2Bandhanmukt ātmā key|kī niśhāniyā̃

1Signs of souls who are free from bondage.

3Jō bhī yahā̃ baiṭhē haĩ vah sabhī apnē kō bandhanmukt ātmā samajhtē haĩ arthāt sabhī bandhanmukt banē haĩ vā abhī tak kōī-na-kōī bandhan hai  ?

2Do all those who are sitting here consider themselves to be souls who are free from all bondages? 3That is, have all of you become free from all bondages, or are there still some types of bondage?

4Śhakti sēnā bandhan mukt banī hai  ?

4Has the Shakti Army become free from bondages?

5Jō samajhtē haĩ ki sarv bandhanmukt banē haĩ vah hāth uṭhāyē̃ .

5Those who consider themselves to be free from all bondages should raise their hand.

6Sarvisakē kāraṇ nimitt mātra rahē huē haĩ , vah dūsrī bāt hai . 7Lēkin apnā bandhan khatm kiyā hai  ?

6It is a different matter if you still have bondages just in name for the sake ofservice but have you finished your own bondages?

8Aisē samajhtē haĩ ki apnē rūp sē bandhanmukt hōkar K|kē sirph nimitt mātrasarvisakē kāraṇ is śharīr mē̃ karttavya arth|earth baiṭhē huē haĩ  ?

7Do you think that you have become free from all bondages in your own way, and that you are just sitting in your body in order to perform tasks as an instrument forservice?

9 ( majority nē hāth uṭhāyā ) jinhōnnē bhī hāth uṭhāyā vah kabhī saṅkalpamātra bhī saṅkalp vā śharīr K|kē , paristhitiyō̃ K|kē adhīn vā saṅkalp mē̃ thōṛē samay kē liē bhī parēśhānī vā uskā thōṛā bhī lēśamātra anubhav kartē haĩ vā ussē bhī parē hō gayē haĩ  ? 10Jab bandhanmukt haĩ tō man K|kē vaśh arthāt vyarth saṅkalpō̃ K|kē vaśh nahī̃ hōṅgē .

8(The majority raised their hands.) 9All those who raised their hands: do you experience the slightest trace of distress or subservience in your thoughts or situations of the body, or have you gone beyond even that? 10When you are free from bondages, you will not be under the influence of the mind, that is, you will not be influenced by wasteful thoughts; you will have fullcontrol over your wasteful thoughts.

11Vyarth saṅkalpō̃ par pūrā control hōgā .

11You will not be influenced by circumstances either.

12Paristhitiyō̃ K|kē vaśh bhī nahī̃ hōṅgē .

12You will have full power to face all circumstances.

13Paristhitiyō̃ kā sāmnā karnē key|kī sampūrṇ śhakti hōgī .

13Are all of those who raised their hands like this?

14Jinhōnnē hāth uṭhāyā vah aisē haĩ  ?

14So, you are still tied in these bondages, are you not?

15Tō in bandhanō̃ mē̃ bhī abhī bandhē huē haĩ nā .

15What are the signs of those who are free from bondages?

16Jō bandhanmukt hōgā unkī niśhānī kyā hōgī  ?

16Those who are free from bondage will be constantly yogyukt.

17Jō bandhanmukt hōgā vah sadaiv yōgyukt hōgā .

17The sign of being free from bondage is being yogyukt.

18Bandhanmukt key|kī niśhānī hai yōgyukt .

18What main virtue is visible in such yogis?

19Aur , jō yōgī hōgā , aisē yōgī kā mukhya guṇ kaunsā dikhāī dēgā  ?

19This game of the intellect is deliberately being played.

20Jān-būjhakar K|kē buddhi kā khēl karātē haĩ .

20So, what will be the main virtue or qualification of such a yogi soul?

21Tō aisē yōgī kā mukhya guṇ vā lakṣhaṇ kyā hōgā  ? 22Jitnā yōgī utnā sarv kā sahyōgī aur sarv K|kē sahyōg kā adhikārī svataḥ hī ban jātā hai .

21To the extent that a soul is yogi, accordingly he is co-operative with everyone and he automatically claims a right to receive co-operation from everyone.

23Yōgī arthāt sahyōgī .

22Yogi means sahyogi (co-operative).

24Jō jitnā yōgī hōgā utnā uskō sahyōg avaśhya hī prāpt hōtā hai .

23To the extent that someone is a yogi soul, accordingly he definitely receives co-operation.

25Agar sarv sē sahyōg prāpt karnā chāhtē hō tō yōgī banō .

