1ab vesta aur wait ko samaapta karo
1Put an end to waste and weight.
2vyartha ko samartha mein parivartan karaane vaale shiv baba bole:-
2Today, BapDada was especially pleased to see the deep love of the children.
3baapdaada aaj vishesh bachchon ki lagan aur sneh ko dekh harshit ho rahe hain - kaise lagan se parvaane samaan shama par aaye hain।
3He was seeing how the children have become like moths and come to the Flame. 4All of you moths have the one special desire to have a meeting.
4sabhi parvaanon ki ek hi vishesh milan ki lagan hai - isliye baapdaada ko bhi milan manaane ke liye saakaar mahphil mein aana padta hai - harek ke purooshaartha ki raphtaar ko dekh baapdaada jaante hain ki harek yathaashakti manzil par pahunchne ka sankalp kar chal rahe hain।
5This is why BapDada also has to come into the corporeal gathering to celebrate a meeting. 6By seeing the speed of efforts of each one, BapDada knows that each one of you is moving along, according to your capacity, with the thought of reaching your destination.
5sankalp ek hai, manzil bhi ek hai guide bhi ek hai, shreemat bhi ek hi hai phir bhi nambarvaar kyon hain।
7The thought you have is the same, your destination is the same, your Guide is the same, the shrimat you receive is the same; so, how do you become numberwise?
6hai bhi sahaj maarga aur vartamaan swaroop bhi sahayogi ka hai phir bhi speed mein antar kyon hai।
8It is an easy path; in your present form, you are co-operative, and so why is there a difference in your speed?
7number one aur koi phir 16hajaar ki maala ka bhi last manka।
9In the rosary of 16,000, one of you is the first bead and another is the last bead.
8donon hi ke purooshaartha ka samay aur saathi ek hi hai, padhaai ka sthaan bhi last athva first ka ek hi shikshak bhi ek hai, shiksha bhi ek hi hai first vaale ke liye special tuition bhi nahin hai phir bhi itna antar kyon?
10The period of time for making effort is the same for both, the place where the last one and the first one studies is the same, your Teacher is the same, the teachings you receive are the same; it isn’t that the first one receives special tuition. 11Yet, why is there so much difference?
9kaaran kya hai sangamayug ke titles bhi bahut bade hain - first athva last ke title bhi ek hai - master sarvashaktivaan master knowledgeful, trikaaldarshi, master jaaneejaananhaar phir bhi last kyon kul bhi ek hi hai brahman kul- vansh bhi ek brahma ke hain kartavya bhi ek vishwa kalyaan ka hai phir bhi itna antar kyon?
12What is the reason for this? 13Your titles of the confluence age are great; whether you are the first one or the last one, your titles are, “Master almighty authority, master knowledge-full, trikaldarshi, master janijananhar (knower of all secrets)”, and so why is someone last? 14You belong to the same Brahmin family; you belong to the same dynasty of Brahma; your duty of becoming a world benefactor is the same, and yet why is there so much difference?
10varsa bhi behad ke baap ka harek ke liye behad hai - arthaat mukti jeevan mukti ka adhikaar sabhi ke liye antar bhi hai, kyon।
15The inheritance that each of you receives from the unlimited Father is also unlimited; everyone has an equal right to liberation and liberation-in-life, and yet why is there so much difference?
11kaaran kya।
16What is the reason for this?
12baapdaada ne sab bachchon ke purooshaartha ko dekh mukhya do kaaran dekhen - ek to vesta arthaat vyartha ganvaana doosra wait arthaat vazan jyaada।
17On looking at the efforts of all the children, BapDada saw two main reasons for the difference. 18Firstly, you lose everything because you waste it. 19Secondly, there is surplus weight.
