2Ēkāgratā sē sarv śhaktiyō̃ key|kī prāpti 3Ēkāgratā K|kē sv-abhyāsī , svarājya adhikārī , śhrēṣhṭh ātmāō̃ kē prati bāpdādā bōlē :
1Today, all have one pure thought, and that is to celebrate a meeting, is it not? 2To be just in one thought at one time: this power of concentration is the highest.
4Āj sabhī milan manānē K|kē ēk hī śhuddha saṅkalp mē̃ sthit hō nā .
3With this one thought of concentration, the whole group together can do whatever it likes.
5Ēk hī samay , ēk hī saṅkalp - yah ēkāgratā kī śhakti ati śhrēṣhṭh hai . 6Yah saṅgaṭhan key|kī ēk saṅkalp key|kī ēkāgratā kī śhakti jō chāhē vah kar saktī hai .
4Wherever there is the power of concentration, all other powers accompany it, and this is why the power of concentration of even one elevated soul can do wonders.
7Jahā̃ ēkāgratā kī śhakti hai vahā̃ sarv śhaktiyā̃ sāth haĩ . 8Isliē - ēkāgratā hī sahaj saphaltā key|kī chābī haĩ .
5When there is the concentration of many elevated souls in a group, what can it not do?
9Ēk śhrēṣhṭh ātmā K|kē ēkāgratā kī śhakti bhī kamāl kar dikhā saktī hai tō jahā̃ anēk śhrēṣhṭh ātmāō̃ K|kē ēkāgratā kī śhakti saṅgaṭhit rūp mē̃ hai vah kyā nahī̃ kar saktē . 10Jahā̃ ēkāgratā hōgī vahā̃ śhrēṣhṭhatā aur spaṣhṭatā svataḥ hōgī . 11Kisī bhī navīntā key|kī invention kē liē ēkāgratā key|kī āvaśhyaktā hai . 12Chāhē laukik duniyā key|kī invention hō , chāhē ādhyātmik invention hō .
6Concentration power will automatically lead to clarity of mind, and an elevated stage.
13Ēkāgratā arthāt ēk hī saṅkalp mē̃ ṭik jānā . 14Ēk hī lagan mē̃ magan hō jānā . 15Ēkāgratā anēk taraph kā bhaṭkānā sahaj hī chhuṛā dētī hai .
7For any new invention, concentration power is necessary, whether it is an invention of this lokik world, or whether it is maybe a spiritual invention.
16Jitnā samay ēkāgratā key|kī sthiti mē̃ sthit hōṅgē utnā samay dēh aur dēh key|kī duniyā sahaj bhūlī huī hōgī .
8Concentration means to be focusing the self on just one thought, or to absorb the self in just one deep thought.
17Kyōṅki us samay kē liē saṅsār hī vah hōtā hai , jismē̃ hī magan hōtē .
9Concentration easily relieves one from wandering to different paths.
18Aisē ēkāgratā kī śhakti K|kē anubhavī hō ? 19Ēkāgratā kī śhakti sē kisī bhī ātmā kā message us ātmā tak pahuñchā saktē hō .
10For as long as one is fixed in this stage of concentration, for that much time he has easily forgotten the body and the physical world. 11Why?
20Kisī bhī ātmā kā āhvān kar saktē hō . 21Kisī bhī ātmā key|kī āvāz kō catch kar saktē hō .
12Because, for that period of time, that very thought - or whatever he is absorbed in - is his world.
22Kisī bhī ātmā kō dūr baiṭhē sahyōg dē saktē hō .
13So, are you experienced in such a stage of power of concentration?
23Vah ēkāgratā jāntē hō nā ! 24Sivāē ēk bāp K|kē aur kōī bhī saṅkalp na hō .
14With the power of concentration you can convey to the soul, any message that you want to convey.
25Ēk bāp mē̃ sārē saṅsār key|kī sarv prāptiyō̃ key|kī anubhūti hō . 26Ēk hī ēk hō .
15You can invoke any soul with its help, and you can also receive the voice of any soul.
27Purūṣhārth dvārā ēkāgr bannā vah alag stage hai .
16Even from a distance you can help any soul.
