¹Essence: Sweet children, continue to perform the drill of “Manmanabhav” and you will become ever healthy for 21 births.

²Praśhna  : satgurū key|kī kaun see|sī|C śhrīmat pālan karnē mē̃ hī gupta mēhnat hai  ?

²Question: To follow which shrimat of the Satguru requires incognito effort?

³Uttar  : satgurū key|kī śhrīmat hai - mīṭhē bachchē , is dēh kō bhī bhūl kar mujhē yād karō .

³Answer: The shrimat of the Satguru is: Sweet children, forget your bodies and remember Me.

⁴Apnē kō akēlī ātmā samjhō .

⁴Consider yourselves to be only souls.

⁵Dēhī-abhimānī rahnē kā puruṣhārth karō .

⁵Make effort to remain soul conscious.

⁶Sabkō yahī paigām dō ki aśharīrī banō .

⁶Give everyone the message: Become bodiless!

⁷Dēh sahit dēh K|kē sab dharmō̃ kō bhūlō tō tum pāvan ban jāyēṅgē .

⁷Forget your bodies and all bodily religions and you will become pure.

⁸Is śhrīmat kō pālan karnē mē̃ bachchō̃ kō gupta mēhnat karnī paṛtī hai .

⁸You children have to make incognito effort to follow this shrimat.

⁹Takdīrvān bachchē hī yah gupta mēhnat kar saktē haĩ .

⁹Only the fortunate children are able to make this incognito effort.

¹¹Bachchē baiṭhē haĩ - apnē bhāī aur bahinō̃ kō drill sikhlānē .

¹²What drill is this?

¹³Ismē̃ bachchō̃ kō kuchh kahnā nahī̃ hōtā hai .

¹³In this drill, children don’t have to say anything.

¹⁴Vah jō jismānī drill ādi kartē haĩ usmē̃ tō kahnā paṛtā hai .

¹⁴In the physical drills they perform, they have to say something.

¹⁵Yah tō supreme teacher hai jō gītā kā bhagvān bhī hai , jō bachchō̃ kō baiṭh yōg key|kī drill bhī sikhlātē haĩ .

¹⁵This is the Supreme Teacher, who is also the God of the Gita, and He sits and teaches you children the drill of yoga.

¹⁶Yah drill bhī gupta hai .

¹⁶This drill is also incognito.

¹⁷Drill sikhāī isliē jātī hai ki student rūsṭ-pusṭa ( healthy ) hō̃ .

¹⁷Drill is taught so that students can remain ever healthy.

¹⁸Tum bachchē jāntē hō ki is manmanābhav key|kī drill sē 21 janmō̃ kē liē bahut rūsṭ-pusṭa rahē̃gē . ¹⁹Kabhī bīmār nahī̃ hōṅgē .

¹⁸You children know that with this drill of “Manmanabhav” you will become ever healthy for 21 births; you will never be ill.

²⁰Tō yah kitnī achchhī rūhānī drill hai .

¹⁹Therefore, this spiritual drill is very good.

²¹Bāp samjhātē haĩ manmanābhav , ismē̃ kahnē key|kī bhī darkār nahī̃ .

²⁰The Father says: Manmanabhav! ²¹There is no need to say anything.

²²Sirph samjhāyā jātā hai ki apnē kō ātmā samjhō .

²²You are just told to consider yourselves to be souls.

²³Dēhī-abhimānī bhav .

²³May you be soul conscious!

²⁴Bhav kā arth|earth hī hai ki tum bāp kō yād karō tō ever healthy ban jāyēṅgē .

²⁴To be this constantly means to remember the Father and you will then become ever healthy.

²⁵Kalp pahlē bhī ham is rūhānī drill sē ever healthy banē thē .

²⁵You became ever healthy with this spiritual drill in the previous cycle too.

²⁶Rūhānī drill , rūhānī bāp parampitā paramātmā śhiv hī sikhlātē haĩ .

²⁶Only the spiritual Father, the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, Shiva, teaches this spiritual drill.

²⁷Bhagvān tō unkō hī kahā jātā hai , jinkī pūjā bhī hōtī hai .

²⁷Only that One who is worshipped is called God.

²⁸Śhivāy namaḥ bhī kahtē haĩ nā .

²⁸People also say “Salutations to Shiva.”

²⁹Brahmā dēvtā namaḥ śhiv paramātmāē namaḥ kahē̃gē .

²⁹They say “Salutations to the deity Brahma” and “Salutations to the Supreme Soul, Shiva.”

³⁰Yah drill kōī jismānī manuṣhya nahī̃ sikhlātē haĩ .

³⁰It isn't a physical human being who is teaching you this drill.

³¹Aisē nahī̃ ki tumkō yah drill brahmā nē sikhāī hai .

³¹It isn't Brahma teaching you this drill; no.

³²Nahī̃ , bhal brahmākumār kumāriyā̃ kahlātē hō parantu … chiṭṭhī par bhī likhtē hō śhivbābā kēaraôph brahmā .

³²Although you are called Brahma Kumars and Kumaris, you address the letters you write to: Shiv Baba c/o Brahma.

