2Tan , man key|kī thakāvaṭ miṭānē kā sādhan ‘ ‘ śhaktiśhālī yād ' '

1The means to finish tiredness of the mind and body is powerful remembrance.

3Apnē sachchē āgyākārī bachchō̃ kō sēvā mē̃ sadā refresh rahnē key|kī yuktiyā̃ batātē huē avyakt bāpdādā bōlē 4Āj pardēśhī bāp apnē anādi dēśhvāsī aur ādi dēśhvāsī sēvā arth|earth sabhī vidēśhī , aisē bachchō̃ sē milnē kē liē āyē haĩ .

2Today, the Father, the Resident of the faraway land, has come to meet His children who are residents of the eternal land, residents of the original land as well as those who are living abroad for the sake of service.

5Bāpdādā jāntē haĩ ki yahī mērē sikīladhē lāṛlē bachchē haĩ , anādi dēśh paramdhām K|kē nivāsī haĩ aur sāth - sāth sr̥iṣhṭi K|kē ādi K|kē isī bhārat bhūmi mē̃ jab satyugī svadēśh thā , apnā rājya thā , jiskō abhī bhārat kahtē haĩ , tō ādi mē̃ isī bhārat dēśhvāsī thē . 6Isī bhārat bhūmi mē̃ brahmā bāp kē sāth - sāth rājya kiyā hai .

3BapDada knows that you are My longlost and nowfound specially beloved children, and that you are residents of the eternal land, the supreme abode. 4And, together with the beginning of the world, when there was your original land, the land of Bharat, when it was your goldenaged sovereignty, your own kingdom, which everyone calls Bharat, you were the residents of that same Bharat. 5You ruled on this land of Bharat with Father Brahma.

7Apnē rājya mē̃ sukh - śhānti sampann anēk janm vyatīt kiyē haĩ .

6For many births, you lived a life filled with happiness and peace in your own kingdom.

8Isliē ādi dēśhvāsī hōnē K|kē kāraṇ bhārat bhūmi sē dil kā snēh hai . 9Chāhē kitnā bhī abhī ant mē̃ bhārat garīb vā dhūl - miṭṭī vālā ban gayā hai , phir bhī apnā dēśh sō apnā hī hōtā hai .

7This is why, because of being residents of the original land, you have love in your heart for the land of Bharat. 8No matter how poor and dusty Bharat has now become, after all, your land is your own land.

10Tō āp sabhī K|kē ātmā kā apnā dēśh aur śharīrdhārī dēvtā jīvan kā apnā dēśh kaun - sā thā  ?

9So, what is the land that belongs to all of you souls and what is the land that you belonged to when you were in deity bodies?

11Bhārat hī thā nā  !

10It was Bharat, was it not?

12Kitnē janm bhārat bhūmi mē̃ rahē hō , vah yād hai  ?

11Do you remember how many births you have lived in Bharat?

1321 janmō̃ kā varsā sabhī nē bāp sē prāpt kar liyā hai , isliē 21 janm key|kī tō gairaṇṭī hai hī hai .

12All of you have attained your inheritance for 21 births from the Father and you therefore have this guarantee for 21 births.

14Bād mē̃ bhī har ēk ātmā K|kē kaī janm bhārat bhūmi mē̃ hī huē haĩ kyōṅki jō brahmā bāp K|kē samīp ātmāyē̃ haĩ , samān bannē vālī ātmāyē̃ haĩ , vah brahmā bāp kē sāth - sāth āpē hī pūjya , āpē hī pujārī kā part bhī sāth mē̃ bajātī haĩ .

13Later, too, all of you souls took many other births in the land of Bharat because the souls who are close to Father Brahma, souls who are to become equal to him, will play their part of being the ones who are worthy of worship and worshippers with Father Brahma.

15Dvāpar yug K|kē pahlē bhakta āp brāhmaṇ ātmāyē̃ bantī hō .

14It is you Brahmin souls who become the first devotees of the copper age.

16Ādi svarg mē̃ isī dēśh K|kē vāsī thē aur anēk bār bhārat - bhūmi K|kē dēśhvāsī hō .

15At the beginning of heaven, you were residents of this land, and you have been residents of the land of Bharat many times.

17Isliē brāhmaṇō̃ K|kē alaukik saṅsār ‘ madhuban ' sē ati pyār hai .

16This is why you have deep love for Madhuban, the alokik world of Brahmins.

18Yah madhuban brāhmaṇō̃ kā chhōṭā - sā saṅsār hai .

17This Madhuban is the small world of Brahmins.

19Tō yah saṅsār bahut achchhā lagtā hai nā .

18So, you like this world very much, do you not?

20Yahā̃ sē jānē kō dil nahī̃ hōtī hai nā .

19You don’t feel like going back from here, do you?

21Agar abhī - abhī order kar lē̃ ki madhuban nivāsī ban jāō , tō khuśh hōṅgē nā  !

20If an order were to be given for you to become a resident of Madhuban right now, you would be happy, would you not?

22Vā yah saṅkalp āyēgā ki sēvā kaun karēgā  ?

21Or, would you have the thought: Who will do service?

23Sēvā kē liē tō jānā hī chāhiē .

22That you should go back for service?

24Bāpdādā kahē - baiṭh jāō , phir bhī sēvā yād āyēgī  ? 25Sēvā karānē vālā kaun hai  ?

23If BapDada were to tell you to sit down here, would you still remember your service then?

26Jō bāp kā direction hō , śhrīmat hō , uskō usī rūp mē̃ pālan karnā - iskō kahtē haĩ sachchā āgyākārī bachchā .

