130/1/79 Om Shanti Avyakt BapDada Madhuban

2sarva bandhanon se mukti ki yukti

2The method to attain liberation is to be liberated from all bondage.

3sarva bandhanon se mukti dilaanevaale mukteshvar shivbaaba, trikaaldarshi saakshi drishta bachchon prati bole – 4aaj baap-daada sabhi snehi sikeeldhe bachchon ko dekh harsha rahe hain।

3Today, on seeing all His lovely, long-lost and now-found, loving children, BapDada became very pleased. 4Just as BapDada comes from far-away countries to meet you children, so you children also come from far-away lands to meet the Father.

5jaise baapdaada door desh se bachchon se milne aate hain vaise bachche bhi door deshon se baap ke saath milne aate hain।

5It is only once in the whole cycle, at the confluence age, that this alokik mela (meeting) of the Father and you children can take place. 6If not now, then never!

6yeh alaukik mela arthaat baap bachchon ka milan kalpa ke andar ab sangam par hi hota hai - ab nahin to kab nahin। 7baap-daada sabhi bachchon ki vishesh dhaarnaaon ko dekh rahe hain।

7BapDada was especially looking at the special inculcation of all of you children. 8You have been listening to others for many births, but the speciality of this Brahmin life, of this spiritual life, is that you become embodiments of divine virtues.

8sunna - yeh to janma-janmaantar se karte hi aaye lekin is alaukik janma mein arthaat brahman jeevan mein visheshta hai hi dhaarna swaroop banne ki। 9to baap-daada result dekh rahe hain। 10harek brahman bachcha karma karne ke pahle trikaaldarshi stage par sthit ho teenon kaalon ko jaanne vaale ban karma ke aadi, madhya, ant ko jaan karma karte hain!

9So, BapDada was looking at theresultsto see whether each of you Brahmin children performs every action after first of all stabilising in the trikaldarshistage; to see whether you consider the three aspects of time, which means performing actions knowing the beginning (before), the middle (during) and end (the consequence) of each action.

11aur phir karma karte samay saakshi drishta ho part bajaate hain।

10Then, while performing each act, whether you are playing yourpartas a detached observer.

12aise part bajaane vaale vartamaan samay aur bhavishya mein bhi poojya swaroop ban anek aatmaon ke aage drishtaanta roop bante hain।

11Such actors become those whose forms are worshipped at the present and whose future forms are also worshipped, and thereby become examples for many souls.

13trikaaldarshi,saakshi drishta aur phir drishtaanta roop।

12You first become trikaldarshi, then a detached observer and then an example.

14teenon hi sthiti mein abhi kahaan tak pahunche hain?

13What stage have you reached in each of these three stages?

15jaise saakaar baap ko dekha aise follow father hain?

14Are youfollowingthefatheras you saw him in the corporeal form?

16har karma trikaaldarshi ban karne se kabhi bhi koi karma vikarma nahin ho sakta, sada sukarma hoga।

15Any act you perform after first of all becoming trikaldarshi would never be sinful; all your acts would always be pure.

17trikaaldarshi na banne ke kaaran hi vyartha karma va paap karma hote hain।

16When you don’t become trikaldarshi, the acts you perform are wasteful or sinful.

18aise hi saakshi drishta ban karma karne se koi bhi karma ke bandhan mein karma bandhani aatma nahin banenge।

17Similarly, the acts you perform as a detached observer will never bind you souls in any bondage of karma.

19karma ka phal shreshtha hone ke kaaran karma sambandh mein aavenge, bandhan mein nahin।

18Because the fruit of karma is elevated, you will have a relationship through karma, but not a bondage of karma.

20sada karma karte hue bhi nyaare aur baap ke pyaare anubhav karenge aisi nyaari aur pyaari aatmaayen abhi bhi anek aatmaon ke saamne drishtaanta arthaat example bante hain - jisko dekhkar anek aatmaayen svayan bhi karmayogi ban jaati hain aur bhavishya mein bhi poojyaneey ban jaati hain।

19Whilst performing actions, you would always experience yourselves to be detached and loved by the Father. 20Such detached, unique and lovely souls becomeexamplesfor many souls. 21On seeing them, other souls will become karma yogis and become worthy of being worshipped in the future.

