day, we have to remain peaceful.

¹⁷shanti to sabko bahut pasanda hoti hai।

²¹Everyone loves peace a lot.

¹⁸bade aadmi jaasti nahin bolte hain aur na jor se bolte hain।

²²Important people neither speak a lot nor speak loudly.

¹⁹tum bahut-bahut bade aadmi bante ho vaastav mein aadmi nahin kahenge, tum to devta bante ho।

²³You are becoming very important people; in fact, you would not be called people, you are becoming deities.

²⁰devtaaon ka bolna bahut thoda hota hai।

²⁴Deities speak very little.

²¹tumko bhi jab devta banna hai to talkie se badal silence mein rahne ka abhyaas karo।

²⁵Now that you have to become deities, you have to change from being in this “talkie” and practise staying in silence.

²²shanti mein rahne vaale ke liye samjhenge ki inka apne oopar attention hai jabki tumko shantidham jaana hai to bolna bhi bahut aahiste (dheere) hai।

²⁶For those who remain peaceful, it would be understood that they pay attention to themselves. ²⁷Since you have to go to the land of peace, you have to speak very softly.

²³aahiste bolte-bolte shantidham mein chale jaana hai।

²⁸By speaking softly, you will then go to the land of peace.

²⁴jitna tum shanti mein rehte ho utna shanti phailaate ho।

²⁹The more you remain in peace, the more peace you will spread.

²⁵tumko bahut shanti mein rehna chaahiye।

³⁰You have to remain very peaceful.

²⁶aavaaj se baat karna achha nahin lagta।

³¹It doesn’t feel good to speak loudly.

²⁷krodh bhi achha nahin hai।

³²Anger is not good either.

²⁸bachchon mein koi bhi vikaar nahin rahne chaahiye।

³³You children must not have any vices in you.

²⁹dekhna hai - ham koi se ladte-jhagadte to nahin hain!

³⁴You have to see that you do not fight or quarrel with anyone.

³⁰baap ne samjhaaya hai hear no evil, talk no evil… jo baate tumko pasanda nahin hain, un buri baaton se tumhein kinaara kar dena chaahiye to donon ka mukh banda rahega।

³⁵The Father has said: Hear no evil, see no evil… ³⁶The things that you don’t like, you have to step away from those bad things, and both parties will then be quietened.

³¹har baat mein daivi gunon ko dhaaran karna hai।

³⁷Imbibe divine virtues in every situation.

³²koi aavaaj se baat kare to bolo shant, aavaaj mat karo।

³³tum jaante ho ham shanti sthaapan karte hain।

³⁵mool vatan mein to hai hi shanti।

⁴²In the incorporeal world, there is peace.

³⁶shareer hi nahin to bolenge phir kaise।

⁴³When you don’t have a body, how can you speak?

³⁷baap bachchon ko shreemat to bahut achhi dete hain, samjhaate hain meethe bachchon ab tumhein apne ghar chalna hai, talkie se movie mein aana hai phir silence mein chale jaayenge।

⁴⁴The Father gives you children very good shrimat. ⁴⁵He explains: Sweet children, you now have to return home. ⁴⁶From ‘talkie’, you have to go into ‘movie’, and then you will go into silence.

³⁸jo bhi mile unko yahi paigaam dena hai।

⁴⁷Give whoever you meet this message.

³⁹tum jitna silence mein rahenge utna samjhenge yeh log kisi dhun mein hain।

⁴⁸The more you stay in silence, the more people will understand that you are lost in your own concern (world).

⁴⁰shant rahne ka svabhaav bahut achha hai।

⁴⁹The nature of being peaceful is very good.

⁴¹woh bahut meethe lagte hain।

⁵¹Instead of speaking of wasteful things, it is better not to speak.

⁴³tum sachche-sachche paigambar ho।

⁵²You are true messengers.

⁴⁴tumhaari sabke oopar mehar (kripa) honi chaahiye।

⁵³You have to have mercy for everyone.

⁴⁵mehar karne vaale bachche bade shant mein baap ki yaad mein rahenge।

⁵⁴You children who have mercy will very peacefully stay in remembrance of the Father.

⁴⁶sirf paigaam dena hai ki behad ke baap ko yaad karo to behad ka sukh-shanti milega।

⁵⁵You simply have to give the message to stay in remembrance of the unlimited Father and you will receive unlimited happiness and peace.

