2West|waste ( W a s t e ) mat karō aur wait ( W e i g h t ) cum|kam karō
1Do not waste anything and lose weight.
3Sarv khazānō̃ kō mahādānī ban dān karnē vālē , apnē śhaktiyō̃ K|kē khajānō̃ mē̃ sampann hō viśhva-kalyāṇakārī ātmāō̃ prati bāp-dādā bōlē :
2The stage of being beyond sound is when you are in your incorporeal stage and the angelic stage is where the language of signals is used to a greater extent.
4Āvāz sē parē apnē nirākārī stage aur ākārī stage , jahā̃ iśhārō̃ key|kī bhāṣhā jyādā hai arthāt movie hai , dōnō̃ hī sthiti mē̃ sākārī sr̥iṣhṭi K|kē samān āvāz nahī̃ hai - aisē āvāz sē parē sthiti achchhī lagtī hai ? 5Mukh dvārā sunnā , sunānā issē ūpar apnī vr̥itti dvārā vā dr̥iṣhṭi dvārā vā vibrations dvārā vā apnē śhrēṣhṭh anubhavō̃ K|kē prabhāv dvārā kisī ātmāō̃ key|kī sēvā karnā arthāt sunānā vā parichay dēnā , sambandh jōṛnā iskē anubhavī hō ? 6Jaisē vāṇī dvārā sambandh jōṛnā iskē anubhavī hō , vaisē vāṇī dvārā direction milē ki in ātmāō̃ key|kī vr̥itti vā dr̥iṣhṭi vā śhrēṣhṭh anubhavō̃ K|kē prabhāv sē sēvā karō tō kar saktē hō vā sirph vāṇī dvārā kar saktē hō ? 7Jaisē vāṇī dvārā ātmāō̃ kō bāp sē sambandh juṭānē K|kē number-vār nimitt bantē hō vaisē apnī sūkṣhma sthiti K|kē vā master sarv śhaktivān vā master gyān sūrya key|kī sthiti dvārā , ātmāō̃ kō svayã K|kē sthiti vā bāp K|kē sambandh kā anubhav , powerful vātāvaraṇ , vibration vā svayã K|kē śhakti svarūp K|kē samparka sē unhē̃ bhī karā saktē hō ?
3So, do you enjoy the stage beyond sound where there is no noise like that in the corporeal world?
8Kyōṅki jaisē samay samīp ā rahā hai , pāṇḍav sēnā K|kē pratyakṣha hōnē kā prabhāv gupta rūp mē̃ phailtā jā rahā hai .
4Even greater than listening and speaking is to be serving souls through your attitude, vibrations and the influence of your own experience.
9Sēvā key|kī rūprēkhā samay pramāṇ aur sēvā pramāṇ parivartan avaśhya hōgī .
5So, have you experienced relating knowledge, giving an introduction and forging a relationship through these methods?
10Jaisē ājkal bhī science dvārā her|har chīz kō quantity ( Q u a n t i t y ; mātra ) bajāē quality ( Q u a l i t y ; guṇ ) mē̃ lā rahē haĩ , aisā chhōṭā sā rūp banā rahē haĩ , jō rūp hai chhōṭā lēkin śhakti adhik bharī huī hōtī hai .
6Have you experienced forging a relationship through words? 7If you were to receive directions through words to serve souls through your attitude, vision and the influence of your experience, would you be able to do it? 8Or, are you only able to serve through words?
11Jaisē miṭhās K|kē vistār kō saccharin ( S e c c h a r i n e ) K|kē rūp mē̃ lātē haĩ .
9You become instruments numberwise in enabling souls to forge a relationship with the Father through words.