21aise baap samaan bane ho?

22Have you become like the Father in this way?

22bandhan mukta aatma bane ho?

23Have you become a soul free from all bondage?

23sarva sambandh baap ke saath jodna arthaat sarva bandhanon se mukta hona।

24To forge all relationships with the Father means to become free from all bondages.

24anek janmon ke anek prakaar ke bandhan ko samaapta karne ka sahaj saadhan baap se sarva sambandh।

25The easy way to put an end to all the many types of bondage of your many births is to have all relationships with the Father.

25agar kisi bhi prakaar ka bandhan anubhav karte ho to uska kaaran hai sambandh nahin।

26If you are experiencing any type of bondage, it is because you do not have that relationship with the Father.

26baap-daada result dekh rahe the ki abhi tak kaun-kaun se bandhan yukta hain।

27BapDada was looking at theresultsto see which bondages you still have, even now.

27deh ke bandhan ka kaaran hai dehi ka sambandh baap se nahin joda hai।

28The reason for any bondage of the body is that you haven’t forged your relationship of a bodiless soul with the Father.

28baap ki smriti aur dehi swaroop ke smriti ki dhaarna nahin hui hai।

29It means that you have not yet imbibed the awareness of the form of the Father and the bodiless soul.

29pahla paath kachcha hai।

30The first lesson is still weak.

30second mein deh se nyaare banne ka abhyaas second mein deh ke bandhan se mukta bana deta hai।

31The practice of becoming detached from your body within asecondliberates you from all the bondages of your body in asecond.

31switch on hua aur bhasma। 32jaise science ke saadhnon dvaara bhi vastu second mein parivartan ho jaati hai vaise silence ki shakti se, dehi ke sambandh se bandhan khatma।

32As soon as youswitchon your true consciousness, everything is burnt! 33Things can be transformed within asecondthrough instruments ofscience. 34So, too, with the power ofsilenceand your relationship with the Bodiless One, all your bondages end.

33ab tak bhi agar pahli stage deh ke bandhan mein hain to kya kahenge!

35What would be said if, even now, you are still in the firststageof bondage to your body?

34abhi tak pahle class mein hain।

36That you are still in the beginners’class.

35jaise koi student kamzor hone ke kaaran kai varsha ek hi class mein rehte hain - to socho eeshvareey padhaai ka last time chal raha hai aur ab tak bhi deh ke sambandh ki pahli chaupdi mein hain, aise student ko kya kahenge।

37When somestudentsare not very clever, they stay in the sameclassfor many years. 38Therefore, this is the final period of this Godly study. 39So, if you are still trying to learn the first lesson of the relationship to your body, then just think what would be said to suchstudents. 40In whichlinewould they come?

36kis line mein aavenge! 37paane vaale va dekhne vaale।

41In the line of those who attain everything or those who simply observe?

38to ab tak pahli class mein to nahin baithe ho।

42So, you are not still sitting in the beginners’class, are you?

39pardharma mein sthit hona sahaj hota hai va svadharma mein?

43Is it easy to stabilise in an external religion or to stabilise in your original religion?

40svadharma hai dehi arthaat aatmik swaroop।

44Your original religion is of being bodiless, that is, of remaining soul conscious.

41pardharma hai deh swaroop - to sahaj kya anubhav hota hai।

45The external religion is to see the form of the body. 46So, which is easier?

42jaisa naam hai sahaj raajayogi vaisa hi anubhav hai?

47Do you experience everything to be easy according to your name - an easy Raja Yogi?

43va naam aur kaam mein pharka hai!

48Or, is there a difference between what you are called and what you do?

44doosre number ka bandhan hai man ka bandhan।

49The second bondage is the bondage of the mind.

45is man ke bandhan ka saadhan hai sada manamnaabhav।

50The way to become free from this bondage of the mind is to be constantly “Manmanabhav”.

46yeh pahla mantra sada jeevan mein anubhav karte ho?

51Do you constantly experience this first mantra in your life?

47sada ek baap doosra na koi।

52You should constantly belong to the one Father and none other.

