¹Contentment

³sarva khazaanon aur shaktiyon se maalaamaal karne vaale baapdaada apne prasannachitta, santushta bachchon ke prati bole:-

²Today, BapDada was looking at the contentment, spirituality, and smile of satisfaction of the children from everywhere, who are far away and yet remain close.

⁴aaj baapdaada chaaro or ke door hote sameep rahne vaale sabhi bachchon ke santushtata va roohaaniyat aur prasannata ki muskaraahat dekh rahe the।

³Contentment is the easy way to spirituality, and cheerfulness is the easy attainment. ⁴Those who have contentment are seen to be embodiments of cheerfulness.

⁵santushtata roohaaniyat ki sahaj vidhi hai।

⁵To have contentment is to be an embodiment of all attainments.

⁶prasannata sahaj siddhi hai।

⁶Contentment is the easy way to imbibe all specialities.

⁷jiske paas santushtata hai woh sada prasanna swaroop avashya dikhaai dega।

⁷The treasure of contentment automatically attracts all other treasures towards itself.

⁸santushtata sarva praapti swaroop hai।

⁸Contentment is the proof of the subject of knowledge.

⁹santushtata sada har visheshta ko dhaaran karne mein sahaj saadhan hai।

⁹Contentment makes you a carefree emperor.

¹⁰santushtata ka khazaana sarva khazaanon ko svatah hi apni taraph aakaarshit karta hai।

¹⁰Contentment is the way to remain constantly seated (set) on your seat of self­respect.

¹¹santushtata gyaan ki subject ka pratyaksha pramaan hai। ¹²santushtata bephikar baadshaah banaati hai।

¹¹Contentment constantly and easily makes you into a great donor, a world benefactor and a bestower of blessings.

¹³santushtata sada svamaan ki seat par set rahne ka saadhan hai। ¹⁴santushtata mahaadaani, vishwa kalyaani vardaani sada aur sahaj banaati hai।

¹²Contentment liberates you from the spinning of the cycle of “mine and yours” and makes you into a spinner of the discus of self­realisation.

¹⁵santushtata had ke mere tere ke chakra se mukta karaae svadarshan chakradhaari banaati hai। ¹⁶santushtata sada nirvikalp,ekras ke vijayi aasan ki adhikaari banaati hai। ¹⁷sada baapdaada ke diltakhtansheen,sahaj smriti ke tilakdhaari,vishwa parivartan ke seva ke taajdhaari isi adhikaar ke sampanna swaroop mein sthit karti hai।

¹³Contentment makes you constantly free from sinful thoughts and enables you to claim a right to the victorious seat of constancy and stability. ¹⁴It enables you to remain stable in the perfect form of having a right to remain constantly seated on BapDada's heart­throne, to wear the tilak of easy remembrance and the crown of the service of world transformation.

¹⁸santushtata brahman jeevan ka jeeydaan hai।

¹⁵Contentment is the donation of life in Brahmin life.

¹⁹brahman jeevan ke unnati ka sahaj saadhan hai।

¹⁶It is the easy way to progress in Brahmin life.

²⁰sva se santushta,parivaar se santushta aur parivaar unse santushta।

¹⁷When you are content with yourself and the family, the family is content with you.

²¹kisi bhi paristhiti mein rehte hue,vaayumandal vibration ki halchal mein bhi santushta।

¹⁸Whilst living in the midst of any situation, atmosphere or vibration of upheaval, you remain content.

²²aise santushtata swaroop, shreshtha aatma vijayi ratna ke certificate ke adhikaari hai।

¹⁹Similarly, those who are embodiments of contentment claim a right to the certificate of being an elevated soul and a victorious jewel.

²³teen certificate lene paden –

²⁰You have to claim three certificates.

²⁴(1) sva ki sva se santushtata (2)baap dvaara sada santushtata (3)brahman parivaar dvaara santushtata।

²¹1) Contentment of the self with the self. ²²2) Constant contentment of the Father with the self. ²³3) Contentment of the Brahmin family with the self.

²⁵isse apne vartamaan aur bhavishya ko shreshtha bana sakte ho।

²⁴Through this you can make your present and your future elevated.

²⁶abhi bhi sartiphket lene ka samay hai।

²⁵Even now, there is time to claim the certificate.

