¹Essence: Sweet children, remember with great love the Father who gives you happiness. ²There cannot be love without having remembrance.

²prashn:- baap bachchon ko roz-roz yaad ka abhyaas karne ka ishaara kyon dete hain?

³Question: Why does the Father signal you children every day to practise having remembrance of Him?

³uttar:- kyonki yaad se hi aatma paavan banegi।

⁴Answer: Because it is only by having remembrance that you souls will become pure.

⁴yaad se hi poora varsa le sakenge।

⁵Only by having remembrance will you be able to claim your full inheritance.

⁵aatma ke sab bandhan khalaas ho jaayenge। ⁶vikarmon se mukta ho jaayenge। ⁷sajaaon se chhoot jaayenge।

⁶All the bondages of you souls will end and you will become free from sin and be liberated from punishment.

⁸jitna yaad karenge utna khushi rahegi। ⁹manzil sameep anubhav hogi।

⁷The more you stay in remembrance, the happier you will become and the closer you will experience the destination to be.

¹⁰kabhi bhi thakenge nahin। ¹¹behad ka sukh paayenge isliye yaad ka abhyaas zaroor karna hai।

⁸You will also never be tired but will experience unlimited happiness. ⁹Therefore, it is essential to practise having remembrance.

¹⁹tum jaante ho behad ke baap se ham behad ka varsa le rahe hain।

¹⁷You know that you are claiming your unlimited inheritance from the unlimited Father.

²⁰agar baap ko chhoda to behad ka varsa mil nahin sakega।

¹⁸If you leave the Father, you won't be able to claim your unlimited inheritance.

²¹bhal tum samjhaate ho parantu thode mein to koi raazi nahin hota।

¹⁹Although you explain to people, no one is happy with just a little.

²²manushya dhan bahut chaahte hain।

²⁰People want a lot of wealth.

²³dhan ke sivaay sukh nahin ho sakta।

²¹There cannot be happiness without wealth.

²⁴dhan bhi chaahiye, shanti bhi chaahiye, nirogi kaaya bhi chaahiye।

²²Wealth is needed, peace is needed and a body free from disease is also needed.

²⁵tum bachche hi jaante ho duniya mein aaj kya hai, kal kya hona hai।

²³Only you children know what there is in the world today and what there will be tomorrow.

²⁶vinaash to saamne khada hai aur koi ki buddhi mein yeh baaten nahin hain।

²⁴Destruction is standing just in front of you. ²⁵These things are not in the intellect of anyone else.

²⁷agar samjhen bhi vinaash saamne khada hai to kya karna hai, yeh nahin jaante।

²⁶Even if they do understand that destruction is just ahead, they do not know what they have to do.

²⁸tum bachche samajhte ho, aise maaloom hota hai - kab bhi ladaai lag jaae, thodi chingaari lage to bhambhat mach jaae। ²⁹deri nahin lagegi।

²⁷You children understand that war can start at any moment. ²⁸If there is just a spark somewhere, everything will explode; it will not take long.

³⁰aage bhi thodi si baat se kitni badi ladaai lag gai।

³¹If you continue to remember the Father constantly, you can remain very cheerful.

³³deh-abhimaan mein aane se hi woh khushi gaayab ho jaati hai।

³²As soon as you become body conscious, your happiness disappears.

³⁴dehi-abhimaani bante ho to baap ko yaad karte ho।

³³When you become soul conscious, you are able to remember the Father.

³⁵deh-abhimaan mein aane se baap ko bhool duhkh uthaate ho।

³⁴When you become body conscious, you forget the Father and take sorrow.

³⁶jitna baap ko yaad karenge, utna behad ke baap se sukh uthaayenge।

³⁵The more you remember the Father, the more happiness you will receive from the unlimited Father.

³⁷yahaan tum aaye hi ho aisa lakshmi-naaraayan banne।

³⁶You have come here to become like Lakshmi and Narayan.

³⁸raaja-raani aur praja ka naukar-chaakar, bahut farka hai na।

³⁷There is a lot of difference between the maids and servants of a king and queen and those of their subjects.