⁴⁷laukik baap ke paas bahut dhan hai to bahut varsa milega na।

⁵⁶If your lokik father has a lot of wealth, you would receive a huge inheritance, would you not?

⁴⁸behad ke baap paas to hai vishwa ki baadshaahi, jo har 5000 varsha baad tumhein vishwa ki baadshaahi milti hai।

⁵⁷The unlimited Father has the sovereignty of the world and you receive that sovereignty of the world after 5000 years.

⁴⁹tum bachchon ko sabhi ki bahut roochi se service karni hai।

⁵⁸You children have to serve everyone with a lot of interest.

⁵⁰harek ko seva ke laayak banna hai।

⁵⁹Each one of you has to be capable of doing service.

⁵¹jo doosron ki pyaar se seva karte hain unko sabhi pyaar karte hain।

⁶⁰Those who serve others with love are loved by everyone.

⁵²kabhi bhi seva ka ahankaar nahin aana chaahiye।

⁶¹You must never have any arrogance about service.

⁵³tumhein baap dvaara gyaan ki kastoori mili hai, woh doosron ko deni hai।

⁶²You have received the musk of knowledge from the Father; you have to give it to others.

⁵⁴ek do ko yaad dilaate raho ki shivbaaba yaad hai?

⁵⁷yaad ki yaatra se tum bachche bahut-bahut safe rahenge।

⁶⁶You children will remain very, very safe on this pilgrimage of remembrance.

⁵⁸jitna yaad mein rahenge utna khushi bhi rahegi aur manners bhi sudharte jaayenge।

⁶⁷The more you stay in remembrance, the more happiness you will have and your manners will continue to be reformed.

⁵⁹tumhein apne characters zaroor-zaroor sudhaarne hain।

⁶⁸You definitely have to reform your character.

⁶⁰harek apni dil se poochhe hamaara svabhaav bahut-bahut meetha hai?

⁶⁹Each one of you has to ask your own heart: Is my nature very, very sweet?

⁶¹kabhi kisi ko naaraaz to nahin karte।

⁷⁰Do I upset anyone?

⁶²aisa vaataavran kabhi na ho jo koi naaraaz ho jaae।

⁷¹Let there not be any such atmosphere that someone becomes upset.

⁶³aisi koshish karni hai kyonki tum bachche bahut oonch service par ho।

⁷²You have to try this, because you children are on very elevated service.

⁶⁴tumhein is saare maandave ko roshni deni hai।

⁷³You have to give light to this whole world.

⁶⁵tum dharti ke chaitanya sitaare ho।

⁷⁴You are the living stars of the earth.

⁶⁶kaha bhi jaata hai nakshatra devta... ab woh sitaare koi devta nahin hain, tum to unse mahaan balvaan ho kyonki tum saare vishwa ko roshan karte ho, tum hi devta banne vaale ho।

⁷⁵People talk about “the astral deities.” ⁷⁶Those stars are not deities. ⁷⁷You are even greater than those, because you enlighten the whole world. ⁷⁸You are going to become deities.

⁶⁷jaise oopar sitaaron ki rimjhim hai, koi sitaara bahut teekha hota hai aur koi halka।

⁷⁹The stars up above sparkle; some stars are very bright and others are dim.

⁶⁸koi chandrama ke nazdeek hota hai।

⁸⁰Some are close to the moon.

⁶⁹tum bachche bhi yogbal se sampoorn pavitra bante ho to chamakte ho।

⁸¹Similarly, you children are becoming completely pure with the power of yoga and so you sparkle.

⁷⁰abhi tum bachchon ko avinaashi gyaan ratnon ki lottery mil rahi hai to kitni khushi rahni chaahiye।

⁸²You children are now winning the lottery of the imperishable jewels of knowledge and so you must have so much happiness.

⁷¹andar mein khushi ki uchhlen maarte raho।

⁸³Continue to jump with joy internally.

⁷²yeh tumhaara janma heere jaisa gaaya jaata hai।

⁸⁴This birth of yours is remembered as being as valuable as a diamond.

⁷³tum brahman hi knowledgeful bante ho to tumko knowledge ki hi khushi rehti hai।

⁸⁵Only you Brahmins become knowledge-full and so you have happiness about this knowledge.

⁷⁴in devtaaon se bhi tum shreshtha ho।

⁸⁶You are more elevated than those deities.

⁷⁵to tumhaara chehra sada khushi se khila rahe।

⁸⁷So, your faces must constantly be blooming with happiness.