28Lēkin ēkāgratā mē̃ sthit hō jānā , vah sthiti itnī śhaktiśhālī hai .
17BapDada hopes that you know such a type of concentration power.
29Aisī śhrēṣhṭh sthiti kā ēk saṅkalp bhī bāp samān kā bahut anubhav karātā hai .
18Do you? 19There must be no one except the Father in the thoughts.
30Abhī is rūhānī śhakti kā prayōg karkē dēkhō . 31Ismē̃ ēkānt kā sādhan āvaśhyak hai .
20In One Father alone there should be the experience of all achievements of the world.
32Abhyās hōnē sē last mē̃ chārō̃ ōr haṅgāmā hōtē huē bhī āp sabhī ēk K|kē ant mē̃ khō gayē tō haṅgāmē K|kē bīch bhī ēkānt kā anubhav karē̃gē . 33Lēkin aisā abhyās bahut samay sē chāhiē . 34Tab hī chārō̃ ōr K|kē anēk prakār K|kē haṅgāmē hōtē huē bhī āp apnē kō ēkāntvāsī anubhav karē̃gē . 35Vartamān samay aisē gupta śhaktiyō̃ dvārā anubhavī-mūrtta bannā ati āvaśhyak hai .
21There should be just One, and only One.
36Āp sabhī abhī bhī apnē kō bahut busy samajhtē hō lēkin abhī phir bhī bahut free hō . 37Āgē chal aur busy hōtē jāyēṅgē . 38Isliē aisē bhinn-bhinn prakār K|kē sv-abhyās , sv-sādhanā abhī kar saktē hō .
22To attain the stage of concentration through efforts is one thing, but to become the embodiment of concentration is the powerful stage which will give the results just mentioned.
39Chaltē-phirtē sv-prati jitnā bhī samay milē abhyās mē̃ saphal kartē jāō .
23If that elevated stage is achieved, even for one second, it makes one experience being like the Father (Bapsaman) .
40Din-pratidin vātāvaraṇ pramāṇ emergency kēsēj jyādā āyēṅgē . 41Abhī tō ārām sē davāī kar rahē hō . 42Phir tō emergency kēsēj mē̃ samay aur śhaktiyā̃ thōṛē samay mē̃ jyādā kēsēj karnē paṛē̃gē . 43Jab challenge kartē hō ki avināśhī nirōgī bannē key|kī ēk hī viśhva key|kī hospital hai tō chārō̃ ōr K|kē rōgī kahā̃ jāyēṅgē ?
24Now make an experiment of such spiritual power.
44Emergency kēsēj key|kī line hōgī . 45Us samay kyā karē̃gē ?
25For this, a place of solitude is necessary.
46Amar bhav kā vardān tō dēgē nā . 47Sva abhyās K|kē oxygen dvārā sāhas kā śhvās dēnā paṛēgā . 48Hopeless case arthāt chārō ōr K|kē dil śikasta K|kē kēsēj jyādā āyēṅgē .
26With the help of practice, at the end, when there will be disturbance and commotion all around you, you will go into the depth of one and experience solitude.
49Aisī hopeless ātmaō̃ kō sāhas dilānā yahī śhvās bharnā hai .
27But such a practice is needed for a very long time.
50Tō phaṭāphaṭ oxygen dēnā paṛēgā . 51Us sva abhyās K|kē ādhār par aisī ātmāō̃ kō śhaktiśhālī banā sakē̃gē ! 52Isliē phursat nahī̃ hai , yah nahī̃ kahō .
28Only then will you be able to experience yourselves in a place of solitude, even when there is commotion of all types all around you.
53Phursat hai tō abhī hai phir āgē nahī̃ hōgī . 54Jaisē lōgō̃ kō kahtē hō phursat milēgī nahī̃ , lēkin phursat karnī paṛēgī .
29At the present time, it is very essential that one becomes an embodiment of the experience, through such incognito powers.
55Samay milēgā nahī̃ lēkin samay nikālnā hai . 56Aisē kahtē hō nā !
30Now you consider yourselves to be very busy, but still you are very free even now.
57Tō sv-abhyās kē liē bhī samay milē tō karē̃gē , nahī̃ .