24Who is the One who inspires you to do service? 25To follow the Father’s directions or shrimat in the way that they are given means that you are a truly obedient child.

27Bāpdādā jāntē haĩ - madhuban mē̃ biṭhānā hai vā sēvā par bhējnā hai .

26BapDada knows whether to make you sit in Madhuban or to send you on service.

28Brāhmaṇ bachchē̃ kō her|har bāt mē̃ ever ready rahnā hai .

27Brahmin children have to remain everready in every situation.

29Abhī - abhī jō direction milē usmē̃ ever ready rahnā .

28Remain everready for the direction you receive right now.

30Saṅkalp mātra bhī manmat mix na hō . 31Iskō kahtē haĩ - śhrīmat par chalnē vālī śhrēṣhṭh ātmā .

29The dictates of your own mind should not be mixed with even the slightest thought. 30This is known as being an elevated soul who follows shrimat.

32Yah tō jāntē hō nā ki sēvā K|kē jimmēvār bāpdādā hai .

31You know that BapDada is responsible for service, do you not?

33Vā āp haĩ  ?

32Or, are you responsible?

34Is jimmēvārī sē tō āp halkē hō nā ki jimmēvārī kā thōṛā - thāṛā bōjhā hai  ?

33You are free from this responsibility, are you not? 34Or, do you have a little burden? 35“I have to do such a big programme.

35Itnā baṛā programme karnā hai , yah karnā hai - bōjh tō nahī̃ samajhtē hō nā  !

36I have to do this.” 37You don’t consider all of that to be a burden, do you?

36Karāvanhār karā rahā hai .

38Karavanhar is making you do it.

37Karāvanhār ēk hī bāp hai , kisī key|kī bhī buddhi kō touch kar viśhva - sēvā kā kārya karātē rahē haĩ aur karātē rahē̃gē .

39Only the one Father is Karavanhar and He has been touching people’s intellect and carrying out the task of world service and will continue to do it.

38Sirph nimitt bachchō̃ kō isliē banātē haĩ ki jō karēgā sō pāyēgā .

40He simply makes the children the instruments because those who do something will receive the fruit of it.

39Pānē vālē bachchē haĩ , bāp kō pānā nahī̃ hai .

41It is the children who will receive something; the Father doesn’t want to attain anything.

40Prālabgh pānā yā sēvā kā phal anubhav hōnā - yah ātmāō̃ kā kām hai .

42It is souls who are to receive the reward and also experience the fruit of service.

41Isliē bachchō̃ kō nimitt banātē haĩ .

43This is why He makes you children instruments.

42Sākār rūp mē̃ bhī sēvā karānē kā kārya dēkhā aur abhī avyakt rūp mē̃ bhī karāvanhār bāp avyakt brahmā dvārā bhī kaisē sēvā kar rahā hai - yah bhī dēkh rahē hō .

44You saw the task of doing service in the corporeal form and, you are now also seeing how the Father, Karavanhar, is working through avyakt Brahma and getting the service done.

43Avyakt rūp key|kī sēvā key|kī gati aur hī tīvragati hai  !

45The speed of avyakt service is very intense.

44Karānē vālā karā rahā hai aur āp kaṭhputlī K|kē samān nāch rahē hō .

46The One who is inspiring is inspiring you and you are dancing like puppets.

45Yah sēvā bhī ēk khēl hai .

47This service is also like a play.

46Karānē vālā karā rahā hai aur āp nimitt ban ēk kadam kā padmaguṇā prālabdh banā rahē hō .

48The One who is inspiring is inspiring you and you, as instruments, are creating a multimillionfold reward through each step.

47Tō bōjh kiskē ūpar hai  ?

49So, who has the burden?

48Karānē vālē par yā karnē vālē par  ?

50The One who is inspiring it to happen or the one who is doing it?

49Bāp tō jāntē haĩ - yah bhī bōjh nahī̃ hai .

51The Father knows that even that is not really a burden.

50Āp bōjh kahtē hō tō bāp bhī bōjh śhabda kahtē haĩ . 51Bāp kē liē tō sab huā hī paṛā hai .

52You refer to it as a burden and so the Father also uses the word “burden”.

52Sirph jaisē lakīr khīñchī jātī hai , lakīr khīñchnā baṛī bāt lagtī hai kyā  ?

53For the Father, everything is already accomplished. 54Everything is just like drawing a line.

53Tō aisē bāpdādā sēvā karātē haĩ .

55Does it feel like a big thing to draw a line?

54Sēvā bhī itnī hī sahaj hai jaisē ēk lakīr khīñchnā .

56So BapDada enables service to take place in this way.

55Repeat kar rahē haĩ , nimitt khēl kar rahē haĩ .

57Service is also just as easy as drawing a line.

56Jaisē māyā kā vighna khēl hai , tō sēvā bhī mēhnat nahī̃ lēkin khēl hai - aisē samajhnē sē sēvā mē̃ sadā hī riphrēśamēnṭa anubhav karē̃gē .

58You are simply repeating everything; for the sake of this, you are simply playing a game. 59Just as the obstacles of Maya are a game, so too, service is also not effort, but a game.

57Jaisē kōī khēl kisliē kartē haĩ  ? 58Thaknē kē liē nahī̃ , refresh hōnē kē liē khēl kartē haĩ .

60By thinking in this way, you will constantly experience refreshment in service. 61Why do people play games?

59Chāhē kitnā bhī baṛā kārya hō lēkin aisā hī anubhav karē̃gē jaisē khēl karnē sē refresh hō jātē haĩ .

62Not to get tired; they play games to feel refreshed. 63No matter how big the task is, you will experience it to be like a game and feel refreshed.