13jaise aajkal ke jamaane mein shaareerik rogon ka kaaran wait jaasti hain, sarva beemaariyon ka nivaaran wait kam karna hai vaise purooshaartha ki gati ke last aur first kaaran bhi wait kam na karna jaise shareer mein bhaareepan hone ke kaaran automatically beemaariyaan utpanna ho jaati hain vaise aatma ke bojh se aatmik rog bhi svatah paida ho jaata hai - sabse jyaada wait badhne ka kaaran jaise shaareerik hisaab se jyaada wait badhne ka kaaran sadi hui cheejen kehte hain vaise yahaan bhi sadi hui vastu arthaat beeti hui baaten jo na sochne ki hain arthaat na khaane ki hain aise sadi hui baaton ko buddhi dvaara sveekaar kar lete hain athva har aatmaon ki kamiyon va avgunon ka svayan mein dhaaran karna isko bhi sadi hui vastu kahenge।
20Nowadays, it is believed that the cause of physical illness is being over weight, and that the way to cure illness is to lose weight. 21Similarly, the difference in the speed of efforts of the first one and last one is based on their weight. 22Just as an illness develops automatically in someone who is physically overweight, so too, a soul that is heavy automatically develops spiritual illness.
14tali hui vastu khaane mein badi achhi lagti hai - apne taraph aakarshan bhi bahut karti hain - na dil hote bhi thoda sa kha lete hain - jitna hi aakarshan vaali hoti hain utna hi nuksaan vaali bhi hoti hain vaise yahaan phir aakarshan ki cheejen hain ek do dvaara vyartha samaachaar sunna aur sunaana।
23Just as the cause of physical illness is eating things that are rotten, so here, too, your intellect consumes things that have gone rotten, that is, things of the past, which you should not be thinking about or consuming. 24To imbibe the weaknesses and defects of other souls is also known as consuming rotten things. 25You like anything fried; it tempts you a great deal. 26You even eat this against your conscious wish.
15roop roohroohaan ka hota, len-den karne ka hota lekin uska result ek do ke prati ghrina drishti hoti hai।
27However, the more tempting it is, the more damage it causes. 28Similarly, here, the thing that attracts you the most is listening to and sharing wasteful things with one another.
16samajhte hain manoranjan hai lekin ankon ke man ko ranja karte hain। 17to baahar ka roop aakarshan ka hai lekin result giraana hai aisi baaton ka buddhi dvaara dhaaran karna arthaat sevan karna is kaaran wait badh jaata hai।
29The form may be of having a spiritual heart-to-heart conversation or a spiritual exchange, but it results in the vision of dislike for one another. 30You think that it is entertainment, but it causes sorrow in the minds of many. 31So, although the external form may be very attractive, it results in making others fall.
18jaise shaareerik wait badhne ke kaaran daud nahin laga sakenge, chadhaai nahin chadh sakenge vaise yahaan bhi purooshaartha mein teevra gati nahin praapta kar sakte।
32You put on weight when your intellect consumes such things. 33Just as you are unable to run or climb when you are physically overweight, so, you are also unable to intensify your efforts.
19har kadam mein chadhti kala ka anubhav nahin kar sakte।
34You are unable to experience your ascending stage at every step.
20vajan bhaari vaala har sthaan par set nahin ho paate।
35An overweight person is not always able to go where he wants.
21vajan bhaari vaale ko chalte-chalte ek to rookna padta hai doosra kiska sahaara lena padta hai,isi reeti purooshaartha mein chalte-chalte thak jaate hain arthaat vighnon ke vash ho jaate hain paar nahin kar paate hain।
36Firstly, overweight people have to stop every so often as they move along, and, secondly, they have to take the support of others. 37In the same way, you become tired of making effort, that is, you become influenced by obstacles and unable to overcome them.
22saath-saath koi na koi aatma ko sahaara banaakar chal sakte।
38As well as this, you move along by relying on another soul to support you.
23ek baap ka sahaara to sabhi ko mila hua hai lekin yeh aatmaon ko sahaara banaakar chalte।
39All souls have received the support of the one Father, but you move along here by relying on another soul to support you.
24agar thoda bhi aatmaon ka sahaara arthaat sahayog nahin milta to chal nahin paate।
40Then, if you don’t receive a little support or co-operation from other souls, you become unable to continue.
