²sahaj yaad ka saadhan - svayan ko khudaai khidmatgaar samjho

¹The method of easy remembrance is to consider yourself to be a Godly helper.

³baap-daada aaj apne sahayogi va sahajyogi bachchon ko, jinka naam hi hai - khudaai khidmatgaar, aise bachchon ko dekh sada harshit hote hain।

²Today, BapDada was very happy to see His co­operative and easy yogi children who are called Godly helpers.

⁴khudaai khidmatgaar arthaat jo khuda va baap ne khidmat arthaat seva di hai usi seva mein sada tatpar rahne vaale।

³A Godly helper is one who always remains engaged in the task, that is, the service, that God, the Father, has given him.

⁵bachchon ko yeh bhi vishesh nasha hona chaahiye ki ham sabhi ko khuda ne jo khidmat di hai,ham usi seva mein lage hue hain।

⁴Children should also have the special intoxication of being engaged in the service given to them by God.

⁶kaarya karte hue, jisne kaarya diya hai,usko kabhi bhoola nahin jaata। ⁷chaahe sthool karttavya bhi karne ho lekin yeh karmana seva bhi khudaai khidmat hai। ⁸direct baap direction diye hain to karmana seva mein bhi yeh smriti rahe ki baap ke direction ke anusaar kar rahe hain to kabhi bhi baap ko bhool nahin sakenge। ⁹jaise koi vishesh aatma se koi vishesh kaarya milta hai - jaise aaj kal ka president agar kisi ko kahe ki tumhein yeh kaarya karna hai to woh vyakti us kaarya ko karte hue president ko kabhi nahin bhoolega।

⁵Whilst carrying out a task, you would never forget the One who has given you that task.

¹⁰sahaj aur svatah hi uski yaad rahegi। ¹¹na chaahte hue bhi saamne vahi aata rahega।

⁶Even if you may be doing something physical, that physical service is a task given to you by God.

¹²aise aap sab ko yeh kaarya oonche-se-oonche baap ne diya kaarya karte hue dene vaale ko bhool kaise sakenge? ¹³to sahaj yaad ka saadhan hai - sada svayan ko khudaai khidmatgaar samjho। ¹⁴patte-patte ko bhagwan hilaata hai - is gaayan ka rahasya

⁷Therefore, whilst doing any physical service, remain aware that Baba gave you thatdirection directly; that you are doing it according to the Father’s directions, and then you will never forget the Father.

¹⁵bhakti maarga mein bina samajh ke bhi kahaavat hai aur unki maanyata bhi hai agar patta bhi hil raha hai us patte ko hilaane vaala bhi baap hai। ¹⁶lekin is rahasya ko aap jaante ho ki un patton ko baap nahin hilaata lekin drama anusaar yeh sab chal raha hai। ¹⁷yeh gaayan koi sthool patton se nahin lagta, lekin kalpa vriksha ke aap sab pahle patte ho। ¹⁸sangamayugi aap sab golden aged patte jo baap dvaara lohe se paaras ban gaye ho, in chaitanya patte ko is samay direct baap chala rahe hain।

⁸A special task would be given by a special person.

¹⁹baap ki direction hai ki sankalp bhi jo baap ka ho,woh aapka sankalp ho। ²⁰har sankalp baap-samaan,har bol baapasmaan, har karma baap-samaan ho arthaat isi shreemat ke aadhaar par aap sabhi ka sankalp chalta hai।

⁹When aPresident gives someone a task to carry out, that person would never forget thePresident whilst performing that task; he would easily and naturally remember him. ¹⁰Even without wanting it, that President would appear in front of him.

²¹to is samay aap sabh patton ko shreemat ke aadhaar par har samay baap chala rahe hain।

¹¹In the same way, the highest on high Father has given you this task to perform.

²²patte-patte ko hila raha hai arthaat chala raha hai।

¹²Therefore, whilst performing this task, how could you forget the One who gave you this task?

²³agar shreemat ke sivaae sankalp bhi karte ho to woh vyartha sankalp ho jaata hai to yeh jo kahaavat hai,woh bhakti ke samay ki nahin lekin sangam samay ka gaayan hai। ²⁴to aap sabhi patte baap ki shreemat par hi hil rahe ho arthaat chal rahe ho na। ²⁵aise hi chal rahe ho na?

¹³So, the easy way to have remembrance is constantly to consider yourself to be God’s helper. ¹⁴They have a saying on the path of devotion; although they don’t understand what’s behind it, they believe that even when a leaf moves, it moves on the instructions of the Father.

