1“ tyāgī - mahātyāgī key|kī vyākhyā ”

1The definition of a renunciate and a great renunciate.

2Avyakt bāpdādā , mahādānī vaphādār bachchō̃ kē prati bōlē  : 3‘ ‘ bāpdādā sarv brāhmaṇ ātmāō̃ mē̃ ‘ sarvasva tyāgī ' bachchō̃ kō dēkh rahē haĩ .

2BapDada is looking amongst all the Brahmin children to see which children are complete renunciates.

4Tīn prakār K|kē bachchē haĩ - ēk haĩ tyāgī , dūsrē haĩ mahātyāgī , tīsrē haĩ sarv tyāgī , tīnō̃ haĩ hī tyāgī lēkin number-vār haĩ .

3There are three types of children: 1) Renunciates, 2) Great renunciates 3) Complete renunciates. 4All three are renunciates, but they are numberwise.

5Tyāgī - jinhōnnē gyān aur yōg K|kē dvārā apnē purānē sambandh , purānī duniyā , purānē samparka dvārā prāpt huī alpkāl key|kī prāptiyō̃ kō tyāg kar brāhmaṇ jīvan arthāt yōgī jīvan saṅkalp dvārā apnāyā hai arthāt yah sab dhārṇā key|kī ki purānī jīvan sē ‘ yah yōgī jīvan śhrēṣhṭh hai ' . 6Alpkāl key|kī prāpti sē yah sadākāl key|kī prāpti prāpt karnā āvaśhyak hai . 7Aur usē āvaśhyak samajhnē K|kē ādhār par gyān yōg K|kē abhyāsī ban gayē .

5Renunciates are those who have renounced, through knowledge and yoga, the temporary attainments they have attained from their old relationships and old connections of the old world and have adopted Brahmin life, that is, a yogi life in their thoughts. 6This means, they have imbibed the fact that a yogi life is more elevated than their old life that it is more important to attain permanent attainments than temporary attainments and, on the basis of considering these to be essential, have started practising knowledge and yoga.

8Brahmākumār vā brahmākumārī kahlānē K|kē adhikārī ban gayē .

7They have claimed a right to be called Brahma Kumars and Kumaris.

9Lēkin brahmākumār-kumārī bannē kē bād bhī purānē sambandh , saṅkalp aur saṅskār sampūrṇ parivartan nahī̃ huē lēkin parivartan karnē K|kē yuddha mē̃ sadā tappar rahtē .

8However, even after becoming Brahma Kumars and Kumaris, they haven't completely transformed their old relationships, thoughts and sanskars but are constantly engaged in battling to transform them.

10Abhī-abhī brāhmaṇ saṅskār , abhī-abhī purānē saṅskārō̃ kō parivartan karnē K|kē yuddha svarūp mē̃ .

9One moment they will have Brahmin sanskars and the next moment they will have the form of battling to transform their old sanskars.

11Iskō kahā jātā hai - tyāgī banē lēkin sampūrṇ parivartan nahī̃ kiyā .

10This is called becoming a renunciate, but not having complete transformation.

12Sirph sōchnē aur samajhnē vālē haĩ ki tyāg karnā hī mahā bhāgyavān bannā hai .

11They simply think that to adopt renunciation means to be greatly fortunate. 12They lack the courage to put it into practice.

13Karnē key|kī himmat cum|kam . 14Albēlēpan K|kē saṅskār bārabār emerge hōnē sē tyāg K|kē sāth-sāth ārām pasand bhī ban jātē haĩ .

13Because their sanskars of carelessness repeatedly emerge, together with thinking about renunciation, they also become those who love comfort.

15Samajh bhī rahē haĩ , chal bhī rahē haĩ , purūṣhārth kar bhī rahē haĩ , brāhmaṇ jīvan kō chhōṛ bhī nahī̃ saktē , yah saṅkalp bhī dr̥iṛh hai ki brāhmaṇ hī bannā hai .

14They understand everything, they are moving along, they are making effort, they cannot leave this Brahmin life and they have the determination to remain a Brahmin.

16Chāhē māyā vā māyāvī sambandhī purānī jīvan kē liē apnī taraph ākarṣhit bhī kar saktē haĩ tō bhī is saṅkalp mē̃ aṭal haĩ ki brāhmaṇ jīvan hī śhrēṣhṭh hai .

15Even though Maya and their relations who are influenced by Maya are trying to pull them towards their old life, they are very firm in their thought that Brahmin life is more elevated.