²⁷le sakte hain lekin jyaada samay nahin hai।

²⁶You can claim it, but you don't have too much time.

²⁸abhi let hain lekin toolate nahin hain।

²⁷It is late now, but it isn't too late.

²⁹abhi bhi santushtata ki visheshta se aage badh sakte ho।

²⁸Even now, you can move forward with the speciality of contentment.

³⁰abhi last so fast so first ki margin hai।

²⁹Even now, there is a margin for coming last and going fast and coming first.

³¹phir last so last ho jaayenge।

³⁰Later, those who come last will remain last.

³²to aaj baapdaada isi sartiphket ko check kar rahe the।

³¹Therefore, today, BapDada was checking this certificate. ³²You can check yourself too.

³³svayan bhi svayan ko check kar sakte ho।

³³Are you cheerful or are you full of questions?

³⁴prasannachit hain ya prashnachit hain?

³⁴Are you double­foreigners cheerful and content?

³⁵double videshi prasannachit va santushta hain?

³⁵If all your questions have ended, you remain cheerful.

³⁶prashn khatma hue to prasanna ho hi gaye।

³⁶The time for contentment is the confluence age.

³⁷santushtata ka samay hi sangamayug hai। ³⁸santushtata ka gyaan abhi hai।

³⁷It is at this time that you have the knowledge of contentment.

³⁹vahaan is santushta-asantushta ke gyaan se pare honge।

³⁸There, you will remain beyond the knowledge of being content or discontent.

⁴⁰abhi sangamayug ka hi yeh khazaana hai।

³⁹It is the treasure of the confluence age at this time.

⁴¹sabhi santushta aatmaayen sarva ko santushtata ka khazaana dene vaali ho।

⁴⁰All contented souls are those who give others the treasures of contentment.

⁴²daata ke bachche master daata ho।

⁴¹You are master bestowers, children of the Bestower.

⁴³itna jama kiya hai na!

⁴²You have accumulated this much, have you not?

⁴⁴stock full kar diya hai ya thoda kam rah gaya hai?

⁴³Have you accumulated a full stock or is there a margin for a little more?

⁴⁵agar stock kam hai to vishvakal yaankaari nahin ban sakte।

⁴⁴If your stock is low, you cannot become a world benefactor.

⁴⁶sirf kalyaani ban jaayenge।

⁴⁵You can only be a benefactor.

⁴⁷banna to baap samaan hai na।

⁴⁶You have to become equal to the Father.

⁴⁸achha-

⁴⁷Achcha.

⁴⁹sabhi desh videsh ke sarva khazaanon se sampanna master sarvashaktivaan hokar ja rahe ho na। ⁵⁰aana hai to jaana bhi hai।

⁴⁸All of you, who have come from this land and abroad, are going back as master almighty authorities, full of all treasures, are you not?

⁵¹baap bhi aate hain to jaate bhi hain na।

⁴⁹Since you have come here, and so you also have to return.

⁵²bachche bhi aate hain aur sampanna bankar jaate hain।

⁵⁰The Father comes here and so He also goes back.

⁵³baap samaan banaane ke liye jaate hain।

⁵¹Children also come here and go back having become full.

⁵⁴apne brahman parivaar ki vriddhi karne ke liye jaate hain।

⁵²You go back to make others equal to the Father. ⁵³You go back to make your Brahmin family grow.

⁵⁵pyaasi aatmaon ki pyaas bujhaane jaate hain।

⁵⁴You go back to quench the thirst of thirsty souls.

⁵⁶iseelie ja rahe ho na!

⁵⁵This is why you are going back, is it not?

⁵⁷apni dil se va bandhan se nahin ja rahe ho। ⁵⁸lekin baap ke direction se seva prati thode samay ke liye ja rahe ho!

⁵⁶You are not going back with your own heart's desire or because of any bondage, but you are going back according to the Father's directions for service for a short time.

⁵⁹aise samajh ja rahe ho na? ⁶⁰aise nahin ki ham to hain hi America ke,Australia ke… nahin।

⁵⁷You are going back with this understanding, are you not? ⁵⁸Don't think that you belong to America or Australia etc.

⁶¹thode samay ke liye baapdaada ne seva ke prati nimitta banaakar bheja hai।

⁵⁹No. ⁶⁰BapDada has made you instruments for service and sent you there for a short time.