²⁶chalaane ka kaam bhi baap ka, phir bhi itna mushkil kyon lagta hai? ²⁷bojh saara baap ne le liya phir bhi sada udte kyon nahin ho?

¹⁵However, you know the secret behind it: that it is not the Father that is making the leaf move, but in fact everything happens according to the drama.

²⁸halki cheez to sada oopar udti hai। ²⁹itne halke jo har sankalp bhi baap chalaayenge to chalaana hai।

¹⁶This saying doesn’t apply to the physical leaves, but in reality to all of you first leaves of the kalpa tree.

³⁰jaise chalaayenge vaise chalenge yeh sabhi ka vaayda hai aur baap ki guarantee hai ki chalaayenge। ³¹to buddhi ko kya order diya hua hai?

¹⁷All of yougolden­aged leaves of the confluence­age have been changed by the Father from being like iron to now becoming divine.

³²buddhi ko baap ne kya kaarya diya hai - usko jaante ho na?

¹⁸All of you living leaves are being moveddirectly by the Father at this time.

³³buddhi ke baithne ka sthaan baap ke paas mein hai। ³⁴karttavya vishwa seva ka hai।

¹⁹Baba directs you to make every thought equal to the Father’s thought.

³⁵to jo vaayda kiya hai jahaan bithaayenge jaise chalaayenge vaise chalenge। ³⁶shareer se ya buddhi se?

²⁰Your every thought, your every word and your every deed should be equal to those of the Father.

³⁷tan ke saath man bhi diya hai ya sirf tan diya hai?

²¹You create all of your thoughts according to this shrimat.

³⁸tan aur buddhi se jahaan bithaayen,jaise chalaayen, jo karaayen, jo khilaayen, wahin karenge - yeh vaayda kiya hua hai na? ³⁹to buddhi ka bhojan hai - shuddh sankalp।

²²At this time, all of you leaves are moving along at every moment according to Baba’s elevated instructions. ²³He is making every leaf move, that is, He is making all of you leaves move along.

⁴⁰jo khilaaen vahi khaayenge - yeh vaayda hai to phir vyartha sankalp ka bhojan kyon karte ho?

²⁴Any thought you might have that is not according to His shrimat would be a waste thought.

⁴¹jaise mukh dvaara tamoguni bhojan, ashuddha bhojan nahin kha sakte ho, aise hi buddhi dvaara vyartha sankalp va vikalpa ka ashuddha bhojan kaise kha sakte ho?

²⁵So, because all of you leaves are moving along according to Baba’s shrimat, this saying does not belong to the path of devotion, but is the praise of the confluence age.

⁴²jo khilaayenge,woh khaayenge phir to yeh wrong ho jaata hai।

²⁶You are moving along in this way, are you not?

⁴³kehna aur karna samaan karne vaale ho na?

²⁷It is the Father’s duty to instruct you on how to move.

⁴⁴to man buddhi ke liye sada yeh bhi vaayda yaad rakho to sahaj yogi ban jaavenge। ⁴⁵baap ne kaha aur kiya।

²⁸So why do you still find it difficult? ²⁹Since the Father has taken all of your burdens, why are you not constantly flying?

⁴⁶apna bojh apne oopar na rakho।

³⁰Anything light constantly flies high.

⁴⁷kaise karoon, kaise chaloon, is bojh se halke hokar ke oonchi sthiti par ja nahin sakte ho।

³¹You should be so light that every thought you create would be according to Baba’s instruction.

⁴⁸isliye shreemat se sankalp tak bhi chalte chalo to mehnat se bach jaaoge।

³²The promise that all of you made was that you would move along as He made you move.

⁴⁹milaavat se bhaareepan ⁵⁰kai bachchon ki mehnat ke bhinna-bhinan pose baap-daada dekhte rehte hain।

³³Babaguarantees that He will make you move along, so what order has your intellect been given?

⁵¹saare din mein anek bachchon ke anek pose dekhte hain।

³⁴Do you know what task Baba has given your intellect?

⁵²automatic camera hai। ⁵³science vaalon ne sab vatan se hi to kaapi ki hai।

³⁵The place for your intellect to sit is next to Baba and your task is world service.

⁵⁴kabhi vatan mein aakar dekhna kya-kya cheejen vahaan hai।

³⁶You have promised Baba that you will sit where He seats you, have you not?

