2Sahaj yād kā sādhan - svayã kō khudāī khidmatgār samjhō
1The method of easy remembrance is to consider yourself to be a Godly helper.
3Bāp-dādā āj apnē sahyōgī vā sahajyōgī bachchō̃ kō , jinkā nām hī hai - khudāī khidmatgār , aisē bachchō̃ kō dēkh sadā harṣhit hōtē haĩ .
2Today, BapDada was very happy to see His cooperative and easy yogi children who are called Godly helpers.
4Khudāī khidmatgār arthāt jō khudā va bāp nē khidmat arthāt sēvā dī hai usī sēvā mē̃ sadā tatpar rahnē vālē .
3A Godly helper is one who always remains engaged in the task, that is, the service, that God, the Father, has given him.
5Bachchō̃ kō yah bhī viśhēṣh naśhā hōnā chāhiē ki ham sabhī kō khudā nē jō khidmat dī hai , ham usī sēvā mē̃ lagē huē haĩ .
4Children should also have the special intoxication of being engaged in the service given to them by God.
6Kārya kartē huē , jisnē kārya diyā hai , uskō kabhī bhūlā nahī̃ jātā . 7Chāhē sthūl karttavya bhī karnē hō lēkin yah karmaṇā sēvā bhī khudāī khidmat hai . 8Direct bāp direction diyē haĩ tō karmaṇā sēvā mē̃ bhī yah smr̥iti rahē ki bāp K|kē direction K|kē anusār kar rahē haĩ tō kabhī bhī bāp kō bhūl nahī̃ sakē̃gē . 9Jaisē kōī viśhēṣh ātmā sē kōī viśhēṣh kārya miltā hai - jaisē āj kal kā president agar kisī kō kahē ki tumhē̃ yah kārya karnā hai tō vah vyakti us kārya kō kartē huē president kō kabhī nahī̃ bhūlēgā .
5Whilst carrying out a task, you would never forget the One who has given you that task.
10Sahaj aur svataḥ hī uskī yād rahēgī . 11Na chāhtē huē bhī sāmnē vahī ātā rahēgā .
6Even if you may be doing something physical, that physical service is a task given to you by God.
12Aisē āp sab kō yah kārya ūñcē-sē-ūñcē bāp nē diyā kārya kartē huē dēnē vālē kō bhūl kaisē sakē̃gē ? 13Tō sahaj yād kā sādhan hai - sadā svayã kō khudāī khidmatgār samjhō . 14Pattē-pattē kō bhagvān hilātā hai - is gāyan kā rahasya
7Therefore, whilst doing any physical service, remain aware that Baba gave you thatdirection directly; that you are doing it according to the Fathers directions, and then you will never forget the Father.
15Bhakti mārg mē̃ binā samajh K|kē bhī kahāvat hai aur unkī mānyatā bhī hai agar pattā bhī hil rahā hai us pattē kō hilānē vālā bhī bāp hai . 16Lēkin is rahasya kō āp jāntē hō ki un pattō̃ kō bāp nahī̃ hilātā lēkin drama anusār yah sab chal rahā hai . 17Yah gāyan kōī sthūl pattō̃ sē nahī̃ lagtā , lēkin kalpa vr̥ikṣha K|kē āp sab pahlē pattē hō . 18Saṅgamyugī āp sab golden aged pattē jō bāp dvārā lōhē sē pāras ban gayē hō , in chaitanya pattē kō is samay direct bāp chalā rahē haĩ .
8A special task would be given by a special person.
19Bāp key|kī direction hai ki saṅkalp bhī jō bāp kā hō , vah āpkā saṅkalp hō . 20Her|har saṅkalp bāp-samān , her|har bōl bāpasamān , her|har karma bāp-samān hō arthāt isī śhrīmat K|kē ādhār par āp sabhī kā saṅkalp chaltā hai .
9When aPresident gives someone a task to carry out, that person would never forget thePresident whilst performing that task; he would easily and naturally remember him. 10Even without wanting it, that President would appear in front of him.