17Ismē̃ niśhchay-buddhi pakkē haĩ .

16They have very firm faith in the intellect in this aspect.

18Lēkin sampūrṇ tyāgī bannē kē liē dō prakār K|kē vighna āgē baṛhnē nahī̃ dētē .

17However, two types of obstacle prevent them from making progress to become complete renunciates.

19Vah kaun sē  ?

18What are they?

20Ēk - tō sadā himmat nahī̃ rakh saktē arthāt vighnō̃ kā sāmnā karnē key|kī śhakti cum|kam hai .

19First, they do not have constant courage, that is, they lack the power to face obstacles.

21Dūsrā - albēlēpan kā svarūp ārām pasand ban chalnā .

20Second there is the form of carelessness of moving along whilst loving comfort.

22Paṛhāī , yād , dhārṇā aur sēvā sab subject mē̃ kar rahē haĩ , chal rahē haĩ , paṛh rahē haĩ lēkin ārām sē  !

21That is, they are studying all four subjects - study, remembrance, divine virtues (dharna) and service, and are progressing whilst studying, but in comfort (at their own pace).

23Sampūrṇ parivartan karnē kē liē śhastradhārī śhakti-svarūp key|kī kamī hō jātī hai .

22They lack the form of a Shakti, one who has all the weapons for that complete transformation.

24Snēhī haĩ lēkin śhakti svarūp nahī̃ .

23They are loving, but do not have the form of power.

25Master sarvśhaktivān svarūp mē̃ sthit nahī̃ hō saktē haĩ .

24They’re unable to stabilise in the form of a master almighty authority.

26Isliē mahātyāgī nahī̃ ban saktē haĩ .

25This is why they’re unable to become great rennunciates.

27Yah hai tyāgī ātmāyē̃ .

26These are renunciate souls.

28Mahātyāgī - sadā sambandh , saṅkalp aur saṅskār sabhī K|kē parivartan karnē K|kē sadā himmat aur ullās mē̃ rahtē .

27Great renunciates (mahatyagi) are those who constantly have the courage and enthusiasm to transform their relationships, thoughts and sanskars.

29Purānī duniyā , purānē sambandh sē sadā nyārē haĩ .

28They are constantly detached from the old world and old relations.

30Mahātyāgī ātmāyē̃ sadā yah anubhav kartī ki yah purānī duniyā vā sambandhī marē hī paṛē haĩ .

29The experience of Great renunciate souls is as though the old world and old relations are dead to them.

31Iskē liē yuddha nahī̃ karnī paṛtī hai .

30They don't have to battle for this.

32Sadā snēhī , sahyōgī , sēvādhārī śhakti svarūp key|kī sthiti mē̃ sthit rahtē haĩ , bākī kyā rah jātā hai  !

31They are constantly stable in the stage of a loving, co-operative, server who is an embodiment of power. 32So what else remains?

33Mahātyāgī K|kē phalsvarūp jō tyāg kā bhāgya hai - mahāgyānī , mahāyōgī , śhrēṣhṭh sēvādhārī ban jātē haĩ  !

33They receive the fruit of the fortune of a great renunciate and become mahagyani (great knowledgeable ones), mahayogi (great yogis) and elevated servers.

34Is bhāgya K|kē adhikār kō kahā̃-kahā̃ ulṭē naśhē K|kē rūp mē̃ use kar lētē haĩ .

34However, sometimes they use the right to this fortune in a wrong form of intoxication.

35Past jīvan kā sampūrṇ tyāg hai lēkin ‘ tyāg kā bhī tyāg nahī̃ hai ' .

35Although they have completely renounced their past life, they haven't yet renounced all feeling of having renounced everything.

36Lōhē key|kī jañjīrē tō tōṛ dī̃ , iron aged sē golden aged tō ban gayē , lēkin kahā̃-kahā̃ parivartan sunahrī jīvan K|kē sōnē key|kī jañjīr mē̃ bandh jātā hai .

36They have broken the iron chains, and have become golden-aged from iron-aged, but, sometimes, the transformation becomes bound by the golden chain of a beautiful life. 37What is that golden chain?

37Vah sōnē key|kī jañjīrē̃ kyā hai  ?

38"I" and "Mine". 39I am a very good knowledgeable soul!

38‘ ‘ maĩ ' ' aur ‘ ‘ mērā ' ' .

40I am a gyani and yogi soul!

39Maĩ achchhā gyānī hū̃ , maĩ gyānī tū ātmā , yōgī tū ātmā hū̃ .

