Whether the children are living in India or abroad, each child receives the same blessing from BapDada, and, having received the blessing, you do become happy, but there are two types of children. One type is the children who definitely become happy that they have received a blessing, but the ones who claim a number ahead are not those who become happy on just seeing the blessing and speaking about it, that this is their blessing, but they make their blessing fruitful.