21Tō is samay āp sabh pattō̃ kō śhrīmat K|kē ādhār par her|har samay bāp chalā rahē haĩ .
11In the same way, the highest on high Father has given you this task to perform.
22Pattē-pattē kō hilā rahā hai arthāt chalā rahā hai .
12Therefore, whilst performing this task, how could you forget the One who gave you this task?
23Agar śhrīmat K|kē sivāē saṅkalp bhī kartē hō tō vah vyarth saṅkalp hō jātā hai tō yah jō kahāvat hai , vah bhakti K|kē samay key|kī nahī̃ lēkin saṅgam samay kā gāyan hai . 24Tō āp sabhī pattē bāp key|kī śhrīmat par hī hil rahē hō arthāt chal rahē hō nā . 25Aisē hī chal rahē hō nā ?
13So, the easy way to have remembrance is constantly to consider yourself to be Gods helper. 14They have a saying on the path of devotion; although they dont understand whats behind it, they believe that even when a leaf moves, it moves on the instructions of the Father.
26Chalānē kā kām bhī bāp kā , phir bhī itnā muśhkil kyō̃ lagtā hai ? 27Bōjh sārā bāp nē lē liyā phir bhī sadā uṛtē kyō̃ nahī̃ hō ?
15However, you know the secret behind it: that it is not the Father that is making the leaf move, but in fact everything happens according to the drama.
28Halkī chīz tō sadā ūpar uṛtī hai . 29Itnē halkē jō her|har saṅkalp bhī bāp chalāyēṅgē tō chalānā hai .
16This saying doesnt apply to the physical leaves, but in reality to all of you first leaves of the kalpa tree.
30Jaisē chalāyēṅgē vaisē chalē̃gē yah sabhī kā vāydā hai aur bāp key|kī guarantee hai ki chalāyēṅgē . 31Tō buddhi kō kyā order diyā huā hai ?
17All of yougoldenaged leaves of the confluenceage have been changed by the Father from being like iron to now becoming divine.
32Buddhi kō bāp nē kyā kārya diyā hai - uskō jāntē hō nā ?
18All of you living leaves are being moveddirectly by the Father at this time.
33Buddhi K|kē baiṭhnē kā sthān bāp kē pās mē̃ hai . 34Karttavya viśhva sēvā kā hai .
19Baba directs you to make every thought equal to the Fathers thought.
35Tō jō vāydā kiyā hai jahā̃ biṭhāyēṅgē jaisē chalāyēṅgē vaisē chalē̃gē . 36Śharīr sē yā buddhi sē ?
20Your every thought, your every word and your every deed should be equal to those of the Father.
37Tan kē sāth man bhī diyā hai yā sirph tan diyā hai ?
21You create all of your thoughts according to this shrimat.
38Tan aur buddhi sē jahā̃ biṭhāyē̃ , jaisē chalāyē̃ , jō karāyē̃ , jō khilāyē̃ , vahī̃ karē̃gē - yah vāydā kiyā huā hai nā ? 39Tō buddhi kā bhōjan hai - śhuddha saṅkalp .
22At this time, all of you leaves are moving along at every moment according to Babas elevated instructions. 23He is making every leaf move, that is, He is making all of you leaves move along.
40Jō khilāē̃ vahī khāyēṅgē - yah vāydā hai tō phir vyarth saṅkalp kā bhōjan kyō̃ kartē hō ?
24Any thought you might have that is not according to His shrimat would be a waste thought.
41Jaisē mukh dvārā tamōguṇī bhōjan , aśhuddh bhōjan nahī̃ khā saktē hō , aisē hī buddhi dvārā vyarth saṅkalp vā vikalp kā aśhuddh bhōjan kaisē khā saktē hō ?
25So, because all of you leaves are moving along according to Babas shrimat, this saying does not belong to the path of devotion, but is the praise of the confluence age.