⁵⁵jo chaahiye, woh haajir milegi। ⁵⁶aap sab kahenge ki mangaao।

³⁷Is this in terms of your body or your intellect?

⁵⁷baap poochhte hain vatan ko dekhna chaahte ho ya rehna chaahte ho।

³⁸Together with your body, have you also given your mind? ³⁹Or have you only given your body?

⁵⁸(trial karenge) shak hai kya jo trial karenge? ⁵⁹aap sabko bulaane ke liye hi brahma baap rooke hue hain।

⁴⁰You have promised, have you not, that you will sit, do and eat whatever Baba asks you to do with your body and also your intellect?

⁶⁰to kyon nahin sampanna ban jaate ho।

⁴¹So, the food for your intellect is pure thoughts.

⁶¹bahut sahaj hi sampanna ban sakte ho, lekin dvaapar se mix karne ke sanskaar bahut rahe hain।

⁴²You have promised that you will eat whatever Baba gives you to eat, and so why do you accept the food of waste thoughts?

⁶²pahle pooja mein mix kiya, devtaaon ko bandar ka munh laga diya। ⁶³shaastron mein mix kiya jo baap ki jeevan-kahaani mein bachche ki jeevan-kahaani mix ki।

⁴³Your mouth is not allowed to eat anything impure, so how can you allow your intellect to eat the impure food of wasteful or sinful thoughts?

⁶⁴aise hi grihasthi mein pavitra pravritti ke bajaae apvitrata mix kar di।

⁴⁴It would then bewrong to say that you eat whatever He gives you to eat.

⁶⁵abhi bhi shreemat mein man mat mix kar dete ho।

⁴⁵You are those whose words and deeds are the same, are you not?

⁶⁶isliye mix hone ke kaaran, jaise real sona halka hota hai aur jab usmein mix karte hain to bhaari ho jaata hai aise hi shreemat arthaat shreshtha mat banaati hain।

⁴⁶Therefore, by constantly remembering this promise for your mind and intellect, you will become an easy yogi. ⁴⁷As soon as Baba says something, you should do it. ⁴⁸Don’t keep your burden to yourself.

⁶⁷manmat mix hone se bhaari ho jaate ho।

⁴⁹By keeping hold of the burden of: “How can I do this?

⁶⁸isliye chalne mein mehnat lagti hai। ⁶⁹atah shreemat mein mix nahin karo।

⁵⁰How can I move?”, you remain unable to become light and so fly to your elevated stage.

⁷⁰sada halke rahne se vatan ki sabhi scene-scenery yahaan rehte hue bhi dekh sakenge।

⁵¹Therefore, by continuing to follow shrimat even to the level of your thinking, you will become free from having to labour.

⁷¹aise anubhav karenge jaise is duniya ki koi bhi scene spashta dikhaai deti hai।

⁵²BapDada continues to see the different poses of many children.

⁷²sirf sankalp shakti arthaat man aur buddhi sada manmat se khaali rakho।

⁵³Throughout the day, He sees many poses of many children. ⁵⁴He has anautomatic camera.

⁷³man ko chalaane ki aadat bahut hai na।

⁵⁵Scientists have copied everything of the subtle region.

⁷⁴ekaagra karte ho phir bhi chal padta hai।

⁵⁶You should come sometime to the subtle region to see what is here.

⁷⁵phir mehnat karte ho ।

⁵⁷You would find here whatever you want.

⁷⁶chalaane se bachne ka saadhan hai jaise aajkal agar koi control mein nahin aata, bahut tang karta hai,bahut uchhalta hai, ya paagal ho jaata hai to unko aisa injection laga dete hain jo woh shant ho jaata hai।

⁵⁸All of you would then say: “Bring all of those things here.” Baba asks: Do you just want to see the subtle region or do you want to stay there? ⁵⁹(We will try it.) ⁶⁰Do you have any doubt about it that you want to try it first?

⁷⁷to aise agar sankalp shakti aapke control mein nahin aati to ashareeri bhav ka injection laga do।

⁶¹Brahma Baba is waiting just to call all of you there, so why don’t you become complete?

⁷⁸baap ke paas baith jaao। ⁷⁹to sankalp shakti vyartha nahin uchhlegi baithna bhi nahin aata hai kya?

⁶²You could very easily become complete; however, since the copper age, you have been developing many sanskars ofmixing everything.