³³Vah tō gupta hō gayā .

³³That One is incognito.

³⁴Lēkin manuṣhyō̃ kō kaisē patā paṛē , brahmā tō prajāpitā hai .

³⁴How can people understand this? ³⁵Brahma is the Father of People.

³⁵Tō sārī duniyā unkē bachchē haĩ .

³⁶Therefore, all the people of the world are his children.

³⁶Prajāpitā hai nā .

³⁷He is the Father of People.

³⁷Drill sikhlānē vālā tō nirākār bāp hai .

³⁸The One who teaches you drill is the incorporeal Father.

³⁸Vah gupta hai .

³⁹He is incognito.

³⁹Gupta hōnē K|kē kāraṇ manuṣhyō̃ kō samajhnē mē̃ bhī difficulty hōtī hai .

⁴⁰Because He is incognito, people have difficulty in understanding Him.

⁴⁰Brahmā kō tō bhagvān nahī̃ kahā jātā .

⁴¹Brahma cannot be called God.

⁴¹Yahā̃ nām hī dikhātē haĩ - brahmākumār kumāriyā̃ arthāt brahmā key|kī santān .

⁴²The name you use here is Brahma Kumars and Kumaris, which means the children of Brahma.

⁴²Jab kōī ātā hai tō unkō samjhānā hai ki yah naī duniyā rachnē vālā brahmā nahī̃ hai lēkin nirākār bāp hai .

⁴³When anyone comes, explain to him that it isn't Brahma who is the Creator of the new world, but it is the incorporeal Father who is that.

⁴³Jō brahmā dvārā rachnā rachtē haĩ .

⁴⁴He creates creation through Brahma.

⁴⁴Pārlaukik parampitā paramātmā brahmā dvārā rachtē haĩ gōyā supreme soul key|kī rachnā huī .

⁴⁵The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, from beyond this world, creates creation through Brahma, which means that it is the creation of the Supreme Soul.

⁴⁵Tum bachchē patra kē ūpar likhtē hō śhivbābā kēaraôph brahmā .

⁴⁶You address your letters: Shiv Baba c/o Brahma.

⁴⁶Tō yah bhī yād karnē key|kī yukti hai .

⁴⁷Therefore, this too is a method for remembering Him.

⁴⁷Śhivbābā sikhlātē haĩ brahmā dvārā .

⁴⁸Shiv Baba teaches you through Brahma.

⁴⁸Bas sirph kahtē haĩ manmanābhav aur kōī taklīph nahī̃ dī|the jātī sirph kahā jātā hai ki tum apnī unnati chāhtē hō aur sachkhaṇḍ kā mālik bannē chāhtē hō tō sachkhaṇḍ sthāpan karnē vālā tō ēk hī satya bāp hai , usē yād karō .

⁴⁹He simply tells you: Manmanabhav! ⁵⁰He doesn't give you any other difficulty. ⁵¹He simply says: If you wish to make progress and become the masters of the land of truth, then remember the one true Father who establishes the land of truth.

⁴⁹Bēhad kā bāp hī ākar bachchō̃ kō kahtē haĩ ki mujhē yād karō tō pāpō̃ sē mukt hōṅgē .

⁵²The unlimited Father comes and tells you children: Remember Me and you will be liberated from your sins.

⁵⁰Śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa kō patit-pāvan nahī̃ kahā jātā hai sivāē parampitā paramātmā K|kē . ⁵¹Aur kōī nām nahī̃ lē̃gē .

⁵³Shri Krishna is not called the Purifier. ⁵⁴No name, other than that of the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, is mentioned in connection with this.

⁵²God father hī kahē̃gē .

⁵⁵He is called God, the Father.

⁵³Sab unkō father kahtē haĩ phir unkō sarv-vyāpī kaisē kah saktē .

⁵⁶Everyone calls Him the Father, so how can you say that He is omnipresent?

⁵⁴Kahtē haĩ vah ātē haĩ liberate karnē kē liē . ⁵⁵Yah manuṣhya nahī̃ jāntē .

⁵⁷It is said that He comes to liberate everyone, but people don't understand this.

⁵⁶Tō kalp key|kī āyu hī ulṭī likh dī hai .

⁵⁸Therefore, they have written a wrong duration for the cycle.

⁵⁷Ab bachchō̃ kō yah drill karnī hai .

⁵⁹You children now have to perform this drill.

⁵⁸Gyān tō milā huā hai .

⁶⁰You have received this knowledge.

⁵⁹Jab baiṭhtē hō tō apnē kō dēhī samajhkar bāp kō yād karō tō vikarma vināśh hōṅgē .

⁶¹When you sit here, consider yourselves to be bodiless souls and remember the Father and your sins will be absolved.

⁶⁰Teacher sāmnē baiṭhtā hai gaddī par , tō śhōbhtā hai .

⁶²When a teacher sits on a gaddi in front of the students, that seems right.

⁶¹Kāydā hai ki drill karānē kē liē teacher jarūr chāhiē .

⁶³It is a rule that a teacher is definitely needed to teach drill.