12Vistār kō sār mē̃ lā rahē haĩ , isī prakār pāṇḍav sēnā arthāt silence key|kī śhakti vālī śhrēṣhṭh ātmāē̃ bhī jō ēk ghanṭē K|kē bhāṣhaṇ dvārā kiskō parichay dē saktē hō , vah ēk sēkēnḍa key|kī powerful dr̥iṣhṭi , dvārā powerful stage dvārā , kalyāṇ key|kī bhāvnā dvārā , ātmik bhāv dvārā smr̥iti dilā saktē hō vā aparōkṣha sākṣhātkār karā saktē hō ?
10In the same way, using your subtle stage, your stage of a master almighty authority and a master sun of knowledge, are you enabling souls to experience their own stage and a relationship with the Father? 11Are you doing this with a powerful atmosphere, vibrations and connection through your form of power? 12As time is coming closer, in an incognito way, the influence of the Pandav Army is being revealed and spreading. 13The form of service will definitely change according to the time and according to the service.
13Abhī aisī practice key|kī āvaśhyaktā hai . 14Iskē liē dō bātō̃ key|kī āvaśhyaktā hai , jissē aisī śhrēṣhṭh sēvā kē nimitt ban saktē hō , vah kaunsī dō bātō̃ key|kī taraph viśhēṣh attention dilātē haĩ .
14Nowadays, scientists concentrate on creating quality rather than quantity; they are making everything very minute, so that even though something may be physically small, it has much more power concentrated within it. 15They have condensed the expansion of sweetness into the form of saccharine.
15Vah jāntē hō kaun see|sī|C hōgī ?
16They reduce expansion into its essence.
16Ēk tō chārō̃ ōr yah attention dilātē haĩ key|kī kōī bhī chīz west|waste ( W a s t e ; bēkār ) mat karō aur dūsrī bāt wait ( W e i g h t ; vajan ) cum|kam karō .
17In the same way, you, the Pandav Army, who are the elevated souls with the power of silence, are able to give someone the introduction through an hours lecture.
17Vah lōg tō śharīr key|kī wait cum|kam karnē kē liē kahtē haĩ , lēkin bāp-dādā ātmā kē ūpar jō bōjh hai , jis bōjh K|kē kāraṇ ūñchī stage kā anubhav nahī̃ kar pātī , tō is wait kō cum|kam karō .
18So, are you also able to remind others or give them a vision through a seconds powerful drishti, a powerful stage, benevolent and soul conscious feelings? 19You now need to practise this. 20In order to become instruments to do this type of service you need two things.
18Ēk west|waste mat karō aur dūsrā wait cum|kam karō .
21To what two things is Baba especially drawing your attention?
19In dō bātō̃ kē ūpar viśhēṣh attention chāhiē .
22Do you know what these two things are?
20Apnī śhaktiyā̃ vā samay west|waste karnē sē jamā nahī̃ hōtī aur jamā na hōnē K|kē kāraṇ jō khuśhī vā śhaktiśhālī stage kā anubhav hōnā chāhiē , vah chāhtē huē bhī nahī̃ kar saktē . 21Jaisē āp śhrēṣhṭh ātmāō̃ kā viśhva-kalyāṇakārī bannē kā kārya hai .
23Firstly, Baba is asking you to pay attention all round and not to waste anything anywhere, and secondly, to lose weight. 24Those people tell you to reduce the weight of your body, but BapDada is telling you to reduce the weight of the burden on the soul, due to which you are unable to experience an elevated stage.
22Usī pramāṇ samay vā śhaktiyā̃ na sirph apnē prati lēkin anēk ātmāō̃ key|kī sēvā prati bhī stock jamā hōnā chāhiē .
25Firstly, do not waste anything and secondly, lose weight! 26Special attention has to be paid to both these aspects.
23Agar west|waste hōtā rahēgā tō svayã bhī apnē kō bharpūr anubhav nahī̃ karē̃gē . 24Jaisē ājkal kī government bhī bachat key|kī scheme banātī hai .
27By wasting your power and time, you are unable to accumulate, and because of not accumulating, you are unable to experience happiness or the powerful stage that you want.