42Jō khilāyēṅgē , vah khāyēṅgē phir tō yah wrong hō jātā hai .
26You are moving along in this way, are you not?
43Kahnā aur karnā samān karnē vālē hō nā ?
27It is the Fathers duty to instruct you on how to move.
44Tō man buddhi kē liē sadā yah bhī vāydā yād rakhō tō sahaj yōgī ban jāvēṅgē . 45Bāp nē kahā aur kiyā .
28So why do you still find it difficult? 29Since the Father has taken all of your burdens, why are you not constantly flying?
46Apnā bōjh apnē ūpar na rakhō .
30Anything light constantly flies high.
47Kaisē karū̃ , kaisē chalū̃ , is bōjh sē halkē hōkar K|kē ūñchī sthiti par jā nahī̃ saktē hō .
31You should be so light that every thought you create would be according to Babas instruction.
48Isliē śhrīmat sē saṅkalp tak bhī chaltē chalō tō mēhnat sē bach jāōgē .
32The promise that all of you made was that you would move along as He made you move.
49Milāvaṭ sē bhārīpan 50Kaī bachchō̃ key|kī mēhnat K|kē bhinn-bhinan pose bāp-dādā dēkhtē rahtē haĩ .
33Babaguarantees that He will make you move along, so what order has your intellect been given?
51Sārē din mē̃ anēk bachchō̃ K|kē anēk pose dēkhtē haĩ .
34Do you know what task Baba has given your intellect?
52Automatic camera hai . 53Science vālō̃ nē sab vatan sē hī tō kāpī kī hai .
35The place for your intellect to sit is next to Baba and your task is world service.
54Kabhī vatan mē̃ ākar dēkhnā kyā-kyā chījē̃ vahā̃ hai .
36You have promised Baba that you will sit where He seats you, have you not?
55Jō chāhiē , vah hājir milēgī . 56Āp sab kahē̃gē ki mãgāō .
37Is this in terms of your body or your intellect?
57Bāp pūchhtē haĩ vatan kō dēkhnā chāhtē hō yā rahnā chāhtē hō .
38Together with your body, have you also given your mind? 39Or have you only given your body?
58 ( trial karē̃gē ) śhak hai kyā jō trial karē̃gē ? 59Āp sabkō bulānē kē liē hī brahmā bāp rūkē huē haĩ .
40You have promised, have you not, that you will sit, do and eat whatever Baba asks you to do with your body and also your intellect?
60Tō kyō̃ nahī̃ sampann ban jātē hō .
41So, the food for your intellect is pure thoughts.
61Bahut sahaj hī sampann ban saktē hō , lēkin dvāpar sē mix karnē K|kē saṅskār bahut rahē haĩ .
42You have promised that you will eat whatever Baba gives you to eat, and so why do you accept the food of waste thoughts?
62Pahlē pūjā mē̃ mix kiyā , dēvtāō̃ kō bandar kā mũh lagā diyā . 63Śhāstrō̃ mē̃ mix kiyā jō bāp key|kī jīvan-kahānī mē̃ bachchē key|kī jīvan-kahānī mix key|kī .
43Your mouth is not allowed to eat anything impure, so how can you allow your intellect to eat the impure food of wasteful or sinful thoughts?
64Aisē hī gr̥ihasthī mē̃ pavitra pravr̥itti kē bajāē apavitratā mix kar dī .
44It would then bewrong to say that you eat whatever He gives you to eat.
65Abhī bhī śhrīmat mē̃ man mat mix kar dētē hō .
45You are those whose words and deeds are the same, are you not?
66Isliē mix hōnē K|kē kāraṇ , jaisē real sōnā halkā hōtā hai aur jab usmē̃ mix kartē haĩ tō bhārī hō jātā hai aisē hī śhrīmat arthāt śhrēṣhṭh mat banātī haĩ .
46Therefore, by constantly remembering this promise for your mind and intellect, you will become an easy yogi. 47As soon as Baba says something, you should do it. 48Dont keep your burden to yourself.
