2Bāp samān bannē kā sahaj purūṣhārth āgyākārī banō
1The easy effort to become equal to the Father is to be obedient.
3Āj bāpdādā apnē ` holy hans maṇḍlī ' kō dēkh rahē haĩ .
2Today, BapDada is seeing the gathering of His holy swans.
4Har ēk bachchā holy hans hai . 5Sadā man mē̃ gyān-ratnō̃ kā manan kartē rahtē haĩ .
3Each of you children is a holy swan whose mind constantly churns the jewels of knowledge.
6Holy hans kā kām hī hai vyarth K|kē kaṅkaṛ chhōṛnā aur gyān-ratnō̃ kā manan karnā .
4The duty of a holy swan is to put aside the stones and churn jewels of knowledge.
7Ēk-ēk ratna kitnā amūlya hai .
5Each jewel is so valuable!
8Har ēk bachchā gyān-ratnō̃ key|kī khān ban gayē haĩ .
6Each one of you children has become a mine of the jewels of knowledge.
9Gyān ratnō̃ K|kē khazānē sē sadā bharpūr rahtē haĩ .
7You constantly remain overflowing with those jewels of knowledge.
10Āj bāpdādā bachchō̃ mē̃ ēk viśhēṣh bāt check kar rahē thē .
8Today, BapDada was checking one special point in all of you children.
11Vah kyā thī ?
9What point was that?
12Gyān vā yōg key|kī sahaj dhārṇā kā sahaj sādhan hai bāp aur dādā K|kē ` āgyākārī ' ban chalnā .
10The easy way to have gyan and yoga inculcated in you is to be obedient to Bap and Dada.
13Bāp K|kē rūp mē̃ bhī āgyākārī , śhikṣhak K|kē rūp mē̃ bhī aur sadgurū K|kē rūp mē̃ bhī .
11You have to be obedient to the Father, obedient to the Teacher and obedient to the Satguru.
14Tīnō̃ hī rūpō̃ mē̃ āgyākārī bannā arthāt sahaj puruṣhārthī bannā kyōṅki tīnō̃ hī rūpō̃ sē bachchō̃ kō āgyā milī hai . 15Amr̥itvēlē sē lēkar rāt tak her|har samay , her|har karttavya key|kī āgyā milī huī hai . 16Āgyā K|kē pramāṇ chaltē rahē tō kisī bhī prakār key|kī mēhnat vā muśhkil anubhav nahī̃ hōgī .
12To be obedient to all three forms means to be an easy effortmaker, because Baba, in all three forms, gives you children directions for every act you perform from amrit vela till night time. 13If you continue to do everything according to the directions you have been given, you would not experience anything to be laborious or difficult.
17Her|har samay K|kē mansā saṅkalp , vāṇī aur karma tīnō̃ hī prakār key|kī āgyā spaṣhṭ milī huī hai .
14You have been given clear instructions for your thoughts, words and actions at every moment.
18Sōchnē key|kī bhī āvaśhyaktā nahī̃ ki yah karē̃ yā na karē̃ .
15You don’t even need to think whether you should do something or not.
19Yah right hai yā wrong hai . 20Sōchnē key|kī bhī mēhnat nahī̃ hai .
16You don’t even need to make the effort to think whether something is right or not.
21Paramātm-ājñā hai hī sadā śhrēṣhṭh .
17God’s directions are always elevated.
22Tō sabhī kumār jō bhī āyē hō , bahut achchhā saṅgaṭhan hai .
18Therefore, it is a very good gathering of all of you kumars who have come.
23Tō har ēk nē bāp kā bantē hī bāp sē vāydē kiyē haĩ ?
19As soon as you belonged to the Father, what did each of you promise the Father?
24Jab bāp K|kē banē haĩ tō sabsē pahlē kaun-sā vāydā kiyā ?
20Did you make a promise? 21What was the first promise you made when you belonged to the Father?
25Bābā , tan-man-dhan jō bhī hai , kumār kē pās dhan tō jyādā hōtā nahī̃ phir bhī jō hai , sab āpkā hai .
22“Baba, this body, mind and money, and, in any case, kumars do not have a lot of money, nevertheless, “whatever I have is all Yours.”
26Yah vāydā kiyā hai ?
23Did you promise this?
27Tan bhī , man bhī , dhan bhī aur sambandh bhī sab āpsē - yah bhī vāydā pakkā kiyā hai ?
24Did you promise that you would give your body, mind and money and have all relationships with the One?
28Jab tan-man-dhan , sambandh sab āpkā hai tō mērā kyā rahā !
25Since your body, mind and money all belong to the Father, then what is yours?
29Phir kuchh mērā-pan hai ?
26Is there anything that belongs to you?
30Hōtā hī kyā hai ?
27What else is there?
31Tan , man , dhan , jan … sab bāp K|kē havālē kar liyā .
28Have you given your body, mind, money and surrendered your relationships with everyone to Baba?
32Pravr̥itti vālō̃ nē kiyā hai ?
29Have the householders done this?
33Madhuban vālō̃ nē kiyā hai ?
30Have those from Madhuban done this?
34Pakkā hai nā !
31Have you done this firmly?
35Jab man bhī bāp kā huā , mērā man tō nahī̃ hai nā ! 36Yā man mērā hai ?
32Since the mind also belongs to the Father, it doesn’t belong to you, does it?
37Mērā samajhkar use karnā hai ? 38Jab man bāp kō dē diyā tō yah bhī āpkē pās|pass ` amānat ' hai .
33Or do you think that it is your mind, and that you can use it as you want because you consider it to be yours?
39Phir yuddha kismē̃ kartē hō ?