41This beautiful chain sometimes hinders them from becoming free from all bondage.

40Yah sunahrī jañjīr kahā̃-kahā̃ sadā bandhanmukt bannē nahī̃ dētī .

42There are three types of activities. 431) The activities of worldly relations and business.

41Tīn prakār key|kī pravr̥itti hai - ( 1 ) laukik sambandh vā kārya key|kī pravr̥itti ( 2 ) apnē śharīr key|kī pravr̥itti aur ( 3 ) sēvā key|kī pravr̥itti .

442) The activities connected with your body. 453) The activities of service. 46Renunciates have gone beyond the worldly activities.

42Tō tyāgī jō haĩ vah laukik pravr̥itti sē pār hō gayē lēkin dēh key|kī pravr̥itti arthāt apnē āpkō hī chalānē aur banānē mē̃ vyast rahnā vā dēh bhān key|kī nature K|kē vaśhībhūt rahnā aur usī nature K|kē kāraṇ hī bār-bār himmathīn ban jātē haĩ .

47However, they still remain busy in the activities of their body and looking after themselves, or they are influenced by the nature of their body consciousness, and, because of this nature, they repeatedly lose courage. 48They themselves speak about it, saying that they do understand it and that they even want to stop doing it, but such is their nature!

43Jō svayã bhī varṇan kartē ki samajhtē bhī haĩ , chāhtē bhī haĩ lēkin mērī nature hai . 44Yah bhī dēh bhān key|kī , dēh key|kī pravr̥itti hai .

49This too is the activity of body consciousness and of the body, due to which they’re unable to become an embodiment of power and free from that activity. 50This is in relation to renunciates.

45Jismē̃ śhakti svarūp hō is pravr̥itti sē bhī nivr̥itt hō jāē̃ - vah nahī̃ kar pātē . 46Yah tyāgī kī bāt sunāī lēkin mahātyāgī laukik pravr̥itti , dēh key|kī pravr̥itti dōnō̃ sē nivr̥itt hō jātē - lēkin sēvā key|kī pravr̥itti mē̃ kahā̃-kahā̃ nivr̥itt hōnē kē bajāē phans jātē haĩ .

51However, great renunciates become free from their worldly activities and the activities of the body, but, instead of becoming detached from the activities of service, they sometimes become trapped in that. 52Such souls are not even troubled by body consciousness because, day and night, they are absorbed in service. 53They have gone beyond the activities of the body.

47Aisī ātmāō̃ kō apnī dēh kā bhān bhī nahī̃ satātā kyōṅki din-rāt sēvā mē̃ magan haĩ .

54Through the fortune of both types of renunciation, they have become gyani and yogi and have attained powers and virtues.

48Dēh key|kī pravr̥itti sē tō pār hō gayē .

55They have become very well-known souls in the Brahmin family.

49Is dōnō̃ hī tyāg kā bhāgya - gyānī aur yōgī ban gayē , śhaktiyō̃ key|kī prāpti , guṇō̃ key|kī prāpti hō gaī . 50Brāhmaṇ parivār mē̃ prasiddh ātmāyē̃ ban gayē .

56They have become VIPs amongst the servers. 57They have begun to be showered with flowers of praise. 58They have become souls worthy of respect and praise, but they have also become trapped in the expansion of the activities of service.

51Sēvādhāriyō̃ mē̃ V|we . I|āī|eye . pī|P . ban gayē . 52Mahimā K|kē puṣhpō̃ key|kī varṣhā śhurū hō gaī .

59Instead of becoming a great donor who donates all these attainments, they accept all of that for themselves.

53Mānanīy aur gāyan yōgya ātmāyē̃ ban gayē lēkin yah jō sēvā key|kī pravr̥itti kā vistār huā , us vistār mē̃ aṭak jātē haĩ .

60Therefore, "I" and "Mine" become a golden chain of pure motives. 61Their motives and words of not saying anything for themselves, but for service, are very pure.

54Yah sarv prāpti bhī mahādānī ban aurō̃ kō dān karnē kē bajāē svayã svīkār kar lētē haĩ .

62"I myself am not saying that I am a worthy teacher, but people do ask for me." 63"Students say that only I should do that service."

55Tō ‘ maĩ aur mērā ' śhuddha bhāv key|kī sōnē key|kī jañjīr ban jātī hai .

64“I am very detached, but others attach me very much to that.” 65What would you call this?