67Manmat mix hōnē sē bhārī hō jātē hō .
49By keeping hold of the burden of: How can I do this?
68Isliē chalnē mē̃ mēhnat lagtī hai . 69Ataḥ śhrīmat mē̃ mix nahī̃ karō .
50How can I move?, you remain unable to become light and so fly to your elevated stage.
70Sadā halkē rahnē sē vatan key|kī sabhī scene-sīnariyā̃ yahā̃ rahtē huē bhī dēkh sakē̃gē .
51Therefore, by continuing to follow shrimat even to the level of your thinking, you will become free from having to labour.
71Aisē anubhav karē̃gē jaisē is duniyā key|kī kōī bhī scene spaṣhṭ dikhāī dētī hai .
52BapDada continues to see the different poses of many children.
72Sirph saṅkalp śhakti arthāt man aur buddhi sadā manmat sē khālī rakhō .
53Throughout the day, He sees many poses of many children. 54He has anautomatic camera.
73Man kō chalānē key|kī ādat bahut hai nā .
55Scientists have copied everything of the subtle region.
74Ēkāgr kartē hō phir bhī chal paṛtā hai .
56You should come sometime to the subtle region to see what is here.
75Phir mēhnat kartē hō .
57You would find here whatever you want.
76Chalānē sē bachnē kā sādhan hai jaisē ājkal agar kōī control mē̃ nahī̃ ātā , bahut taṅg kartā hai , bahut uchhaltā hai , yā pāgal hō jātā hai tō unkō aisā injection lagā dētē haĩ jō vah śhānt hō jātā hai .
58All of you would then say: Bring all of those things here. Baba asks: Do you just want to see the subtle region or do you want to stay there? 59(We will try it.) 60Do you have any doubt about it that you want to try it first?
77Tō aisē agar saṅkalp śhakti āpkē control mē̃ nahī̃ ātī tō aśharīrī bhav kā injection lagā dō .
61Brahma Baba is waiting just to call all of you there, so why dont you become complete?
78Bāp kē pās baiṭh jāō . 79Tō saṅkalp śhakti vyarth nahī̃ uchhalēgī baiṭhnā bhī nahī̃ ātā hai kyā ?
62You could very easily become complete; however, since the copper age, you have been developing many sanskars ofmixing everything.
80Sirph baiṭhnē kā hī kām diyā hai , aur kuchh nahī̃ . 81Abhī tō samajh rahē haĩ ki bahut sahaj hai .
63First, you mixed up everything in your worshipping: you put the face of a monkey on the deities.
82Buddhi kā lagām dēkar K|kē phir lē lētē hō is liē man vyarth key|kī mēhnat mē̃ ḍāl dētā hai .
64You mixed up everything in the scriptures. 65In the biography of the Father, you replaced His name with that of the child.
83Vyarth mēhnat sē chhūṭ jāō . 84Bāp kō bachchō̃ key|kī mēhnat dēkh taras tō paṛēgā nā .
66Similarly, with your household, instead of maintaining a pure household, youmixed impurity into it.
85Sāhēb , bībī aur gulām 86Bāp kahtē haĩ her|har bachchā bāp kē sāth takht par ārām sē baiṭh jāō .
67Even now, you mix up the dictates of your own mind (manmat) with shrimat. 68Because of being mixed up, you become heavy.
87Takhtnaśhīn hōkar apnī sthūl śhaktiyō̃ aur sūkṣhma kō arthāt karmaindriyō̃ kō aur man , buddhi saṅskār sūkṣhma in śhaktiyō̃ kō bhī order sē̃ chalāō .
69Real gold is very light, but when anything is mixed into it, it becomes heavy. 70Similarly, shrimat, the most elevated directions, makes you light, but when you mix manmat into it, you become heavy.
88Takhtnaśhīn hōṅgē tō order chalā sakē̃gē .
71You then find it difficult to continue to move along.