⁶²baapdaada bhej rahe hain,apne man se nahin jaate।

⁶¹BapDada is sending you there; you are not going there from your own desire.

⁶³mera ghar hai,mera desh hai।

⁶²You don't say, "My home, my country" etc.

⁶⁴nahin!

⁶³No.

⁶⁵baap seva sthaan par bhej rahe hain।

⁶⁴The Father is sending you to a service place.

⁶⁶sabhi sada nyaare aur baap ke pyaare!

⁶⁵All of you are always detached and loving to the Father.

⁶⁷koi bandhan nahin। ⁶⁸seva ka bhi bandhan nahin।

⁶⁶You don't have any bondage, not even any bondage of service.

⁶⁹baap ne bheja hai baap jaane।

⁶⁷The Father has sent you and so He knows.

⁷⁰nimitta bane hain, jab tak aur jahaan nimitta banaaven tab tak ke liye nimitta hain।

⁶⁸You have become instruments and so you are instruments for as long as and for wherever He makes you an instrument.

⁷¹aise double light ho na!

⁶⁹You are double light in this way, are you not?

⁷²paandav bhi nyaare aur pyaare hain na।

⁷⁰You Pandavas are also loving and detached, are you not?

⁷³bandhan vaale to koi nahin hain।

⁷¹No one here has any bondage.

⁷⁴nyaara banna hi pyaara banna hai।

⁷²To become detached means to be loving.

⁷⁵achha-

⁷³Achcha.

⁷⁶sada santushtata ki roohaaniyat mein rahne vaale, prasannachit rahne vaale, sada har sankalp,bol, karma dvaara sarva ko santushtata ka bal dene vaale, dilshikasta aatmaon ko khazaanon se shaktishaali banaane vaale,sada vishwa-kalyaankaari behad ke bephikar baadshaahon ko baapdaada ka yaadapyaar aur namaste।

⁷⁴To those who constantly maintain the spirituality of contentment; to those who remain cheerful and give everyone the power of contentment through their every thought, word and deed; to those who make disheartened souls powerful with the treasures; to the world benefactors, unlimited carefree emperors, BapDada's love, remembrance and namaste. ⁷⁵Avyakt BapDada meeting Dadiji and Dadi Janki: ⁷⁶Your pair of being the holy swans of rup and basant is good.

⁷⁷’’ ⁷⁸daadi ji tatha daadi jaanki ji se avyakt baapdaada ki mulaakaat

⁷⁷This one (Dadi Janki) prefers mostly to be an embodiment of silence and do service, whereas this one (Dadiji) has to speak.

⁷⁹holeehanson ki roop-basanta ki jodi achhi hai।

⁷⁸This one goes into solitude whenever she wants.

⁸⁰yeh (jaanki daadi) shanti se roop ban seva jyaada pasanda karti hai aur inko to bolna hi padta hai।

⁷⁹This one prefers to serve through her form (rup). ⁸⁰In fact, all of you are all­round, but this is the partnership of Rup and Basant.

⁸¹yeh jab bhi chaahe ekaanta mein chali jaati hai।

⁸¹In fact, there is a need for both these sanskars.

⁸²ise roop ki seva pasanda hai, vaise to all-round hain lekin phir bhi roop-basanta ki jodi hai।

⁸²Where words don't work, the form works, and where the form (rup) doesn't work, then basant (words) will work.

⁸³donon sanskaaron ki aavashkata hai।

⁸³Therefore, this is a good partnership/pair.

⁸⁴jahaan vaani kaam nahin karegi to roop kaam karega aur jahaan roop kaam nahin kar sakta vahaan basanta kaam karega।

⁸⁴All the pairs that are formed are good. ⁸⁵That pair was good and this is also good. ⁸⁶(Referring to Didi). ⁸⁷She has become an incognito river in the drama.

⁸⁵to jodi achhi hai। ⁸⁶jo jodi banti hai।

⁸⁸Those from abroad also have a lot of love for her.

⁸⁷woh sab achhi hai।

⁸⁹It doesn't matter.

⁸⁸woh bhi jodi achhi thi - yeh bhi achhi hai।

⁹⁰You have seen the other form of Didi. ⁹¹Everyone is so happy to see you.

