²"sabhi paristhitiyon ka samaadhaan - udta panchhi bano"

¹The key to resolve all adverse situations is to become a flying bird.

³avyakt baapdaada vatan nivaasi, sada nyaare aur sarva ke pyaare shiv baba bole :- ⁴‘‘baapdaada sabhi bachchon ko naynon ki bhaasha dvaara is lok se pare avyakt vatanvaasi banne ke ishaare dete hain।

²BapDada is signalling all of you children through the language of the eyes to go beyond this world and become residents of the subtle region. ³BapDada, the Resident of the subtle region, is blessing you to become equal to Him.

⁵jaise baapdaada avyakt vatanvaasi hain vese hi tattvam ka vardaan dete hain।

⁴Whilst staying in the world of angels, simply come into this corporeal world to perform actions.

⁶pharishton ki duniya mein rehte hue is saakaar duniya mein karma karne ke liye aao।

⁵Constantly continue to practice performing actions as a karma yogi and become an angel.

⁷karma kiya, karmayogi bane phir pharishte ban jaao।

⁶Always remain conscious of being an avyakt angel who resides in the world of angels.

⁸yahi abhyaas sada karte raho।

⁷You do not reside on land, but in the sky.

⁹sada yeh smriti rahe ki main pharishton ki duniya mein rahne vaala avyakt pharishta-swaroop hoon।

⁸To be an angel means to be someone who remains beyond this world of vice but also beyond the vision and attitude of vice.

¹⁰pharsha nivaasi nahin,arsha nivaasi hoon।

⁹An angel remains beyond all of those things.

¹¹pharishta arthaat is vikaari duniya, arthaat vikaari drishti va vritti se pare rahne vaale।

¹⁰Angels constantly love the Father and the Father constantly loves angels.

¹²in sab baaton se nyaare। ¹³sada woh baap ke pyaare aur baap unke pyaare।

¹¹Both are constantly absorbed in the love of one another. ¹²Have you become such angels?

¹⁴donon ek do ke sneh me samaaye hue, pharishte bane ho?

¹³Baba remains detached and only incarnates in order to perform His task.

¹⁵jaise baap nyaara hote hue praveshkar kaarya ke liye aaten hain, aise pharishta aatmaayen bhi karma bandhan ke hisaab se nahin lekin seva ke bandhan se shareer me pravesh ho karma karte aur jab chaahe tab nyaare ho jaate।

¹⁴Similarly, you angel souls don’t come because of your karmic accounts, but you enter a body to perform actions because of your bondage of service. ¹⁵You then become detached whenever you want. ¹⁶Are you free from bondage to this extent? ¹⁷This is what is known as being an angel.

¹⁶aise karmabandhanmukta ho - isi ko hi pharishta kaha jaata hai।

¹⁸When you belong to the Father, all your bondage to your old body and the old world is finished.

¹⁷baap ke bane arthaat puraani deh aur deh ki duniya ka sambandh samaapta hua। ¹⁸iseelie isko marjeeva jeevan kehte ho।

¹⁹This is why this life is called a life in which you have died alive. ²⁰Therefore, your old accounts of the past have been settled and you have opened a new account of your new Brahmin life.

¹⁹to puraane karmon ka khaata samaapta hua, naya brahman jeevan ka khaata shuru hua।

²¹All of you understand and believe that this birth is your birth in which you have died alive, do you not?

²⁰yeh to sabhi jaante aur maante ho na, ki marjeeva bane hain।

²²Have you died alive or are you still dying alive? ²³What would you say?

²¹bane ho, va ban rahe ho? ²²kya kahenge?

²⁴Have you become this or are you still becoming this?

²³mar rahe hain ya mar rahe hain?

²⁵Are you still dying or have you died?

²⁴jab mar gayen, pichhla hisaab samaapta hua।

²⁶When you are dead, all your past accounts are settled.

²⁵brahman jeevan karmabandhan ka jeevan nahi hota।

²⁷A Brahmin life is not a life of karmic bondage.

²⁶karmayogi ka jeevan hota।

²⁸It is a life of karma yoga.