48yeh pahla vaayda nibhaana arthaat man ke bandhanon se mukta hona - to pahla vaayda nibhaana aata hai na!

53To fulfil this first promise means to become liberated from all bondages of the mind. 54So, do you know how to fulfil your first promise?

49kehna aata hai va nibhaana aata hai?

55Do you only know how to speak about this or do you also know how to fulfil it?

50nibhaana arthaat paana- ismen bhi chaik karo ki kahaan tak bandhan mukta bane hain।

56To fulfil your promise means to attain everything. 57In this too, checkyourself to see to what extent you have become free from bondage.

51sada sarva aakarshanon se pare ek hi lagan mein magan hain?

58Are you constantly free from all attractions and only absorbed in the love of One?

52ek ras hain?

59Are you constant and are you stable?

53achal hain va chanchal hain।

60Are you unshakeable or mischievous?

54agar ab tak chanchal hain to kya kahenge?

61What would be said if, even now, you are mischievous?

55abhi tak chhota bachcha hai aur stage aakar pahunchi hain vaanaprastha ki,aisi stage ke samay yeh chanchalta!

62Even now, when it is the time of retirementstage, you are still just a small child. 63How can there be mischief even at thisstage?

56bachpan ki stage achhi lagti hai?

64Are you still enjoying this childishstage?

57brahman janma ka adhikaar master sarvashaktivaan ka praapta kiya hai - adhikaar ke aage yeh deh va man ke bandhan rah sakte hain!

65Have you attained your rights of a Brahmin, that is, of being amasteralmighty authority? 66When you have all rights, how can you still have any bondages of the body or the mind?

58practical anubhav kya hai?

67What is yourpracticalexperience?

59sada yeh teen baaten yaad karo - trikaaldarshi phir saakshi drishta aur uski result vishwa ke aage drishtaanta roop।

68Constantly remember these three things: trikaldarshi, detached observer and theresultof that is being an example for the whole world.

60is sthiti ko sada yaad rakho to sada bandhan mukta jeevanmukta avastha ka anubhav karenge।

69Constantly remember this stage and you will constantly experience the stage of being free from bondage and liberated-in-life.

61purooshaartha ka samay bahut beet chuka।

70A lot of time for making effort has passed by.

62ab thode ka bhi thoda-sa raha hai। 63samay ke pramaan apni result chaik karo।

71Only a short time of the small period now remains.Checkyourresultaccording to the time now.

64is mele ka bhi thoda-sa samay rah gaya hai - isliye ab suna to bahut, sunna arthaat vaani dvaara hi yeh brahman janma liya isliye mukh vanshaavli kahlaate ho।

72Not much of this period of the time for meeting remains. 73You have already heard a great deal. 74To hear means that you have been born as Brahmins through words and that you are therefore called mouth-born children.

65to janma se hi sunte aaye ho ab kya karna hai?

75You have been listening to this knowledge since you were born, and so what do you have to do now?

66sunne ke baad hai swaroop banna।

76After hearing this knowledge, you have to become embodiments of it.

67isliye last stage smriti swaroop ki hai।

77This is why thelast stageis of becoming an embodiment of awareness.

68aisi stage tak kahaan tak pahunche ho।

78To what extent have you attained thisstage?

69season ki result bhi kya!

79What is theresultof thisseason?

70sunna aur milna va samaan banna।

80Has it been simply to listen and meet or to become equal?

71sneh ka saboot hai hi samaan banna।

81Love is proved by becoming equal.

72jis stage se baap ka sneh hai aisi stage ko paana।

82You have to reach thestagethat the Father would love you to have.

73aise snehi ho na?

83You are loving to this extent, are you not?

74sada apne sampoorn swaroop ko saamne rakhne se maaya ka saamna karna bahut sahaj hoga।

84By keeping your perfect stage constantly in front of you, you will find it very easy to confront Maya.

75baap-daada yahi result dekhne chaahta - is result ko practical mein laane ke liye vishesh dhaarnaayen yaad rakho - 1. madhurta2. namrata।

85This is theresultthat BapDada wants to see. 86In order to attain thispractical result, remember two special virtues: 1) sweetness and 2) humility.