25Vaisē apnē prati āvaśhyak samay vā śhaktiyō̃ mē̃ sē economy ( E c o n o m y ; bachat ) kā lakṣhya rakhtē huē bachat karnī chāhiē .
28The task of you elevated souls is to become world benefactors. 29Therefore, you should have accumulated a stock of time and power not just for yourself, but also to serve many other souls.
26Kyōṅki viśhva key|kī sarv ātmāē̃ āp śhrēṣhṭh ātmāō̃ kā parivār hai .
30If you continue to waste, you will not experience being full. 31Nowadays, even the government has a budget scheme.
27Jitnā baṛā parivār hōtā hai utnā hī economy kā khyāl rakhā jātā hai . 28Āp jaisā baṛā parivār aur kiskā hai ?
32So too, you should also save something by budgeting and aiming to be economical in the time and power you use on yourself.
29Tō sab ātmāō̃ kō sāmnē rakhtē huē , svayã kō bēhad key|kī sēvā arth|earth nimitt samajhtē huē , apnē samay aur śhaktiyō̃ kō kārya mē̃ lagātē hō ?
33All souls of the entire world are the family of you elevated souls. 34The larger the family, the more one thinks of economising. 35Who else has such a big family as yours?
30Master rachtā key|kī sthiti smr̥iti mē̃ rahtī hai vā apnē prati hī kamāyā aur khāyā , vā kuchh khāyā , kuchh ganvāyā , aisē albēlē hō chal rahē hō ?
36Keeping all souls in front of you, do you use your time and power whilst considering yourself to be an instrument for unlimited service? 37Are you aware of your stage of a master creator or do you just earn for yourself?
31Tō apnē sarv khajānō̃ key|kī budget ( B u d g e t ) banāō .
38Do you use some and waste the rest of it?
32Itnī baṛī jimmēvārī kā kārya uṭhānē vālī ātmāē̃ agar jamā na hōgā tō kārya kaisē saphal kar sakē̃gī . 33Ḍrāmānusār hōnā hī hai - yah huī knowledge key|kī bāt .
39Are you moving along carelessly in this way? 40So, budget all your treasures! 41You souls have such a huge responsibility; so, if you do not accumulate, how would you succeed in your task?
34Lēkin drama mē̃ mujhē bhī nimitt ban sēvā dvārā śhrēṣhṭh prāpti karnī hai , yah lakṣhya rakhtē huē her|har khazānē key|kī budget banāō . 35Budget mē̃ lakṣhya kyā rakhnā hai ?
42To know that everything is to happen according to the drama is an aspect of knowledge, but according to the drama, you have to be an instrument and attain your elevated attainment through serving.
36Salōgan yād hai ? 37 cum|kam kharcha bālā naśhīn .
43Maintain this aim and budget all your treasures.
38Her|har khazānē kō check karō kitnā jamā hai ?
44What aim should you have for your budget?
39Us jamā K|kē khātē sē bēhad K|kē ātmāō̃ key|kī sēvā hō saktī hai .
45Do you remember the slogan, Greater splendour through less expenditure?
40Harēk subject key|kī bhī checking karō ki her|har subject dvārā bēhad key|kī sēvā kē nimitt ban saktē haĩ , vā sirph gyān dvārā kar saktē haĩ , dhārṇā dvārā nahī̃ ? 41Jab full pass hōnā hai tō full subject dvārā sēvā kē nimitt bannā āvaśhyak hai .
46Check all your treasures to see how many you have accumulated. 47From the accumulation in a physical account, you can only serve souls in a limited way. 48Check yourself in every subject as to whether you are able to be an instrument for unlimited service in every subject, or whether you are only able to serve through knowledge and not through your dharna.
42Agar ēk bhī subject mē̃ kamī hai tō full pass nahī̃ lēkin pās|pass hōṅgē .
49In order to pass fully and become an instrument for service, you need to pass in every subject.
43Ēk hai pass with honour aur dūsrī stage hai pās|pass hōnā .
50If you lack something in any subject, you will pass, but you will not pass fully.