31In future, you will become more and more busy.
58Samay nikālnā paṛēgā . 59Sthāpanā K|kē ādikāl sē ēk viśhēṣh vidhi chaltī ā rahī hai . 60Kaus see|sī|C ?
32This is why now is the time for different forms of practice and effort for the self.
61Phurī-phurī tālāb ( būnd-būnd sē tālāb ) tō samay kē liē bhī yahī vidhi hai . 62Jō samay milē abhyās kartē-kartē sarv abhyās svarūp sāgar ban jāyēṅgē . 63Second milē vah bhī abhyās kē liē jamā kartē jāō , second - second kartē kitnā hō jāyēgā ! 64Ikaṭṭhā karō tō ādhā ghaṇṭā bhī ban jāyēgā .
33Therefore, in every action use as much time as you get for the upliftment of the self.
65Chaltē-phirtē K|kē abhyāsī banō . 66Jaisē chātrak ēk-ēk būnd K|kē pyāsē hōtē haĩ .
34Day by day, according to the situation, you will get many emergency cases to handle.
67Aisē sva abhyāsī chātrak ēk-ēk second abhyās mē̃ lagāvē̃ tō abhyās svarūp ban hī jāyēṅgē . 68Sva abhyās mē̃ albēlē mat banō .
35At present you are giving away medicine casually, but very soon you will have to give more and more time and energy to emergency cases.
69Kyōṅki ant mē̃ viśhēṣh śhaktiyō̃ K|kē abhyās key|kī āvaśhyaktā hai .
36You will have to handle more cases in a short time.
70Usī practical papers dvārā hī number milnē haĩ . 71Isliē first division lēnē kē liē sva abhyās kō fast karō .
37As it is, you challenge, do you not, that this is the world hospital where one can become eternally healthy, so where else can the diseased ones go?
72Usmē̃ bhī ēkāgratā K|kē śhakti key|kī viśhēṣh practice kartē rahō . 73Haṅgāmā hō aur āp ēkāgr hō .
38There will be a line of emergency cases in front of you: at that time what will you do?
74Silence K|kē sthān aur paristhiti mē̃ ēkāgr hōnā yah tō sādhāraṇ bāt hai , lēkin chārō̃ prakār key|kī halchal K|kē bīch ēk K|kē ant mē̃ khō jāō arthāt ēkāntvāsī hō jāō . 75Ēkāntvāsī hō ēkāgr sthiti mē̃ sthit hō jāō - yah hai mahārathiyō̃ kā mahān purūṣhārth . 76Nayē-nayē bachchō̃ kē liē tō bahut sahaj sādhan hai . 77Ēk hī bāt yād karō aur ēk hī bāt sabhī kō sunāō .
39Won’t you give them the blessing to be immortal?
78Tō ēk bāt yād karnā vā sunānā muśhkil tō nahī̃ hai nā . 79Bahut bātē̃ tō bhūl jātē hō lēkin ēk bāt tō nahī̃ bhūlēgī nā .
40With the help of the oxygen of the practice you have done for the self, you will have to give them the breath of courage.
80Ēk bāt sē bēṛāpār hō jāyēgā . 81Ēk key|kī yād mē̃ rahō , ēk hī key|kī mahimā kartē rahō , ēk K|kē hī gīt gātē rahō .
41There will be more hopeless cases coming in front of you, in the form of depressed or disheartened souls from everywhere.
82Aur ēk kā hī parichay dētē rahō . 83Yah tō sahaj hai nā ki yah bhī muśhkil hai .
42To give courage to the hopeless souls is like filling breath in them.
84Jahā̃ ēk hai vahā̃ ēkras sthiti svataḥ ban jātī hai .
43For that you will have to give oxygen instantly, won’t you?
85Aur chāhiē hī kyā ! 86Ēkras sthiti hī chāhiē nā . 87Tō bas , ēk śhabda yād rakhō .
44Therefore, on the basis of practice for the self, you will be able to make such souls powerful also.
88Ēk kā gīt gānā hai , ēk kō yād karnā hai , kitnā sahaj hai ? 89Nayē-nayē bachchō̃ kē liē sahaj shortcut rāstā batā rahē haĩ .