³⁹abhi ka purushaartha phir kalpa-kalpaantar ke liye kaayam ho jaata hai।

⁴⁰pichhaadi mein sabko saakshaatkaar hoga - hamne kitna purushaartha kiya hai।

³⁹At the end, everyone will have visions of how much effort each of you made.

⁴¹ab bhi baap kehte hain apni avastha ko dekhte raho। ⁴²meethe te meethe baba, jisse svarga ka varsa milta hai, unko ham kitna yaad karte hain।

⁴⁰Even now, the Father says: Continue to look at your stage: “How much do I remember the sweetest Baba of all from whom we receive our inheritance of heaven?”

⁵³aatma tamopradhaan se satopradhaan sivaae baap ki yaad ke ho nahin sakti।

⁵²A soul cannot become satopradhan from tamopradhan without remembering the Father.

⁵⁴tum kehte ho - baba ham aapse poora varsa lenge।

⁵³You say: Baba, I will claim my full inheritance from You.

⁵⁵jaise hamaara baba varsa lete hain, ham bhi purushaartha kar unki gaddi par zaroor baithenge।

⁵⁴Just as our Baba has claimed the inheritance, so I will also make effort and definitely claim his throne.

⁵⁶mama baba raaj-raajeshvar, raaj-raajeshvari bante hain, to ham bhi banenge।

⁵⁵Mama and Baba become the king and queen and so we will also become that.

⁵⁷imtahaan to sabke liye ek hi hai।

⁵⁶The examination is the same for everyone.

⁵⁸tumko bahut thoda sikhaaya jaata hai, sirf baap ko yaad karo।

⁵⁷You are taught very little: Simply remember the Father.

⁵⁹isko kaha jaata hai sahaj raajayog bal।

⁵⁸This is known as the power of easy Raja Yoga.

⁶⁰tum samajhte ho yog se bahut bal milta hai।

⁵⁹You understand that you receive a lot of power through yoga.

⁶¹ham koi vikarma karenge to saja bahut khaayenge, pad bhrashta ho padega।

⁶⁰If you perform any sinful actions, you will experience a lot of punishment and your status will be destroyed.

⁶²yaad mein hi maaya vighna daalti hai।

⁶⁵A father creates children in order to give them their inheritance.

⁶⁷shivbaaba ke to ham hain hi।

⁶⁶We belong to Shiv Baba anyway.

⁶⁸woh nai srishti rachte hain bachchon ko varsa dene liye।

⁶⁷He makes the world new in order to give you children the inheritance.

⁶⁹shareerdhaari ko hi varsa denge।

⁶⁸It is only bodily beings who are given an inheritance.

⁷⁰aatmaayen to oopar mein rehti hain।

⁶⁹Souls reside up above.

⁷¹vahaan to varse va praalabdha ki baat nahin।

⁷⁰There is no question of an inheritance or a reward there.

⁷²tum abhi purushaartha kar praalabdha le rahe ho, jo duniya ko pata nahin hai।

⁷¹You are now making effort and will receive your reward. ⁷²The world doesn't know about this.

⁷³ab samay najdeek aata jaata hai।

⁷³The time is now coming close.

⁷⁴itla karte rehte hain phalaana agar aise karega to ham ekdam unko uda denge।

⁷⁴They keep threatening that if so-and-so does such-and-such a thing, they will blow them up.

⁷⁵udaane ki taiyaari ho rahi hai।

⁷⁵They are making preparations for that.

⁷⁶bombs aadi koi rakhne nahin hain।

⁷⁶The bombs etc. are not just for keeping.

⁷⁷taiyaariyaan bahut ho rahi hain।

⁷⁷Many preparations are being made.

⁷⁸British government ke samay paakistaan, hindustaan tha kya?

⁷⁸Did Pakistan and Hindustan exist at the time of the British Government?

⁷⁹likha hua hai yavnon ki ladaai।

⁷⁹They have written about the war with the Yadavas.

⁸⁰paandav aur kaurvon ki ladaai hai nahin।

⁸⁰There was no war between the Pandavas and Kauravas.

