2"chhodo to chhooto"

1Let go and become free.

3sada karmabandhan-mukta, beejroop, vrikshapti shiv baba bole- 4‘‘sada sahayogi, sada bachchon ke saathi baapdaada apne sahayogi bachchon ko, sada ke saathi bachchon ko aaj vatan ki,baapdaada ki ram- neek baat sunaate hain।

2Today, BapDada who’s always the cooperative Companion of the children, is relating an entertaining conversation of Bap and Dada to His cooperative children who are His constant companions.

5aap sabhi bhi roohaani ramneek moortta ho na!

3All of you are entertaining, are you not?

6to aise bachchon ko baap bhi ramneek baat sunaate hain।

4Therefore, Baba too relates entertaining things to such children.

7aaj vatan mein baapdaada ke saamne, ek bada sundar alaukik arth sahit vriksha emerge hua।

5Today, a very large, beautiful, alokik and significant looking tree emerged in front of BapDada.

8vriksha bada sundar tha aur vriksha ki daaliyaan anek theen, koi chhoti koi badi, koi moti koi patli theen।

6The tree was very beautiful and it had many branches. 7Some small and some large: some thin and some thick.

9lekin us alaukik vriksha ke oopar bhinna-bhinna prakaar ke rang-birange bahut sundar panchhi the।

8However, there were various very beautiful colourful birds on that tree.

10jo harek apni-apni daali par baithe the।

9Each of them was sitting on its own branch.

11panchhiyon ke kaaran vriksha bada sundar lag raha tha।

10Because of the birds, the tree looked very beautiful.

12kai panchhi udte hue baapdaada ki anguli par bhi aakar baithte।

11Some birds would come flying and sit on BapDada’s fingers.

13kai kandhe par bhi aakar baithte aur koi aage peechhe chakkar lagaate rehte।

12Some would come and sit on Baba’s shoulders and some just continued to circle around.

14koi daali par baithe-baithe door se nayan mulaakaat bhi karte, khush bhi bahut the।

13Some just sat at a distance and met Baba through their eyes and remained happy with just that.

15lekin doosre panchhiyon ke milan ka khel dekhte hue khush the।

14They were happy just to observe the pleasure the other birds had meeting Baba.

16svayan sameep nahin aaye।

15They themselves didn’t come close.

17aisa drishya dekh brahma baap muskaraate hue taali bajaae un panchhiyon ko bulaane lage- ‘‘aao bachche, aao bachche,''kahkar bahut meetha bulaava kar rahe the।

16Seeing such a scene, Brahma Baba smiled, clapped and began to call all the birds to Him. 17Baba very sweetly invited all the birds to come. 18He said: “Come children, come children!”

18phir bhi panchhi nahin aaye।

19Even then, those birds wouldn’t come.

19pankh bhi the। 20pankh hila bhi rahe the lekin apne hi paanv se daali ko aisa majboot pakde hue the jo udkar sameep nahin aa sakte the।

20Although they had wings and were flapping those wings, they were still clutching onto the branches so tightly with their claws that they were unable to fly and come closer.

21phir kya hua?

21What happened then?

22chaahte hue bhi ud nahin paaye।

22Even though they wanted to, they weren’t able to fly.

23‘‘baba-baba''kahkar bade pyaar se bulaane lage, bolne lage, kya bola hoga?

23They began to call out with a lot of love, “Baba, Baba!” then they said something. 24What would they have said?

24‘‘udaao,udaao'' bolne lage।

25They said, “Make us fly! 26Make us fly!”

25va ‘‘chhudaao-chhudaao, ‘bolne lage।

27And then, they said, “Free us! 28Free us!”

26baapdaada bole-‘‘chhudaao-chhudaao nahin, lekin chhodo to chhooto।

29BapDada said: “Instead of saying, “Free us! 30Free us!”, just let go and become free!”

