By its form it attracts other souls to God and by giving them knowledge brings spring in their lives (“rup” – form, “basant” – spring).
Rup means “the form”, it stands for yoga, a powerful internal state; basant is “spring”, showering the rain of knowledge to bring about freshness and greenery. We should be an embodiment of yoga (rup) and knowledge (basant).