34Is it yours? 35Or, is it the Father’s?
40Mērā man parēśhān hai , mērē man mē̃ vyarth saṅkalp ātē haĩ , mērā man vichalit hōtā hai … , jab mērā hai nahī̃ , amānat hai phir amānat kō mērā samajh kar use karnā , kyā yah amānat mē̃ khyānat nahī̃ hai ?
36You entrusted everything to the Father. 37Therefore, if you are holding even your mind in trust, why are you battling? 38“My mind is distressed, my mind has waste thoughts, my mind is wandering.” 39It is not yours, but something you are holding in trust.
41Māyā K|kē darvājē haĩ - ` ` maĩ aur mērā ' ' . 42Tō tan bhī āpkā nahī̃ , phir dēh-abhimān kā maĩ kahā̃ sē āyā !
40Therefore, is it not being dishonest for you to use something that you are holding in trust for yourself? 41The doors through which Maya can enter are, “I and mine”.
43Man bhī āpkā nahī̃ , tō mērā-mērā kahā̃ sē āyā ? 44Tērā hai yā mērā hai ?
42Since even your body does not belong to you, how can you have the “I” of body consciousness?
45Bāp kā hai yā sirph kahnā hai , karnā nahī̃ ?
43Even your mind doesn’t belong to you, so how can you say, “Mine!
46Kahnā bāp kā aur mānnā mērā !
44Mine!”? 45Is your mind Baba’s or is it yours?
47Sirph pahlā vāydā yād karō ki na bôḍī-kānsēs key|kī - ` maĩ hai , na mērā ' .
46Does it belong to the Father? 47Or, is it the Father’s just in terms of saying it, but not in practice?
48Tō jō bāp key|kī āgyā hai , tan kō bhī amānat samjhō . 49Man kō bhī amānat samjhō .
48Otherwise, it means that you say that it belongs to the Father, but really you consider it your own.
50Phir mēhnat key|kī zarūrat hai kyā ? 51Kōī bhī kamzōrī ātī hai tō in dō śhabdō̃ sē ātī hai - ` ` maĩ aur mērā ' ' .
49Simply remember the first promise you made, so that there is neither the “I” nor the “mine” of body consciousness.
52Tō na āpkā tan hai , na bôḍī-kānsēs kā ` ` maĩ ' ' .
50So, the Father’s instructions are: Consider yourself to be holding your mind in trust.
53Man mē̃ jō bhī saṅkalp chaltē haĩ agar āgyākārī hō tō bāp key|kī āgyā kyā hai ?
51Also consider yourself to be holding your body in trust. 52Do you then need to labour?
54Positive sōchō , śhubh bhāvnā K|kē saṅkalp karō .
53Any weakness comes through these two words: “I and mine”.
55Phāltū saṅkalp karō - yah bāp key|kī āgyā hai kyā ? 56Nahī̃ .
54Therefore, neither does the body belong to you nor do you have the body conscious “I”.
57Tō jab āpkā man nahī̃ hai phir bhī vyarth saṅkalp kartē hō tō bāp key|kī āgyā kō practical mē̃ nahī̃ lāyā nā !
55Since you are obedient, what instructions has the Father given you for whatever thoughts you have in your mind? 56Have positive and benevolent thoughts.
58Sirph ēk śhabda yād karō ki - ` maĩ paramātm-ājñākārī bachchā hū̃ . 59' bāp key|kī yah āgyā hai yā nahī̃ hai , vah sōchō .
57Has the Father instructed you to have unnecessary thoughts? 58No! 59Since your mind is not yours, you are not putting the Father’s directions into practice, are you?
60Jō āgyākārī bachchā hōtā hai vah sadā bāp kō svataḥ hī yād hōtā hai .
60Simply remember the term of being an obedient child who obeys God’s directions.
61Svataḥ hī pyārā hōtā hai . 62Svataḥ hī bāp K|kē samīp hōtā hai .
61Think about whether something is according to the Father’s directions or not.
63Tō check karō maĩ bāp K|kē samīp , bāp kā āgyākārī hū̃ ?
62A father would always automatically remember his obedient children.
64Ēk śhabda tō amr̥itvēlē yād kar saktē hō - ` ` maĩ kaun ?
63Such children are automatically loved and are automatically close to their father.
65' ' āgyākārī hū̃ yā kabhī āgyākārī aur kabhī āgyā sē kinārā karnē vālē ?
64Therefore, check to see whether you are close and obedient to the Father.
66Bāpdādā sadā kahtē haĩ ki kisī bhī rūp mē̃ agar ēk bābā kā sambandh hī yād rahē , dil sē nikalē - ` bābā ' , tō samīpatā kā anubhav karē̃gē .
65You can remember one sentence at amrit vela. 66“Who am I?” 67Am I obedient? 68Or, is it that you sometimes obey His directions and sometimes move away from them?
67Mantra 18 muāfik nahī̃ kahō ` ` bābā-bābā ' ' , vah rām-rām kahtē haĩ āp bābā-bābā kahtē , lēkin dil sē nikalē - ` bābā ' !
69BapDada always says: You should remember the one word “Baba” in every relationship. 70You should say the word “Baba” from your heart.
68Her|har karma karnē K|kē pahlē check karō ki man kē liē , tan kē liē yā dhan kē liē bābā key|kī āgyā kyā hai ?
71You should not say it like those people who repeat the mantra “Rama, Rama”. 72You should not just say “Baba!
69Kumār kē pās chāhē kitnā bhī thōṛā sā dhan hai lēkin jaisē bāp nē āgyā dī hai ki dhan kā pōtāmēl kis prakār sē rakhō , vaisē rakhā hai ?
