1Nirantar yōg mē̃ sthit rahnē key|kī sahaj yukti

1The easy method to stay in a stage of constant yoga.

2Om shanti.

2Jis chīj sē snēh hōtā hai us chīj key|kī yād ātī hai aur snēh tab hōtā hai jab ussē kuchh prāpti hōtī hai . 3Yah anādi kāydā hai .

3Whatever you have love for is automatically remembered, and there is love for something when there is some attainment from it. this is the eternal law.

4Ab hamārā bhī paramātmā kē sāth snēh hai .

4We now have love for God.

5Ham anubhav sē kah saktē haĩ ki paramātmā dvārā hamē̃ sab kuchh prāpt huā thā aur ab bhī prāpt hō rahā hai . 6Jis dvārā prāpt hōtā hai , ussē snēh rahtā hai aur jissē snēh hai unkī yād ātī hai .

5We can speak with experience that we had attained everything from God, and we are attaining it even now. There is love for whomever you attain something from and, because of this love you remember that person automatically.

7Usmē̃ gyān aur yōg dōnō̃ ā jātā hai .

6So both knowledge and yoga are included in this.

8Gyān sē snēh rahēgā , snēh sē yād rahēgī .

7Through knowledge, you will have love and through having love, you will have remembrance.

9Yah sab bātē̃ samajhnē kī haĩ .

8All these are matters to be understood.

10Jō chīj milnē kī hai vah anubhav hōtī hai . 11Milnē key|kī chīj hai sukh-śhānti .

9You experience whatever you are to receive and this is peace and happiness.

12Jitnā-jitnā ham jāntē jātē haĩ , utnā anubhav hōtā jātā hai .

10The more we know, the more we experience.

13Aśhānti sē śhānti , duḥkh sē sukh ab prāpt hō rahā hai .

11From peacelessness we are attaining peace and from sorrow we are now attaining happiness.

14Pīchhē tō hōgī hī prālabdh .

12Later, there will just be the reward.

15Ab dōnō̃ chīj kā contrast sāmnē rakh saktē haĩ .

13You can now keep in mind the contrast between both of these.

16Anubhav K|kē ādhār sē kah saktē haĩ ki paramātmā kē sāth ab hamārā snēh baṛhtā jātā hai .

14On the basis of your experience you can say that your love for God is now increasing.

17Yōg kē liē kōī sthūl sādhnā key|kī bāt nahī̃ hai .

15Having yoga does not involve any physical endeavour.

18Knowledge sē anubhav mē̃ haĩ , anubhav sē unkī yād āpēhī rahtī hai .

16We can experience Him through knowledge and through experiencing Him we are automatically able to remember Him.

19Yād natural chīj hai .

17Remembrance is something natural.

20Ham unkō kitnā bhī miṭāyēṅgē parantu vah chīj miṭēgī nahī̃ .

18No matter how much we try to erase it, it cannot be erased.

21Yād kī tarkīb baṛī sahaj hai .

19The method of remembrance is very easy.

22Sambandh sē yād hai hī hai .

20In a relationship, there is automatic remembrance.

23Yah bhī ham jāntē haĩ ki vah sabkō sukh dēnē vālā hai .

21We also know that He is the One who gives happiness to everyone.

24Vah sab kuchh prāpt karānē vālā ākar upasthit huā hai .

22The One who enables us to attain everything is now present here.

25Ab prāpti kā anubhav hō rahā hai .

23We are now having the experience of attaining something.

26Tō unkā hī snēh rahtā hai , unkī hī yād rahtī hai .

24And so we have love for Him alone and remember Him alone.

27Yah anubhav key|kī bātē̃ haĩ .

25These are things that one experiences.

28Snēh kā ādhār anubhav kē ūpar hai .

26Love depends on experience.

29Jitnā anubhav key|kī prāpti utnā snēh baṛhtā rahēgā .

27The more attainment we experience, the greater our love.

30Snēh sē yād baṛhēgī .

28Remembrance also increases because of love.

31Ab is duniyā K|kē duḥkh K|kē āsār pratyakṣha hōtē jātē haĩ , tō jarur unkē pīchhē sukh-śhānti hai .

29The signs of sorrow in this world are now becoming visible, and there must definitely be peace and happiness afterwards.

32Anubhav sē ham kah saktē haĩ ki yah prāpti hō rahī hai .

30Through our experience we can say that we are attaining this.

33Tō jarur hamārā buddhiyōg aur taraph sē haṭ unkē sāth hī rahēgā .

31So the yoga of our intellect would definitely be removed from all other directions and be connected with One.

34Kōī-kōī pūchhtē haĩ – «  hamārī kab-kab avasthā nīchē-ūpar kyō̃ hōtī hai  ?

