2nirantar yogayukta banne ke liye kamal pushpa ka aasan
1A lotus seat for remaining constantly yogyukt. 2What day is it today?
3aaj ka din kaunsa hai?
3It is the day of the bhatthi.
4bhatthi ka din hai।
4What is the day of a bhatthi called?
5bhattheeke din ko kaunsa divas kehte hain?
5The day of the beginning of a bhatthi means the day for making a decision about your life.
6bhattheeke aarambha ka din arthaat jeevan ke phaisle ka din hai।
6Why do you attend a bhatthi? 7To make a permanent decision about your life.
7bhattheemen kis liye aati ho?
8You have all come with this aim, have you not?
8jeevan ka sadaakaal ke liye phaisla karne। 9sabhi is lakshya se aai ho?
9When you come to a bhatthi, you receive agift from BapDada and the special children.
10kyonki bhattheemen aane se baapdaada dvaara va ananya bachchon dvaara ek gift milti hai।
10What is that gift? 11It is easy to speak of the gift that you receive. 12(A few people gave their ideas.)
11woh kaunsi? 12jo cheez milti hai, sunaana bhi sahaj hota hai।
13Whichgift is the basis of the attainment of all the things you have spoken of?
13(do-chaar ne apna-apna vichaar sunaaya) jo bhi baaten sunaai hain un sabhi baaton ki praapti ka aadhaar kaunsi gift hai? 14woh hai buddhi ka parivartan।
14It is the transformation of the intellect: the transformation of a gross, rajoguni intellect to a subtle, satoguni and divine intellect. 15When you attain this divine intellect, you are also able to attain the stage of being avyakt and yogyukt. 16So what is thegift?
15rajoguni va vyakta bhaav ki buddhi se badal satoguni, avyaktabhaav ki divya buddhi।
17A divine, satoguni intellect. 18It is only through the transformation of the intellect that you are able to transform your life.
16jis divya buddhi ki praapti se hi avyakt sthiti va yogayukta sthiti ko praapta kar sakte hain।
19So you receive the specialgift of a divine intellect in this bhatthi. 20To use thisgift or just to keep it with you for all time is in your own hands, although everyone has received thisgift.
17to gift kaunsi hui? 18divya satoguni buddhi। 19buddhi ke parivartan se hi jeevan ka parivartan hota hai।
21All those who have come to this bhatthi can very easily and quickly bring about transformation in themselves through thegift of a divine, satoguni intellect.
20to divya buddhi ki gift vishesh bhatthi mein praapta hoti hai।
22So today is the day for transforming your life. 23Therefore, continue to imbibe thegift that you receive on this day.
21ab us gift ko use karna va sadaakaal ke liye kaayam rakhna - yeh apne haath mein hai।
24You continue to listen to the knowledge, but what have you come to do in this bhatthi? 25You have come to become an embodiment of knowledge.
22lekin gift sabhi ko praapta hoti hai।
26You have also come to receive theknowledge of yoga and to practise yoga.
23jo bheebhattheemen aaye hain divya satoguni buddhi ki gift dvaara apne ko bahut sahaj aur bahut jaldi parivartan mein la sakte hain।
27However, you come to the bhatthi to make firm the lesson of being constantly yogyukt. 28What is the easy method you have to learn from this bhatthi in order to remain constantly yogyukt?
24to aaj ka din jeevan-parivartan ka din hai। 25to aaj ke din jo gift praapta hoti hai usko dhaaran karte rehna।
29Hatha yogis who do hatha yoga and tapasya sit on a special seat at the time of doing tapasya; they have a variety of seats. 30So, what is the seat in order for all of you to be constantly yogyukt?
26gyaan to sunti hi rahi ho, lekin bhatthi mein kya karne aati ho?
31BapDada is telling you about a seat that can be easily attained in order for you to remain constantly yogyukt.
27gyaan-swaroop banne ke liye aati ho।
32It is the seat of a lotus flower. 33People speak of a lotus seat.
28yog ki nolejva yog ka abhyaas bhi karti aai ho, lekin bhattheemen aati ho -sada yogayukta hokar rahne ka paath pakka karne ke liye।
34On what do people portray the images of the deities? 35On a lotus. 36So even whilst constantly performing actions, if you make your stage like that of a lotus flower, you can easily become constantly yogyukt.
