¹Aśharīrī avasthā hī sarvōttam avasthā hai

¹The bodiless stage is the most elevated.

²Ātmā pahlē aśharīrī hai jiskō nirākār kahtē haĩ .

²The soul is at first bodiless and it is said to be incorporeal.

³Śharīr kō pīchhē dhāraṇ kartī hai .

³It adopts a body later.

⁴Yah hai apnā lakṣhya .

⁴This is our aim.

⁵Lēkin kahnē mē̃ yah bhī common hai .

⁵But even this is common.

⁶Practical aśharīrī hōkar rahnē kā abhyās kōī kō bhī nahī̃ hai .

⁶No one has the practice of actually remaining bodiless.

⁷Jaisē bābā aśharīrī hai vaisē ham bhī bābā kē sāth vahā̃ baiṭhē haĩ .

⁷Just as Baba is bodiless, so also we are sitting with Baba in a bodiless stage.

⁸Tō uṭhtē-baiṭhtē yah avasthā rakhnī hai .

⁸So you have to have this stage whilst sitting, moving, walking etc.

⁹Jaisē bābā ātē haĩ , bōltē haĩ athavā karmēndriyō̃ kā ādhār lētē haĩ , phir aśharīrī hō jātē haĩ – vaisē ham ātmāō̃ kō bhī abhyās karnā hai .

⁹Just as Baba comes and speaks with the support of physical organs and then becomes bodiless, we souls also have to have the same practice.

¹⁰Yah hai sarvōttam avasthā .

¹⁰This is the most elevated stage.

¹¹Kachhuē misal śharīr mē̃ ākar kām karkē phir aśharīrī hōnā hai .

¹¹Like a tortoise, we have to enter a body, carry out our activities and then become bodiless again.

¹²Aisē bhī kām hōtē haĩ jō śharīr mē̃ ānē key|kī darkār nahī̃ rahtī hai .

¹²There are even certain activities for which we do not need to enter the body.

¹³Jitnā ham bābā key|kī yād mē̃ bābā kē sāth rahē̃gē utnī bābā key|kī tākat miltī rahēgī .

¹³We shall Continue to receive strength to the extent that we stay with Baba in His remembrance.

¹⁴Tō yahī avasthā dhāraṇ karnē kā puruṣhārth karnā hai .

¹⁴So you have to make effort to imbibe this stage.

¹⁵Jaisē bābā abhī-abhī śharīr mē̃ , abhī-abhī aśharīrī – vaisē ham bhī quick uṛnā sīkhē̃gē tō paṅkh nikal āyēṅgē .

¹⁵Just as one moment Baba is in the body and the next moment He becomes bodiless so, also, if we learn to fly as quickly as Baba does, our wings will emerge.

¹⁶Yah nayō̃ kē liē bāt nahī̃ hai .

¹⁶This is not a topic for new people.

¹⁷Unkē liē jaisē French bhāṣhā hai .

¹⁷This is like French to them.

¹⁸Purānō̃ kē liē yah dhārṇā hai .

¹⁸This dharna is for those who have been here longer.

¹⁹Yād K|kē bhī tarīkē haĩ nā .

¹⁹There is also a method for remembrance.

²⁰Apnī avasthā kō aisā halkā banānā hai .

²⁰You have to make your stage very light.

²¹Yahī bahut saral mīṭhī avasthā hai .

²¹This is a very simple and sweet stage.

²²Duty mē̃ rahtē athavā ghar mē̃ rahtē jō anēk bātē̃ vismr̥iti karātī haĩ , jissē chhōṭē-chhōṭē vikarma bantē haĩ , ussē safety kē liē hī yah abhyās kavach hai .

²²Whilst being on duty or whilst being in your home, this practice is like a shield of safety from the many things that make you forget and through which you commit little sins.

²³Phir māyā key|kī gōlī nahī̃ lagēgī .

²³Then you will not be shot by the bullet of Maya.

²⁴Jaisē bābā samajhtē yah śharīr loan par liyā hai , vaisē hamnē bhī service arth|earth yah śharīr liyā hai tō jitnā us avasthā mē̃ rahē̃gē utnā ५ bhūtō̃ sē safe rahē̃gē .

²⁴Just as Baba understands that He has taken this body on loan so, also, we have adopted this body for the sake of service. ²⁵So the more you stay in that stage, the safer you will remain from the five evil spirits.

²⁵Yah hai ati sūkṣhma .

²⁶This is extremely subtle.