44Jō sirph pās|pass hōtē haĩ pass with honour nahī̃ tō unhō̃ kō pass with honour K|kē antar mē̃ dharmarāj key|kī sajāō̃ sē pās|pass hōnā paṛtā hai arthāt thōṛā bahut bhī sajāō̃ kā anubhav mē̃ pās|pass karē̃gē .
51One is to pass with honour and the other is simply to pass. 52Those who simply pass and do not pass with honour have to experience punishment. 53Because of not passing with honour they have to experience some punishment.
45Pass with honour aurō̃ kō pās|pass kartē huē dēkhē̃gē .
54Those who pass with honour will observe others pass by.
46Isliē her|har subject mē̃ full pass hōnā hai - her|har khazānē key|kī budget karō aur budget banāō arthāt west|waste mat karō .
55Therefore, you have to pass fully in every subject. 56So, make a budget and save every treasure, that is, do not waste anything.
47Her|har second , saṅkalp yā svayã kē prati śhaktiśhālī banānē arth|earth vā sarv ātmāō̃ key|kī sēvā arth|earth kārya mē̃ lagāō .
57Use every second and every thought to make yourself powerful in order to serve other souls.
48Dūsrī bāt wait cum|kam karō .
58Secondly, reduce your weight.
49 ēk tō pichhlē janmō̃ kā rahā huā hisāb-kitāb kā bōjh samāpt karnē mē̃ lagē hō , lēkin vah bōjh kōī baṛī bāt nahī̃ hai .
59Firstly, you are engaged in finishing the burden of the accounts of the past births, but that burden is not a big thing.
50Brāhmaṇ bankar vā brahmākumār / brahmākumārī kahlākar viśhva-kalyāṇakārī vā viśhva-sēvādhārī kahalākār phir bhī agar aisā kōī vikalp vā vikarma kartē haĩ tō vah bōjh us bōjh sē sauguṇā hai .
60However, after becoming a Brahmin, after being called a Brahma Kumar or Kumari, a world benefactor and a world server, if you then commit any sin, whether in act or thought, then the burden of that is a hundred times greater than the first burden.
51Aisē kitnē prakār K|kē bōjh apnē saṅskārō̃ K|kē vaśh , svabhāv K|kē vaśh , gyān , buddhi K|kē abhimān vaśh , nām aur śhān K|kē svārtha vaśh , svayã K|kē salvation prāpt karnē K|kē vaśh , vā albēlēpan vā ālasya K|kē vaśh , ab tak kitnē bōjh uṭhāē haĩ ?
61How many such burdens have you taken upon yourself due to the influence of your sanskars, nature, arrogance of your knowledgeable intellect, your desire for name and fame or for attaining some facilities for yourself, or due to carelessness and laziness?
52Sadaiv yah dhyān par rakhnā hai ki gyānī tū ātmā kahlātē athavā serviceable kahlātē aisā kōī karma vā vātāvaraṇ phailānē K|kē vibration utpanna hōnē kē nimitt na banē jissē service kē bajāē dis service hō .
62Whilst calling yourself a gyani or serviceable soul, always pay attention that you do not become an instrument to cause disservice instead of service by performing any such acts or spreading such vibrations.
53Kyōṅki service bhī hō lēkin ēk bār key|kī dis-service das bār key|kī service kō samāpt kar dētī hai .
63Let there be service, but also remember that disservice performed once destroys ten times as much service.
54Jaisē rabaṛ miṭ jātā hai vaisē ēk bār key|kī dis-service das bār K|kē service K|kē khātē kō khatm kar dētī hai .
64Just as you erase something with an eraser, so too, disservice performed once destroys the account of ten times as much service.
55Aur vah samajhtā rahtā ki maĩ bahut service kartā hū̃ .
65Yet, such souls may continue to think that they are doing a lot of service.