25baar-baar kahenge sahayog mile to aage badhen chance mile koi badhaave to aage badhe। 26kyonki svayan bhaari hone kaaran doosre ke sahaare dvaara apna bojh halka karna chaahte hain। 27isliye baapdaada bhi kehte hain wait kam karo।
41Again and again, you would say that you can only move along if you receive co-operation; that you can only move forward if someone gives you the chance or if someone helps you. 42Because you yourself are heavy, you want to lighten your burden by taking support from someone else.
28iska saadhan hai - jaise shaareerik halkepan ka saadhan hai exercise।
43This is why BapDada is also telling you to lose weight. 44In order to lose physical weight, you have to exercise.
29vaise aatmik exercise yog abhyaas dvaara abhi-abhi karmayogi arthaat saakaari svaroopdhaari ban saakaar srishti ka part bajaana, abhi-abhi aakaari pharishta ban aakaari vatanvaasi avyakt roop ka anubhav karna - abhi-abhi niraakaari ban mool vatanvaasi ka anubhav karna,abhi-abhi apne raajya svarga arthaat vaikunthavaasi ban devta roop ka anubhav karna।
45So, here, too, you have to exercise the soul, that is, you have to practise yoga. 46One moment, be a karma yogi, a corporeal actor on this stage of the corporeal world playing your part; the next moment, be a subtle angel, a resident of the subtle region and experience the avyakt form; the next moment, become incorporeal and experience the incorporeal world; the next moment, be a resident of your kingdom of heaven and experience your deity form.
30aise buddhi ki exercise karo to sada halke ho jaavenge। 31bhaareepan khatma ho jaavega।
47By exercising your intellect in this way, you will always stay light; all your heaviness will disappear.
32purooshaartha ki gati teevra ho jaavegi।
48The speed of your efforts will become fast.
33sahaara lene ki aavashyakta nahin hogi।
49You will not need to take any support.
34sada baap ke sahaare arthaat chhatrachhaaya ke neeche anubhav karenge। 35daud lagaane ke bajaae highjump vaale ho jaavenge।
50You will constantly experience the Father’s support, that is, you will experience yourself to be under the canopy of protection.
36to saadhan hai ek eksarsaaiz - doosra hai khaan-paan ki parhej karo।
51Instead of just running, you will be able to take a high jump.
37jo buddhi dvaara koi bhi ashubh vastu ka sevan karna arthaat dhaaran karna iski parhez karo - jo sunaaya sadi hui aur tali hui vastu ka sevan nahin karo - doosra vesta na karo।
52So, the first way is to exercise yourself and the second way is to be careful with your diet. 53You have to be careful not to let your intellect consume anything impure. 54Baba told you earlier not to consume anything rotten or fried.
38kyon vesta karte ho?
55Secondly, don’t waste anything.
39jo vastu jaisi moolyavaan hai usko vaise use na karna isko bhi vesta kaha jaata।
56Why do you waste things? 57When you don’t use something that is valuable according to its value, that is called wasting it.
40baap dvaara yeh samay sangamayug ka khazaana mila hai - sangamayug ka second anek padmon ki value ka hai - senkenda ka bhi svayan ke prati va sarva ke prati padmon ke moolya samaan use nahin kiya yeh bhi vesta kiya arthaat jaisa moolya hai vaise jama nahin kiya।
58You have received the treasure of this time of the confluence age from the Father; one second of the confluence age is worth multimillions. 59If you do not use every second for the self or others as though it is worth multimillions, then you are wasting those seconds, that is, you are not accumulating them in your account according to their value.
41har second mein padmon ki kamaai ka vardaan drama mein sangam ke samay ko hi mila hua hai - aise vardaan ko svayan prati bhi jama nahin kiya, auron ke prati bhi daan na kiya to isko bhi vyartha kaha jaavega।
60Within the drama, it is only at the confluence age that you receive the blessing of earning multimillions at every second. 61If you don’t use this blessing by accumulating for yourself and donating to others, then that too is called wasting it.
42aise nahin samjho ki koi paap to kiya nahin va koi bhool to ki nahin, lekin samay ka laabh na lena bhi vyartha hai।
62Do not think that you didn’t commit any sin or that you didn’t make any mistake, because not to take the benefit of this time is also to waste it.