⁸⁰sirf baithne ka hi kaam diya hai, aur kuchh nahin। ⁸¹abhi to samajh rahe hain ki bahut sahaj hai।

⁶³First, you mixed up everything in your worshipping: you put the face of a monkey on the deities.

⁸²buddhi ka lagaam dekar ke phir le lete ho is liye man vyartha ki mehnat mein daal deta hai।

⁶⁴You mixed up everything in the scriptures. ⁶⁵In the biography of the Father, you replaced His name with that of the child.

⁸³vyartha mehnat se chhoot jaao। ⁸⁴baap ko bachchon ki mehnat dekh taras to padega na।

⁶⁶Similarly, with your household, instead of maintaining a pure household, youmixed impurity into it.

⁸⁵saaheb, beebi aur gulaam ⁸⁶baap kehte hain har bachcha baap ke saath takhta par aaraam se baith jaao।

⁶⁷Even now, you mix up the dictates of your own mind (manmat) with shrimat. ⁶⁸Because of being mixed up, you become heavy.

⁸⁷takhtansheen hokar apni sthool shaktiyon aur sookshm ko arthaat karmaindriyon ko aur man, buddhi sanskaar sookshm in shaktiyon ko bhi order sen chalaao।

⁶⁹Real gold is very light, but when anything is mixed into it, it becomes heavy. ⁷⁰Similarly, shrimat, the most elevated directions, makes you light, but when you mix manmat into it, you become heavy.

⁸⁸takhtansheen honge to order chala sakenge।

⁷¹You then find it difficult to continue to move along.

⁸⁹takhta se neeche utar order karte ho isliye karmendriyaan bhi maanti nahin hain। ⁹⁰aajkal kaanton ki kursi ki bhi halchal kar rahe hain। ⁹¹aapko to takhtansheen ki offer hai।

⁷²Therefore, don’t mix up anything of yours with shrimat. ⁷³By constantly remaining light, you will be able to watch all the scenes of the subtle region whilst remaining down here.

⁹²phir bhi neeche kyon aa jaate ho। ⁹³neeche aana arthaat servant banna।

⁷⁴You will experience it all as clearly as though you are watching some scene of this world.

⁹⁴kiska servant? ⁹⁵apne hi anek karmendriyon ke servant ke bhi servant ho jaate hain। ⁹⁶iseelie mehnat karte ho।

⁷⁵For this, you simply have to keep your power of thought, your mind and intellect, completely free from any of your own dictates.

⁹⁷eeshvareey servant bano,eeshvareey sevaadhaari bano।

⁷⁶You have a firm habit of using your mind unnecessarily.

⁹⁸servant ke bhi servant nahin bano। ⁹⁹eeshvareey seva takhta par baithe hue bhi kar sakte ho।

⁷⁷When you try to keep it still, it continues to run by itself, and you then have to make effort again.

¹⁰⁰neeche aane ki jaroorat nahin। ¹⁰¹baap apne saath bithaana chaahte hain lekin karte kya ho? ¹⁰²sangamayugi saaheb aur beebi banne ki bajaae gulaam ban jaate ho।

⁷⁸The way you can remain free from allowing your mind to run unnecessarily is similar to what you do when someone cannot be controlled and causes a lot of trouble, or is becoming a bit wild or crazy.

¹⁰³to sachche saahib ki sachchi beebeeyaan bano।

⁷⁹He then has to be given an injection to calm him down.

¹⁰⁴gulaam nahin bano। ¹⁰⁵jo sada sabki nazar se bachi hui pardaaposh mein rehti, un par kisi ki nazar nahin padti।

⁸⁰In the same way, if you do not have the power to control your thoughts, then take an injection to become bodiless.

¹⁰⁶to maaya se pardaaposh aur saaheb ke saath baith jaao।

⁸¹Come and sit next to the Father!

¹⁰⁷to sabhi gulaam aapki seva mein haazar rahenge।

⁸²Then, your thought­power will not run wildly.

¹⁰⁸samjha - kya karna hai?

⁸³Do you not know how to sit next to Baba?

¹⁰⁹aaj mehnat se kinaara kar do। ¹¹⁰sada sahajyogi takhtansheen baap ke saath-saath baith jaao।

⁸⁴The only task Baba has given you is the task of just sitting next to Him, nothing else!

¹¹¹abhi gujraat aur Indore aaya hai na। ¹¹²to pardeposh ho jaao arthaat indoor ho jaao। ¹¹³Indore vaale to sada ‘in-dor’rehte hain na। ¹¹⁴baahar to nahin aate hain na।

⁸⁵You now understand that this is very easy, but because you take back the reins of your intellect after having given them to the Father, you then have to make unnecessary effort to control your mind.