27''lekin ve panchhi itne koi chatur the, koi kamjor the jo daali ko bhi chhodne nahin chaahte aur baap ka saath bhi lena chaahte the। 28donon baaten saath chaahte the, yeh the chatur panchhi।

31However, amongst those birds, there were some who were very clever, but others who were weak. 32Although they too wanted to experience the Father’s company, they didn’t want to let go of the branch. 33The clever birds wanted to do both!

29aur kamjor va bhole panchhi chhodne chaahte, lekin yukti nahin aati mukti paane ki।

34The weak and innocent birds wanted to become free, but they didn’t know the way to attain their freedom.

30aur bhole panchhi to apne bholepan mein yeh bhi nahin samajhte ki yeh chhodna bhi hai।

35The innocent ones, in their innocence, didn’t even realise that they had to let go!

31to aise panchhiyon ko dekh baapdaada baar-baar unhon ko yahi bole-’’chhodo to chhooto''।

36Seeing these birds, BapDada repeatedly told them to let go and become free. 37However, the birds continued to chatter in their own language.

32lekin ve apni boli bolte rahe। 33baapdaada yukti bhi bataate lekin thoda-sa daali ka saath chhodte hue phir pakad len।

38BapDada showed them what to do and yet they would let go of the branch a little and still clutch onto it again. 39This is why they continued to call out.

34isliye bulaate rahe, bolte rahe lekin udta panchhi ban baap ke saath sameep milan ka anubhav aur vishwa-parikrama arthaat behad ki seva ki parikrama ka anubhav kar nahin sakte।

40Although they continued to speak, they were unable to become flying birds. 41They were unable to experience having a close meeting with the Father and tour the world, that is, they were unable to do the tour of unlimited world service.

35abhi aap harek apne se poochho ki main kahaan tha?

42Now, each of you can ask yourself where you were.

36daali par va baap ke kandhe par?

43Were you on a branch or on Baba’s shoulders?

37va agunli par naach rahe the?

44Or, were you dancing on His fingers?

38va aaspaas ghoom rahe the?

45Or, were you flying around Baba?

39apne aapko to jaante ho na?

46Do you know yourself?

40apne aap se poochho-’ ‘chhodo to chhooto'', yeh paath kitna pakka kiya hai?

47Ask yourself to what extent you have made the lesson of “Let go and become free” firm for yourself.

41‘‘chhodo to chhooto''-yeh paath sada yaad hai?

48Do you always remember the lesson, “Let go and become free”?

42va doosra chhode to main chhootoon?

49Or, is it that you can become free when others let go?

43va baap chhudaaye to main chhootoon?

50Or, is it that you can only become free when Baba frees you.

44aisa paath to nahin padh lete ho?

51You don’t imbibe this lesson in that way, do you?

45kisi bhi prakaar ki daali ko apne buddhi roopi paanv se pakad ke to nahin baithe ho?

52You are not clutching onto any type of branch with the foot of your intellect, are you?

46kisi bhi puraane svabhaav-sanskaar va kisi bhi shakti ki kami hone kaaran, nirbal hone kaaran daali par hi to nahin baith gaye ho?

53You haven’t perched down on a branch just because of some old sanskars or your nature, or because you lack a particular power or because of being weak, have you?

47har baat mein‘‘chhodo to chhooton'', yeh practical mein laate ho?

54Do you put this lesson, “Let go and become free” into practice in every situation?

48yahi paath brahma baap ko number one le gaya।

55It was this lesson that made Brahma Baba become number one.

49shuru se chhoda to chhoot gaya na!

56He let go from the beginning and therefore, he became free.

50yeh nahin socha ki- saathi mujhe chhoden to chhootoon, sambandhi chhoden to chhootoon।

57He never thought that he would only become free if his companions or his relatives freed him.

51vighna daalne vaale vighna daalne se chhoden to chhootoon।

58He never thought that he would only become free when those who were created obstacles stopped doing that.

52bhinna-bhinna paristhitiyaan mujhe chhoden to chhutoon।

59Or, that he would become free when the various circumstances changed.