89Takht sē nīchē utar order kartē hō isliē karmēndriyā̃ bhī māntī nahī̃ haĩ . 90Ājkal kāṇṭō̃ key|kī kursī key|kī bhī halchal kar rahē haĩ . 91Āpkō tō takhtnaśhīn key|kī offer hai .
72Therefore, dont mix up anything of yours with shrimat. 73By constantly remaining light, you will be able to watch all the scenes of the subtle region whilst remaining down here.
92Phir bhī nīchē kyō̃ ā jātē hō . 93Nīchē ānā arthāt servant bannā .
74You will experience it all as clearly as though you are watching some scene of this world.
94Kiskā servant ? 95Apnē hī anēk karmēndriyō̃ K|kē servant K|kē bhī servant hō jātē haĩ . 96Isīliē mēhnat kartē hō .
75For this, you simply have to keep your power of thought, your mind and intellect, completely free from any of your own dictates.
97Īśhvarīy servant banō , īśhvarīy sēvādhārī banō .
76You have a firm habit of using your mind unnecessarily.
98Servant K|kē bhī servant nahī̃ banō . 99Īśhvarīy sēvā takht par baiṭhē huē bhī kar saktē hō .
77When you try to keep it still, it continues to run by itself, and you then have to make effort again.
100Nīchē ānē key|kī jarūrat nahī̃ . 101Bāp apnē sāth biṭhānā chāhtē haĩ lēkin kartē kyā hō ? 102Saṅgamyugī sāhēb aur bībī bannē key|kī bajāē gulām ban jātē hō .
78The way you can remain free from allowing your mind to run unnecessarily is similar to what you do when someone cannot be controlled and causes a lot of trouble, or is becoming a bit wild or crazy.
103Tō sachchē sāhib key|kī sachchī bībīyā̃ banō .
79He then has to be given an injection to calm him down.
104Gulām nahī̃ banō . 105Jō sadā sabkī nazar sē bachī huī pardāpōś mē̃ rahtī , un par kisī key|kī nazar nahī̃ paṛtī .
80In the same way, if you do not have the power to control your thoughts, then take an injection to become bodiless.
106Tō māyā sē pardāpōś aur sāhēb kē sāth baiṭh jāō .
81Come and sit next to the Father!
107Tō sabhī gulām āpkī sēvā mē̃ hāzar rahē̃gē .
82Then, your thoughtpower will not run wildly.
108Samjhā - kyā karnā hai ?
83Do you not know how to sit next to Baba?
109Āj mēhnat sē kinārā kar dō . 110Sadā sahajyōgī takhtnaśhīn bāp K|kē sāth-sāth baiṭh jāō .
84The only task Baba has given you is the task of just sitting next to Him, nothing else!
111Abhī gujarāt aur Indore āyā hai nā . 112Tō pardēpōś hō jāō arthāt indoor hō jāō . 113Indore vālē tō sadā in-ḍōr rahtē haĩ nā . 114Bāhar tō nahī̃ ātē haĩ nā .
85You now understand that this is very easy, but because you take back the reins of your intellect after having given them to the Father, you then have to make unnecessary effort to control your mind.
115Harēk zone apnā-apnā vistār achchhā hī kar rahē haĩ .
86Now become free from having to labour over anything wasteful.
116Gujarāt nē hall|hāl tō full kar diyā hai abhī gujarāt vālē kō full karō aur jaldī phir vatan mē̃ ārām sē baiṭhē̃gē .
87Baba feels mercy on seeing His children labouring. 88Baba says: Each of you children should come and sit comfortably on the throne with the Father.
117Ab tō samay K|kē pramāṇ brahmā bāp bachchō̃ kā āhvān kar rahē haĩ . 118Gujarāt vālē kyā karē̃gē ?
89Remain seated on your throne and order both your physical organs and your subtle organs your mind, intellect and sanskars.
119Gujarāt vālē baṛē āvāz vālē mike yahā̃ lāō sthūl vālē mike nahī̃ , chaitanya mike .