45This is why: don’t say that you have no time, because it is only now that you really have some free time.
90Tō jaldī pahũch jāyēṅgē . 91Yahī chāhtē hō nā .
46Later on you will not even have this much.
92Āyē pīchhē haĩ lēkin jāvē̃ āgē tō yahī shortcut rāstā hai , issē chalō tō āgē pahũch jāyēṅgē . 93Mātāō̃ kō tō sab bātō̃ mē̃ sahaj chāhiē nā .
47You tell the people not to wait for free time, because they will never get it, but instead they will have to spare some time: this is what you say don’t you?
94Kyōṅki bahut thakī huī haĩ , janm-janm key|kī , tō sahaj chāhiē . 95Kitnē bhaṭakē hō ? 9663 janmō̃ mē̃ kitnē bhaṭakē kō !
48In the same way, for practice for the self, it is not that if you get time you will do it, but you will have to take out time for it.
97Tō bhaṭakī huī ātmāō̃ kō sahaj mārg chāhiē . 98Sahaj mārg apnānē sē mañzil par pahũch hī jāyēṅgē .
49Right from the beginning of this task of establishment, a special process has been used.
99Samjhā - achchhā .
50Which was that?
100Nayē bhī baiṭhē haĩ aur mahārathī bhī baiṭhē haĩ .
51Which special process has been used?
101Dōnō̃ sāmnē haĩ . 102Sabsē jyādā samīp gujarāt hai nā . 103Samīp kē sāth sahyōgī bhī gujarāt vālē haĩ .
52The practice of drops making the ocean (millionaires did not contribute here, but the poor did) This is the process isn’t it?
104Sahyōg mē̃ gujarāt kā number rājasthān sē āgē haĩ . 105Ābū rājasthān hai ?
53In the some way, where time is concerned, this is the process.
106Vaisē rājasthān nazdīk hai nā . 107Rājasthān K|kē rājē bhī jāgē̃ tō kamāl karē̃gē . 108Abhī gupta haĩ .
54Whatever time you get, practise, and you will become the ocean: that is, the embodiment of the complete practice.
109Phir pratyakṣha hō jāyēṅgē . 110Gujarāt kā janm kaisē huā , patā hai ?
55If you get even one second free time, accumulate that in the task of practice.
111Gujarāt kō pahlē sahyōg diyā gayā . 112Sahyōg K|kē jal sē bīj paṛā huā hai .
56By accumulating all such seconds too, it will become so vast, won’t it?
113Tō phal bhī sahyōg kā hī nikalēgā nā . 114Gujarāt kō direct bāpdādā K|kē saṅkalp K|kē sahyōg kā pānī milā hai .
57You cannot spare even five minutes otherwise, but if you gather the seconds from here and there it will amount to a half an hour.
115Isliē phal bhī sahyōg kā hī nikaltā hai . 116Samjhā !
58You can practise it also whilst performing actions.
117Gujarāt vālē kitnē bhāgyavān hō ! 118Gujarāt mē̃ bāpdādā nē centre khōlā hai . 119Gujarāt nē nahī̃ khōlā hai .
59For example, just as a Chatrak bird gathers drops of dew, the seconds from here and there will turn into an hour.
120Isliē na chāhtē huē bhī sahaj hī sahyōg kā phal nikaltā hī rahēgā . 121Āpkō mēhnat nahī̃ karnī paṛēgī .
60Gather each second for that practice, and ultimately you will become an embodiment of that practice.
122Kisī bhī kārya mē̃ āpkō mēhnat nahī̃ karnī paṛēgī . 123Dharnī sahyōg K|kē phal kī hai . 124Achchhā - 125Sabhī sva abhyās K|kē cātrakō̃ kō , sadā ēkāntvāsī ēkāgratā kī śhakti - śālī ātmāō̃ kō , sadā sva abhyās K|kē śhaktiyō̃ dvārā sarv kō dil śikasta sē sadā dil khuśh banānē vālē , sadā sarv śhaktiyō̃ kō practical mē̃ lagānē vālē , aisī śhrēṣhṭh sva abhyāsī , svarājya adhikārī śhrēṣhṭh ātmāō̃ kō , mahāvīrō̃ kō aur nayē-nayē bachchō̃ kō , sabhī kō bāpdādā kā yād-pyār aur namastē .