53yeh kabhi socha?

60Did he ever think that?

54sada svayan ko yahi paath pakka practical mein dikhaaya vaise follow father kiya hai?

61He himself constantly made make this lesson firm. 62Do you follow the father in the same way?

55isko kaha jaata hai- jo ote so arjun।

63This is known as: The one who takes the initiative is Arjuna.

56to arjun ban gaya na!

64Therefore, he became Arjuna, did he not?

57arthaat baap ke ati sameep, samaan, combined ban gaye।

65He came very close to the Father. 66He became equal and combined.

58jo aap sabhi bhi baapdaada combined bolte ho na?

67You also say that Bap and Dada are combined, do you not?

59to aise bane ho?

68Therefore, have you become like them?

60va kabhi kaise, kabhi kaise? 61jaise yeh bijli kar rahi hai।

69Or, are you sometimes one thing and sometimes something else, like this electricity?

62(bijli baar-baar aati aur jaati thi) to kabhi chhodo to chhooto, kabhi doosra chhode to chhooto, yeh khel to nahin khelte ho?

70(The lights were continuously going out.) 71You don’t sometimes play the game of letting go by yourself, and at other times, only becoming free when others let go, do you?

63yeh bijli ka bhi khel hai na?

72These lights going is also a game, is it not?

64kabhi aana, kabhi jaana yeh bhi khel hua।

73Sometimes to come on and sometimes to go out is also a game.

65to aisa khel to nahin karte ho?

74You don’t play such games, do you?

66sada achha lagta hai ya aana-jaana achha lagta hai?

75Which do you prefer: when something is constant or when it keeps on coming and going?

67to har baat mein chaahe svabhaav parivartan mein, sanskaar parivartan mein,ek do ke samparka mein aane mein, paristhitiyon ya vighnon ko paar karne mein, kya paath pakka karna hai?

76Therefore, in every aspect, whether in transformation of your nature or sanskars, or in coming into relationship with one another or in overcoming obstacles, what lesson do you have to make firm? 77“When you yourself let go, you can become free.”

68‘‘svayan chhodo to chhooto''। 69paristhiti aapko nahin chhodegi, aap chhodo to chhooto।

78The circumstances are not going to let go of you, you yourself have to let go and become free.

70doosri aatmaayen sanskaar ke takraav mein bhi aati hain। 71to bhi yahi socho ki main chhodoon to chhootoon, yeh takraav chhoden to chhootoon, yeh nahin।

79Even if other souls come into conflict with you, you must remember that you will only become free when you let go. 80Don’t think that when the other person stops creating conflict, you will become free, no!

72agar yeh chhoden to chhootoon hoga to takraav samaapta hokar phir doosra shuru ho jaayega।

81If you believe that you can only become free when that person lets go, then when that conflict ends, another one will start.

73kahaan tak intajaar karte rahenge ki yeh chhode to chhootoon!

82For how long are you going to keep waiting for the other person to let go so that you can become free?

74yeh maaya ke vighna va padhaai mein paper to samay prati samay bhinna bhinna roopon se aane hi hain।

83Obstacles of Maya and test papers in your study will continue to come in different forms from time to time.

75to paas hon ke liye- main padhoon te paas hoon ya teacher paper halka kare to paas hoon?

84Therefore, is it that you pass if you study or do you only pass if the teacher gives you an easy paper?

76kya karna padta hai?

85What do you have to do?

77main padhoon to paas hoon, yahi theek hai na!

86It is correct to say that you will pass when you study well.

78aise hi yahaan bhi sab baaton ko- main svayan paas kar jaaoon।

87Similarly, here too, you have to pass in every situation.

79phalaana vyakti paas kare- yeh nahin।

88Don’t think that soandso has to pass.

80phalaani paristhiti paas kare-yeh nahin।

89Don’t think that suchandsuch a situation has to end.

81mujhe paas karna hai।

90Understand that you yourself have to pass.