¹¹⁵harek zone apna-apna vistaar achha hi kar rahe hain।

⁸⁶Now become free from having to labour over anything wasteful.

¹¹⁶gujraat ne haal to full kar diya hai abhi gujraat vaale ko full karo aur jaldi phir vatan mein aaraam se baithenge।

⁸⁷Baba feels mercy on seeing His children labouring. ⁸⁸Baba says: Each of you children should come and sit comfortably on the throne with the Father.

¹¹⁷ab to samay ke pramaan brahma baap bachchon ka aahvaan kar rahe hain। ¹¹⁸gujraat vaale kya karenge?

⁸⁹Remain seated on your throne and order both your physical organs and your subtle organs – your mind, intellect and sanskars.

¹¹⁹gujraat vaale bade aavaaz vaale mike yahaan laao sthool vaale mike nahin, chaitanya mike।

⁹⁰When you are seated on your throne, you are able to give them orders.

¹²⁰aise powerful mike ke set laao jo pratyakshata ka aavaaz bulanda karen। ¹²¹achha, Indore zone kya laavega!

⁹¹If you try to issue an order after you have got off your throne, your organs don’t listen to you.

⁹²Nowadays, there is upheaval in even a thorn seat (seat of position). ⁹³However, here, Baba isoffering you the seat of a throne, so why do you still get down from it?

⁹⁴To get down means to become aservant.

¹²⁴aise-aise vyaktiyon ko taiyaar karo - jinke anubhav ki T.vi. dvaara duniya ko vinaash aur sthaapna ka saakshaatkaar ho jaae। ¹²⁵to donon hi zone aise set taiyaar karke aana। ¹²⁶aise khudaai khidmatgaar, sada mehnat se mukta, sada yuktiyukta sankalp aur karma karne vaale, sada baap ki shreemat pramaan har sankalp aur karma karne vaale, sada kahne aur karne ko samaan karne vaale, aise sada baap ke saathi bachchon ko baap-daada ki yaad, pyaar aur namaste। ¹²⁷maheen purushaarthi bhav

⁹⁵Whose servant?

⁹⁶You become your servant’s servant; theservant of your many organs.

¹²⁹teachers ka vishesh purushaartheer kis baat ka hona chaahiye?

⁹⁷This is why you have to labour. ⁹⁸Become God’s servant!

¹³⁰serviceable bachchon ka maheen purooshaartha kya hai?

⁹⁹Become God’s server. ¹⁰⁰Don’t become yourservant’s servant.

¹³¹maheen purooshaartha hai - sankalp ki bhi chainkig।

¹⁰¹You can do Godly service whilst remaining seated on your throne.

¹³²sankalp mein yaad aur seva ka balance raha! ¹³³har sankalp powerful raha।

¹⁰²You don’t need to get down. ¹⁰³Baba wants to make you sit next to Him, but what do you do?

¹³⁴serviceable bachchon ke sankalp kabhi bhi vyartha nahin hone chaahiye kyonki aap vishwa kalyaankaari ho, vishwa ki stage par act karne vaale ho।

¹⁰⁴Instead of being the confluence­aged queen with the Lord, you become a slave. ¹⁰⁵No one’s vision can fall on someone who remains constantly behind a veil.

¹³⁵aapko saari vishwa copy karti hai। ¹³⁶agar aapka ek sankalp bhi vyartha hua to sabhi usko copy karne vaale hain।

¹⁰⁶So, when Maya is in front of you, remain behind your veil and sit with your Lord, and then all your servants will be ready to serve you.

¹³⁷apne prati nahin kiya lekin anekon ke prati nimitta ban gae।

¹⁰⁷Do you understand what you have to do? ¹⁰⁸From today, step away from labouring.

¹³⁸jaise aapko seva ke lift ki gift milti hai, anekon ki seva ka share mil jaata hai।

¹⁰⁹Constantly remain an easy yogi seated on your throne next to the Father. ¹¹⁰Today, those from Gujarat and Indore have come here.

¹³⁹vaise hi agar koi aisa kaarya karte ho to anekon ko vyartha sikhaane ke nimitta bhi ban jaate ho।

¹¹¹So, stay behind your veil, that is, remainindoors. ¹¹²Those from Indore must constantly remain indoors.