61Did you hear?
126 127Ēk ātē aur ēk jātē . 128Ānē jānē kā mēlā hai .
62Do not be careless in practice for the self. 63Why?
129Bāpdādā bhī sabhī bachchō̃ kō dēkh khuśh hōtē haĩ .
64Because at the end the powers in particular will be very essential.
130Nayē haĩ , chāhē purānē haĩ , bhāṣhā jāntē haĩ vā nahī̃ jāntē haĩ , murlī samajhtē haĩ vā nahī̃ samajhtē haĩ , lēkin haĩ tō bāp K|kē . 131Phir bhī pyār sē pahũch jātē haĩ . 132Bāp kis bāt kā bhūkhā hai ?
65You will get marks on the basis of those practical tests. 66This is why, if you want to get a first division, increase the practice for the self.
133Pyār kā . 134Samajhdārī kā bhūkhā nahī̃ . 135Bāp pyār dēkhtē haĩ , dil kā pyār hai !
67The power of concentration is needed for that as well: therefore practise it.
136Jitnā hī bhōlē-bhālē haĩ utnā hī sachchā pyār hai , chaturāī kā pyār nahī̃ hai .
68Let there be commotion all around you, and you will remain in the stage of concentration.
137Isliē bhōlēbhālē bachchē sabsē priya haĩ . 138Jaisē knowledgeful kā title hai vaisē bhōlānāth kā bhī title hai , dōnō̃ kā yādgār hai , nayē-nayē bachchē bhāvnā vālē achchhē haĩ .
69To be able to concentrate in a place of silence - or when there is an atmosphere of ease - is very easy, but you must go into the depth of One even in the midst of tension all around you.
139Achchhā 140Party kē sāth avyakt bāpdādā key|kī personal mulākāt
70This is the great effort to be made by the Maharathis, that is, the brave ones.
1411 . sadā apnē kō double light phariśhtā samajhtē hō ? 142Phariśhtā arthāt double light .
71For the new children there is a very easy method.
143Jitnā-jitnā halkāpan hōgā utnā svayã kō phariśhtā anubhav karē̃gē . 144Phariśhtā sadā chamaktā rahēgā , chamaknē K|kē kāraṇ sarv kō apnī taraph svataḥ ākarṣhit kartā hai .
72If you remember just one thing, and tell only that to all, then it is not at all difficult to remember that one thing, and to tell others, is it?
145Aisē phariśhtē - jiskā dēh aur dēh key|kī duniyā kē sāth kōī riśhtā nahī̃ .
73Many things will be forgotten, but just one thing will not, will it? 74Be in remembrance of One.
146Śharīr mē̃ rahtē hī haĩ sēvā K|kē arth|earth , na ki riśhtē K|kē ādhār par . 147Dēh K|kē riśhtē K|kē ādhār par nahī̃ rahtē , sēvā K|kē sambandh K|kē hisāb sē rahtē hō . 148Sambandh samajhkar pravr̥itti mē̃ nahī̃ rahnā hai , sēvā samajhkar rahnā hai . 149Ghar vahī̃ hai , parivār vahī hai , lēkin sēvā kā sambandh hai .
75Keep on praising One.
150Karmabandha K|kē vaśhībhūt hōkar nahī̃ rahtē .
76Keep on singing the songs of only One.
151Sēvā K|kē sambandh mē̃ kyā , kyū̃ nahī̃ hōtā .
77And keep giving the introduction of only One.
152Kaisī bhī ātmāē̃ haĩ , sēvā kā sambandh pyārā hai . 153Jahā̃ dēh hai vahā̃ vikār haĩ . 154Dēh K|kē sambandh sē vikār ātē haĩ , dēh K|kē sambandh nahī̃ tō vikār nahī̃ . 155Kisī bhī ātmā kō sēvā K|kē sambandh sē dēkhō tō vikārō̃ key|kī utpatti nahī̃ hōgī .