⁸⁹(deedi ke liye) drama mein woh gupta nadi ho gai। ⁹⁰unse double videshiyon ka bhi bahut pyaar hai।

⁹²All the Maharathis are together. ⁹³Brijindra, Nirmalshanta; all are companions even though they are far away. ⁹⁴The Shaktis give very good co­operation.

⁹¹koi baat nahin। ⁹²deedi ka doosra roop dekh liya।

⁹⁵Because you all place each of you ahead of the other, you have moved forward.

⁹³sab dekhkar kitne khush hote hain। ⁹⁴sabhi mahaarthi saath hain।

⁹⁶And, because of placing the instrument shaktis ahead, all of you are ahead.

⁹⁵brijaindra,nirmalshaanta sab door hote bhi saathi hain!

⁹⁷This is the reason for the growth of service: it is making one another move forward.

⁹⁶shaktiyon ka achha sahayog hai।

⁹⁸There is love for one another and there is unity.

⁹⁷sabhi ek do ko aage rakhne ke kaaran aage badh rahe hain।

⁹⁹To speak constantly of the specialities of others is to make service grow.

⁹⁸aur nimitta shaktiyon ko aage rakhne ke kaaran sab aage hain।

¹⁰⁰There has always been growth through this method and there will continue to be growth.

⁹⁹seva ke badhne ke kaaran hi yeh hai - ek do ko aage badhaana।

¹⁰¹To look constantly at the specialities and to teach others how to see specialities is the thread of the rosary of the gathering.

¹⁰⁰aapas mein pyaar hai। ¹⁰¹unity hai।

¹⁰²Pearls are also threaded together on a thread.

¹⁰²sada doosre ki visheshta varnan karna yahi seva mein vriddhi karna hai।

¹⁰³This is the thread of the gathering, not speaking about anything except specialities.

¹⁰³isi vidhi se sada vriddhi hui hai aur hoti rahegi।

¹⁰⁴Because Madhuban is the great land, there is great fortune and great sin too.

¹⁰⁴sadaiv visheshta aur visheshta dekhne ka auron ko sikhaana yahi sangathan ki maala ki dor hai।

¹⁰⁵If someone comes to Madhuban and speaks wasteful words, then that sin is accumulated.

¹⁰⁵moti bhi to dhaage mein pirote hain na।

¹⁰⁶Therefore, always wear the spectacles of seeing specialities.

¹⁰⁶sangathan ka dhaaga hai hi yeh।

¹⁰⁷You cannot see anything wasteful.

¹⁰⁷visheshta ke sivaae aur koi varnan nahin। ¹⁰⁸kyonki madhuban mahaan bhoomi hai।

¹⁰⁸For instance, when you wear glasses with a rose tint, you cannot see anything except rose.

¹⁰⁹maha bhaagya bhi hai to maha paap bhi hai।

¹⁰⁹Similarly, always wear the glasses of seeing specialities.

¹¹⁰madhuban mein ja karve agar aisa koi vyartha bolta hai to uska bahut paap ban jaata hai।

¹¹⁰Even if you do see something sometimes, don't speak about it. ¹¹¹When you speak about it, you lose your fortune.

¹¹¹isliye sadaiv visheshta dekhne ka chashma pada hua ho।

¹¹²If there are weaknesses etc., the Father is responsible for that.

¹¹²vyartha dekh nahin sakte।

¹¹³Who made you instruments? ¹¹⁴The Father.

¹¹³jaise laal chashme ke sivaae laal ke aur kuchh dekhte hain kya!

¹¹⁵So to speak about the weaknesses of those who are instruments means to speak of the weaknesses of the Father.

¹¹⁴to sadaiv yahi chashma pada hua ho - visheshta dekhne ka।

¹¹⁶Therefore, no one can say anything except something with good wishes for them.

¹¹⁵kabhi koi baat dekhen bhi to uska varnan kabhi nahin karo।

¹¹⁷BapDada sees you jewels as even more elevated than Himself.

¹¹⁶varnan kiya bhaagya gaya।

¹¹⁸You are the decoration of the Father.

¹¹⁷kuchh bhi kami aadi hai to uska jimmevaar baap hai, nimitta kisne banaaya!

¹¹⁹So, the children who decorate the Father are even greater than He. ¹²⁰BapDada is pleased and sings praise of the children.

¹¹⁸baap ne।

¹²¹Wah, My So­and­so jewel!