43mile hue vardaan ko na svayan praapta kiya na karaaya to isko bhi vesta arthaat vyartha kahenge।
63If you don’t attain anything for yourself or enable others to attain anything from the blessing that you have been given, then that too is a waste.
44isi prakaar sankalp bhi ek khazaana hai, gyaan bhi khazaana hai, sthool dhan bhi eeshvar arth samarpan karne se ek naya paisa ek ratan samaan value ka ho jaata hai,in sab khazaanon ko svayan ke prati va seva ke prati kaarya mein nahin lagaate to bhi vyartha kahenge।
64In the same way, thoughts are a treasure, knowledge is a treasure and by surrendering your money to God, one new paisa becomes as valuable as a jewel. 65If you don’t use all these treasures to benefit yourself or for service, then that too would be wasteful.
45har second sva kalyaan va vishwa kalyaan ke prati hon।
66Let every second be for self-benefit and world benefit.
46aise sarva khajaane isi prati hi baap ne diye hain - isi kaarya mein lagaate ho!
67Are you using all the treasures the Father has given you for the purpose for which He has given them to you?
47kai bachche kehte hain na achha kiya na bura kiya - to kis khaate mein gaya!
68Many children say, “I haven’t done anything good or bad.” 69So, in which account would that accumulate?
48value na rakhna isko bhi vyartha kahenge।
70Not to give something its value is also called wasting it.
49is kaaran purooshaartha ki raphtaar teevra nahin ho paati aur isi ke kaaran nambarvaar badh jaate hain।
71Through this, your speed of efforts doesn’t get faster and because of that you become numberwise.
50to ab samjha nambarvaar banne ka kaaran kya hua।
72So, do you now understand the reason why you become numberwise?
51wait aur vesta।
73Weight and waste!
52in donon baaton ko ab samaapta karo to first division mein aa jaavenge।
74Now, finish both these things and you will come in the first division.
53nahin to jaasti wait vaale ko phir wait (intajaar) bhi karna padega।
75Otherwise, those who are overweight will have to wait.
54first raajya ke bajaae second raajya mein aana padega।
76Instead of coming in the first kingdom, you will have to come in the second kingdom.
55wait karna pasanda hai va seat lena pasanda hai।
77Would you prefer to wait or would you like to take a seat?
56ab kya karenge - double light ban jaao।
78Now, what are you going to do? 79Become doublelight.
57achha
80Achcha.
58aise sada pharishte samaan sada halke rahne vaale har khazaane ko sada svany prati va sarva prati kaarya mein lagaane va sada baap ke sahaare ka anubhav kar sahajyogi jeevan apnaane vaale, aise teevra purooshaartha bachchon ko baapdaada ka yaad-pyaar aur namaste। 59om shanti।
81To those who remain constantly light as angels, to those who use all the treasures to benefit the self and others, to those who have adopted an easy yogi life by constantly experiencing the Father’s support, to the intense effort-making children, BapDada’s love, remembrance and namaste.
60deedi ji ke saath baatcheet:-
82BapDada meeting Didi and Dadi:
61mahaarthi arthaat vetles - aise mahaarthi sada udne vaali pariyon ke samaan dikhaai denge।
83To be a maharathi means to be weightless. 84Such maharathis would be seen as constantly flying angels.
62yeh hai gyaan pariyaan - gyaan aur vigyaan in donon pankhon vaali pariyaan ka sthaan paristaan hai।
85You are the angels of knowledge who have the wings of gyan (knowledge) and vigyan (yoga) and whose home is Paristhan.
63paristaan kisko kehte hain?
86What is Paristhan?
64svarga ko to paristaan kehte hi hain lekin ab bhi is sthool sthaan se par sthaan paristhaan kaunsa hai?
87Of course, heaven is also called Paristhan, but what is the Paristhan now that is beyond the physical place?
65diltakhta।
88The heart-throne!