56Lēkin khātā khālī hōnē K|kē kāraṇ niśhānī dikhāī bhī dētī haĩ lēkin abhimān K|kē vaśh bāhar sē miyāmi ù è ban jātē haĩ .
66Because they have an empty account, the signs of this may be visible, but because of their arrogance, they parade themselves as being very clever.
57Niśhānī kyā hōtī hai ?
67What is the sign of this?
58Ēk tō yād mē̃ śhakti vā prāpti kā anubhav nahī̃ hōtā .
68There is no experience of power or attainment in their remembrance.
59Andar key|kī santuṣhṭatā nahī̃ hōgī .
69There is no contentment inside.
60Her|har samay kōī na kōī paristhiti vā vyakti vā prakr̥iti kā vaibhav , sthiti kō halchal mē̃ lānē K|kē vā khuśhī , śhakti khatm karnē kē nimitt banē̃gē .
70At every moment, one or another situation, person or material possession becomes instrumental in making their stage fluctuate and finishing their happiness and power.
61Bāhar kā dikhāvā itnā sundar hōgā jō anēk ātmāē̃ unhē̃ na parakhnē kāraṇ sabsē achchhā khuśh mijāj aur puruṣhārthī samajhē̃gē .
71The external show will be so beautiful that, because of not recognising this, other souls will consider such souls to be happy and good effortmakers.
62Lēkin andar bilkul uljhan mē̃ khōkhalāpan hōtā hai .
72However, inside there is nothing but emptiness out of confusion.
63Nām , śhān kā khātā full hōtā hai - lēkin khazānō̃ kā khātā , anubhūtiyō̃ kā khātā khālī K|kē barābar hōtā hai arthāt nām mātra hōtā hai .
73The account of name and fame is full but the accounts of treasures and experience are almost empty, that is, they are just in namesake.
64Aur niśhānī kyā hōgī ?
74What other signs are there?
65Aisī ātmā svayã vighnō̃ K|kē vaśh hōnē K|kē kāraṇ sēvā K|kē kārya mē̃ vighna rūp ban jātī hai .
75Because of being influenced by obstacles, such souls will themselves be an obstacle to service.
66Nām vidhna vināśhak hai lēkin bantē vighna rūp haĩ .
76They are called destroyers of obstacles, but they themselves become obstacles.
67Aisē ātmāō̃ kē ūpar samay prati samay K|kē bōjh sē wait baṛhnē K|kē kāraṇ anēk prakār K|kē mānasik vyarth chintan vā mānasik aśhānti , aisē anēk rōg paidā kar lētē haĩ .
77Because the weight of this burden continually increases for such souls, from time to time, the many types of waste thoughts and peacelessness of the mind also increase.
68Dūsrī bāt wait hōnē K|kē kāraṇ purūṣhārth key|kī raphtār tīvr nahī̃ hō saktī .
78Secondly, because you are heavy, your speed of effort cannot become fast.
69High jump ( ūñchī kūd ) tō chhōṛō lēkin dauṛ bhī nahī̃ lagā saktē .
79Let alone taking a high jump, you are not even able to run.
70Plan banāyēṅgē ki yah karē̃gē , yah karē̃gē lēkin saphal nahī̃ hō saktē .
80You make plans to do this or that, but you do not succeed.
71Tīsrī guhya bāt aisī wait vālī ātmāē̃ , jō vighna rūp vā dis-service kē nimitt bantī hai , bāp kō arpaṇ kiyā huā apnā tan-man vā īśhvarīy sēvā arth|earth milā huā dhan , apnē vighnō̃ K|kē kāraṇ west|waste kartī hai arthāt saphaltā nahī̃ pātī , uskē west|waste karnē kā bhī bōjh chaṛhtā hai .
81The third deep aspect is that souls who are so heavy, who become instruments to create obstacles or do disservice, are unable to achieve success, because they waste their body and mind that they have surrendered to Baba and the wealth they have received for Godly service. 82They accumulate a burden from wasting these treasures because of obstacles.