56Bhāv aur śhabda bahut śhuddha hōtē haĩ ki ham apnē prati nahī̃ kahtē , sēvā kē prati kahtē haĩ .

66Were they looking at the Father or were they seeing you? 67They like your knowledge, they like your way of serving, but where did the Father go?

57Maĩ apnē kō nahī̃ kahtī ki maĩ yōgya teacher hū̃ lēkin lōg mērī māṅgnī kartē haĩ .

68You made the Father a Resident of Paradham! 69There has to be such renunciation of even this fortune, that you are not visible, just the Father is visible.

58Jigyāsu kahtē haĩ ki āp hī sēvā karō .

70Don't make them into lovers of great souls, but make them into lovers of God.

59Maĩ tō nyārī hū̃ lēkin dūsrē mujhē pyārā banātē haĩ . 60Iskō kyā kahā jāyēgā  ?

71They are called those who go beyond all activities, but are not complete renunciates of this last activity.

61Bāp kō dēkhā vā āpkō dēkhā  ?

72A trace of this pure activity still remains!

62Āpkā gyān achchhā lagtā hai , āpkē sēvā kā tarīkā achchhā lagtā hai , tō bāp kahā̃ gayā  ?

73So they have become those who have great fortune, but not complete renunciates.

63Bāp kō paramdhām nivāsī banā diyā  ! 64Is bhāgya kā bhī tyāg .

74So did you hear about the second number who are great renunciates?

65Jō āp dikhāī na dē̃ , bāp hī dikhāī dē .

75Now all that remains are the complete renunciates!

66Mahān ātmā prēmī nahī̃ banāō ‘ paramātma prēmī banāō ' .

76That is the final lesson of the renunciation course. 77The final lesson now remains.

67Iskō kahā jātā hai aur pravr̥itti pār kar is last pravr̥itti mē̃ sarvā̃ś tyāgī nahī̃ bantē .

78Baba will tell you about that at some other time because, in 1983, you are going to have the great sacrificial fire. 79You are going to have it at a great place.

68Yah śhuddha pravr̥itti kā aṅśh rah gayā .

80Therefore you will all make the sacrifice there, will you not?

69Tō mahātyāgī tō banē lēkin sarvasva tyāgī nahī̃ banē .

81Or will you all only make preparations for the hall? 82You will of course serve others.

70Tō sunā dūsrē number kā mahātyāgī .

83Many big mikes will also come to spread the sound of the Father's revelation.

71Bākī rah gayā sarvasva tyāgī .

84You have made this plan, have you not?

72Yah hai tyāg K|kē course kā last sō sampann pāṭh .

85However, is it just the Father who will be revealed or will both Shiva and the Shaktis be revealed?

73Last pāṭh rah gayā . 74Vah phir sunāyēṅgē .

86Both (males and females) are included in the Shakti army!

75Kyōṅki 83 mē̃ jō mahāyajña kar rahē hō aur mahān sthān par kar rahē hō tō sabhī kuchh tō āhuti ḍālē̃gē nā vā sirph hall|hāl banānē key|kī taiyārī karē̃gē . 76Aurō̃ key|kī sēvā tō karē̃gē .

87Therefore, the Father will be revealed with the children. 88You are thinking of spreading the sound through the mikes, but when the sound spreads through the world and the curtain of revelation opens, the idols behind the curtains have to be complete at that time.

77Bāp key|kī pratyakṣhatā key|kī āvāj buland karnē K|kē baṛē-baṛē mike bhī lāyēṅgē .

89Or will it be that, when the curtains open, some will be getting ready and others will be in the process of sitting down.

78Yah tō plan banāyā hai nā .

90You are not going to grant such a vision, are you?

79Lēkin kyā bāp akēlā pratyakṣha hōgā vā śhiv śhakti dōnō̃ pratyakṣha hōṅgē  !

91Someone in the form of a Shakti still trying to hold onto her shield, and someone else trying to hold onto her sword! 92You don't want to take such a photograph, do you?

80Śhakti sēnā mē̃ tō dōnō̃ ( male|mail|mēl female ) hī ā jātē .

93Therefore, what do you have to do? 94Make the complete sacrifice! 95You also have to make a programme for this.

81Tō bāp bachchō̃ sahit pratyakṣha hōṅgē .

96So, sacrifice these golden chains in the great sacrificial fire.