73Baba!”, but the word, “Baba”, should emerge from your heart. 74Before you do anything, remember what Baba’s directions are for your mind, body and money.
70Yā jaisē ātā vaisē chalātē ? 71Har ēk kumār kō dhan kā bhī pōtāmēl rakhnā chāhiē .
75No matter how little money you kumars have, do you look after it according to the directions that the Father has given you?
72Dhan kō kahā̃ aur kaisē use karnā hai , man kō bhī kahā̃ aur kaisē use karnā hai , tan kō bhī kahā̃ lagānā hai , yah sab pōtāmēl hōnā chāhiē . 73Āp dādiyā̃ jab dhārṇā key|kī class karātī haĩ tō samjhātī haĩ nā ki dhan kō kaisē use karō !
76Or, do you simply use it as and when you want? 77Each kumar has been given directions to keep an account of your money: of how and when to use your money; of how and when to use your mind and your body. 78You should keep an account of all of this.
74Kyā pōtāmēl rakhō ! 75Kumār kō patā hai pōtāmēl kaisē rakhnā hai , kahā̃ lagānā hai , yah mālūm hai ?
79When Dadis give you classes on dharna, they explain to you how you should use your money and what accounts you should keep.
76Thōṛē hāth uṭhā rahē haĩ , nayē-nayē bhī haĩ , inhō̃ kō mālūm nahī̃ hai .
80Do you kumars know how to keep your accounts and how to use your money? 81Do you know this?
77Inhō̃ kō yah zarūr batānā ki kyā kyā karnā hai !
82Only a few of you are raising your hands. 83They do not understand this.
78Niśhchint hō jāyēṅgē , bōjh nahī̃ lagēgā kyōṅki āp sabkā lakṣhya hai , kumār mānā light . 79Double light .
84New ones are here also. 85You must definitely tell them what to do so that they can become carefree. 86They will then not feel any burden.
80Kumār kā lakṣhya hai nā ki hamkō number one ānā hai ?
87All of you must have an aim: A kumar means to be light; doublelight.
81Tō lakṣhya kē sāth lakṣhaṇ bhī chāhiē .
88The aim of the kumars is to become number one.
82Lakṣhya bahut ū̃chā hō aur lakṣhaṇ nahī̃ hō tō lakṣhya tak pahuñchnā muśhkil hai .
89Do you have this aim? 90However, together with this aim, you must also have the necessary qualifications.
83Isliē jō bāp key|kī āgyā hai uskō sadā buddhi mē̃ rakh phir kārya mē̃ āō .
91If you have a very high aim but don’t have the qualifications for it, it would be difficult to reach your aim.
84Bāpdādā nē pahlē bhī samjhāyā hai ki brāhmaṇ jīvan K|kē mukhya khajānē haĩ - saṅkalp , samay aur śhvāṅs .
92Therefore, constantly keep the Father’s directions in your intellect before you act. 93BapDada also told you earlier that the main treasures of Brahmin life are your thoughts and time.
85Āpkē śhvāṅs bhī bahut amūlya haĩ .
94Your breath too is also very valuable.
86Ēk śhvāṅs bhī common nahī̃ hō , vyarth nahī̃ hō .
95Not even one breath should be common. 96Not a breath should be wasted.
87Bhakti mē̃ kahtē haĩ - śvā̃sō̃-śvā̃s apnē iṣhṭ kō yād karō .
97On the path of bhakti, people say, “Remember your special beloved deity in every breath you take.”
88Śhvāṅs bhī vyarth nahī̃ jāyē .
98Your breath should not go to waste.
89Gyān kā khazānā , śhaktiyō̃ kā khazānā … yah tō hai hī . 90Lēkin mukhya yah tīnō̃ khazānē - saṅkalp , samay aur śhvāṅs - āgyā pramāṇ saphal hōtē haĩ ?
99There are the treasures of knowledge and powers, but are you using these three (time, thoughts and breath) main treasures in a worthwhile way and according to the directions you have been given?
91Vyarth tō nahī̃ jātē ?
100You are not wasting any of them, are you?
92Kyōṅki vyarth jānē sē jamā nahī̃ hōtā .
101If you are wasting them, you cannot accumulate anything.
93Aur jamā kā khātā is saṅgam par hī jamā karnā hai .
102Your savings account has to be built now at the confluence age.
94Chāhē satyug , trētā mē̃ śhrēṣhṭh pad prāpt karnā hai , chāhē dvāpar , kaliyug mē̃ pūjya pad pānā hai lēkin dōnō̃ kā jamā is saṅgam par karnā hai .
103If you want to claim an elevated status in the golden and silver ages, or, even if you want to claim a status of being worthtobeworshipped in the copper and iron ages, you have to build up your account for both at this time.
95Is hisāb sē sōchō ki saṅgam samay key|kī jīvan K|kē , chhōṭē sē janm K|kē saṅkalp , samay , śhvāṅs kitnē amūlya haĩ ?
104You should accordingly consider how invaluable your time and thoughts of your short life of this confluence age are. 105Don’t be careless about this!
96Ismē̃ albēlē nahī̃ bannā . 97Jaisā āyā vaisē din bīt gayā , din bītā nahī̃ lēkin ēk din mē̃ bahut-bahut ganvāyā .
106Your days should not be spent ordinarily just as you feel like. 107That would not just be a day gone by, but a day in which you would have lost a great deal.
98Jab bhī kōī phāltū saṅkalp , phāltū samay jātā hai tō aisē nahī̃ samjhō - chalō 5 minute gayā . 99Bachāō .
108Whenever you have any unnecessary thoughts or whenever you waste your time, don’t just consider that to be five minutes wasted, but you must save those minutes.