⁸¹yavan barobar lad rahe hain।

⁸¹The Yadavas are truly battling now.

⁸²bombs bhi taiyaar ho gaye hain।

⁸²The bombs are also all ready.

⁸³abhi baap hamko pharmaan karte hain ki mujhe yaad karo, nahin to pichhaadi mein bahut rona padega।

⁸³The Father has now ordered us: Remember Me! ⁸⁴Otherwise, you will have to cry a lot at the end.

⁸⁴imtihaan mein naapaas hote hain to jaakar doob marte hain gusse mein।

⁸⁵When someone fails an examination, he goes and drowns himself in anger.

⁸⁵yahaan gusse ki to baat nahin।

⁸⁶pichhaadi mein tumko bahut saakshaatkaar honge।

⁹²When you meet one another, try to remember Baba. ⁹³By sitting down in remembrance with others, you will be able to receive help and remember Him well.

⁹³mool baat hai baap ko yaad karna। ⁹⁴yahaan aao va na aao।

⁹⁵koi vilaayat jaate hain phir aa to sakenge nahin।

¹⁰⁷satopradhaan banne ka raasta baap ne batlaaya hai।

¹⁰⁶The Father has shown you the way to become satopradhan.

¹⁰⁸yoon to centre par aane se nai-nai point sunte rahenge।

¹⁰⁷When you go to a centre you are of course able to hear new points.

¹⁰⁹agar kisi kaaran se nahin aa sakte hain, barsaat padti hai athva karaphyu lagta hai, koi baahar nahin nikal sakte phir kya karenge।

¹⁰⁸If you’re unable to go for any reason, or if there is rain or a curfew and you cannot go out, what would you do then?

¹¹⁰baap kehte hain harja nahin hai।

¹⁰⁹The Father says: It doesn't matter.

¹¹¹kahaan bhi rehte tum yaad mein raho।

¹¹⁰Wherever you stay, simply stay in remembrance.

¹¹⁸aise bahut hain kehte hain svarga mein to jaayenge na phir jo takdeer mein hoga।

¹¹⁷There are many who say they will definitely go to heaven and that whatever is in their fortune will be fine.

¹¹⁹unko koi purushaartha karna nahin kahenge।

¹¹⁸That is not called making effort.

¹²⁰manushya purushaartha karte hi hain oonch martaba paane ke liye।

¹¹⁹People make effort to claim an elevated status.

¹²¹ab jabki baap ke paas oonch martaba milta hai to gaphlat kyon karni chaahiye।

¹²⁰Now that you are receiving a high status from the Father, why should you become careless?

¹²²school mein jo nahin padhenge to padhe-likhe ke aage bhari dhoni padegi।

¹²¹Those who don't study at school have to bow down in front of those who have studied.

¹²³baap ko poora yaad nahin karenge to praja ke bhi naukar chaakar jaae banenge।

¹²²If you don't remember the Father fully, you become maids and servants of the subjects.

¹²⁴ismen khush thode hi hona chaahiye।

¹²³You should not become happy with that.

¹²⁵to baap samjhaate hain - meethe-meethe bachchon sammukh refresh hokar jaate ho।

¹²⁴The Father explains: Sweet children, you come here personally and go back refreshed.

¹²⁶kai baandheliyaan hain, harja nahin, ghar baithe baap ko yaad karti raho।

¹²⁵Some are in bondage and so it doesn't matter if they stay at home and continue to remember the Father.

¹²⁷tumko kitna sahaj samjhaate hain, maut saamne khada hai, achaanak hi ladaai shuru ho jaayegi।

¹²⁶Everything is explained to you so easily. ¹²⁷Death is just ahead. ¹²⁸War will start suddenly.

¹²⁸ek-do ko kehte hain thoda bhi gadbad kiya to ham aisa karenge।

¹²⁹They continue to threaten one another: “If you do even the slightest wrong thing, we will do the same.”

¹²⁹pahle se hi kah dete hain, bombs ki magroori bahut hai।

¹³⁰They warn one another in advance. ¹³¹They have a lot of pride in the bombs they have.