60Chāhē kitnā bhī thakānē vālā khēl hō lēkin khēl samajhnē sē thakāvaṭ nahī̃ hōtī kyōṅki apnē dil key|kī rūchi sē khēl kiyā jātā hai .

64No matter how tiring a game may be, by considering it to be a game, there isn’t any tiredness because you are playing that game out of your heart’s interest.

61Chāhē khēl mē̃ kitnā bhī hard - work karnā paṛē lēkin vah bhī manōrañjan lagtā hai kyōṅki apnī dil sē kartē hō .

65No matter how hard you have to work in a game, you feel that it is enjoyment because you are doing it with your heart.

62Aur kōī laukik kārya bōjh misal hōtā hai , nirvāh arth|earth karnā hī paṛēgā .

66Some mundane tasks feel like a burden, and you feel that you have to do that for the livelihood of your body.

63Duty samajh kartē haĩ , isliē mēhnat lagtī hai .

67You do that considering it to be your duty. 68This is why it takes effort.

64Chāhē śhārīrik mēhnat kā , chāhē buddhi key|kī mēhnat kā kām hai , lēkin duty samajh karnē sē thakāvaṭ anubhav karē̃gē kyōṅki vah dil key|kī khuśhī sē nahī̃ kartē .

69Whether something is physical labour or labour of the intellect, when you consider it to be a duty, you experience tiredness because you are not doing that with happiness in your heart.

65Jō apnē man K|kē umaṅg sē , khuśhī sē kārya kiyā jātā hai , usmē̃ thakāvaṭ nahī̃ hōtī , bōjh anubhav nahī̃ hōtā .

70Whatever task you carry out with enthusiasm in your mind and with happiness, you won’t feel tired in that; you won’t feel it to be a burden.

66Kahā̃ - kahā̃ bachchō̃ kē ūpar sēvā K|kē hisāb sē jyādā kārya bhī ā jātā hai , isliē bhī kabhī - kabhī thakāvaṭ feel ( anubhav ) hōtī hai .

71Sometimes, children take on more tasks than is required for their service and they therefore sometimes feel tiredness.

67Bāpdādā dēkhtē haĩ ki kaī bachchē athak ban sēvā kartē umaṅg - utsāh mē̃ bhī rahtē haĩ .

72BapDada sees that some children maintain their enthusiasm and continue to do service tirelessly.

68Phir bhī himmat rakh āgē baṛh rahē haĩ - yah dēkh bāpdādā harṣhit bhī hōtē haĩ . 69Phir bhī sadā buddhi kō halkā jarūr rakhō .

73Nevertheless, you maitained courage and are moving forward. 74Seeing this, BapDada is happy, but, nevertheless, you must definitely keep your intellect light.

70Bāpdādā bachchō̃ K|kē sab plan , programme vatan mē̃ baiṭhē bhī dēkhtē rahtē haĩ .

75BapDada continues to see all the children’s plans and programmes while sitting in the subtle region.

71Har ēk bachchē key|kī yād aur sēvā kā record bāpdādā kē pās her|har samay kā rahtā hai .

76Each child’s record of remembrance and service is with BapDada at every moment.

72Jaisē āpkī duniyā mē̃ record rakhnē K|kē kaī sādhan haĩ . 73Bāp kē pās science K|kē sādhanō̃ sē bhī refine sādhan hai , svataḥ hī kārya kartē rahtē .

77Just as in your world you have many ways to keep records, so the Father has even more refined methods than the scientific methods to keep your records, and these continue to work automatically.

74Jaisē science K|kē sādhan jō bhī kārya kartē , vah light K|kē ādhār sē kartē .

78Whatever task the instruments of science carry out, they function only with light.

75Sūkṣhmavatan tō hai hī light kā .

79The subtle region is of light.

76Sākār vatan K|kē light K|kē sādhan phir bhī prakr̥iti K|kē sādhan haĩ . 77Lēkin avyakt vatan K|kē sādhan prakr̥iti K|kē sādhan nahī̃ haĩ .

80The facilities that function with light of the corporeal world are still facilities of matter, but the facilities of the subtle region are not of matter.

78Aur prakr̥iti rūp badaltī hai , satō , rajō , tamō mē̃ parivartan hōtī hai . 79Is samay tō hai hī tamōguṇī prakr̥iti , isliē yah sādhan āj chalē̃gē , kal nahī̃ chalē̃gē .

81Matter changes from sato to rajo to tamo. 82At this time, the elements of matter are tamoguni, and this is why those facilities work one day but don’t work the next day.

80Lēkin avyakt vatan K|kē sādhan prakr̥iti sē parē haĩ , isliē vah parivartan mē̃ nahī̃ ātē .

83However, the facilities of the subtle region are beyond that and this is why they do not change.

81Jab chāhō , jaisē chāhō sūkṣhma sādhan sadā hī apnā kārya kartē rahtē haĩ .

84Whenever you want and however you want, the subtle facilities constantly continue to carry out their task.

82Isliē sab bachchō̃ K|kē record dēkhnā bāpdādā kē liē baṛī bāt nahī̃ hai .

85This is why it is not a big thing for BapDada to see the records of all the children.

83Āp lōgō̃ kō tō sādhanō̃ kō sambhālnā hī muśhkil hō jātā hai nā .

86It becomes difficult for all of you to look after the facilities.

84Tō bāpdādā yād aur sēvā kā - dōnō̃ hī record dēkhtē haĩ kyōṅki dōnō̃ kā balance extra blessing dilātā hai .

87So BapDada is looking at the records of both remembrance and service because the balance of both brings you extra blessings.

85Jaisē sēvā kē liē samay nikāltē hō , tō usmē̃ kabhī niyam sē bhī jyādā lagā dētē hō .