⁶²Kōī baṛā teacher tō kōī chhōṭā teacher hōtā hai .

⁶⁴Some are senior teachers and others are junior teachers.

⁶³Ab tumhārā imtahān lēnē key|kī kōī darkār nahī̃ kyōṅki tum khud jāntē hō ki ham kitnā samay most beloved bāp kō yād kartē haĩ .

⁶⁵There is now no need to make you sit for an exam, because you know for yourselves how long you remember the most beloved Father.

⁶⁴Brahmā kōī most beloved nahī̃ hai .

⁶⁶Brahma isn't the most beloved.

⁶⁵Beloved most vah hai jō sadā pāvan hai .

⁶⁷The most beloved is the One who is constantly pure.

⁶⁶Tum bachchē jāntē hō ki sabsē pyārā kaun hai .

⁶⁸You children know who is the loveliest of all.

⁶⁷Manuṣhya paramātmā kō hī yād kartē haĩ hē duḥkh hartā sukh kartā .

⁶⁹People remember God and say: O Remover of Sorrow and Bestower of Happiness.

⁶⁸Uskō liberator bhī kahtē haĩ arthāt duḥkhō̃ sē mukt karnē vālā .

⁷⁰He is also called the Liberator, that is, He is the One who liberates you from sorrow.

⁶⁹Tō bachchō̃ kō apnā puruṣhārth karnā hai .

⁷¹You children have to make effort for yourselves.

⁷⁰Drama plan anusār yah duniyā pāvan hōnī jarūr hai aur pāvan duniyā bannē kē liē āg lagnī hai .

⁷²According to the drama plan, this world definitely has to become pure and so a fire is to be ignited so that the world becomes pure.

⁷¹Yah bhī jāntē hō āg kaisē lagēgī .

⁷³You also know how the fire will be ignited.

⁷²Vināśh hōnē bigar duniyā pāvan ban nahī̃ sakēgī .

⁷⁴The world cannot become pure without destruction taking place.

⁷³Yah hai rūdra gyān yagya . . . . rūdra aur śhiv kōī fark nahī̃ hai . ⁷⁴Parantu śhiv nām hai mukhya .

⁷⁵This is the sacrificial fire of the knowledge of Rudra. ⁷⁶There is no difference between Rudra and Shiva, but the name ‘Shiva’ is the main one.

⁷⁵Bākī tō apnī-apnī bhāṣhā mē̃ anēk nām rakh diyē haĩ .

⁷⁷However, people have given many different names in their own languages.

⁷⁶Asul nām hai śhiv .

⁷⁸His real name is Shiva.

⁷⁷Śhiv jayantī bhī manātē haĩ .

⁷⁹People also celebrate the birthday of Shiva.

⁷⁸Bhārat mē̃ hī śhivjayantī maśhhūr hai .

⁸⁰The birthday of Shiva is very well known in Bharat.

⁷⁹Bēhad K|kē bāp key|kī śhiv jayantī hai tō ātē bhī jarūr hōṅgē .

⁸¹Since there is the birthday of the unlimited Father, He must definitely come here.

⁸⁰Śhivbābā kā nām bālā hai .

⁸²Shiv Baba's name is very well known.

⁸¹Brahmā dvārā svarg key|kī sthāpanā karānē vālā hai .

⁸³He is the One who carries out the establishment of heaven through Brahma.

⁸²Tō us ūñch tē ūñch bāp kō yād karnā paṛē .

⁸⁴So that highest-on-high Father has to be remembered.

⁸³Brahmā ūñch tē ūñch nahī̃ hai . ⁸⁴Vāstav mē̃ brahmā ūñch sē ūñch bantē haĩ .

⁸⁵Brahma is not the Highest on High, but, in fact, he becomes that.

⁸⁵Phir nīchē bhī utartē haĩ .

⁸⁶Then, he falls right down.

⁸⁶Tum be|B . K|kē . bhī nīchē thē ab ūñch ban rahē hō .

⁸⁷You BKs were also low down and are now becoming the highest.

⁸⁷Ēkdam ūñch bāp K|kē ghar chalē jāyēṅgē .

⁸⁸You will go to the very top, the Father's home.

⁸⁸Tum is samay trikāldarśhī ban rahē hō .

⁸⁹You become trikaldarshi at this time.

⁸⁹Tum khud jāntē hō ki ham hī svadarśhan chakradhārī haĩ .

⁹⁰You yourselves know that you are spinners of the discus of self-realisation.

⁹⁰Ham brahmāṇḍ aur sr̥iṣhṭi K|kē ādi-madhy-ant kō jānnē vālē haĩ .

⁹¹We know Brahmand and the beginning, the middle and the end of the world.

⁹¹Brahmāṇḍ arthāt ūñch , jahā̃ sabhī ātmāyē̃ nivās kartī haĩ .

⁹²Brahmand is the place at the top where all souls reside.

⁹²Duniyā mē̃ kōī aur nahī̃ jō samjhāyē ki mūlvatan mē̃ ātmāyē̃ rahtī haĩ .