90When you are seated on your throne, you are able to give them orders.
120Aisē powerful mike K|kē set lāō jō pratyakṣhatā kā āvāz buland karē̃ . 121Achchhā , Indore zone kyā lāvēgā !
91If you try to issue an order after you have got off your throne, your organs dont listen to you.
122Indore zone aisē powerful T . V|we . set lāō jis dvārā viśhva kō vināśh kāl spaṣhṭ dikhāī dē aur bhaviṣhya ujval dikhāī dē .
92Nowadays, there is upheaval in even a thorn seat (seat of position). 93However, here, Baba isoffering you the seat of a throne, so why do you still get down from it?
123Samjhā , kyā karnā hai ?
94To get down means to become aservant.
124Aisē-aisē vyaktiyō̃ kō taiyār karō - jinkē anubhav key|kī T . V|we . dvārā duniyā kō vināśh aur sthāpanā kā sākṣhātkār hō jāē . 125Tō dōnō̃ hī zone aisē set taiyār karkē ānā . 126Aisē khudāī khidmatgār , sadā mēhnat sē mukt , sadā yuktiyukt saṅkalp aur karma karnē vālē , sadā bāp key|kī śhrīmat pramāṇ her|har saṅkalp aur karma karnē vālē , sadā kahnē aur karnē kō samān karnē vālē , aisē sadā bāp K|kē sāthī bachchō̃ kō bāp-dādā key|kī yād , pyār aur namastē . 127Mahīn puruṣhārthī bhav
95Whose servant?
128 ( avyakt bāpdādā K|kē madhur mahāvākya viśhēṣh teachers prati )
96You become your servants servant; theservant of your many organs.
129Teachers kā viśhēṣh puruṣārthīr kis bāt kā hōnā chāhiē ?
97This is why you have to labour. 98Become Gods servant!
130Serviceable bachchō̃ kā mahīn purūṣhārth kyā hai ?
99Become Gods server. 100Dont become yourservants servant.
131Mahīn purūṣhārth hai - saṅkalp key|kī bhī caiṅkig .
101You can do Godly service whilst remaining seated on your throne.
132Saṅkalp mē̃ yād aur sēvā kā balance rahā ! 133Her|har saṅkalp powerful rahā .
102You dont need to get down. 103Baba wants to make you sit next to Him, but what do you do?
134Serviceable bachchō̃ K|kē saṅkalp kabhī bhī vyarth nahī̃ hōnē chāhiē kyōṅki āp viśhva kalyāṇkārī hō , viśhva key|kī stage par act karnē vālē hō .
104Instead of being the confluenceaged queen with the Lord, you become a slave. 105No ones vision can fall on someone who remains constantly behind a veil.
135Āpkō sārī viśhva copy kartī hai . 136Agar āpkā ēk saṅkalp bhī vyarth huā tō sabhī uskō copy karnē vālē haĩ .
106So, when Maya is in front of you, remain behind your veil and sit with your Lord, and then all your servants will be ready to serve you.
137Apnē prati nahī̃ kiyā lēkin anēkō̃ kē prati nimitt ban gaē .
107Do you understand what you have to do? 108From today, step away from labouring.
138Jaisē āpkō sēvā K|kē lift key|kī gift miltī hai , anēkō̃ key|kī sēvā kā share mil jātā hai .
109Constantly remain an easy yogi seated on your throne next to the Father. 110Today, those from Gujarat and Indore have come here.
139Vaisē hī agar kōī aisā kārya kartē hō tō anēkō̃ kō vyarth sikhānē kē nimitt bhī ban jātē hō .
111So, stay behind your veil, that is, remainindoors. 112Those from Indore must constantly remain indoors.
140Isliē ab vyarth kā khātā samāpt .
113You dont come out, do you?
141Jaisē ājkal science K|kē sādhanō̃ dvārā man key|kī ēkāgratā kō caik kartē haĩ nā .
114Each zone is growing very well. 115Those from Gujarat have filled the hall.
