2Question: What is the easy way to keep your heart clean and pure?

Answer

3Uttar  : kahā̃ bhī rahō trustee hōkar rahō .

3Answer: Wherever you are staying, be a trustee.

4Hamēśhā samjhō ham śhivbābā K|kē bhaṇḍārē sē khātē haĩ .

4Always think that you are eating from Shiv Baba's treasure store.

5Śhivbābā K|kē bhaṇḍārē kā bhōjan khānē vālō̃ kā hr̥iday śhuddha hōtā jātā hai .

5The hearts of those who eat from Shiv Baba's treasure store continue to become clean and pure.

6Pravr̥itti mē̃ rahtē agar śhrīmat pramāṇ direction par trustee bankar rahtē tō vah bhī śhivbābā kā bhaṇḍārā hai , man sē surrender haĩ .

6To live at home with your family and remain a trustee as per the directions of shrimat is the same as eating from Shiv Baba's treasure store and your mind being surrendered.

Murli

7Ōm śhānti .

7Om shanti.

8Janma-janmāntar ādhākalp bachchō̃ nē satsaṅg kiyē haĩ , sādhū-santa , paṇḍit ādi sab manuṣhyō̃ kā satsaṅg hōtā hai , yah kōī bhī manuṣhya kā satsaṅg nahī̃ .

8You children have been to spiritual gatherings for birth after birth for half a cycle. 9There are spiritual gatherings of all types of human beings; sages, holy men, pundits, etc. 10This is not a spiritual gathering of human beings.

9Iskō kahā jātā hai rūhānī satsaṅg .

11This is called a spiritual gathering of spirits.

10Supreme rūh rūhō̃ kē sāth rūhrihān arthāt satsaṅg kartē haĩ .

12The Supreme Spirit has a heart-to-heart conversation with you spirits, that is, He has a spiritual gathering with spirits (souls).

11Yahā̃ tum kōī manuṣhya sē nahī̃ suntē hō , na dēvtāō̃ sē suntē hō . 12Tum suntē hō bhagvān sē .

13Here, you are not listening to a human being or a deity; you are listening to God.

13Bhagvān kō hamēśhā nirākār kahā jātā hai aur bhagvān ātē hī tab haĩ jab bachchō̃ kō bhagvān-bhagvatī banānē kē liē paṛhānā hai .

14God is always called the incorporeal One and He only comes when He has to teach you children to make you into gods and goddesses.

14Bhagvān aur bhagvatī kā pad sivāē bhagvān K|kē kōī dē na sakē .

15No one, apart from God, can give anyone the status of a god or goddess.

15Tum bachchē jāntē hō kalp-kalp saṅgamyug hōtā hai tō nirākār bhagvān ākar hamkō gyān dētē haĩ .

16You children know that when it is the confluence age of every cycle, incorporeal God comes and gives us this knowledge.

16Yah bhī sirph tum hī samajhtē hō , dūsrā kōī muśhkil samajh sakē .

17Only you understand this. 18It is difficult for others to understand.

17Śhivbābā ātē haĩ jarūr , parantu unkē badalē|badlē śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa kō gītā kā bhagvān kah diyā hai .

19Shiv Baba definitely comes but, instead of saying His name, they have said that Shri Krishna is the God of the Gita.

18Tō jarūr sabkī buddhi mē̃ manuṣhya tan hī ātā hōgā .

20Therefore, it is definitely a human body that enters everyone's intellect.

19Tum hī daivīguṇ vālē thē aur ab āsurī guṇ vālē banē hō .

21You did have divine virtues, but you have now become those with devilish traits.

20Phir ab daivīguṇ vālē bantē hō .

22You are now once again becoming those with divine virtues.

21Daivīguṇ vālō̃ kō īśhvarīy sampradāy , āsurī guṇ vālō̃ kō āsurī sampradāy kahā jātā hai .

23Those with divine virtues are called the Godly community whereas those with devilish traits are called the devilish community.

22Ab nirākār bāp nirākār sampradāy arthāt ātmāō̃ kō paṛhātē haĩ , isliē kahā jātā hai īśhvarīy sampradāy athavā rūhānī sampradāy , jinhē̃ rūhānī bāp ākar paṛhātē haĩ .

24The incorporeal Father is now teaching this incorporeal community, that is, He is teaching you souls. 25This is why this is called the Godly community or the spiritual community, whom the spiritual Father comes and teaches.

23Abhī tum rūh-abhimānī bantē hō .

26You have now become spirit (soul) conscious.

24Ham ātmā haĩ , bāp hamkō paṛhātē haĩ .

27I am a soul and the Father is teaching me.