²⁷maalik ban karma karte to karmabandhan nahin hua lekin karmendriyon ke maalik ban jo chaaho, jaisa karma chaahon,jitna samay karma karne chaaho vaise karmendriyon se karaane vaale honge।

²⁹When you perform actions as a master, those actions are not a karmic bondage. ³⁰Because you are master of your physical senses, you can use your physical senses to perform whatever actions you want as and when you want and for as long as you want.

²⁸to brahman arthaat pharishta।

³¹So, to be a Brahmin means to be an angel.

²⁹karmabandhani aatma nahin lekin seva ke shuddh bandhan vaali।

³²It doesn’t mean to be a soul who has any karmic bondage, but to be a soul who has the pure bond of service.

³⁰yeh deh seva ke arth mili hai।

³³You have received your present body for service.

³¹aapke karmabandhan ke hisaab kitaab ke jeevan ka hisaab samaapta hua।

³⁴All the accounts of your life of karmic bondage have now come to an end.

³²yeh naya jeevan hai।

³⁵This life is a new life.

³³yeh to sabhi samajhte ho na!

³⁶All of you understand this, do you not?

³⁴puraana hisaab ab tak raha hua to nahin hai?

³⁷None of your past accounts still remain, do they?

³⁵kya samajhte hain mahaaraashtra vaale?

³⁸What do the people from Maharashtra think?

³⁶teachers kya samajhti hain?

³⁹What do you teachers think?

³⁷hisaab kitaab chuktu karne mein hoshiyaar hain va dheelen hain?

⁴⁰Are you clever in settling your accounts?

³⁸chuktu karne aata to hain na?

⁴¹Or are you slack?

³⁹pharishta ban jaao to mehnat se chhoot jaayenge।

⁴²You do know how to settle your accounts, do you not?

⁴⁰chalne vaale, daudne vaale, jump lagaane vaale,in sabse oonche udne vaale ho jaayenge।

⁴³By becoming an angel you will be liberated from having to make effort.

⁴¹to mehnat se chhoot jaayenge na! ⁴²anaadi roop mein hain hi udne vaale।

⁴⁴Those who fly are faster than those who walk, run or jump high.

⁴³aatma udta panchhi hai,chalta hua panchhi nahin।

⁴⁵A soul is a flying bird, not a hopping bird.

⁴⁴to anaadi sanskaar jo bojh ke kaaran bhool gaye hain, pharishte ke bajaae karmabandhani,udte panchhi ke bajaae pinjade ke panchhi ban gaye hain।

⁴⁶Because of your burden you forgot your eternal sanskar and this is why instead of being an angel, you became tied in bondage of your karma. ⁴⁷Instead of being a flying bird, you became a caged bird.

⁴⁵ab phir se anaadi sanskaar udte panchhi ke emerge karo।

⁴⁸Now, your eternal sanskar of a flying bird must emerge once again.

⁴⁶arthaat pharishte roop mein sthit raho।

⁴⁹This means you must stabilise in your angelic form.

⁴⁷tatattvam ke vardaani bano।

⁵⁰Claim the blessing of being equal.

⁴⁸isi ko hi sahaj purooshaartha kaha jaata hai।

⁵¹This is what is meant by easy effort.

⁴⁹bhinna-bhinna paristhitiyon mein kya karoon,kaise karoon ki jo mehnat karte ho isse paristhiti badi aur aap chhote ho jaate ho।

⁵²When you labour over many different adverse situations wondering what you can do, or how you can do something, then the situation becomes big and you become small.

⁵⁰paristhiti shaktishaali aur aap kamjor ho jaate ho।

⁵³The situation becomes powerful and you become weak.

⁵¹kisi bhi paristhiti mein chaahe prakriti ke aadhaar par koi paristhiti ho,chaahe apne tan ke sambandh se koi parivarttan ho,apne va doosron ke sanskaar ke aadhaar par koi paristhiti ho,sab paristhitiyon me kya aur kyon ka ek hi uttar hai -’’udta panchhi ban jaao''।

⁵⁴In any situation, no matter whether it is based on nature, whether it is connected to your body, whether it is based on your physical or spiritual relationships, whether it is based on your own sanskars or those of others, the way to resolve all the questions of “How?” and “Why?” is to become a flying bird.

⁵²paristhiti neeche aur aap oopar ho jaayenge।

⁵⁵Let the situation remain down below whilst you fly above it.