¹³⁰baap kehte hain - bachche ajun yogbal mein hoshiyaar hue nahin hain, aisa na ho ladaai lag jaae।

¹³²The Father says: Children are not yet clever with the power of yoga. ¹³³It shouldn't be that the war begins before you are ready.

¹³¹parantu drama anusaar aisa hoga hi nahin।

¹³⁴However, according to the drama, it will not happen like that.

¹³²bachchon ne poora varsa liya nahin hai isliye nishchay hota hai, yeh ladaai karke lagegi bhi, to bhi banda ho jaayegi kyonki abhi raajdhaani sthaapan nahin hui hai।

¹³⁵You children have not yet claimed your full inheritance and this is why you have the faith that even if a war starts, it will soon end, because the kingdom has not yet been established.

¹³⁹Even the earth continues to shake.

¹³⁷sabse jaasti kaam earthquake ko karna hai।

¹⁴⁰The earthquakes have to do the maximum work.

¹³⁸lekin vinaash hone ke pahle baap se poora varsa lena hai isliye bahut prem se baap ko yaad karna hai।

¹⁴¹However, you must claim your full inheritance from the Father before destruction takes place. ¹⁴²This is why you have to remember the Father with a lot of love.

¹³⁹baba aapke bigar hamaara doosra koi nahin।

¹⁴³Baba, we have no one apart from You.

¹⁴⁰sirf baap ko hi yaad karte raho।

¹⁴⁸You have been burnt to death by sitting on the pyre of lust. ¹⁴⁹Therefore, sit on the pyre of this knowledge and become pure.

¹⁴³tumse poochhte hain aapka uddeshya kya hai? ¹⁴⁴bolo, jo sabka baap hai woh kehte hain maamekam yaad karo to tumhaare vikarma vinaash honge aur tum tamopradhaan se satopradhaan ban jaayenge।

¹⁵⁰When people ask you what your aim is, tell them that the Father of everyone says: Constantly remember Me alone and your sins will be absolved and you will become satopradhan from tamopradhan.

¹⁴⁵sarva ka sadgati daata ek baap hai।

¹⁵¹The Bestower of Salvation for All is the one Father.

¹⁴⁶ab baap kehte hain - sirf mujhe yaad karo to kat utar jaayegi।

¹⁵²The Father says: Now simply remember Me and the rust will be removed.

¹⁵⁷baap ki yaad se hi aatma paavan banegi aur koi upaay nahin hai।

¹⁶⁵Souls will become pure by having remembrance of the Father. ¹⁶⁶There is no other way.

¹⁵⁸yeh paigaam sabko dete jaao to bhi bahuton ka kalyaan karenge aur koi takleeph nahin dete hain।

¹⁶⁷Continue to give this message to everyone and many will benefit. ¹⁶⁸Baba doesn't give you any other difficulty.

¹⁵⁹purushottam maas mein bhi jaakar samjhaao ki sabse purushottam kaun?

¹⁶⁹It is now the most auspicious month of charity (Purshottam). ¹⁷⁰Go and explain who the most elevated beings are.

¹⁶⁰satayug aadi mein yeh lakshmi-naaraayan purushottam the।

¹⁷¹At the beginning of the golden age, Lakshmi and Narayan were the most elevated.

¹⁶¹inhon ko aisa purushottam banaane vaala arthaat svarga ki sthaapna karne vaala baap hai।

¹⁷²It was the Father who made them so elevated, which means that He established heaven.

¹⁶²sab aatmaon ko paavan banaane vaala patit-paavan baap hi hai।

¹⁷³Only the Purifier Father purifies all souls.

¹⁶³sabse uttam se uttam purush banaane vaala hai baap।

¹⁷⁴It is the Father who makes you into the most elevated of all beings.

¹⁶⁴jo poojya the vahi phir pujaari bane hain।

²³²Wasteful thoughts create anger. ²³³Therefore, if there is any lustful or wasteful vision towards any soul that is not considered to be purity.

²¹⁵to yeh vyartha sankalp baap ke pyaar ke peechhe nyochhaavar karo।

²³⁴So, surrender those wasteful thoughts out of love for the Father.
