नुकसान nuksān

नुक़सान nuqasāna nuqsā:n (nm) (a) loss, damage; harm; disadvantage; ~देह harmful, disadvantageous; —उठाना to suffer a loss/damage; —देना to inflict a loss; —पर नुक़सान उठाना to throw the helve after the hatchet; —पहुँचना to be harmed, to suffer a loss; —भरना to recompense, to make good the loss.
