¹pavitrata ka sambandh karmayog se hai, mukti se shreshtha karmayog hai

¹Purity is connected with Karma yoga; Karma yoga is more elevated than liberation.

²sabhi manushyaatmaayen dharma-adharma, sukh-duhkh, gyaan-agyaan, right-rang— yeh shabd to kehti hain। ³parantu iski asli knowledge kya hai, isse anjaan hain।

²All human beings speak of righteousness and irreligiousness, happiness and sorrow, knowledge and ignorance and right and wrong, but they are totally ignorant of what these things really mean.

⁴dharma ki sthaapna va adharma ka vinaash karne paramatma ko aana padta hai।

³The Supreme Soul has to come to establish a religion and to destroy irreligiousness.

⁵yeh vinaash, sthaapna ka kartavya ek paramatma hi kar sakta hai।

⁴Only the Supreme Soul can carry out the task of establishment and destruction.

⁶jabki yeh kaam paramatma hi karte hain to zaroor dharma-adharma, gyaan-agyaan ko jaanne vaala bhi woh hoga।

⁵Since only the Supreme Soul can carry out thi,s task, He must also know about religion and irreligiousness, knowledge and ignorance.

⁷srishti ke niyam anusaar ham jaante hain ki karmon ke aadhaar par hi srishti ka chakra bana hua hai।

⁶We know that, according to the law of nature, the world cycle is based on karma.

⁸aatma ko karmon mein aana hai।

⁷The soul has to perform karma.

⁹karma anaadi hi hai। ¹⁰isliye paramatma ne bhi karma-yog ko siddha kiya hai।

⁸Karma is eternal and this is why the Supreme Soul has taught us about karma yoga.

¹¹unko jaanna hai।

⁹We have to know about that.

¹²us asli shreshtha karma ko na jaanne ke kaaran hi viyog ho gaya hai, gire padte hain।

¹⁰Because we did not know what those really elevated actions were, we became separated and fell.

¹³paramatma ne aakar ke shreshtha karma karna sikhaaya hai।

¹¹The Supreme Soul came and taught us how to perform elevated action.

¹⁴saari srishti par dharma sthaapna kar adharma vinaash kiya, woh bhi karma se na ।

¹²He established religion throughout the entire world and destroyed irreligiousness. ¹³He did that by performing action.

¹⁵aur vahi karma sthaapna kiye jisse saari srishti pavitra-sukh-shaantimay bani ।

¹⁴He established a religion through which the entire world became peaceful, pure and happy.

¹⁶paramatma ne siddha kiya karmayog ko, na ki karma sannyaas ko ।

¹⁵The Supreme Soul explained about karma yoga and not karma sannyas (the renunciation of karma).

¹⁷right aur rang karma ki knowledge honi chaahiye ।

¹⁶There should be knowledge about karma and whether something is right or wrong.

¹⁸yeh jo kehte hain ki mukta ho jaana achha hai, phir to karma ki baat hi nahin hai ।

¹⁷When people say that it is good to be liberated, there is then no question of karma.

¹⁹bhagwan ne to karmayog sikhaaya hai ki is part mein hote in karmon ke aadhaar se manushyon ki aisi sarvottam avastha rah sakti hai ।

¹⁸God taught us karma yoga - that whilst playing this part and on the basis of this karma, human beings can create that elevated stage.

²⁰saari manushya srishti ki hi baat hai ।

¹⁹Everything applies to the human world.

²¹agar mukti shreshtha hoti to paramatma karmayog ko shreshtha kyon rakhta ?

²⁰If liberation were elevated why would the Supreme Soul give more importance to karma?

²²phir to kehte – karma-akarma se jo nyaari cheez hai vahi praapta karni chaahiye ।

²¹If He did, then He would say: You should attain that which is beyond karma and akarma.

²³paramatma ne to raajayog siddha kiya hai।

²²But the Supreme Soul has taught Raja Yoga.

²⁴paramatma ke sab mahaavaakya pravritti ko hi siddha karte hain ।

²³All the elevated versions of the Supreme Soul point towards family life.

²⁵is rachna mein woh pravritti kaisi chaahiye jismen pavitrata, sukh aur shanti ho ?