⁷⁶baap bachchon ko aasheervaad karte hain meethe bachche sada shant bhav!

⁸⁸The Father blesses you children: Sweet children, may you constantly be peaceful.

⁷⁷chiranjeevi bhav! ⁷⁸arthaat bahut janma jiyo।

⁸⁹May you have a long life, that is, may you live many births.

⁷⁹aasheervaad to baap se milti hai phir bhi harek ko apna purushaartha karna hai ki ham chiranjeevi kaise banen।

⁹⁰You receive blessings from the Father, but each of you still has to make your own efforts for how you can have a long life.

⁸⁰baap ko yaad karne se tum chiranjeev ban rahe ho।

⁹¹By remembering the Father, you are becoming those with long lives.

⁸¹yeh aasheervaad baap dete hain।

⁹²The Father is giving you this blessing.

⁸²brahman log bhi kehte hain aayushvaan bhav।

⁹³Brahmins say: “May you have a long life.”

⁸³baap bhi kehte hain bachche sada jeete raho।

⁹⁴The Father also says: Children, may you continue to live.

⁸⁴tumhein aadhaakalpa ke liye kaal nahin khaayega।

⁹⁵Death will not come to you for half a cycle.

⁸⁵satayug mein marne ka naam nahin hota।

⁹⁶There is no mention of dying in the golden age.

⁸⁶yahaan to manushya marne se darte hain na।

⁹⁷People are afraid of dying, but you are making effort to die.

⁸⁷tum to purushaartha kar rahe ho marne liye। ⁸⁸tum jaante ho baba ko yaad karte-karte ham yeh shareer chhod apne shivbaaba ke paas jaayenge, phir svargavaasi banenge।

⁹⁸You know that by remembering Baba, you will shed your bodies and go to your Shiv Baba and then become the residents of heaven.

⁸⁹abhi tum most beloved baap ke bachche bane ho to tumko bhi baap jaisa bahut-bahut meetha bahut pyaara banna hai।

⁹⁹You have now become the children of the most beloved Father, and so you also have to become very, very sweet and lovely, the same as the Father.

⁹⁰baba patron mein bhi likhte hain meethe-meethe laadle sikeeldhe bachchon... baba bahut meetha hai na।

¹⁰⁰Baba writes in the letters: Sweet, sweet, beloved, long-lost and now-found children. ¹⁰¹Baba is very sweet, is He not?

⁹¹practical mein anubhav karte ho ki baba kitna meetha, kitna pyaara hai।

¹⁰²You experience practically how Baba is so sweet and lovely.

⁹²humein bhi aisa banaate hain।

¹⁰³He makes us the same too.

⁹³yeh bhi tum jaante ho ki ham kitne meethe, kitne pyaare the।

¹⁰⁴You also know how sweet and how lovely you were.

⁹⁴ham hi poojya se phir pujaari banen to khud ko poojte rahe।

¹⁰⁵We became worshippers from being worthy of worship, and so we continued to worship ourselves.

⁹⁵yeh bhi badi wonderful samajhne ki baaten hain।

¹⁰⁶These are very wonderful aspects to be understood.

⁹⁶tum bachche jaante hain aadhaakalpa ke hamaare sab duhkh door karne vaala baba abhi aaya hua hai।

¹⁰⁷You children know Baba, who removes our sorrow of half a cycle, has now come.

⁹⁷kehte hain har-har mahaadev।

¹⁰⁸People say: “Har Har Mahadev (Mahadev – the great deity who removes everyone’s sorrow).”

⁹⁸ab woh mahaadev to nahin hai।

¹⁰⁹This is not that Mahadev.

⁹⁹duhkh to baap hi harenge।

¹¹⁰It is only the Father who will remove our sorrow.

¹⁰⁰duhkh harkar sukh dene vaala baap hai।

¹¹¹It is the Father who removes our sorrow and then gives us happiness.

¹⁰¹aadhaakalpa tumne bahut duhkh dekhe hain।

¹¹²You have seen a lot of sorrow in half this cycle.

¹⁰²5 vikaaron ki beemaari bahut badh gai hai, is beemaari ne bahut duhkhi kiya hai, isliye baap kehte hain meethe bachche, yeh jo karmon ka khaata hai, unko ab theek karo।

¹¹³The illness of the five vices has increased a lot. ¹¹⁴This illness has caused a lot of sorrow. ¹¹⁵This is why the Father says: Sweet children, now put right your account of actions.