100Samay anusār dēkhō prakr̥iti apnē kārya mē̃ kitnī tīvr hai . 101Kuchh-na-kuchh khēl dikhātī rahtī hai .
109According to the present time, nature does her work very fast. 110She is constantly showing how she plays her part in one or another way.
102Kahā̃-n-kahā̃ khēl dikhātī rahtī hai .
111She shows how she plays her part somewhere or another.
103Lēkin prakr̥itipati brāhmaṇ bachchō̃ kā khēl ēk hī hai - uṛtī kalā kā .
112However, you Brahmin children, who are the lords of nature, play your part of the flying stage.
104Tō prakr̥iti tō khēl dikhātī lēkin brāhmaṇ apnē uṛtī kalā kā khēl dikhā rahē hō ?
113Therefore, although nature is showing how she plays, you Brahmins are also showing how you play your part of the flying stage, are you not?
105Kōī bachchē nē bāpdādā kō yah uṛīsā key|kī result likhkar dī|the , yah huā , yah huā … .
114A child wrote a letter to BapDada telling Baba about everything that happened in Orrisa.
106Tō vah prakr̥iti kā khēl tō dēkh liyā .
115Therefore, BapDada asks you: You saw how nature plays her part.
107Lēkin bāpdādā pūchhtē haĩ ki āp lōgō̃ nē sirph prakr̥iti kā khēl dēkhā yā apnē uṛtī kalā K|kē khēl mē̃ busy rahē ?
116Were you just watching nature play her part or did you stay busy playing your part of the flying stage? 117Or, did you just continue to listen to the news?
108Yā sirph samāchār suntē rahē ?
118You do have to listen to all the news.
109Samāchār tō sab sunnā bhī paṛtā hai , parantu jitnā samāchār sunnē mē̃ interest rahtā hai utnā apnī uṛtī kalā key|kī bāzī mē̃ rahnē kā interest rahā ?
119However, were you just as interested in maintaining your flying stage to the same extent as you are interested in listening to the news?
110Kaī bachchē gupta yōgī bhī haĩ , aisē gupta yōgī bachchō̃ kō bāpdādā key|kī madad bhī bahut milī hai aur aisē bachchē svayã bhī achal , sākṣhī rahē aur vāyumaṇḍal mē̃ bhī samay par sahyōg diyā .
120Some children are incognito yogis and they have received a lot of help from BapDada. 121However, there are also some children who are themselves unshakeable, and as detached observers, helped keep the atmosphere calm at that time.
111Jaisē sthūl sahyōg dēnē vālē , chāhē government , chāhē ās-pās K|kē lōg sahyōg dēnē kē liē taiyār hō jātē haĩ , aisē brāhmaṇ ātmāō̃ nē bhī apnā sahyōg - śhakti , śhānti dēnē kā , sukh dēnē kā jō īśhvarīy śhrēṣhṭh kārya hai , vah kiyā ?
122Just as the Government and neighbouring states were ready to give help in a physical way, in the same way, did you Brahmin children perform your duty in doing the elevated Godly task of giving the cooperation of peace and happiness?
112Jaisē vah government nē yah kiyā , phalānē dēśh nē yah kiyā … phauran hī announcement karnē lag jātē haĩ , tō bāpdādā pūchhtē haĩ - āp brāhmaṇō̃ nē bhī apnā yah kārya kiyā ?
123Those people immediately start announcing that suchandsuch a government did this, and soandso did that. 124Similarly, BapDada asks: Did you Brahmins carry out your duty?
113Āpkō bhī alert hōnā chāhiē .
125You also have to remain alert.
114Sthūl sahyōg dēnā yah bhī āvaśhyak hōtā hai , ismē̃ bāpdādā manā nahī̃ kartē lēkin jō brāhmaṇ ātmāō̃ kā viśhēṣh kārya hai , jō aur kōī sahyōg nahī̃ dē saktā , aisā sahyōg alert hōkē āpnē diyā ? 115Dēnā hai nā !
126It is necessary to give physical help and BapDada is not telling you not to, but the special task of you Brahmin souls is to cooperate in a way that no one else can. 127So did you remain alert and cooperate in this way? 128You do have to cooperate in this way, do you not?
116Yā sirph unhō̃ kō vastra chāhiē , anāj chāhiē ?
129Or, is it that they just need clothes and food?
117Lēkin pahlē tō man mē̃ śhānti chāhiē , sāmnā karnē key|kī śhakti chāhiē .
130First of all, they need power and peace of mind in order to face the situation.
118Tō sthūl kē sāth sūkṣhma sahyōg brāhmaṇ hī dē saktē haĩ aur kōī nahī̃ dē saktā hai .
131Therefore, together with the physical support, they also need to be given subtle cooperation which only Brahmins can give.
119Tō yah kuchh bhī nahī̃ hai , yah tō rehearsal hai .
132No one else can give this cooperation. 133This was nothing!
120Real tō ānē vālā hai .
134This was just a rehearsal.
121Uskī rehearsal āpkō bhī bāp yā samay karā rahā hai .
135The real thing is yet to come. 136Baba and the time is making you rehearse for what is to come.
122Tō jō śhaktiyā̃ , jō khazānē āpkē pās|pass haĩ , uskō samay par use karnā ātā hai ?
137Therefore, do you know how to use the powers and treasures you have at the right time?
123Kumār kyā karē̃gē ?
138What will you kumars do?
124Śhaktiyā̃ jamā haĩ ? 125Śhānti jamā hai ?
139Have you accumulated the powers?
126Use karnā ātā hai ?
140Have you accumulated peace?
127Hāth tō bahut achchhā uṭhātē haĩ , abhī practical mē̃ dikhānā .