25Kahtē haĩ mujhē yād karō tō tumhārē vikarma vināśh hōṅgē .

28He tells us to remember Him so that our sins can be absolved.

26Rūhō̃ kō hī paṛhātē haĩ , vahī knowledgeful hai aur r̥iṣhi-muni ādi tō sab nētī-nētī kahtē gayē arthāt ham rūh kō nahī̃ jāntē haĩ .

29He only teaches spirits. 30Only He is knowledge-full. 31Sages and holy men continue to say “Neti, neti” (neither this nor that), that is, they don’t know about the spirits.

27Jab tak vah gyān sāgar sammukh na āyē tō gyān kaisē samjhāyē .

32How could the Ocean of this Knowledge speak knowledge unless He came personally?

28Yah achchhī rīti samajhnē key|kī bātē̃ haĩ .

33These matters have to be understood very well.

29Hamkō kōī manuṣhya nahī̃ paṛhātē haĩ , hamkō bāp paṛhātē haĩ .

34It is not a human being who is teaching us. 35It is the Father who is teaching us.

30Vah hai bēhad kā bāp nirākār .

36That One is the unlimited incorporeal Father.

31Yah bhī bachchō̃ kō samjhāyā hai , sākār aur nirākār dō bāp har ēk kō hōtē haĩ .

37It has also been explained to you children that everyone has two fathers: corporeal and incorporeal.

32Ēk rūhānī aur dūsrā jismānī .

38One is spiritual and the other is physical.

33Rūhānī bāp hī ākar rūhō̃ kō pāvan banātē haĩ .

39Only the spiritual Father comes and purifies spirits.

34Tum jāntē hō ham pāvan thē , patit banē phir patit sē pāvan kaisē bantē haĩ .

40You know you were pure, that you then became impure and that you are now becoming pure from impure.

35Chitra bhī sāmnē haĩ , bābā rāy dētē haĩ ki ghaṛī-ghaṛī chakra K|kē sāmnē jākar baiṭhō tō buddhi mē̃ sārā gyān ā jāyēgā ki ham abhī saṅgamyug par baiṭhē haĩ aur sabhī apnē kō kaliyug mē̃ samajhtē haĩ .

41The images are in front of you. 42Baba advises you: Repeatedly go and sit in front of the picture of the cycle and then all of this knowledge will enter your intellects: how you are now at the confluence age and how all others consider themselves to belong to the iron age.

36Kaliyug kō ghōr andhiyārā kahā jātā hai .

43The iron age is said to be extreme darkness.

37Abhī tum hō saṅgam par .

44You are now at the confluence age.

38Abhī tumkō rōśhnī hai , satyug mē̃ phir tumkō yah gyān nahī̃ miltā hai .

45You are now in the light. 46You don’t receive this knowledge in the golden age.

39Bāp jab ātē haĩ tab hī ghōr sōjharā hōtā hai .

47Only when the Father comes is there extreme light.

40Yah saṅgamyug hai hī kalyāṇkārī yug .

48This confluence age is the benevolent age.

41In jaisā yug kōī hōtā hī nahī̃ , jabki bāp ātē haĩ .

49There is no other age like this one when the Father comes.

42Satyug kō kalyāṇkārī nahī̃ kahē̃gē , vahā̃ kiskā kalyāṇ nahī̃ hōtā hai .

50The golden age is not called a benevolent age. 51No one is benefitted there.

43Kalyāṇ saṅgam par hī hōtā hai .

52Only at the confluence age does benefit take place.

44Satyug mē̃ tō hai hī kalyāṇ .

53In the golden age, there is already benefit for everyone.

45Saṅgam par kaliyug kō satyug , kalyāṇkārī banātē haĩ .

54The iron age becomes the golden age through this benevolent confluence age. 55Look how much you are being benefitted now!

46Tō ab tumhārā dēkhō kitnā kalyāṇ hōtā hai , sirph bāp aur varsē kō yād karnē mē̃ kitnī tumhārī kamāī hai .

56Just by remembering the Father and your inheritance, you earn such a huge income.

47Kamāī kī kamāī bhī hai aur tandarūstī key|kī tandarūstī bhī hai .

57You have a full income and are the healthiest of all.

48Tumhārā jīvan amar bantā hai .

58Your lives becomes immortal.

49Tumhārī kabhī akālē mr̥iityu nahī̃ hōtī hai .

59You never experience untimely death.

50Tō bachchō̃ kō kitnī khuśhī rahnī chāhiē kyōṅki tumhārī buddhi mē̃ sārī knowledge hai .

60Therefore, you children should have so much happiness at having all of this knowledge in your intellects.