29nirantar yogayukta banne ke liye kaunsi sahaj yukti bhattheedvaara praapta karni hai?
37However, what do you have to do in order to be a lotus flower and stabilise yourself in this stage, on this seat?
30hathayogi jo hath ya tapasya karte hain, to tapasya ke samay aasan par baithte hain।
38You have to make yourselflight: to be light and also to be the form of light. 39A lotus is so gyan-yukt.
31bhinna-bhinna aasan hote hain।
40On seeing a lotus, you have the awareness of knowledge.
32to aap logon ke liye sada yogayukta banne ke liye kaunsa aasan hai?
41So, by being seated on a lotus seat, you can remain constantly yogyukt. 42Never leave your seat.
33nirantar yogayukta avastha sahaj rahe, iske liye baapdaada sahaj aasan bata rahe hain।
43Always keep the stage of a lotus seat, that is, constantly remain stabilised in this stage.
34woh hai kamal pushpa ka aasan। 35kamal- aasan kehti ho na।
44Only then will you be able to keep the throne of the kingdom for that length of time in the future.
36devtaaon ke jo chitra banaate hain, to usmein kis par khada hua va baitha hua dikhaate hain? 37kamal ke oopar।
45If you are not able to sit on this seat, that is, if you are not able to stabilise yourself in this stage, you are not able to attain the throne.
38to nirantar karma karte hue bhi sahaj yogayukta banne ke liye sadaiv kamal-aasan arthaat apni sthiti kamal pushpa ke samaan rakhenge to nirantar yogayukta ban jaayenge।
46So, in order to attain the throne of the kingdom, you first have to practise stabilising yourself on the lotus seat. 47You have come to the bhatthi to make yourself free from all types of bondage and to make yourself light.
39lekin kamal ka pushpa ban is aasan par is sthiti mein rahne ke liye kya karna pade?
48That is, you have come to learn to practise being constantly stabilised on the lotus seat. 49Therefore, finish whatever burdens you have before you leave this bhatthi.
40apne ko light banaana pade।
50Whether it is a burden of the thoughts in the mind, or a burden of your sanskars, or a burden of the attraction of the perishable things of the world, or a burden of attachment to your lokik relations, you have come to the bhatthi to finish all burdens and bondages. 51This bhatthi is agolden chance for you to make progress in your life. 52The more you take thechance in this bhatthi, the more you will be able to make yourself move forward in life for all time. 53What aim have you kept for the bhatthi?
41halka bhi aur prakaash-swaroop bhi।
54What aim will you keep after bringing about transformation in your sanskars?
42kamal ka pushpa kitna gyaanayukta hai।
55In what special aspect is thisgroup the best of all groups? 56Do you know?
43kamal pushpa ko dekh gyaan ki smriti aati hai na।
57This group has one very good speciality. 58When alloy is mixed intogold, you cannot mould that gold.
44to kamal-aasan par viraajmaan rahne se sada yogayukta ban sakti ho।
59Only original gold can bemoulded. 60So consider this group to be that of real gold, that you do not have any alloy mixed in it.
45aasan kabhi bhi nahin chhodo।
61Do you know your own speciality?
46yeh kamal pushpa samaan sthiti ka aasan sada kaayam rakhna arthaat is par sada sthit rehna hai।
62When thisgroup is seen, it seems the same as when a plant is newly planted, and it first has very beautiful, tiny, delicate leaves, which are very lovely.
47tab bhavishya mein bhi raajya-sinhaasan itna hi samay kaayam rahega।
63So thisgroup is also that of new leaves, but they are very tender. 64Generally, things are either tender or tough.
48agar is aasan par nahin baith sakti ho arthaat is sthiti mein sthit nahin ho sakti to sinhaasan ko bhi praapta nahin kar sakengi।
65To be tender means that the bones of the sanskars are not so hard that they cannot bechanged. 66Little children first have very tender bones, and then, as they grow older, the bones become stronger.
49to raaj-sinhaasan praapta karne ke liye pahle kamal-aasan par sthit rahne ka abhyaas karna pade।
67Thisgroup is of those with tender sanskars. 68It will be easy to bring about transformation in these sanskars. 69You are not those who have bitter sanskars, are you? 70Achcha.