¹¹⁹to nimitta bane hue ki kami varnan karna maana baap ki kami varnan karna।

¹²²Wah, My So­and­so jewel! ¹²³He continues to sing this praise. ¹²⁴The Father never looks at anyone's weaknesses.

¹²⁰isliye inhon ke liye kabhi bhi bina shubh bhaavna ke aur koi varnan nahin kar sakte।

¹²⁵Even when He gives a signal, He gives that signal with regard according to your speciality. ¹²⁶Although the Father has the authority, He always gives a signal with that regard.

¹²¹baapdaada to aap ratnon ko apne se bhi shreshtha dekhte hain।

¹²⁷This speciality of the Father’s should always remain emerged in the children. ¹²⁸You have to follow the Father, do you not?

¹²²baap ka shringaar yeh hai na।

¹²⁹All the main senior sisters (Dadis) are sitting in front of BapDada:

¹²³to baap ko shringaarne vaale bachche to shreshtha hue na।

¹³⁰The praise of Janak who was liberated in life is your memorial, is it not?

¹²⁴baapdaada to bachchon ki mahima kar khush hote rehte hain।

¹³¹There are the two titles: Liberated­in­life and Videhi (bodiless) ­ (for Dadi). ¹³²This one is a jewel anyway.

¹²⁵vaah mera phalaana ratna। ¹²⁶vaah mera phalaana ratna।

¹³³The jewel of contentment, the jewel of the forehead, the jewel of success, so many jewels!

¹²⁷yahi mahima karte rehte hain।

¹³⁴All are jewels and nothing but jewels.

¹²⁸baap kabhi kiski kamzori ko nahin dekhte।

¹³⁵No matter how much you try to hide the sparkle of jewels, it cannot remain hidden.

¹²⁹eeshaara bhi dete to bhi visheshtaapoorvak regard ke saath ishaara dete hain।

¹³⁶It will sparkle even in mud. ¹³⁷It will work like a light. ¹³⁸This is why that is your name and that is the work you do.

¹³⁰nahin to baap ko athaarti hai na, lekin sadaivi regard dekar phir eeshaara dete hain।

¹³⁹This one also has those virtues: free from the body and liberated­in­life. ¹⁴⁰You always stay in the depth of the experience of happiness in life.

¹³¹yahi baap ki visheshta sada bachchon mein bhi emerge rahe।

¹⁴¹This is called being liberated­in­life. ¹⁴²Achcha.

¹³²follow father karna hai na। ¹³³baapdaada ke aage sabhi mukhya bahnen baithi hain

¹⁴³Blessing: May you be worthy of receiving blessings from everyone and, as a master bestower, continue to distribute treasures of happiness.

¹³⁴jeevanmukta janak aapka gaayan hai na।

¹⁴⁴At present, everyone needs imperishable happiness.

¹³⁵jeevanmukta aur videshi do titles hain।

¹⁴⁵All are beggars of happiness and you are the children of the Bestower.

¹³⁶(daadi ke liye) yeh to hai hi mani।

¹⁴⁶The duty of you children of the Bestower is to give.

¹³⁷santushtamni, mastakamni,saphalta ki mani, kitni maniyaan hain!

¹⁴⁷Continue to give happiness to whomsoever comes into relationship or contact with you.

¹³⁸sab maniyaan hi maniyaan hain।

¹⁴⁸Remain so full that no one goes back empty.

¹³⁹maniyon ko kitna bhi chhipaake rakho lekin mani ki chamak kabhi chhip nahin sakti। ¹⁴⁰dhool mein bhi chamkegi।

¹⁴⁹At every moment, check whether you are giving something as a master bestower or whether you are just happy with yourself?

¹⁴¹light ka kaam karegi। ¹⁴²isliye naam bhi vahi hai, kaam bhi vahi hai। ¹⁴³inka bhi gun vahi hai,deh mukta jeevan mukta।

¹⁵⁰The more you give to others, the more worthy of receiving blessings you will become and these blessings will make you into an easy effort­ maker.

¹⁴⁴sada jeevan ki khushi ke anubhav ki gahaaraai mein rehti hain। ¹⁴⁵isko hi kehte hain - ‘jeevan mukta’।

¹⁵¹Slogan: Remember the attainments of the confluence age and you will not remember things of sorrow or distress. ¹⁵²* * * O M S H A N T I* * *