²⁶Bāhar sē tō kōī tapasyā yā dhyān mē̃ nahī̃ jātē .

²⁷Externally you do not sit in tapasya or go into trance.

²⁷Vah dhyān key|kī department alag hai .

²⁸The department of trance is separate.

²⁸Uskō ham aśharīrī avasthā nahī̃ kahē̃gē .

²⁹We cannot call that the bodiless stage.

²⁹Yah point baṛī sūkṣhma hai .

³⁰These points are very subtle.

³⁰Iskā abhyās karnā hai .

³¹You have to practise this.

³¹Apnī safety kā sthān hī hai ki bāp kē pās chup kar aśharīrī hō baiṭh jānā . ³²Jaisē bachchē jab kisī bāt sē ḍartē haĩ tō mā̃-bāp key|kī gōd mē̃ chup kar baiṭh jātē haĩ .

³²Our place of safety is sitting quietly with the Father in a bodiless stage, just as a child quietly goes and sits in the lap of his parent when he is afraid of something.

³³Hamē̃ tō sārī knowledge hai , sab actors haĩ .

³³We fully understand that we are actors.

³⁴Kōī ulṭī rīti chaltā hai yah bhī unkā part hai - usmē̃ harṣh vā śhōk nahī̃ ātā .

³⁴If someone is doing something wrong, that is also his part. ³⁵There is no need for any excitement, or sorrow about it.

³⁵Iskī dhārṇā bahut achchhī chāhiē .

³⁶You need this dharna very well.

³⁶Jitnā jarurī hai utnā samay dhyān dēkar K|kē phir apnī smr̥iti mē̃ rahō .

³⁷You have to pay as much attention as is necessary and then maintain your awareness of the self, Whilst practising this, you will go and sit with Baba.

³⁷Aisē abhyās kartē bābā kē pās baiṭh jāyēṅgē . ³⁸Phir tō २१ janm - २५०० varṣh safe hō jātē haĩ . ³⁹Karma bhī śhrēṣhṭh rahtē haĩ .

³⁸Then you will remain safe for twenty-one births, for two thousand five hundred years and your karma is also elevated then.

⁴⁰Pāñch bhūt tō rahtē nahī̃ .

³⁹The five evil spiiits do not exist at that time.

⁴¹Tō jitnā vahā̃ rahē̃gē tō dēhī K|kē śhuddha svabhāv-sanskār jāgēṅgē .

⁴⁰So the more you stay in that awareness, the more the pure sanskars and the nature of the soul will emerge.

⁴²Yah hai apnē kō ūpar uṭhānē kē liē .

⁴¹This is for uplifting yourself.

⁴³Is pr̥ithvī sē ūñchā jā rahē haĩ .

⁴²You are going high up, away from this world.

⁴⁴Kahtē haĩ nā – dēvtāō̃ K|kē pair pr̥ithvī par nahī̃ rahtē haĩ .

⁴³It is said that the deities do not set foot on earth.

⁴⁵Yānī vikārī pr̥ithvī par nahī̃ ātē .

⁴⁴That is, they do not come onto the vicious earth.

⁴⁶Bākī pr̥ithvī tō vahā̃ bhī hai .

⁴⁵But the earth also exists there.

⁴⁷Tō ab hamkō yahā̃ sē pāṅw uṭhānā hai , lauṭnā hai .

⁴⁶So we have to lift our feet from here and return home.

⁴⁸Guru kā kām hai vāpas lē jānā .

⁴⁷A guru's duty is to take us back home.

⁴⁹Purify kar lauṭātē haĩ arthāt durgati sē sad ‌ gati mē̃ lē jātē haĩ .

⁴⁸He purifies us, that is, he takes us from degradation into salvation.

⁵⁰Yah hai puruṣhārth kar apnē kō uṛānā .

⁴⁹This involves making effort and making the self fly.

⁵¹Jaisē chhōṭē pañchhī kō uṛnā sikhātē haĩ , aisē bābā hamkō bhī uṛnā sikhātē haĩ .

⁵⁰Baba teaches us to fly in the same way as a small bird is taught how to fly.

⁵²Na sākārī duniyā , na ākārī lēkin nirākārī duniyā mē̃ aśharīrī hōkar rahnā hai .

⁵¹We have to remain bodiless in the incorporeal world, not in the corporeal or the subtle worlds.

⁵³Hai sārī buddhi key|kī saphāī .

⁵²All this is a matter of the cleanliness of the intellect.