82Tō mike dvārā āvāj buland karnē kā tō sōchā hai lēkin jab viśhva mē̃ āvāj buland hō jāyēgā aur pratyakṣhatā kā pardā khul jāyēgā tō pardē K|kē andar pratyakṣha hōnē vālī mūrtiyā̃ bhī sampann chāhiē nā .

97However, for this, you need to practise it from now. 98Don't think that you will do it in 1983, that all of you will become servers in advance and that the sacrificial ceremony will take place later! 99You must also perform the ceremony here for this sacrifice in 1983. However, you need to practise this for a long period of time. 100Do you understand?

83Vā pardā khulēgā tō kōī taiyār hō rahā hai , kōī baiṭh rahā hai , aisā sākṣhātkār tō nahī̃ karānā hai nā  ! 84Kōī śhakti svarūp ḍhāl pakaṛ rahī haĩ , tō kōī talvār pakaṛ rahī hai . 85Aisā phōṭō tō nahī̃ nikālnā hai nā  !

101Achcha. 102To those who are complete renunciates, equal to the Father, to those who are great donors of the attainments they have received, like Brahma Baba, to such elevated souls who are constantly faithful and obedient to the Father and who follow the Father, BapDada's love, remembrance and namaste.

86Tō kyā karnā paṛē  ? 87Sampūrṇ svāhā  ! 88Iskā bhī programme banānā paṛē nā .

103Question: What is the way to remain free from the bondage of actions (karma) whilst performing those actions?

89Tō mahāyajña mē̃ yah sōnē key|kī jañjīrē̃ bhī svāhā kar dēnā .

104Answer: Whilst performing any task remain absorbed in love, in remembrance of the Father.

90Lēkin uskē pahlē abhī sē abhyās chāhiē .

105A soul who is absorbed in love whilst performing actions will be detached.

91Aisē nahī̃ ki 83 mē̃ karnā . 92Jaisē āp lōg sēvādhārī tō pahlē sē ban jātē hō aur samarpaṇ samārōh pīchhē hōtā hai .

106A karma yogi is one who constantly stays in remembrance whilst performing actions and thus remains free from any bondage of those actions.

93Yah bhī sarv svāhā kā samārōh 83 mē̃ karnā .

107You will not experience it to be work, but that you are just playing.

94Lēkin abhyās bahut kāl kā chāhiē . 95Samjhā .

108You will not experience any type of burden or tiredness.

96Achchhā – 97Aisē sadā bāp samān sarvanśh tyāgī , sadā brahmā bāp samān prāpt huē bhāgya K|kē bhī mahādānī , aisē sadā bāp K|kē vaphādār , pharmāndār follow father karnē vālī śhrēṣhṭh ātmāō̃ kō bāpdādā kā yādpyār aur namastē . 98' '

109A karma yogi is one who remains detached whilst performing every action as a game. 110Children who are detached in this way perform actions through their physical senses, and, because of remaining absorbed in love for the Father, remain free from any bondage of their actions.

99Party sē 100Praśhna  : karma kartē bhī karma bandhan sē mukt rahnē key|kī yukti kyā hai  ?

111Blessing: May you be a world transformer who serves the world with the vision of constant mercy and benevolence.

101Uttar  : kōī bhī kārya kartē bāp kī yād mē̃ lavlīn rahō . 102Lavlīn ātmā karma kartē bhī nyārī rahēgī .

112The main qualification of a world transformer and world server is to make the world perfect and happy by having the constant vision of mercy and benevolence.

103Karmayōgī arthāt yād mē̃ rahtē huē karma karnē vālā sadā karmbandhan mukt rahtā hai . 104Aisē anubhav hōgā jaisē kām nahī̃ kar rahē haĩ lēkin khēl kar rahē haĩ .

113They make all beggar souls into those who have a right to all the things that are unattained, that is, a right to Godly happiness, peace, wealth of knowledge and all powers.

105Kisī bhī prakār kā bōjh vā thakāvaṭ mahsūs nahī̃ hōgī .

114Such servers use their every second, word and action, relationship and connection for service.

106Tō karmayōgī arthāt karma kō khēl key|kī rīti sē nyārē hōkar karnē vālā .

115Service is merged in everything they do: in their way of seeing, interacting and eating.

107Aisē nyārē bachchē karmēnndriyō̃ dvārā kārya kartē bāp K|kē pyār mē̃ lavlīn rahnē K|kē kāraṇ bandhanmukt ban jātē haĩ .

116Slogan: To renounce respect and honour and use your time in a worthwhile way in unlimited service, is to be the one who uplifts others. 117* * * O M S H A N T I* * *