88You make time for service, but you sometimes use more time for service than for your general discipline.

86Sēvā mē̃ samay lagānā bahut achchhī bāt hai aur sēvā kā bal bhī miltā hai , sēvā mē̃ busy hōnē K|kē kāraṇ chhōṭī - chhōṭī bātō̃ sē bach bhī jātē hō .

89To use your time for service is a very good thing, and you also receive power from service and because of remaining busy in service, you are also protected from many small things.

87Bāpdādā bachchō̃ key|kī sēvā par bahut khuśh haĩ , himmat par balihār jātē haĩ , lēkin jō sēvā - yād mē̃ , unnati mē̃ thōṛā bhī rūkāvaṭ karnē kē nimitt hōtī hai , tō aisī sēvā K|kē samay kō cum|kam karnā chāhiē .

90BapDada is pleased to see the children’s service and He surrenders Himself to your courage. 91However, the time for the service that becomes an instrument for the slightest obstruction in your remembrance and progress should be cut down.

88Jaisē rātri kō jāgtē hō , 12 . 00 vā 1 . 00 bajā dētē hō tō amr̥itvēlā fresh nahī̃ hōgā .

92For instance, when you stay awake till midnight or 1.00 am, then amrit vela will not be fresh.

89Baiṭhtē bhī hō tō niyam pramāṇ . 90Aur amr̥itvēlā śhaktiśhālī nahī̃ tō sārē din key|kī yād aur sēvā mē̃ antar paṛ jātā hai .

93You sit according to a discipline but if amrit vela is not powerful, a difference is created in the remembrance and service throughout the day.

91Mānō sēvā K|kē plan banānē mē̃ vā sēvā kō practical lānē mē̃ samay bhī lagtā hai .

94It takes time to make plans for service and to put those plans into a practical form.

92Tō rāt K|kē samay kō kaṭ karkē 12 . 00 kē badlē 11 . 00 bajē sō jāō .

95So, then, instead of going to sleep at midnight, cut that down and go to sleep at 11.00 pm.

93Vahī ēk ghaṇṭā jō cum|kam kiyā aur śharīr kō rest dī|the tō amr̥itvēlā achchhā rahēgā , buddhi bhī fresh rahēgī .

96The one hour you cut down that gave rest to your body will enable you to have good amrit vela, and your intellect will also remain fresh.

94Nahī̃ tō dil khātī hai ki sēvā tō kar rahē haĩ lēkin yād kā chart jitnā hōnā chāhiē , utnā nahī̃ hai .

97Otherwise, your conscience will bite you: that you are doing service, but that your chart of remembrance is not what it should be.

95Jō saṅkalp dil mē̃ vā man mē̃ bār - bār ātā hai ki yah aisā hōnā chāhiē lēkin hō nahī̃ rahā hai , tō us saṅkalp K|kē kāraṇ buddhi bhī fresh nahī̃ hōtī .

98When you repeatedly have the thought that something is not like it should be, that it is not happening in that way, then, because of that thought, the intellect doesn’t remain fresh.

96Aur buddhi agar fresh hai tō fresh buddhi sē 2 - 3 ghaṇṭē kā kām 1 ghaṇṭē mē̃ pūrā kar saktē hō .

99However, your intellect is fresh, then, with a fresh intellect, you can do two to three hours of work in one hour.

97Thakī huī buddhi mē̃ time jyādā lag jātā hai , yah anubhav hai nā .

100You experience something taking longer because of a tired intellect, do you not?

98Aur jitnī fresh buddhi rahtī , śharīr K|kē hisāb sē bhī fresh aur ātmik unnati K|kē rūp mē̃ bhī fresh - double phrēśanēs ( tājagī ) rahtī tō ēk ghaṇṭē kā kārya ādhā ghaṇṭē mē̃ kar lē̃gē .

101And the fresher your intellect remains – physically as well as spiritually – with double freshness – one hour’s work can be done in half an hour. 102Therefore, always pay attention to your daily timetable so that you have a fresh intellect.

99Isliē sadaiv apnī dincharyā mē̃ fresh buddhi rahnē kā attention rakhō . 100Jyādā sōnē key|kī bhī ādat na hō lēkin jō āvaśhyak samay śharīr K|kē hisāb sē chāhiē uskā attention rakhō .

103Let there not be the habit of sleeping too much, but however much time you feel is necessary for your body, definitely pay attention to giving it that much rest.

101Kabhī - kabhī kōī sēvā kā chance hōtā hai , mās - dō - mās mē̃ dō - chār bār dērī hō gaī , vah dūsrī bāt hai , lēkin agar niyamit rūp sē śharīr thakā huā hōgā tō yād mē̃ phark paṛēgā .

104Sometimes, when there is the chance for a particular type of service and you have late nights two or four times in one month or two months, that is a different matter, but if your body is always tired, then that creates a difference in your remembrance.

102Jaisē sēvā kā programme banātē hō , 4 ghaṇṭē kā samay nikālnā hai tō nikāl lētē hō .

105You make a programme for service, that you have to have four hours of it, and you make that time.

103Aisē yād kā bhī samay niśhchit nikālnā hī hai - iskō bhī āvaśhyak samajh is vidhi sē apnā programme banāō . 104Sustī nahī̃ hō lēkin śharīr kō rest dēnā hai - is vidhi sē chalō .

106In the same way, think that you definitely have to make time for remembrance too. 107Consider this to be essential and make your programme with this method. 108Don’t be lazy, but definitely give your body rest.

105Kyōṅki din - pratidin sēvā kā tō aur hī tīvragati sē āgē baṛhnē kā samay ātā jā rahā hai .