⁵⁴Kahā hī jātā hai buddhiyōg .

⁵³The term used is: Yoga, of the intellect.

⁵⁵Hāth-pā̃v K|kē yōg-āsan tō bahut sikhātē haĩ .

⁵⁴Many people teach yoga for the hands and feet.

⁵⁶Lēkin yah hai buddhi key|kī saphāī jissē ātmā sāph hō jātī hai .

⁵⁵This, however, .requires cleanliness of the intellect through which the soul becomes clean.

⁵⁷Yah hai abhī kā puruṣhārth , phir kōī puruṣhārth nahī̃ karnā paṛtā hai .

⁵⁶This is the effort of the present time; then you will not have to make any effort.

⁵⁸Daivī sambandh abhī banātē haĩ २१ janm - २५०० varṣh kē liē .

⁵⁷You create divine relationships at this time for twenty-one births, for two thousand five hundred years.

⁵⁹Tō sārē anēk janmō̃ K|kē śhuddha pōtāmēl kō abhī banānā hai aur sārē anēk janmō̃ K|kē aśhuddh khātē kō khatm karnā hai .

⁵⁸So you have to create a clean register for many births at this time, and you have to finish the impure accounts.

⁶⁰Lōg samajhtē haĩ kōī kō duḥkh na dēnā , jhūṭh na bōlnā , gussā na karnā - yahī puruṣhārth karnā hai .

⁵⁹People think that making effort means not giving sorrow or telling lies or becoming angry.

⁶¹Lēkin ham kahtē - body-conscious mē̃ ānā hī ēk dō kō duḥkh dēnā hai .

⁶⁰However, we say: Even to come into body-consciousness means to give sorrow to one another.

⁶²Isliē aśharīrī hōkar rahnā hai .

⁶¹This is why you have to remain bodiless.

⁶³Bāhar sē tō kuchh karnā nahī̃ hai .

⁶²You do not have to do anything extema11y.

⁶⁴Dēkhō , dēvtāyē̃ kitnē fashionable haĩ , jaṛ chitrō̃ kō kitnā sajātē haĩ  ! ⁶⁵Tō jab vah hōṅgē unhō̃ K|kē mahal kitnē sajē-sajāyē hōṅgē  !

⁶³See how fashionable the deities are. ⁶⁴People decorate the non-living images so much So their palaces would be so beautifully decorated when they ·truly exist.

⁶⁶Viṣhṇu kitnā sajā sajāyā hai  !

⁶⁵Vishnu is so beautifully decorated.

⁶⁷Yahā̃ tō un-natural sajāvaṭ hai .

⁶⁶Here there are artificial decorations.

⁶⁸Vahā̃ lipstick , powder lagānē key|kī darkār nahī̃ rahtī .

⁶⁷There is no need to use lipstick or powder there.

⁶⁹Vahā̃ kōī aprāpta vastu nahī̃ rahtī hai .

⁶⁸There is nothing lacking.

⁷⁰Dūdh key|kī nadiyā̃ bahtī haĩ .

⁶⁹There are rivers of milk flowing.

⁷¹Aisē nahī̃ , nadiyō̃ mē̃ kōī dūdh bahtā hai , lēkin athāh rahtā hai .

⁷⁰It isn't that milk really flows in the. rivers, but that there is plenty of everything.

⁷²Kōī kamī nahī̃ .

⁷¹The deities lack nothing.

⁷³Pūrṇ sampatti hai .

⁷²They are fully prosperous.

⁷⁴Aisē tō nahī̃ yah kōī kalpanā hai .

⁷³That isn't imagination.

⁷⁵Yah knowledge tō kōī manuṣhya dē bhī nahī̃ saktē .

⁷⁴No human being can give this knowledge.

⁷⁶Paramātmā hī samjhātē haĩ .

⁷⁵Only God explains this.

⁷⁷Tō aisā puruṣhārth karnā hai jissē sab prāpti hō jāyē̃ .

⁷⁶So you have to make such effort as will enable you to attain everything.

⁷⁸Tab kahā hai sabhī yagyō̃ mē̃ sarvōttam , kyōṅki ismē̃ sab yagya svāhā hō jātē haĩ .

⁷⁷This is why it is said that this is the most elevated sacrificial fire of all, because all sacrificial fires are saaifired in it.

⁷⁹Sab bātō̃ mē̃ apnē kō sarvōttam rakhā hai .

⁷⁸You are praised as the most elevated in every respect.