¹⁰³vyaapaari log bhi 12 maas ka khaata rakhte hain na।

¹¹⁶Businessmen keep their accounts of 12 months, do they not?

¹⁰⁴baap samjhaate hain bachche, abhi saari srishti par dekho kitna kichda hai, yeh hai hi narka, to baap ko aana padta hai narka ko svarga banaane।

¹¹⁷The Father explains: Children, look how much rubbish there is in the whole world. ¹¹⁸This is hell, and so the Father has to come to change this hell into heaven.

¹⁰⁵baba bahut ukeer (prem) se aate hain, jaante hain mujhe bachchon ki seva mein aana hai।

¹¹⁹The Father comes with a lot of love. ¹²⁰He knows that He has to come to serve you children.

¹⁰⁶main kalpa-kalpa tum bachchon ki seva par upasthit hota hoon।

¹²¹I become present every cycle to serve you children.

¹⁰⁷jab khud aate hain tab bachche samajhte hain baap hamaari seva mein upasthit hue hain।

¹²²When He Himself comes, you children understand that our Father has come to serve us.

¹⁰⁸yahaan baithe sabhi ki seva ho jaati hai।

¹²³While sitting here, He is able to serve everyone.

¹⁰⁹saari srishti ka kalyaankaari daata to ek hi hai na।

¹²⁴There is only the One who is the benevolent Bestower for the whole world.

¹¹⁰baap jaante hain saari duniya ki jo bhi aatmaayen hain sabko main hi varsa dene aata hoon।

¹²⁵The Father knows He alone comes to give an inheritance to all the souls of the whole world.

¹¹¹behad ke baap ki nazar duniya ki aatmaon taraph jaati hai।

¹²⁶The vision of the unlimited Father goes to the souls of the world.

¹¹²bhal yahaan baithe hain parantu nazar saare vishwa par aur saare vishwa ke manushyamaatra par hai, kyonki saari vishwa ko hi nihaal karna hai।

¹²⁷Although He is sitting here, His vision is on the whole world and all human beings of the world, because He has to take the whole world beyond.

¹¹³drama plan anusaar kalpa pahle misal saare vishwa ki aatmaayen nihaal ho jaane vaali hain।

¹²⁸According to the drama plan, all souls of the world have to be taken beyond exactly as they were in the previous cycle.

¹¹⁴baap sab bachchon ko yaad karte hain, nazar to jaati hai na।

¹²⁹The Father remembers all the children, does He not? ¹³⁰His vision goes to them, does it not?

¹¹⁵sangamayug par hi baap bachchon ki seva mein upasthit hote hain unki bhent mein koi bhi seva kar na sake।

¹³¹It is only at the confluence age that the Father becomes present to serve you children. ¹³²No one else can do such service as He does.

¹¹⁶unki hai behad ki seva।

¹³³His service is unlimited.

¹¹⁷tum bachche bhi baap ka show tab kar sakenge jab un jaisi seva karenge।

¹³⁴You children will be able to show (reveal) the Father when you do service like He does.

¹¹⁸seva karne vaalon ko phal bhi bahut bhaari milta hai।

¹³⁵Those who do service receive very great fruit.

¹¹⁹bachchon ko nasha bhi chadhta hai ki ham shreemat par saare vishwa ke manushyon ko sukh dete hain।

¹³⁶You children have the intoxication of how you are giving happiness to all the people of the world by following shrimat.

¹²⁰baap kehte hain meethe bachche, ab gyaan ratnon se apni khoob jholi bharo, jitni bharni hai bharo।

¹³⁷The Father says: Sweet children, now fill your aprons with the many jewels of this knowledge, fill them as much as you want.

¹²¹apna time barbaad na karo।

¹³⁸Do not waste your time.

¹²²baap ki yaad mein time ko aabaad karo।

¹³⁹Use your time fruitfully in having remembrance of the Father.

¹²³jo achhi reeti dhaarna karte hain woh phir auron ki bhi achhi service zaroor karenge।

¹⁴⁰Those who imbibe everything very well will also serve others very well.

¹²⁴samay barbaad nahin karenge।

¹⁴¹They will not waste their time.

¹²⁵bachchon ko purushaartha kar antarmukhi banna hai।

¹⁴²You children have to make effort and become introverted.

¹²⁶antar aatma hai na।

¹⁴³There is the inner soul, is there not?