141You know how to raise your hands very well. 142Now show this in a practical way.
128Sākṣhī hōkar dēkhnā bhī hai , sunnā bhī hai aur sahyōg dēnā bhī hai .
143You have to see everything, hear everything and cooperate as a detached observer.
129Ākharin real jab part bajēgā , usmē̃ sākṣhī aur nirbhay hōkar dēkhē̃ bhī aur part bhī bajāvē̃ .
144At the time when the real part is being enacted, you have to be a fearless detached observer and also play your part.
130Kaun-sā part ?
145What part?
131Dātā K|kē bachchē , dātā ban jō ātmāō̃ kō chāhiē vah dētē rahē̃ .
146You children of the Bestower have to be bestowers and give souls whatever they want.
132Tō master dātā haĩ nā ?
147Therefore, you are master bestowers, are you not?
133Stock jamā karō , jitnā stock apnē pās|pass hōgā utnā hī dātā ban sakē̃gē .
148Accumulate your stock! 149You are only able to become a bestower according to the stock you have accumulated.
134Ant tak apnē liē hī jamā kartē rahē̃gē tō dātā nahī̃ ban sakē̃gē .
150If you continue to accumulate things for yourself until the end, you cannot become a bestower.

151You will be unable to attain an elevated status that you have to attain for many births. 152Therefore, keep a stock of one thing with yourself.
136Śhubh bhāvnā , śhrēṣhṭh kāmnā kā bhaṇḍār sadā bharpūr hō .
153Your treasurestore of good wishes and elevated feelings should always be overflowing.
137Dūsrā - jō viśhēṣh śhaktiyā̃ haĩ , vah śhaktiyā̃ jis samay , jiskō jō chāhiē vah dē sakō .

160You have been told how to wake up, how to go to sleep, how to eat and how to be a karma yogi.

162To obey the Father is to become equal to the Father. 163Simply follow shrimat!
144Bas , śhrīmat par chalnā , na manmat , na parmat . 145Addition nahī̃ hō .
164You should not follow the dictates of your own mind (manmat) or the dictates of others (parmat).
146Kabhī manmat par , kabhī parmat par chalē̃gē tō mēhnat karnī paṛēgī .
165You should not add anything into shrimat. 166When you sometimes follow manmat and sometimes parmat, you have to labour.
147Sahaj nahī̃ hōgā kyōṅki manmat , parmat uṛnē nahī̃ dēgī .
167This will make things difficult because manmat and parmat will not allow you to fly.
148Manmat , parmat bōjh vālī hai aur bōjh uṛnē nahī̃ dēgā .
168Those who follow manmat and parmat are burdened and those burdens will prevent you from flying.
149Śhrīmat double light banātī hai .
169Shrimat makes you doublelight.
150Śhrīmat par chalnā arthāt sahaj bāp samān bannā .
170To follow shrimat means to become equal to the Father easily.
151Śhrīmat par chalnē vālē kō kōī bhī paristhiti nīchē nahī̃ lē ā saktī .
171No situation can bring anyone who follows shrimat down. 172So, do you know how to follow shrimat?
152Tō śhrīmat par chalnā ātā hai ?
173Achcha, so what will you kumars do? 174You have been especially invited.
153Achchhā - tō kumār abhī kyā karē̃gē ?
175Therefore, have you been given that hospitality? 176You are so special!
154Nimantraṇ milā .
177You are dearly loved!
155Special khātirī huī .
178So, what will you now do?
156Dēkhō , kitnē lāṛlē hō gayē hō . 157Tō abhī āgē kyā karē̃gē ?
179Will you give a response, or, once you arrive home, will you forget everything?
158Respond dēgē yā vahā̃ gayē tō vahā̃ K|kē , yahā̃ āyē tō yahā̃ K|kē ?
180It is not that, whilst you are here, you remember everything of here and that when you go back home, you remember everything of there, is it?
159Aisē tō nahī̃ hai nā ?
181It is not like that, is it?
160Yahā̃ tō bahut mazē mē̃ hō .
182You are enjoying yourselves very much here.

185Is there anyone who has had to labour even in Madhuban?
163Safe hō , achchhā hai .
186You are safe.
164Bāpdādā bhī khuśh hōtē haĩ .
187It is good. 188BapDada is pleased.
165Samay āyēgā jab youth group par government kā bhī attention jāyēgā lēkin tab jāyēgā jab āp vighna-vināśhak ban jāō .
189The time will come when the Government’s attention will be drawn to the youth group. 190However, that will happen when you become destroyers of obstacles.
166` vighna-vināśhak ' kiskā nām hai ?
191Who is named a destroyer of obstacles?
167Āp lōgō̃ kā hai nā !
192It is the name of all of you, is it not?
168Vighnō̃ key|kī himmat nahī̃ hō jō kōī kumār kā sāmnā karē , tab kahē̃gē ` vighna-vināśhak ' .
193Only when no obstacle has the courage to oppose any of you kumars should you be called a destroyer of obstacles.
169Vighna key|kī hār bhalē hō , lēkin war|vār nahī̃ karē .
194The obstacles should not attack you, but you must defeat them.
170Vighna-vināśhak bannē key|kī himmat hai ?
195Do you have the courage to be a destroyer of obstacles?
171Yā vahā̃ jākar patra likhē̃gē dādī bahut achchhā thā lēkin patā nahī̃ kyā hō gayā !
196Or, is it that when you return home you will write and say, “Dadi, it was very good there, but I don’t know what happened!”
172Aisē tō nahī̃ likhē̃gē ?
197You will not write this, will you?