51Yahā̃ tum bachchē ātē hō tō puruṣhārth kar museum mē̃ chitrō̃ par samjhānē K|kē lāyak bannā chāhiē .

61You children have come here, and so you have to make effort and become capable of explaining the pictures at the museums.

52Apnē kō lāyak banānē kē liē 7-8 rōz baiṭhkar sīkhō .

62In order to make yourself capable, each of should sit down and teach yourself for seven to eight days.

53Practice huī , jhaṭ bhāgā service par .

63As soon as you have practised this, you should run to do service.

54Service karkē phir lauṭ āyē .

64Go and do service and then come back.

55Yah sīkhnā tō bahut sahaj haĩ .

65It is very easy to learn this.

56Chitra kō sāmnē dēkhnē sē hī buddhi mē̃ ā jātā hai ki ham saṅgam par baiṭhē haĩ .

66As soon as you keep a picture in front of you, everything about how you are now sitting at the confluence age enters your intellect.

57Āj key|kī duniyā mē̃ bahut manuṣhya haĩ , kal bahut thōṛē hōṅgē .

67There are many human beings in today's world. 68Tomorrow, there will be very few.

58Itnē yah sab vāpas jānē haĩ .

69All of them have to return home.

59Abhī bāp svayã āyē haĩ , bachchō̃ key|kī kitnī ijjat rakhtē haĩ .

70The Father Himself has now come and He honours you children so much.

60Dūrdēśh kā rahnē vālā āyā dēśh parāyē … rāvaṇ kā dēśh parāyā dēśh hai nā .

71The Resident of the faraway land has come to the foreign land. 72The land of Ravan is the foreign land, is it not?

61Rām K|kē dēśh mē̃ tō kabhī rāvaṇ ā na sakē .

73Ravan can never enter Rama's land.

62Abhī tum bachchō̃ key|kī parvariśh tō bāp K|kē hāth mē̃ hai .

74The sustenance of you children is now in the Father's hands.

63Bas tumhī̃ sē khāū̃ arthāt tumhārē hī bhaṇḍārē sē khāū̃ . . . tumhārī sārī parvariśh yahā̃ hī hōtī hai .

75“I eat with You, that is, I only eat from Your treasure store.” 76Your sustenance takes place here.

64Jō surrender hō jātē haĩ unkī parvariśh tō hōtī hī hai lēkin jō man sē bhī samajhtē haĩ ki yah sab kuchh īśhvar kā ( bāp kā ) hai , maĩ trustee hū̃ , ham śhrīmat par hī chalkar kharchā ādi kartē haĩ . 65Aisē jō samajhtē haĩ vah bhī śhivbābā K|kē bhaṇḍārē sē khātē haĩ .

77Those who are surrendered are sustained here anyway. 78However, even those whose minds consider everything to belong to God (the Father) and that they are just trustees and spend according to shrimat, are sustained by Shiv Baba's treasure store.

66Śhivbābā K|kē bhaṇḍārē sē khānē sē hr̥iday śhuddha hōtā hai .

79By eating from Shiv Baba's treasure store, your hearts become clean and pure.

67Aisē nahī̃ ki vah śhivbābā K|kē bhaṇḍārē sē nahī̃ khātē haĩ .

80It isn't that they are not eating from Shiv Baba's treasure store.

68Bāp K|kē direction par chalnē vālē bhī jaisēki bāp K|kē bhaṇḍārē sē khātē haĩ .

81To do everything according to Shiv Baba's directions is like eating from His treasure store.

69Jis bhaṇḍārē sē khāyā , vah bhaṇḍārā bhar-pūr kāl kaṇṭak dūr . . . uskē bād tum kabhī bhī akālē mr̥iityu kō nahī̃ pāyēṅgē .

82The treasure store you eat from is constantly full and it takes away your sorrow and suffering. 83After this, you will never experience untimely death.

70Is samay hī śhivbābā ātē haĩ , unkī mahimā bhī gāī huī hai .

84Shiv Baba only comes at this time and His praise is sung.

71Śhiv jayantī bhī manātē haĩ parantu unkā bhaṇḍārā kaisē hōtā , yah kōī bhī nahī̃ jāntē haĩ .

85The birthday of Shiva is also celebrated, but no one knows what His treasure store is like.

72Bābā bhī barōbar ātē haĩ nā .

86Baba truly comes here.

73Bachchē jō bhī ātē haĩ unkō śhivbābā K|kē bhaṇḍārē sē khānā miltā hai .

87All the children who come here receive food from Shiv Baba's treasure store.