²⁴What kind of family should there be in this creation and through which there can be purity, happiness and peace?

²⁶'pavitrata' shabd hi karmayog ke saath taaluk rakhta hai ।

²⁵The word "purity" is connected with karma yoga.

²⁷aise nahin ki mukta ho jaane ko pavitrata kaha jaata hai ।

²⁶It isn't that liberation means purity.

²⁸vahaan to na pavitrata hai, na apvitrata hai ।

²⁷There, there is neither purity nor impurity.

²⁸The words "karma yoga" and "pure karma" apply to human beings.

²⁹aatma aai hi hai is karmakshetra par part bajaane ।

²⁹The soul has come onto this field of action to play a part.

³⁰karmayog, pravritti – ye manushya srishti ki baat hai ।

³⁰Karma yoga and family life refer to the human world.

³¹baaki mukta to sab honge hi ।

³¹However, everyone will be liberated.

³²paramatma ne manushyon ko hi samjhaaya hai ki kaise pavitra, apvitra bane hain ?

³²God has explained only to human beings how those who were pure became impure.

³³manushya srishti ke khel par hi yeh shabd hai ।

³³These words only apply to the game of the human world.

³⁴dharma-adharma akshar hi part ke saath hain ।

³⁴The words "religion" and "irreligiousness" are also connected with a part.

³⁵samajhte hain – kaise part mein hote pravritti ko pavitra rakho ।

³⁵God explains how you can keep your family life pure.

³⁶karmon ki hi baat hain ।

³⁶It is a question of karma.

³⁷aatma sadaiv nyaari bhi nahin rah sakti hai ।

³⁷The soul cannot always remain detached.

³⁸manushya ke liye hi purushaartha hai – apni pravritti ko pavitra banaana ।

³⁸Only human beings make effort to make their household pure.

³⁹mukta ho jaae to phir khel ki baat hi nahin isliye paramatma ne bhi karmayog ko shreshtha kiya hai ।

³⁹If they were to be liberated there would be no question of any game, and therefore God has given more importance to karma yoga.

⁴⁰shreshtha karmon se praarabdha bhi shreshtha banti hai ।

⁴⁰Through elevated karma you create an elevated reward.

⁴¹shreshtha karma is sahaj gyaan aur sahaj yog se hi bante hai ।

⁴¹You can only perform elevated karma on the basis of this easy knowledge and easy yoga.

⁴²yeh hai antim janma।

⁴²This is the last birth.

⁴³karmabandhan ki jo pravritti hai usse hamko hisaab-kitaab chuktu karna hai, badalna hai ।

⁴³We have to settle the karmic accounts that were created with the creation through the bondage of karma. ⁴⁴There has to be transformation.

⁴⁴is janma ke liye hi kehte hain – pavitra bano ।

⁴⁵It is said of this birth: Be pure.

⁴⁵phir to rahoge bhi practical pavitra jeevan mein।

⁴⁶Later, you would actually be leading a pure life.

⁴⁶duniya pavitra chali hai na ।

⁴⁷The world still continues even while there is purity.

⁴⁷unho ke yaadgaar kaayam hai ।

⁴⁸There are memorials of this created eternally.

⁴⁸sab kuchh pravritti chali hui hai ।

⁴⁹There has been a creation of every stage.

⁴⁹nirvikaarta gaai hui hai । ⁵⁰nahin to pavitra-apvitra shabd den hi nahin।

⁵⁰The stage of being viceless is also remembered, otherwise, there would not be the words "pure" and "impure".

⁵¹amar srishti ka niyam hi hai vikaar mein jaana to phir apvitrata akshar kyon kaha hai ?

⁵¹If it were the law of the world to indulge in sin why is the term "impure" used?

⁵²yeh samajhne ki baat hai।

⁵²This is something to be understood.

⁵³ab ham woh purushaartha karte hain jisse pavitra pravritti bane।

⁵³Now we are making this effort to make our household pure.

⁵⁴ab karmaateet avastha dhaaran karni hai।

⁵⁴We must now adopt the karmateet stage.

⁵⁵woh duniya hi is duniya se nyaari hai।

⁵⁵That world is completely different from this world.