⁹³There is no one else in the world who can explain that souls reside in the incorporeal world.

⁹³Viśhva aur brahmāṇḍ alag-alag haĩ .

⁹⁴The world here and Brahmand are quite separate.

⁹⁴Ātmāyē̃ rahtī haĩ nirvāṇdhām mē̃ , jiskō śhāntidhām kahā jātā hai .

⁹⁵Souls reside in the land of Nirvana which is also called the land of peace.

⁹⁵Vah sabkō pyārā lagtā hai .

⁹⁶Everyone loves that.

⁹⁶Uskā aslī nām nirvāṇdhām vā śhāntidhām hai .

⁹⁷The real name of that place is the land of Nirvana or the land of peace.

⁹⁷Ātmā kā svarūp hai śhānt .

⁹⁸The form of souls is that of peace.

⁹⁸Ēk śhāntidhām phir hai moviedhām aur yah hai talkie dhām .

⁹⁹There is the land of silence, then the land of "movie" and then the land of "talkie".

⁹⁹Moviedhām mē̃ jāstī rahnē kā nahī̃ hai .

¹⁰⁰You do not stay in the land of "movie" for a long time.

¹⁰⁰Śhāntidhām mē̃ tō bahutō̃ kō rahnā hōtā hai , aur kōī sthān nahī̃ hai .

¹⁰¹Many have to stay in the land of silence. ¹⁰²There is no other place.

¹⁰¹Ātmā jab bāp kō aur ghar kō yād kartī hai tō ūpar mē̃ yād kartī hai .

¹⁰³When souls remember the Father and the home, they remember them up above.

¹⁰²Bīch K|kē dhām kō tō tumhārē sivāē aur kōī nahī̃ jāntē haĩ .

¹⁰⁴Apart from you, no one else knows about the region in between.

¹⁰³Manuṣhyō̃ kō tō itnā gyān hai nahī̃ .

¹⁰⁵People don't have that much of this knowledge.

¹⁰⁴Sirph kahtē haĩ brahmā viṣhṇu śhaṅkar sūkṣhmavatan mē̃ rahtē haĩ . ¹⁰⁵Bākī unhō̃ K|kē occupation kā patā nahī̃ hai .

¹⁰⁶They simply say that Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar reside in the subtle region, but no one knows their occupation.

¹⁰⁶84 janma lētē haĩ .

¹⁰⁷They take 84 births.

¹⁰⁷Brahmā sō viṣhṇu , viṣhṇu sō brahmā hai .

¹⁰⁸Brahma becomes Vishnu and Vishnu becomes Brahma.

¹⁰⁸Yah hai leap yug . ¹⁰⁹Yah thōṛē samay kā hai . ¹¹⁰Jaisē puruṣhōttam mās kahā jātā hai .

¹⁰⁹This is the leap age; it only lasts for a short time, just as you have the leap month of charity (according to the Hindu calendar).

¹¹¹Yah tumhārā hīrē jaisā uttam bannē kā ūñch janm hai .

¹¹⁰This birth is your elevated birth in which you become as valuable as a diamond.

¹¹²Śhūdra sē brāhmaṇ bannā sabsē uttam hai .

¹¹¹To become Brahmins from shudras is considered to be most elevated.

¹¹³Brāhmaṇ bantē hō tō dādē kā varsā lēnē K|kē hakdār bantē hō .

¹¹²When you become Brahmins, you claim a right to the Grandfather's inheritance.

¹¹⁴Bāp bachchō̃ kō kahtē haĩ bachchē sadaiv manmanābhav .

¹¹³The Father says to you children: Children, constantly be “Manmanabhav”!

¹¹⁵Bāp kā message sabkō dētē rahō .

¹¹⁴Continue to give the Father's message to everyone!

¹¹⁶Bāp kō kahā hī jātā hai - messenger aur kōī bhī messenger athavā paigambar nahī̃ hai .

¹¹⁵The Father is called the Messenger. ¹¹⁶No one else is a messenger.

¹¹⁷Vah tō ākar apnā dharm sthāpan kartē haĩ .

¹¹⁷Those others simply come and establish their own religion.

¹¹⁸Paigambar sirph ēk hai vahī ākar tumkō pavitra bannē kā paigām dētē haĩ .

¹¹⁸There is only the one Messenger who comes and gives you the message to become pure.

¹¹⁹Vah ātē haĩ - dharm sthāpan karnē .

¹¹⁹The others come to establish their own religions.

¹²⁰Vah kōī vāpis lē jānē vālē guide nahī̃ haĩ .

¹²⁰They are not guides who take you back.

¹²¹Vah tō ēk hī satgurū sadgati dēnē vālā hai .

¹²¹Only the one Satguru can grant salvation.

¹²²Sach bōlnē vālā , sachchā rāstā batānē vālā tō ēk hī parampitā paramātmā śhiv hai .

¹²²Only the one Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, Shiva, speaks the truth and shows you the true path.

¹²³Tō bahut gupta mēhnat karnī hai bachchō̃ kō .

¹²³You children have to make a lot of incognito effort.