109Continue to move along with this method because, day by day, the time is coming when service will move at a fast speed.

106Āp samajhtē hō - achchhā , yah ēk varṣh kā kārya pūrā hō jāyēgā , phir rest kar lē̃gē , ṭhīk kar lē̃gē , yād kō phir jyādā baṛhā lē̃gē .

110You might think: OK, let this one year’s project be completed and then we will take a rest and put everything right, that we will increase remembrance at that time.

107Lēkin sēvā K|kē kārya kō din - pratidin nayē - sē - nayē aur baṛē - sē - baṛē hōnē haĩ .

111However, the projects for service are newer by the day and getting bigger day by day. 112Therefore, always keep a balance.

108Isliē sadā balance rakhō .

113Let your amrit vela be fresh.

109Amr̥itvēlē fresh hō , phir vahī kām sārē din mē̃ samay pramāṇ karō tō bāp key|kī blessing bhī extra milēgī aur buddhi bhī fresh hōnē K|kē kāraṇ bahut jaldī aur saphaltāpūrvak kārya kar sakēgī .

114And then do that same work according to the time and you will receive extra blessings from the Father. 115And, because your intellect is fresh, you will be able to do the work very quickly and successfully.

110Samjhā  ?

116Do you understand?

111Bāpdādā dēkh rahē haĩ - bachchō̃ mē̃ umaṅg bahut hai , isliē śharīr kā bhī nahī̃ sōchtē .

117BapDada is seeing that children have a lot of enthusiasm and this is why they don’t even think about their body.

112Umaṅg - utsāh sē āgē baṛh rahē haĩ .

118They are moving forward with zeal and enthusiasm.

113Āgē baṛhnā bāpdādā kō achchhā lagtā hai , phir bhī balance avaśhya chāhiē .

119BapDada likes it when you make it move forward. 120Nevertheless a balance is definitely needed.

114Bhal kartē rahtē hō , chaltē rahtē hō lēkin kabhī - kabhī jaisē bahut kām hōtā hai tō bahut kām mē̃ ēk tō buddhi key|kī thakāvaṭ hōnē K|kē kāraṇ jitnā chāhtē utnā nahī̃ kar pātē aur dūsrā - bahut kām hōnē K|kē kāraṇ thōṛā - sā bhī kisī dvārā thōṛī halchal hōgī tō thakāvaṭ K|kē kāraṇ chiṛchiṛāpan hō jātā .

121You may continue to do it and continue to move along, but when you sometimes have a lot of work to do, then, because the intellect is already tired, you are unable to do as much as you want. 122Secondly, because you have a lot of work to do, when there is the slightest upheaval with anyone, due to any reason, then, because of tiredness, there is irritation and this reduces your happiness.

115Ussē khuśhī kam hō jātī hai . 116Vaisē andar ṭhīk rahtē hō , sēvā kā bal bhī mil rahā hai , khuśhī bhī mil rahī hai , phir bhī śharīr tō purānā hai nā .

123Generally, you are fine internally, you are receiving the power of service, you are experiencing happiness, but yet your body is still old, is it not?

117Isliē two|to|too - mach|much ( atyadhik ) mē̃ nahī̃ jāō .

124Therefore, do not get into too much.

118Balance rakhō .

125Keep a balance.

119Yād K|kē chart par thakāvaṭ kā asar nahī̃ hōnā chāhiē . 120Jitnā sēvā mē̃ busy rahtē hō , bhal kitnā bhī busy rahō lēkin thakāvaṭ miṭānē kā viśhēṣh sādhan her|har ghaṇṭē vā dō ghaṇṭē mē̃ ēk minute bhī śhaktiśhālī yād kā avaśhya nikālō  !

126Your tiredness should not affect your chart of remembrance, no matter how busy you remain in service. 127No matter how busy you are, the special method to finish tiredness is definitely to make time for one minute of powerful remembrance every hour or every two hours.

121Jaisē kōī śharīr mē̃ kamzōr hōtā hai tō śharīr kō śhakti dēnē kē liē doctors dō - dō ghaṇṭē bād tākat key|kī davāī pīnē liē dētē haĩ .

128For instance, when someone is physically weak, then, in order to energise him physically, doctors give him medicine to boost his energy every two hours.

122Time nikāl davāī pīnī paṛtī hai nā .

129You have to make time to take that medicine, do you not?

123Tō bīch - bīch mē̃ ēk minute bhī agar śhaktiśhālī yād kā nikālō tō usmē̃ A , be|B , see|sī|C , - sab viṭāminsa ā jāyēṅgē .

130So, every now and then, make time to have powerful remembrance for one or two minutes, because all the vitamins, A, B, C, are included in that.

124Sunāyā thā nā ki śhaktiśhālī yād sadā kyō̃ nahī̃ rahtī  !

131You were told why you are unable to have powerful remembrance constantly, were you not?

125Jab haĩ hī bāp K|kē aur bāp āpkā , sarv sambandh haĩ , dil kā snēh hai , knowledgeful hō , prāpti K|kē anubhavī hō , phir bhī śhaktiśhālī yād sadā kyō̃ nahī̃ rahtī , uskā kāraṇ kyā  ?

132Since you belong to the Father and the Father belongs to you, you have all relationships with Him, you have love for Him in your heart, you are knowledgefull, you have experienced attainment from Him, yet what is the reason for there not being powerful remembrance constantly?

126Apnī yād kā link nahī̃ rakhtē .

133You do not maintain the link of your remembrance.

127Link ṭūṭtā hai , isliē phir jōṛnē mē̃ samay bhī lagtā , mēhnat bhī lagtī aur śhaktiśhālī kē bajāē kamzōr hō jātē .