82isko kaha jaata hai- ‘‘chhodo to chhooto।

91This is known as becoming free by letting go.

83'' intajaar nahin karo, intajaam karo।

92Do not wait for anything, but prepare yourself.

84nahin to panchhi bhi ho,pankh bhi hain aur sundar bhi bahut ho, baap ke vriksha par bhi baith gaye ho arthaat brahman parivaar ke bhi ban gaye ho lekin kisi bhi prakaar ke sva ke sanskaar va svabhaav, va doosron ke svabhaav aur sanskaar dekhne aur varnan karne ki kamjori hai, purooshaartha mein niraadhaar nahin, aadhaar hai, kisi bhi vyakti ya vastu ka lagaav hai, kisi bhi gun va shakti ki kami hai- yeh hain bhinna-bhinna daaliyaan।

93You are a bird, you have wings, you are very beautiful, you are sitting on the Father’s tree, that is, you belong to the Brahmin family. 94However, there is the weakness of seeing any type of your own or someone else’s sanskars or nature. 95You are not independent in your efforts, you become dependent. 96There is attachment to a person or object, you lack a particular virtue or power.

85to in daaliyon mein se kisi daali ko pakad ke to nahin baithe ho?

97All of these are the various branches. 98So, you are not perched on one of these branches, clutching on are you?

86agar kisi bhi daali ko pakda hua hai to baap ke sada agunli par naachne arthaat sada shreemat ki anguli ke aadhaar par chalne, aisa sameep ka anubhav nahin kar sakenge।

99If you hold onto any branch, then you are unable to have an experience of the closeness of constantly dancing on the Father’s finger, of constantly moving along with the support of the finger of shrimat.

87va sada baap ke har karttavya mein sahayogi arthaat kandhe par naach nahin sakenge।

100You won’t be able to cooperate in every task of the Father’s, that is, you won’t be able to dance on His shoulders.

88ek hain sada sahayogi aur doosre hain kabhi sahayogi, kabhi viyogi। 89kyon? 90kyonki kisi na kisi daali ko pakad lete hain to sahayogi ke bajaae viyogi ban jaate hain।

101One is to be constantly cooperative (sahyogi) and the other is to sometimes become cooperative and at other times become separated from the Father (viyogi). 102Why is it that instead of cooperating, you become separated from the Father?

91ab apne aap se poochho- main kaun? 92samjha!

103It is because your are clutching onto one of those branches.

93to aaj ka paath kya pakka kiya? 94‘‘chhodo to chhooto? 95'' pakka kiya na!

104Sometimes, you become tired with yourself and sometimes you become tired of others.

96daali ko to nahin pakdenge na!

105Sometimes, you become tired of service.

97thak jaate hain na to daali ko pakadkar baith jaate hain।

106So, you keep clutching onto that branch and crying out, “Now free me!

98kabhi svayan se thak jaate hain, kabhi doosron se thak jaate hain, kabhi seva se thak jaate hain।

107Free me!” 108You yourself are clutching onto it and you are asking the Father to free you!”

99to daali ko pakad kar phir chillaate hain ‘‘ab chhudaao ab chhudaao।

109Why should He do this? 110This is why Baba constantly shows you ways to free yourself.

100'' pakda khud or chhudaave baap।

111You yourself have to let go.

101yeh kyon? 102iseelie baap sada chhodne ki yukti bataate।

112When you yourself do something, you receive the reward of that.

103chhodenge to khud na! 104karenge to paayenge।

113If the Father were to do it for you too, then who would receive the reward?

105yeh bhi baap karenge to paayenge kaun? 106karen baap aur paayen aap?

114Is it that the Father does it for you and you receive the reward?

107isliye baap karaavanhaar ban nimitta aapko banaate hain।

115This is why Baba becomes Karankaravanhar and makes you an instrument.

108to mahaaraashtra aur raajasthaan mein panchhi to sab sundar ho na?

116Therefore, all of you in Maharashtra and Rajasthan are very beautiful birds, are you not?