32Some ask: Why does our stage fluctuate sometimes?

35४ din achchhī rahtī tō ६ din ānand , khuśhī , ullās nahī̃ rahtā .

33For four days we have happiness and then for eight days, there is no bliss, happiness, zeal or enthusiasm.

36 » jitnā-jitnā knowledge hōgā utnā snēh baṛhēgā , utnī hī yād aṭūṭ lagātār rahēgī .

34The more knowledge you have, the more your love will increase. 35And to that extent you will have unbroken. constant remembrance.

37Bhal kōī aur kārya hōgā tō bhī buddhi mē̃ vah bāt ghūmtī rahēgī .

36Even if you are doing something else physically, that remembrance will continue to spin in your intellect.

38Tō yah yād bhī aisī chīj hai jō hamārē bhūlānē sē bhī nahī̃ bhūlēgī .

37So this remembrance is also such that even if you try to forget it, you are not able to do so.

39Jitnā-jitnā ham knowledge kō jāntē anubhav kō pātē jāyēṅgē utnā yād baṛhtī jāyēgī .

38The more knowledge we come to acquire and the more experiences we have, the more our remembrance will increase.

40Ismē̃ hāth-pā̃v sē karnē key|kī bāt nahī̃ .

39There is no question of doing anything with your hands and feet.

41Jitnā knowledge kā anubhav hōgā utnā snēh rahēgā aur jitnā snēh utnā aṭūṭ yād athavā nirantar yād rahēgī .

40The more experience of knowledge you have, the more love you have, and the more love you have the more you will have unbroken, that is, constant, remembrance.

42Yah hai practical bāt .

41This is something that is actually possible.

43Jaisē un bātō̃ mē̃ practical jīvan chaltī thī , ab unkō badalkar yah practical jīvan banānī hai .

42Just as you had practical experience of these things in that life, you now have to change that life and create this life.

44Jīvan kō sirph badalnā hai .

43You simply have to change your life.

45Kitnī sahaj bāt hai  !

44It is so easy!

46Bāhar kā kōī ṭhāṭh nahī̃ .

45There is, no external splendour.

47Kahā̃ jagãl ādi mē̃ jānā athavā sādhnā karnā , iskī bhī darkār nahī̃ hai .

46There is no need to go into the jungle or to make spiritual endeavour either.

48Uṭhtē-baiṭhtē , bōlatē-calatē , āhār-vihār , khān-pān ādi sabmē̃ vah natural change ā jātī hai . 49Kōī ēk-ēk bāt kē liē sādhan nahī̃ karnā paṛtā .

47There is a natural change in your waking moments, in your way of sitting, speaking, eating and interacting. You do not have to find a different method for each thing individually.

50Sab bātō̃ mē̃ palṭā ( parivartan ) automatically ā jātā hai .

48There is automatic transformation in every aspect.

51Aisē nahī̃ ki yōg kē liē kōī alag sādhnā karnī paṛēgī .

49It isn't that you have to make a different kind of effort in order to have yoga.

52Ismē̃ tō automatically vr̥iti badal jātī hai .

50Here, your attitude automatically changes.

53Sūkṣhma , sthūl āntarik avasthā ādi sab bātō̃ mē̃ change ā jātī hai . 54Sthiti bhī badal jātī hai .

51Your subtle, physical and internal stages all automatically change; your stage changes.

55Man-vāṇī-karm ikṭṭhā-ikṭṭhā badal jātā hai .

52Your thoughts, words and actions change at the same time.

56Phir jab ātmā pure hō jātī hai tō śharīr bhī pure miltā hai .

53Then when the soul becomes pure, it also receives a pure body.

57Śharīr kē ūpar bhī ātmā K|kē saṅskārō̃ kā sambandh hai .

54The body has a connection with the sanskars of the soul.

58Kōī samajhtē haĩ - " hamārē mē̃ krōdh hai , mōh hai uskā kyā upāya karē̃  ?

55Some say: I have anger or attachment, so what can I do?

59Na chāhtē bhī hō jātā hai " .

56I become angry even when I don't want to.

60Parantu uskē liē kōī alag upāya nahī̃ hai .

57There is no separate method for dealing with that.

61Upāya ēk hī hai ki ēk bāp kō yād karō .

58There is only one method and that is to remember the Father.

62Yād sē sab vikār samāpt hō jāyēṅgē .

59Through remembrance all your sins will be destroyed.

63Parantu yah sab samajhnē key|kī bātē̃ haĩ .

60But all these are things to be understood.

64Achchhā .

61Achcha.

65Ōm śhānti .

62Om shanti.