⁵³oopar se neeche ki vastu kitni bhi badi ho lekin chhoti-si anubhav hogi।

⁵⁶When you look down from up above, then, no matter how big something is, it will appear to be very tiny.

⁵⁴iseelie sab paristhitiyon ko sahaj paar karne ka sahaj raasta hai - pharishta bano,udta panchhi bano।

⁵⁷Therefore, the easy way to overcome all situations is to become an angel and a flying bird.

⁵⁵samjha - sahaj purooshaartha kya hai?

⁵⁸Do you understand what easy effort is?

⁵⁶mera yeh svabhaav hai,sanskaar hai,bandhan hai,is mere-pan ke bandhan ko marjeeva bane to kya samaapta nahin kiya?

⁵⁹When you say, “My nature, my sanskars, my bondage” etc., then when you died alive, did you not finish the bondage of the consciousness of “mine”?

⁵⁷pharishtepan ki bhaasha ‘mera-mera'nahin।

⁶⁰The language of angels is not the language of “mine”.

⁵⁸pharishta arthaat mera so tera ho gaya।

⁶¹To be an angel means to be someone who believes everything of “mine” is now “Yours”.

⁵⁹yeh mera-mera hi pharshavaasi banaata hai। ⁶⁰aur tera-tera hi takhtavaasi banaata hai।

⁶²The consciousness of “mine” keeps you residing on this land, whereas the consciousness of “Yours” keeps you constantly seated on the throne.

⁶¹to pharishta banna arthaat mere-mere ke bandhan se mukta banna।

⁶³Therefore, to become an angel means to become free from the bondage of “mine”.

⁶²alaukik jeevan mein bhi mera ek baap doosra mera koi nahin।

⁶⁴In this spiritual life, only the one Father and none other is “mine”.

⁶³to aise pharishte bane ho?

⁶⁵Have you become an angel to this extent?

⁶⁴to mahaaraashtra vaale kya banenge?

⁶⁶What have those from Maharashtra become?

⁶⁵pharishta banna aata hai na?

⁶⁷You know how to become angels, do you not?

⁶⁶sab samasyaaon ka ek hi samaadhaan yaad rakhna - udta panchhi banna hai aur banaana hai।

⁶⁸Always remember that the one way to resolve all problems is to become a flying bird and make others into flying birds.

⁶⁷samjha! ⁶⁸achha।

⁶⁹Do you understand?

⁶⁹aise baap samaan avyakt roopdhaari pharishte-swaroop, ek baap mera doosra na koi mera, aise nyaari aur pyaari sthiti mein rahne vaale, sada karmendriyon jeet, karmayogi aur karmaateet,isi abhyaas mein rahne vaale,sada bandhanmukta,seva ke sambandh mein rahne vaale aise baap samaan tatattvam ke vardaani bachchon ko baapdaada ka yaadapyaar aur namaste''।

⁷⁰Achcha. ⁷¹To such souls whose angelic form is equal to the Father’s; to the souls who constantly stay in a loving and detached stage and belong to the one Father and none other; to those who are conquerors of their physical senses by constantly practicing becoming a karma yogi and karmateet; to those who are constantly free from bondage and who stay bound in service; to the children who have received the blessing of being equal to the Father; BapDada’s love, remembrance and namaste.

⁷¹sada apne ko is srishti drama ke andar hero paartadhaari samajhkar chalte ho?

⁷³Do you constantly move along whilst considering yourself to be a hero actor in this world drama?

⁷²jo hero paartadhaari hote hain unko har kadam par apne oopar attention rehta hai, unka har kadam aisa uthta hai jo sada vaah-vaah karen, vansa mor karen।

⁷⁴A hero actor pays attention to himself at every step. ⁷⁵Every step he takes is such that people sing praise of it and ask for him to do it once more. ⁷⁶If a hero actor ever takes one wrong step, he wouldn’t be called a hero.

⁷³agar hero paartadhaari ka koi bhi ek kadam neeche oopar ho jaata hai to woh ‘hero' nahin kahla sakta।

⁷⁷All of you are double heroes. ⁷⁸You are heroes who have a special part to play and you are also those who make your life like a diamond (hero).