50bhattheemen aaye ho apne ko sabhi prakaar ke bandhan se mukta kar halka banaane ke liye va sada kamal pushpa ki sthiti mein sthit hone ke aasan par viraajmaan rahne ka abhyaas seekhne ke liye।
71BapDada speaking to Dadiji who is taking leave to go to Madras forservice for 2 days: The speciality of those who are to become world emperors is that they keep all souls happy. 72There is an income of multi-millions in every step of the maharathis. 73(Seeta Mata was also taking leave from Baba.) 74Do you see that body of yours while considering yourself to be a powerful soul?
51to jo bhi bojh ho woh sabhi prakaar ka bojh bhatthi mein khatma karke jaana।
75By remaining stable in the stage of a detached observer, you receive power. 76When someone is weak, he is givenglucose to give him strength.
52chaahe man ke sankalpon ka bojh ho, chaahe sanskaaron ka bojh ho, chaahe duniya ki koi bhi vinaashi cheejon prati aakarshithone ka bojh ho, chaahe laukik sambandhi ki mamta ka bojh hai, sabhi prakaar ke bojh kaho va bandhan kaho, unhon ko khatma karne ke liebhattheemen aaye ho।
77So when you consider yourself to be a bodiless soul, detached from the body, this stage of being a detached observer does the task of giving strength to the soul. 78For the length of time you have the stage of a detached observer, for that time, you also remember Baba, the Companion, that is, Baba remains with you. 79So you have Baba's company and you are also a detached observer. 80One is the stage of a detached observer and the other is nourishment of the happiness of being Baba's companion.
53abhi apne jeevan ki unnati ka golden chance yeh bhatthi hai।
81So what will you then become? 82Free from all disease. 83You will be the form of power, loving and detached.
54is chance mein jo jitna chance lete hain utna hi sadaakaal ke liye apne jeevan ko aage badha sakenge।
84At the moment, are you stabilised in the stage of being loving and detached? 85This stage is aspowerful as the radiation rays that doctors use to kill germs.
55bhattheemen kaunsa lakshya rakhkar aai ho?
86So this stage is also sopowerful that you are able to destroy the germs of many sins within asecond.
56sanskaaron ko parivartan mein laakar phir kya banne ka lakshyarkha hai?
87Once the sins have been destroyed, you will experience yourself to be light and powerful.
57yeh group vishesh kis baat mein sabhi group se achha hai, yeh maaloom hai?
88Constantly consider your household to be the field ofservice. 89Do you consider yourself to be extremely loved by BapDada?
58is group ki ek bahut achhi visheshta hai।
90Why? 91What speciality have you got that you are extremely loved?
59gold mein jab khaad daali jaati hai, to uske baad gold ko mould nahin kar sakte hain।
92You belong to the one Father and none other. 93Those who remain lost in the love of the One are extremely loved by Baba. 94Do you understand? 95Achcha.
60original gold hota hai to usko mould kar sakte hain।
96Special meeting with BapDada: 97What gift has BapDada come to give you children?
61to aise samjhen ki yeh sachcha sona hai, inmen koi khaad nahin hai।
98What is thegift from the incorporeal Father and what is the gift from the corporeal father? 99Have you received bothgifts?
62aap log apni visheshta ko jaanti ho?
100Is the gift from each of them the same, or are they differentgifts?
63is group ko dekhkar aise lagta hai jaise jab vriksha naya lagaaya jaata hai to pahle bahut komal, sundar chhote-chhote patte nikalte hain, jo bahut priy lagte hain।
101All of you have received the gift. 102You have received agift from both Bap and Dada. 103The gift for all souls, the fortune of the kingdom of heaven, is received by all souls, but those special children who are very loving and co-operative in all tasks receive their own special individualgifts from both fathers.
64to yeh group bhi naye patte hain lekin komal hain।
104What is the one special gift that all of you have received from corporeal BapDada?
65komal aur sakhta cheezen hoti hain na।
105This gift is only received by the loving and co-operative jewels.
66komal arthaat sanskaaron ki haddiyon itni sakhta nahin hain jo change nahin ho saken।
106You receive thegift of heaven as a blessing. 107Each of you has received special blessings as well as agift from the corporeal and the Incorporeal.