76in vishesh do dhaarnaaon se sada vishwa kalyaankaari mahaadaani vardaani ban jaavenge - aur sahaj hi sneh ka saboot de sakenge।

87By practicing these two special virtues, you will become a constant world benefactor, a great donor and a bestower of blessings and thus easily be able to prove your love.

77samjha - abhi kya karna hai?

88Do you understand what you now have to do?

78yeh karna hai aur kuchh chhodna bhi hai। 79chhodna kya hai?

89This is what you have to do. 90However, you also have to let go something.

80gyaani tu aatma hone ke kaaran bhakti ke sanskaar bhikhaari ban maangane ka va sirf baap ki mahima va keertan gaane ka, man dvaara yahaan vahaan bhatakne ka,apne khazaanon ko vyartha ganvaane ka yeh puraane sanskaar sada ke liye samaapta karo arthaat puraane sanskaaron ka sanskaar karo।

91What do you have to let go of, because you are knowledgeable? 92The sanskars of devotion that you still have: of begging as a beggar, simply speaking praise of the Father, wandering everywhere with your mind and wasting your treasures – finish all these old sanskars for all time. 93That is, you have to celebrate the final cremation ceremony of your old sanskars.

81yeh hai chhodna।

94This is letting go.

82to ab samjha kya karna hai। 83kya chhodna hai।

95Do you now understand what you have to do and what you have to let go of?

84gyaani tu aatma arthaat vijayi।

96To be a knowledgeable soul means to become victorious.

85achha –

97Achcha.

86aise second mein sva parivartan karne vaale, sva parivartan dvaara vishwa parivartan karne vaale, sarva bandhanon se mukta sada yogayukta, jeevan mukta, baap-daada ke snehi arthaat samaan banne vaale aise sada vijayi ratnon ko baapdaada ka yaad-pyaar aur namaste।

98To those who transform themselves in asecond,to those who bring about world transformation through self-transformation, to those who are free from all bondage (bandhanmukt) and liberated-in-life (jeevanmukt), to BapDada’s loving children, that is, those who are going to become equal to Him, to such victorious jewels, BapDada’s love, remembrance and namaste. 99BapDada meeting groups personally:

87baap-daada ki vyaktigat mulaakaat - (bangaal bihaar zone)

100Do you constantly consider yourselves to be multimillion times fortunate?

881. sada apne ko padmaapadmapti samajhte ho?

101What are those who earn an income of multimillions at every step?

89jo har kadam mein padmon ki kamaai jama karte hain woh kya ho gaye?

102They are multimillionaires, are they not? 103What are thenumberonewealthy ones of today be compared to you?

90padmaapadmapti ho gaye na! 91aapke aage aajkal ke number one dhanvaan bhi kya hain?

104In spite of all their wealth they are beggars because, together with wealth, what else do they have?

92bhikhaari।

105They also have sorrow.

93kyonki jitna dhan hoga to dhan ke saath aur kya hota hai, dukh bhi hota hai। 94to jo dukhi honge woh sukh ke bhikhaari to honge na।

106Those who are unhappy would be beggars for happiness, would they not? 107No matter how famous throughout the world wealthy people may be, compared to you, they are all beggars.

95to chaahe jitna bhi bada vishwa mein prasiddha naami-graami dhanvaan ho lekin aapke aage sab bhikhaari hain।

108Apracticaltime will come when famous, wealthy and eminent people, who aren’t ready to listen to you now, who don’t have a moment to think about anything now, will come in front of you in aqueueof beggars.

96ab aisa samay practical mein dekhenge jo naami-graami dhanvaan abhi sunne ke liye taiyaar nahin hain, jinhen sochne ki phursat nahin hai woh sab aapke aage bhikhaari ki queue mein honge, tarsenge, tadphenge ek second ke sukh ke liye।

109They will be very desperate and eager to experience even onesecond’shappiness. 110At such a time, all of you will be stable in yourstageof being great donors and donate to everyone. 111So, do you have such intoxication that you are the most prosperous ones in the whole world? 112At the beginning of establishment, what did people have printed in the newspapers?