⁸⁰Tab kahtē haĩ - - jahā̃ jīt , vahā̃ maĩ .

⁷⁹This is why it is said: I am there wherever there is victory.

⁸¹Hār tō māyā karātī hai .

⁸⁰Maya defeats you.

⁸²Aisē tō nahī̃ kahtē jahā̃ hār vahā̃ maĩ .

⁸¹It is not said: I am present where there is defeat.

⁸³Yah hai śhrēṣhṭh yagya paramātmā kā .

⁸²This is the elevated sacrificial fire of God.

⁸⁴Ham dēkh rahē haĩ ki vināśh K|kē āsār ātē jātē haĩ .

⁸³We can see the signs for destruction increasing.

⁸⁵Ham bhī unnati kō pātē jātē haĩ .

⁸⁴We are also progressing.

⁸⁶Aśharīrī bhī tab kahtē haĩ jab śharīr mē̃ haĩ .

⁸⁵You are also said to be bodiless whilst you are in a body.

⁸⁷Aśharīrīpan key|kī avasthā kō bhūl gayē haĩ , isliē pakkā karātē haĩ .

⁸⁶You have forgotten the bodiless stage and this is why you are made to develop it properly.

⁸⁸Vah bhī kaisā saral mīṭhā tarīkā hai  !

⁸⁷The method for this is so simple and easy.

⁸⁹Paramātmā bāp kē sāth baiṭh jāō , bas .

⁸⁸Just sit with the Father, the Supreme Soul, that is all.

⁹⁰Bākī bhagvān kō sarvavyāpī hōnē key|kī darkār nahī̃ .

⁸⁹But there is no need for God to be omnipresent.

⁹¹Agar unkē hājir hōtē duḥkhī hōvē̃ tō paramātmā key|kī badnāmī hō jātī hai .

⁹⁰If you experience sorrow in His presence then He is defamed.

⁹²' bābā ' kahnē sē hī kitnā lav|love ā jātā hai  !

⁹¹By simply saying, "Baba" so much love is experienced.

⁹³Unsē sab kuchh lēnā hai .

⁹²You have to take everything from Him.

⁹⁴Tō apnā yōg kitnā saral sahaj hai  !

⁹³So your yoga is so simple and easy.

⁹⁵Naṣhṭōmōhā hōnā kaṭhin nahī̃ hai .

⁹⁴It is not difficult to be the conqueror of attachment.

⁹⁶Muśhkil hai anēk janmō̃ K|kē vikarmō̃ kō yōgbal sē bhasma karnā .

⁹⁵It is difficult to burn away the sins of many births.

⁹⁷Ismē̃ hī time lagtā hai .

⁹⁶1bis takes time.

⁹⁸Bākī naṣhṭōmōhā tō jhaṭ sē hō saktē haĩ .

⁹⁷But you can very quickly become the conqueror of attachment.

⁹⁹Uskā pahlā example brahmā kā sāmnē khaṛā hai , jismē̃ bāp nē pravēśh kiyā .

⁹⁸The ftrst example of Brahma, whom Baba has entered, is in front of you.

¹⁰⁰Uskō dērī nahī̃ lagī aur mātāyē̃ bhī kaisē ā gaī  !

⁹⁹He did not take long, and see how the mothers also came.

¹⁰¹Mastī ā gaī - hamkō milnā hai .

¹⁰⁰They had the intoxication that they had to meet Him.

¹⁰²Us samay itnā gyān bhī nahī̃ thā .

¹⁰¹At that time, they did not have that much knowledge.

¹⁰³Mastī thī - bas , ab baikuṇṭh jānā hai .

¹⁰²They just had the intoxication that they now had to go to Vaikunth.

¹⁰⁴Is duniyā mē̃ kyā sukh hai  ?

¹⁰³What happiness is there in this world?

¹⁰⁵Jaisē sūkhā kānā ( gannā ) chūsnā hai .

¹⁰⁴It is like sucking dry sugar cane.

¹⁰⁶Bābā kahtē – «  ismē̃ kyā ras hai  ?

¹⁰⁵Baba says: What taste is there in that?

¹⁰⁷Khāō tō māl khāō " .

¹⁰⁶If you do eat, eat something nourishing.

¹⁰⁸Bāp tō aisā banātē haĩ , tab tō unkō yād kartē haĩ .

¹⁰⁷Baba makes you like this, and that is why He is remembered.