173Yahī khuśhkhabarī likhō - ō . K|kē . , very good , vighna-vināśhak hū̃ . 174Bas ēk akṣhar likhō .
198Write good news and say that you are OK and very good, that you are a destroyer of obstacles.
175Jyādā lambā patra nahī̃ .
199Simply write one word, not a long letter.
176Ō . K|kē . .
200Simply write, “OK!”
177Lambā patra hō tō likhnē mē̃ bhī āpkō śharm āyēgā .
201If it is a long letter you would feel ashamed to write it.
178Śharm āyēgā nā ki kaisē likhē̃ , kyā likhē̃ !
202You would feel ashamed of what to write and how to write it, would you not?
179Kaī bachchē kahtē haĩ pōtāmēl likhnē chāhtē haĩ lēkin jab sōchtē haĩ ki pōtāmēl likhē̃ tō us din kōī-na-kōī aisī bāt hō jātī hai jō likhnē key|kī himmat hī nahī̃ hōtī hai .
203Many children say that they want to write their chart, but when they think of writing their chart, something or another happens on that day so that they no longer have the courage to write it.
180Bāt huī kyō̃ ?
204Why did it happen?
181Vighna-vināśhak title nahī̃ hai kyā ?
205Do you not have the title of being a world benefactor?
182Bāp kahtē haĩ likhnē sē , batānē sē ādhā kaṭ jātā hai . 183Phāydā hai .
206Baba says: When you write and tell about it, half of it is cut away, and so you are benefited.
184Lēkin lambā patra nahī̃ likhō , ō . K|kē . bas .
207However, do not write a long letter. 208Simply write OK.
185Agar kabhī kōī galtī hō jātī hai tō dūsrē din viśhēṣh attention rakh vighna-vināśhak ban phir ō . K|kē . kā likhō .
209If you make a mistake, then pay special attention the next day and become a destroyer of obstacles and then write a letter of OK.
186Lambī kathā nahī̃ likhnā . 187Yah huā , yah huā … isnē yah kahā , usnē yah kahā … yah rāmāyaṇ aur unkī kathāyē̃ haĩ .
210Do not write any long stories, saying that this happened and then that happened…. 211This one said this and that one said that.. 212This is the Ramayana and its stories.
188Gyān mārg kā ēk hī akṣhar hai , kaun-sā akṣhar hai ?
213On the path of knowledge, there are just the two words, O and K.
189- ō . K|kē . ( O K ) .
214O is like Shiv Baba; it is round.
190Jaisē śhivbābā gōl-gōl hōtā hai nā vaisē ō ( O ) bhī likhtē haĩ .
215K means your kingdom. 216So OK means you remember the Father and also your kingdom.
191Aur K|kē ( K ) apnī kingdom .
217This is why OK is all right.
192Tō ō . K|kē . mānā bāp bhī yād rahā aur kingdom bhī yād rahī .
218Don’t write OK every day so that you incur postal expenses every day.
193Isliē ō . K|kē … aur ō . K|kē . likhkar aisē nahī̃ rōz post likhō aur post kā kharchā baṛh jāē .
219Write OK and let your teacher collect it, and then your teacher should write a letter every two weeks or every month.
194Ō . K|kē . likhkar apnē teacher kē pās jamā karō aur teacher phir 15 din vā mās mē̃ ēk sāth sabkā samāchār likhē .
220You must not incur so much postal expenses because you have to save money and there would be so much post arriving here that no one would have the time to read it.
195Post mē̃ itnā kharchā nahī̃ karnā , bachānā hai nā .
221You should write OK every day and then your teacher can collect it.
196Aur yahā̃ post itnī hō jāyēgī jō yahā̃ samay hī nahī̃ hōgā .
222She will then write one letter saying whether you are all OK or not.
197Āp rōz likhō aur teacher jamā karē aur teacher ēk hī kāgaz mē̃ likhē - ō . K|kē . yā no|know ( N O ) .
223Even if you don’t know how to write English, you will know how to write OK or no.
198Iṅgliś nahī̃ ātī lēkin ō . K|kē . likhnā tō āyēgā , no|know likhnā bhī āyēgā .
224If you don’t know anything else, simply write a letter saying whether everything was okay or not.
199Agar nahī̃ āyē tō bas yahī likhō ki ṭhīk rahā yā nahī̃ ṭhīk rahā . 200Tō youth key|kī result kyā āyēgī ?
225So, what will the result be? 226What will the result of the youths be? 227Will it be OK or will you say, “Well, when we returned home, this happened”.
201Ō . K|kē . kī āyēgī ?
228Don’t do anything like this.
202Yā kahē̃gē vahā̃ gayē nā aisā huā , vaisā huā ! 203Aisā vaisā nahī̃ karnā .
229The Youth group should show your wonders so that everyone says that the youth group is number one.
204Youth apnī kamāl dikhāō .
230So, did you meet Baba specially?
205Jō sab kahē̃ ki number one youth group hai . 206Tō special milā ?
231If you were to come with the groups, you would not get the chance to sit in front of Baba.
207Vaisē party mē̃ ātē hō tō sāmnē thōṛē hī baiṭhnē kō miltā hai .
232Some of you would be sitting in one place in the hall and others somewhere else.
208Kōī kahā̃ , kōī kahā̃ baiṭhtē , abhī tō bilkul sāmnē baiṭhē hō .
233This time, the youth group has been given the most important seats directly in front of Baba.
209Tō is madhuban K|kē snēh , śhakti kō bhūl nahī̃ jānā .
234So, don’t forget the love and power of Madhuban.
210Sadā kuchh bhī hō , madhuban key|kī refreshment kō yād karnā .
235No matter what happens, always remember the refreshment of Madhuban.