¹²⁴Abhī tum jāntē hō ki hamkō yah dēh bhūlkar ēk bāp kō yād karnā hai .

¹²⁴You now know that you have to forget your bodies and remember the one Father.

¹²⁵Śharīr chhūṭā tō sārī duniyā chhūṭ jātī hai . ¹²⁶Ātmā akēlī ban jātī hai .

¹²⁵When you souls renounce your bodies, you renounce the whole world and each soul becomes alone.

¹²⁷Bāp kahtē haĩ - dēhī-abhimānī banō tō phir kōī bhī mitra-sambandhī yād nahī̃ paṛē̃gē .

¹²⁶The Father says: Become soul conscious and you won't remember your friends and relations.

¹²⁸Ham ātmā haĩ , ham chalē jāyēṅgē bāp kē pās .

¹²⁷I am a soul and I will return home with the Father.

¹²⁹Bāp rāy dētē haĩ ki tum mērē pās|pass kaisē ā saktē hō .

¹²⁸The Father advises you how you can go to Him.

¹³⁰Yah bābā bhī nāmīgrāmī hai .

¹²⁹This Baba is also very well known.

¹³¹In dvārā bāp sabhī ātmāō̃ kā guide ban machchharō̃ sadr̥iśhya vāpis lē jātē haĩ .

¹³⁰The Father becomes the Guide of all souls through this one and takes everyone back home like a swarm of mosquitoes.

¹³²Yah yathārth gyān sirph tum bachchō̃ key|kī buddhi mē̃ hai .

¹³¹Only you children have this real knowledge in your intellects.

¹³³Tumkō pāṇḍav sēnā bhī kahtē haĩ .

¹³²You are also called the Pandava Army.

¹³⁴Pāṇḍavpati svayã sākṣhāt parampitā paramātmā hai , jō tum bachchō̃ kō drill sikhlā rahē haĩ . ¹³⁵Hūbahū kalp pahlē muāphik .

¹³³The Father of the Pandavas is the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, Shiva who is now teaching you children drill practically, exactly as He did in the previous cycle.

¹³⁶Jab vināśh hōgā tō sab ātmāyē̃ śharīr chhōṛ chalī jāyēṅgī .

¹³⁴When destruction takes place, all souls will shed their bodies and return home.

¹³⁷Satyug mē̃ jab thōṛī ātmāyē̃ haĩ tō ēk rājya hai .

¹³⁵In the golden age, there is only the one kingdom and there are few souls.

¹³⁸Abhī anēk haĩ phir jarūr ēk hōgā .

¹³⁶Now there are innumerable kingdoms and there will again be only one.

¹³⁹Yah gyān sārā din buddhi mē̃ simraṇ karnā hai .

¹³⁷Use your intellects to continue to churn this knowledge throughout the day.

¹⁴⁰Bachchō̃ kō pradarśhanī par bhī samjhānā hai .

¹³⁸You children also have to explain at the exhibitions.

¹⁴¹Jab new dēhlī thī tō nayā bhārat thā .

¹³⁹When it was New Delhi, there was new Bharat.

¹⁴²Ēk hī ādi sanātan dēvī-dēvtā dharm thā .

¹⁴⁰There was just the one original, eternal deity religion.

¹⁴³Ādi sanātan kōī hindū dharm nahī̃ thā .

¹⁴¹The Hindu religion is not the original, eternal religion.

¹⁴⁴Ham brāhmaṇ sō dēvtā bantē haĩ .

¹⁴²We Brahmins become deities.

¹⁴⁵Yah aur dharm vālē mānē̃gē nahī̃ .

¹⁴³Those of other religions will not accept this.

¹⁴⁶Jō pahlē ātē haĩ vahī 84 janma lētē haĩ .

¹⁴⁴Those who come first take 84 births.

¹⁴⁷Yah haĩ bilkul sahaj samajhnē key|kī bātē̃ .

¹⁴⁵These matters are very simple to understand.

¹⁴⁸Ab tum bachchō̃ key|kī buddhi mē̃ hai ki ab nāṭak pūrā hōtā hai .

¹⁴⁶It is in the intellects of you children that this play is now about to end.

¹⁴⁹Sabhī actors ā gayē haĩ .

¹⁴⁷All the actors have now come here.

¹⁵⁰84 janm pūrē kiyē , ab phir ghar chalnā hai kyōṅki bahut thak gayē hō nā .

¹⁴⁸You have completed your 84 births and you now have to return home, because you have become very tired.

¹⁵¹Bhakti mārg hai hī thaknē kā mārg .

¹⁴⁹The path of devotion is the path to become tired.

¹⁵²Bāp kahtē haĩ - ab mērē kō yād karō aurō̃ kō bhī paigām dō ki dēh sahit dēh K|kē sab dharm chhōṛ apnē kō ātmā samajh bāp kō yād karō .

¹⁵⁰The Father says: Now remember Me and give everyone the message: Forget your body and all bodily religions, consider yourself to be a soul and remember the Father.

¹⁵³Aśharīrī banō tō pāvan ban jāyēṅgē kyōṅki ab vāpis ghar chalnā hai .