66sabse bade se bada diltakhta hai - to diltakhtansheen arthaat paristaan ki pariyaan।
89The greatest throne of all is the heart-throne. 90To be seated on the heart-throne means to be an angel of Paristhan.
67isko kaha jaata paristaan ki pariyaan।
91Such souls are known as the angels of Paristhan.
68sada sthaan hi yeh hua।
92This is your permanent place.
69takhta se neeche nahin aate।
93You don’t get off the throne.
70takhta se neeche aana arthaat baap ke sammukh ke bajaae kinaare hona - jaise baap sada bachchon ke sanmukh hain vaise bachche bhi sada baap ke sanmukh hain।
94To get off the throne means to move away from the Father instead of remaining face to face with Him. 95Baba is constantly in front of you children, and so you children should also be constantly in front of the Father.
71baap ke sanmukh kaun rehte?
96Who is able to remain face-to-face with the Father?
72bachche।
97His children.
73bhakta kinaare rehte bachche sada sanmukh rehte। 74to isko kahenge paristaan ki pariyaan।
98The devotees are always on the side, whereas His children are always face-to-face with Him.
75pariyon ka bhi sangathan hota hai saath-saath udti hain।
99So, this is known as being an angel of Paristhan.
76jahaan chaahen vahaan udkar pahunch sakti hain - koi aadhaar ki aavashyakta nahin।
100Angels also have gatherings; they fly together. 101They can fly and reach wherever they want. 102They don’t need any support.
77to aisi paristaan ki pariyaan jo jab chaahen vahaan ud saken isko kaha jaata hai mahaarthi।
103So, those who are such angels of Paristhan, those who are able to fly whenever and wherever they want to go, are maharathis.
78mahaarthiyon ki avastha ka yaadgaar chitra bhi hai - harek gopi ke saath gopi vallabh ka chitra dekha hai।
104The memorial of this stage of the maharathis is the picture in which each gopi is shown with Gopi Vallabh (father of the gopis).
79harek gopi ke mukh se yahi nikalta ki mera gopi vallabh।
105The sound emerging from each and every one of you gopis is: My Gopi Vallabh!
80to aise sada saath ka chitra yeh hai sthiti ka yaadgaar chitra।
106The picture of being constantly in that company is the memorial of your stage.
81ek do se alag nahin - sada saath hai।
107You do not become separated from Him but are constantly together.
82baap par poora harek ka adhikaar hai।
108Each of you has full rights over the Father.
83aise adhikaariyon ka yeh chitra hai jinhonne sada ke liye baap ko apna saathi bana liya hai - yeh hai mahaarthiyon ki sthiti ka chitra। 84mahaarthi arthaat sada saath rahne vaale।
109This picture is of those serviceable ones who have all rights, of those who have made the Father their permanent Companion. 110This is the picture of the maharathis’ stage. 111A maharathi is one who is constantly with the Father; this image is of you constantly fulfilling your responsibility to Him.
85saath nibhaane ka yeh chitra hai - mahaarthiyon ke sivaae aur aatmaaen to kab sanmukh, kab kinaara kar leti। 86sada saath ka anubhav nahin kar sakti।
112All other souls, apart from the maharathis, are sometimes face-to-face with the Father and at other times they step away from Him; they are not able to experience His company constantly.
87saath chhootta aur saath pakadte hain - isliye unhon ka yeh yaadgaar nahin kah sakte।
113Sometimes, they let go of His company and sometimes they hold onto Him. 114This is why this memorial cannot be said to be theirs.
88achha
115Achcha.
89mahaarthiyon ne purooshaartha ki koi nai invention nikaali hai jo bahut refine ho - sankalp kiya aur hua - isko kehte hain refine। 90aisa sahaj saadhan nikaalo jisse saadhna kam ho aur siddhi jyaada ho।
116Have the maharathis invented a new and refined way to make effort? 117Being refined means to make something happen practically the moment you think about it. 118Create an easy way to make effort, in which you do not have to make so much spiritual endeavour and yet you attain greater success.