¹²⁷yeh nishchay karna hai ki ham aatmaon ko baap samjha rahe hain।

¹⁴⁴Have the faith that the Father is explaining to you.

¹²⁸soul-conscious ho rehna hi sachcha-sachcha antarmukhi banna hai।

¹⁴⁵To be soul conscious is to be truly introverted.

¹²⁹antarmukhi arthaat andar jo aatma hai, unko sab kuchh baap se hi sunna hai।

¹⁴⁶To be introverted means that you souls inside, have to listen to everything from the Father alone.

¹³⁰baap pyaar se baar-baar samjhaate hain।

¹⁴⁷The Father repeatedly explains with love.

¹³¹maat-pita aur jo bhi achhe ananya bade bhaai-behen hain, jo achhi service karte hain unse seekhte jaao।

¹⁴⁸Continue to learn from the Mother and Father and all the especially beloved senior brothers and sisters who do very good service.

¹³²andar mein yeh nishchay karo ki humein phaaltu time nahin ganvaana hai।

¹⁴⁹Have the faith inside you that you mustn’t waste your time.

¹³³shareer nirvaah bhi karna hai, apni rachna ko bhi dekhna hai।

¹⁵⁰You have to provide for the livelihood of your bodies, and also look after your creation.

¹³⁴sirf mamatva nahin rakhna hai।

¹⁵¹Just do not have attachment.

¹³⁵mamatva rakhne se nuksaan ho jaayega।

¹⁵²By having attachment, there will be a loss.

¹³⁶mamatva ek baap mein rakho।

¹⁵³Have attachment for only the Father.

¹³⁷yahaan tum baap ke sammukh ho।

¹⁵⁴Here, you are personally in front of the Father.

¹³⁸aatmaayen aur paramatma sammukh hain kyonki yahaan svayan baap aatmaon ko padhaate hain।

¹⁵⁵You souls are personally in front of the Supreme Soul, because the Father Himself is teaching souls here.

¹³⁹vahaan aatmaayen aatmaon ko padhaati hain।

¹⁵⁶There, souls teach souls.

¹⁴⁰yeh sab baaten tum bachchon ke andar manthan honi chaahiye।

¹⁵⁷You children have to churn all of these things.

¹⁴¹student ki buddhi mein saara din padhaai rehti hai na।

¹⁵⁸A student has his study in his intellect throughout the day.

¹⁴²tumhaari buddhi mein bhi saari padhaai hai।

¹⁵⁹You also have this whole study in your intellects.

¹⁴³yeh hai roohaani padhaai।

¹⁶⁰This is a spiritual study.

¹⁴⁴achhe student jo hote hain woh sadaiv ekaanta mein jaakar padhte hain।

¹⁶¹Good students always go and study in solitude.

¹⁴⁵student aapas mein milte-julte hain, to padhaai par hi vaartaalaap karte hain।

¹⁶²When students meet, they discuss their studies among themselves.

¹⁴⁶is behad ki padhaai mein to aur hi khushi se lag jaana chaahiye।

¹⁶³You must engage yourselves in this unlimited study with so much more happiness.

¹⁴⁷tum bachche abhi baap ke madadgaar bante ho।

¹⁶⁴You children have now become the Father’s helpers.

¹⁴⁸yaad mein rehna hi madad karna hai kyonki yaad ki yaatra maana shanti ki yaatra isliye kaha jaata hai har ek apne ghar ko svarga banaao।

¹⁶⁵To stay in remembrance is to help Him, because the pilgrimage of remembrance means the pilgrimage of silence, and this is why it is said: Each one of you has to make your home into heaven.

¹⁴⁹harek ki buddhi mein alpha aur be hai।

¹⁶⁶Each one of you has Alpha and beta in your intellect.

¹⁵⁰alpha ko yaad karo to baadshaahi milegi।

¹⁶⁷Remember Alpha and you will receive the kingdom.

¹⁵¹aur kuchh karna nahin hai।

¹⁶⁸You don’t have to do anything else.

¹⁵²sirf apne ko aatma samajh baap ko yaad karo to raajaai tumhaari।

¹⁶⁹Simply consider yourselves to be souls and remember the Father, and the kingdom is yours.

¹⁵³tum bachche - sabko yahi paigaam dete raho ki baap ko yaad karo to svarga ki raajaai milegi।

¹⁷⁰You children have to continue to give everyone this message: “Remember the Father and you will receive the kingdom of heaven.”