74Achchhā male|mail|mēl surrender hōtā hai tō ṭhīk hai , agar vah surrender nahī̃ hōtā tō mātāyē̃ kyā karē̃  ?

88If males surrender, that is fine, but if they don't surrender, what can a mother do if he doesn’t surrender?

75Kyōṅki kamāī hai pati key|kī .

89The income is provided by the husband.

76Vah tō surrender hōtā nahī̃ .

90He doesn’t surrender himself.

77Vah tō jab āmdanī karē tab strī khāyē .

91Only when he earns an income can his wife, etc. eat from that.

78Hā̃ , jōṛā surrender hai tō phir śhivbābā K|kē bhaṇḍārē sē parvariśh hō saktī hai .

92Yes, when a couple surrender, they can be sustained from Shiv Baba’s treasure store.

79Yah bāp bachchō̃ kō achchhī rīti samjhātē haĩ .

93The Father sits here and explains this clearly to you children.

80Buddhi mē̃ rakhnā hai ham bāp kē pās baiṭhē haĩ jab tak karmātīt avasthā hō jāē .

94Keep it in your intellects that you will be staying with the Father until you reach your karmateet stage.

81Din-pratidin ham apnē svarājya K|kē najdīk ātē jātē haĩ .

95Day by day, we are coming close to our self-sovereignty.

82Samay bīttā jātā hai , tum najdīk ātē jātē hō .

96Time continues to pass and you continue to come closer.

83Satyug K|kē pahlē varṣh mē̃ ab kitnē varṣh kahē̃gē  ?

97How many years still remain before you go to the first year of the golden age?

84Ab kitnā najdīk ā gayē haĩ  ?

98How close have you come to that?

85Bāp kahtē haĩ bachchē ab tumhārā 84 kā chakra pūrā hōtā hai .

99The Father says: Children, your cycle of 84 births is now coming to an end.

86Tumnē ab 84 janmō̃ K|kē chakra kō jānā hai .

100You now know the cycle of 84 births.

87Chakra kō dēkhnē sē hī kahē̃gē ham abhī saṅgam par haĩ .

101Just by looking at the cycle, you would say that you are now at the confluence age.

88Is taraph hai kaliyug , us taraph hai satyug .

102This side is the iron age and the other side is the golden age.

89Kal ham apnē sukhdhām mē̃ hōṅgē .

103Tomorrow, we will be in our land of happiness.

90Duniyā kō patā nahī̃ hai , vah tō bilkul hī ghōr andhiyārē mē̃ haĩ .

104The world doesn't know this; they are in complete darkness.

91Tum bachchō̃ kō bahut khuśhī hōnī chāhiē .

105You children should experience a lot of happiness.

92Bēhad K|kē bāp sē ham 21 janm key|kī kamāī kartē haĩ .

106We are earning an income for 21 births from the unlimited Father.

93Sadā sukh kā varsā pā rahē haĩ - yah khuśhī rahtī hai .

107You have the happiness that you are receiving the inheritance of constant happiness.

94Svargvāsī bannā , yah tumhārī hī takdīr mē̃ hai .

108Only you have it in your fortune to become residents of heaven.

95Svarg ēk wonderful chīz hai .

109Heaven is a wonderful place.

96Jaisē 7 wonders dikhātē haĩ nā . 97Yah tō sabsē baṛā wonder hai .

110Just as they show the seven wonders, so this is the biggest wonder of all.

98Chitra bhī haĩ wonderful svarg K|kē .

111There are wonderful pictures of heaven.

99Yah lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ svarg K|kē mālik thē isliē bābā nē likhā thā - ūpar mē̃ sūryavanśhī kā likhō uskē nīchē chandravanśhī kā likhō tō ādhākalp pūrā hō jāyēgā .

112Lakshmi and Narayan were the masters of the world. 113This is why Baba has written: At the top of the picture, write about the sun dynasty and below that, write about the moon dynasty and half the cycle will be completed.

100Sūryavanśhī , chandravanśhī 1250 varṣh .

114The sun and moon dynasties exist for 1250 years each.

101Tō phir lākhō̃ varṣh key|kī tō bāt hī uṛ jāyē .

115Then the notion of hundreds of thousands of years cannot exist.

102Vahā̃ bāhubal mē̃ kitnā kharchā hōtā hai .

116There, they spend so much on obtaining physical power.

103Yahā̃ śhurū sē lēkar ant tak kuchh bhī kharchā nahī̃ hōtā hai .

117Here, there is no expense from the beginning to the end.

104Yah tō bāp aur bachchō̃ kā hisāb hai , kharchē key|kī bāt hī nahī̃ .

118This is the account of the Father and the children; there is no question of expense.

