¹Ātmā aur śharīr – dōnō̃ key|kī khūbsūrtī kā ādhār ' karma ' hai

¹The beauty of the soul and the body is based on karma.

²Ōm śhānti .

²Om shanti.

³Sūrat aur sīrat - sūrat kahā jātā hai rup kō , sīrat kahā jātā hai guṇō̃ kō .

³Features and character. ⁴The features are the form and the character is the virtues.

⁴Yah dōnō̃ chīj bantī haĩ saṅskārō̃ K|kē ādhār sē .

⁵Both these are created on the basis of sanskars.

⁵Ātmā gyān sē ḵẖūbṣhūrat athavā prakāśhmay bantī hai .

⁶The soul becomes beautiful, that is, full of light, through knowledge.

⁶Jaisē paramātmā sabsē tējōmay hai nā . ⁷Tō yah tēj aur guṇ bhī saṅskārō̃ K|kē ādhār par rahtē haĩ . ⁸Jis ādhār par phir śharīr bhī aisā pure miltā hai .

⁷God is the brightest of all, so too the virtues and this brightness are based on sanskars, and on this basis, you also receive a pure body.

⁹Śharīr kā rup bhī saṅskārō̃ K|kē ādhār par bantā hai .

⁸The form of the body is also based on sanskars.

¹⁰Śharīr aur ātmā key|kī khūbsūrtī - dōnō̃ kā ādhār hai manuṣhya K|kē karmō̃ par aur karma sē phir jō saṅskār bantē haĩ vah us anusār .

⁹The beauty of the soul and the body are both based on the karma, performed by the self, and then sanskars are also created accordingly on the basis of karma.

¹¹Ab hamārā puruṣhārth hai ki ham ātmā kō ḵẖūbṣhūrat banāyē̃ .

¹⁰At present, our effort is to make the soul beautiful.

¹²Tō yah sab hō gayā ātmā K|kē ādhār par .

¹¹All this is dependent on the soul.

¹³Jitnā-jitnā ātmā kō ūñchā uṭhāyēṅgē utnā ātmā ḵẖūbṣhūrat hōgī aur sīrat bhī aisī hōgī .

¹²The more we uplift the soul, the more beautiful it becomes, and its character will also be aocordingly.

¹⁴Ātmā kē sāth dēh kā sambandh hai , dēh kē sāth sab sambandhō̃ kā connection hai .

¹³The body is connected with the soul, and all relationships are connected with the body.

¹⁵In sabkō ādhār milā hai ātmā K|kē saṅskārō̃ kā .

¹⁴All of these have been based on the sanskars of the soul.

¹⁶Jitnā-jitnā unkō prakāśhmay banāyēṅgē tō phir guṇ bhī aisē rahē̃gē .

¹⁵The more you make your soul sparkle, the more your virtues will also be like that.

¹⁷Ātmā kō hī śhuddha banānā hai .

¹⁶The soul has to be purified.

¹⁸Ātmā K|kē purified hōnē sē yah sab kuchh pure banēgā .

¹⁷When the soul is'purified, everything becomes pure.

¹⁹Sūrat aur sīrat ātmā key|kī banānī hai . ²⁰Banānē vālā vah hai .

¹⁸The form and character of the soul must be created, and the One who creates them is that One.

²¹Ātmā badal jātī tō śharīr bhī badal jātā hai .

¹⁹When the soul changes, the body also changes.

²²Sārī sajāvaṭ badal jātī hai .

²⁰All its decoration changes.

²³Tō apnā attention hai ātmā par .

²¹So now our attention is on the soul.

²⁴Sabsē ḵẖūbṣhūrat tō paramātmā hī hai jis dvārā hī sab ātmāyē̃ purified bantī haĩ .

²²The most beautiful One is God, through whom all souls are purified.

²⁵Paramātmā immortal hai . ²⁶Ātmā phir bhī badaltī hai .

²³God is immortal, but the soul goes through change.

²⁷Tō apnā attention hai ātmā key|kī taraph .

²⁴So our attention is on the soul.

²⁸Insē sārī rachnā ḵẖūbṣhūrat hō jāyēgī , jiskō svarg kahā jātā hai .

²⁵The entire creation will become beautiful through Him, and then it is called heaven.

²⁹Svarg kō hī sabsē ḵẖūbṣhūrat kahē̃gē .

²⁶Heaven is said to be the most beautiful place of all.

³⁰Sārī khūbsūrtī kā ādhār ātmā par hai .

²⁷The basis of beauty is the soul.

³¹Unkō bhī itnā immortal banānā hai jō itnā samay unkī sūrat aur sīrat dōnō̃ kāyam chalē̃ .

²⁸You have to make it immortal to such an extent that the beauty of its features and character remain permanent for all time.

³²Sūrat ḵẖūbṣhūrat hai tō avaśhya sīrat bhī aisī rahēgī .

²⁹If the character is beautiful, then the features will definitely also be so.