72Isliē pāpō̃ key|kī gahan gati kō bhī achchhī rīti jānō .
83Therefore, now understand clearly the deep secrets of sin!
73Ab kyā karnā hai ?
84What do you have to do now?
74West|waste mat karō aur wait cum|kam karō .
85Do not waste anything and reduce your weight!
75Dharmarāj purī mē̃ jānē K|kē pahlē apnā dharmarāj banō .
86Before going to the court of Dharamraj, become your own Dharamraj.
76Apnā pūrā cōpaḍā khōlō aur check karō pāp aur puṇya kā khātā kyā rahā huā hai , kyā jamā karnā hai ; aur viśhēṣh svayã prati plan banāō . 77Pāp K|kē khātē kō bhasma karō . 78Puṇya K|kē khātē kō baṛhāō .
87Open your entire account book and check what still remains in your accounts of sin and charity and what you still have to accumulate. 88Make a special plan for yourself to destroy the account of sin and increase the account of charity.
79Bāp-dādā bachchō̃ K|kē khātē kō dēkhtē huē samajhtē haĩ mālāmāl hō jāē .
89BapDada looks at the accounts of the children and feels that they should all become prosperous.
80 ( barsāt paṛ rahī hai ) prakr̥iti bhī pāṭh paṛhā rahī hai .
90(There was heavy rainfall.) 91Even the elements are teaching you a lesson.
81Jaisē prakr̥iti apnē mausam vā samay pramāṇ apnē tīvr gati sē kārya kar rahī hai aisē brāhmaṇō̃ key|kī kamāī jamā karnē key|kī mausam hai .
92Just as the elements are carrying out their task with full force according to the season, so too, it is now the season for Brahmins to accumulate an income.
82Tō mausam pramāṇ tīvr raphtār sē jamā karō .
93Therefore, according to the season, accumulate with full force.
83Achchhā .
94Achcha.
84Sadā phariśhtē , vēṭalēs arthāt light rūp , her|har second aur saṅkalp mē̃ bhī pichhlā bōjh bhasma kartē , bhaviṣhya jamā karnē vālē , sadā viśhva sēvādhārī svarūp mē̃ sthit rah ātmāō̃ kō sarv khazānē mahādānī ban dān karnē vālē , apnē śhaktiyō̃ K|kē khajānō̃ mē̃ sampann hō śhaktiyō̃ dvārā vardānī bannē vālē , rahm dil ātmāē̃ , sadā viśhva kalyāṇkārī ātmāō̃ kō bāp-dādā kā yād-pyār aur namastē .
95To those who are constantly angels and weightless, that is, to those who have the form of light; to those who burn away their past sins at every second and in every thought and accumulate for the future; to those who are constantly world servers and who, as great donors, donate all their treasures to other souls; to those who become full with the treasure of all powers and who become bestowers of blessings through their power; to the merciful souls who are constant world benefactors, BapDadas love, remembrance and namaste.
85Party sē
96BapDada meeting groups:
86Sadā svachintan aur śhubhchintak dōnō̃ stage rahtī haĩ ? 87Jab śhubhchintak hōtā hai tō vyarth samāpt hō jātā hai .
97Do you constantly have the stages of having both thoughts of the original self and positive thoughts for others?
88Vyarth kā rahtā hai arthāt śhubh chintak kā anubhav cum|kam hai .
98When you have positive thoughts, all waste thoughts finish.
89Jaisē agar ēk bār baṛhiyā chīz kā taste ( T a s t e ) kar liyā tō ghaṭiyā chīz svīkār karnē kā saṅkalp bhī nahī̃ āēgā .
99When there are waste thoughts, it means you do not have so many positive thoughts. 100When you have tasted something great, you would not even think of accepting anything of a lesser quality.
90Vaisē śhubh chintan mē̃ rahnē vālā vyarth chintan kar nahī̃ saktā .
101In the same way, those who have positive thoughts cannot have waste thoughts.
91Chintan chalānā arthāt uskā svarūp ban jāē .