24If you wish to receive co-operation from everyone, then become yogi.

26Yōgī kō sahyōg kyō̃ prāpt hōtā hai  ?

25Why does a yogi soul receive co-operation?

27Kyōṅki bīj sē yōg lagātē hō .

26Because he has yoga with the Seed.

28Bīj sē connection athavā snēh hōnē K|kē kāraṇ snēh kā return sahyōg prāpt hō jātā hai .

27Because of beingconnected and having love for the Seed, he receives co-operation as areturn of that love.

29Tō bīj sē yōg lagānē vālā , bīj kō snēh kā pānī dēnē vālā sarv ātmāō̃ dvārā sahyōg rūpī phal prāpt kar lētā hai .

28So those who have yoga with the Seed, those who give the water of love to the Seed, receive the fruit of co-operation from all souls.

30Jaisē sādhāraṇ vr̥ikṣha sē phal key|kī prāpti kē liē kyā kiyā jātā hai  ?

29What do you have to do in order to receive fruit from an ordinary tree?

31Vaisē hī jō yōgī hai uskō ēk - ēk sē yōg lagānē key|kī āvaśhyaktā nahī̃ hōtī , ēk-ēk sē sahyōg prāpt karnē key|kī āśhā nahī̃ rahtī . 32Lēkin ēk bīj sē yōg arthāt connection hōnē K|kē kāraṇ sarv ātmāyē̃ arthāt pūrē vr̥ikṣha kē sāth connection hō hī jātā hai .

30In the same way, those who are yogi souls do not need to have yoga with each individual, they do not have the desire to receive co-operation from each one individually, but, by having yoga, that is, by having aconnection with the one Seed, there is automatically a connection with all souls, that is, with the entire tree.

33Tō connection kā attention rakhō .

31So, payattention to maintaining a connection.

34Tō sahyōgī bannē kē liē pahlē apnē āp sē pūchhō ki kitnā aur kaisā yōgī banā hū̃  ?

32So, in order to be co-operative, first of all, ask yourselves: To what extent have I become a yogi, and what type of a yogi have I become?

35Agar sampūrṇ yōgī nahī̃ tō sampūrṇ sahyōgī nahī̃ ban saktē , na sahyōg mil saktā hai .

33If you are not a complete yogi, you cannot become a completely co-operative soul nor can you receive co-operation.

36Kitnī bhī kōī kōśhiśh karē parantu bīj sē yōg lagānē K|kē sivāy kōī pattē arthāt kisī ātmā sē sahyōg prāpt hō jāyē-yah hō nahī̃ saktā .

34No matter how much someone tries, without having yoga with the Seed, it is not possible to receive co-operation from any soul, that is, from any of the leaves.

37Isliē sarv K|kē sahyōgī bannē vā sarv kā sahyōg lēnē kē liē sahaj purūṣhārth kaunsā hai  ?

35Therefore, what is the easy effort to receive co-operation from all and to give co-operation to all?

38Bīj rūp sē connection arthāt yōg .

36To have aconnection, that is, to have yoga with the Seed.

39Phir ēk-ēk sē mēhnat kar prāpt karnē key|kī āśhā samāpt hō jāyēgī , mēhnat sē chhūṭ jāyēṅgē .

37Then, the desire to make effort on each one individually and to receive from them will finish.

40Shortcut rāstā yah hai . 41Agar sarv kā sahyōgī , sadā yōgyukt hōṅgē tō bandhanmukt bhī zarūrahōṅgē . 42Kyōṅki jab sarv śhaktiyō̃ kā sahyōg , sarv ātmāō̃ kā sahyōg prāpt hō jātā hai tō aisī śaktirūp ātmā kē liē kōī bandhan kāṭnā muśhkil hōgā  ?

38You will be liberated from making effort; this is a short cut. When you are constantly co-operative with everyone and constantly yogyukt, you will definitely become free from all bondages, because once you have received co-operation from all the powers and from all souls, then would it be difficult for such a powerful soul to cut away any bondages?

43Bandhan - mukt hōnē kē liē yōgyukt hōnā hai . 44Aur yōgyukt bannē sē snēh aur sahyōg yukta ban jātē haĩ .

39In order to become free from bondages, you need to be yogyukt and by becoming yogyukt, you become loving and co-operative in the right way.

45Tō aisē bandhanmukt banō .

40So become free from all bondages in this way.

46Sahaj-sahaj kartē bhī kitnā samay lag gayā hai .

41How long has it already taken you whilst saying, "It is easy, it is easy"?