¹⁵¹Become bodiless and you will become pure, because you now have to return home.

¹⁵⁴Maut sāmnē khaṛā hai .

¹⁵²Death is just ahead of you.

¹⁵⁵Yahā̃ bhī bachchē bāp kē pās sammukh refresh hōnē ātē haĩ .

¹⁵³You children personally come here in front of the Father in order to be refreshed.

¹⁵⁶Bāp sammukh bachchō̃ kō samjhātē haĩ ki bachchē dēh-abhimān chhōṛ māmēkam yād karō .

¹⁵⁴The Father explains in person to you children: Children, renounce body consciousness and constantly remember Me alone.

¹⁵⁷Yah purānī duniyā ab khatm hōnī hai .

¹⁵⁵This old world is now to be destroyed.

¹⁵⁸Tum ēk bāp kō yād kar pavitra banē̃gē tō pavitra duniyā K|kē mālik banē̃gē .

¹⁵⁶Remember the one Father and you will become pure and the masters of a pure world.

¹⁵⁹Agar mēhnat nahī̃ karē̃gē tō phal bhī nahī̃ milēgā . ¹⁶⁰Phir sazā khānī paṛēgī .

¹⁵⁷If you don't make effort, you won't receive the fruit and punishment will then have to be experienced.

¹⁶¹Bāp kahtē haĩ ki apnī kamāī jamā kartē rahō aur dūsrō̃ kō bhī nimantraṇ dō .

¹⁵⁸The Father says: Continue to accumulate an income and also give an invitation to others.

¹⁶²Bāp kā rāstā bhī batāō .

¹⁵⁹Show everyone the path to the Father.

¹⁶³Tum bachchō̃ kō bhī kalyāṇkārī bannā hai . ¹⁶⁴Apnē mitr-sambandhiyō̃ kā bhī kalyāṇ karnā hai .

¹⁶⁰You children have to become benevolent; you have to benefit your friends and relations too.

¹⁶⁵Yahā̃ tumkō dēhī-abhimānī banāyā jātā hai .

¹⁶¹Here, you are told to become soul conscious.

¹⁶⁶Mahāmantra dētē haĩ .

¹⁶²You are given the great mantra.

¹⁶⁷Prāchīn yōg bāp nē hī ākar sikhāyā hai , jiskē liē hī gāyā jātā hai - yōg agni sē pāp dagdha hō jāyēṅgē , kalp pahlē bhī yahī iśhārā milā thā .

¹⁶³The Father Himself came and taught you ancient yoga of which it is remembered: Your sins will be burnt away in the fire of yoga. ¹⁶⁴You also received this signal in the previous cycle.

¹⁶⁸Bāp iśhārā dētē haĩ ki apnē kō ātmā samajh mujhē yād karō .

¹⁶⁵The Father signals to you: Consider yourselves to be souls and remember Me!

¹⁶⁹Rahō bhal apnē gr̥ihastha vyavahār mē̃ .

¹⁶⁶You may live at home with your families.

¹⁷⁰Gāyā huā hai ki śharaṇ paṛī maĩ tērē .

¹⁶⁷It is remembered: I seek refuge with You.

¹⁷¹Yah bhī hōtā hai - jab kōī duḥkhī hōtē haĩ tō ūñch tākat vālē kī jāē śharaṇ lētē haĩ .

¹⁶⁸This too happens. ¹⁶⁹When someone experiences sorrow, he goes and seeks refuge with someone who has greater power.

¹⁷²Yahā̃ tō practical mē̃ haĩ .

¹⁷⁰This happens here in a practical way.

¹⁷³Jab bahut duḥkh dēkhtē haĩ , sahan nahī̃ kar saktē haĩ , lāchār hōtē haĩ tō phir bhāgkar āē bāp key|kī śharaṇ lētē haĩ .

¹⁷¹When you see that there is a lot of sorrow and are unable to tolerate any more or you are in a desperate situation, you come running here to seek refuge with the Father.

¹⁷⁴Sadgati tō sivāē bāp K|kē kōī dē na sakē .

¹⁷²No one, apart from the Father, can grant salvation.

¹⁷⁵Bachchē jāntē haĩ ki purānī duniyā vināśh hōnī hai .

¹⁷³You children know that the old world is to be destroyed.

¹⁷⁶Taiyārī hō rahī hai is taraph tumhārē sthāpanā key|kī taiyārī , us taraph vināśh key|kī taiyārī hai .

¹⁷⁴Preparations are being made. ¹⁷⁵On this side, there is preparation for your establishment and on that side, there is preparation for destruction.

¹⁷⁷Sthāpanā hō gaī tō vināśh bhī jarūr hōnā hai .

¹⁷⁶Once establishment has taken place, destruction will definitely take place.

¹⁷⁸Tum jāntē hō ki bābā āyā hai sthāpanā karānē , in dvārā varsā bhī jarūr milēgā .

¹⁷⁷You know that Baba has come to carry out establishment and you will also definitely receive your inheritance through this one.

¹⁷⁹Bākī prērṇā sē thōṛēhī kām chaltā hai .