102To have a thought means to become the embodiment of that.
92Jaisē sāgar K|kē andar rahnē vālē jīv-jantu sāgar mē̃ samāē huē hōtē , bāhar nahī̃ nikalnā chāhtē . 93Machhlī bhī pānī K|kē andar rahtī , bāhar I|āī|eye tō khatm .
103In nature, the creatures that live in the ocean stay in the ocean and do not wish to come out; fish also stay in the water, for they would die as soon as they come out; the ocean or that water is their world.
94Sāgar va pānī hī uskā saṅsār hai , itnā baṛā bāhar kā saṅsār uskē liē kuchh bhī nahī̃ , aisē gyān sāgar bāp mē̃ samāē huē - inhō̃ kā saṅsār bhī bāp arthāt sāgar hōtā hai .
104The great big world outside is nothing for them. 105In the same way, for those who are merged in Baba, the Ocean of Knowledge, their world is the Father, that is, the Ocean. 106Do you experience this? 107Or, do you still want to go on a tour outside?
95Aisē anubhav kartē hō vā bāhar chakra lagānē kō dil hōtī hai ? 96Jab tak yah anubhav nahī̃ kiyā , svarūp mē̃ samānē kā , tab tak jō brāhmaṇ jīvan kā gāyan hai - atīndriya sukh K|kē jhūlē mē̃ jhūlnē kā , harṣhit hōnē kā , vah nahī̃ hō saktā .
108Unless you experience merging and becoming the embodiment, you will not be able to experience the praise of Brahmin life which is of swinging in the swing of supersensuous joy and remaining cheerful. 109Those who have experienced this understand the importance of the happiness of this Brahmin birth. 110Brahmins are called the topknot.
97Aisē anubhavī hī is brāhmaṇ jīvan K|kē sukh K|kē mahatva kō jāntē haĩ .
111This topknot is an elevated stage. 112If you cannot reach here, how can you hoist the flag of victory?
98Brāhmaṇō̃ kō chōṭī kahtē haĩ , yah chōṭī arthāt , ūñchī stage hai .
113If you hoist a flag from an elevated position, you will be called victorious. 114What is your present effort?
99Agar yahā̃ tak nahī̃ pahũchē tō vijay kā jhaṇḍā kaisē laharāyēṅgē ?
115Listening and relating continues all the time, but you now have to become experienced.
100Ūñchī chōṭī par jākar jhaṇḍā laharāēṅgē tō vijayī kahā jāēgā . 101Vartamān samay kā purūṣhārth kyā hai ? 102Sunnā , sunānā chaltā rahtā , abhī anubhavī bannā hai .
116Experienced ones are able to have more influence. 117When an experienced person relates something and then another person who has only heard something does the same, there would be a difference, would there not?
103Anubhavī kā prabhāv jyādā hōtā .
118People also now want to have an experience.
104Vahī bāt anubhavī sunāvē aur vahī bāt sunī huī sunāvē tō antar paṛēgā nā ? 105Lōg bhī abhī anubhav karnā chāhtē .
119Why do they have special experiences in the yoga bhatthis? 120Because, as well as relating, the method to become experienced is to give them an experience.
106Yōg śhivir mē̃ viśhēṣh anubhav kyō̃ kartē ?
121The results of this are very good.
107Kyōṅki anubhavī bannē kā sādhan hai - sunānē kē sāth anubhav karāyā jātā hai .
122Since souls want to have an experience, you should have an experience and give an experience.
108Issē result achchhī nikaltī hai .
123What method should you adopt to become experienced?
109Jab ātmāē̃ anubhav chāhtī haĩ tō āp bhī anubhavī bankar anubhav karāō . 110Anubhav kaisē hō ?
124Just as an inventor stays in complete solitude in order to create an invention, so too, the solitude here is to be lost in the depth of One.
111Uskē liē kaun sā sādhan apnānā hai ?
125You also need to be isolated from external attractions.