47Aisī sthiti abazarūrahōnī chāhiē . 48Jō bandhanmukt key|kī sthiti sunāī ki śharīr mē̃ rahtē huē sirph nimitt īśhvarīy karttavya kē liē ādhār liyā huā hai .

42You must definitely have such a stage: the stage of being free from bondage where you have simply taken the name and support of a body for carrying out a Godly task, and where you are not subservient to it.

49Adhīnatā nahī̃ . 50Nimitt ādhār liyā hai .

43You have only taken the support in name.

51Jō nimitt ādhār śharīr kō samajhē̃gē vah kabhī bhī adhīn nahī̃ banē̃gē .

44Those who consider themselves to have taken support of a body simply in name will never be subservient to it.

52Nimitt ādhārmūrt hī sarv ātmāō̃ K|kē ādhārmūrt ban saktē haĩ .

45Only those who are images of taking support in name can become images of upliftment for all souls.

53Jō svayã hī adhīn haĩ vah uddhār kyā karē̃gē .

46How could those who are subservient themselves uplift others?

54Isaliēsarvisakī saphaltā bhī itnī hai jitnī adhīnatā sē parē harēk hai .

47Therefore, success inservice is only to the extent that each one is free from being subservient.

55Tō sarv key|kī saphaltā kē liē sarv adhīnatā sē parē hōnā bahutazarūrī hai .

48So it is essential to go beyond all types of subservience in order to receive success in everything.

56Is sthiti kō banānē kē liē aisē dō śhabda yād rakhō jissē sahaj hī aisī sthiti kō pā sakō .

49In order to create this stage, remember two words through which you can easily attain such a stage.

57Vah kaunsē dō śhabda haĩ  ?

50What are those two words?

58Jab bandhanmukt hō jāyēṅgē tō jaisē telephone mē̃ ēk-dō kā āvāz catch kar saktē haĩ , vaisē kōī K|kē saṅkalp mē̃ kyā hai , vah bhī catch karē̃gē .

51When you become free from all bondages, then, just as you are able tocatch the sound of each other via a telephone, in the same way, you will be able tocatch whatever is in anyone's thoughts.

59Abhī ajun ban rahē hō , isliē sōchnā paṛtā hai .

52You are still becoming that and you therefore have to think about it.

60Dō śhabda haĩ - ( 1 ) sākṣhī aur ( 2 ) sāthī .

53The two words are: being a detached observer (saakshi), and a companion (saathi).

61Ēk tō sāthī kō sadaiv sāth rakhō .

54Firstly, constantly keep the Companion with you.

62Dūsrā - sākṣhī bankar her|har karma karō .

55Secondly, perform every action as a detached observer.

63Tō sāthī aur sākṣhī - yē dō śhabda practice mē̃ lāō tō yah bandhanmukt key|kī avasthā bahut jaldī ban saktī hai .

56So put intopractice these two words: "detached observer" and "companion". 57Then you will very quickly be able to create the stage of being free from all bondages.

64Sarvśhaktimān kā sāth hōnē sē śhaktiyā̃ bhī sarv prāpt hō jātī haĩ .

58Because of having the company of the Almighty Authority, you receive all the powers.

65Aur sāth-sāth sākṣhī bankar chalnē sē kōī bhī bandhan mē̃ phãsēṅgē nahī̃ .

59And together with that, by being a detached observer, you will not become trapped by any bondage.

66Tō bandhanmukt huē hō nā . 67Iskē liē yē dō śhabda sadaiv yād rakhnā .

60So constantly remember these two words in order to become free from bondages.

68Vah yōg , vah sahyōg . 69Dōnō̃ bātē̃ ā gaī̃ .

61Then yoga and co-operation are both included in that.

70Ab aisā purūṣhārth kitnē samay mē̃ karē̃gē  ?

62Now, in how much time will you make such effort?

71Bilkul bandhanmukt hōkar K|kē sākṣhīpan mē̃ nimittamātra is śharīr mē̃ rahkar karttavya karnā hai .

63You have to become completely free from all bondages, be a detached observer and perform all tasks through your body just in name.

72Abhī is bārī yah apnē āpsē saṅkalp karkē jānā . 73Kyōṅki āp ( teachers ) lōgō̃ kō sahaj bhī hai .

64This time, have this determined thought with yourself before you leave here. 65It is easy for youteachers.

74Teachers kō viśhēṣh sahaj kyō̃ hai  ?

66Why is it especially easy for the teachers?

75Kyōṅki unhō̃ kā pūrā jīvan hī nimitt hai .