¹⁷⁸However, nothing can be achieved through inspiration.

¹⁸⁰Teacher kō kahē̃gē kyā ki ham āpkī prērṇā sē paṛh lē̃gē .

¹⁷⁹Would you tell your teacher that you will be able to study everything through his inspiration?

¹⁸¹Prērṇā sē agar sab kuchh hōtā tō śhiv jayantī kyō̃ manāī jātī  ?

¹⁸⁰If everything could be done through inspiration, why is the birthday of Shiva celebrated?

¹⁸²Prērṇā sē karnē vālē key|kī tō śhiv jayantī manānē key|kī darkār nahī̃ .

¹⁸¹In that case, there would be no need to celebrate the birthday of Shiva, the One who did everything by inspiration.

¹⁸³Jayantī tō sabhī ātmāō̃ key|kī hōtī hai .

¹⁸²There are the birthdays of all souls.

¹⁸⁴Ātmāyē̃ sab jīv mē̃ ātī haĩ .

¹⁸³All souls enter bodies.

¹⁸⁵Ātmā aur śharīr jab miltē haĩ tō part bajātē haĩ .

¹⁸⁴A soul plays a part when both that soul and his body come together.

¹⁸⁶Ātmā kā tō svadharm hai śhānt , usmē̃ hī knowledge dhāraṇ hōtī hai .

¹⁸⁵The original religion of souls is peace. ¹⁸⁶Knowledge is imbibed by souls.

¹⁸⁷Ātmā hī achchhā-burā saṅskār lē jātī hai .

¹⁸⁷It is the souls who take good and bad sanskars with them.

¹⁸⁸Bāp tō svarg kā rachayitā hai .

¹⁸⁸The Father is the Creator of heaven.

¹⁸⁹Vahā̃ tō pavitratā hī hai . ¹⁹⁰Apavitratā kā nām-niśhān nahī̃ hai .

¹⁸⁹There is only purity there; there is no name or trace of impurity.

¹⁹¹Yah hai viṣhay sāgar .

¹⁹⁰This is an ocean of poison.

¹⁹²Kitnā clear samjhāyā jātā hai tō bhī kiskī buddhi mē̃ nahī̃ ātā parantu tum kiskō bhī dōṣh nahī̃ dētē hō . ¹⁹³Drama K|kē bandhan mē̃ sab bāndhē huē haĩ .

¹⁹¹It is explained so clearly. ¹⁹²In spite of that, this doesn't sit in anyone’s intellect, but you cannot blame anyone; everyone is tied in the bondage of the drama.

¹⁹⁴Tum samajhtē hō - sīṛhī sē ūpar sē nīchē utar āyē haĩ .

¹⁹³You understand that you have come down the ladder from the very top.

¹⁹⁵Ḍrāmānusār hamkō utarnā hī hai phir bāp kahtē haĩ - ab chaṛhnē kē liē puruṣhārth karnā hai .

¹⁹⁴According to the drama, we have to fall down. ¹⁹⁵So the Father says: Now make effort to climb up.

¹⁹⁶Parantu jinkī takdīr mē̃ nahī̃ hai vah aisē kahtē haĩ .

¹⁹⁶However, those who do not have it in their fortune are the ones who say it.

¹⁹⁷Jō aisē kahtē haĩ unsē samajh jātē haĩ ki iskī takdīr mē̃ nahī̃ hai .

¹⁹⁷Those who say it understand that it is not in their fortune.

¹⁹⁸2-4 varṣh chaltē-chaltē bhī gir paṛtē haĩ .

¹⁹⁸Even after being here for two to four years, some fall.

¹⁹⁹Mahsūs bhī kartē haĩ ki hamnē baṛī bhūl kī hai . ²⁰⁰Baṛī chōṭ khāī .

¹⁹⁹Then, they realise that they have made a great mistake and that they have hurt themselves very badly.

²⁰¹Yah bhī ādhākalp key|kī bīmārī hai , cum|kam nahī̃ hai .

²⁰⁰This is a sickness of half a cycle; it is not a small thing!

²⁰²Ādhākalp K|kē rōgī haĩ .

²⁰¹You have been diseased for half a cycle.

²⁰³Bhōgī bannē sē rōgī ban jātē haĩ .

²⁰²By indulging in sensual pleasures (bhogi) you become diseased (rogi).

²⁰⁴Tō bāp ākar puruṣhārth karvātē haĩ .

²⁰³The Father comes and inspires you to make effort.

²⁰⁵Śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa kō yōgēśhvar kahtē haĩ .

²⁰⁴Krishna is also called Yogeshwar.

²⁰⁶Is samay tum sachchē-sachchē yōgī hō , yōgēśhvar tumkō yōg sikhlātē haĩ .

²⁰⁵At this time you are true yogis. ²⁰⁶Yogeshwar is teaching you yoga.

²⁰⁷Tum gyān-gyānēśhvar bhī hō phir banē̃gē rāj-rājēśhvar .

²⁰⁷You are also gyan-gyaneshwar and will then become raj-rajeshwar (princes and princesses).