97aise samay par aap sabhi mahaadaani stage par sthit ho sabko daan denge। 98to itna nasha rehta hai? 99ki ham vishwa mein sabse maalaamaal hain।

113They said that the “Om Mandli” was about to collapse, and the Father had it printed in the newspapers that Om Mandli was therichestand most prosperous in the wholeworld.

100shuru mein bhi sthaapna ke samay akhbaar mein kya dalvaaya tha - logon ne kaha om mandali gai ki gai aur baap ne dalvaaya om mandali saare world mein richest hai, maalaamaal hai, sab bhookh mar sakte hain lekin baap ke bachche bhookhe nahin mar sakte। 101kyonki ‘amarbhav’ka vardaan mila hua hai।

114Everyone else can starve, but the children of the Father cannot starve because you have received the blessing of being immortal. 115Those who are blessed are constantly prosperous, and so you should have this happiness and intoxication for all time, not just for some time. 116To be immortal in this way means constantly to dance in great happiness the dance of becoming equal to the Father.

102jo vardaani hain woh sada maalaamaal hain to aisa nasha aur khushi sada kaayam rahe, kabhi-kabhi nahin।

117Only those who are equal will be able to dance with the Father. 118To be constantly equal is the dance, so do you perform this dance?

103amarbhav arthaat nirantar sada khushi mein baap ke saath samaanta ki raas khelte raho।

119Those who are constantly equal to the Father here whilst constantly dancing in happiness will also dance with the father in the future.

104baap ke saath raas bhi vahi khelenge jo samaan honge। 105sada samaanta hi raas hai to aise raas khelte ho?

120If you want to play yourpartwith Brahma Baba, you first have to become equal to him, for only then will you be able to play yourpartwith him.

106jo yahaan sada baap ke samaan rehte hain va khushi mein naachte rehte hain vahi phir bhavishya mein bhi saath-saath raas karenge।

121Are you the Shakti Army that keeps the flag of victory flying constantly high? 122Is the flag high enough for the whole world to see? 123You are definitely flying the flag, but it now has to be hoisted higher.

107brahma baap ke saath part bajaana, to baap samaan honge tab to part bajaayenge na।

124Everyone’s vision isautomaticallydrawn to somethingattractive; they are attracted to it even against their conscious wish.

108shakti sena sada vijay ka jhanda lahraane vaali ho na? 109kitna ooncha jhanda lahraaya hai?

125So, now fly such an attractive flag that everyone’s vision is drawn to it even against their conscious wish.

110itna ooncha jhanda hai jo saari vishwa dekh sakenge। 111jhanda lahraaya zaroor hai lekin abhi ooncha uthaana hai।

126In any case, the land is now being transformed, and the sound is now to echo in everyone’s ears that if anyone is carrying out a true task, it is you people.

112agar koi attraction ki vastu kahaan bhi najar aati to sabki nazar automatically jaati hai, na chaahte bhi aakarshan hoti hai।

127They would have no hope in anyone else and would be able to see lamps of hope here. 128For this, you now have to increase your contact with others.

113to aisa aakarshan vaala jhanda lahraao jo na chaahte bhi sabki nazar jaae।

129Not just to keep in contact at a time of need, but to keep in contact constantly.

114vaise to dharni abhi parivartan hoti ja rahi hai, abhi sabke kaanon mein yeh aavaaz goonjane vaala hai ki agar satya kaarya hai to inhon ka hi hai, sab taraph se niraash honge aur isi taraph aasha ka deepak dikhaai dega।

130Continue to enable those who are only in contact with you to move forward. 131Continue to holdprogrammesfor them from time to time. 132You have to serve every profession so that none of them complains at the end that they weren’t told. 133Therefore, you definitely have to give the message to the people of every religion.

115iske liye samparka badhaao। 116samay par samparka nahi sada samparka।

134The way to be protected from an impure atmosphere is to remain in the Father’s company.

117samparka mein aane vaalon ko aage badhaate chalo, koi na koi programme samay prati samay rakhte ho।

135Whilst living in this old world, do you consider yourselves to be as detached as a lotus flower and extremely loved by the Father?