⁷⁴to aap sabhi double hero ho।

⁷⁹Do you experience such self­respect for yourself?

⁷⁵hero vishesh paartadhaari bhi ho aur hero jaisa jeevan banaane vaale bhi।

⁸⁰It is one thing to know but something else to know and conduct yourself accordingly.

⁷⁶to aisa apna svamaan anubhav karte ho? ⁷⁷ek hai jaanna aur doosra hai jaankar chalna।

⁸¹Therefore, do you just know this or as well as knowing it, do you also conduct yourself accordingly?

⁷⁸to jaante ho va jaankar chalte ho?

⁸²Constantly remain cheerful whilst seeing your hero part.

⁷⁹to sada apne hero part ko dekh harshit raho,vaah drama aur vaah mera part!

⁸³Wah drama! ⁸⁴And, wah my role! ⁸⁵If you perform a single act in an ordinary way, you would not be called a hero.

⁸⁰agar jara bhi saadhaaran karma hua to hero nahin kahla sakte।

⁸⁶The Father is the Hero Actor and so every action He performs is praised and worshipped.

⁸¹jaise baap hero paartadhaari hai to unka har karma gaaya aur pooja jaata hai,aise baap ke saath jo sahayogi aatmaayen hain unhon ka bhi hero part hone ke kaaran har karma gaayan aur poojan yogya ho jaata hai।

⁸⁷In the same way, every action all of you co­operative souls who have a hero part performs with the Father becomes worthy of praise and worthy of worship. ⁸⁸So, do you experience such intoxication or do you forget this? ⁸⁹You forgot this for half the cycle. ⁹⁰Do you still forget it?

⁸²to itna nasha hai ya bhool jaata hai?

⁹¹At least you should now become an embodiment of remembrance!

⁸³aadhaakalpa to bhoole, abhi bhi bhoolna hai kya?

⁹²Once you have become the embodiment of something, you can never forget it!

⁸⁴ab to yaad-swaroop ban jaao।

⁹³What is the easy way to make your life elevated?

⁸⁵swaroop banne ke baad kabhi bhool nahin sakte।

⁹⁴You make your life elevated when you consider yourself to be a trustee.

⁸⁶2. jeevan ko shreshtha banaane ka sahaj saadhan kaun sa hai?

⁹⁵A trustee means to be someone who is loving and detached. ⁹⁶Therefore, Baba has made all of you into trustees.

⁸⁷shreshtha jeevan tab banti jab apne ko trustee samajhkar chalte। ⁸⁸trustee arthaat nyaara aur pyaara।

⁹⁷You are trustees, are you not? ⁹⁸When you live your life as a trustee, all your consciousness of being a householder automatically finishes.

⁸⁹to sabhi ko baap ne trustee bana diya।

⁹⁹It is the consciousness of being a householder that brings you down from your elevated life.

⁹⁰trustee ho na?

¹⁰⁰Nothing belongs to a trustee.

⁹¹trustee hokar rahne se grihasthi pan svatah nikal jaata hai।

¹⁰¹When you have no consciousness of, “mine”, you automatically become a conqueror of attachment.

⁹²grihastheepan hi shreshtha jeevan se neeche le aata।

¹⁰²To remain free from attachment constantly means to remain elevated and happy.

⁹³trustee ka meraapan kuchh nahin hota।

¹⁰³When you have attachment, there is sorrow. ¹⁰⁴Therefore, become a conqueror of attachment.

⁹⁴jahaan meraapan nahin vahaan nashtomoha svatah ho jaate।

¹⁰⁵To the families: ¹⁰⁶Whilst living with your family, all of you constantly keep your stage loving and detached, do you not?

⁹⁵sada nirmohi arthaat sada shreshtha sukhi। ⁹⁶moh mein duhkh hota hai। ⁹⁷to nashtomoha bano।

¹⁰⁷You do not become trapped in any physical relations or worldly atmosphere or vibrations whilst living with your family, do you?

⁹⁸pravritti vaalo se :- ‘‘sabhi pravritti me rehte sada nyaare aur pyaare sthiti mein rahne vaale ho na!

¹⁰⁸Do you stay beyond the physical consciousness and keep your relationships, atmosphere and vibrations spiritual? ¹⁰⁹There isn’t the consciousness of anything worldly, is there?