109baambe mein sundar panchhi hote hain na!

117There are beautiful birds here from Bombay, too, are there not?

110aur raajasthaan mein bhi!

118And in Rajasthan?

111ho to baap ke sabhi sundar panchhi, pankhon vaale panchhi।

119All of you are the beautiful birds who belong to the Father, birds with wings.

112lekin daali vaale panchhi hain va udne vaale hain- yeh chaik karo।

120But, now check whether you are birds clutching onto a branch or flying birds.

113kaiyon ki aadat bhi hoti hai, kitna bhi udaaven phir jaakar baith jaayenge।

121No matter how much one tries to make some fly, they still have the habit of returning and settling down again on it.

114kisi bhi baat mein vasheebhoot hona arthaat daali ko paanv se pakadna, vasheekran mantra bhool jaate to vasheebhoot ho jaate।

122To become influenced by anything means to clutch onto that branch with your foot. 123It is when you forget the mantra that disciplines the mind, that you become influenced.

115to mahaaraashtra ke panchhi kaun hain?

124So, who are the birds of Maharashta?

116udte panchhi।

125Flying birds!

117saara mahaaraashtra ka group kaun se panchhi hain?

126Which kind of birds are the whole of the Maharashtra group?

118udte panchhi hain va daali vaale hain?

127Are you flying birds or birds clutching onto a branch?

119aur raajasthaan se kaun se panchhi aae hain?

128And, what type of birds have come from Rajasthan?

120‘‘chhodo to chhooto'' ya‘‘chhod diya hai aur chhoot gaye hain।

129Is it, “Let go and become free”? 130Or, is it, “You have already let go and become free”?

121'' thak jaate hain to daali ko pakad lete hain।

131When you become tired, you clutch onto a branch.

122raajasthaan ke panchhi to bahut sundar prasiddha hain।

132The birds of Rajasthan are very beautiful and very famous.

123naachne vaale panchhi hain na!

133You are the dancing birds, are you not?

124kiske vash to nahin hote na!

134You don’t become influenced by anyone, do you?

125chakkar lagaane vaale panchhi arthaat sochte bahut hain- yeh karenge, yeh karke dikhaayenge, lekin phirte rehte hain aas paas, udte nahin hain।

135To be birds who simply fly around means to be those who have many thoughts such as: “I will do this. 136This will happen. 137I will show them this. 138I will think about this. etc!”

126aise bhi bahut hain- ‘‘karenge-karenge,hoga, dikhaayenge sochenge…।

139Such ones are constantly making plans for the future. 140These are the birds who simply circle around.

127'' 128gen-gen karne vaale hain।

141So, which group have you brought?

129yeh hai aas paas chakkar lagaane vaale।

142Whom have you brought from Bombay?

130to kaun sa group laai ho?

143Which group have you brought from Rajasthan?

131baambe se kaun laai ho? 132raajasthaan se kaun sa laai ho?

144Because all of you belong to the Father, you are all beautiful anyway.

133sundar to sabhi hain kyonki baap ke ban gaye।

145To become a Brahmin means to become coloured.

134brahman banna arthaat rang lag gaya।

146You have been coloured and you have also received wings.

135rang to aa gaya aur pankh bhi aa gaye। 136baaki hai ‘‘chhodo to chhooto।

147However, it is only when you let go that you finally become free.

137'' achha।

148Achcha.

138to aaj ramneek bachche aaye hain na!

149So, today, you entertaining children have come here.

139to baapdaada ne bhi vatan ki ramneek baaten sunaai।

150This is why BapDada has told you entertaining things.

140achha!

151Achcha.