67Because their whole life is as an instrument.

76Samjhā  ? 77Teachers haĩ hī nimitt banē huē .

68Do you understand?Teachers are those who have become instruments.

78Tō unhō̃ kō yah saṅkalp rakhnā hai ki is śharīr mē̃ bhī ham nimittamātra haĩ .

69They have to have the thought that they are in their body just for the sake of it.

79Yah tō sahaj hōgā nā .

70This will be easy, will it not?

80In ( gōpō̃ ) lōgō̃ kō tō phir double zimmēvārī hai , isliē inhō̃ kō yuddha karnī paṛēgī haṭānē key|kī .

71For the brothers, it is adouble responsibility. 72Therefore, they will have to battle to remove them (the bondages).

81Bākī jō haĩ hī nimitt banē huē , tō unhō̃ kē liē sahaj hai .

73However, for those who have become instruments, it is easy. 74What is easy for you mothers?

82Āp ( mātāō̃ ) kē liē phir sahaj kyā hai  ? 83Jaisē unhō̃ kō is viśhēṣh bāt K|kē kāraṇ sahaj hai vaisē āp lōgō̃ kō bhī ēk bāt K|kē kāraṇ sahaj hai .

75Just as it is easy for these souls because of this special aspect, in the same way, it is easy for you because of one particular aspect.

84Jō pravr̥itti mē̃ rahtē haĩ unhō̃ kē liē sahaj bāt isliē hai ki unhō̃ K|kē sāmnē sadaiv contrast hai .

76It is easy for those who are living in a household, because they constantly have thecontrast in front of them.

85Contrast hōnē K|kē kāraṇ nirṇay karnā sahaj hō jātā hai .

77Because of having the contrast in front of them, it becomes easy to decide.

86Nirṇay karnē key|kī śhakti cum|kam hai , isliē sahaj nahī̃ bhāstā hai .

78Because you lack the power of making decisions, you do not find it easy.

87Ēk bār jab anubhav kar liyā ki issē prāpti kyā hai , phir nirṇay hō hī jātā hai .

79Once you have experienced what the benefit from a certain thing is, you automatically make a decision.

88Ṭhōkar kā anubhav ēk bār kiyā tō phir bār-bār thōḍēhī ṭhōkar khāyēṅgē .

80Once you have stumbled, you will not allow yourselves to stumble again and again.

89Nirṇay śhakti cum|kam hai tō phir muśhkil bhī hō jātā hai .

81Because of lacking the power of making decisions, you find it difficult.

90Tō yah pravr̥itti mē̃ athavā parivār mē̃ rahtē haĩ , unkē anubhavī hōnē K|kē kāraṇ , sāmnē contrast hōnē K|kē kāraṇ dhōkhē sē bach jātē haĩ .

82So, because of being experienced in being in a household, and because of having thecontrast in front of you, you are saved from being deceived.

91Jō vardān K|kē adhikārī ban jātē haĩ vah kiskē adhīn nahī̃ hōtē .

83Those who claim the right to a blessing cannot be subservient to anyone. 84Do you understand?

92Samjhā  ? 93Tō ab adhīnatā samāpt , adhikār śhurū .

85So now finish being subservient and begin to claim the right.

94Kab kōī adhīnatā kā saṅkalp bhī na āyē .

86You must never have the thought of being subservient.

95Aisā pakkā niśyac hai .

87Do you have such firm faith?

96Niśhchay mē̃ kabhī percentage nahī̃ hōtī hai .

88There cannot be apercentage in faith.

97Śaktisēnā nē apnē mē̃ kyā dhārṇā key|kī  ?

89What dharna did the Shakti Army bring about within themselves?

98Jab snēh aur śhakti samān hōṅgē phir tō sampūrṇ hō hī gayē .

90When your love and power are equal, you will have become complete anyway.

99Apnē śūravīr rūp kā sākṣhātkār kiyā hai  ?

91Have you had a vision of your courageous form?

100Śūravīr kabhī kissē ghabrātē nahī̃ . 101Lēkin śūravīr K|kē sāmnē ānē vālē ghabrātē haĩ .

92A courageous soul is never afraid of anyone but those who come in front of a courageous soul are afraid.

102Tō abhī jō śūravīratā kā sākṣhātkār kiyā , sadaiv vahī sāmnē rakhnā . 103Aur āj jō dō śhabda sunāyē vah sadaiv yād rakhnā .

93So now constantly keep the vision you had of being courageous in front of you, and also constantly remember the two words you were told today. 94Achcha.

104Achchhā .