78This is easy isn’t it?
156Aisē phariśhtē hōkar rahō .
79Or is it difficult?
157Riśtēdār hōkar nahī̃ .
80Easy isn’t it? 81Achcha.
158Jahā̃ sēvā kā bhāv rahtā hai vahā̃ sadā śhubh bhāvnā rahtī hai , aur kōī bhāv nahī̃ .
82Wherever there is just One to remember, then automatically the stage becomes stable, doesn’t it?
159Iskō kahā jātā hai - ati nyārā aur ati pyārā , kamal samān .
83This is what you want, isn’t it? 84Therefore, just remember the one word “One”.
160Sarv purūṣhō̃ sē uttam phariśhtā banō tab dēvtā banē̃gē .
85Sing praise of One. 86Remember One. so it is just one word to remember, isn’t it?
1612 . sabhī bēgampur K|kē bādśhāh , gamō̃ sē parē sukh K|kē saṅsār kā anubhavī samajhtē huē chaltē hō ? 162Pahlē duḥkh K|kē saṅsār K|kē anubhavī thē , abhī duḥkh K|kē saṅsār sē nikal sukh K|kē saṅsār K|kē anubhavī ban gayē . 163Abhī ēk sukh kā mantra milnē sē , duḥkh samāpt hō gayā . 164Sukhdātā key|kī sukh svarūp ātmāē̃ haĩ , sukh K|kē sāgar bāp K|kē bachchē haĩ , yahī mantra milā hai .
87So it is easy.
165Jab man bāp key|kī taraph lag gayā tō duḥkh kahā̃ sē āyā !
88For the new children, Baba is giving an easy short cut path.
166Jab man kō bāp K|kē sivāē aur kahā̃ lagātē hō tab man kā duḥkh hōtā .
89So, you will reach quickly, won’t you? 90This is what you all want.
167 manmanābhav haĩ tō duḥkh nahī̃ hō saktā .
91You have come late, but you want to be first.
168Tō man bāp key|kī taraph hai yā aur kahā̃ haĩ ?
92Therefore this is the short cut path.
169Ulṭē rāstē par lagtā hai , tab duḥkh hōtā hai .
93So you will reach quickly, won’t you? 94This is what you all want.
170Jab sīdhā rāstā hai tō ulṭē par kyō̃ jātē hō ?
95You have come late, but you want to be first.
171Jis rāstē par jānē key|kī manā hai us rāstē par kōī jāē tō government bhī daṇḍ ḍālēgī nā .
96Therefore, this is the short cut path. 97Move forward on it, and you will be ahead of others.
172Jab rāstā band kar diyā tō kyō̃ jātē hō ?
98What did the Gujarat mothers hear? 99Gujarat have come haven’t they?
173Jab tan bhī tērā , man bhī tērā , dhan bhī tērā , mērā hai hī nahī̃ tō duḥkh kahā̃ sē āyā .
100The Mothers want everything easy, don’t they? 101They are very tired because of labouring hard in past births.
174Tērā hai tō duḥkh nahī̃ .
102They have wandered so much.
175Mērā hai tō duḥkh hai .

110Gujarat is the nearest amongst all, isn’t it? 111Along with that, being near, it is co- operative as well.
185Jab bāp mē̃ niśhchay hai tō svayã mē̃ bhī niśhchay hai .

120The seed has been watered with the help of co-operation.
198Man sē nāchō , man sē gīt gāō .
121So, then, what will the fruit be like?

205Jō sadā harṣhit rahtā vah svataḥ hī sarv kō ākarṣhit kartā hai .
126It was BapDada’s inspiration that led to the opening of a centre.

127The founder is here (Sarlabhen) It was not opened by a Gujarat resident.

132To all the aspirants who are practising upliftment of the self... to those who are always in a place of solitude, who with the help of the power of concentration, as well as the powers achieved through the practice of efforts for the self, are changing the depressed souls, and making them happy-go-lucky... to those who use their powers towards all, in a practical way... to such ones who are practising for self upliftment... to the Mahavirs (brave ones) , as well as the new children... to all, BapDada’s remembrance (yaad) , love (pyar) , and namaste.