134The link breaks and it takes times to reconnect it. 135It takes effort so that instead of being powerful the remembrance becomes weak.

128Vismr̥iti tō hō nahī̃ saktī , yād rahtī hai . 129Lēkin sadā śhaktiśhālī yād svataḥ rahē - uskē liē yah link ṭūṭnā nahī̃ chāhiē .

136There cannot be forgetfulness. 137You do have remembrance, but for there to be constantly powerful remembrance at all times automatically, this link should not break.

130Her|har samay buddhi mē̃ yād kā link juṭā rahē - uskī vidhi yah hai .

138Let the link of remembrance be forged with your intellect at every moment. 139This is the method for that.

131Yah bhī āvaśhyak samjhō .

140Consider this to be essential too.

132Jaisē vah kām samajhtē hō ki āvaśhyak hai , yah plan pūrā karkē hī uṭhnā hai . 133Isliē samay bhī dētē hō , energy bhī lagātē hō .

141Just as you consider that work to be essential, that you have to get up from there having accomplished a plan, and you therefore give it your time and energy, in the same way, this too is essential.

134Vaisē yah bhī āvaśhyak hai , inkō pīchhē nahī̃ karō ki yah kām pahlē pūrā karkē phir yād kar lē̃gē .

142Do not give this a low priority, thinking that you will first finish your work and then have remembrance.

135Nahī̃ .

143No.

136Iskā samay apnē programme mē̃ pahlē aiḍ karō .

144First of all, add time for remembrance to your programme.

137Jaisē sēvā K|kē plan kiyē dō ghaṇṭē kā time nikāl fix kartē hō - chāhē meeting kartē hō , chāhē practical kartē hō , tō dō ghaṇṭē kē sāth - sāth yah bhī bīch - bīch mē̃ karnā hī hai - yah aiḍ karō .

145Just as you fix a service plan for two hours – whether it is a meeting or doing something practically – then, together with those two hours, you also have to add this in between.

138Jō ēk ghaṇṭē mē̃ plan banāyēṅgē , vah ādhā ghaṇṭē mē̃ hō jāyēgā .

146Then, the plan that you would normally make in one hour, you will be able to do in half an hour.

139Karkē dēkhō .

147Just try it and see.

140Āpē hī phrēśanēs sē dō bajē ā̃kh khultī hai , vah dūsrī bāt hai .

148For your eyes to automatically open with freshness at 2.00 am is a different matter.

141Lēkin kārya K|kē kāraṇ jāgnā paṛtā hai tō uskā iphaikṭa ( prabhāv ) śharīr par ātā hai .

149However, when you have to stay awake because of a task, your body is affected.

142Isliē balance kē ūpar sadā attention rakhō .

150Therefore, always pay attention to keeping a balance.

143Bāpdādā tō bachchō̃ kō itnā busy dēkh yahī sōchtē ki inhō̃ K|kē māthē key|kī māliśh hōnī chāhiē .

151Seeing the children so busy, BapDada feels that their heads should be massaged.

144Lēkin samay nikālē̃gē tō vatan mē̃ bāpdādā māliśh bhī kar dēgē .

152However, if you make time, BapDada will massage your heads in the subtle region.

145Vah bhī alaukik hōgī , aisē laukik māliśh thōṛē hī hōgī .

153That too will be alokik. 154It will not be a physical massage.

146Ēkdam fresh hō jāyēṅgē .

155You will be completely refreshed.

147Ēk second bhī śhaktiśhālī yād tan aur man - dōnō̃ kō fresh kar dētī hai .

156Even one second of powerful remembrance makes your body and mind fresh.

148Bāp K|kē vatan mē̃ ā jāō , jō saṅkalp karē̃gē vah pūrā hō jāyēgā .

157Come to the Father’s world; whatever thought you have will be accomplished.

149Chāhē śharīr key|kī thakāvaṭ hō , chāhē dimāg key|kī , chāhē sthiti key|kī thakāvaṭ hō - bāp tō āyē hī haĩ thakāvaṭ utārnē .

158Whether it is physical tiredness, tiredness of your brain or of your stage, the Father has come to remove your tiredness.

150Āj double vidēśhiyō̃ sē parsalan rūh - rūhān kar rahē haĩ .

159Today, BapDada is having a personal hearttoheart conversation with the double foreigners.

151Bahut achchhī sēvā kī hai aur kartē hī rahnā hai .

160You have done very good service and will continue to do it.

152Sēvā baṛhnā - yah drama anusār banā huā hī hai .

161According to the drama, it is fixed for service to increase.

153Kitnā bhī āp sōchō - abhī tō bahut hō gayā , lēkin drama key|kī bhāvī banī huī hai .

162No matter how much you think that it has now become too much, the destiny of the drama is also fixed.

154Isliē sēvā K|kē plans nikalnē hī haĩ aur āp sabkō nimitt ban karnī hī hai .

163Therefore, you have to make plans for service and all of you have to become instruments and make it happen.

155Yah bhāvī kōī badal nahī̃ saktē .

164No one can change this destiny.

156Bāp chāhē ēk varṣh sēvā sē rest dē dēvē̃ , nahī̃ badal saktā .

165The Father may want to give you a rest from service for one year, but He cannot change this.

157Sēvā sē free hō baiṭh sakē̃gē  ?

166Would you be able to sit without doing service?

158Jaisē yād brāhmaṇ jīvan key|kī khurāk hai , aisē sēvā bhī jīvan key|kī khurāk hai .

167Just as remembrance is the nourishment of Brahmin life, similarly, service is also nourishment for this life.