211Aisē hai youth ?
236Is it like this?
212Dēkhē̃gē .
237We shall see.
213Sārē brāhmaṇ parivār key|kī nazar is samay youth par hai . 214Youth kyā kar rahā hai , kyā āgē kartā hai !
238At present, the vision of the whole Brahmin family is on the youth group in anticipation of what they are going to do.
215Sab yahī sōch rahē haĩ . 216Bāpdādā kō bhī yah programme achchhā lag rahā hai . 217Sab khuśh haĩ ?
239Everyone is wondering what the youth group is going to do in the future. 240BapDada is enjoying this programme.
218Tō sadā khuśh-rāzī rahnā .
241Are all of you also happy?
219Sirph madhuban mē̃ khuśh nahī̃ rahnā .
242Therefore, always remain happy and content.
220Bāpdādā nē pahlē bhī sunāyā , ki chaltē-chaltē kōī bhī nārāz kyō̃ hōtē haĩ ?
243Don’t remain happy just in Madhuban. 244BapDada told you earlier why some of you become upset whilst you are moving along.
221Kōī-na-kōī gyān kā rāz bhūltā hai tab nārāz hōtē haĩ .
245It is because you forget the significance of some point or another of knowledge.
222Tō āp tō sab rāz kō samajh , sōch pakkē hōkē jā rahē haĩ nā !
246You will return home from here having become strong and understood the significance of all the secrets.
223Kabhī nārāz nahī̃ hōnā - na apnē ūpar , na kōī ātmā kē ūpar .
247So, don’t become upset with yourself or with anyone else. 248Simply remain happy!
224Khuśh rahnā . 225Aisē tō nahī̃ centre par jākar khuśhī kā khazānā ēk mās jamā rahēgā phir dhīrē-dhīrē khatm hō jāyēgā ?
249It should not be that when you return to your centre, your treasure of happiness will remain with you for one month and then slowly diminish, should it?
226Khatm tō nahī̃ hōgā nā ?
250Will it diminish?
227Sadā sāth rakhnā .
251Always keep it with you.
228Achchhā - tan-man-dhan bāp kō dē diyā hai nā ?
252Achcha. 253You have given your body, mind and money to the Father, have you not?
229Achchhā , dil bhī dē dī hai ?
254Achcha, have you also given your heart to the Father?
230Dil bāp kō dī hai ?
255Have you given your heart to the Father?
231Agar dil dē dī hai tō bāp jaisē direction dē vaisē chalō , āpkē pās|pass dil - āpkē liē nahī̃ hai .
256If you have given your heart to the Father, then that heart is not yours. 257Therefore, so you have to follow Baba’s directions.
232Tō batāō jisnē dil , dilārām kō dē dī vah kabhī kisī bhī ātmāō̃ sē dil lagāyēgā ?
258So, could those who have given their heart to Dilaram (Comforter of Hearts) attach their heart to anyone else?
233Nahī̃ lagāyēgā nā !
259They could not, could they?
234Tō kisī sē bhī dil lagī kī bātē̃ , bōl-chāl , dr̥iṣhṭi vā vr̥itti sē tō nahī̃ karē̃gē ?
260So, you are not going to attach that heart to anyone through your words, behaviour, drishti or attitude, are you?
235Yā thōṛī dil dī hai thōṛī aurō̃ sē lagānē kē liē rakhī hai ?
261You are not going to attach your heart to anyone else, are you?
236Dil dē dī hai ? 237Tō dil nahī̃ lagānā . 238Bāp key|kī amānat , dilārām kō dil dē dī .
262Is it that you have given a little piece of your heart to Baba and kept a little piece to give to someone else?
239Dil lagī kī kahāniyā̃ bahut ātī haĩ .
263Have you given your heart? 264Therefore, then don’t attach it to anyone else.
240Tō kumār yād rakhnā , aisē tō pravr̥itti vālē bhī yād rakhnā .
265You have given your heart, that has been entrusted to you by Baba, to Dilaram, the Comforter of Hearts.
241Lēkin āj kumār kā din hai nā .
266There are many love stories. 267So kumars, remember this.
242Tō bāpdādā yah attention dilātē haĩ kabhī aisī report nahī̃ āvē .
268Baba is speaking to those from a household and as well as kumars. 269However, today is the day especially for kumars.
243Hamārī dil hai hī nahī̃ , bāp kō dē dī .
270So BapDada is drawing your attention that there should never be any such reports.
244Tō dil kaisē lagēgī !
271Your heart is not yours.
245Zarā bhī agar kiskī dr̥iṣhṭi , vr̥itti kamzōr hō tō kamzōr dil kō yahā̃ sē hī mazbūt karkē jānā .
272It belongs to the Father, so how can you attach it to anyone else? 273If anyone’s drishti or attitude is even slightly weak, then make that weak heart strong whilst you are here.
246Ismē̃ hā̃ jī hai ! 247Yā vahā̃ jākar kahē̃gē ki circumstance hī aisē thē ?
274Do you agree to this, or will you say when you return home that the circumstances made you do something?
248Kuchh bhī hō jāē . 249Jab bāpdādā sē vachan kar liyā , kitnī bhī muśhkil āvē lēkin vachan kō nahī̃ chhōṛnā .
275No matter what happens, since you have made a promise to BapDada, no matter how many difficulties come, you must not break your promise.
250Bāp kē āgē vachan karnā , vachan lēnā … is bāt kō bhī yād rakhnā .
276Remember that you have promised Baba and given your word to Baba.
251Kōī ātmā kē āgē vachan nahī̃ kar rahē hō , paramātmā kē āgē vachan dē kabhī bhī miṭānā nahī̃ .