91jaise aajkal science vaale invention karte hain dukh kam ho - aur jis kaarya arth karte hain woh saphalta bhi jyaada ho - isi prakaar purooshaartha ke saadhnon mein aisa sahaj saadhan invainta ko apne anubhvon ke aadhaar par jo jaise second mein science ke saadhan vidhi ko paata hai vaise yeh silence ka saadhan second mein vidhi praapta ho।
119Nowadays, for whatever purpose scientists create inventions, they create them to increase success or reduce pain. 120In the same way, on the basis of your experience, invent such an easy method of making effort that just as the instruments of science are able to achieve success in a second, so you are able to achieve success with the means of silence. 121The Father gives you knowledge, but, just as you use all the scientific inventions that were created in a laboratory, so too, you children have to make it practical.
92baap knowledge dete hain lekin jaise science prayogshaalaaon mein sab invention practical mein laate hain, aise prayog mein to aap bachche laate hain, prayog mein laane vaale saadhan arthaat anubhav mein laane vaale saadhan - unmein se aisa koi sahaj saadhan sunaao jismen mehnat kam ho aur anubhav jyaada ho - aise chaaron or ke vaataavran, chaaron or ki kamjor aatmaon ke samaachaar pramaan aisa saadhan nikaalo- jaisi beemaari hoti hai vaisi davaai nikaali jaati hai - to chaaron or ke samaachaar anusaar aisa saadhan nikaalo aur phir practical karke dikhaayen ab mahaarthiyon ko aisa naya saadhan invainta karna chaahiye।
122Facilities to experiment with means facilities with which to have an experience. 123Now, tell people that you have a method which they can use through which they won’t have to work so hard so much and yet will have a better experience. 124Now, create such a method according to the atmosphere everywhere and also according to the news you are receiving from everywhere about weak souls. 125A medicine is invented according to the disease, and so, according to the news from everywhere, create such a method and put it into a practical form.
93aisa group ho jisko reesarcha group kehte hain - ab samjha mahaarthiyon ko kya karna hai - phir kaarobaar bhi halki ho jaayegi।
126Let the maharathis now create such a new invention. 127Set up a research group. 128Now, do you maharathis understand what you have to do? 129Then, your business activities will become lighter.
94jaise pahle-pahle maun vrat rakha tha to sab free ho gae the, time bach gaya tha - to aisa koi saadhan nikaalo jisse sabka time bach jaae - man ka maun ho vyartha sankalp aave hi nahin।
130Just as when you previously observed silence, you all became free at that time and your time was saved, so too, now find some means that will save time for you. 131Let there be silence in the mind and let no wasteful thoughts arise.
95yeh bhi man ka maun hai na।
132This too is silence of the mind.
96jaise mukh se aavaaz na nikle vaise vyartha sankalp na aayen - yeh bhi man ka maun hai।
133Just as when no sound emerges through your lips, you are in silence, so too, not having any wasteful thoughts is also silence of the mind.
97to vyartha khatma ho jaavega। 98sab samay bach jaavega, tab phir seva aarambha hogi।
134Then, all waste will finish, everyone’s time will be saved and service can then begin.
99man ke maun se nai invention niklegi - jaise shuru ke maun se nai rangat nikli vaise is man ke maun se nai rangat hogi।
135A new invention will be created through the silence of the mind. 136Just as you saw how new wonders emerged in the beginning through your silence, so too, new wonders will emerge through this silence of the mind.
100to abhi pahle nimitta kaun banenge।
137So, who will become the first instrument for this?
101mahaarthi group - jo baap dvaara yuktiyaan milti rehti hain unko prayog karne ke roop mein laao।
138This group of maharathis. 139Put into practice all the methods that you have received from the Father.
102woh roop rekha sabhi ko nahin aati।
140Not everyone knows all those methods.
103varnan karna aata hai lekin usi saadhan se siddhi ko praapta karen woh prayog karna nahin aata hai - isliye yog bhi nahin lagta - to aisa plan banaao jisse sahaj hi vidhi praapta ho।
141They may know how to speak, but they don’t know how to use the methods to achieve success. 142So, they are not even able to have yoga. 143So make such a plan that you will enable you to succeed easily. 144Achcha.
104achha।