159Binā khurāk K|kē kabhī kōī rah saktā hai kyā  ?

168Can anyone live without nourishment?

160Lēkin balance jarūrī hai .

169However, balance is essential.

161Itnā bhī jyādā nahī̃ karō jō buddhi par bōjh hō aur itnā bhī nahī̃ karō jō albēlē hō jāō .

170Do not do so much that there is pressure on your intellect and do not do so little that you become careless.

162Na bōjh hō , na albēlāpan hō , iskō kahtē haĩ - balance .

171Let there neither be any pressure nor any carelessness – this is called balance.

163Double vidēśhiyō̃ mē̃ sēvā kā umaṅg achchhā hai . 164Isliē vr̥iddhi bhī achchhī kar rahē hō .

172Double foreigners have good enthusiasm for service and this is why there is good growth in service.

165Vidēśh - sēvā mē̃ 14 varṣh mē̃ vr̥iddhi achchhī kī hai .

173In fourteen years, there has been good expansion of service abroad.

166Laukik aur alaukik - double kārya kartē āgē baṛh rahē haĩ .

174You are moving forward doing double work – both lokik and alokik.

167Double kārya mē̃ samay bhī lagātē hō aur buddhi key|kī , śharīr key|kī śhakti bhī lagātē hō .

175You use your time and also the energy of your intellect and your body in that double work.

168Yah bhī buddhi key|kī kamāl hai .

176This too is a wonder of the intellect.

169Laukik kārya kartē sēvā mē̃ āgē baṛhnā - yah bhī himmat kā kām hai .

177While having a lokik job, to move forward in service is something that requires courage.

170Aisē himmat vālē bachchō̃ kō bāpdādā sadā her|har kārya mē̃ madadgār haĩ . 171Jitnā himmat utnā padmaguṇā bāp madadgār hai hī .

178BapDada always helps the children who have such courage. 179The more courage you have, the more the Father becomes your Helper multimillion times.

172Lēkin dōnō̃ part bajātē unnati kō prāpt kar rahē hō - yah dēkh bāpdādā sadā bachchō̃ par harṣhit hōtē haĩ .

180Seeing that you are progressing while playing both parts, BapDada is continually pleased with you children.

173Māyā sē tō mukt hō nā  ?

181You are free from Maya, are you not?

174Jab yōgyukt haĩ tō svataḥ hī māyā sē mukt haĩ .

182When you are yogyukt, you are naturally free from Maya.

175Yōgyukt nahī̃ tō māyā sē mukt bhī nahī̃ .

183If you are not yogyukt, you are not free from Maya.

176Māyā kō bhī brāhmaṇ ātmāyē̃ pyārī lagtī haĩ . 177Jō pahalvān hōtā hai , unkō pahalvān sē hī majā ātā hai .

184Maya too loves Brahmin souls. 185Those who are strong and powerful enjoy themselves with other strong and powerful ones.

178Māyā bhī śhaktiśhālī hai .

186Maya too is powerful.

179Āp bhī sarvśhaktivān hō , tō māyā kō sarvśhaktivān kē sāth khēl karnā achchhā lagtā hai .

187You are powerful, almighty authorities, and so Maya enjoys playing games with those who are almighty authorities.

180Ab tō jān gayē hō nā , māyā kō achchhī tarah sē ki kabhī - kabhī nayē rūp sē ā jātī hai .

188You now know Maya very well, do you not? 189Or, does she sometimes come in a new form?

181Knowledgeful kā arth|earth hī hai bāp kō bhī jānnā , rachnā kō bhī jānnā aur māyā kō bhī jānnā .

190To be knowledgefull means to know the Father, to know the creation and also to know Maya.

182Agar rachayitā aur rachnā kō jān liyā aur māyā kō nahī̃ jānā tō knowledgeful nahī ṭhaharē .

191If you know the Creator and the creation, but do not know Maya, you are not knowledgefull.

183Kabhī bhī kisī bhī bāt mē̃ chāhē tan kamzōr bhī hō yā kārya kā jyādā bōjh bhī hō lēkin man sē kabhī bhī thaknā nahī̃ .

192In any situation, even if your body is weak or there is extra pressure of work, never become tired in your mind.

184Tan key|kī thakāvaṭ man K|kē khuśhī sē samāpt hō jātī hai .

193Physical tiredness finishes through having happiness of the mind.

185Lēkin man key|kī thakāvaṭ śharīr key|kī thakāvaṭ kō bhī baṛhā dētī hai .

194However, tiredness of the mind increases tiredness of the body.

186Man kabhī thaknā nahī̃ chāhiē .

195Your mind should never become tired.

187Jab thak jāō tō second mē̃ bāp K|kē vatan mē̃ ā jāō .

196When you become tired, come to the Father’s world in a second.

188Agar man kō thaknē key|kī ādi hōgī tō brāhmaṇ jīvan K|kē umaṅg - utsāh kā jō anubhav hōnā chāhiē vah nahī̃ hōgā .

197If there is the habit of getting the mind tired, you won’t be able to experience the zeal and enthusiasm of Brahmin life.

189Chal tō rahē haĩ lēkin chalānē vālā chalā rahā hai - aisē anubhav nahī̃ hōgā .

198You will move along, but you won’t experience the One who is making everyone move make you move.

190Mēhnat sē chal rahē haĩ tō jab mēhnat anubhav hōgī tō thakāvaṭ bhī hōgī .

199You will move along with labour, and when there is labour involved, there will also be tiredness.

191Isliē hamēśhā samjhō - ‘ karāvanhār karā rahā hai , chalānē vālā chalā rahā hai .

200Therefore, always think: Karavanhar is making me do it. 201The One who inspires everyone is making me do it.