105Yahā̃ bachchē ākar refresh hō̃ isliē makān ādi banātē haĩ .

119Children come here to refresh themselves and this is why buildings are built.

106Bachchō̃ kā hī paisā hai sō bhī kitnē din tō pās|pass hō gayē . 107Bākī thōṛē din haĩ , kharchā kuchh bhī nahī̃ .

120The money all belongs to the children. 121So many days have already gone by and now, for the remaining few days, there is no expense at all.

108Tum jīvanmukti pātē hō , bigar kauṛī kharchē .

122You receive liberation-in-life without spending a shell.

109Ismē̃ sirph mēhnat key|kī bāt hai .

123It is just a question of effort in this.

110Bhagvān kō tō sab bhakta yād kartē haĩ parantu yah nahī̃ jāntē ki bhagvān kaun hai  ?

124All devotees remember God, but they don't know who God is.

111Bhagvān kō na jānnē K|kē kāraṇ bahutō̃ kō bhagvān mān lētē haĩ .

125Because of not knowing God, they believe many to be God.

112Ab tum bachchō̃ kō sachchē bāp kā parichay dēnā hai .

126You children now have to give the introduction of the true Father.

113Tum bachchō̃ kō athāh khuśhī rahnī chāhiē - bēhad kā bābā hamkō paṛhātē haĩ , svarg kā mālik banānē kē liē .

127You children should have a lot of happiness that the unlimited Baba is teaching you to make you into the masters of heaven.

114Bābā ākar svarg key|kī sthāpanā aur nark kā vināśh karātē haĩ isliē mahābhārat laṛāī bhī sāth mē̃ hai .

128Baba comes and establishes heaven and inspires the destruction of hell. 129Therefore, the great Mahabharat War is connected with this.

115Her|har 5 hajār varṣh bād yah chakra phirtā hai .

130This cycle continues to turn every 5000 years.

116Bāp bhī kalp-kalp , kalp K|kē saṅgamyugē ātē haĩ .

131The Father also enters the confluence age of every cycle.

117Gītā mē̃ unhōnnē phir yugē-yugē likh diyā hai sō bhī 5 yug hai , pāñch bār āyē .

132They have written in the Gita that He comes in every age. 133Therefore, because there are five ages, they say that He comes five times.

118Phir 24 avatār , phalānā avatār kyō̃ likh diyā hai  !

134In that case, why have they also written about 24 incarnations and incarnations of so-and-so?

119Manuṣhya kitnē yagya , tap , tīrtha ādi kartē haĩ , samajhtē haĩ yah sab rāstē bhagvān sē milnē K|kē haĩ .

135Human beings have so many sacrificial fires, so much tapasya, make so many donations and perform so much charity. 136They think all of those are paths to find God.

120Parantu bhagvān kē pās tō kōī bhī jā nahī̃ saktē haĩ .

137However, no one can go to God.

121Ādhākalp kitnā māthā mārā hai .

138People beat their heads so much for half a cycle.

122Janma-janmāntar phērē lagāyē , yah kiyā . . . phir bhī bāp nahī̃ milā .

139You went around in all four directions for birth after birth. 140You did this and that and yet you didn't find the Father.

123Abhī bāp tum bachchō̃ K|kē kitnā najdīk hai .

141The Father is now so close to you children.

124Tumsē bāt kar rahē haĩ , tumkō samjhā rahē haĩ .

142He is talking to you and explaining to you.

125Tum samajhtē hō kalp-kalp hūbahū ham aisē miltē haĩ jō kuchh bītā , kalp-kalp hōgā .

143You understand you will meet Him exactly in the same way every cycle. 144Whatever has happened will happen in the same way every cycle.

126Vahī dādā jauhrī hōgā .

145The same Dada will be a jewel merchant.

127Phir usmē̃ hī bābā pravēśh karē̃gē , phir vahī bachchē ākar bāp K|kē banē̃gē aur phir sē svarg kā varsā lē̃gē .

146God will enter the same one and you same children will then come and belong to the Father and once again claim the inheritance of heaven from Him.

128Yah bāp kā tum bachchō̃ kē sāth anādi avināśhī part kalp-kalp aisē hī repeat hōtā rahtā hai .

147This eternal and imperishable part that the Father plays with you children will continue to repeat in the same way cycle after cycle.

129Achchhā  !

148Achcha.

130Mīṭhē-mīṭhē sikīladhē bachchō̃ prati māt-pitā bāpdādā kā yād-pyār aur good morning .

149To you sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada.

131Rūhānī bāp kī rūhānī bachchō̃ kō namastē .

150The spiritual Father says namaste to you spiritual children.

Essence for dharna