141aise sada baap samaan, udte panchhi, sada behad ke seva ki sada parikrama lagaane vaale, sada sarva daaliyon ke bandhan se mukta, jab chaahen ud jaae, aise sada svatantra panchhi, sada baap ke anguli par naachne vaale arthaat shreemat ke aadhaar par sada shreshtha sankalp, bol aur karma karne vaale aise shreshtha aatmaon ko baapdaada ka yaad pyaar aur namaste। 142''

152To those who are constantly equal to the Father, the flying birds; to those who are constantly circling around doing unlimited world service; to those who are constantly free from the bondage of any type of branch and are able to fly whenever they want; to such free birds who constantly dance on the Father’s finger, that is, those who constantly have elevated thoughts, words and actions on the basis of shrimat; to such elevated souls, BapDada’s love, remembrance and namaste. 153BapDada meeting groups from Rajasthan and Maharashtra zones

143party ke saath avyakt baapdaada ki madhur mulaakaat (raajasthaan aur mahaaraashtra zone)।

154A true Sita is one who has the awareness of the sound of Rama in her every vein. 155Do you consider yourselves to be true Sitas?

1441.sachchi seeta woh, jiski nas-nas mein raam ke smriti ka aavaaj ho- apne ko sachchi seeta samajhte ho?

156To be a true Sita means to be one whose every step remains within the boundary of shrimat. 157So, do you constantly stay within this boundary?

145sachchi seeta arthaat har kadam shreemat ki lakeer ke andar।

158There is only one Rama and all the rest are Sitas. 159Sita had to sit within the boundary.

146to sada lakeer ke andar rehte ho na? 147raam ek hai, baaki sab seetaayen hon।

160To have remembrance constantly of the Father and constantly to follow the Father's shrimat: it is those who stay within such a boundary who are true Sitas.

148seeta ko lakeer ke andar hi baithna hai।

161She wouldn’t take even one step outside without shrimat.

149sada baap ki yaad, sada baap ki shreemat- aisi lakeer ke andar rahne vaali sachchi seeta।

162When a train stands on the railtrack, it automatically follows the path. 163So too, every morning at amrit vela, stay on the path of remembrance.

150ek kadam bhi bina shreemat ke nahin।

164Amrit vela is your foundation for the day.

151jaise train ko patri par khada kar dete hain to automatically raaste par chalti rehti hai, aise hi roj amritatvele yaad ki lakeer par khade ho jaao।

165When your amrit vela is good, then your whole day will be good. 166Those who live at home with their families should especially make their foundation of amrit vela very strong so that they automatically continue to receive help throughout the day.

152amritvela hai foundation। 153amritvela theek hai to saara din theek ho jaayega।

167Whilst living in your worldly household, remain a constant and true Sita of the one Father. 168Sita would always remember Rama alone.

154pravritti mein rahne vaalon ka vishesh amritvele ka foundation pakka hona chaahiye to saara din svatah sahayog milta rahega।

169There would be the awareness of the sound of Rama in her every vein you are such Sitas, are you not? 170This is known as being loving and detached. 171To the extent that you are detached, accordingly you will be loved by the Father.

155laukik pravritti mein rehte bhi sada ek baap ki sachchi seeta bankar raho।

172The way to earn an income of multimillions at every step is to consider yourself to be a special soul.

156seeta ko sada raam hi yaad rahe। 157nas-nas mein raam ke smriti ki aavaaj ho- aisi sachchi seetaaen ho na!

173The way to earn a constant income of multimillions at every step is to consider yourself to be a special soul at every step.

158isi ko kaha jaata hai nyaara aur pyaara।

174As is your awareness, so accordingly your stage will automatically become like that.

159jitna nyaare utna baap ke pyaare।

175Your acts will also become special acts.

1602. har kadam mein padmon ki kamaai ka saadhan-apne ko vishesh aatma samajhkar chalo

176Therefore, because you have made the Father belong to you, constantly have the awareness that you are a special soul.

161sada har kadam mein padmon ki kamaai jama karne ka saadhan hai।

177What could be a greater speciality than that? 178To become a child of God is the greatest speciality of all.

162har kadam mein apne ko vishesh aatma samjho-to jaisi smriti hogi vaisi sthiti svatah ho jaayegi।