¹⁰⁹Kaisā bhī nāstik hō , yah jarur kahē̃gē - - kōī power hai , kōī nature hai .

¹⁰⁸No matter how much of an atheist someone is, he will defInitely say that there is some power here, that there is some authority here.

¹¹⁰Lēkin vah kyā hai , usmē̃ kitnī śhakti hai - vah ham jāntē haĩ .

¹⁰⁹However, we know who He is and how much power He has.

¹¹¹Vah tō kah dētē haĩ - hē rām jī , jagat banā nahī̃ hai .

¹¹⁰People say that the world is just an illusion and that it is not really created.

¹¹²Phir tō rām jī bhī banā nahī̃ hai .

¹¹¹There, even Rama does not exist.

¹¹³Lēkin ham jāntē haĩ - - kaisē bābā purānē jagat sē ēkdam nayā banātē haĩ .

¹¹²But we know how Baba makes the world completely new from old.

¹¹⁴Tō us bāp sē kitnā lav|love hōnā chāhiē  !

¹¹³So you should have so much love for that Father.

¹¹⁵Jō prēm ṭukṛā-ṭukṛā hō sab taraph chalā gayā thā vah ab ēk sē juṭātē haĩ .

¹¹⁴The love that was broken into pieces and dispersed everywhere is now linked with One.

¹¹⁶Sab kuchh vahī hai .

¹¹⁵He is our everything.

¹¹⁷Issē yahā̃ hamārī kamāī hō rahī hai .

¹¹⁶We are earning. an income through this.

¹¹⁸Vah kamāī tō alpkāl jhaṇbhaṅgur kī hai .

¹¹⁷That is only temporary, momentary income worth only peanuts.

¹¹⁹Ismē̃ sachchī kamāī karnā chāhō tō us avasthā mē̃ rahō .

¹¹⁸If you wish to earn a true income, stay in that stage.

¹²⁰Bābā kā hōkar rahnā hai .

¹¹⁹You have to remain Baba's.

¹²¹Paramātmā kō samarth tō sab gātē haĩ .

¹²⁰Everyone says that God is the All-Powerful One.

¹²²Ab vah hamārā bābā practical banē haĩ .

¹²¹Now He has become our Baba in a practical way.

¹²³Foundation mē̃ tākat hai pūrē jhāṛ kō dhāraṇ karnē key|kī .

¹²²The foundation has the strength to uphold the whole tree.

¹²⁴Paramātmā itnā sarvśhaktivān hōtē bhī itnā sādhāraṇ part bajātē haĩ .

¹²³Even though God is the Almighty Authority, He plays such an ordinary part.

¹²⁵Iskō kahtē haĩ incognito part .

¹²⁴This is called an incognito part.

¹²⁶Yah bhī kalyāṇkārī hai .

¹²⁵1bis is also beneftcial.

¹²⁷Nahī̃ tō , bhīṛ hō jāē , uskō kahā̃ sambhālē̃gē  ?

¹²⁶Otherwise there would be a huge crowd. ¹²⁷How would we look after Him then?

¹²⁸Abhī hī nahī̃ pahũch saktē .

¹²⁸Even now they are not able to reach here.

¹²⁹Kitnē nimantraṇ dētē haĩ  !

¹²⁹So many invitations are given.

¹³⁰Hands nahī̃ haĩ .

¹³⁰There aren't enough hands.

¹³¹Taiyār hō tō karmbandhan bhī chhūṭē .

¹³¹If you were ready, then even your karmic bondages would be broken.

¹³²Tum kahō – karmbandhan sē chhuṛāō tō ham lāyak banē̃ , lēkin bābā kahtē - in circumstance mē̃ hī bankar dikhāō tab kahē̃gē lāyak hai .

¹³²You say: Liberate us from our karmic bondages and we can become worthy. ¹³³But Baba says: You must become so whilst remaining in these circumstances. ¹³⁴Only then would you be said to be worthy.

¹³³Bābā ātē haĩ sad ‌ gati kē liē .

¹³⁵Baba comes in order to grant you salvation.

¹³⁴Lēkin uskē liē pahlē gati karē̃gē nā .

¹³⁶However, for that He has to grant liberation first.

¹³⁵Gati kahā jātā hai pure kar lē jānā .

¹³⁷Liberation is to purify you and to take you home.

¹³⁶Lē jāyēgā tab tō naī duniyā mē̃ āyēṅgē .

¹³⁸Only after He has taken you back will you come into the new world.

¹³⁹Achcha.