112Jaisē kōī inventor ( āviṣkārak ) vah kōī bhī invention nikālnē kē liē bilkul ēkānt mē̃ rahtē haĩ .
126Your solitude should not be just that of just sitting in your room; your mind should also be in solitude. 127Solitude of the mind means to stay in the remembrance of One, and to become stable.
113Tō yahā̃ key|kī ēkānt arthāt ēk K|kē ant mē̃ khōnā hai , tō bāhar key|kī ākarṣhaṇ sē ēkānt chāhiē .
128This is real solitude. 129They go into solitude to invent something. 130They go beyond the surrounding vibrations. 131So here too, you have to go beyond all attractions.
114Aisē nahī̃ sirph kamrē mē̃ baiṭhnē key|kī ēkānt chāhiē , lēkin man ēkānt hō .
132There are also those who do not like solitude, but prefer to be in a gathering and to laugh and fool around.
115Man key|kī ēkāgratā arthāt ēk key|kī yād mē̃ rahnā , ēkāgr hōnā yahī ēkānt hai .
133However, that means becoming extroverted. 134Now, make yourself one who stays in solitude, that is, become isolated from the vibrations all around.
116Ēkānt mē̃ jākar invention nikāltē hai nā !
135Now, such a time is coming when this practice will be useful to you.
117Chārō̃ ōr K|kē vibration sē parē chalē jātē tō yahā̃ bhī svayã kō ākarṣhaṇ sē parē jānā paṛē .
136If you have the practice of being influenced by external attractions, then you will be deceived at some point.
118Aisē bhī kaī hōtē jinhē̃ ēkānt pasand ātā , saṅgaṭhan mē̃ rahnā , hansnā , bōlnā jyādā pasand nahī̃ ātā , lēkin yah huā bāhar mukhatā mē̃ ānā .
137Such circumstances will come that you will not be able to see any support other than this practice. 138To be in solitude means to be an embodiment of experience. 139Those from Delhi have become the first instruments for service.
119Abhī apnē kō ēkānt vāsī banāō arthāt sarv ākarṣhaṇ K|kē vibration sē antarmukh banō .
140So, now become instruments with this speciality. 141Then others will also copy your experience of this stage. 142This is the greatest service of all.
120Ab samay aisā ā rahā hai jō yahī abhyās kām mē̃ āēgā .
143Together and individually, spread an atmosphere of both these types of practice.
121Agar bāhar K|kē ākarṣhaṇ K|kē vaśhībhūt hōnē kā abhyās hōgā tō samay par dhōkhā dē dēgā . 122Sarakamasṭansēs ( paristhitiyā̃ ) aisē āyēṅgē jō is abhyās K|kē sivāē aur kōī ādhār hī nahī̃ dikhāī dēgā . 123Ēkāntvāsī arthāt anubhavī mūrtta .
144Blessing:May you constantly be a jewel of contentment and finish all limited desires by having the treasure of contentment. Those who have the treasure of contentment have everything. 145Those who become content with even a little experience all attainments, whereas those who are not content, even though they may have everything, will feel as though they have nothing.
124Dillī vālē sēvā K|kē ādi kē nimitt banē haĩ tō is viśhēṣhtā mē̃ bhī nimitt banō .
146This is because a discontented soul is always under the influence of some desire. 147When one desire is fulfilled, such a soul will have ten more desires.
125Tō is sthiti K|kē anubhav kō dūsrē bhī copy karē̃gē . 126Yah sabsē baṛē tē baṛī sēvā hai .
148Therefore, when you become ignorant of even the knowledge of limited desires, you will be called a jewel of contentment.
127Saṅgaṭhit rūp mē̃ aur inḍīvijaval rūp mē̃ dōnō̃ hī rūp sē aisē abhyās kā vātāvaraṇ phailāō .
149Slogan:Constantly keep the switch of awareness on and your mood will not be spoilt. 150* * * O M S H A N T I * * *