192' 193Samay , śhakti - dōnō̃ K|kē pramāṇ sēvā kartē chalō .

202Continue to do service according to your time and energy.

194Sēvā kabhī rah nahī̃ saktī , āj nahī̃ tō kal hōnī hī hai .

203Service will never be left out. 204If not today, it will get done tomorrow.

195Agar sachchē dil sē , dil K|kē snēh sē jitnī sēvā kar saktē hō utnī kartē hō tō bāpdādā kabhī ulhanā nahī̃ dēgē ki itnā kām kiyā , itnā nahī̃ kiyā . 196Śābāsī milēgī .

205If you do as much service as you can with an honest heart and with love in your heart, BapDada will never complain that you have done this much or not done that much.

197Samay pramāṇ , śhakti pramāṇ sachchī dil sē sēvā kartē hō tō sachchē dil par sāhēb rājī haĩ . 198Jō āpkā kārya rah bhī jāyēgā tō bāp kahā̃ na kahā̃ sē pūrā karāyēgā .

206You will receive “well done” (Sabaash). 207When you do service with an honest heart according to the time and energy you have, the Lord is pleased.

199Jō sēvā jis samay mē̃ hōnī hī hai vah hōkar hī rahēgī , rah nahī̃ saktī .

208Whatever still remains to be done, BapDada will somehow enable that too to be completed.

200Kisī - na - kisī ātmā kō touch kar bāpdādā apnē bachchō̃ K|kē sahyōgī banāyēgē .

209Whatever service has to take place at a particular time will definitely be done, it will not be left.

201Yōgī bachchō̃ kō sab prakār kā sahyōg samay par miltā hī hai .

210BapDada will touch one soul or another and make him cooperate with the children.

202Lēkin kiskō milēgā  ? 203Sachchē dil vālē sachchē sēvādhārī kō .

211Yogi children receive all types of cooperation when they need it.

204Tō sabhī sachchē sēvādhārī bachchē hō  ?

212However, who will receive it?

205Sāhēb rājī hai hamārē ūpar - aisā anubhav kartē hō nā . 206Achchhā  !

213The true servers who are serving with a true heart will receive it.

207Sadā yād aur sēvā K|kē balance dvārā bāp key|kī blessing K|kē adhikārī , sadā bāp K|kē samān double light rahnē vālē , sadā nirantar śhaktiśhālī yād kā link jōṛnē vālē , sadā śharīr aur ātmā kō refresh rakhnē vālē , her|har karma vidhipūrvak karnē vālē , sadā śhrēṣhṭh siddhi prāpt karnē vālē - aisē śhrēṣhṭh , samīp bachchō̃ kō bāpdādā kā yādpyār aur namastē . 208' ' 209Vidēśhī bhāī - bahanō̃ nē global kō - operation project key|kī meeting kā samāchār sunāyā 210Bāpdādā khuśh hōtē haĩ - itnā milkar plan banātē hō vā practical mē̃ lā rahē hō aur lātē rahōgē .

214So, are all of you children servers?

211Bāpdādā kō aur kyā chāhiē  ! 212Isliē bāpdādā kō pasand hai .

215You do experience that the Lord is pleased with you, do you not? 216Achcha.

213Bākī kōī muśhkil hō tō bāpdādā sahaj kar saktē haĩ . 214Yah buddhi kā chalnā bhī ēk vardān hai . 215Sirph balance rakhkar K|kē chalō . 216Jab balance hōgā tō buddhi nirṇay bahut jaldī karēgī aur 4 ghaṇṭē jō discuss kartē hō , usmē̃ ēk ghaṇṭā bhī nahī̃ lagēgā .

217To those who always have a right to blessings from the Father through keeping a balance of remembrance and service, to those who always remain doublelight like the Father, to those who constantly keep the link of powerful remembrance forged, to those who constantly keep the body and soul refreshed, to those who perform every action with the right method, to those who always attain elevated success, to such elevated and close children, BapDada’s love, remembrance and namaste.

217Ēk jaisā hī vichār nikalēgā . 218Lēkin yah bhī achchhā hai , khēl hai , kuchh banātē hō , kuchh tōṛtē hō … ismē̃ bhī majā ātā hai .

218Blessing: May you be truly loving and remain stable in your inner form and thereby reveal the incognito form of yourself and the Father.

219Bhalē plan banāō , phir refine karō . 220Busy tō rahtē hō . 221Sirph bōjh nahī̃ mahsūs karō , khēl karō . 222Time cum|kam hai , jitnā kar saktē hō utnā karō .

219The children who constantly remain in their inner stage, that is, who remain stable in their inner form and introverted cannot become engrossed in any situation.

223Agar is varṣh hōnā hōgā - tō - hōgā , phir dūsrē varṣh aur achchhā programme banēgā . 224Yah sēvā bhī chaltī hī rahēgī .

220They cannot be deceived by the old world, its relationships, wealth or physical possessions which are temporary and superficial.

225Jaisē bhaṇḍārā band nahī̃ hōtā . 226Yah bhī bhaṇḍārā hai , avināśhī chaltā rahēgā . 227Agar kisī kārya mē̃ dērī hōtī hai tō aur achchhā hōnā hōgā , tab dērī hōtī hai .

221By being stable in your inner form, your incognito Shakti form will be revealed and the Father will be revealed through this form. 222Only the children who carry out such an elevated task are truly loving.

228Bākī mēhnat kar rahē hō , sust nahī̃ hō . 229Isliē bāpdādā ulhanā nahī̃ dēgā .

223Slogan: Maintain the prestige of your faith and your birthright and you will not become distressed.

230Achchhā  !