118har varga ki seva karni hai, ant mein koi bhi ulhana na de sake ki humein nahi bataaya।

136Although it grows in muddy waters, a lotus remains detached. 137Whilst living in this old world, do you remain detached from the impure atmosphere?

119isliye sab dharma vaalon ko sandesh zaroor dena hai।

138You are not influenced by any impure atmosphere, are you?

1202. tamoguni vaataavran se safety ka saadhan - baap ka saath :- apne ko is puraani duniya mein rehte kamal pushpa ke samaan nyaare aur baap ke ati pyaare anubhav karte ho?

139Those who make the Father their constant Companion and play theirpartsas detached observers are always detached. 140No matter how much water falls onto somethingwaterproof, it would not be affected by even one drop that falls on it.

121jaise kamal ka pushpa keechad mein rehte bhi nyaara rehta hai, aise puraani duniya mein rehte hue, tamoguni vaataavran se nyaare rehte ho?

141Similarly, are you constantlyMaya-proof,or are you affected by Maya? 142It is only when you step away from the Father’s company that you are affected by Maya. 143Seeing you step away, Maya attacks you.

122tamoguni vaataavran ka prabhaav to nahin padta।

144Remain constantly with the Father and you cannot be attacked by Maya.

123jo sada baap ko apna saathi banaate aur saakshi ho part bajaate woh sada nyaare honge। 124jaise waterproof hota hai na to kitna bhi paani pade lekin ek boond bhi asar nahin karengi।

145All of you children have been blessed with the blessing of becoming conquerors of Maya, but you still have to take thepaperto become conquerors of Maya. 146If you aren’t able topassthis exam, how would you be called those who havepassed with honours?

125aise sada maayaaprooph ho ki maaya ka asar hota hai?

147Always remember that you are with the Almighty Authority.

126jab baap ke saath ka kinaara karte ho tab asar hota hai।

148When someone is in the company of a courageous person he remains completely fearless.

127kinaara dekh maaya apna vaar kar deti hain।

149Here, you have the company of the Almighty Authority and so how fearless should you be?

128sada saath raho to maaya ka vaar nahin ho sakta।

150Constantly see the star of your fortune sparkling.

129sabhi bachchon ko maayaajeet banne ka vardaan hai lekin maayaajeet ka paper to hoga na!

151People of the world are even today speaking about your fortune; so continue to see the star of your fortune.

130paas nahin honge to paas with honour kaise kahlaayenge। 131sada yeh yaad rakho ki ham sarvashaktivaan ke saath hain।

152Experience a task as huge as a mountain to be like cotton wool by remaining in the stage of beingdouble light. 153Are all of youdouble light?

132agar koi bahaadur ka saath hota hai to kitna nirbhay rehte hain, yeh to sarvashaktivaan ka saath hai to kitna nirbhay rehna chaahiye।

154To bedouble lightmeans not to experience any type of burden.Double lightmeans that you souls, points of light, have no burdens, and when you become angels too, you have no burdens.

133sada apne bhaagya ka sitaara chamakta hua dekho।

155So, either remember your point form or your angelic form while performing actions.

134duniya vaale aaj bhi aapke bhaagya ka varnan kar rahe hain, to apne bhaagya ka sitaara dekhte raho।

156Whenever you have to carry out a task, remain stable in thisstageand you will experience it to be as though Karankaravanhar is carrying it out through you.

1353. double light ki sthiti se pahaad jaisa kaarya bhi rooi samaan :- sabhi double light ho na! 136kisi bhi prakaar ka bojh anubhav na ho yeh hai double light।

157If you consider yourself to be an instrument, you will remaindouble light. 158By considering yourself to be atrustee, there will be no burden and there will be greater success.

137double light arthaat bindi swaroop aatma mein bhi koi bojh nahin aur jab pharishte ban jaate to usmein bhi koi bojh nahin।

159By considering yourself to be a householder, there will be greater effort and less success. 160So, constantly maintain the power of the awareness of beingdouble light.

138to ya to apna bindu roop yaad rahe ya karma mein pharishta swaroop - aisi stage par sthit hone se kitna bhi bada kaarya aise anubhav karenge jaise karan karaavanhaar kara rahe hain।