277This is not any soul you are making a promise to. 278You must never break a promise that you have made to God.
252Janm key|kī pratigyā kabhī bhī bhūlnā nahī̃ .
279Never forget the promise you made at your birth.
253Abhī sabhī ēk minute kē liē apnē dil sē , vaisē dil tō āpkī nahī̃ hai , bāp kō dē dī hai phir bhī dil mē̃ ēk minute vachan karō ki - ` ` sadā vighna-vināśhak , āgyākārī rahē̃gē .
280All of you should now make a promise in your heart. 281It is not your heart, because you have given it to the Father, but for just a minute, promise from your heart that you will constantly be obedient and become a destroyer of obstacles.
254' ' ( drill ) sabhī nē vachan kiyā ?
282Did all of you make this promise?
255Achchhā 256Double vidēśhī hāth uṭhāō .
283Achcha, there are double foreigners here also.
257Double vidēśhiyō̃ kō dēkhkar āp sabhī bhī khuśh hōtē hō nā .
284All of you double foreigners, raise your hands!
258Dēkhō āp sabkō dēkhkar sabhī kitnē khuśh hō rahē haĩ !
285When all of you see the double foreigners, you also become happy, do you not?
259Kyōṅki double vidēśhiyō̃ kā saṅgamyug par drama mē̃ bāp kō pratyakṣha karnē kā bahut achchhā part hai .
286See how happy everyone is on seeing you double foreigners. 287At the confluence age, the double foreigners have a very good part in the drama of revealing the Father.
260Bāpdādā kahtē haĩ ki double vidēśhiyō̃ nē bāp kā ēk title pratyakṣha kiyā .
288BapDada says that the double foreigners have revealed one title of the Father.
261Pahlē thē bhārat-kalyāṇī aur ab haĩ practical mē̃ viśv-kalyāṇī . 262Tō nimitt banē nā !
289At first, He was just the Benefactor of Bharat, but now He is the World Benefactor in a practical way.
263Jab vidēśh sē kalp pahlē vālī naī-naī ātmāyē̃ ātī haĩ tō bāpdādā bhī unkī viśhēṣhtā vā kamāl dēkhtē haĩ .
290Therefore, you became the instruments for that, did you not? 291So when new souls who were here in the previous kalpa come, BapDada looks at their specialities and wonders.
264Bāpdādā tō bhārat K|kē philosophy key|kī bhī bahut bātē̃ sunātē haĩ , jō vidēśhiyō̃ kō bilkul patā nahī̃ , gaṇēśh kyā hōtā hai , hanumān kyā hōtā hai , rāmāyaṇ kyā , bhāgavat kyā , bhakti kyā , kuchh patā nahī̃ .
292BapDada relates many things of the philosophy of Bharat that people abroad know nothing about. 293They don’t anything about who Ganesh is, who Hanuman is, what the Bhagawad is or what bhakti is. 294They know nothing.
265Lēkin kalp pahlē K|kē hōnē kāraṇ sab bātē̃ catch kar lētē haĩ .
295However, because you are the ones who are here from the previous kalpa, you are able to catch everything.
266Tō catching power achchhī hai .
296Therefore, you have good catching power.
267Samajh jātē haĩ kyōṅki ēk viśhēṣhtā hai ki jō suntē haĩ , uskā anubhav kartē haĩ .
297You understand everything because you have the speciality of experiencing whatever you hear.
268Sirph sunnē par nahī̃ chaltē haĩ .
298You don’t just go by whatever you hear.
269Chāhē śhānti kā anubhav hō , chāhē khuśhī kā anubhav hō , chāhē niḥsvārth pyār kā anubhav hō , kōī-na-kōī anubhav parivartan kar dētā hai .
299Whether it is the experience of peace, happiness or selfless love, any experience brings about transformation.
270Tō bāpdādā double vidēśhiyō̃ key|kī kamāl dēkhtē rahtē haĩ aur vāh bachchē vāh kahtē rahtē haĩ .
300Therefore, BapDada continues to see the wonders of you doubleforeign children and sings praise of your wonder.
271Aur ājkal chārō̃ ōr vidēśh K|kē samāchārō̃ mē̃ sēvā kā umaṅg achchhā hai .
301Nowadays, those in the foreign lands are very enthusiastic to do service.
272Sirph yād aur sēvā mē̃ thōṛā sā balance aur chāhiē .
302However, a little more balance between remembrance and service is required.
273Lēkin phir bhī sēvā kā umaṅg-utsāh achchhā hai , aur āgē baṛhtē rahtē haĩ .
303Nevertheless, your enthusiasm for service is good and you are continuing to make progress.
274Ēk aur viśhēṣhtā bhī hai - kabhī bhī kōī kamzōrī chhipātē nahī̃ haĩ .
304You also have another speciality. 305You don’t hide any of your weaknesses.
275Sāph dil haĩ . 276Isliē mēkaap kar lētē haĩ .
306You have a clean heart and this is why you are able to make up time.
277Sunā - double vidēśhiyō̃ nē .
307Did you double foreigners hear this?
278Bāpdādā - vāh bachchē , vāh ! 279Kā gīt gātē rahtē haĩ .
308BapDada constantly sings the song, “Wah! children wah!”

282Bāpdādā dēkhtē haĩ majority vidēśhī her|har sāl ātē hī haĩ .
311BapDada sees that the majority of you foreigners come here every year.
283Bhārat vālē kabhī miss bhī kar saktē haĩ lēkin yah nahī̃ kartē haĩ .
312Those from Bharat may sometimes miss coming here, but the foreigners do not.
284Ānā hī hai , kyā bhī karē̃ .