²⁰⁸Gyān sē tum dhanvān bantē hō , yōg sē nirōgī ever healthy bantē hō .

²⁰⁸Through this knowledge you become wealthy and through yoga you become free from disease and ever healthy.

²⁰⁹Ādhākalp kē liē tumhārē sab duḥkh dūr hō jātē haĩ tō iskē liē kitnā puruṣhārth karnā chāhiē .

²⁰⁹All of your sorrow is being removed for half a cycle. ²¹⁰Therefore, how much effort should you be making for this?

²¹⁰Achchhā  !

²¹¹Achcha.

²¹¹Mīṭhē-mīṭhē sikīladhē bachchō̃ prati māt-pitā bāpdādā kā yād-pyār aur good morning .

²¹²To you sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada.

²¹²Rūhānī bāp kī rūhānī bachchō̃ kō namastē .

²¹³The spiritual Father says namaste to you spiritual children.

²¹³Dhārṇā kē liē mukhya sār  :

²¹⁴Essence for dharna:

²¹⁴1 ) pāvan bannē kē liē aśharīrī bannē kā abhyās karnā hai .

²¹⁵1. In order to become pure, practise being bodiless.

²¹⁵Sabkō paigām dēnā hai ki ēk bāp kō yād karō .

²¹⁶Give everyone the message to remember the one Father.

²¹⁶Dēh sahit sab kuchh bhūl jāō .

²¹⁷Forget everything including your body.

²¹⁷2 ) yōgēśhvar bāp sē yōg sīkhkar sachchā-sachchā yōgī bannā hai .

²¹⁸2. Study yoga with the Yogeshwar Father and become a true yogi.

²¹⁸Gyān sē dhanvān aur yōg sē nirōgī , ever healthy bannā hai .

²¹⁹Through this knowledge become wealthy and through yoga become free from disease and ever healthy.

²¹⁹Vardān  : nimitt banī huī ātmāō̃ dvārā karmayōgī bannē kā vardān prāpt karnē vālē master vardātā bhav

²²⁰Blessing: May you take the blessing of becoming a karma yogi from the instrument souls and thereby become a master bestower of blessings.

²²⁰Jab kōī bhī chīz sākār mē̃ dēkhī jātī hai tō usē jaldī grahaṇ kiyā jā saktā hai , isliē nimitt banī huī jō śhrēṣhṭh ātmāyē̃ haĩ unhō̃ key|kī service , tyāg , snēh , sarv K|kē sahyōgīpan kā practical karma dēkhkar jō prērṇā miltī hai vahī vardān ban jātā hai .

²²¹When you see something being done physically, you can easily do it, and this is why, when you are inspired on seeing the practical form of service, renunciation, love and co-operation of all the elevated instrument souls, it becomes a blessing for you.

²²¹Jab nimitt banī huī ātmāō̃ kō karma kartē huē in guṇō̃ key|kī dhārṇā mē̃ dēkhtē hō tō sahaj karmayōgī bannē kā jaisē vardān mil jātā hai .

²²²When you see the instrument souls use their inculcation of virtues while working, it is as though you easily receive a blessing to become a karma yogi.

²²²Jō aisē vardān prāpt kartē rahtē vah svayã bhī master vardātā ban jātē haĩ .

²²³Those who continue to take such blessings become master bestowers of blessings themselves.

²²³Slōgan  : nām K|kē ādhār par sēvā karnā arthāt ūñch pad mē̃ nām pīchhē kar lēnā .

²²⁴Slogan: To do service on the basis of earning a name means to put your name at the back when it comes to receiving a high status.

²²⁴Yē avyakt iśhārē - apavitratā K|kē bīj kō bhī samāpt kar sampūrṇ svachchha ( pavitra ) banō

²²⁶Avyakt Signal: Finish the seed of impurity and become completely clean (pure).

²²⁵Pavitratā key|kī niśhānī hai - svachchhatā , satyatā .

²²⁷The sign of purity is cleanliness and truth.

²²⁶Agar sārē din mē̃ chāhē uṭhnē mē̃ , chāhē baiṭhnē mē̃ , chāhē bōlnē mē̃ , chāhē sēvā karnē mē̃ , chāhē sthūl sēvā key|kī vā sūkṣhma sēvā key|kī lēkin agar vidhipūrvak nahī̃ key|kī , vidhi mē̃ bhī agar zarā-sā antar rah gayā tō vō bhī svachchhatā arthāt pavitratā nahī̃ hai .

²²⁸Throughout the day, whether you are sitting, moving around, speaking, or doing physical or subtle service, if it is not done in the right way, if there is the slightest difference in your way of doing it, then that too is not cleanliness, which means that it is not purity.

²²⁷Apavitratā sirph kiskō duḥkh dēnā yā pāp karma karnā nahī̃ hai lēkin svayã mē̃ satyatā , svachchhatā vidhipūrvak agar anubhav kartē hō tō pavitra hō .

²²⁹Simply to cause someone sorrow or to perform a sinful action is not the only impurity. ²³⁰However, if you experience truth and cleanliness in yourself in the right way, then you are pure.