⁹⁹pravritti ke kisi bhi laukik sambandh va laukik vaayumandal,vibration me to nahin aate ho?

¹¹⁰Have you made the atmosphere of your home so spiritual that no one feels it to be an ordinary home, but that everyone experiences the atmosphere to be of an ashram for service?

¹⁰⁰in sab laukikta se pare alaukik sambandh mein,vaayumandal mein, vibration mein rehte ho?

¹¹¹Anyone who goes there should experience it to be spiritual, not worldly. ¹¹²There should be no feeling of anything worldly there.

¹⁰¹laukik-pan to nahin hai na? ¹⁰²ghar ka vaayumandal bhi aisa hi alaukik banaaya hai jo laukik ghar na lage lekin seva kendra ka vaayumandal anubhav ho?

¹¹³Anyone who goes there should not feel it to be an ordinary home, but a temple. ¹¹⁴This is the practical fruit of the service that pure householders do. ¹¹⁵Your home should be a service place and the atmosphere there should also do service.

¹⁰³koi bhi aave to anubhav kare ki yeh alaukik hai,laukik nahin। ¹⁰⁴koi bhi laukikta ki pheenlig na ho।

¹¹⁶When someone creates upheaval at your centre because of being influenced by his or her nature or sanskars, then everyone says that it shouldn’t happen.

¹⁰⁵aane vaale anubhav karen, yeh koi saadhaaran ghar nahin hai। ¹⁰⁶lekin mandir hai।

¹¹⁷Similarly, everyone should also feel at your home that nothing like that should happen at your place.

¹⁰⁷yahi hai pavitra pravritti vaalon ki seva ka pratyaksha-swaroop।

¹¹⁸You should feel in your heart that such actions must never be performed there.

¹⁰⁸sthaan bhi seva karen, vaayumandal bhi seva kare।

¹¹⁹When something wrong is done at your centre, you immediately put that right.

¹⁰⁹jaise sevaakendra par agar koi bhi jara sva-bhaav sva-sanskaar ke vash hokar aisi chaal-chalan chalte hain to sab kehte ho aisa nahin hona chaahiye।

¹²⁰In the same way, you should immediately put your lokik place and your stage right. ¹²¹Your home should feel like a temple, not a household. ¹²²Just as the atmosphere of a temple attracts everyone, in the same way, the fragrance of purity should emerge from your home.

¹¹⁰aise hi aapke ghar ke sthaan par bhi aisi mahsoosta ho ki is sthaan par aisa koi karma nahin hona chaahiye।

¹²³Just as the fragrance of incense sticks spreads everywhere, in the same way, your fragrance of purity should spread far and wide. ¹²⁴This is what is known as a pure household.

¹¹¹yeh feeling dil mein aaye ki yeh karma ham nahin kar sakte।

¹²⁵Achcha. ¹²⁶Blessing: May you be a true server who signals everyone towards the Bestower through every action your perform and your specialities.

¹¹²jaise seva sthaan par koi bhi kami peshi dekhte ho to theek kar dete ho aise apne laukik sthaan ko aur sthiti ko theek kar dena।

¹²⁷A true server never traps anyone after giving him his co­operation. ¹²⁸Such a soul enables all souls to make a connection with the Father. ¹²⁹Every word he speaks would remind you of the Father.

¹¹³ghar mandir lage, grihasthi nahin।

¹³⁰In every action he performs, the Father would be visible.

¹¹⁴jaise mandir ka vaayumandal sabko aakarshit karta,aise aapke ghar se pavitrata ki khushbu aaye।

¹³¹He would never even think that so­and­so co­ operated with him because of his speciality. ¹³²If someone only sees you and not the Father, then you haven’t done service, but have instead made someone forget the Father!

¹¹⁵jis prakaar agarbatti ki khushbu chaaron or phailti, isi prakaar pavitrata ki khushbu door-door tak phailni chaahiye,isko kaha jaata hai pavitra pravritti।

¹³³A true server connects everyone with the Truth and not with himself. ¹³⁴Slogan: Keep the Father bound to you with the subtle strings of all your rights and your love and you will continue to receive co­operation.