⁵⁶woh nyaari duniya paramatma dvaara hi rachi jaati hai।

⁵⁶That different world is created only by the Supreme Soul.

⁵⁷manushya samajhte hain--jaise is manushya srishti ki vriddhi hoti aai hain aise hi hoti rahegi।

⁵⁷People think that the human world will continue to expand in the same way as it has done.

⁵⁸paramatma kehte hain-- main jo pavitra srishti rachta hoon, usmein praarabdha bhi main abhi deta hoon।

⁵⁸But God says: I create the pure world and I also give to you the reward of it at this time.

⁵⁹nirvikaareepne se hi srishti ki vriddhi hoti hai।

⁵⁹The world expands through being viceless.

⁶⁰vahaan vikaar ki baat hi nahin rehti।

⁶⁰There, there is no question of vice.

⁶¹pavitrata ke aadhaar se srishti ki vriddhi chali hai।

⁶¹The world has expanded because of purity.

⁶²paramatma anaadi pravritti, anaadi karma ko siddha karte hain।

⁶²God explains about the eternal household and the original actions.

⁶³yeh hai hi karmakshetra।

⁶³This is the field of action.

⁶⁴achhe aur bure karma ko jaanna hai।

⁶⁴You have to know about good and bad actions.

⁶⁵puraane karmabandhan se chhootna hai, isliye ham purushaartha kar rahe hain। ⁶⁶phir to hai hi praarabdha।

⁶⁵You have to be liberated from the old karmic bondages. ⁶⁶This is why we are making effort, and then there is just the reward.

⁶⁷phir yeh prashn nahin uthega ki srishti ki vriddhi kaise hogi, srishti pavitra kaise rahegi ?

⁶⁷At that time, there will be no question of how the world population can increase or how they can remain pure.

⁶⁸woh to rachayita hi jaante hain na।

⁶⁸Only the Creator knows that.

⁶⁹paramatma ne kaha hai— yeh vikram hai।

⁶⁹God has said: This is sinful action.

⁷⁰vikram se srishti ki jo vriddhi hoti hai unka nateeja to dekh rahe hain।

⁷⁰You can see the consequences of the world having expanded through sinful action.

⁷¹paramatma ki tarkeeb zaroor nyaari hogi na।

⁷¹The methods of God would definitely be unique.

⁷²duniya vaalon ki buddhi mein yeh sankalp bhi nahin aa sakta ki aisi bhi duniya ban sakti hai।

⁷²The intellects of the people of the world cannot even imagine that such a world can be created.

⁷³baap samajhte hain— meri srishti hi pavitra hai।

⁷³Baba explains: My world is pure.

⁷⁴vahaan karma, akarma hote hain।

⁷⁴Actions there are pure.

⁷⁵tamoguni buddhi to yeh mahsoos nahin kar sakti ki pavitra pravritti kaise chali hai।

⁷⁵An impure intellect cannot understand how a pure world can continue.

⁷⁶part se nyaara hona, woh koi stage nahin hai।

⁷⁶To be separated from your part is not a stage.

⁷⁷pravritti ki srishti hi oonch gai hui hai।

⁷⁷The world of family life is remembered as being elevated.

⁷⁸yeh samajhna manushyon ke liye mushkil ho gaya hai।

⁷⁸It has become difficult for human beings to understand this.

⁷⁹tab to girte aae hain।

⁷⁹This is why they have been falling.

⁸⁰duhkh ka hisaab-kitaab duhkh taraf kheenchata hai, sukh ka hisaab-kitaab sukh taraf kheenchata hai।

⁸⁰The karmic accounts of sorrow pull them towards sorrow, whereas the karmic accounts of happiness pull them towards happiness.

⁸¹yeh contrast samajhna hai।

⁸¹You have to understand this contrast.

⁸²srishti ke vriddhi ki to ab baat hi nahin hai।

⁸²Now there is no question of the world expanding any further.

⁸³ab to vaapas lautna hai।

⁸³We now have to return home.

⁸⁴karmabandhan se chhootne ke liye poori pavitrata dhaaran karni hai।

⁸⁴In order to be liberated from karmic bondages, you have to imbibe complete purity.