67chhote bachche ki haddiyaan pahle komal hoti hain, phir jaise-jaise bade hote hain to sakhta hoti jaati hain।
108Many of you have received your own individual blessings through which you are able to attain success without any effort. 109You know your own blessings.
68yeh group bhi komal sanskaaron vaala hai। 69in sanskaaron ko parivartan karna sahaj ho jaayega।
110Some have received the blessing of one special power, and others have received the blessing of another power.
70kade sanskaaron vaale to nahin ho na।
111Each of you is experiencing those blessings.
71(daadi ji do din ke liye madraassarvispar jaane liye baapdaada se chhutti le rahi hain)
112Some have even received the blessing of remaining constantly co-operative with all. 113Some received the blessing of being loving with everyone.
72jo vishwa ke raaje banne vaale hain unhon ki visheshta yeh hai - sarva aatmaon ko raazi rakhna।
114Some received the blessing of interacting with others. 115Some have even received the blessing of the power of being able to face any problem that comes in front of the soul.
73mahaarthiyon ke kadam-kadam mein padmon ki kamaai rehti hai।
116So each of you has received your own blessing. 117Together with this, you have also received agift.
74(seeta maata bhi chhutti le rahi hai) apne ko samartha aatma samajh is shareer ko dekh rahi ho?
118If you look at all the powers that someone has, you will find that, out of all the powers, there is one elevated power received in the form of a blessing.
75saakshi avastha ki sthiti mein sthit hone se shakti milti hai।
119You do not have to make any effort for this; it is anatural attainment.
76jaise koi kamjor hota hai to unko shakti bharne ke liye glookoz chadhaate hain।
120When you come into contact with one another, you experience those powers.
77to jab apne ko shareer se pare ashareeri aatma samajhte hain to yeh saaksheepan ki avastha shakti bharne ka kaam karti hai।
121Just as you speak of one another's virtues, in the same way, you can also know about the blessings each one has received. 122However, there is special love for apersonal gift.
78aur jitna samay saakshi avastha ki sthiti rehti hai utna hi baap saathi bhi yaad rehta hai arthaat saath rehta hai।
123What is that gift? 124Think about this. 125And also think about what specialattention is needed in order to keep the personal gift with you all the time. 126Churn this at amrit vela.
79to saath bhi hai aur saakshi bhi hai।
127Achcha. 128The soul developswill power by staying on the pilgrimage of remembrance.
80ek saaksheepan ki shakti, doosra baap ke saathi banne ki khushi ki khuraak। 81to bataao phir kya ban jaayengi?
129The morewill-power you imbibe, the more you will be able to stabilise your mind and intellect wherever you want and for whatever length of time you want.
82nirogi। 83shakti roop nyaari aur pyaari।
130How can you developwill-power? 131(By willing everything.)
84is samay aisi nyaari aur pyaari sthiti mein sthit ho?
132Can you understand the sign of your being able towill something through your will-power?
85yeh sthiti itni powerful hai - jaise doctor log bijli ki rejej dete hain keetaanu maarne ke liye।
133If you will all the powers, the Father alsowills all His powers to you. 134Then the Almighty Authority, the One with all powers, becomes your Companion and all the powers also become your companions.
86to yeh sthiti bhi aisi powerful hai jo ek second mein anek vikarmon roopi keetaanu bhasma ho jaate hain।
135Then you will have total victory. 136On the path of devotion, when people carry out a task, they think: I don't know whether it will be accomplished or not.
87vikarma bhasma ho gaye to phir apne ko halka aur shaktishaali anubhav karenge।
137Therefore, they leave it up to God: "Hey God, You know about Your task!" 138So the sanskars you had on the path of devotion are now being fulfilledpractically.
88sadaiv pravritti ko bheesarvisbhoomi samajhna chaahiye।
139You have done it practically. 140On the path of devotion, it was just in name.
89apne ko baapdaada ke ati priy samajhti ho। 90kyon?
141Here, on the path of knowledge, you have done it practically.
91aisi kya visheshta hai jo ati priy ho। 92ek baap doosra na koi। 93aise ek ke hi lagan mein rahne vaale baap ko ati priy hain।
142On the path of knowledge, you have the power to do something practically, whereas on the path of devotion, you just have the power to speak about it. 143There is the difference of day and night.
94samjha? 95achha।
